Cynthia was a perfect pet sitter for our little kitty. We knew from her extensive experience with cats that Nala was in good hands. She was extremely responsive via texts when we were away, ensuring us that the 2 of them were having a great time. She went absolutely above and beyond by scrubbing our bath and toilets to remove our mineral deposit rings that we haven't been able to get rid of! She even left the name of the product she used so we can get more in the future. The house was cleaner than when we left. We'll have her back anytime!

I'm delighted to have found Lisa as a sitter and hope to have her back again! She was detail oriented and clearly cared about my cats' well being. She asked good questions about the cats' routines and needs and about the house to be sure she'd meet my expectations and have a comfortable and successful sit. She communicated very well before and throughout the sit and even though I was unreachable for much of the time I was confident everyone was in good hands. Chris was an outstanding pet sitter and I would definitely use him again! He is reliable, responsible, and thorough. I was able to FaceTime Chris prior to the sit and he spent a lot of time answering and asking questions. I felt confident after speaking with him. Throughout the weekend, Chris communicated clearly through texting. He let me know when he arrived and left which was helpful. He also sent photos and updates of both my cats. My boy cat has occasional anxiety issues which cause UTI's. Andy had a flare up while I was away and Chris was very attentive to him and let me know how he was doing. Chris did not seem to mind taking extra care of him which I very much appreciate. Chris left my house clean and even washed the sheets and towels he used before leaving!

Young was the perfect house sitter for us. From the moment you meet her, you can tell she is animal person and is detailed oriented and will take great care of your house and pets. She exudes a peaceful and grounded energy. She was comfortable with each our pets from the high energy dog to the shy skittish cat. She played with the dog in the yard every day and took him on walks. And she was also very attentive to our cats and figured out how to maintain the equilibrium in the relationship between the cats and dog. She is an excellent communicator; she asked questions when our directions weren't clear and kept us updated on the pets. She is also an amazing photographer. She sent us pics of our pets every day that totally captured each of their personalities.

After seeing the numerous positive reviews, I knew Cung would be an easygoing and professional cat sitter and house guest, and he was :-) Easy communication, prompt updates and clear concern for Boz & Artie's wellbeing, and pictures of cozying up on the couch together all made our time away secure and stress free. This was the second time Cung sat for us and once again he was amazing! Cung was great with our cat, giving him lots of love and attention. Our cat was so comfortable he snuggled up with Cung frequently, which he doesn’t always do with strangers. We got daily updates and pictures. When we returned we could tell our cat was well taken care of. Cung was so organized and clean, as well. Our apartment was spotless when we returned. That’s always nice after coming home from vacation. You should definitely have Cung sit for you! One of the top sitters on this site.

Catherine was a wonderful sitter for our 17 year old cat Zabba. She sent us pictures twice a day and kept us informed about Zabba’s daily activities. We came home to a clean home and would definitely recommend her as a pet/ house sitter. My only concern was that she doesn’t drive and with an older cat, I just prayed that Zabba didn’t need to go to the vet…. And he didn’t 🥰. We will ask her again for sure.

Super nice sitters and extremely flexible. Really enjoyed their company and I only regret that I was too frazzled to chat with them more and get to know them! Kept the house super clean, pets loved them. Dog especially. Had a little problem with my new kitten not meshing well with the older cats (which was not too surprising since cats can be territorial). Pennee was very patient and gave me constant updates and tips. And the older cat was much more calm when I came home. Highly recommend and welcome back anytime!

I engage their boarding services for my pet, Jivin( dog) who just went through eye cataract surgery in AMC,KL. Since I'm travel from JB to KL for follow up, I engaged with them for boarding services. As a pet owner, I have peace of mind and get video, photo update from time to time. As need to put scheduled eye drops for Jivin, they help me to manage to put eye drops about 4-5 times in day. Highly recommended based on my own experience.

Very nice pet hostel, they took good care of our pets and even keep us posted in every hours, ie pictures and videos. Reasonable price, highly recommended. I have to heave a big sigh of relief upon finding a pet boarding facility for my big-sized puppy (Golden Retriever) and my small-sized puppy (Poodle) to stay together near my house. It had been hard for me to go on vacation until I found Petel Boarding. They offer the best service ever. They are a lifesaver. Both of my puppies had a wonderful time there. They even let my puppies swim in their pool.... it was a big surprise for me seeing them swimming😅 I received videos regularly, and I was very happy to see them in the videos despite the distance. We wanted love and care for our puppies during our absence, and they had abundant of love and cared. Thanks to Petel Boarding.❤️
They often sent updates of videos and beautifully taken picture to me. My usual sitter was unable to accommodate for 2 months and I had to quickly find another. One sitter prior to my usual one used to separate my female dog because she was "aggressive" with other dogs when they came near her. She was confined into a a room. But my female doggo is a peculiar dog. She prefers if she made the move and slowly relax in with other dogs. Here at Petel gave her the space to feel safe amongst other dogs. Seeing 2 of my dogs happily playing with each other and other dogs-free roaming was was surely assuring for me. They even had a bon fire camp for all the doggos there. Pictures of dogs sleeping around the camp fire and chilling was so heart warming. I will definetely now keep sending Tara and Milo over here at Petel. Highly recommended. My timid puppy had first time experience interacting with other dogs. The owners were very caring as initially Toby had difficulties adjusting. Thank you so much petel boarding to take care of my son Rudhra 5mnt french bulldog...he was having good time there through out his stay and this is his first time staying and due to an emergency situation at my home I unable to prepare and food and diaper for my son..Mr.Fire is kind enough to buy kibble for Rudhra and sending me videos through out his stay it really made me happy and calm don't need to worry much to leave your babies there everything will be take care of..thanks once again
Definitely a hidden gem, too bad there's only 5 stars here, if there were 10 stars I would rate them 10/10!! They would literally sit there all day to jaga your pet(s), with VERY frequent updates of videos and pics. Highly recommended and underrated!! Wing truly cares for the dogs boarding at her place, big or small. She gives me regular updates when my dogs stay with her. They run free, make friends with other dogs. The place is clean and fresh. Sometimes I think my dogs hate it when their staycation ends and I pick them up to go home. Lol...

I was kinda worried initially since my furkid has never been away from home but he has been taken very good care. I can see he enjoyed the stay alot and had lots of fun with his Pomeranian friend. The caretakers were very gentle and nice to him.. he got so attached to them and learn some obedient behaviour. Charles makes him feel comfortable and at his home. Charles is a great guy, caring and responsible. He cared well for my dogs, shared videos frequently and I had no worry at all knowing my dogs were happy with him. My dogs love to play with him too. My next booking is certainly with him.
We boarded two furkids (1 large breed and 1 medium sized) with Charles for 3 nights, and we are very satisfied with how they are being cared for. During their stay, Charles took the initiative to share and update us about their wellbeing from time to time even before we ask. He's been patient and affectionate to them. I live at Sungai Chua, Kajang area. Charles’s Pet Suite is very near to my place, and it is 15mins distance only. Charles is very friendly, and his fees are cheap compared to other pet boarding places near me. I sent my Giant Poddle to Charles's Pet Suite and he enjoy it very much. The place is spaces (also has a outdoor place) and my dog gets to play with many other dogs rather than he is being lock up in cage if i send him to other Pet's hotel. A owner is also very friendly and he sent me video of my dog daily.
I had my Pomeranian boarded here for a week and he had receive all the loving and care as you would expect from a pawrent. Charles is attentive to his needs (being a senior dog) and updates me frequently.

I came to know WOH Happy Pet Home Boarding Cheras through my neighbour’s recommendation. I have a pair of adolescent huskies, it is not an easy task to take care of them. I had not been travelling until I found this boarding house. Knowing my babies are in good hand, I have peace of mind each time I entrusted them with WOH Happy Pet. Erica and Wong have taken an extra mile to spoon feed the picky eater Odee and tolerate with Cookie’s mischievous behaviour. They have been sending me previous video clips to share how my babies spend their time in boarding house. Both Cookie and Odee love the care taker so much that I have to send them to the boarding house for a vacation even when I am not travelling. Try once, and you will be keep coming back, like me 😉

Couldn't be happier with the care of my dog received at Pawfect Dogs. My dog was well taken care of and coming home looking happy and healthy. Kai Lin was incredibly friendly and attentive. Highly recommend her boarding place to anyone who's looking for a safe and loving environment!!
Been boarding my pup here many, many times. Every time I'm about to leave my pup here, I worry but Kai Lin takes good care of my pup and always assures me. My doggo always has so much fun! Kai Lin sends videos and pictures every day as check in so your heart will be at peace. Her place is clean, with big space for the dogs to play and run around. They'll separate the pups for safety if need be. Do tell her in advance if your dog facing any issues. Highly recommended! (but maybe I shouldn't recommend otherwise no place for me to board my dog next time. Hahahaha :p)
See how happy my baby is? That’s what you get from sending your furbaby to Pawfect Dogs Home Boarding. I go for holidays a lot but unfortunately I can’t take my baby along. I thank God I found Pawfect because my baby loves going to this place. There’s lots of space for them to run and play with other dogs. Very Importantly, they are not caged. And the whole family loves dogs and hence they keep loving our babies like they were their own. When I bring her home, she can adapt very fast because she is not stressed while staying at Pawfect. I highly recommend this place for your furbabies.
It’s operated from the owner’s house itself where 24hr care services are provided. Unlikely other pet boarding homes where pets are locked up in the cage and night time the dogs are left on their own without supervision, Pawfect Home does not lock up dogs, instead they are allowed to run freely on the compound / backyard of the house. The place is clean, safe and comfortable to pets. My dog is like having a holiday there getting to run around freely and to mux with new friends. More importantly, the owner herself is a dog lover and gained wide experience in taking care of dogs. She also keeps us updated on our dog’s well being by sending videos daily to us so that we are rest assured our dog is happy and well taken care of.
Very nice place. My pup is not caged up when I send her here. And they send daily updates on WhatsApp- videos showing what your pup is doing. Although my pup is very happy to come home after her stay there, I can see that she likes and enjoys herself at her 'hotel'.
Absolutely the best boarding i hav known. My furkid is always happy when he goes for boarding here. When i am away for vacation, i know my furkid is in the best hands. I need not worry at all. Videos of my furkid at boarding are also sent to me daily. Happiest place for my furkid to be when i am away. The place is very clean, spacious n they r very friendly with furkids.❤️❤️❤️
Kailin is very friendly. I like Pawfect Dogs Home Boarding because the environment is good. My dog enjoys her stay there so it is literally her staycation when we are out of the country.
Honestly this is the most wonderful place one could send their pets for boarding. They are so well taken care and we get updates about our pet from time to time. This form of communication is very important and it also enlightens us..
I am so happy to have found Pawfect Dogs Home Boarding because now when I go on holidays, my baby Luno the pug goes on her holiday too at Pawfect. I chose Pawfect because it is perfect. My baby is not caged, she gets to play with other dogs, and lots of places to run as the compound is big. She is well taken care of and I have a peace of mind when I leave her there. When I bring her back, there is no signs of stress. She comes back a happy dog & that to me is very important. I will always know I can count on Pawfect to give my baby tender loving care. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a home away from home for your furbabies!
A place where I can be assured that my pomeranian is in good hands whilst I am on vacation. Whilst I am on mine, my pom is on his stay vacation too. Truly appreciate the constant update vide videos and photos by Ms.K.Lin assuring us that our furboy is enjoying himself. Have been a returning customer for many years now.

This was my 1st time leaving my cat cookie in a pet hotel. She's usually a bit anti social but to my surprise she actually adjusted really well because the care givers were so caring and friendly!! They even updated me almost everyday with pictures & videos which I enjoyed looking at ngl. Overall amazing service will come again for sure :)
So lucky to know these new hotel ! It’s clean n comfy for fur kids . The staff are all pets lover . They spend times accompanied with my gal when she spend 3nights here . Play with her , some more bring her take a walk out side . It’s really convenient for fur kids who like to pee or poo outdoor. Definitely will choose here again 😊 …
Pet hotel is very clean and cozy. Keep my two dogs for one night stay and they are very happy. Hotel provides food & drinks to the furkids. Staff is very friendly and fast responsive to enquiries. Videos/photos of my dogs are sent promptly to me. Good pet hotel and recommended.
Left my beloved in the boarding facility while travelling overseas. Very organised and I felt a great sense of security with the employee’s explanation on how their procedure. Would go back to them the next time I travel!
