Cynthia was a perfect pet sitter for our little kitty. We knew from her extensive experience with cats that Nala was in good hands. She was extremely responsive via texts when we were away, ensuring us that the 2 of them were having a great time. She went absolutely above and beyond by scrubbing our bath and toilets to remove our mineral deposit rings that we haven't been able to get rid of! She even left the name of the product she used so we can get more in the future. The house was cleaner than when we left. We'll have her back anytime!

Carole and Ron are excellent cat-sitters! They took very good care of my cat Lola and of my house. I came home to a happy cat and a very clean and tidy house. They sent me pictures of Lola and kept me updated, so that I had a very relaxed holiday. Ally was great! We got to meet for a few minutes before I headed out and I felt super reassured that both Goose and my home were in good hands. My cat is picky when it comes to strangers, but he was comfy in Ally’s lap right away the first night! She communicated well and sent cute pictures while I was away. My home was clean and Goose was happy when o got back. I highly recommend Ally as a sitter and she’s welcomed back anytime!

I was fortunate to have Hillary return for a second sit. She took excellent care of both my cat and my home. She got on well with my neighbors and even allowed my friend to come visit Suley while she was there. I especially appreciate how flexible and accommodating she was regarding arrangements for a sitter who would be taking over for the second part of my very long absence. All in all, Hillary is a gem!

Kira was the best sitter we have ever had! I chose Kira because of her reviews, ability to sit during the dates I needed and willingness to communicate with my daughter/neighbor who co-parents Colby with us. I am always a bit anxious about having someone in my home and trusting them with our fluffy son. Kira put us at ease almost immediately. I received photos and videos everyday throughout the stay. I got updates on Colby’s activity and the fun they were having together. My heart felt full knowing that Colby was being well loved and cared for. Additionally, Kira was so kind to keep us posted on any deliveries that arrived at the house. Finally, when I arrived home, the house was tidy and clean! Again, I am so grateful that Kira was there keeping the house and my cat safe! I hope she will come back and sit again. I know Colby would love to see her again.

Catherine was wonderful! She took care of my cat and house while I was out of town and left and Jack the Cat very and calm and the house in perfect shape which I so appreciate. I could return home and attend to other things rather than cleaning house. I would recommend her as a sitter to anyone. Tonya was great and filled in after our other sitter had to cancel. She was very self sufficient and navigated acclimating herself to everything since she arrived after we left. She gave thoughtful updates on my cat and I could tell she really enjoyed her, so that means the world to me! She left the place immaculate and we will certainly have Tonya back!

Maya from PCAT looked after my elderly dog, 16 year old cat, and disabled rabbit the other weekend. Being a vet nurse myself, I am very cautious when it comes to trusting someone with my pets. However, I was not only comfortable, but my pets received the best care. From my dog receiving his daily medication, the cat being allowed to sleep in Maya's bed, to my rabbit getting his much anticipated bedtime treat. An all round awesome experience for all ❤️🐾

Lovely care from Louise and Jennifer and top-notch facilities mean we happily drive 45 minutes from home to drop our pets here.
Hotel for fur babies. Really lovely family run business. Been taking this fella there for years, he is always well looked after in his private, spacious room.

My 2 cats and I met Louise during one of the most stressful times in our lives. During the Auckland flooding my babies needed a place to stay and Louise provided the care, love and attention they needed. They ended up staying at Pet Park for two weeks and came home happy and relaxed. What makes this more amazing is I moved house whilst my babies where with Pet Park so what they knew as home had changed. I can't recommend Pet Parks enough. They are just simply amazing and will love your fur baby as much as you do. Thank you for taking such amazing care of my girls!
Petparks looked after my dog, who passed away earlier this year, on numerous occasions. Although he could be quite challenging behaviorally, Petparks understood him and managed him really well and he was always happy and relaxed about going there. Jennifer and Louise were always accommodating and gracious about booking changes, and drop off and pick up times. I never felt hurried when updating them about anything new each time I checked him in for a stay - I felt that they were genuinely interested in his welfare, and fond of him. I was able to enjoy complete peace of mind about him whenever I was away, and I recommend this place unreservedly. Plus Jennifer does the most fabulous grooming!
We had our "special needs" dog Oscar (who is a tripaw Labrador X) staying with Petparks for 4 weeks in August. Oscar seemed relaxed and well cared for when we picked him up. Louise, Jennifer & Co. are very caring. Will certainly come back.
Our puppy Charlie has stayed at Pet Parks twice. They looked after him really well. We supplied our own food and they had no problem with this. It’s a social kennel - so may not suit all dogs. Charlie came home happy and healthy. I have no hesitation in taking him there again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a boarding kennel.
We have been taking our pets to Petparks for years. They have always been so well looked after, and our pets were always so happy to arrive.
We are very happy leaving our beagle Milo with this great team. Milo has stayed with them on numerous occasions and we feel he is well taken care of and I love that they have the freedom to go outside. Thanks for offering such a great service!!!

Natalie did a wonderful job shaving our cats belly, we knew he would need to be sedated to get rid of the knots. I felt much more comfortable with it being at home with less stress on him and me getting to the vet with my newborn. She was gentle and calm with him, I would highly recommend Natalie : )
Natalie did a great job minding our furry pet cat while we were on holiday in Australia. She was great on communication and really took care of our cat Trixie, who seemed very OK when we got back.
Natalie looked after our fur babies, Willow and Jinxy, when we went away at short notice for the weekend. She was fantastic with great communication, cute photos and just a warm caring personality. We felt totally at ease with Natalie looking after our cats and would highly recommend her services to others.
Natalie was so thorough with looking after my pets from coming to my place beforehand to meet them and see what to do, to updating me through the week as to how they're doing and finally leaving a lovely note making sure I was home and they were going to be fed. Highly recommend Furry Pet Minders. From our fist contact Natalie was professional and friendly. I had never used an in home pet sitter before but she made me feel very comfortable and secure leaving her to look after our elderly cat Rosie. I received regular updates and photos from her throughout our time away and came back to a happy and content Rosie. We will definitely being using Natalie again in the future.

Natalie clearly really cares about animals. She looked after our cat for two weeks, and we came back to a happy kitty. 😃 He's always seemed stressed after being in a cattery. But being at home, with Natalie visiting each day to play with him as well as do food, water, and litter tray, kept him relaxed and comfortable. Good communication and reliability -- couldn't recommend more. We will definitely be using them again!

I haven't used their service because I haven't been given the opportunity to use it... I booked for Easter weekend 2021, signed their documentation before Christmas, months in advance, and now when it comes time for me to confirm details and asking how they'd like to be paid I'm being ghosted... I've tried several messaging platforms, emails, calling from other numbers than my own, leaving voice messages and have nothing come back. Not even the courtesy to say they are sorry but won't be able to provide the agreed services. I should have seen the writing on the wall when I asked if they would be able to look after my pets a few weeks before Auckland Anniversary weekend. Again, the same story. I can see my messages are being read, but no response. Weeks later I get an email to apologise that they were ill and in hospital. I hoped that was the genuine reason for blanking me which is why I still kept the booking for Easter, but that was a big mistake. Very unprofessional, and you won't be getting any recommendations from me.
Paws and Feathers are fantastic and I highly recommend them for looking after your pets while you're away. They always do a great job, are very reliable, and it gives us a lot of peace of mind that our pet is being well looked after. Can't recommend them enough! :)
Paws and feathers looked after my 2 cats over Xmas and I will definitely use them again as well as recommend to others. Photos daily and even though I have super timid cats that hid when they came over - they searched them out to make sure they were ok and I had a photo. I have hired Paws and Feathers NZ to care for my beloved Bunnies. I got absolute amazing care. My Bunnies were fed, watered, cuddled and loved as I would of cared for them. I 💯% recommend the services of these Lovely Ladies.

Millie adores her time in day care through the week, but this weekend she had the extra special treat of staying with one of the awesome staff on their farm while I celebrated my birthday. I'm not entirely sure she was thrilled about coming home to be honest! I'll work through my separation anxiety 😉 she has been very snuggly and sleepy today, absolutely shattered!
Our puppy always has a wonderful time and comes home exhausted. Staff are friendly and post lots of photos.

Great staff, they really care and look after the dogs. Been bringing my puppy there since she was really young and she is well socialised. They put out the doggy pool sometimes and also blow bubbles for the dogs to play.
Bernie absolutely loves going to Dog HQ. When we drop him off in the morning he flys in the door he’s so excited. When we pick him up he tells us all about the fun times he had with his friends. Lovely staff and the daily photos on Facebook and instagram are a lovely touch. Would absolutely recommend sending your dogs here. 10/10
We take our dog here every week and it puts our mind at ease that he can have a full day of interactions with other dogs in a safe environment.
Not impressed by this daycare, unsure if they actually look after your dog or just put them all in a room and leave them all day, taking sporadic photos to make it look like they’re with them. My dog has gotten kennel cough twice since being there and comes home stinking of urine like she’s been rolling in it all day.
Great place for dog day care. I have been using Dog HQ services for near on 9 years now and have never had anything to complain of. Both my dogs love their visits.
Penny loves having her time at DHQ. She comes home happy and can’t contain herself when sh is dropped off in the mornings... sh is so happy. Great way for her to socialise
