I could not have asked for a better first experience with zeewoi! Jordan and Nataki were great at communicating from the very start, and they sent me pictures and updates every day. I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!

Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.

There are not enough words in the English language to express my deepest gratitude to Teresa and all the amazing love and care she showed my sweet cat Milo. From the moment she met Milo, I knew there was going to be a very special bond. He instantly relaxed when he first met and already looked so happy and at peace with her. The bond between the two of them only seemed to get stronger and stronger with every day that I was away. This two-week trip was so important for me as it was the first real "vacation" I had taken in a few years. I was in desperate need of a mental and physical break and knew that in order to have a true "time off', I needed to feel completely at peace with Milo being well-taken care of. Well my prayers were answered as Teresa was the "cat whisperer" I was hoping for. I could not have asked for a better, more compassionate, self-reliant, and intuitive sitter ! Teresa was also so diligent in sending me her daily picture and video updates of my cat. With every picture and video I saw, I knew that Milo was so happy being with her and I never worried for one minute while I was away. What a gift ! Teresa was also a serious life-saver for me as literally an hour before I was leaving for my trip, I found out my cat's tracker app was not working and after a few emails and phone calls, we found out the tracker's server was down. Teresa took the initiative to follow up with getting the tracker to work again which was a HUGE stress-relief for me . She is not only wonderfully savvy with animals but also with technology as well ! I feel so fortunate to have Teresa in my life now, not only as an amazing sitter for Milo but also as a wonderful friend for life! Thank you, Teresa for everything.... Kerry and Megan were wonderful sitters and took great care of our two cats while we were on vacation for two weeks. They were responsive, gave us regular updates, and seemed to really care about Tumba and Cappa. When Tumba was more timid toward the beginning of our trip and not eating her meals fully, Kerry was sure to ask for additional suggestions from us on how to coax her to eat more. Kerry and Megan also left the house just as we'd left it for them. We really appreciated them going the extra mile to ask about additional cleaning products so they could clean our bathrooms. Paige, David, and family were WONDERFUL sitters for my crew! They were so pleasant and personable, and the pets warmed up to them very quickly. Even my rescue cat who tends to stray away from men loved David. I received regular updates and communication (before and during the sit). I truly did not have any concerns while I was away knowing that everyone had such great care and attention given to them. (I know the dogs had a good time because when I came home there was no commotion over my return.) I was away on NYE and Paige had no issues keeping an eye on one of the dogs who has anxiety surrounding loud noises. The family cleaned up after themselves and may have left the house cleaner than when I left! Truly such a great family who I would welcome back any time!

We can not exaggerate the care and love Juliet and Laurent gave to our cat, Piero, during his the last few weeks of life. While we left for our trip thinking he merely had a bladder infection, his symptoms turned for the worse a weeks into their sit and later revealed he had cancer. No one would wish their sitter to need to hospice their cat but Juliet and Laurent showed such compassion for Piero and volunteered to be with him when we made the decision to put him down. It was an emotional time for all of us and we will be forever grateful to our two caring cat and house sitters. We have had many fantastic housesitters through zeewoi but Juliet and Laurent top the list. Their professionalism, constant communication and compassion were exceptional. Should you have the opportunity to have them in your home, do not hesitate to book them, you will have no regrets. We do, however, regret that they had such a short time with Piero and had to experience such a painful event.

If you are looking for someone to take care of your fur babies and your house while you're away, Daniel is your guy! I had discovered zeewoi just a couple of weeks before I was to leave on vacation and I was not only apprehensive if the website was too good to be true, but also under a real time crunch. I reached out to over 100 local sitters and several possibilities fell through. I was confident I would find the right sitter and when Daniel applied for the sit and I started to text and converse with him, I knew I had found the perfect sitter for my two cats! Daniel was upbeat and positive, articulate and personable, warm and caring, and he asked all the right questions about Lilly and Eli (I hadn't had the time to complete my Welcome Guide, yet!?!). I shared that I had an easy cat and problem cat -- Lilly, who is sweet, social and eats dry food, and Eli who is skittish, was periodically pooping outside the kitty litter box and was eating prescription canned food twice a day mixed with a probiotic and stool firmer. I asked if he thought he was up for the job and he happily said he was. Since he flew all the was from Chicago, I thought the least my husband and I could do was pick him up at the airport. When he arrived, he pulled out his notebook. He patiently walked with me as I reviewed kitty care, showed him around the house, and where he would be sleeping. He immediately picked up Lilly who was excited about meeting her new friend and Eli bugged out and down the stairs to the basement (his favorite hiding place!). We got Daniel connected to the internet, set him up at our dining room table and headed off to airport, leaving our house and kitties in the best of hands. Daniel wanted to make sure I felt comfortable and assured while we were away. He made sure to text with me every other day (he had asked my preference earlier), sent photos of Lilly being her cute self while Eli hid during the day although he gave me assurances that he was eating his food and using the litter box (there were a few accidents, but Daniel never complained about these additional duties). When we returned from our vacation, the house was also spotless and well cared for and Daniel had even washed the sheets for me! It is with utter happiness and complete confidence that I recommend Daniel as a fantastic Sitter. He is trustworthy, responsible, caring, and competent, and you can rest assured that both your house and sweet pets will be watched over and treated with TLC -- and will truly be in the best of hands while you are away!

My pet is called Bruna! She is a Great Dane that I often left with her on the weekends because of my activities and Julieta's treatment is first class apart from the fact that she has veterinary studies so my dog always has a great time and plays a lot with her Dalmatian whose name is James. which is a place where I know that my pet is in constant coexistence and activity! In fact, every time she returns she sleeps a lot because she is tired and that means the activity was good! My Bruna is the Gray one who is relaxing in bed!

Absolutely incredible! We left our puppy Pequitas with them for two days. I loved that they made sure that all the dogs had the required vaccinations and that they had to pass a behaviour test before being allowed to play with the other dogs. She had so much fun playing with the other puppies her size and came home exhausted each day. They made sure to send us pictures, videos, and updates during the day so that we wouldn’t worry. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. They gave her a bath and she was SO SOFT afterwards I couldn’t stop petting her. They even gave us a bag full of puppy first aid supplies so that we could help her no matter where we are. Wonderful experience!

It is an excellent place where they take care of the dogs all the time, they have space, the prices are affordable, the service and attention are very good. I have taken my two dogs to the daycare, training and boarding services and I have been pleased with all of them, well even the bathing service is very good.
My dog has a lot of fun and learns to socialize. The guys who are taking care of them are very attentive and kind. In addition, their service is very professional because they send you photos and videos and tell you how the pet's integration progress is going.
It is the best daycare and boarding house in Puebla. I have only had good experiences with them. The staff they have is trained in animal behavior, which is very important to me because they know how to interpret the dogs' behaviors, which makes for a good coexistence and avoids conflicts between the dogs. The way I see it, I think it is the best daycare for animals in the city. The attention from all the staff is always super friendly. They are always aware of the little ones, worry about them and send reports of their stay. My dog is very happy when he knows it's daycare and he arrives quite tired from having been playing all day. I highly recommend them, since they take great care of ensuring that the dogs have a peaceful coexistence. Rating: 10 out of 5 stars. Excellent service.

I left my 10-year-old Labrador dog, he has cancer and requires special care. Give him pills twice a day and some treatments. I left her for a week because I went on vacation, and I highly recommend them because they also have a clinic and they do the cures there. They even bathed me. They even sent me videos and photos to keep me up to date.
Good place, my dog always returns healthy and cared for and they bathe him. They send me video and answer my messages, I like that. I have used it for stays from 3 days to 17 and I have had no problems.
ANIMAL ABUSE! Just as you read it, Isaac, the driver who transports the puppies to PetGround, beat my 8-month-old Australian Shepherd. I reported it to the owner at the time and he promised to "review the recordings" and replace Isaac. It's been 1 month and I haven't heard from them. Furthermore, I had paid for the entire week of the stay and I was left owing for 3 days. They didn't even give me a refund. If you can, flee from this place.
My dog came away with trauma to his eye. I mean they hit him hard, we don't know how but it was serious. They want to handle it as an accident, but there was not the necessary attention at the time of the injury. They gave him a non-professional checkup at their clinic and they sent him some drops that they charged me for and they are also useless for what happened to my dog. They never sent videos or photos during their stay. They house many dogs at the same time and the children let them live with the older ones, which is the cause of these accidents. Pay more attention to the care of the dogs, if not to have that type of business.
They sent only 2 photos for 2 weeks and one of them wasn't even of mine. They returned it to me very skinny and I had to go through it since the "caretaker" didn't even try to touch it.
I took my cat to stay because I went on vacation. In general everything is fine, except that you have to ask for information about your pet, because they do not send anything, although when you pay they tell you that they will do it, but no. Apart from that everything is fine.

Finding them was wonderful. It is an incredible place both as a nursery and as a hotel. Our babies are always cared for as if they were at home, they leave happy and content and come back even more.
