Had a last minute trip just following the holidays and they were gracious to take on boarding my mom's small dog, while we took her to see her sister out of state. When he refused to eat his food we had taken for him, they were quick to try him with some they had there...which he loved! They even sent us home with a baggy of it for him, to buy us time to go buy him some of it. He seemed happy with the attendant; although he was happier to have the car ride back home! Mom rested easier knowing her sweet furbaby was in pet loving hands!

Great folks. Hate to leave the babies but too big to travel by plane. They took care and we were able to enjoy our vacay. Thank you!

I love bringing my dogs here. You can tell when a dog is nervous to go into a place and my girls are never nervous walking into Town & Country. They walk right in and gladly prance their ways into the kennel. It's so easy to board them together too. Every time I pick them up they're obviously happy to see me but they leave happy. They are so well taken care of here and you can tell my dogs are treated as if they were their own. I highly recommend bringing your dogs here! Great price, beautiful and clean facility and a very friendly staff :)

The pet care givers here go above and beyond taking care of our canine babies. I have used them several times and they are very professional and loving to my babies. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services. I have 2 Beagles and they are able to stay together their entire stay. Love them....

This place is wonderful! They have such great care to our dog Harmony, who had really bad separation anxiety and fear of everything really. This dog tore apart our house and got worse as she aged. They were very affordable, patient, loving and kind to her and us! I immediately turned again to them when we had a family friend who died and owned a dog. They even remembered me from the 2 plus years prior! They helped us find a new home for this dog that couldn’t be taken by any friends of the original dog owner. They did it out of the kindness of their hearts and their love for God. This dog had been through so much after losing his “mommy” that this boarding company wanted to help this dog find stability again. It was an emergency situation. Any dog is safe and well cared for with this company!

Both my dog and I love this place! We live in Northern KY and board our pup here when our travels take us near Nashville. Everyone is always super friendly and efficient. We have boarded her places where she seemed overly relieved to see us... not here! When we pick her up, it's a quick greeting and back to sniffing, tail wagging, and happy trotting! She seems so relaxed when we leave and is excited when we drop her off. We feel NO guilt at all about letting her stay at Town and Country while we travel!

My doggies home away from home! My two GSDs love Town & Country so much. They are always so happy to stay. It's I'm so happy to have finally found a trustworthy Petsitter for my babies. We have four dogs: two Pyrenees, one medium collie, one small terrier. I don't trust my pyrs with anyone, especially the largest one. This place is incredible with them. They really know how to handle my dogs and the dogs always come back clean, happy and healthy.

My little Gracie needed a place to stay for a little vacation. She had the best time and was so well taken care of. I loved seeing the social media posts to see how well it was going. Looking forward to her going to day care there as well. I can’t say enough good things about Tony Paws Resort.

Absolutely an amazing experience for my little Duke, every single day we got pictures and video’s of him and he was always having fun. The staff were so helpful at getting him registered and I always saw him being loved on, we can’t say enough about how amazing they are with our baby boy. LOVE this place. Boarded my dogs for the first time for four days and I was weary of how they’d do. They loved being there! The ladies learned my dogs immediately and posted so many pictures for me to see while away. So affordable. So kind. Great with the dogs. We love it!

Our little guy, Linus, has the best time at Tiny Paws! I love how I’m able to see updates throughout the day on Facebook. Cindy and Brittany knew that Linus was very timid with other people and they took the time to let him get comfortable and by the end of the week he was loving on them! That’s huge progress for a rescue dog that had been abused in the past. Also, we rest easy knowing that all of the dogs are small, reducing the risk of injury while playing. Can’t say enough good things about this place!

We recently moved to the area and don’t have family nearby so this was our first time boarding our fur babies. I was most nervous for my 15 year old who I knew would not do well in your typical boarding environment. However, when I visited Tiny Paws resort I felt relief because I knew Charlotte would do well in a home away from home like environment and that is exactly what Tiny Paws is, a home away from home. The ladies at Tiny Paws are great- they are kind and gentle and my dogs came home happy and well cared for. I would highly recommend Tiny Paws Resort. Thank you Cindy and Rebecca.

First time we used Tiny Paws Resort, and we will definitely continue using them in the future. Clean facility, groomer was very friendly and efficient. Dropped our little shitzu off and 1 hour later she was ready for pickup. The groomer did a great job, I highly recommend.

I highly recommend Tiny Paws!! I boarded my dog here while on vacation for a week and everything was phenomenal!! I cannot say enough great things about the service that was provided and all the pictures. My dog had the best time and I will definitely be using them again!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! I was so nervous to board my senior beagle, he has never been boarded before. He is 12. They were great from the moment I walked in the door to do a meet and greet, they made sure I felt at ease and gave me a tour of the resort. I even got to pick which area I wanted my dog to sleep in. It is absolutely not a traditional boarding facility where they are crated or pent up. They have an indoor and outdoor space for the dogs to play and to relax all day long! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Best part is, it's all dogs of similar size (30 pounds and under), so I was not worried about my dog's safety. The owner is absolutely amazing and the rest of her staff cannot be beat! I will absolutely be sending my sweet boy to Tiny Paws from here on out for vacations and doggie daycare for a fun day out for him!

My senior dog has a lot of special needs so I was searching for months to find a boarder who would give him special care. I’ve never boarded before so I was struggling with the concept of trusting someone to watch him. I finally chose Tiny Paws and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for Falcor. There’s a reason they have awards and five stars! Cindy and Brittany are so very kind and attentive and always kept me updated on my dog through pictures and posts. The building is cozy and homely and they stay true to only serving small dogs which was a huge deal to me. They also don’t tack on a bunch of extras and their price is certainly affordable. I’d recommend them to anyone in need in a heartbeat. Should I ever need this service again, they have my business for sure. Thank you again ladies!<3

Perfect! The first time our Ellie had been in a kennel, and she did very well. The kennel was very clean. I received texts and photo's daily while we were gone. Will definitely use Hillside Kennels again.

My pups and I love this place. The owners are friendly and they treat your pet like it is their own. They have spotless kennels and several large runs outside. The pups are never left alone outside, which is great because mine are small. I get morning texted updates and the same in the evening. Plus daily pictures. I highly recommend Hillside Kennels to anyone want to board their dogs.

We were a little nervous leaving out 11 month old German Shepherd for 5 days but Mitzi really made us feel comfortable and took excellent care of Lexy for us. We’ll not hesitate to have her boarded at Hillside Kennels in the future. We got daily updates on how she was doing along with pictures, this is above and beyond what many other places would do. I had never boarded my GSD before, so I was a little nervous at first. He was well taken care of! I got daily pictures and updates of how he was doing. Their kennel is secure and you can tell they know their business. I highly recommend Hillside Kennels!

Dropped my baby off. The owner gave him a peanut butter kong as soon as I left to calm him down, and sent me a pic.

They are excellent. They send you pictures of your pup and will tell you how they’re doing. The kennel is also at their house so your dog is never alone.

People are friendly. Very good with your dog. Communication with you while you're away. Sends pictures of your fur baby.

Recently moved to Nashville and we were looking for a place to care for our pets while we visited our home! Not only did they take great care of our pets, they sent us email updates about how they were doing, and we could tell by the way they spoke about them that they really care, that they really spent time with our pets and interacted with them often. We dropped them off for Labor Day weekend, and weren’t able to pick them up on Labor Day as their lobby was closed, and they generously didnt bill us for that day of caring for our pets! Great business run by good people. Would definitely bring our pets again.

Preppy Pet exceeds our expectations every time that we board our cocker spaniel. All of the staff there are very professional and have treated our pet like he was one of their own. Their booking process is seamless, and their facility is well maintained. Have been using them for over a year now and would not want Chase to go anywhere else!

My dogs love it! Everyone is very kind that work here. They do great at boarding and so far have behaved! I opt out of the baths so that my dogs only associate boarding with things they love and I appreciate having the option to do so. Very affordable as well!

Preppy pet is a wonderful place to entrust with your animals. Our two pups love it; they don't whine or try to escape when we take them. They provide excellent care to my senior dogs, and I am so glad to have Preppy Pet as a resource.

Our puppy, Buster, had an amazing stay with Preppy Pet in Hendersonville! He is 7 months old and we had an opportunity to travel and needed a place to board him that had an impeccable reputation! This was our first time to board him and when we dropped him off the staff literally met us at the door and treated him as tho he was a celebrity walking the ‘red carpet’🤩 We loved seeing his sweet face on the Preppy Pet FB page several times while we were away! When we picked him up 5 days later he had been bathed and looked so beautiful wearing a green bandana! And, again, the staff was awesome! Thank you Dana, Jody and staff for making this ‘first’ a wonderful experience for us🐾

These people treat you and your pet like family from the moment you walk in the door!! Your pet will feel all the love and I wish there were more people like this in the world. I've never boarded my rescue dog who has separation anxiety, but a death in the family forced us to leave town and didn't have another option for our pup. I was nervous when I pulled up, but Dana met me out at my car to help me with my pet and his belongings and immediately made me feel comfortable. They posted photos of my pup during playtime, gave him a great bath and even made him a personalized bandana with his name on it! When I picked up my pup, I was greated by smiles and condolences as they remembered my loss and even snuck a condolences card in with my dogs items which was hand written!! I will be bringing my dog back just for playdates because this was such a great experience. Great pricing, great people, happy pets!

Very clean and well kept. The owners are on site 24/7. They treat and care for every animal like there own. There pets are on site also. If l lived closer to them my pup ( JoCee ) would be there all the time. And I don't let her out of my sight. I give them a 5 star rating.

I brought my dog to preppy pet because I trusted she would be ok. The first time I left her for puppy play time I came home and she had explosive diarrhea all over my house for days. She got so sick I took her to the vet for 200 dollars. I called to let preppy pet know and they told me that it was nerves. I understand dogs miss their owners so she could have been nervous. Then this last time I brought her I come home on Saturday and my dog is coughing so bad and not breathing well. I call the emergency vet and she tells me she has kennel cough to watch her very closely which I did and I brought her into my primary vet the following day sure enough she had kennel cough. I was very upset. Then when the owner and I finally talked I explained that she was very sick and that I had a 300 vet bill. He told me that it happens and that sorry the dog is sick but most likely sick because MY DOGS immune system isn’t good. My dog was very healthy coming into preppy pet now she is extremely sick. Do not bring your pets here. The only thing I asked the owner for is the daycare fee back it was two days so about 60 bucks he refused to reimburse me for that but he would give me a discount when my dog comes back. I told him I would not be bringing her back so no refund. If you care for your animals don’t bring them here.

Oh my goodness!!! Today was our first time getting groomed at Preppy Pet, and we will never go anywhere else. Grooming is usually a terrible time bc we have two large Goldendoodles, and the haircuts rarely turn out cute and they come out acting like they have been tortured. Not today!! Hero came out soooo happy and super cute!! Not to mention he was recently sprayed by a skunk (twice), and the smell is completely gone and he smells so good! Jody is an angel! She is so patient and kind and you can tell he was treated so differently at Preppy Pet. They are kind and wonderful. The dogs don’t wait in kennels for hours bc they get to take breaks to play and go outside to the bathroom. This place is a gem. We are starting a Jody fan club at our house. Preppy Pet, you have won us completely! Thank you!

Southern Paws took great care of our two bunnies while we were on vacation. It made it so much easier on them to stay in their familiar environment at home rather than move them somewhere new. Twice a day updates with photos and the whole thing was a breeze for us. We're so lucky to have a company like this in our town. Highly recommend!!

We just use this service last week and I am extremity grateful for their service. At first I will admit I was very Leary about leaving my pets. But once I've see the level of services they did offer. I felt so much more at ease and was able to enjoy the rest of my vacation.. I received daily Post and updates, I soon realized it was actually a vacation for my pets as well. Great service 👏

Highly recommend! We had a wonderful experience! They took care of our 3 cats (two 4-year-old males & a 17-year-old female) for 8 days while we were on vacation. Lori, Tracy, Stephanie, Cherie & Kelly did a great job and sent updates and photos every day. When we returned, we found a Welcome Home card and framed photos of our cats. It was so sweet! We will definitely book with them for our next trip.

Southern Paws is the best dog/cat sitting service. We have 2 dogs and 3 cats. We used them for the first time Nov 1- Nov-7 2023. We were sent daily updates on our fur babies and pictures! The daily report cards were great! We were able to relax and enjoy our vacation knowing our babies were being taken care of by such wonderful and caring people! We will definitely be using them again!!!!

We recently used Kathy and her team for the first time for our senior lab while we were out of town. They are amazing!!! I absolutely loved getting daily pictures and reports on how she was doing. We arrived back home to a very happy pup and a framed picture of our girl on the kitchen counter. I cannot recommend Southern Paws Pet Sitting enough!

The team at southern paws did an awesome job with my cat Lenny while I was out of town. I love the communication on the app. They are so friendly and helpful. Next time I go away, I will definitely use their service and would highly recommend it to anyone I know.

Southern Paws is amazing! I just went on a trip for 8 days and they took very good care of my kitty. I got an update each day of how he was doing. They are very thoughtful and you can just tell that they care very much about your pet. They make sure that they know beforehand any special needs your pet has. They are also very responsive. So glad to have stumbled on this company and will recommend to anyone in the area.

I would give them 10 stars if I could! The level of detail and care was wonderful. The staff of Southern Paws communicated with me before, during and after our weeklong trip. We hired them to come for daily visits for our two dogs. Each day they sent a "report card", as I called it, detailing the day along with pictures! Honestly, I think the dogs are still looking for them to come through the door. Thank you to Kathy Jarrell and her amazing staff! I'm attaching a picture of what I saw when we got back home. Sooo thoughtful and sweet!

Never did I think I would have a pet in doggy daycare, but I’m so happy I tried it. Best place EVER! Great place for my pup to run off some energy and become well adjusted to other dogs. The onboarding process was very easy, and I felt so comfortable leaving my pet in their care. Not only is my pup well taken care of, but she’s become so well behaved in the process and I attribute that 100% to the daycare. Cherry on top is they have cameras for “check ins” and also offer grooming services at a reasonable rate.

I cannot say enough great things about this place! I took my two doggies there last week for the first time. They were getting introduced to daycare because they will be boarding there overnight soon. My senior Peekapoo was also getting groomed there. They knew we were a little apprehensive because she is 14 and has had a bad experience with grooming and boarding at other places in the past. They all reassured us she would be fine and they would keep us posted. Throughout the day they sent us pictures and video of her and she was sooo happy 😁! The groomer sent pictures of her after and made sure we were happy with her groom. They have a webcam you can watch throughout the day to see your fur babies playing and having so much fun with the other dogs there! They love on your doggies just like you would and they treat them with such care. My larger dog was wore out when he got home! 😄 I could go on but I won't. Do not hesitate to take your doggies here! They are the best around!! ❤️❤️🐾🐕

Pleasant View is the BEST!!!!! They love our babies like they are their own. Our dogs get so excited pulling in the driveway, they know exactly where they are. Special Thanks to all o the staff that have dance parties and bubble parties with the dogs. Our babies LOVE them!!! So blessed to know our babies are safe and having the time of their lives when away from us.

I can’t say enough good things about PVPS! The staff is amazing and super friendly. They provide appropriate activities and the dogs are very well supervised. They take amazing care of my “babies” anytime they are there. My two dogs get so excited as soon as we turn in the driveway and they are worn completely out when we pick them up. We have used PVPS for both daycare and for boarding. I highly recommend Tina and her top notch staff.

Through circumstances beyond my control, last year I had to surrender my furbaby, Murphy back to my friends at Proverbs 12:10 Animal Rescue. Tina Wehrs and her amazing staff stepped up and welcomed Murphy into their group in Pleasant View. I was heartbroken to leave him,but the wonderful staff sent me daily pictures of him and videos of him 24/7 interacting with the other pets boarded there. They loved him as much as I did. They groomed him and sent pictures. They watched over him until he was reunited with a new mom and dad. Would recommend Tina to anyone looking to board their baby or just a place to pamper them. They would not be in any better hands.

We have been bringing our dogs here for a year and a half. Boarding and daycare. We and our dogs love it here. The staff is very kind and you can tell they love working here. The daily photos posted to social media are so great to see especially when you need to board them for an awhile. Today we picked them up and they had crafts done such as an ornament for the holidays. Not to mention the grooming staff (we use Tiffani) are phenomenal. I never have to think twice or worry about my dogs when I leave them at PVPS, I know they are in wonderful hands. Shout out to the staff, we appreciate all you do for our boys, love, Ben and Baxter.

If I could give more stars I would. I was so nervous sending my puppy somewhere, but with constant photo updates and the yard live cam my nerves were gone. Augie loves the workers and the pups! He gets excited pulling onto their road and would go everyday if it were up to him. It’s a family environment with tons of love! They do amazing things for the pups as well as fostering! I highly recommend!

We have been taking our boxer to PVPS since they opened their doors almost 2 years ago. You could not ask for better people to take care of your babies! Tina and her staff are absolutely wonderful. Our dog loves to go to daycare at PVPS. We also have boarded her there when we vacation and I never have to worry about her. They accommodate her special food and sleeping needs. She gets tons of playtime and lots of love. The facility is spotless and there is a huge playground for them to run. If you are looking for a great doggy daycare or need to board your pup, I highly recommend PVPS!

House of Paws is a gem! We take our two dogs (husky and lab mix) for boarding and doggie day camp regularly and these ladies are fantastic. It’s clear they truly care for your pets and have consistently superior customer service. Our dogs lose their minds with excitement when we say the words House of Paws and can’t wait to get to the car; they’re always happy and clean upon pickup and the grooming options are great. We just had a baby and leaving our furbabies with House of Paws for our delivery was smooth, and gave us such peace of mind. Truly kind, caring and dedicated people. We are lifelong fans!

I have had nothing but positive experiences taking my puppy here for day care! The staff is friendly,nice and making appointments is a breeze! They do car pick up/ drop off which is really cool and convenient. My puppy loves going to daycare here and once the awesome employees have his leash he doesn't even look back! They post pictures on their Facebook of the pups playing which is conforming and sometimes hilarious! Another plus is they are very reasonably priced.

House of Paws is so incredibly wonderful. I used to take my dog here to be boarded before he passed away. I boarded my cat here while I was out of town for a week. I was worried because it was the first time I boarded my cat. The staff was nothing but helpful and kind. I called to check on him halfway through my trip and they filled me in on how he was doing. I love House of Paws and will recommend them to everyone.

Our dog Clyde has been going to House of Paws for over a year for daycare, and he LOVES it and everyone there! I love seeing the pics they post almost every day of my dog and all the other happy dogs romping around and playing - you can tell the staff really cares about the pooches! He is one tired dog when he gets home, and you know what they say (or is it just me?) - a tired dog is a good dog!

They have been great up until this year. To my understanding a groomer left. The owner described them as “her groomer”. At the last appointment, they did not clip my dogs nails. I returned after a few weeks and they charged me for less than five minutes of work. This is after they knew that her nails were not done on her last visit. For this and the weird gaslighting the owner does, I will not be returning.

I didn't like the closed waiting room. The foyer was very smelly. My dogs haircut was good

Our boy has been going to house of paws for about a year. He usually goes about once a week and he LOVES it. He loves the people there. They remember his name and speak to him as we would. I also love that they are transparent and communicate when they are at high capacity (which is a concern we had at a previous daycare where he got very sick with kennel cough- and we were never informed that multiple dogs had it during his stay). We love that we can tell that he loves going and actively see that they love him and that their hearts are really for the animals they look after. We could not recommend house of paws enough for daycare or grooming!

I've been taking my dog here since he was a puppy and he LOVES it! Everytime I drop him off he bolts to his favorite groomer and best buddies, without even looking back. Maddie does a fantastic job at grooming him exactly the way I want it.

House of Paws is amazing!! I cannot say enough GREAT things about the staff and owner. They are so attentive to the dogs and I love how excited they are to see my dog every morning. When my dog and I are about 10 min away from House of Paws, he starts wagging his tail and cannot sit still because he’s so excited! This is the first time we’ve ever been to a doggy daycare and we 100% made the right decision. I feel confident in knowing my dog will be taken care of while I’m at work. If you’re contemplating House of Paws, stop contemplating and get to filling out an application! My only regret is not sending my dog sooner.
