Buster loves daycare there. We can’t get in the door fast enough. The staff is great and makes sure he is well taken care of. They even apply sunscreen and send me the cutest pics.

Petsuites always takes such good care of my sweet dog and are so welcoming each week when they see him. Michelle grooms him every 4-6 weeks perfectly and asks as many questions as she needs to make sure his service is done the way we need prefer. They also have a lot of specials that are so convenient when you bring your dog as often as I do. $20 group play on Wednesdays has really been saving my budget lately! He absolutely loves playing with the other pups and the kind staff here, and I’m so thankful we have this location in town for him.

My GSD stays there when we travel. This is the first time I have used PetSuites as a grooming service. I was very impressed with the results. As all GSD’s she is blowing her coat for winter right now. They did an excellent job on her grooming. I will now use them for grooming as well as boarding. Great to have a one stop shop available that knows your pet and that does what they say they can do.

I will NEVER go here again! I took my two golden doodles here for a grooming once. And immediately regretted it! They came out scared, and rushed to get to the car. They are always happy to see me but not this time, this time they were upset. When I took a closer look at them, they were butchered! Their haircut was awful, not even, their knots were still there, they smelled like a wet mop like they had been put in a bath but didn’t use soap. Their nails had not been cut. It was so bad I actually had to contact a new groomer to fix the job & that new groomer confirmed the terrible job that was done. These people clearly mistreated my dogs as they left in fear and left with a butchered job. I will be posting photos of their awful work that I took when contacting a new groomer to fix their poor work and caution everyone to stay away from this place for their grooming services! I wrote them a review on their website but they never bothered to contact me back to talk so I’m posting this here for others to see. Please keep your pups away and protect them!

Our first time to take our dog for overnight boarding. It was a great experience from the professional staff to the daily reports. Our dog had a blast and she is very shy and slow to warm up but enjoyed the individual play time! Will definitely use again!

My dog was bought to me with blood on his face like it was nothing. He had to have surgery same day. I was told his eye was irritated (the right eye). He was born with pink pigmentation on the right eye lid and top of his nose and someone may think it’s irritated. It was the left and it was bleeding. Your staff did not say bulge or bleeding. The injury is the left as I stated. Then your staff call me while I am at the vet to say they did not process the payment correctly at checkout out and I need to give them my credit card info. I also asked if there was camera footage and told no. You have what appears to be teenagers working there and not properly trained. The blood was very visible and she did not bother to clean him and he smelled like urine. Now he may not see out of his eye again .

I boarded my two cavaliers at Petsuites Murfreesboro while I was on a two week trip, and I will definitely do it again! Both my puppers are a little dog-shy and the staff at Petsuites were very understanding and did everything they could to make them comfortable! They sent me a get pup-update the day before I came to pickup my dogs, and they both looked super happy. It was a relief to know my doggos were well-taken care of while I was away on vacation, and made it easier for me to enjoy my time away. Thank you Petsuites Staff for taking such great care of my fur-babies!

I highly recommend PetSuites of Murfreesboro. I have 2 retired racing greyhound “daughters” and I am very particular when I need to leave them in someone else’s care. I boarded them for one night the first time as a “test” and found the staff, facilities, programs, and care to be top-notch! I had them both bathed and pampered during their stay. When I picked them up the next afternoon, both were beautifully groomed and very happy girls! They definitely enjoyed their stay and play with the other four- legged guest. I’ve since had both there for daycare and playtime - as well as another night of boarding. I’m very pleased with everything thus far and am glad I now have a place I trust for my greys when needed.

My family and I went out of town for Christmas and had our two dogs stay there while we were gone. I loved how transparent they were, with camera access to all the public areas (dog play areas), as well as my dogs kennel. It put me at ease, as we've never boarded our dogs before. Our pups seemed happy and engaged while there and when we picked them up. We will definitely choose Pet Suites in the future if we need somewhere to board them!

We recently relocated to the area and found this business on Facebook. I was extremely impressed with the registration and booking process. It was easy and communication with the location was handled efficiently. We have a senior shitzu, so we were concerned about how he would handle going to a new groomer. Our experience was phenomenal. The staff were professional and understanding of our fur baby's special needs and was patient in listening to me. He was groomed very well and very happy when we picked him up which let me know that he had a great experience as well. We will definitely use this location for additional services in the future. Thank you for making our experience a very positive one for our family.

This place and the people who work there are fantastic!! I recently boarded my Lynndee there and it was the first time I have boarded a pet in years! And they were so amazing with overprotective me! They were so good to us! Texted me pictures and gave me reports daily, just fantastic, Lynndee loved it too! Definitely gonna be our kennel, gave her a fabulous bath (smelled so good) and nail clip on the day I picked her up! I would recommend this kennel to everyone! So glad I found a place who was so great to me and my Lynndee!! Keep up the great work and customer service!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Just took my dog Bruno and he seemed to love it he came back happy and honestly seemed like he wanted to stay longer lol he’s animal aggressive so it’s hard to find somewhere that will take him they seemed to love him as much as he loved them they were very responsible with him regarding him being reactive first time boarding and pretty happy with the experience

So my family and I were going out of town for a couple of days the pet hotel I originally wanted to book with they didn’t have any availability. I was a little disappointed but I wanted to have an alternative anyway so I look and look called a couple of places I came upon this place I needed something asap. Now I am a first time fur mom and it is little difficult leaving my puppy alone for a long period of time. This place DID NOT give me any type of reassurance!! Not to mention how FILTHY THIS PLACE WAS ! As I was checking my puppy in they were very careless ! Some of the staff had really bad attitudes . I told them because they don’t provide webcams and daily reports i was going to call to make sure my puppy was okay . I didn’t call everyday because I wanted to be mindful of their time . Everytime I called they acted as though they didn’t know what was going on with my dog or what he was doing . At pick up they didn’t mention anything about how his stay was which is so unprofessional !! They told me he was taken a bath my puppy smells horrendous!!!! All of his belongings smell horrible I gagged . For this facility to be in Business for so long and run like this is disappointing we will not be coming back !

NO DOGS WERE ABANDONED BY US. Use to be good when the original owner was alove. My family has used them for as long as i can remember. Tried to reserve a spot today for a rescue bully. All was set, got email confirmation of board stay. Got a call back requesting boarding in advance and wanted to question my address, it's a business mailing address for the rescue, then wanted to accuse me of dogs left behind several years ago that the original owner was in charge of the board. I just found her a place for safe keeping. Then the lady wanted to talk about my Facebook like she was stalking it or something. My personal life has nothing to do with no one else's business. And i don't post my life on Facebook. I keep it private. But for them to Google, search. Question such reservation is unprofessional and uncalled for. They lost my business for good now and won't be referring them to anyone else from this point forward. Just a form of discrimination.

Katlin is hands down the best dog bather I have ever met! Super glad to have met her as we enjoy that our dogs are always happy to see her upon arrival. The dogs smell so amazing for weeks after even! 10/10 would ask for Katlin to bath your dog and cut their nails!

We LOVE Custom Kare! Our big, goofy dog Hank is always excited to go. He loves the place and the people and is never timid to go to the back. We go on lots of weekend trips and leave him there often. They are very reasonably priced, very friendly, and always talk about how much they love our dog. Sometimes he comes home a little stinky, but to no fault of theirs (he's a dog, after all...) I am truly surprised by the bad reviews, we love them there!

We're new to the area so we're looking for a dog groomer close to us that's not PetSmart. Lol this place was quick and very family oriented my puppy penny which is a boxer lab called a boxador is a very good judge of character and got along well with the staff they were able to trim her nails and round them off $15 is very reasonable plus they offer boarding and other groomings. Super-friendly family-oriented I would definitely recommend

I’ve been boarding my 2 dogs at this facility for 2 years now and I would not recommend. Staff is rude and incompetent. Multiple times they have forgotten to give us back our dogs’ stuff (toys, meds, etc) and have not been apologetic any of the times we have had to make the 45 minute drive back to them. They are ok with inconveniencing us and don’t have the decency to apologize or acknowledge their part in forgetting. They also act like we’re bothering them if we call to check on them, as if we are not entitled to receive an update. Also, drop offs and pick ups tend to be chaotic each time as there is always kids running around and/or other unleashed animals. Their baths leave my dogs itchy and shedding worse than they were before dropping off so I can tell they do not use quality products.

My regular boarding location was full for the long weekend. At CKK, with the number of people dropping off their pets and then picking up at the same time, it felt more like a line at the post office or voting location. No true interaction about my pet or how he did while under their care. He was a number and not a pet. Although less expensive, I'll make sure I book ahead at my regular boarding location.

This was the only boarding place I trusted my dog Tobe with when I lived in Murfreesboro. You can't beat the price and you can tell the staff really cares about the animals that stay there. I appreciated being able to check up on my dog and order things for him via call, and they always gave me super thorough updates about him. I recommend this kennel because it's a good value and I have always trusted the staff with my dog. I could tell he was happy after he left and he always left smelling clean and smiling!

My dogs absolutely LOVE coming to Pet Paradise in Murfreesboro! They get so excited to see all the staff and they love swimming in the pool. The staff is always so kind and patient with them and treats them as their own!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR BELOVED PETS HERE I boarded my golden retrievers Winnie & Wagner here while I was on vacation because I wanted them to have a great time & this facility looked great with the pool & play areas. I sent both dogs with their own food from home for sensitive stomachs & skin. On the last day of boarding, they were switched to the “house food,” because they had “run out” of the food I sent with them. When I picked them up, there were full bags of food that I had sent with them amongst their personal belongings. I also discovered that both dogs have hot spots, probably from the food change & from getting wet in the pool. Apparently there is an exam conducted before the dogs go home, but no one caught these horrible wounds on my babies necks. Wagner has not eaten his dinner or breakfast since returning home due to being in so much pain (my vet’s words). I spent almost $500 getting Wagner treated at his vet immediately after his stay at pet paradise, will be administering 4 medications for the next week, and will have to bring Wagner in for a follow-up visit. If you want your pets to suffer, take them to pet paradise. Update 7/30/24 Funny how I was NEVER informed of any issues with their ears or advised that they shouldn’t be in the water. 🤥 Sounds like a lie to cover yourselves. As for contacting you, the manager never called me back on Friday, as I was promised during one of our phone calls on Thursday when I reported the issues my dogs were having. Oh, and I was gaslit repeatedly by the manager, blaming ME for the dogs being fed the wrong food, which is the main cause of their allergic reactions. I’ll say it again, I sent the dogs with more than enough of their own food from home, they were still somehow fed the wrong food that they were allergic to, but yet had extra of the food they were sent with. 🤔 In conclusion, they NEVER should have been fed any food other than what they came with as there was more than enough. “We apologize if there was any miscommunication” IF?!?! Take some freaking responsibility! Oh, and since you’re so concerned about how the dogs are doing you’ll be glad to hear that Winnie had to go under anesthesia today to be treated for her wounds.

My kitty Kira had a wonderful stay at Pet Paradise! The employees were extremely friendly and attentive with her. She shared a stay with another cat. They took turns being out of the kennel to enjoy some play time and sunshine. I was also able to watch her through the live cameras. She had so much fun, I don't think she wanted to leave!!! The booking and check in process was super easy and quick. Any questions that I had were answered thoroughly. The cat area ( also the establishment as a whole) was very clean and organized. Thank you Pet Paradise for taking such good care of my baby!

My dogs came back healthy and happy! They seemed like that had a wonderful time. The option to have a report card and picture sent to you is so wonderful. It helped me feel at ease seeing how much fun they were having! The employees are all so sweet and caring. I highly recommend pet paradise if you are anxious about leaving your babies like I am!

We LOVE going to daycare here!!! They always take such good care of our sweet pup, especially since she can get overwhelmed sometimes and decide to sit by herself. They always give me such great updates when I pick up Ember, and she always takes a nap on our way home so it’s a win for getting all that energy out. I always love the themed photos too, they do such a great job capturing the moment. Keep up the great work for lovin on all the pups!!

We love taking our girl here! She always has such a great time and comes home exhausted. We also love that we can check in on her using the cameras anytime we want. They take great care of them and show them all the love they deserve!

This place is the absolute BOMB!! Such a fun experience for my babies when they’re able to be in group but because of their temperament sometimes they have to be NONs but either way they get playtime’s and love the staff. It’s a gorgeous facility, the rooms feel homey unlike other daycares where I’ve personally felt like my dogs are in jail. They don’t have cages they have rooms with walls, beds & auto water fillers so I never have to worry ♥️ I recommend Pet Paradise to all my fellow pet people, for grooming, boarding or daycare they always exceed my expectations & I truly feel comfortable leaving my dogs here ☺️

We love paradise! My dogs board about every 3 months and the occasional day camp. We are not regulars, but when my dogs walk in everyone acknowledges them and is so nice and friendly to them. Usually my girl is nervous at drop off and they take the time to talk to her and love on her no matter how busy. When she’s by herself in group, a staff member usually will go love on her. We always board in the vip suites and love it. PP will always be in our budget, and we will always use them for our doggy needs. Can’t wait to see how grooming is soon!

We have used this location twice now to board our dogs and the staff is awesome. The most recent trip we took, Alexis checked our dogs in and really made us feel confident that all of their care instructions would be followed. Checkout is always easy for us and the staff remembers all the details for each dog.

They were extremely inviting which allowed me to feel that my fur babies were in good hands. Every time I bring them, it has always been a great experience. My fur babies love them. My babies always seem so happy when I drop them off and pick them up.

Had some legitimate concerns regarding our first (and now last) visit. I tried to reach out for clarification because I am new to the grooming world so I thought maybe I needed some helpful advice related to expectations. I reached out to salon the same day and 4 days later have yet to get a return call. I’m confident if I called for an appointment I’d get immediate help. Anyway, I will say my dog looked better after the session than she did when I dropped her off but based on the full service package description I read I don’t feel we got the level of service to justify $120something dollars, with tip $140something. I will give credit where it is due and as I mentioned my dog did look better but there were some things that I would have loved to question & discuss. Due to the lack of response and concern I’ve realized it’s apparently about quantity vs quality. I researched many grooming locations and chose this one based on reviews but not everyone has the same experience. I just hate that I wasn’t lucky enough to have been a part of the majority group. ☹️

I am not happy with this place at all after my granddog went to get a haircut on 6-13-23. He is a golden doodle who has the same cut each time. They messed up his cut so bad especially on his leg as you see in the picture below. My son talked to the manager to try to make this right because it was their fault they gave him the cut of another golden doodle who was there at the same time we know that because they called my son prior to him picking him up when they realized the mistake they made. But the manager stated a service was performed and a service you have to pay for. I was able to finally speak with the owner who did make this right in the end and did return the money. You will see in the pictures below how bad the cut was verses how he should look.

I’ve been using them for almost a year now. Haven’t had any issues other than getting bit by a dog (wasn’t their fault at all) I will continue to bring my fur baby here. As soon as we pull up he’s excited. That’s says a lot about a grooming appointment. Kudos to the crew.

I took my new 10 month old Sheepadoodle here and he had some matted hair on his stomach and ears area. I requested a bath and cut and added the de-Matt service for him. I put in the notes and told them in person I would like a Teddy Bear cut and if they need to shave the stomach and ears, I understood but that I will pay extra for the de-Matt service especially since this breed has an undercoat and shaving them is really bad for them. When I went to pick him up, they completely shaved him without talking to me first. His head was half shaved as you can see from the pictures and looked very choppy and unprofessional. I didn’t say anything at first as I was in shock, but I called right after I left and had time to process and eventually the owner called me later. She told me her groomer said they told me they would have to cut him “short”. Short and shaved are two completely different things to me. And the groomer said his hair was too matted to work through (I’ve been brushing him every night and been able to de-matt most of his hair). Obviously shaving him was the easier option for the groomer. She offered to have me come back in and have her head groomer fix his choppy face and offered a bow tie for my troubles (which they didn’t put on him and doesn’t account for shaving him without notifying me). When I went in for them to fix it, the same guy who groomed him greeted me and asked what was wrong and what I didn’t like. I had to point out half his head was shaved and nothing was even. I’m not sure if he’s the one who fixed him, but I was promised their head groomer and not sure if that’s who I got. The last picture is the fixed haircut which looks better. I wasn’t planning to write this, but after picking him up after they fixed his haircut he wasn’t acting like himself and acting a little scared. I don’t know what happened when they fixed his hair. Just be careful if you go here as I did not have a good experience and obviously he didn’t either as he’s acting scared now. There’s before, choppy cut, and after pictures for reference.

Not satisfied with our experience today. Emma our sheepadoodle has been coming to Doggies Day Out since we got her at 6 months, she is now 3 years old. And I’ve only had one situation two years ago. As of late, it seems like the past three times I’ve been unhappy with either de-matting cost, and not applying the exact cut I explained, her ears were not tapered down and cut low as I asked, her mouth clearly wasn’t trimmed own, and her feet were also not cut down. She was washed and blow dried, but not the mini groom I would like Emma to have. I paid 122.00 for a mini groom. That’s a 42.00 of unexplained cost to what the website’s estimated cost of 80.12. I am not happy and will be looking for another groomer for Emma, if this is not corrected as front desk associate advised it would be by owner.

We had our 4 Yorkies groomed and they look Fantastic! We will definitely be back and never go anywhere else. Thank you for the pictures and taking great care of them. We could not be more pleased!!!

Makayla always does an awesome job cutting my dog’s hair. I drive quite a distance from the Lebanon area but it is well worth the trip. NO ONE has done as great of a job on him as Makayla has. She is a sweetheart too!

I’ve been bringing my baby, Ruby, here for well over a year and I have had nothing but good things to say about this place!! The staff is always amazing and very friendly. I have never used the groomers because my dog has short hair already and there is no need when I can give her a bath. However, the boarding/daycare experience is always phenomenal. I often have to request a one-night boarding stay with little notice and they are always willing to take her in. I’ve never been anywhere else with her and she always comes home tired and worn out! I would give Doggie’s Day Out 10 stars if I could!!!

Update: I wish I could give them 10 stars. I dropped my precious Luke whom is my service dog off for a bath. They were half what I pay at home and actually DID not just clip his nails but used a grinder on them. My boy was so so fresh and clean. He had the softest fur ever even my father commented on how well he felt. Luke got to socialize and play with other dogs which I think is WONDERFUL. He works for me as a service dog and sometimes I like to take a break so I know he wanted a small break and get to just be with others like him. Y'all have definitely developed a repeat customer. Bad reviews on here is just people that are grumpy and don't appreciate life and the small things in my opinion. This company has beyond serviced me well especially when I will now make it a point to use y'all everytime I visit from Virginia! I will most definitely be back. Reasonable rates. Close to my therapy and Toot's. They we're so awesome my wonderful Luke loved it and he's a service dog and normally he's somewhat picky over the places he will let bathe him.

First time at Doggie Day out. It was good however ears where still a little bit dirty. Staff very friendly.

Emily' Pet Services is not your average pet care and boarding experience. Anybody can claim to take "good" care of you loved furry friend while you are away, but it's difficult to find someone who will actually follow through with that claim. I may just be paranoid because I have a 125 pound spoiled hairy baby. Even though I have these doubts my dog radiates happiness after spending time with Emily. She is a blessing in disguise and my dog barks in agreeance . It's nice to have a reliable and trustworthy person to take care of one of the things I love most.

Emily kept our two yellow labs while we went to the beach for six days. She did a great job of posting pictures and giving us updates on the dogs! She has a great fenced in yard where the dogs can get plenty of exercise. In fact, for two days after getting our dogs back, they were the calmest I have seen them in a long time because Emily clearly exercised and played with them so much that they were worn out from all of the fun!! Couldn't be more pleased! Would definitely recommend Emily for anyone's pets!!

Seriously, if you are thinking of boarding your dog do not hestitate, Miss Emily is the one to take good care of your fur baby! She's a true gem, her service is amazing. This wonderful individual will treat your dog as if her own. The environment is basically a vacation for your dog, so you don't feel guilty while your away. Pictures and video updates too! We have had the best experience with BB Dog Farm! Thank you for always keeping our girl safe and happy! Scarlet's excitement when we are getting close is a testament to how she is treated and the fun she has running with the other dogs! So glad to have found this great facility!

All I can say is flat out amazing people and place. They took such great care of our dog Rilo for our wedding weekend. Emily sent pictures and videos every day making us feel so happy and comfortable. They are just genuine great people offering an awesome experience for mans bestfriend. 👍🏻🐶❤️ …

I had to go out of town to visit family and Emily took great care of my dog. She kept me updated with pictures. I could really tell she has a passion for animals and truly connects with them. I love that she has a fenced in yard. I will be using her services again.

I just had an encounter with the owner of this company on the interstate. She pulled out in front of us and slammed on her brakes. When we went around her, she offered us the "one finger salute". I wouldn't trust her with my pets.

I have taken my golden retrievers, Harry and Ron here since they were puppies. The staff is absolutely amazing and love my boys like they are their own! Cameron has been training them for about 2 weeks and they are making so much progress already! Cameron makes sure to keep me updated on all the progress they’re making and making sure at home they are keeping up with their good behavior! I definitely recommend them for daycare/boarding and training!

Sophie is the best groomer for my Aussie. She does fantastic work every single time and is very patient and kind with my Border Collie who is scared of being groomed. I highly recommend her for any grooming service. I wouldn’t take them anywhere else!

Cameron has been working with my crazy cattledog Tori for a while now and I am beyond amazed at how far she has come! She’s super patient with my dog and I think my dog prefers Cameron’s attention over mine now! She’s extremely informative and lets me know what needs to be done at home to continue Tori’s success! Highly recommend training with Cameron!!!

I highly recommend this place for your dog! Sophia was our groomer and she is amazing! Absolute best! I have a 90lbs Golden retriever with high anxiety and she took care of him so well! So he looks and smells so good! Great job Sophia and the My4Dogs Academy staff!

We've boarded our beagle here multiple times. We swapped to My 4 Dogs after having issues with other places around town. They do a very good job of taking care of my little one! They definitely like what they do!

I have taken my golden retriever, Honey, to My 4 Dogs daycare/boarding since she was a puppy. The staff is consistently kind and truly cares for my pup. They post pictures regularly on their Facebook of the pups at daycare which I love to see while I am away! Whenever I leave town or just need to send her to daycare for the day, I am so confident in their ability to love and care for my dog. They are the best in town!

We highly recommend the care and services at My 4 Dogs Academy & Spa. 1. They have excellent ownership and personnel. 2. Our dog is safe in their care. 3. As they say on their website, their day academy includes basic obedience reinforcement. This has really helped our dog be successful. He understands their expectations and is successful interacting with fellow dogs. It has been great for his socialization. They work with each dog’s individual personality and find the best ways for all dogs to be successful. 4. He has so much fun at day academy. He loves to play with fellow dogs and the staff. They have plenty of toys where he can run with a ball. He can splash in the pool on hot days. 5. It is always a pleasure to be greeted when we enter the door. They know our names and most importantly know our dog’s name. Our dog had attended a different daycare in town and never received the level of quality care and attentiveness as he has at My 4 Dogs Academy & Spa. We are most grateful for all they do! ❤️

They are wonderful and truly care about all of our fur babies. I have a rescue who came from a puppy mill covered in feces. I messaged them at 8pm to see when we could get in and they told me to come in the morning when they opened. I will definitely keep referring here. They take care of our pups in need.

We’ve taken our French bulldog to Nicole’s 3 times so far and he loves it. He always comes home pooped and sleeps for a week. They have a huge yard for the dogs to play in. We get video and picture text updates twice daily while we’re gone, which is great. She’s easy to communicate with and make scheduling changes if needed.

We were recommended to Nicole's Doggie Retreat by friends and our airedale had the time of his life! He had tons of room to run around and made a ton of friends. We received multiple videos and photos throughout the day and Nicole was very responsive when we reached out. They truly love dogs and treat each of them with love and care. It's a bit of a drive for us but worth it knowing our pup is in good hands.

I found Nicole’s Retreat and Lola stayed for a weekend. We have since trusted Nicole with our 4 legged kid, everytime we have to go out of town with out her. She obviously loves being at the retreat and playing with friends. Thank you Nicole for all you do to make the dogs feel at home! We are on a 10 day vacation on our motorcycle and our dog is living her best life too at the Doggie Retreat!

I cannot express how glad I am to have found this place. Nicole and crew havr a true love for dogs. Their property and amenities are fantastic. Out corgi comes home exhausted and happy from all of the play and running around he gets to do with all of his doggy friends on their spacious lot. I love that Nicole sends videos twice a day showing all the dogs at play. It gives me peace when we travel. I highly recommend.

We have used Nicole’s Doggie Retreat many times! Dan does an incredible job of taking care of the pups and keeps you updated with daily pictures and videos. I never worried about our pup when he was under their care. Absolutely 10/10 recommend!! I would give 6 starts if possible.

We had the best experience as 1st time dog owners at Nicole'sDoggie Retreat. Nicole is very professional and at the same time provided personalized, at-home feel care for our pup while we were out of town. We loved getting regular updates that included pictures, videos and text messages. These updates allowed us to enjoy our vacation rest assured our fur baby was being cared for. We will definitely use again and highly recommend.

I’ve boarded my dog Bambam a few times now with Nicole and it’s been great! It is so easy to schedule pick up and drop off and I always get videos twice a day. I can tell my dog really enjoys playing with the other dogs and is always safe and taken care of well.

I was traveling from out of state and wanted a reliable place for my poodle . Nicole exceeded expectations! It was my dog's first time being boarded and he absolutely loved Nicole & her spouse they made him feel so loved and like family. She communicated very well & kept me updated daily! I will continue to use her every time I come to town. They are the BEST !! You will not regret it !

Nicole is so good with my pup! They send multiple pictures and videos of my dog running around and playing with the other dogs. I always know he’s in good hands when we have to go out of town.

After meeting Laura prior to booking our appointment, we were very impressed. She asked a lot of questions, and seemed very knowledgeable. Most importantly, both our dogs loved her, even our shy girl! Laura’s background and the fact that she is an animal science, pre-vet major, made us feel much more secure, as our senior dog has health issues. We booked well in advance, so Laura offered to come just before our trip to go over medications and care. Laura kept us up to date on our dogs’ daily activities, and when we returned, we were greeted by two very happy dogs that had been very well cared for in our absence. Although we didn’t ask, I was surprised to see that Laura had gone way above and beyond in caring for our home, too. We have used several dog sitters, and this is the first time that when I came home, there was nothing for me to do but unpack and love on our fur babies.

Laura is great with my dog! I’ve had her walk my dog multiple times a week & also overnight sit. She’s quick to respond, shares photos & she’s affordable. Highly recommend.

I felt so relaxed while I was away knowing that Laura was taking care of our pets. My first impression of her was that she was trustworthy and dependable. I was right. She sent update photos which was fun to receive. I highly recommend her services. She will now be my regular pet sitter.

Laura is the absolute best of the best! With 4 dogs it can be hard to travel because most rental locations don't welcome 4 dogs and boarding 4 dogs at a boarding facility can cost an arm and a leg. Laura has really given us the opportunity to travel and not have to worry about our four legged children. Our dogs are able to stay in their home and still be cared for as well as we care for them while we're away. Laura comes 3 times a day to care for our babies and even takes the time to exercise our 2 rambunctious aussies! She's sure to leave our home in the same shape she left it or better (which is hard to believe with 4 dogs shedding constantly!) We are going on 2 years of working with Laura, if I could get her 10 stars I would. We just can't recommend her enough! 🖤

We just moved back to the middle Tn area and Laura was referred to us by a friend of ours who used to take care of our pets years ago. She is amazing with our pups and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for boarding, pet sitting or anything else. She has been checking in our kids a few times a week for the last few weeks and they love it when she comes over. Very reasonable and will take very good care of your fur children.

After being "stood up" at another local pet boarding for day camp, we looked up this place. My husband called this pet resort and was immediately kind enough to accept our dog for the day as we had all the vaccination records with us. We left our dog for day camp and they did an evaluation of Nini. We came back to pick her up and were given a wonderful evaluation! This place is very popular and you must be patient when you bring in your pet for boarding as there is a line almost out the door. :) It is a little further but definitely will be bringing our Nini for boarding! We love Safari Pet Resort. We have a chocolate lab puppy named Major. We wanted to get him some safe socialization in a daycare setting after his puppy preschool program ended. He loves it because he gets to play a couple days a week! We love it because we know he is well taken care of and getting some energy out. The staff always takes such great care of him. We love watching on the cameras especially when the staff is loving on him or helping him learn how to swim. We love suggesting Safari to others looking in the area.

Angie is the best there! She did such a wonderful job with our doodle’s grooming! My dog also loves the day care there and we have boarded several times and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants their fur babies spoiled!

I am highly disappointed with my puppy’s most recent stay at Safari. Their lack and miscommunication while keeping my dog while I was half way across the country caused great stress. I received an initial call during his stay stating that he had red and inflamed testicles with no context to the reasoning. Upon following up later I was told that my dog had been given his incorrect amount of food which proceeded staff to give him their food without consulting me. After a third conversation later in the day all of that information changed with major deflection on their behalf. I am even more disturbed that upon pick up I was given no apology, no follow up with the general manager, and my puppy left with crusty untreated testicles that I now have to get followed up on my own by his veterinarian. As someone who works in medicine, the misinformation and lack of communication is disturbing and unfortunately I will never let my dog visit here again.

My dogs love it here! We board them when we go on vacations. We can always see them on the cameras they provide. I always see staff petting and holding my dogs! We get frequent updates with photos from staff. My girl, Scout, was treated with the upmost care. She was sick, and they transferred her to a luxury room and gave her the treatment she needed. Please board your pets here.

They always do such a great job with our dog, Charlotte. Anytime we take her other places she shakes with fear because she doesn’t want to go. But at Safari, she actually gets a little bit excited. Even though we live out of state now, we take her there when we’re in town.

My dog absolutely loves coming here. We do day camp a few times a week and she stays there when I have to be out of town. I never worry about her because everyone that works there has always been so welcoming and accommodating. When I get her groomed there she magically doesn’t shed for a week or two. I recommend them every chance I get.

I took my schnauzer to Safari Pet Resort for her first grooming and was totally surprised. I thought Nicky would give them a rough time and maybe even be one they could not groom. The groomer took her time and gave her breaks when she needed them. When I picked her up she was beautiful. So glad I took her there. Will definitely take her back. Thanks Safari Pet Resort.

I’ve been taking my dogs here for over a decade. Recently my new puppy. They love going and have a great time and come home nice and tired. The staff are friendly and seem to genuinely love the animals.

From the time of booking an appt, to the time of picking up, everybody is helpful and pleasant. That attitude and environment comforts me knowing my fur baby is in the best hands.

Kelsey has been my favorite dog sitter. She is prompt, professional, friendly and my dogs love her. I have 3 pit bulls and she does an amazing job with them. She also provides me with outstanding pictures and updates. That’s my favorite part. I highly recommend Kelsey.

Kelsey is the best!!! We were very worried about leaving our pets as we took a two-week trip abroad. But Kelsey took amazing care of our dog and kept us constantly apprised with pictures and videos. We could see that our dog was happy and loving her time playing with other dogs. Kelsey also did home visits for our cats and immediately let us know of an issue at the house that could have become a big problem if not corrected. Kelsey is a responsible, caring person who will put your mind at ease.

Kelsey took care of our cat, Franklin, while we were out if town. When I met her, I knew immediately that she would take good care of him and I had nothing to worry about. Her love for animals is very evident. She kept me informed about her visits and sent me pictures so I could see how he was. If I could give her 10 stars I would. If you need someone to care for your cat OR dog I highly recommend her.

Kelsey has been INCREDIBLE with our pup!! Every visit I get photos and know he’s taken care of while I’m working 12 hour shifts. She’s super sweet and very attentive, she made me feel comfortable from the second I met her!

This was our first time to have Kelsey watch our furry babies. 2 dogs and 9 cats! She did a great job, the kids all looked really happy to see her and interacted with her well. She gave meds to one without a hitch, she was here on the times she stated and did everything we had talked about. She sent great happy pictures everyday! I never once worried about the “kids”! We will absolutely have her back again! and I’m sure the furry kids will be happy to see her!

Our dog is very skiddish around newer people and hid under the bed from the pet whisperer. She sat there on the floor trying to coax her out for way longer than anyone else would have.
