My Doggy Day Care is amazing, our dog Gunner started in September 2019 when they first opened, he loves going and is so excited each time we drop him off. Anna and Callie are so kind and wonderful with the dogs, I get regular photos and updates, there is so much space for the dogs to run and play. Highly recommend this day care for your dogs, the dogs are well looked after which gives peace of mind, also, the interaction and socialisation with other dogs is so beneficial to our dog. Thank-you Anna and Callie.

I can’t recommend My Doggy Daycare enough. Both Anna and Callie are warm, kind and nurturing to the dogs they look after. They understand how precious the dogs they care for are to their owners. Our dog loves to go and play and has a whale of a time socialising with the other dogs. It’s helped her build up a tolerance to little puppies and taught her how to play nicely with each dog she comes into contact with. She is shattered when she gets home!

Absolutely recommend My Doggy Daycare. Anna and Callie take the time to get to know your dog and make every effort to make the transition from home to Daycare as smooth as possible. They are also great at keeping in touch, from updates on Sherlock's progress to planning logistics. They've made having a dog with a full-time job an easy reality and I'm truly grateful to them for that.

An amazing place with great dog carers! Maudie is quite nervous around other dogs but with the care and attention she has got from Anna and Callie she is so much more confident. They are also great are keeping you informed about what your dog is doing, sharing pictures and training too. It is lovely to think that Maude is happy and safe when she goes and that she'll have fun. The pick up service is also a great bonus as it relieves a lot of stress for me. I can't recommend DoggyDayCare Alto highly enough.

This was Gus's first day with Callie and Anna and hes now sound asleep after a busy and funfilled day. After a not so good experience with a previous dog carer, finding these guys has taken a HUGE weight off of our minds and given us complete piece of mind knowing he is having days like he had today. The set up, absolutely perfect, Callie & Anna, absolutely wonderful, and as much as I would like to keep My Doggy Daycare a secret I cant..if you have a dog, and need to have trust and belief that it's being looked after and having fun, look no further ! Thank you ladies...5Stars!

Great facilities. Two acres of secure paddock for my dog to run and socialise with other dogs, indoor areas for when the weather is not so good - all supervised by friendly, caring trained staff. My dog is so excited when he is collected and tired when he comes home :) I can recommend My Doggy Daycare - my dog is well looked after and I am happy he is having a great day.

This feels like a treat day for my puppy, and I have absolutely no guilt about leaving him with the amazing staff for the day while I go to work. I think he’ll actually be wishing he was there when he’s not! They look after the dogs in their care with so much enthusiasm and love, and with a lovely balance of structured activities and free play, I cannot recommend My Doggy Daycare enough!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Denise and her exceptional care for my two rescue dogs, Betsy and Patch. Both dogs were rescued from the streets of Morocco and have unique needs and personalities, but Denise has gone above and beyond to ensure they are well taken care of and happy. From the very first meeting, Denise displayed an incredible level of professionalism, compassion, and understanding. They took the time to get to know Betsy and Patch, understanding their backgrounds and individual quirks. It's clear that Denise has a genuine love for animals and a special talent for making them feel comfortable and loved. Betsy, who can be quite timid, warmed up to Denise almost immediately, and Patch, who is usually full of energy, has found a perfect outlet for her enthusiasm during their walks. I am constantly impressed by Denise’s ability to handle both dogs with such ease and care, ensuring that each walk is enjoyable and safe for them. The regular updates and photos provided are a wonderful touch, keeping me informed and reassured that my dogs are in great hands. It’s clear that Betsy and Patch absolutely adore their time with Denise and I can see the positive impact it has had on their overall well-being. Finding someone trustworthy to care for your pets is always a challenge, but I feel incredibly fortunate to have found Denise. Her dedication, reliability, and genuine affection for Betsy and Patch have made a world of difference. Dee is great with our 2 dogs and they love when she comes round. She has understood our requirements to keep our 2 large dogs calm at all times and adapted to our unique needs as a dog loving family.

Gave unsolicited and harmful advice to me re crate training (dog is a rescue and needs a safe place). Both her and her mum (who was invited into my home without my consent?) suggested I leave my 15 week old puppy to have free roam with wires/cables and when challenged, her mum said ‘he won’t kill himself’. Thankfully I know better than to do this but for somebody who has not had dogs, this could cost a dog their life. After my message about this, I received several strange and rude messages over the evening - even insulting my interior design choices which I don’t think the dog is overly fussed on! She insinuated that my rescue dog would be better off back on the streets, an awful thing to suggest and clearly demonstrates a lack of care for the welfare of my dog. This, paired with dog food advice which was also unwanted, made me feel judged. AVOID.

Our puggy loves Dee coming to walk & give him is dinner she is so good with him. It really helps also that we can change a scheduled day when something crops up at the last minute!Thank you again for everything xxx

We’ve used Dee for a few months now. She’s brilliant. Our dog (collie x huntaway) adores her and he comes back exhausted from his hour walk. Dee checks in weekly to check timings of the walk and is flexible with these if needed. When our dog is out with her, we feel at ease as she sends photo updates of him having fun. Brilliant service. If you are looking for a dog Walker for 1:1 walks, totally recommend.

While on holidays, I can always leave my little prairie dog Cleo with Dee. She is looked after like a queen. Dee does cater for all her needs. Being an exotic pet, this animal care professional, has the perfect attitude, patience and calm attitude to bond with any animal that needs looking after. Thank you and I will be returning.

Dee is amazing with our dogs, always diligent and kind. We have two high energy dogs who get very excited when she arrives knowing they’re about to have a fun walk with her. She has been reliable and accommodating to any particular requests we have made. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Dee.

Dee was kind enough to volunteer to walk our dogs when she was looking to gain experience. We have an old lab and a young newfoundland, so they are no easy couple. She was lovely and reliable, and I would recommend her to anyone.

We love using Dee for regular walks with our dog - he absolutely adores going out with her and she looks after him really well. Dee is always reliable and there to help if we need extra walks - we would definitely recommend her services.

The lovely Dee came to dog sit our Whippet in January 2021. I could't fault her caring nature with him, he snuggled up with her immediately on the sofa so we could go off and enjoy our evening out out! Very professional service highly recommend.
