I would not trust Becky with my animals and I would encourage you not to as well. She was my sitter and was drunk and left my (not off leash trained, inside dogs) outside. Thankfully one of my dogs came back to the front door where we caught her on the ring doorbell. Thank god we did, otherwise we wouldn’t have suspected our other dog was loose outside. I wouldn’t have known to call Becky (who wouldn’t go outside to retrieve her), then my neighbor. My neighbor had to retrieve my dog and bring her home. We had to leave our trip early to come home because we didn’t trust her. If we weren’t monitoring the ring doorbell, we could have lost our babies. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I left my 2 dogs with them as I went wine tasting in area and it was so great! Lori was responsive and communicative as we planned for the stay and when I dropped the off, I felt reassured my 2 pups would be cared for and they were. When I picked the up, they were happy and content. I will definitely use them again, and I definitely recommend them.

My two girls just spent 8 days at C-K. This is the third time I have used them. One is an old gal who needs daily meds and is a picky eater. The fact that she was eating well while there tells me she was happy! Will definitely use C-K kennel again!

I was nervous about leaving my cat Luna in a kennel for 2 weeks... but I didn't need to be! Lori and the whole gang clearly took great care of her. They texted me check-ins and were able to work with Luna's slightly complicated diet. On the other side, Luna is as chill as could be, so she clearly had a fine time. Very grateful to know that Lori is nearby whenever I need to take a trip!

Lori and her family at C bar K Pet boarding took great care of my dog when we had to be out of town for 10 days. I always try to have friends or family care for my dog because of bad experiences at kennels where my dog gets stressed and loses weight. What a relief it was to come back and find my dog in good spirits. I know they gave her the attention and all of the walks that she needed. Thank you Lori and your family for taking such great care of our dog. We certainly will bring her back!

Lori and her staff has taken care of my cat, Sheba, several times. They are friendly, professional, and go out of their way to let me know that they are going to take good care of her. I'm invited to text or call and check in on Sheba, while I'm gone. When I pick her up, she seems calm, happy, and well cared for. Their prices are reasonable. It is wonderful to be able to go out of town and know that Sheba will be safe and in very capable, loving hands.

Made a reservation for Jake to stay at C Bar K Pet Boarding Kennel and Lori was extremely helpful and accommodating, and she gave us all the information we need to be sure this will be a great stay for him. After Jake's stay..... what a wonderful experience he had! Jake was very well taken care of with lots of walks, lots of attention and lots of love. We really appreciated the updates of how he was doing, and loved the pictures of him. Thank you Lori, Dennis and Chayton!

We have left our mixed chocolate lab at a few kennels in the area and this has been the best one. The family and staff are amazing and they really love animals!

Great kennel, kind, polite and professional people. Dennis and Chayton must be dog whisperers...our dogs have never been so relaxed about boarding. My fearful rescue dog, Bode, spent four days recently at C Bar K. Bode hadn’t let anyone but me touch him; within five minutes he was leaning against Lori’s leg and letting her pet him all over. He also loves Dennis and Clayton and sings a happy whining song when he realizes that we’re going to C Bar K. The whole operation is professional and well-run. The dogs get plenty of walks, a bedtime treat and lots of love. Bode can’t wait to go back!

Jess at Mountain Dog Adventures knows dogs. She takes them for fun, outdoor trips where the dogs can run and play. She makes sure the dogs are in the right sized group and that each group has the right mix of personalities. Odie, my Catahoula, would probably prefer to live on a huge ranch but that’s not in the cards. We walk him everyday but that’s STILL not enough. He always comes home happy and tired after a trip with Mountain Dog Adventures. Jess is always on time, her communication is great and she sends action shots after the trip! Jess is flexible with dog-sitting too!

Jess is a real life hero in our pack! Her acceptance and kindness with us and our dogs is a gift … a gift of peace of mind and also freedom to leave our babes and leave house knowing she has her eyes on them! See pics for evidence of the fun they have - that fun = ❤️

I've had jess house and out sit several times. She is great. Really feel comfortable whenever I travel. My dog, Ava, loves her. She goes on hikes with her and is always smiling ear to ear when she comes home. Jess is the best!

Our pups rexently stayed at Doggie Day Daycare, and had a great time roaming the larger fenced in area, playing with other pups their size, and getting loved by Ursula. We knew our pups were in good hands!

Ursula was amazing! Takes good care of our baby, pictures and movies all the time we are gone. Had an emergency while our baby was at doggie daycare and Ursula made sure we were taken care of so we could deal with the emergency. Super great experience!

My big boy is so happy when he visits his home away from home! He is very well taken care of, gets plenty of exercise and is treated like one of the owners own pets! They are also incredibly accommodating to drop off and pick up!

We used Doggie Day Day in Las Vegas and during our travels out to the East, we stopped by to check out the facility. Always know our dogs will be taken care of. We have adopted our recent dog from her and never regretted adding Barney to our family. Ursula takes great pride and make unconditional sacrifices to ensure the dogs she cares for are given the best care and lots of love!

Ursula does a fantastic job with boarding dogs. She has 35 or 40 acres that the dogs can run on which is perfect for my pup as that is what she is use to. She got her own private bedroom to sleep in and made new pup friends. Great price and very attentive to each dogs needs.

Ursula took really good care of our pup while we were away and sent us updates on her stay, including friends she was making while she was there. And she sent us pictures!

Great pet lodge, close to grand mesa. Will use again when we return to Colorado. Cathy was awesome and we are so glad she cared for our dog while we went exploring at the national parks.

Freckles loved it. We brought her bed so she had a feeling of home. I am so thankful this place is here for her when we go on vacation.

Deb and Alloras take absolutely the best care of Remington and Sheeba when we go away and the kids can’t go. As our pack has dwindled over the years, they’ve also taken very special care of our loved ones passed. We highly recommend The Dog House for your kenneling and afterlife needs for your furry family.

Our dog had to stay there for 5 days and she did really well. The facility was very clean. The owners were very nice and the prices were fair. I would recommend this to be a great place to board your dog.

I will always take my baby to stay at the Dog House Kennels. How babies are always happy to see Deb and they are well cared for and I have never had a problem of any kind, just happy dogs.

I left my Chihuahua here a few years ago and they where so nice. We are taking out bigger dog here in a few weeks and I have no doubt that he will be happy and healthy staying here.

Not pleased with care of my dog and the way I was talked to and so forth at Best Friends in Eckert CO. Would not recommend to anyone who cares about their friend! Dog house was great and very caring!!

It is hard to trust someone with our babies, there is always the worry in your mind if they are ok. I’m so happy I found Eleno, Ashley and their loving family that welcomed our 3 into their home as their own. Their experience and qualifications set my mind at ease with our older dog who has started to decline and though we were only gone a short time I was given pictures and updates. Seeing how happy they were my only worry was if they would want to come back home! They are truly dog whisperers i can’t say thank you enough and I’m so happy to have missing link part of our family.

Missing Link helped me get my rottweiler Max trained from 8 weeks old. Junior and Ashley helped out so much and taught him to be crate trained ,potty trained, obedience, patience and a few cool tricks. They also worked with my family to teach us what we needed to do to keep his training up to par at home. Thanks to all their help and guidance my family has a great pet. I appreciate so much what they have done for our Max. Missing link puts a lot of time and dedication into each dog and analyze what thier specific needs are, I recommend 100% if you are in need of assistance with your pet.

I have a 6 month old shepherd I was struggling with training, so I called Missing Link for a consultation on training, especially with my dog being on the aggressive breed list and WOW! I'm sooooo so happy with the result! In the small amount of time we had our consultation, Eleno moved MOUNTAINS with her! He was so professional, so kind, and so informative about how her brain works and the first steps to getting her back on track with training. We've got a plan to train her for the next 8 weeks and get her where I need her to be! I'm so excited to start this journey with my pup and see the way she flourishes into the well trained service dog I need! 10/10 I recommend Missing Link for your training needs! 🤩

I would like to state that Junior and his staff at Missing Link pet services has to be the best most knowledgeable pet trainer I have dealt with. He knows his stuff, he has my companion Teddy right now and he is progressing in leaps and bounds. Junior spent almost 3 hours with us the first time we met to “interview “ Junior for the job of training and I have to say I was and am highly impressed with the wealth of knowledge about k9 training and care. I would recommend Junior and Missing Link pet services to anyone. Bottom line Junior and his staff are top notch trainers and all around great people.

Missing Link is the ONLY trainer I would trust with my dogs. The transformation in my Daisy dog are HUGE and she’s such a joy to be around now. Amazing people. Amazing services. A great family to be apart of!

There are not enough words to express how much I appreciate the help I got from Jr with my dogs. I have two puppies that i had been working with and was having a hard time and needed help, after looking around and seeing the crazy prices and some trainers didn't want to help train my girls because of their breed, not that they are an aggressive breed but are high maintenance and stubborn. I was getting discouraged, but when I called Jr and told him ,y story and what I was wanting for my girls and how my life schedule had also changed and had less time spend with them and they where acting like I never showed then anything, Jr with no Hesitation said I would love to help you!!!! Wow I was so excited to hear those words it brought tears to my eye's, but then I thought wait I forgot to ask about the price, so them I asked and I was hooked. Jr has been a true blessing, he is always professional, explains everything on how to do it and why, answers all my questions, if I don't like how he does something we will try something else, nothing he does in inhumane in any way, and everything he has done has worked like a charm. Just in the first 5 visits my girls where like totally different dogs, no jumping, snapping, trying to jump the fence, they were unrecognizable you would have thought they where different dogs completely if you had not been there to see the transformation. I would HIGHLY recommend Jr as a trainer any day. And my girls love his massages he is good at that too!!!

I live in Texas and my elderly mother lives alone in Montrose with her small dog. Unfortunately, my mother fell in her home and was in the hospital for 3 weeks. Me not knowing any pet boarding facilities in Montrose I was fortunate enough to only make one phone call. Cindy won me over in conversation as well as taking such good care of Luke. Highly recommend her for your small fur babies.

Pearls pet lodge is the only place I take my dogs. My dogs are ecstatic every time we pull into their driveway. Cindy & Paul provide the highest level of care and have a personal connection with both my dogs. They set the standard for excellence.

This lady actually told me she doesn't board dobermans because she was attacked as a kid by one.Thats like me saying I don't do business with a certain race over being attacked by them.And yes that's happened to me as a kid.Completely judgemental!!!!!

Pearl’s Pet Lodge is Amazing. I have been taken my Maltipoo to doggy daycare for the last 3 1/2 years. When I travel I always board Bella with Cindy and Paul and I never have to worry about her. Cindy texts and sends pictures/videos the entire time I’m gone. The lodge is immaculate. The play yard has plenty of shade and is a fun play place. Thank you Cindy and Paul for loving Bella.

I have been taking my 2 little dogs to Pearl’s Pet Lodge for doggie daycare and boarding services for over 3 years. They are both super excited every time we enter Cindy and Paul’s driveway and they are exhausted when they come home, so I know that they love it there. Clean facility, awesome (shaded) play yard and wonderful, caring owners. Would highly recommend!

We have been taking Dyson & Dodge to Pearl’s Pet Lodge since they opened & love that we have such an awesome place for them to stay! My fiancé and I came in from Texas and showed up last minute needing someone to watch our two golden retrievers while we ran into the court house to grab our marriage license! Cindy was MORE than accommodating and knew we were in a major time crunch. She heard us pull up and ran out, grabbed our babies real fast and we took off! She was so awesome and sweet and a HUGE life saver for us! Thank you thank you Cindy!! Oh by the way, the place is gorgeous and perfectly put together! Our boys enjoyed their 45 minute stay. They’re passed out in the back seat now! I highly recommend this place!

Cindy is a natural with animals. She treats them as her own. Our boy gets so excited when we drop him off at Pearl's. Gets all the play the he wants without an extra fee.He loves his home away from home.

Paid 100$ for my short haired dog to be waiting in the uncovered wet dog run, shed worse than when he went in, have blunt cut claws, and still have mud on him. Not to he recommended.

Absolute worst grooming I've ever seen. I could have done better with a dull steak knife. Do NOT take your babies there!!!

Paid 100$ for my short hair dog to get his nails clipped and a bath that was completely pointless because she let him out in the rain right after grooming him and he was still shedding everywhere after so all we got a was a wet dog covered in mud with poorly clipped nails for 100$ could have done that at home very very disappointing!!

I took my almost 10 month old Yorkie for her first professional grooming. I returned to pick her up to the rude owner telling me she won’t be my groomer that she my puppy didn’t behave and she is a dog for me to treat her as such. I was mortified at this behavior out of the groomer. She also informed me that she should not be riding in her dog carrier I have as again she is a dog. The cut is below average as I have done her grooming and I didn’t like how it turns out so I took her for a so called professional grooming. It is cut choppy here face is still dirty and not the correct Yorkie hair cut I asked for. I let the owner know it was fine to just let me pay and take my dog and that I would do a review on the service I received. After I paid and turned to walk out the door she was very rude and said okay Karen! She needs to do better and I am sure with her saying it’s just a dog that she treats the animals as such and not with love and compassion. 27 years or not the service I received today was very low quality and down right rude! And a waste of money.

This was the 1st time we have left our 10 month old chocolate lab with anyone other than family and close friends. This kennel took very good care of our fur baby. George, the owner was clearly a pet lover and checked in on our girl every couple hours to make sure she was doing OK. Helped her learn how to use the doggy door to go outside. Will definitely use them again.

Grooming services are excellent. My dog was handled exactly the way I would want, gently. I watched most of the process and could not be more pleased. Absolutely outstanding!

This is a caring place for pets, they are super nice people that seem to really love animals. Would highly recommend looking at them for the kennel service, we travel alot and they have always been good to our pets.

I've used this kennel exclusively for 20 years. No one matches the care, compassion of the owners. The kennels are clean and the dogs have their own indoor room with an attached outdoor play area. My dogs are happy, I'm happy. Thank you for taking the guilt out of traveling!
