I'm delighted to have found Lisa as a sitter and hope to have her back again! She was detail oriented and clearly cared about my cats' well being. She asked good questions about the cats' routines and needs and about the house to be sure she'd meet my expectations and have a comfortable and successful sit. She communicated very well before and throughout the sit and even though I was unreachable for much of the time I was confident everyone was in good hands. Lisa left the house in immaculate condition and the cats were relaxed and happy when I got home. What a delight!

Sabre is a sweet, honest person who stepped up at the very last moment (after the prior sitter flaked out) to watch our dog and cat for 17 days. When there were a couple minor accidents, she informed us of them right away. One involved a burnt pan (easy to do if you’re not familiar with an induction stovetop) which she offered to replace. Sabre also washed the towels and sheets, and made up the bed before we got home. The yard was pooper scooped and litter box was clean. Pets seemed well-cared for. When she had to leave town for several hours one day, she made sure to arrange for our neighbor take care of the pets. Additionally, I appreciated how she didn’t assume that it would be ok to bring her cat. When we found out she was going to keep her cat in a kennel during her stay here, we told her she could bring him which worked out fine. Overall, I would confidently recommend Sabre to watch your pets and house.

Kathy and Ron arrived at our home with a most fantastical toy for our cats and a giant apple pie. Need I say more? They are very experienced sitters and brought personal items that they prefer. We knew we were leaving out cats in good hands. A large part of their 'job' was hand watering our garden and Ron took that in stride. Everything is thriving. Our cats are usually distant with new people but we received photos of them keeping Kathy and Ron company in various situations which was reassuring. They clearly won our cats over. Although Ron and Kathy had a ferry to catch on their last day, they took time to wash their linens and hang them on the clothesline. They also left us a gorgeous plant for our garden. We would very much like to have them back for a longer sit if possible.

My partner and I left our cat Mango in Lindsey's care for a month so that we could get married. We were going from FL to ME, so it was a long way from home. We were gone for a month. Picking the right houses sitter was important. We are so glad we picked Lindsey (and she picked us). From before Lindsey got on her plan to fly down, until she was back home again Lindsey was communicative, considerate and positive. We felt like we had a family member staying at our place and because of who she is, Mango and our home's well being was a weight off our mind during the wedding. Denae and Burl were absolutely fabulous house/pet sitters for 4 weeks, Dec 2022- Jan 23. They are very friendly and intelligent, caring towards the animals (2 cats and 1 lively dog), and left our home clean and tidy. It all went very, very smoothly. I highly recommend Daniel as a pet sitter and house sitter! He took care of Pipa for over three months this winter and did an outstanding job. From the first day, it was clear that he had a genuine love for animals and a great deal of experience with pets. He was very attentive to his needs and always made sure he was comfortable, well-fed, and had plenty of playtime. In addition to his pet-sitting duties, Daniel also went above and beyond by processing my postal mail and keeping the house well-organized. He was very responsible and reliable, always arriving on communicating, putting the bins out, and watering the plants on time, and keeping me updated with photos and messages. I felt completely at ease knowing that my cat was in such good hands and that my home was well-cared for while I was away. If Cung ever applies to your post for a house or pet sit, I strongly encourage you to jump at the offer. You will not be disappointed. Cung is among the top (if not the top) sitter I’ve ever had and I’ve been on this site for years. Primarily, Cung is very organized. In the weeks and days leading up to the sit, Cung kept me abreast of his plans and status. I felt very comfortable in the days leading up to the sit because I knew the plan we made to exchange the keys and walk him through the instructions would work as planned. Second, Cung really cares. When he got to my apartment after what I assume was a long day of traveling, I explained the care instructions and he was very attentive and cared about the details - asking very specific questions on how to care for my cat and apartment. I had some pretty specific rules about how to feed my cat and take care of him and Cung followed those exactly. Third, Cung makes you feel comfortable while you are away. I got daily or twice daily updates about my cat. I got pictures which made me feel like my cat was having a good time. My cat came out within an hour of me being away - very fast for my cat as he is shy. Cung must have a calming energy towards animals. Cung was also very responsive when I reached out first - replying within 5 minutes. I really appreciated that. My cat threw up at one point and Cung answered all of my questions to assess whether my cat was sick or had just eaten too fast. Fourth, Cung will take good care of your apartment/house. I came back to a SPOTLESS apartment. The sheets were washed and folded on my bed. The towels were washed. The apartment had been vacuumed. The kitchen was clean. The dishwasher had been run. Everything was in its place when I returned. Honestly, cleaner than when I left it which is difficult since I am a very clean person. Cung also respects your property. I have an extensive computer setup that he used for work and he was very respectful of that equipment. He asked if he could use it beforehand, which was incredibly polite since he could have used it and I wouldn’t have known. In sum. You need to jump at the opportunity if Cung offers to sit for you. I came home to a very happy cat. Hope he will sit for me again sometime!

We don’t have the easiest dog, yet we’ve always got such great sitters who work well with him. Thank you to Surpriya who coordinates everything and always works with what we need. Our puppy Dexter (8 months) stayed with Supriya for 17 days in August when we were on holidays. It was my first experience with leaving the dog at a boarding place, and I was a bit nervous in the beginning. However, all my fears turned out to be in vain. Dexter had a great time at DogStays. Our dog Melody stayed with a Dogstays sitter and came back happier than ever! The entire process, from initial communication, contract, and final drop off/pick-up was super smooth and well coordinated and put my mind to ease. I was especially nervous as my dog is a newly rescued dog and had only been with us for 3 months, but she settled right into her new home. DogStays is very reliable if you want to find the perfect match of a sitter for your fur baby. We have found absolutely amazing and loving sitters for our 2 dogs and one of them is an anxious baby so it is even more important for us to be able to find a sitter who will understand her personality and needs. Our dog Bumble stayed at DogStays.lu for 2 days and we couldn't be happier. From the preparation, to the pickup and the stay everything was perfect, and we didn't have even for a minute doubt that Bumble was missing anything. Absolutely 5 stars for this team. The accommodation organized for the past couple years for our fur baby with particular needs has been amazing. Our fur baby has separation anxiety as well as other specific care instructions and is always given the 5 star treatment. Each sitter has their own personality and style, which gives a well rounded experience each time. With the instructions we are asked to provide and the sitter's dedication to those details, its the best comfort a pet parent can have.
This is probably one of the best dog boarding services in Luxembourg. Supriya is extremely professional, always willing to go the extra mile to find the right sitter for your pet. I have made some last minute requests, she was patient and more than willing to find a sitter for us. Very service oriented, and a go getter who rarely says no. I absolutely recommend dogstays, you can be rest assured your fur buddies are going to have the best time during the stay.

I warmly recommend the pet services provided by Anissa. I was lucky and grateful that she could look after my cat during my holidays. Having her to visit my cat every day, make sure he is eating and playing a bit, having videos with the cat really reduced my anxiety while away. Anissa is very professional in her work and also genuinely likes animals, my cat liked her from first visit so that helped a lot to have trust that it’s in good hands.

Very pleased with Anissa. She came to pick up and drop off our dog at the house, no need for extra trips from our side. We have a pretty reactive dog and she handled him extremely well. Anissa took care of my two dogs while we were on holiday, and she was great. She came to my house to meet them in advance to make sure they would trust her when she came back on our absence. She was very patient and kind with them, she gave them food and water and took them for a walk on each visit. She also sent me photos and videos when she was with them, letting me know they were ok. Communication with her was great on every moment. I really recommend her!
Anissa is a great professional. Take a good care of our two English bulldogs at our home, giving them more than food and water, but also a bit of love in our absence. She show herself very patient, especially with the typical stubbornness from bulldogs. Also, she always send us messages telling how they were and showing pictures and videos. It was a great experience. I definitely recommend!

The team at Lucky Dogs is professional, super caring, and exceptionally friendly. Whenever Freddy goes there, he gets happy and jumps for joy upon seeing the team! Most notably, during Freddy's last visit, he developed an infection in his eye.( he is very sensitive in this area and he often has similar issues.) The team handled the situation with utmost professionalism! I was far away but I was kept informed at every step, which gave me great peace of mind. They immediately took him to the vet and started the necessary treatments while I was receiving twice per day an update of how he is doing. Lucky Dogs has been great for our playful pup when we go away! It is so nice to know that our pet is being wonderfully taken care of during vacations and trips away from home. They send a "pet postcard" each day and send lots of pictures/videos to make sure we know she's having a great time. They go on several long walks, play time in the yard, down time inside, and she gets lots of attention. When she comes home, she sleeps for 3 days straight recovering from all the fun she had! We recommend Brian and his team 100%! We trust them to take excellent care of our girl in our absence and can enjoy a worry-free holiday.
Our two basset hounds Watson and Bessie enjoyed Lucky Dogs very much. Lucky Dogs is very well organised, Brian and the team are very professional and friendly. Every day we received a photo report of our beloved hounds, which made it easier for us to be separated from them. This was our dogs second visit to Lucky Dogs. She is quite nervous so we have taken it slowly but everything was great and she stayed for nearly a week. The staff are so kind and listen carefully to you so they know your pet. We are so pleased to find somewhere that works for her and she is a lot more confident with other dogs generally as a result of going to Lucky Dogs. I would highly recommend to others
We have had a bad experience prior to this company and were a bit nervous to give our dogs away for 2 weeks again but they restored our faith in kennels and we are so incredibly happy. The dogs were calm, happy and ate all their food during their stay and kept their weight, (one of our dogs is very prone to stress and tends to not eat when stressed) so we knew they had had a great experience. You hear from them everyday and get photos which is very reassuring. We will use them soon! Thank you to the team of Lucky dogs!
A colleague recommended Lucky Dogs to me over the summer, and I am very pleased to have found them for my 2.5 year old golden retriever named Bean. In particular, for my last booking, my dog was (at last minute) requiring medication to be administered throughout 7 days, so for his entire stay, due to upset tummy from something he ate. I was 50/50 debating to cancel my flight back to USA because I was so worried about Bean getting his daily meds. Lucky Dogs owner Brian reached me directly ahead of drop-off to assure me that his team would take great care of Bean and make sure his health was top priority during his stay. I was relieved to get daily updates and photos, as well to know he was soon feeling back to his normal self and playing with the other pups as he normally does (full of golden energy). He loves going on all the daily walks, and I always trust that Bean will get along with all the other dogs due to their rigorous evaluation process before being accepted as a "Lucky Dog." Rates are reasonable and communication is also a strength. Wide range of languages spoken, as well. Highly recommended. Thanks, Brian and your whole team.
My Silva was very well taken care of by Lucky Dogs; she was taken for a walk every day, no matter how miserable the weather was. She socialised with the other canines and relaxed in the day-room, and all the rooms were perfectly clean. Also, I was sent a few photos every day, so I could relax during my holidays too, knowing she was happy! To be recommended.
Duke loved his week at Lucky Dogs, and we loved knowing he was in safe, professional hands! From the first moment we visited Lucky Dogs and met Brian, we were confident this place would be perfect for our dog and we were not disappointed. We received adorable photos daily while we were on holiday and even noticed that Duke walks better on the leash now that he went on so many pack walks with his crèche buddies! Duke already looks forward to coming back :)

We really liked lucky dogs, lovely staff and owner, and they know what they are doing in terms of dog handling. During our dog’s stay, we got daily picture update of him going on walks and playing with other dogs. It was such a lovely touch, and our whole family looked forward to the update everyday! He seemed to enjoyed the stay and the company.

Catsitter provides exactly the service which we need for our cat while we are on holiday. Our cat feels best when she stays at home, where she can leave and enter the house as and when she likes. Getting taken care of by an up to then unknown person is less traumatising than an animal "hotel". Natalya took good care of our cat during our absence, she sent us photos and videos whenever possible. We recommend her services and will surely ask for her again on our next trip/holiday/absence.

Anaïs is a true enthusiast and a professional to whom I have left my dog with my eyes closed for over a year every day when I work but also during vacations. I really like the concept but I think there are too many dogs, all together in one room inside, with no escape. My dog was terrified during the visit and so we left it at that. It's true that Anaïs and her colleague seem professional and capable of managing the pack, but for me, the place scares me
