Amazing place! Our expectations were met and they communicated to us with everything. Price is reasonable. Plenty of space for dogs to run a round. Lots of play time. My husband and I are very satisfied with their service, and my babies looked like they had so much!! Totally worth booking with them.

I can’t say enough great things about Rock Hill Pet Care! The way they care for my girl Robin truly warms my heart. She gets so excited every time we pull into the neighborhood—she absolutely loves it there! I never have to worry when I drop her off because I know she's in the best hands. They send tons of pictures, so I always get to see her having a great time. It’s clear they genuinely know and love my girl, and that means the world to me. Highly recommend!

This is by far the best place I have ever boarded my dog. She has anxiety and she needs extra attention and care, and Casey and Trent have been absolutely wonderful with her. She always comes home so happy. I love that I have the option of letting my precious furbaby stay in a beautiful home with woods and trees, instead of one of those big box, sterile facilities that have to be stressful. there's something about the personal touch that makes it so nice. They send the cutest little pictures and that makes me smile knowing that she is in good hands. Also, the booking system is very easy to use. You can modify and reserve seamlessly, on your own. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. They are the absolute best.

We recently planned a trip lasting over three days and needed someone to look after our cat Snow so he wouldn't be alone. It was our first time using a boarding place, and we were pleasantly surprised with how well it went. They sent us pictures of Snow every day, showing he was doing great with them. If we need to travel again, we'll definitely use their services. They made Snow feel right at home! Thank you guys for being so kind.

My dogs had a great time during their stay! Casey and Trent were awesome to communicate with. I loved getting photos daily. They are quick to respond to any messages. I recommend them and will definitely be back!

Casey & Trenton are amazing at what they do! My first time using the rover app, & i doubt i’ll have to look else where for dog sitters! The communication from the time I requested to book, up until I picked up my fur baby was 10/10! They sent me lots of beautiful photos while I was away. I also love the fact that they have enough space to care for multiple dogs at 1 time, giving milo the opportunity to interact with other pups! Highly recommend these two for pet care, they’re literally the best!

Casey & Trent are the most wonderful people! We are thankful to have found them to board our golden doodle and also go for daycare. They treat your pets as their own. Bonus that it’s at their beautiful home with lots of room and things for the dogs. They truly do care and work amazing as a team. I highly recommend sending your pup here for all that they have to offer. My mind is at ease knowing our doggie will be well taken care of when we are out of town for a week. SO thankful I found this place!! I’ve boarded my dog here many times now and every time he comes home happy as can be and absolutely exhausted! Haha! LOVE all the pictures and love knowing he’s having the time of his life playing with so many other pups. I’ve boarded my dogs at other places in the past and they come home totally not themselves and very off… So thankful this is not the case at all here. HIGHLY recommend Rock Hill Pet Care to anyone who needs a place for their pup to vacation!

Oh man...I cannot say enough amazing & wonderful things about RHPC. Our pup has such bad people anxiety. Trent took his time to let her warm up to him. He didn't push himself onto her. He let her set boundaries & when she was ready let Trent into her inner circle. It is so refreshing to see people respect my girls boundaries. Our girl gets so excited seeing Trent in the morning. I love that we get pictures multiple times a day & she is always wagging her tail at pick up. They love on her as if she is their own & you can tell how much she loves it there too. They also have recommendations of other daycares if they are ever closed that are of the same expectations & caliber. I won't take our girl anywhere else.

Had a last minute trip, they were able to work with us to accommodate our large dog. Dog had a great time!!! Would recommend and will be our dog watchers from now on!!!

To say Josh was a wonderful host for my dog Cooper would be an understatement. He was super upfront and professional about pricing and even set up a meet and greet to meet with my dog to familiarize him with his as well. The care and compassion he has for dogs and all animals in general truly pushes him over the top in my opinion when compared to standard boarding facilities that I have sent my dog to in the past. Your pet is going to get top quality care and attention that simply cannot be matched at a run of the mill kennel or boarding facility. To top it all off, I was actually involved in a car accident the day I was supposed to pick up my dog and when I informed Josh of what had happened, he immediately and graciously offered to keep him for another night until I sorted everything out. I truly cannot recommend Josh highly enough and I will without a doubt be coming back to Good Hands Pet Sitters for all my boarding needs in the future.

Josh has always been great with our pup. He has been with us since we got him and now our dog gets so excited when he sees him come in the house. He always takes him on long walks and he is rewarded with a treat. You can really tell he truly loves the animals and takes pride in his work.

Our dogs love Josh and we do, too. Our pup gets walked twice a day during the week and she is by far the best walker we’ve ever had. No pulling and she is super social. We also use him for boarding up to three dogs and he even picks up/drops off. Very convenient and they all adore him.

Was worried about boarding my 11 year old lab with a kennel. Came across In Good Hands on the web. Joshua came to our house to meet Dakota and I. Loved the professionalism mixed with compassion. Dakota loved boarding with Joshua’s own dog Tubbs. Joshua has a house with a fenced in backyard. I was sent at least 4 pics of Dakota per day and detailed updates. Dakota looked like a young puppy again having fun. Joshua picks up and returns your dog which is an added plus!

Josh is amazing with our Bernedoodle, Bentley. He has been our walker and we have done boarding with him twice. We trust Josh completely and our dog loves him! No more worries here when we go out of town! Thanks Josh! Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience with Josh. Josh was hired to take care of our dog and cat for a long weekend. We trusted him due to his good reviews.... The first day he went 10 hours with out giving us any update. We tried calling/texting his mobile and work number for 2 hours with no luck. He is unreliable in many ways- his car, his communication and has an excuse for everything. Once we finally got a hold of him around midnight the first day... we told him we were no longer in need of his services. He still showed up at our house... we had to change our passcode...He still owes us $140 and I had to get the cops involved. **this is the location in rock hill

My Goldendoodle is an only “child” and since we don’t go out of town often she needs to know someone will be with her most of the day and throughout the night. She received more exercise than she gets at home and was walked 4 times every day while with Joshua spoiling her like crazy! Would definitely recommend to those with high maintenance dogs like mine.

My two have spent a lot of time with Josh this fall and I know they are well cared for and happy when they are part of his pack. I am lucky to have him to care for my dogs while I am away.

Josh did a fantastic job both times he looked after my dog. The pup loves him and he is reliable.

My boy loves daycare!! Ears shoot up when I say the word and tail wags when we walk in. The staff are always so friendly to me and my pup. He gets all his energy out and ends up passing out at home (which is good cause he’s wild 24/7). Highly recommend!

We recently found ourselves in a situation where our 10-year-old Shepherd mix, Amy, needed a safe and loving place to stay while we were traveling. In the past, she had always stayed with family and friends, but that wasn’t an option this time. From the moment we walked in, we felt confident that she would be in good hands. What really set Woof Park Lodge apart for us was their secure play area, where our dog was able to run free all day with other dogs, rather than being cooped up in a kennel. It was such a relief to know she was getting plenty of exercise, socialization, and a chance to enjoy herself while we were away. The staff went above and beyond in every way. From providing regular updates on her well-being to giving her extra attention when she struggled with severe separation anxiety, they truly demonstrated how much they care. We also loved being able to monitor her through their 24/7 webcam feature—such a comforting touch for us as pet parents. We were 100% pleased with how her stay was handled, and we’re already booked for her next visit next month. It’s a huge relief to know she will be cared for and safe while we're away. I can't recommend Woof Park Lodge enough for anyone looking for peace of mind and exceptional care for their pet.

We are so happy to have this wonderful facility so close to us. It’s incredibly clean and professionally run. Everyone is friendly and helpful and the grooming is excellent. My long haired Shiloh Shepherds are a lot to groom and every time they come home looking perfect. My dogs can’t wait to go and play. So glad we found Woof Park!

Absolutely love Woof Park Lodge. They take such good care of our boy. He gets so excited to go to daycare, and actually started following me to the car in the mornings thinking he was going. He’s a rescue and young and I was so nervous to board him. The staff was so patient with me calling every morning to make sure he was okay 🙈. We love having access to the cameras and getting to see him throughout the day. Could not recommend Woof Park Lodge enough!

I've taken my maltipoo there 3 times now and had a great experience. This last time, I chose a different groomer inadvertently, and what usually takes 2 hours took nearly 3+. I came back at the 2 hour mark, and they said 30 more minutes, 45 more minutes later I checked again, she said another 30 minutes. I was sitting outside in my car this whole time because it was 30 minutes to go home. I was quite frustrated. I explained that, and she said well we will bring her out. So another 15 minutes later, she brought her to me. When I paid, she charged my card on file. I felt bad not tipping, but I was frustrated. Their website says her cut should be $60. They charged me $65 the last 2 times, this time, it was $75 because they supposedly brushed her teeth for $5 more. I don't think they did. I will go back, though. I moved from Utah 18 months ago. My groomer there charged $35! To come here and pay $70 plus a tip is highway robbery. It breaks the bank. If I don't tip, then the groomer just gets her $12 per hour, and the facility gets the rest. Why???? I wish businesses would honor the posted price. The ladies there are very kind and the groomers do a great job. The dog before us was naughty, and it put her really behind. I highly recommend this place. I have been to 4 or 5 others and had bad experiences, some that traumatized my very easygoing, easy to get along with dog.

Dani did an AMAZING job grooming my 12 year dog. She was so great with her and made it such a pleasant experience I would highly recommend her. Nishie the owner is the absolute best! They got me in so quick and were so pleasant & professional.

Found these guys when my previous boarding facility closed. They are AWESOME. I have an older dog and she tires easily, they watch over her and make sure she is well cared for and rests when she needs it. This kind of attention to detail are what Woof Park the best! Bear Miller is very happy there!

Had my dog groomed here once- nothing derogatory to note, also nothing remarkable. Tried booking online for boarding and was rejected due to his mixed breed. Found it rather interesting- “insurance does not allow for daycare or overnight, but allows for grooming.” If you’re going to discriminate, please be transparent and update your website. Best! Updated to add: Oh and my initial review did not mention anything about your availability- as that was not and is not the cause of my dissatisfaction and review. The discrimination is. Please do not try to skew my review. Thank you, best!

Yesterday was my first visit at the woof park lounge and I wasn’t disappointed! I called to book the appointment and the staff was very friendly and when I arrived I was greeted with a smile . I felt at ease leaving my teddy to be groomed and cared for by them ! Great job ! I will be returning and be a regular client 😊 …

I can't say enough good stuff about WPL! My dog gets so excited when we pull up, and he is worn out when I pick him up. The staff is great, friendly and loving towards him. We use the grooming service too and Woody always leaves looking like a handsome little dude!

I’ve been sending my dog, Beau, to Rock Hill Ruff House since early May, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Beau absolutely loves his time there, whether it’s a quick day visit or a week-long stay. He’s always so excited to make new friends, and it’s clear he feels right at home. Heather and John are incredible—they consistently go above and beyond to keep me updated on Beau throughout his stay. Whether it’s pictures, messages, or updates, they always put my mind at ease, which is especially important since I’m a self-admitted ‘helicopter mom’ when it comes to my boy. Heather’s attentiveness and care means the world to me, and I completely trust her team with Beau. In fact, I can’t even say “Miss Heather” or “Heather” around Beau without him getting excited and thinking he’s headed back to play! If you’re looking for a place where your pup will be loved and cared for like family, I can’t recommend Rock Hill Ruff House enough.

I felt so comfortable leaving my pup there while being gone for a whole week. The place is very clean and very comfortable for shy and anxious dogs of all types. They do not discriminate against any breeds, which is awesome! The entire time the owners updated me with lot of pictures every day of my pup having the best time. Our boy did not want to leave and grew so attached to them. The prices are very affordable considering most boarding places make you pay for just play time, and kennels are a great size for all types of dogs! Rock hill ruff house lets your baby roam in and out all day with over an acre of land to run around! Definitely will be my go to boarding!

Heather & John kept my 3 year old black lab, Boo, for the past few days. She had a ball, literally & figuratively! The facilities are dog-fabulous, with large, comfortably furnished overnight kennels, a completely dog-friendly "living" area indoors with dog sofas, toys, a water fountain, and (importantly) concrete floors. Outdoor play areas are HUGE, with lots of room to run, jump, and play. I got daily (at least) photos and videos of the dogs having a great time playing together. They treated my Boo as if she were their own, and I have a very tired, very happy pup tonight. HIGHLY recommend!

I can’t express how much we appreciate Rock Hill Ruff House! They opened their arms to keep overnight for boarding our *not so little wild fur child* at the last minute for us to go out of town. Heather made sure to send me updates and pictures during his entire stay. Every picture I received all you could see is the excitement on his face. They went above and beyond for his care and we are so impressed by them. The facility is super clean, well kept in the fenced play yard, and very accommodating place for pets to always feel at home with a couch and tv to share. We have one HAPPY boy and I’m sure he didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be using Rock Hill Ruff house again!!

Absolutely phenomenal! The outdoor play area is big and open. The indoor area is nice and clean! They sent lots of photos of my boy while he was there for the weekend, he was clearly having a blast! They also did a great job on keeping me updated on how he was doing (he had never been anywhere overnight before). The owner is super sweet and did great with my wild pup!

My pup had the best time at the ruffhouse while we we on vacation out west. It was the happiest I've ever seen her while being boarded. She was there for 9 day and she looked like she loved every minute of it. When she's been boarded at other places she has looked board and just hung around with the humans, but here she was outside and playing with the other dogs and having a good time. Heather and her husband treat her as if she is theirs and take wonderful care of her, they even let her in their own home when she was the only one there. She'll definitely be going back for play days and boarding.

What an amazing place this is and owners John and Heather have poured their hearts into creating a safe space for dogs of all sizes, energy levels and temperaments. This is the second weekend our pup has stayed with them and each time, he has made new friends, gotten a lot of exercise with outside play and socialization with other dogs that is so necessary for his development. I can’t recommend Rock Hill Ruff House enough. We plan to try the daycare a few times a week as working from home with kids and dogs during the coming summer months can be challenging. Heather and John have ample outdoor space for the dogs to run, chase and just be dogs. When they need to cool off, they have an inside area to relax in. I highly recommend adding a bath onto your pup’s stay with them- our golden smelled fresh and soft for a week after! Thank you Heather and John !

We had the best experience with Rock Hill Ruff House! The owners are lovely and kept us in the loop on our pup, Penny's stay. We could actually see her smiling in the photos they sent! The facilities are great with a big outdoor yard and cozy rooms for each pup and they each get a Kong at bedtime! We cannot recommend this place highly enough!

We travel around the country for work, and have left our 2 labs in countless boarding kennels. The Ruff House is by far, and I mean FAR, the best we have ever used. The owners are thoughtful, kind and love our pups as much as we do. The property is outstanding, and is watched over by the fantastic house pup Murphy! Don't be surprised if your pups are a bit sad to leave when you pick them up. If you are in need of a boarding kennel, and live anywhere in the Charlotte area, Ruff House is for you.

Everyone who works here is amazing! After having to leave my home after the hurricane I was lucky enough to find this kennel, my 2 dogs stayed for 5 nights and were in great spirits when I picked them up. The entire staff is absolutely amazing and I will definitely be back. I highly recommend Bowzee Wowzee!

Our dog loves his time at Bowzee Wowzee! Everyone who works here loves him and he is always eager to run and play with his crew. Our dog is a rescue and has separation anxiety and I was worried about how he would do at first. But now he darts inside and when we travel overnight, I never worry. He is loved!

Ruined my vacation!!! Call them on Wednesday. They say all good to bring my dog on Sunday. Get there on Sunday and then say I need all these medical records. Now we can’t go and my 2 year old is so sad. This place seriously sucks

Used the groomer today for the first time based upon a recommendation and reading the reviews on the Internet. Our dog has Cushing’s disease and lots of skin tags and needs to be treated gently and carefully. We tried several groomers before experiencing the excellent care and grooming of our dog. Prior to the grooming I talked with Tracy and reviewed what needed to happen and she had several suggestions about grooming. I felt comfortable when I left and two hours later, our dog came back happy, well groomed and we are now going to be customers. The business communicates well and calls back like they say they will and/or on time as they promised.

I cannot express how grateful I am to the Bowzee Wowzee staff for how wonderful they take care of my fur babies. Even when my pups were sick, they washed all of their beds and blankets before I picked them up. Everyone there is so kind and loving towards my pups. Thankful and blessed by Ms. Sonya and everyone there!!! They are the best!!! I highly recommend Bowzee Wowzee!!!!

My family and I have brought our pets here for years. They always take such great care of our pups and create a family like environment that makes me feel like they love my baby as much as me! They remember details about my family and really make me feel at home. My dog, Jefe, is a bit anxious and they always do a great job making him feel loved.

Neesa was taken out by herself as she is a new rescue and she was happy to go home after staying 1 night.

When I dropped my dogs off I noticed several pit bulls also being dropped off. I commented that I did not want my dogs to go out with pitbulls. This is part of their service, you can request that your dogs be outside alone, which we did. When I returned to pickup my dogs the owner passed us a note from a client that overheard me (something about my insensitivity to pitbulls I imagine, I didn't even read past the first line and used it for toilet paper, another Karen wasting their time). Pits are banned from apartments and HOA's for a reason, they are proven aggressive and dangerous dogs. Don't offer the service if you're going to call out people for asking for it. How unprofessional to engage in some sort of 6th grade note passing and tattle telling. They also did not perform the pickup day grooming that we asked for. There are far better places to go and we obviously will not be back

Thank you for taking such good care of Rio. It was her first time alone after loosing her big brother Brice. Brice was always so excited to go to Bowzee Wowzee! Rio did great thanks to Sonya and staff! It means a lot to be able to leave your fur baby and not worry. Thank you again!

We had search for several different places to keep the dog while we were going on vacation. And had a few interviews with the Rover people. None of them warmed our heart that was until we met with Newport kennels. Went over to their place talk to them saw what they had to offer and really really made my heart feel warm. I knew right away that would be the place we would keep our dogs. We have use them on several vacations, and we will always have been pleased. They do what they can to accommodate you when you’re in a pinch. I highly recommend them.

Ashley and Adam are amazing! They treat our fur baby, Carlo, like their own and he always has a great time in their care. Highly recommended!!!

Our puppy has been going to Newport Pet Boarding and Daycare since she was 8 weeks old. She loves it there. She has become part of the family! Ashley takes such great care of the dogs she is in charge of. You don't have to worry when you drop your fur baby off. The dogs have plenty of space to run around too! They won't be coped up in a kennel all day. I can't recommend them enough.

We just boarded our girl Penny with Ashley for the first time this spring break and it was a wonderful experience!!! She is so easy to work with and loves the fur babies in her care. We have boarded at big facilities and have known the play time is controlled and minimal… dogs with her play all day!! She gave daily updates and pictures, and her pricing is very reasonable for all the extra love they get! We will be using only her in the future!

Our boys LOVE Newport Pet. We travel for work and leisure all the time, and they always stay with Ashley. She loves them like family and always sends me pics and videos of their daily activities. They play so hard at Newport that they usually fall asleep in car on the way home. They also know when we are close to the house for drop off and start going happy crazy in the car. I highly recommend Newport Pet and Ashley for any dog boarding!

Send our baby here daily and she has a blast! It has been such a great chance for her to interact with other dogs and learn how to behave with them. Also a great way to get her tired out before we get off from work!

Karen really is Amazing! I have two rescues , one who is not always kind when introduced to new people. Karen assured me … Willow ( my German Shepherd) would be comfortable with her and would acclimate well. Her calm and caring demeanor made the “meet and greet” amazing and we now enjoy weekly retreats at the Re-Treat💕Our dogs LOVE her, and Karen is very attentive and loving to our pups. She is flexible, extremely kind, and patient, and has excellent communication and is overall a delight. I STRONGLY recommend her and the Re-Treat for your fur babies.💕my two fur babies love Karen and her team!

I happened to stumble upon a hidden gem when I found a Karen and Retreat for Dogs! I have a 19 month old Rottweiler named Maverick that absolutely loves attending doggy daycare and boarding with Retreat for dogs since he was around 8 months old. I could instantly tell that Karen loves what she does and is truly a dog person! With having a large breed dog that most are hesitant to deal with I was relieved when I found Karen because she has also had rotties in the past and loves the breed as much as I do! Dogs at times can be a better judge of character than humans and with how much Maverick loves Karen and Retreat for dogs I have no worries or hesitation leaving him in her care. Retreat for Dogs your fur baby’s home away from home !

I have inlet my Husky with Karen twice both times were extended stays, more than 2 weeks. During Alle’s stay they administered her monthly meds and provided me pics and videos for me to see how Allie was doing. I highly recommend Re-Treat4dogs. Karen and all the staff at Re-Treat4Dogs have taken great care of our dogs Sulley and Nova several times. Whether it's just daycare to play or an extended trip where we can't bring our dogs, I'm always sure I'm leaving them in good hands. I appreciate that we get updates on how they're doing and they are always clean and so happy when we pick them up.

I have been taking my babies here now for over two years. Karen/Vince and the staff treat them as their own. I’ve even volunteered to help out over a holiday. They have a process down to where all dogs have plenty of play time with other dogs, as well as human play time. If you are looking for a place with round the clock, love, care and attention look no further.

Karen and the team are fantastic! Lots of room for my big girl to run and play with other dogs and he gets a bath before we get her back too!! This has also helped with general socialization as well. We get picture updates throughout her stay and wouldn’t send her anywhere else!

I have had many sitters for my dogs, But when I found Karen And Vincent, I found the best. Not only are they good with dogs, they are good people. Trustworthy. Dependable. They don’t just kennel your dog. They love your baby. Your baby Becomes their baby. I wish I could take them with me everywhere I travel. They set the bar and no one else has reached it. Olympic gold.

They are amazing! I can not say enough food things about the Doggy Daycare. My pups are able to get pack level socialization, and they always come home clean! You can tell they truly care about each family that comes to Re-Treat4Dogs. It's been much easier to train them at home and it's affordable! Can't imagine taking them anywhere else.

This is my 2nd time bringing my furbaby here and I’m soo glad I found a home away from home that we can trust that will take good care of her! Most importantly, it is soo close to our home! They have plenty of space for them to run freely and play! They also have a AC/Heated area for them to sleep so they are not cold or hot. I would leave zero stars if I could. Took my dog here to get his nails trimmed because our usual place was fully booked. The lady that came out seemed nervous that I didn't want to come back and help hold him, you're groomer I'm not, that's not my job. They had two dogs in the grooming area which I get that it's a doggy daycare but they need to have a proper grooming area not have other dogs trying to sniff your dog and getting him all excited while you try to trim his nails! I heard him yelp and then they brought him out and said they can't hold him. I got him out the front door and realized he was walking funny. His harness was completely off except around his neck and they are on a very busy road! I checked his legs to make sure he wasn't hurt and got him in the car to fix his harness. Poor guy was totally stressed out. Even though I wasn't taking him there for daycare I will say the daycare area was super small and the dogs were not being supervised. It also wasn't a very clean facility. I do not reccomend taking your dog here for anything unless maybe you want them to be traumatized.

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL PEOPLE. They called me back right away. I got a VERY "warm fuzzy" feeling when I walked in to see if my 2 dogs could be fitted into their schedule quickly as I am up for surgery. Noise level was HIGH, but ALL sounded like VERY happy fuzzie butz!!! Lol. Place smelled wonderful. Lots of grooming concerns and questions I had and I was asked a lot of questions too. I BROUGHT my 2 dogs in myself, they acted so calm and totally different then when I drop them off at a "big chain groomer". Imagine they were calm and so was I !!! I was called back in a few hours to pick them up....BOTH were sooooo beautiful, smelled FRESH, and sooooo happy, they were bouncing around. Even when I arrived at home, BOTH of my 9 year old "couch pups" were running around my livingroom and actually playing with their toys that have been in a basket for over a year... hmmm There must of been some Fuzzie Butz farries there today that sprinkled them with some HAPPY CONTENT dust!!.. was a GREAT experience for ALL of us... and BOY did we ALL have a good NAP later on..lol...Fuzzie Butz is WELL worth a call, grooming, boarding too. A man came in behind me when I was there dropping off and his BIG dog was going into boarding. This DOG was VERY happy to go too.. WOW! these people REALLY love n CARE about our furry snuggle muffins !! And I JUST LOVE THE NAME, IT TRULY TICKLES ME !!!

My dog practically drags me to the door every time I bring him here for dog daycare. They take pictures and post to Facebook daily, and he comes home exhausted from the play. Great grooming services as well. Highly recommend!

This is where our fur baby goes to daycare or stays when we go out of town. We trust them to take good care of our boy and they never let us down. He gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot. Highly recommended

If our fur babies are happy, We are happy. Our youngest had become extremely resistant to going anywhere like the Veterinarian or a Daycare. One visit here and the beaucoup's of socializing with other fur babies, she is a totally different being. Lesson in life is always to listen to the young ones...they will tell you. The staff is the BEST!! My dog gets on with all of the others, and I love taking him there!! The ladies at Fuzzie Butz are super! Dax looks so spiffy after grooming, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Fuzzie Butz is an absolutely WONDERFUL place. I used to work at dog daycares(not this one) so I was super picky with what I wanted for my dogs from the start. My dogs have special diets/needs and this place meets everything they need to the T. My dogs are very shy with new people but every single morning they are running in so excited to meet their new friends and have even become more confident outside of daycare too! I can 100% tell that they treat my dogs and every other dog there like their own family. They have wonderful prices as well as grooming and my boy is definitely a difficult one to groom with how shy he is but it is amazing every time!

After a recommendation from a coworker, we took our medium sized Golden Doodle in for a full grooming appointment. It had been a while since her last grooming so I know it took a lot of work. My girl came out looking good and smelling awesome. Best of all, their pricing was the most affordable that I’ve ever come across! We will definitely done back!

Ascot helped and was very accommodating when we had an emergency need for pet boarding for our dog. He was very well taken care of in a private area with indoor/outdoor access. They have grooming on-site and our pup came home looking and smelling amazing. Would recommend and use again in the future.

Ascot Pet Boarding is the best around!! Very clean facility! We have been boarding our dog “Bandit” with Ascot for ten years and could not be happier with how well they take care of our dog and the friendly service they always provide. Bandit is getting older now and they are extremely patient with him. We highly recommend adding the bath and nail trim and they will have them clean and ready to go for you. We always recommend Ascot to everyone!

I used Ascot for the first time recently to board 2 of my dogs and am extremely satisfied with them and their facility! Everyone I met was very friendly and knowledgeable. The facilities were the cleanest I have ever seen. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you for taking such great care of my pups! It's so nice to go on vacation and not have to worry about my dogs.

I was so nervous bringing Diggity to a new boarder, but after seeing exactly where he'd be staying and meeting Karen and her mama, I was completely at ease. Just being able to get him all settled in with his blanket in his area was great. It was amazing to meet the lovely people working here and see how happy Diggity was when we picked him up (looking handsome as ever in the bandana they gifted him.) All of the prices are straightforward, totally worth it, knowing he's safe and sound. They were even kind enough to administer his new medicine on short notice.

Ascot Pet boarding is the best. The owners and staff are fantastic and truly care for our pets every time we bring my Dog Molly. Place is super clean and out near the cotton fields. It is a beautiful ride going there. But lets forget what I think, let me tell you what my dog Molly thinks. He knows when he is going to Ascot and gets excited the closer we get. When we arrive he junps out of the truck (does not say by to me) and runs right in an goes to his stall. She loves playing ball with the girls. Great place and ordering to my Molly...highly recommended.

I absolutely LOVE Ascot Pet Boarding. We have used 5hem twice within a month due to travel ball tournaments and Otis was so excited to see them when we took him back. He has his own space with a way to get to an outdoor kennel whenever he wants. They also gave him a bath before I picked him up leaving him smelling great!!! The people who work their are so sweet and attentive. They will definitely be the only place that I take Otis for Boarding!

I would prefer to keep this hidden gem a secret but it’s not fair.  We have boarded our young boys, Hank and Walter at Ascot many times. To say they are a handful is an understatement….1 ½ year old labs. If you have boarded your pets in the past, you will be amazed at this facility and the family running Ascot. The kennels are extremely clean with zero smell. I love the individual focused drop-off so Hank and Walter are not tormenting the well-mannered babies being dropped off. As you pull up the team greets you with a smile and ready to help. Hank and Walter bolt out of the car ready to start their adventure, which gives me peace of mind they are happy to be visiting. I would 100% recommend Ascot Pet Boarding to anyone that is looking for a place to board their pets and have comfort they are happy and well taken care of while you are away.

We took our dog, Kimber, for his first ever boarding stay. Karen at ASCOT was incredible and answered all of our questions over the phone and via email. When we arrived to drop Kimber off, we were able to help get Kimber settled in his kennel area and were then given a tour of the facility. They have a very clean and impressive facility. We will absolutely be back!

I truly want to keep this place a secret because We love it sooooo much! We have used Ascot several times and every experience has been nothing but amazing. The facility is clean. Every time you call the person you speak with is delightful! We have used several boarding places around Rock Hill and Ascot is our very favorite.

Sometimes we can't be there for our dogs when they need us because of our busy schedules. That's why we love Megan at Bark Hill Pet Sitting. They are fantastic with our dogs. They watch them while we were out of town and have also stopped by to take them outside to go potty. Courtney has been amazing at taking care of my kitty's grooming, and it's very evident how much she cares for the animals she works with. I had high hopes for my experience at Wags and Whiskers, but it seems they missed a key lesson in leadership: family matters. After a slight shift in my availability—nothing drastic, mind you—I found myself on the receiving end of a termination notice. Who knew that a few hours could lead to being shown the door? It appears that they don’t quite embody the "family first" philosophy touted by other industry leaders. Dana White might have a point when he mentions valuing employees and their commitments outside of work. I guess some establishments prefer to keep their staff on a strict schedule instead of understanding that life happens. If you’re looking for a place that prioritizes flexibility and the well-being of its team, you might want to look elsewhere. It’s unfortunate, really, because it seems like Wags and Whiskers could use a little more compassion along with those wagging tails.

We just started taking our high energy terrier mix for daycare and he absolutely loves it! He comes home exhausted and happy!

Recently went to get 4 of my kitties' nails clipped. I did not realize that $35 was expensive for just nail clipping...until I talked to others who could do the same thing for $5. The place inside barely had any light. There was a dog who kept barking. It is not an environment I'd want to bring my cats back to. There was no table for them to sit on. The lady sat on the floir to clip their nails. I will not be returning.

Visited today to help our dog with a temperament test to see if she would be allowed to attend day camp and boarding in the future. The staff was kind and attentive to us and answered all of our questions about the facility. During drop off we couldn't tour the facility since all of the dogs were inside for breakfast, but they were able to show us around the main facility when we picked up our pup. She had major zoomies (puppies huh) on pickup and seemed very at home. You can tell that the staff who watched her actually paid attention based on the report they gave at the end (nailed her personality haha). Don't worry - I will update this report as we continue using them if we face any concerns or if it is all smooth sailing. Excited to have a place where our pup has more freedom when we are restricted.

Wags and Whiskers is absolutely amazing! I brought my small pup here today for his initial evaluation for doggie daycare, and could not be more happier with the experience! I was super nervous to take my baby somewhere new, but everyone who works here are beyond nice, caring, and informative. My pup left with his tail wagging, exhausted when we got home, and I am so thankful to have found a new place to take my pup to during the day. Thank you ladies!!

BEWARE of this place!! My 16 yr old pup (that was climbing up & down my steep stairs at home many times/day) somehow fell (was told "off stairs") & BROKE his Femur! They "EMAILED" me after Sat. pm closing about his injury... FAILED to have my phone # or vet info on record... did not examine Max ASAP or they'd have known was serious. I paid to get a flight home a day early, + $500+ vet bills so far & if he's unable walk w/out splint or pain, he will need to be put down😭. My only compensation was a refund of the boarding fees. No followup calls by owner 12 days after accident.

Our pup loves going there and the prices are reasonable. They even send our dog home with a progress report which makes you smile! We definitely recommend this place for doggy daycare and for boarding your fur baby.

We love taking our dogs to Wags and whiskers. The staff is wonderful with daycare and with overnight stays. When we get there our dogs, Brandy & Scamp, get so excited and can't wait to run in and play, which always makes us feel good about leaving them 😊 …
