Went to pick up my dog today to find a beautifully clean, happy and — most importantly — worn out dog. Loved to see the pictures of my girl having fun with all the other dogs, as she doesn’t often get the chance to socialise with dogs. I absolutely recommend Thomas for anyone looking to give their dogs the best care possible while you are away, and I will definitely be coming back!

My dogs love Thomas, I have a red and blue heeler. Would definitely recommend Thomas. A dog will know if they like someone and my dogs had no issues with him, they let him wash them which even I find hard to do.

Clean facilities, friendly staff, spacious and the highlight is the pool! My dog - Whisky absolutely spoiled by the staff and loves the pool. I’m very happy with all the attention the members had given to all the dogs boarded here equally, and I felt that Whisky well taken care of. Very trusted kennel, highly recommended

Our pup Roxie had her first stay in the kennels and even though she was a bit shy the people running it knew exactly how to cheer her up. We will continue to use these kennels moving forward

We took Buddy here on very short notice for doggy day care but the reassurance and care that was given to us and our boy was phenomenal! He had a great time and all the staff were super friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be bringing him here again.

Good communication. Dog was well exercised included in price. Been going for years. He confirms our dog is social then introduces him to likeminded dogs. We are aware he plays and appreciate him being given the opportunity to play and enjoy his stay rather than being confined in cotton wool. Our dog comes home calmer due to that stimulation. As owners we have realistic expectations that dogs can catch a cold like children’s daycare and people need to be realistic about kenneling. We watched the owner get abused for a dog putting weight on. Your dog was fed mate and on the other end of the scale if you’ve never boarded your dog before and it refuses to eat because you’ve placed it in an unknown environment then as an owner you need to realise you should have introduced your dog slowly to a new environment and be responsible for the dogs actions. If my dog puts on weight then I know it was well fed and I’m not going to complain.

We have been sending our dogs to Hi-Five’s for years now and our dogs have always had a wonderful time boarding. They are well looked after every time. The amazing staff are always so responsive when I am sending enquires, friendly, caring and very accommodating.

We know our working dog is a hyper handful and we appreciate all the years you’ve helped out with him and helped with extra stimulation for him. He always comes home tired and we are always informed if we ask. Our dog tries to climb fencing as he’s a bit special but they always let us know if he’s got up to mischief so we can be informed and make any decisions needed as the owners. He’s a lot of work and we appreciate you putting that work in whilst he is with you and we know he’s not easy or perfect as he has a LOT of energy.

Our greyhound spent a few days at Hi-Five Boarding Kennels and had the best time. He was so happy to stay there. The staff are lovely, and you can tell they genuinely care about the happiness of their four-legged guests.

Extremely happy with the boarding service they provide. We've used Hi-Five Boarding Kennels a number of times over the years for 1-4 weeks boards and my dogs always come back healthy & happy after their visit.

They sent pics of my happy dog whilst me and wifey were camping.. puppy comes back tired and happy. People are freindly with good service.. kida giving me the look for disturbing her " I just got back from hi-five"

Can’t recommend Perth Pet Boarding enough! Nicola and the team took amazing care of Teddy for the 3 and a bit weeks while we were away, and when needed, we’ll be using them again for sure. They were the best! Couple of snaps attached as proof of a happy pup being looked after and played with.

Best Kennels out pup has ever been in! The communication from the staff is amazing, with daily photos on their Facebook page. Kennels are clean, the dogs get to play daily on their own grass patch outside, and are fed premium food! Our dog was also washed free of charge on pickup day. He loved his stay and he will definitely be coming back!

The best kennels we have ever used! Nicola was spent time finding about our dogs before we booked. She got their characters very quickly, which shows she spent time with the dogs. We loved seeing the dogs on instagram, always happy and getting lots of attention. Picking them up, being greeted by two very happy dogs but they weren’t manic, they were calm, which said to us they had enjoyed their stay with Nicola and her team. I would highly recommend Perth Pet boarding to anyone.

Cannot recommend this place highly enough! Our two dogs stayed for three weeks and were loved and cared for by Nicola and her team as though they were her own. I often feel guilty leaving the dogs in a kennel but not this time they were exercised and had play time twice a day every day and even a bbq on the weekend. The regular Facebook photo and video updates assured me that the dogs were having the best time- so much so that I was worried they may never want to come home. Thank you so much Nicola and team!

An amazing place. Nicola leads a team of really dedicated and caring dog carers/lovers. I hate having to leave my dogs when I can’t take them with me BUT I know how well they are cared for with Nicola and the team. The daily updates of photos and video is a fantastic way to stay connected while I’m away. I can’t recommend Perth Pet Boarding more highly. Thanks heaps for looking after my dogs (again)

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I discovered Perth pet boarding after planning a last minute trip and needed to leave my shepherd for the first time ever, I called many kennels around but no phone call sounded promising until I came across this place. One phone call with Nicola And I was 100% sure she would love and take care of my pup Caesar as much as we do and I wasn’t wrong! I got to go on my holiday stress free knowing my pup was taken care of and i received updates every single day! I had a family emergency recently and called Nicola on the day I was leaving and she made the process so stress free and I got to drop Caesar off right after that phone call! This place is amazing and will love your dog as much as you do, Caesar loves being there and to him it’s not pet boarding it’s a vacation! Thank you for looking after him will definitely always be back for future trips

Nicola 100% came to our rescue when our usual Kennel decided our dog was too anxious for her to be comfortable with. Like most rescue dogs our Boy can be anxious around new people and other dogs, Nicola put so much love and attention into helping him settle in and kept us updated on his progress which helped us enjoy our holiday knowing he was being cared for the way he deserves . We will definitely be back !

Sorry. I forgot to put a description. The whole stress and worry of putting my girl into a kennel was completely washed away the first time I met the beautiful owners of Perth Pet Boarding. You can tell from the first second that they are proper animal lovers and have a true passion for their business. I was recommended this place from another highly rated kennel and you know if others in the business are recommended this place then it must be good. It absolutely is. My girl Ellie had the best time on her first stay and was looked after, so well that it made me feel bad when we got back home and I couldn't give her the level of attention she was getting 😅. It was like a holiday for her at the same time as my holiday. Another amazing thing is that they post regular, multiple posts daily, on their Facebook page with lovely photos of your fur baby so you can keep up to date while away without having to worry. I wouldn't trust anyone else to look after my girl other than Perth Pet Boarding. They are truly amazing with the best service in Perth.

I highly recommend Perth Pet Boarding, Nicole took the trouble to befriend our very nervous, highly reactive dog for a long period (two and a half months). Felix had never been in a kennel before. Not only that, but she reassured me and my daughter daily, with updates and videos. He came back home happy, and relaxed.

My dogs love Mick and I can be assured that they're well looked after when i'm away.

I have used Auspet a few times for my cat Midnight. They look after her very well even when she can be a bit michievous. I have never had any issues with her staying there. The owners Mick and Adele are very nice. The hours there are 9 to 11 in the morning and 4 to 6 in the afternoon but they can accommodate delays that come up at times. Mick advised me to call him if I find I will be delayed. Thanks Mick for keeping my furbaby safe.

Looked after out baby Nala for 10 days and did a great job. Highly recommended. Great staff and facilities.

Outstanding service- our beautiful cat Batman boarded with Mick and Adele for 3 weeks and we couldn't be happier with the service they provided. Batman was returned to us with a gleaming coat, and seemed very content in his new holiday home. Usually a shy cat, when i went to collect Batman it was obvious he had taken a shine to Mick who had clearly spent a lot of time with him whilst we were away. Looking forward to booking with Auspet again soon- thank you for the exceptional care you took of Batman.

I had to send my baby 2nd day post surgery. I didn’t have to worry about anything.Mick and Adele looked after him very well. My baby was very happy that he didn’t even want to leave Mick. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you so much Mick & Adele.

Adele and Mick have been awesome and really looked after our sons dog Max when he has needed to stay in their kennels. Great people to deal with who really care about the animals they have in their kennels. Highly recommend them.

Would definitely recommend these Kennels, my beloved Chopper is absolutely loving his stay and is very well cared for. Previous Kennel Chopper came out from he was very under weight and not happy but since being in Mick’s care he now has put weight back on and looks back to his normal self again. I feel very comfortable knowing he is well looked after, well fed and exercised daily. Very clean Kennels and Wonderful, friendly Customer Service by all. Anyone thinking of where to take your beloved pets this is definitely a big yes from me.

Excellent, we left both our cat & dog with Mick & Adele for approx 4 weeks, they were looked after exceptionally well and they also posted photos of them as we were concerned about our dog as it was his 1st time. have them booked in for Dec & Jan. I’m not usually one to leave reviews, however I feel like this will hopefully prevent somebody else from making the same mistake I did. I placed my German Shepherd, Bear with Auspet for just over 2 weeks while I was on holiday. It was Bear’s first time being in a kennel and so naturally I was quite nervous about dropping him off. My dog has moderate anxiety and has been on vet-prescribed anti-anxiety medication for over a year. This type of medication takes time to adjust in the body and once it’s at the right levels, it must be weaned very slowly before stopping to prevent severe withdrawal symptoms from occurring (similar to what can happen with humans). When I dropped Bear off, I gave Mick the medication with the instructions and dosage written on the box, and also provided handwritten instructions on the dosage - stating that he has 1.5 tablets a day but could go up to 2 tablets a day IF NEEDED. I also verbally explained this when I dropped Bear off. When I picked my dog up 2 weeks later I immediately noticed that he was acting very out of character, was very sleepy and lethargic and not himself at all. I choked this up to him being tired from being surrounding by dogs and other stimulation all day. It wasn’t until I checked the box of medication that Mick had given back to me the next morning, and noticed that where there should have been at least 24 tablets missing, there was only 6 missing. I immediately called Mick to ask what was going on, to which he told me, ‘he didn’t need them.’ Of course it must have seemed like he ‘didn’t need them’ - because the medication was at the correct levels in his body and was effectively working when I dropped him off. I explained that you can’t just abruptly stop medication like this because it causes severe withdrawal symptoms, to which I got a very offhanded ‘well, sorry, must have been a miscommunication’. How can you blame it on a miscommunication when I provided 2 forms of written information and also verbally explained the dosage to you? I was in disbelief and shock that Mick was so reckless and negligent with a serious medication and took it upon himself to just completely stop it. What gives you the right? Since having my boy back home, he’s been extremely out of character, lethargic and all around just not interested in anything, and his anxiety is through the roof again. It absolutely breaks my heart to think that he could have been suffering and feeling unwell for weeks and not been able to say anything. I’ve now had to restart him back on the medication which can take up to a month to become effective again. Absolutely heartbroken and angry at myself for leaving my dog here, and will certainly not recommend it to anyone else.

Home away from home, our boy Bruce loves his stayz at Auspet boarding kennels, he has stayed from a few nights to 3 weeks and is so well looked after. Lovely & clean well maintained kennels. You are always sent up to date photos of your pets and it's so reassuring to know they are in safe hands. Very flexible to drop off & pick up your pet. Highly recommend Auspet boarding kennels 👍

Alex and Cindy were fantastic looking after Bailey. Plenty of space for him to run around and explore. There was other dogs there at the house which Bailey loved playing with, it helps when they are of similar breed and size. Definitely recommend them for your dog sitting needs we will be using them again when we’re away on holidays.

Alex and his family took great care of my dog for a few days while away on a recent trip. They provided regular updates and photos keeping me up to date, and also went above and beyond asking about my dogs daily routine and feeding schedule. The initial meet and greet ensured my dog was a suitable fit to stay, and it was nice to know my dog would also have some other well socialised buddies around to play with. Not usually one to write a review but had to share our experience with ontilt. What an absolutely amazing pet resort! We were nervous about leaving our 5 month puppy for the first time but felt at ease as soon as we found this place. Kev and his team are amazing and really do love the dogs as their own. We mentioned our pup was nervous around water but Kev said they’d get him swimming and he was true to his word and it only took 2 days! We loved getting daily updates of him in the pool with the other dogs. If you’re looking for pet boarding, look no further! Thanks for everything Kev and Erin, Jax will definitely be back!

Our fur babies had there first visit here .from the moment we where greeted by Kevin and the staff I felt at ease . Our babies had the best experience 5 star all the way . I was extremely glad that they could have there beds and toys . Compared to other places that wouldn’t allow this . Seeing our two playing with other dogs made my heart melt it was so good to see . 100 percent would recommend Ontillt . Thank you once again Kevin :)

My gorgeous 4month old French Bulldog has been absolutely spoilt rotten while staying at Ontilt. I’m pretty sure he has been having a better holiday than his mum. I recently boarded Xena at Ontilt Pet Resort while I was on holiday, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They provided excellent care, ensuring my dog was happy and content throughout her stay. I loved receiving daily photos that showcased her playing and enjoying her time. Couldn’t recommend Ontilt more, we were quite worried about sending Honey anywhere given her last, but after a friend has used the resort we are so glad we did! Kev and the team treated Honey as if she was one of their own and she had the best time! We felt even better with the daily updates seeing how much fun she was having. We will definitely be back for boarding and daycare to make new friends!

Highly recommend ontilt Banner just recently stayed and he had the best time. The team at ontilt took the best care of him they really have a love and passion for dogs. The facilities are the best I have ever seen clean, safe with a spacious sleeping spaces for each dog and the pool is next level - Banner loved it! The facilities has a very calm vibe which is great for the dogs they tend not to feel stressed and this showed when Banner came home

Kev and the team are awesome and take great care for my 2 dogs. They’re a bit older and the daycare days at the resort keep them happy and healthy.

Our dog loves going to daycare once a week. Good for her to interact with other dogs. The team do a wonderful job matching up dog buddies for the days play time. We have had her in for boarding also. She comes home happy, healthy and with the added exercise - a lean and fit dog. Definitely recommend Belly Rubs

Always a great experience at Belly Rubs. Our Beagle always comes home puffed so lots of exercise in a healthy environment. Owners are Beagle and dog lovers and breeders. I recommend getting your pooch washed which they will do on day of pick up.

Highly recommend Belly Rubs Boarding Kennel! They helped us out when we were in need of a kennel over Christmas. Had my dog “arnie”stay with belly rubs for 4 weeks over Xmas. What can I say the best boarding kennel money can buy.the staff are amazing,they know how to treat your pet I can’t recommend them highly enough❤️I’ll be definitely using them again no question.

I highly recommend hey you pet resort. Tom and his family looked after my beagle just recently . Upon arrival it was a warm welcome and a no fuss check in for my dog banjo the beagle. Quite flexible with timing as our flights got cancelled unfortunately due to know fault or our own. Kennels looked great and banjo came back happy as Larry. All round a great experience will be back again.

We always feel confident leaving our dog, Momo, at this kennel. The staff are caring and professional, and Momo is always happy and well cared for during her stay. It's reassuring to know she's in such good hands, and we appreciate the peace of mind that comes with knowing she's safe and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Just picked up my dog from the dog resort, and I couldn't be happier! My furry friend looks incredibly content and is in great condition. I picked my Chico up from the pet resort on Sunday after a 3 week stay. I am so happy with the new owners in caring for my dog. The kind thoughtful people went up and beyond even gave my dog a birthday while I was away and sent a video to me. I recently took my dog to this family-owned dog resort and was thoroughly impressed. The place was spotless, and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. It felt like they treated my dog as part of their own family. I felt assured that my pet was in responsible hands. I would highly recommend this dog resort to anyone looking for a caring and reliable place for their furry family members.

I’m happy to visit this place again when next holiday comes. After the ownership changes I left my dog in here, in that time I was afraid if they were good to look after my dog. However when I came back I was quite happy with them. My dog seemed very pleased with the owner and staff, clean environment, friendly staff, I strongly recommend.

Val and Geoff were amazing with my mini schnauzer, however the new owners are obviously not experienced in the care of dogs. My dog weighed a healthy 7 kgs going in. 2 weeks later she weighed 6 kgs and is lethargic and has her ribs, hips and shoulder blades sticking out. That’s an unhealthy rapid weight loss. I can’t recommend this kennel anymore and will be finding a caring and experienced new kennel next time we need boarding.

I am deeply disappointed with the care provided to my German Shepherd during a 5-week stay at this pet resort. He lost 7 kg, with visible bones, indicating severe neglect. Furthermore, the resort failed to inform me about his health issues until l picked up the dog, including a week-long bout of diarrhea and refusal to eat. This lack of communication is alarming. Similar experiences of neglect and weight loss have been reported by other pet owners. Due to these serious issues, I cannot recommend this resort for pet care.

They offer amazing service and hands down are the best with looking after my furr babies BB and Suzie. I never have to worry when being away from my babies when they are here. And with other places braking my trust, I'm happy to see my babies happy when I take them there and pick them up.
