Florence and Robert were outstanding sitters. We asked them to arrive a day early as our guests to learn the routine on our farm. In getting to know them we found them to be good hearted, down to earth people with a love of animals and diligent in learning our routines to care for our poultry, cats and dog as well as our garden and orchard. Not a typical or easy sit. We travelled with ease knowing our critters were being well taken care of. Arriving home, the house was very clean and looked well cared for. The animals were healthy as were the garden and orchard. Out pets missed them when they left – our dog stared down the driveway after them until their car was out of sight. It is nice to find sitters we would like to hang out with and we look forward to having them sit for us again.

I am struggling with naming our top adjective to describe Michael and Jeanne. "Conscientious" will likely be it but then again, "personable," "reliable," "organised," and "animal-loving" are top contenders. If you are reading this review and contemplating inviting this couple to watch your pets, then look no further. We have had a number of excellent house sitters but this pair was next level in terms of the love they showed our cats, Maxx and Nala. When we came back, we could our animals already missed them. These cats, who have never slept with anyone other than us, were getting in bed with them each night -- and that meant climbing stairs! The day before our trip, Nala got an ear infection and had to be put on steroids for asthma. Michael and Jeanne did not sign up for that when the sit was booked but they took it in stride. In the last-minute rush, I relayed that Nala needed her oral steroids morning and night. Michael read the RX label, indicating one dose a day, and contacted the vet to clarify. So you can see why "conscientious" is right up there. They saved Nala from an overdose! We were gone three weeks and they sent us just the right amount of pictures and videos. They bought cat toys (I forgot to put ours out!) and actively engaged with them, including 20-minute massages for Maxx. I truly believed them when they said they fell in love with our fur babies. The house was spotless (which was not important to me but truly appreciated) but I smiled when all six water stations in our yard were filled. They took seriously my love for and the needs of the wildlife in our yard. Our plants were all in good condition as well. Sensing they were "next level" when I met them, I predicted they would want to leave a meal for us upon our return. I asked them not to but they found another way to bow out with class. They made a donation to a nonprofit I work with instead. This I learned from the lovely thank you note they left. I hope they will consider Charles and I friends because we certainly feel that way about them now. What special people. If you book them, treat them well because they are going to do that for you for sure.

Stefany helped me out big time by stepping in when I asked. She's a local sitter and I wasnt' having any responses so I contacted her and she fit me into her schedule even during the holidays and right after another sit across the country. She took great care of my two cats and home and I very much appreciate it!

Susan and Miranda are amazing! I've had the pleasure of working with many sitters and they are truly exceptional. They were great at keeping in touch, sent lots of updates, asked good questions, really bonded with the cats, clearly very experienced working with animals and understanding their needs, and generally lovely to deal with. They were really patient putting up with a whole bunch of deliveries and even assembled a spare bed! They also left the place spotless with clean sheets on the bed. I'm pretty sure the cats loved Susan and Miranda more than us by the end of their stay! I'd highly recommend them to anyone and would love to have them stay again any time.

Kathy and Ron arrived at our home with a most fantastical toy for our cats and a giant apple pie. Need I say more? They are very experienced sitters and brought personal items that they prefer. We knew we were leaving out cats in good hands. A large part of their 'job' was hand watering our garden and Ron took that in stride. Everything is thriving. Our cats are usually distant with new people but we received photos of them keeping Kathy and Ron company in various situations which was reassuring. They clearly won our cats over. Although Ron and Kathy had a ferry to catch on their last day, they took time to wash their linens and hang them on the clothesline. They also left us a gorgeous plant for our garden. We would very much like to have them back for a longer sit if possible.

Raquel was simply terrific! She and her husband, Miguel, had to fill in at the last minute for another sitter who had a death in her family. This meant that the length of the stay and sitting they had originally signed up for doubled. Completely undaunted, they did a GREAT job for us. Our cat and dog got lots of love and affection, and plenty of exercise, food, and rest. Our house and yard were cared for with equal conscientiousness. It was wonderful for us to be able to rely so completely on these super zeewoi. We recommend them 100 percent!

Ruoyi was the perfect sitter for our cat Toni! We would highly recommend her to any pet owner, and hope she can sit for us again in the future. Ruoyi was very thorough - she made sure there was full alignment on all the specifics of her pet duties, and she asked thoughtful questions regarding details we forgot to include in our guide. She always provided us timely updates at the agreed cadence, and gave us a ton of photos. From the photos, it's clear she got in a lot of play time with Toni, which we really appreciated! :) We were able to enjoy our entire vacation stress-free knowing Toni was in such good hands. Ruoyi left our apartment completely clean and offered to wash linens.

Catherine was a wonderful sitter for our 17 year old cat Zabba. She sent us pictures twice a day and kept us informed about Zabba’s daily activities. We came home to a clean home and would definitely recommend her as a pet/ house sitter. My only concern was that she doesn’t drive and with an older cat, I just prayed that Zabba didn’t need to go to the vet…. And he didn’t 🥰. We will ask her again for sure.

Anna was a wonderful sitter for our furry friends. My dog, Luke, bonded with her and was sad when she left. My cats would crawl under the covers and curl up with her at night. I would absolutely recommend Darling Dogs. I experienced different services: - Dog Training: I took private lessons and it was just great. Straight forward, easy to implement and ultimately a dog (Luna) that is a delight to be with. Also my son benefited a lot from knowing how to train the dog himself. Barbara is super knowledgeable and passionate about it, which is always a great deal. - Holiday Stay: Barbara is super flexible, goes the extra mile and treats both me and Luna always with a special personal touch. - Shower and grooming: and lastly, Luna looks always great through Barbara’s hands… All around I absolutely recommend Darling Dogs.
Barbara is an awesome person and dog trainer. Always ready to answer our questions and doubts, and teaching us tricks to better train our Samoyed. It was amazing to see improvements in our dog behavior already after a couple of lessons!
If I could give 10 stars I would ! Barbara treats my dog like her own pet. And, has helped stabilize his health and nutrition. Over the years I have been living here she has always took great care of the grooming, teeth, nails and ears. You can really observe that she loves what she does.
Barbara is incredibly knowledgeable, very attentive to every dog and client even in group sessions, and we saw progress after just 3 times! I highly recommend working with her. 5 star quality.
Barbara was always really punctual and I really liked her training methods. My dog Stella responded to her commands really well. Also, the way she has trained her own dog Sunny boy is also very impressive.
We started with the dog school when our Tibetan Terrier was 10 months old. Our family didn’t know anything about raising or living with a dog before. As a result; the behavior of our dog was inappropriate. Barbara taught us how to deal with problems. The behavior of our dog has changed drastically after only a few visits to the dog school. Barbara is professional and always ready to help.

The staff at My Dog Company are just super. They’ve been taking wonderful care of our Labradoodle puppy, Willow, for over a month. We so much appreciate their scheduling flexibility and quick, friendly communication. We even left Willow with them for 10 days while we were on summer holidays. From the many photos they shared, she clearly had an excellent time with all her dog friends - including some of her first swims! They also gave her a great, needed cleaning and trim. Our little Sherlock had the best time of his life! Alisha and the whole staff are more than passionate about our furry friends. We made the trip from Geneva just for our Dachshund to enjoy a full day in company of many friends!
we had our first grooming session here yesterday & i couldn't be happier 🩵 he is a rescue dog suffering from hip dysplasia, so he had always been rather exhausted & in pain after visiting other groomers, but this was not the case this time - showing me with how much care & love he was received 🥹🥹 the cut was also done perfectly, just the way i wanted! we will definitely be back next time and i hope to try out their day care as well later on.
I bring in my dachshund Vinny for daycare once a week and could not be more comfortable dropping him off to a place where he is received with so much love, care and patience. Vinny is quite unsure of big dogs, which is the main reason we chose My Dog Company. He is usually quite shy towards dogs in general, but since he visits My Dog Company daycare he learned to be playful with his small friends and was socialised towards them. Plus, there are spa treatments that can be booked, especially during the time your dog is there anyway, which makes it so easy. Alisha, Csenge and the team are lovely people and always have an open ear for any dog related question. Also, love the pictures and videos that are provided at least once a day when your dog is there, which put the biggest smile on my face, always. Biggest thank you to My Dog Company - I recommend them 100%, they do really value their clients like no other.
Expensive but 100% worth it. We took our 1 year old Swiss Shepherd here last week for his first professional grooming. Although we weren't allowed to stay (which seems typical for most of the other salons I've communicated with), our dog seemed fine when I picked him up two hours later. His hair was SO SOFT when we picked him up. Most importantly, we've noticed a significant decrease in shedding in the house! Yay! Everyone in the store/salon was very friendly and spoke English.
My dog company is really the best day care , spa, hotel in ZH . They are professionals and they love each doggy therefore they know how to spoil and make the doggies happy ..

klein und fein! My dog came here for grooming and 4h boarding. She was so comfortable there and I could tell that Ruxiana and Irantzu love dogs and give them individual attention. I liked that my small dog was with 2 other dogs, not as energetic as her! I could tell my dog (Jack Russell) had a very good time there and received her very first grooming.
Absolutely amazing dog grooming! Every time we send our dog to The Paw House we know she’s in good hands. The staff are exceptionally kind, professional, and do a fantastic job. Couldn’t recommend them more!
I brought my pup for grooming and she spent the day at the pawhouse. I am so happy with how she looks! They took such good care of her and I know she had so much fun. My 8mo Shiba has been going here for the last 2 months and we can't be more happy with it, we tried several dog sitting facilities in Zurich before but they are usually really overcrowded, here they have not that many dogs so they can get the attention they deserve. Now everytime we go to the dog sitter he gets his tail wigging all around, even when we pass by in the car without even going there! He gets to socialize with other dogs and he's very happy about it. The team is perfect they have been super flexibles to our schedules and can't say a single bad thing about them, I recommend them 100%
Wow, love this place! They've got doggy daycare (which is great), grooming, and dog walking services. The prices are also very fair, especially for Zurich. The staff here is very professional and the owner is great and accommodating. They have a structured schedule and take great care, which is comforting. Would recommend!
Sir Montgomery (my dog) had an amazing groom and day well spent. He was happy, had glazed eyes when I picked him up and super tired from playing a lot. Can highly recommend the paw house! Would bring him back anytime.
I feel always the energy of the animals, it's like when you feel humans happy and smiling. That was the first thing I strongly noticed. All dogs were happy and playing together, amazing. I think all this is due to the love and dedication that the owner and the stuff is offering. Pascal is a cool and friendly guy. Very flexible and very experienced at caring for dogs, as well as handling them. As we are first time dog owners, he also provided advice and tips on how to handle our dog. Our Frenchie Hugo is always super happy and eager to go for his daycare day with Pascal. He also took great care of our dog over 10 days so that we could take a vacation overseas. Would definitely recommend his services to everyone.
Dogsitting & Training Schmid has been looking after our Murphy since he was a baby. We love their service, they are punctual, organized and sooo very relaxed with our dog. It makes us so happy to see Murphy happy to jump into the van. We love the instagram updates too where we get to see Murphy socialize and play with the other dogs and run/walk/swim with the pack. We only have good things to say and highly recommend this service!!
Pascal from Dogsitting & Training has been taking care of my dog, Mora for the past year. Pascal has been an absolute lifesaver, being extremely well organized, very reliable and always going the extra mile to accommodate the needs of my dog. Our dog goes to them every week and we are really happy to have found them. The dogs are in great hands and are kept busy and exercised individually. A walk in the forest is appropriate for the species and lunch in a beautiful home. There's no walking around the city with 10 dogs on a leash or having lunch in the van. I can't imagine a better place for our dog - I would love to be in day care there too. :D
I'm thrilled! I contacted Pascal with my unneutered 1.5 year old male Cane Corso because despite months of training, we hadn't made any progress in walking on a leash or meeting dogs. After just one session, Jax and I made extreme progress! There is no comparison to before! Previously, Jax was already acting like a madman at a distance of 30 meters... now after almost two weeks of using the tips and diligent practice, we can almost look forward to dog encounters that were previously horror. Hats off! I'm thrilled! But be careful, Pascal is not a magician! He showed me a lot more about what I was doing wrong but also what I was doing very well. Pascal and his team do an excellent job. What he does for his pack, he does with ❤️ and soul. And his customers and his dogs feel that. That's why I can recommend Pascal 100%. I've been making a super long journey for years because I can't imagine better care for our dog.
Seeing how Pascal and Carmen deal with the dogs and, above all, how the dogs react is unique - our dog suddenly hears well with them and runs freely in a pack, something we could never have imagined!

My dog was looked after on Mondays and Fridays from April to June. I was charged CHF 15 twice for a late pickup of 2 and 3 minutes. I paid the surcharges perfectly. She never thanked me for the confectionery I brought her the next day. My dog has had a GPS since last week. The GPS was removed during care. Today I asked the manager not to remove my own GPS tracker from my dog and received the following message: Um? What's that supposed to mean? If you don't trust us, then you have to look for another solution. Sorry, but we have our rules and we do our best! When I called her to clarify the situation, she accused me of trying to control her and her team. I hadn't even thought of that. I find it very strange and think that someone only reacts like that when you have something to hide. Conclusion: I don't want to have my dear dog in such an environment. I have stopped dogsitting immediately and with the consent of the owner.
Nicole Neukomm and her team do a great job and do everything they can for the well-being of the dogs. Our furry friend Benny always comes home happy and exhausted. No less than my love for the dogs, I value the personal contact with the team, who are always very friendly, well-positioned, professional and reliable. We are very happy that our Benny can be part of the Animal Care pack.
Friendly, uncomplicated and competent dog care. My 22-month-old four-legged friend was able to enjoy the whole day at Animal Care today and felt very comfortable. I was able to spend a productive day without worries because I knew that my four-legged friend was in the best hands. I can highly recommend Animal Care to every dog owner.

Dog Affair is an amazing resource center for your dog. So far we tried the grooming services for our large Samoyed dog. It is no easy feat to do his grooming, as he is quite sensitive to the brush. But Niki loves it! He comes back looking as beautiful as he ever did, and with a big Samoyed smile on his face! Thanks for everything!
Katerina and her knowledge has been so valuable for us and pup Charlie! She has helped me to become more confident as a first time dog owner and helped Charlie find himself in our little pack. She has always had solutions to our issues and they all have helped us grow together. Charlie is always so proud of himself after puppy school and is eager to learn in the fun way that Katerina provides! One example is "leash walking" which we had struggled with for a few weeks and after one private lesson, our smart Charlie is a pro! We highly recommend going to Katerina for dog training, it will be so worth it for you and your pup!
Our young Zwergdackel Ella loves to come here. We also feel she is in the best of hands! Adrian and Patricia are very professional, passionate and accommodating. The daycare helps towards Ella’s development and also her social skills towards people and other dogs! In the attached picture she wanted to go to daycare on a Sunday :)
Katerina is a wonderful trainer, very intelligent, serious and a master of her trade. She adapts very well to how the dog (and the owners) respond to training methods, and always has an extra tool up her sleeve to teach you. Which is important when you have a smart dog with an attitude problem!* *every resemblance with my corgi puppy is purely intentional. We went to Pup Affair and took a few social walks at first to test the ground, after we enrolled for a basic training class and after a few lessons we learned a lot: how to react to her behaviours, how to read her, how to lead and protect her in different situations... even now I still find the social walks helpful once in a while, mostly to perfect that leash pulling under highly distracting environments. It's a plus that our dog absolutely adores Katerina and Jenny! So much she pees herself every time we get there :)
I absolutely LOVE Pupaffair, my little cavalier mixed cocker spaniel Dukie had a very difficult past so he had a lot of anxiety, Katerina helped him a LOT. Dukie is less anxious now, he walks really well on the leash and is more comfortable and confident going to unfamiliar places. Dukie also loves Katerina, he is always so happy to see her, as soon as he sees that we are going to school you can see him super happy. He would sit in front of the Pupaffair door super happy to learn more. She thought me how to teach Dukie to walk next to me and not pull the leash, now Dukie automatically goes to my right and walks next to me. The social walks are also amazingggg, we get to meet so many lovely dog parents and of course, Dukie gets to make new friends. Before the social walk, he would misbehave and try to bark and jump on other dogs, now he is much calmer and obedient . He can now walk next to a dog he never met and be super calm. I am so thankful to Katerina and to the entire Pupaffair team, thank you soooooo much. Can’t wait for our next social walk and private classes.

Our english bulldog Sophie has been enjoying her fun time at Anita for years now. The fenced garden is large, with green spaces and plenty of activities. Anita is a professional taking care with so much love of all the doggies. She is flexible and fully dedicated to creating a cool experience for everyone. There is a good balance between sleep and play time, and we receive plenty of pictures and videos every time. It’s unique and we’re happy to have discovered this place! Our dog Panda completed her basic training course at mydogspot, and it was a great experience! Anita is patient, great with the dogs, and always has a good tip for any situation. Anita always made sure to make each lesson fun for both the owners and the dogs, and spent a great deal of time teaching us pet-parents how to better communicate with our dogs.
Our Dog Carlos has been going to mydogspot + Anita for a year now and he loves it there with her! Whether a day trip or boarding for a few days (3, 5, 7), he always comes back happy and excited. (and tired from playing with other dogs 😅) Anita always sends his pictures and videos and lets us know if there's anything to be aware of. Would recommend mydogspot and Anita to everyone!
Anita was amazing. Not only was she so accommodating to my scheduled mandatory requirements in Canton Zurich, she was also so incredibly helpful in giving me tools to training my mountain dog’s specific needs. There was a great mix of dogs in our classes, some bug and some small. We all had an amazing time and lived our sessions. Thank you, Anita!
Anita has an innate passion for dogs and knows how to give them attention and the right amount of authority. She is always available and precise. The new location offers plenty of space and a good level of safety. Anita pays attention to the behavior of dogs and provides daily with a full report of it with photos and videos. Prices in the average of the market. We are very satisfied.
Rykie goes to daycare with Anita once a week and when we travel he stays 7, 10, 16 days at the time with her. He is so happy and eager to go with his "Second Mom". Anita loves Rykie and Rykie adores Anita. It is with peace of mind that we leave our baby at Mydogspot, we know that Anita takes such a great care of him as well as all the other dogs entrusted to her. Our Aussie (now 2.5 years old) has been going to MyDogspot / Anita since the age of 6 months and is always happy and excited for another day at Anitas. Its truly a home away from home for our dog. I can truly recommend Anita and her Mydogspot as the BEST DAY CARE / BOARDING for dogs in this area. During Anita's maternity break (4 months) - I tried 2 other day cares and both me and my dog dearly missed Anita ! The value that Anita adds to the lives of the dogs (and dog owners) is remarkable - She is super caring towards all the dogs while always ensuring that they follow discipline and commands. She goes above and beyond her job of offering "day care" - and is always observing the dogs, correcting their behaviour and giving feedback, tips and tricks to dog owners to make their dog-owning experience easy and fulfilling. I regularly leave my beagle with Anita, sometimes for even 10+ days, and I know I can absolutely count on her being professional, patient, caring and responsive. Arturo loves his time there, as he gets to socialise with other dogs in a supervised environment, play in the garden equipped with anything a dog could wish for, walk in the nature and get all the cuddles he wants. And at the same time, I know I do not have to worry, as I get frequent updates and pictures. There is no one I would recommend more!
