I can't say enough good stuff about Luv Your Petz. We love our little guy Flannery. So when on occasion we take a weekend trip, we are torn. Once we even tried taking him along with us. Flannery wasn't happy with that. On another occasion we tried boarding him. Flannery wasn't happy with that either. So this last time we called Melanie. She stopped by our home to check out how Flannery and our family did things. And when the time came we were confident that Flannery would be well-loved in our absence. The photos Melanie sent us while we were away confirmed that. But nothing said more about how right our decision was as how contented Flannery was when we finally returned back home. I don't usually take the time to submit reviews, but LYP is so good at meeting all my requests and expectations that I am making an exception! I especially like the email messages that indicate when a sitter is en-route, details of the visit and their departure time. I also appreciate the pics they take of my kitties - especially when they are playing with a toy or feather wand.

Such an amazing place for pet boarding. Clean, friendly and caring. It is very difficult to find place where you feel safe leaving your furbaby. I searched for 4 months, even considered rover and blessed my friend helped me locate this home away from home. This was her first time being boarded other than obedience training. We have boarded our senior dog (with anxiety) at Happy Tails multiple times, and have been very pleased! They know and understand dogs. The care and communication have been exceptional. It’s the only place we feel comfortable leaving her. The grounds and facility are clean, comfortable and meticulously maintained. Highly recommend!

Happy Tails is amazing! Nancy and her husband are true animal lovers and it shows. We drive an hour out of our way to take our little guy there and happy to do it.

Our 2 dogs used to come home from boarding acting traumatized! Tired, separation anxiety. It was awful. They spent last week at Happy Tail's and came home happy, healthy, glad to see us but you could see a difference! They seem very well taken care of. The smaller one literally cried on my shoulder last time we picked them up from another place! We got videos of them playing and the owner was awesome with them. The facility was clean, well equipped, air conditioned inside the sleep area. Will not take them anywhere else again!

The best doggie boarding you will find! They take such good care of my dog Cali and I have absolutely no worries when I leave her for a few days. I have used their service a few times now, the longest being 15 days, they were just perfect! Cali gets so excited to see them every time and I’m glad I found someone I can trust with my dog while I’m away.

Happy Tails Unlimited is such a breath of fresh air. Nancy, the owner, was super sweet and answered all of our questions. We took our yorkie (Bobby) here while we were out of town for a week. We were very impressed with the facility, the cleanliness, and attention to details. Communication was great, and we received photo/video updates each day. Our dog did not want to leave. We couldn’t have found a better place, and we will definitely be back!

If I could I would give 20 stars! We are so thankful that we found Happy Tails! They took such great care of Friday (our Dobbie! It was like vip treatment for our baby! They are amazing! Communicated very well with us, Sent pictures and videos. Our dogs were at happy tails for 7 days and came back home just as happy as we left them! Definitely recommend!!

We brought our dog "Batman" there to get groomed. I was so excited to see him look so happy and handsome. He apparently had a great time and had a whole new pep in his step. He loved his experience. Brandy and Whitney were great and we are so appreciative of the care they took making our special boy look and feel his best. We will definitely be back.

Whitney did a fabulous job with my fur babies. I was really nervous after having a previous bad grooming experience, but she was very familiar with Aussies, and she helped both of my girls feel so comfortable and at ease. And she did not shave their coats 👏🏼👏🏼 their booties look so much better, and their fur was so well brushed that they’re the softest they’ve been since they were puppies. My more social and energetic one was able to get her energy out and Whitney took her time to introduce the world of grooming to her, and my older one is a little more laid back and she was able to chill and relax in a more low key area! Thank you! I will definitely be returning.

I love Happy Times! I take my dog for day play each Friday, and she absolutely loves it. I also board with Happy Times, and they always take care of my baby girl. My dog also gets her grooming here as well. It is a wonderful place, and I would recommend all of their services.

I had never left my pet before so we were worried but it was for nothing! He seemed happy and healthy when we picked him up! We were gone for almost a week and he seemed to really of done very well while we were away. So nice to know we have found somewhere we can safely and confidently leave our pet!

Molly loves it here! Their groomers are top-notch and she gets plenty of playtime when she comes for daycare. The staff is very caring and the owner, Kari, is wonderful to deal with.

The facility was very clean and organized. I was impressed on the uniforms the staff was wearing, light blue shirts. For me the shirts not only display advertisement for the company but also shows unity as a strong team assisting each other and the care for our lovely pets. The level of care that was provided for my canine was awesome. I love that you have cameras for me to check in to see how my dog was doing in the yards, however, I wish you could consider having cameras in the suits for owners to see how their pets are adjusting to the units. I want my pet to feel comfortable and have another home away from home. Thank you Pet Paradise for your professionalism and kind service. I would recommend others to this facility.

Here’s a revised, professional version of your review: --- I am deeply disappointed with the service I received. While the staff initially appeared friendly and professional when I scheduled the appointment, the actual experience was far from satisfactory. I confirmed my dog's grooming appointment for 1:00 PM, only to arrive at 5:30 PM to find he was still only halfway dry, with no nail clipping or other services completed. To be told I would need to wait an additional 45 minutes for him to finish drying, after already driving an hour to pick him up, was completely unacceptable. I also wanted daily report cards for him, but only received 2/4. What made the situation worse was the lack of empathy and professionalism from the manager. Despite being made aware of the issue by a team member, her response was dismissive, stating, "Well, that's all we can do." It was only after I insisted on knowing her name that she even acknowledged me. Her approach to service recovery was non-existent and highlights the need for further training in customer service. To add insult to injury, I had specifically scheduled for a daily report, which was not provided. This experience was incredibly frustrating and fell far below expectations. I can say with full regard that I will not be returning to this location and the consideration to not use the company as a whole is still up in the air. I just picked my Dog up Tuesday after a six day trip and I wasn’t satisfied at all. I also asked for a grooming. 1) The bottom of his feet were so raw, he could barely walk without limping. I was told it was from walking on the turf surface. I applied some ointment. 2) The grooming situation is horrendous, check out the pictures attached. I also left a tip, which I regret. 3) I should’ve checked him better before I departed. I was just too tired from my trip. This is the 3rd bad experience, which is probably the last. Some folks shouldn’t be working with Pets. I haven’t heard back from the Manager yet. This place is not cheap, so the service should be better. Look how dirty and smelly my dog looks. Look at all the wax and hair in his ears.

Pet Paradise of Peachtree City provides outstanding care for my elderly dog, Sandy. She receives lots of play time, extra attention and is always excited to arrive! The staff here are welcoming, professional and friendly. They respond quickly to any questions I have or concerns. Sandy has stayed at several pet places over the years, and I am very (extremely) picky about her care! So you can count on this review as accurate and trust mine AND SANDY'S recommendation for Pet Paradise in Peachtree City!

I am newer to the area and have been looking for an all-service location for my pets. I arranged a stay for my two large dogs (River - 60 pounds, Huckleberry 80 pounds) for 2 days/1 night with extra play time and a groom. When walking in, the office was clean and I noticed my pet's names were on the board welcoming them. I also noted the little ice cream station for pup-cups in the lobby which I thought was so cute! I did not know until I got there that there is a Veterinary office as well. My dogs had a great time and I enjoyed being able to check in on them during play time in the yard. I also received updates on them after their temperament tests. We will definitely be back!

Pet Paradise was just great for my specific needs! I have two dogs, one is friendly and social and the other is nervous around other dogs. Pet Paradise boarded them in the same suite, which was great for my nervous dog and also let my social dog mingle with other dogs at times. It’s hard to find boarding accommodations flexible like this. The facilities and grounds are beautiful and the employees are cheerful and seem happy to be there. My dogs will be back!

Lillie loves her stays at your facility. I love being able to watch her play with the other dogs. This gives me confidence that she’s being taken care of properly as well as receiving lots of love.

Pet Paradise-Peachtree City was so great to my girl, Sitka! From the time I toured the facility to picking up Sitka, I was blown away by the staff! Everyone was super nice and seemed to love what they do. I opted to add the Furever Connected, so that I could get an update on her, since she has never been boarded. I also added day camp, which she also seemed to enjoy. I love the fact that I can look at the cameras to see her playing and swimming with her new friends! I will definitely recommend Pet Paradise to everyone I know.

My dogs were so happy when we picked them up! We got an update the moment we walked in the doors. We can tell our dogs were well cared for and their groom looked great! We will definitely be back!

Christina and her ladies are excellent! We've been using them for several years and they always take great care of our kitty. They also do small extras such as bringing in mail, watering plants, etc. She sends daily updates and pictures too. It's very comforting to have them taking care of our kitty and home while we are away- we highly recommend them!

Faithful companions, pet care did a great job taking care of our dogs while we were on vacation. We came home to happy pets who were loved well fed, and cared for. We will use them again the next time we go on vacation.

Christina was excellent. She took great care of my two cats (one of which is still a kitten). She sent daily updates including pictures. She also got my mail, put the trash can at the road and back again, opened and closed the blinds daily so my plants could get light. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Faithful Companion Pet Care, Christina, and Leslie took such great care of our 3 fur babies (cats) while we were on vacation this summer for 2 weeks. Christina kept in touch, giving us daily updates on how our babies were doing especially the two girl kitties who are pretty skittish. She was intuitive to their needs by ensuring they were not stressed and that they were getting their food in their favorite hiding places. We also loved the photos and videos and gave us peace of mind knowing our babies were in good hands, getting treats and being played with. We so appreciated them being able to come at a recurring time so that the cat's regular feeding schedule was continued while we were gone. Christina was attentive to any changes in the bathroom habits and thoughtful to ask us questions to ensure that she was not seeing anything out of the ordinary. Christina and Leslie allowed us to truly enjoy our trip without worrying if our pets were ok, especially being on the other side of the world with spotty internet. We knew they were happy and well taken care of, as if they were their own, and we are so grateful to them. They also took care of our chickens. Faithful Companions is our only choice for pet care.

I highly recommend Faithful Companions PetCare. They came over and met my furbabies and myself and made sure they understood my pets and their needs. We worked out a schedule to be sure they were taken care of. Very good communicators and checked in daily to let me know how it was going and that my pups were eating ok. Loved getting pictures here and there as I always missed my pups when away from them. FCPC came by when they said they would and spent time with my pups.... they didn't rush in and out even though it was during holiday time. I'm so happy I found pet care that treats us as family. 😍

We have two pups, one that’s timid with strangers, but Cristina did great with them both! She took great care, sent daily updates and often sent photos and videos. We will definitely utilize her services in the future!

Just used Faithful Companions, to care for our five cats for a week. They did an awesome job and went above and beyond, handling things we forgot about (i.e., trash can to street, dump humidifier, etc.). I’ve had Christina and her team caring for my cats for the past 18 months. They are fantastic! Excellent communication with me while I’m gone, including photos (which are nice when I’m missing their furry faces). We had a great experience with F.C.PC. taking care of our 4 legged furry children. Received daily updates with pictures, all concerns were taken care of. Great communication from the team. Well taken care of pets is always a must when leaving for a week, I felt as though they looked at ours as their own. If needed again I will definitely call them again!!

The Dog Barn is the only place I feel comfortable leaving my dog at for boarding. We have trusted them with the best care for our Golden Retriever since we moved to Ga 8+ years ago. Diane has always been so caring and loving, as if the dogs are her own. Her place is beautiful! always clean, organized, and they take exceptional care of every dog. My dog has an amazing time there every time!!! We highly recommend!!

The Dog Barn is an amazing place to board your dog. We've used them many times over the yearrs. It's like a converted horse farm, with big barns that have been converted with indoor/outdoor kennels, and several pastures and smaller enclosures for dogs of all sizes to play together. The people who care for your pets are wonderful. They care for your doggies like they are their own. They are always booked up fast for holidays, so get your reservations in months in advance. Pricing is very reasonable. I love to bring our dogs here because I know they will be safe and healthy and relaxed when we pick them up again.

Our dogs loved their stay here. I’ve never seen them happier to stay at a kennel! We received photos of them smiling and playing with their new friends while we were on vacation. We were able to enjoy our trip without the stress of worrying about them. Diane and her husband are great and run a very clean and well organized kennel. Definitely the best kennel we’ve used in this area. Highly recommend!

He loves EVERYTHING about the Dog Barn We are very particular with Jake and when our regular sitter moved we just knew we would never find another good dog lover. She recommended Dog Barn. Jake was IN from the first visit. We also were welcomed for a tour of the facility. It is beautiful, clean and a dog happy place! THE OWNERS ARE TRULY UNDERSTANDING OF DOGS AND THEIR OWNERS!

We have been taking our dog to the Dog Barn for over 5 years. They have big indoor/outdoor dog runs and large grassy fields for playtime. They take great care of our dog plus we always know he’s having fun and in a great environment when we’re out of town. I highly recommend them!

Suzie is absolutely amazing with my two dogs. She always takes amazing care of them and she always makes sure to give them plenty of love and cuddles. One of my dogs requires eye drops daily and she is good about making sure he is medicated on time. She is also great about providing updates while she is visiting with my dogs as well as sharing frequent photo updates! She has a wealth of knowledge about the veterinary community in the area which is great in the event of an emergency! Highly recommend her service!

I was in search of a reliable pet sitting service for my grand dogs. When I found Homeward Hounds, I knew my babies were in good hands. The service provided is reliable, dependable and trustworthy. Suzi goes BEYOND providing service for the boys, she loves on them and inquires constantly, whether she’s with them or not. The overall well-being of the boys is important for her and she ask questions as if they are her pets. One of my babies had eye problems and she made sure we had the best possible care and she follows up on his continued progress. I am VERY selective who enters my home and cares for the boys. It is a great feeling to be able to leave out kitties in the care of Suzi when we go on vacation! She spends time with them, playing with them, as well as making sure they have plenty of fresh water and goodies to eat. Suzi is the only one we trust to watch our Charlie. She takes excellent care of her, makes sure she is safe, and always goes the extra mile. Additionally, as first-time dog parents, Suzi has been an invaluable resource and provides great advice and guidance when we've asked. She is licensed and insured. Once it was clear they were going to do major surgery on my neck. Then surgeon advised me not to walk for six weeks. Any one that knows about boarder collies knows they require long walks and like to roam. With a very active senior boarder collie, I began preparing and setting up boarding for my dog. We called several dog walking businesses and Homeward Hounds was the only one to return our calls. She came three times a day which allowed me the time to recover. My dog is attached to me like glue, but Suzi won her trust. Grateful to Homeward Hounds for making my complete recovery possible.

Our dogs (85-lb Lab / 20-lb terrier) actually look forward to this place. We board relatively often and we have no complaints. The dogs are happy, baths and nail trims are good, play time options are useful. We do wish they sent more pictures (or even modernized slightly to add video in the runs), but perhaps for the future. Great pet resort.

Our dog, Magnolia, loves coming here! She has stayed overnight and also comes for daycare. The staff is great to work with and always keeps us updated throughout the day with pictures and videos. Their hours of operation work well with our busy schedule and their website is easy to navigate and convenient when making reservations. We can tell she is well cared for and would definitely recommend the Ivy Pet Resort.

We brought our cat into pet resort because my wife is in the hospital on a ventilator they took extremely good care of my cat . Lilly was very thin and really not in good shape they took her in they even took her home with them to make sure that she was comfortable she ended up passing while there instead of just telling us we had to come get her they took care of her until we could get there they refuse to take my money and gave me a hug these people are angels thank you.

We love having our dogs here and our dogs love it with Beth as well!! They always have the best time and the attention to detail found here really can’t be topped! We tried many different boarding facilities before and none compare to Serenity dog retreat. The dogs have free roam for the couches and beds inside or the big yard outside all day, a pool if they enjoy that (our dogs don’t swim haha) and just so much love and attention for them. Beth even threw our dogs a birthday party which was SO cute to see! We love receiving the constant updates to see how they are doing and it makes our trips so much more enjoyable knowing they are well taken care of. If you have the opportunity to- board at Serenity Dog Retreat it doesn’t compare to anywhere else!!!

Trust me when I tell you, you will NEVER find a place that is better to board that serenity dog retreat in the GA Atlanta area!! ❤️ We tried dozens of boarding places and this one is by far the best one. Beth and her staff are amazing. Better than amazing actually. They go above and beyond. This is not just a job for Beth but rather it truly feels like the dogs become part of her family while they are there. My dog did not sleep in a small crate while there but instead had a nice little bedroom. They could choose whether they wanted to lay around the kitchen or on the sofa or if they wanted to be outside. Beth doesn’t take hundreds of dogs at the same time so she can really focus on each dogs individual personalities! My dog bear loved going into the little kiddy pool for instance! Yes it is a bit more expensive but you will never find anything that makes your dog happier. My dog is my little baby and I always used to worry while going out of town but now I don’t anymore. Beth sends us lots of pictures and videos EVERY DAY. Without me even having to ask! I know my dog is being well taken care of and is having the time of his life! We recently boarded our 4 Chihuahuas for the very first time with Serenity Dog Retreat. We did not know how they would respond since this was their first opportunity with other dogs or being boarded. We are so delighted with the experience they had. Beth Ramsey and her team provided excellent care for them. She provided pictures and updates to us on their stay while we were away. She also created Christmas cards with their pictures as a gift to us when they came home. Beth, Jessica, and Brandi - we can't thank you enough for your service. We highly recommend Serenity Dog Retreat to anyone who is looking for a place where they can be confident that their dog(s) will be well cared for in their absence.

I boarded my two dogs while I was gone for a week on vacation. I had never boarded them before, and was nervous but a friend suggested Serenity and I’m so glad she did! Beth is absolutely amazing! She sent me texts/pictures/videos of my babies while I was gone and they seemed sad to leave! I would definitely recommend serenity to anyone whether It’s for boarding or just doggy daycare! Beth and the staff at Serenity Dog Retreat are absolutely amazing and have an abundance of love for dogs! Our pups Presley and Ziggy loved staying at Serenity when we lived in Newnan. They were so well taken care of there that my wife and I now drive them to Serenity from northern Virginia when we travel! Knowing Beth and her staff will take such great care of our dogs makes the drive to Serenity well worth it! Serenity Dog Retreat is their home away from home.

We love Serenity Dog Retreat!!! Duke, our five year old French Brittany had never been to a dog Kennel. So we were worried to be away for 5 weeks. After looking at several Kennels we decided that Serenity was the best choice. Every thing worked out perfectly. The love, care and professionalism of the Staff and Beth, the owner, was superlative. The facilities are first class. We received periodic video updates and we could see how happy was Duke. The day I picked him up at Serenity he smelled wonderful and his coat was so nice and silky. We plan to treat Duke, once in a while, to a special day at Serenity Dog Retreat.

Serenity is the absolute BEST! Beth and her team are so kind and caring! My puppy loves Beth so much and is always excited to go to Serenity! So thankful to have found such an incredible place for daycare and boarding!

Ms. B is the absolute, best dog sitter I’ve encountered! Not only did I receive daily updates of my fur baby while I was away but she was always attentive to my dog’s needs. She walked her everyday and made sure her stay was as comfortable as possible providing her with many cuddles! It’s always tough leaving my dog behind and try to take her with me on every outing but it’s so nice and reassuring knowing my dog is in great hands while I’m away! Take comfort in knowing your fur babies will be in good hands and treated like family!

B is definitely a very caring, cautious and dependable dog sitter. I don't have to think twice if our beloved pup will be safe and well cared for when he is staying with B. She always gives him plenty of TLC and spoils him. Thank you very much B for opening up your home and providing this valuable service to our community!

B did a wonderful job taking care of our dog! Theo is very shy but he warmed up quickly to B since she was so kind and caring. B was very attentive to Theo’s needs to make sure he enjoyed his stay. I would definitely leave my dog with her again!

Rebekah is so kind and accommodating to your pets needs! My dog had a spinal disease and needs some extra attention and care when I’m away. Rebekah gives him all of the care he needs and more. I never worry when I leave my beloved Beau with her!

We love B! She is the absolute best and provides a loving and warm environment for our two pups. She makes leaving them so much easier! Hands down, she is the best.

Love some time with B! We were looking for some non-kennel/non-daycare options when we had to leave town shortly after our pup’s surgery when we found B. She was awesome, and our nugget had a great time despite having to wear the cone. Thanks, B!!!

B was great with our boy Jax. She was very attentive to him and he especially enjoyed the walks with her. We never worry about him when he is with her. Will definitely use her again.
