March 2021 - Chris and Barbara are very special people and took excellent care of our 10 month old Maltipoo. He has stayed with them for both day care and overnight visits and I was very happy with the care they provided! I prefer that he get more attention and personalized attention at a smaller, home care setting (like Hugs) vs one of the other more commercialized dog care options. Chris and Barbara took our dog on a nice, long walk in the morning and evening. They were very flexible when our schedule changed and we needed to adjust the pick up time. And our dog came back clean, happy and tired :-) Update 4/2021 - our dog just stayed with Chris and Barbara for the past 10 days and they sent me pictures, videos and updates every day. Also got pictures of our dog sitting with them - I could tell that they truly care about him and he received lots of love in our absence. He celebrated his 1st birthday with them and my daughter was so sad that we weren’t with him. Chris and Barbara threw him a birthday party and FaceTimed with us so that we could see his party they put on - complete with birthday hats, balloons, dog cake and even a present! We were so appreciative and touched (especially my daughter)!

Hugs Pets Sittings did a truly outstanding and professional job caring for my lab Lola for overnight stays in the home-style setting we wanted for our pet. Not only was my dog cared for in a healthy and loving manner with multiple walks and much attention, but the owners also provided me with photos and and video updates throughout my trip so I could see how well Lola had adjusted to her new environment. Another bonus is Hugs Pet Sitting also allowed me to cancel a reservation 5 days prior due to a emergency hospitalization of a family member during the busy holiday season. Their understanding and compassion shows a business that really cares for its customers.

We were very fortunate to have found this place as we were looking for boarding for our furbabies. We love the fact that they get to roam freely and have access to indoor and outdoor space; it was the perfect home away from home for them. Chris and Barbara were very caring and we knew they were in good hands while we were out of town! We enjoyed all the daily check-ins and I know Kona and Milo look forward to their next visit! They really enjoyed their walks and playing with their furry friends!!!! Thank you again Chris and Barbara, you both provide a great environment for our pets!!

I've had our two dogs, Penny and Sidney, staying at Hugs Pet Sitting for 2 years now. When I first met Barbara and Chris in their home to discuss our needs, I was struck at how their house was 100% tailor-made to have dogs as guests. To have our dogs in a home environment with a limited number of dogs per day, tended to by TRUE dog-lovers who treat your dogs as if they are their own, is a dream come true. The first year, we had a major home remodel going on, and couldn't have our dogs underfoot with workers going in and out (open doors) and dangerous materials strewn about. Five days a week our dogs got to go to "Camp Cavanaugh" and be loved and pampered by Chris and Barbara. They always went out of their way to make sure they got love and affection, or walks, or pickups or drop-offs to my house when I was in a bind...they are the most generous-hearted people who truly do care. I also 100% know that if any sort of emergency were to arise, it would be handled immediately with intelligent and informed action. Our dogs bonded with their two dogs, Yuki and Peach, for life..they truly are best friends. Their German Shepherd Yuki can at first look imposing because of his size, but he truly is a gentle giant who wouldn't hurt a flea...he is so well mannered and such a gentleman and so sweet. Their other dog Peach is exactly as her name implies...a peach! A sweetheart who loves to play and be friends. Now that we're in our second year, we meet at the park for walks (again, our dogs are BFFs), and when we go out of town, our dogs get the treat of getting to stay at what I now refer to as "their cousin's home." We thank our lucky stars every day that we found Hugs Pet Sitting. It truly lives up to its name. Barbara and Chris both work from home, so the dogs truly are tended to and taken care of. Out of this fortunate connection we've found dear friends for life too, in Barbara and Chris! Dog lovers, they are the real deal!! Your search is over...just bring them to Hugs!

I can’t tell you how pleased I was with Hugs Pet Boarding and day care! I originally had my dog scheduled to be boarded at a facility for 10 days. This weighed on our shoulders for days before we left. The thought of him inside sleeping in a kennel and only going out to play with other dogs a few times a day was agonizing!! After searching I came upon Hugs doggy daycare/boarding. This was like finding a diamond in the rough! Everything from my first contact with Chris and Barb was nothing more than professional. We had a meet and greet before our trip and I felt completely confident that this was the place for our pup. They did not disappoint!! Every day they sent us a little video clip of how much fun our pup was having. We actually were concerned that he would not want to come home with us when we came to pick him up. He was having a great time!! Everyday! I would definitely refer my best friends and family and anyone who asks for a place to bring their fur babies to Hugs!!!

Our 6 month old Viszla puppy, Maple, had such a great time at Hugs! It was so comforting to be able to leave her in a home setting and get daily pictures/videos of her activities and behavior. She was so tired out when we picked her up from running around with the other dogs and it was clear she enjoyed herself! This was our first time leaving her with someone other than our family members and it's safe to say we will definitely be using Hugs again, highly recommend!

Chris and Barbara took wonderful care of our dog over our spring break vacation. They cared about her comfort and walked her everyday while she stayed with them. We felt lucky that she was in such good and caring hands. Their place was clean and set up wonderfully for dogs to roam freely and play. They even sent us pictures and videos showing what a great time our dog was having with the other dogs there. One thing especially I would give them a shout out for is how they took some time to screen the dogs they accepted. It was great knowing that they made sure our dog would be comfortable with the other dogs there before we left her there. I wish I could give more stars than five and definitely wouldn't think twice before having her stay with Chris and Barbara again in the future!

Chris and Barbara were wonderful hosts to our 7 month old golden retriever. They were quick to communicate. They sent updates daily. They were willing to work with our picky eater and make accommodations for him. They got him out for exercise daily. He was a happy pup when we picked him up after 3 nights! We will definitely use them again. Thank you!

Hugs is absolutely the best place for your furry friends! I am beyond grateful we found Hugs. Chris and Barbara are amazing with the animals. Our fur babies, Lola and Ziggy, come home happier when they are at Hugs versus anywhere else when we are out. Hugs take wonderful care of the animals and I love how they send photos and video clips of the animals everyday. It makes me feel so comfortable knowing the dogs are in excellent hands. Chris and Barb are nothing short of attentive and loving when it comes to the fur babies. We love them!

I feel so lucky that I found Hugs Pet Sitting for my dog Maggie! She has some separation anxiety and doesn't trust new people very easily but she felt so comfortable with Chris and Barbara immediately! Thank you for caring for my fur baby while I took a night out. It was my first night out since I got my fur baby 5 years ago. I really enjoy bringing my dog here for the private boarding suite. He was attended to and well taken care of. I appreciate the daily report cards and pictures of my dog. Gives me such a relief and happy feeling to know and see pictures of my little fur baby doing well with the committed staff members. I definitely recommend this place and will bringing my dog back when we go on our next vacation.

People are friendly and professional. Our dog Anthony seems to really enjoy being there with his friends both doggy and human. The employees seem to enjoy their job and I believe that is why Anthony enjoys visiting.

First time here and it was a pleasant experience for my dog Kiki. She was here for 4th of July weekend and she enjoyed her time here. I got the solo dog sleepover and she enjoyed it all. Loved and taken cared by the staff, I was sent a report card every day along with lovely pictures to know how she was doing and and her progress. Excellent coming here. Love it. And 24 hr care too.

24 Hour dog daycare, was the best, It was my puppy first time there and he had such a blast playing with all the dogs, we got a report card during his visit and lots of photos, along with a very detailed description of how his day was going! I would definitely recommend! also a huge plus that they are 24 hour!

When we got our Maltese back, he was smelling so good. He was calm and relaxed. We believe that he was pampered and spoiled well during the 6 hours of TLC. The daycare is so convenient for us since we could drop off and pick up our pet at anytime. I don’t see another daycare who could be so flexible like that. We will definitely come back! 100%. We went to have a thanksgiving dinner with my family and then went to the outlet for some shopping. It was so worry free. Thank you 24 hour dog daycare for all the care you gave to our precious one.

This was our first time at 24 hour dog day care. They are accommodating and flexible with their hours and our doggie seemed happy with her time there. We loved her “report card” and the great pictures they sent us with her new friends.

Great experience since the 24 hour daycare gives us peace of mind knowing we can drop off and pick up our dog anytime. We were in SD for a wedding. The crew is professional and friendly. Highly recommended.

I've only used them 2 times so far but their prices are fair and I really like how easy it is to schedule a daycare session online, and convenient drop off and pickup times, any time of the day. I often have to travel up the 15 freeway for trips to Riverside County, so I can swing by as late as needed with no issues. Like others have said, the smell of ammonia from dog urine as soon as I opened the front door almost made me gag. It was so strong it took my breath away. Have they gone nose blind or something? I asked the girl behind the desk why it smelled so strong like ammonia, and she said it always smells like that and alot of clients think it smells good. I was perplexed by this answer, and so I asked another girl who came out to front desk area, and she said they have strict cleaning protocols and they clean multiple times a day. This is the first time I've ever used a doggy daycare or boarding facility, so I wondered if they all smell like this? My dog came from the shelter, and the shelter didnt even smell this bad, so that's saying something about how strong the urine smell is here. I didn't have time to find another alternative, so I had to leave her and hit the road. When I picked her up that evening, she smelled fresh like she had a bath. I even went back inside and asked them if she had a bath but they said no. Very odd. A week later I had to drop her off again because I would be picking her up late, but this time the urine smell was even worse. I called to check in 3 times during her stay, and each time I got the voicemail - I left a message and I didnt receive a call back for several hours - pretty unacceptable. When I picked her up, she had that same fresh scent, but with the lingering odor of ammonia in her coat. When we got home I couldn't take it, and I had to give her a towel bath. Another thing that I found strange about this place is they don't allow you to tour it and they don't allow a live video feed. What are they hiding? I asked why no cameras and they said that they allow all breeds. Do they not want someone freaking out because they see a pitbull on camera? That sounds like a ridiculous answer. Why don't you just say it's to cover your butt from liability issues - at least that's honest. Combine that with the pungent urine ammonia smell, the fact you cant tour the facility or see the conditions in which your dog is staying while they are not with you, and its just too many red flags for me. I'm going to try some other day care places. I'm kind bummed because otherwise I really like the convenience of the hours and everything else about the place. I don't know if there's decomposing urine trapped in the walls or under the flooring, but they really need to find the source, cut it out and remove it, and then waterproof it so urine cant soak through and get trapped to decompose like this again. It can't be healthy for the respiratory system of the people that work there, let alone for the dogs! RESPONSE TO OWNER RESPONSE: I checked my phone logs and it jogged my memory - I did receive a response to my voicemail, therefore I updated my review and clarified a few things. 1, 2 or even 3 hour delay in a return call is ok - taking that many hours tells me you were over booked or under staffed. According to reviews, the smell issue has been going on for several years, and you give the same answer to everyone who comments on it - I guess you're in no hurry to solve it. I have since used another doggy daycare, and can confirm this smell is not normal. Remote access live feeds with multiple high resolution cameras cost about $5000 max and shouldn't raise your costs if you host it on your own server. For transparency, you should consider one and it would negate the need for facility tours. A recorded virtual tour is pointless because the things people want to see are not shown, such as how truly clean it is, how many dogs are there on any given day, staff-per-dog ratio, etc. This would be solved with a live feed camera.

I'll cut right to the chase before the longer review. We all love our dogs. We're protective of them. When we can't be the ones to care for them, we need someone who we can trust. That's not easy! Trust is definitely earned when it comes to the lives of our pups. This place is 100% my go to, trusted dog day care in San Diego. Fair pricing, great package options, and most importantly, Coral LOVES going here. She always walks out exhausted but happy and gets excited to walk back in for her next stay. I recently moved to San Diego and have to travel for work occasionally and needed a dog day care/sitter. I was fortunate to find 24 Hour Dog Daycare! Coral is a 1.5 year old pup with ALL the energy and loves socialization from humans and other dogs. She has such a good time here and gets really excited to walk into the building (a good sign that she genuinely enjoys her time there). They have at least one person on watch at all times to ensure no puppy fights break out and ensure the pups are well taken care of. I love the Report Card feature they use in which they send you a daily update on 1) how the pup is doing, 2) how they are interacting with the other dogs and humans, 3) if they've eaten, drank, and gone potty, and 4) PICTURES! I love the pictures. You have the option to do a social stay or private stay. Coral is really well socialized and thrives in a pack so I've always opted for social where she gets to play with other pups all day. You can also leave your pup with their food or choose to use the daycare provided food at a small cost per meal. I love how tired Coral always comes home. She obviously loves it and I love it for her. For as long as I am in San Diego, this is the only place Coral is going!

We love Dogtopia! And so does our pup! He can't wait to go each day. He loves playing with his fur friends and is sad if he misses a day. We love all the workers! They are so nice, caring, attentive to details, and love our pup! We couldn't ask for a better place to care for our pup. Thank you!

The people that work there really care about the doggies, and they're super friendly. My dog has separation anxiety, but I think she likes it there. It's also clean. My baby comes home clean - no dirty fur or feet.

I recently took my dog to Dogtopia, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making sure every pup feels welcome and loved. The facilities are clean, spacious, and filled with fun activities, providing a safe environment for my furry friend to play and socialize. I love the daily webcams that let me check in on my dog throughout the day. It gives me peace of mind to see how much fun he’s having with other dogs! The variety of services they offer, like grooming and training, is a huge plus. Overall, Dogtopia is a fantastic place for dog owners looking for quality care and a great social atmosphere for their pets. Highly recommend!

Amazing staff - so kind and caring. My pup would stare out the window in the mornings waiting for them to open so she could go in and play with her friends (BFF’s and humans). If she couldn’t make it in due to illness they would call and check in on her. And while watching her on the dog cam made me (and my office mates) smile throughout the day, nothing was better than getting a random goofy photo texted over. A huge bonus is Spatopia - she was good with baths and nail trims, neither of which she remotely tolerates at home. Kalani absolutely loves her Dogtopia family and we miss going there.

My dog Rudy loves coming here!! I get to see what’s he doing on the webcam during the day, so I always know he is being well taken care of. The staff is wonderful, very caring. Rudy even got a report card his first week, he did great💕

I’ve been taking my incredibly anxious pup here for daycare and boarding and cannot recommend them enough! They are incredibly attentive, send photos during boarding to let me know how much fun he’s having, and incredibly responsive. They will even do a check-in call sometimes to see how he’s doing after boarding. Highly recommend!

My fur baby loves Dogtopia ! He goes there sometimes just for a play day and I’ve also boarded him for up to 11 days at a time. The staff are caring and genuinely loved dogs and they even sing him his morning song when he stays overnight to keep things consistent in his life, I can’t say enough nice things about Dogtopia Miramar . Send me photos and videos of him regularly and I can also watch him anytime I want on the WebCams

Everyone was kind and Courteous. My dog clearly liked everyone. He can sometimes shake when I first pick him up from his last place but here he just was very excited to see each employee as we were preparing to pay and leave. Made me feel really good! He also was groomed while there and clearly felt handsome ☺️

Staff are very friendly and obviously love their jobs! App is very convenient to book services (day care, boarding and grooming) and they offer webcams so you can check in on your pup. :O) All the dogs I observed looked like they were having a blast!

Our shiba inu Ivy has been going to Dogtopia Miramar for a year now and she absolutely loves it. I know she loved it because she never looked back and never wants to come home. We love watching her on the webcam and seeing how happy she is and the staff are always so sweet to her. Even when I boarded her there for the first time I was so nervous but she never had any problems always looked happy. Ivy will continue going to Dogtopia weekly it’s some of the best money we’ve spent on her since we got her. It keeps me and her happy. So grateful for everyone there.

We love Best Friends Forever Pet Care! We require two daily visits, plus administering medication. It's no problem for Tanya. In addition to all of the good care, she takes the time to play with our cat and give him some attention. Also, our cat is very shy around people. He warmed right up to Tanya. When she comes over, he runs right out to see her. That is the only recommendation I need.

I would like to tell you of my wonderful experience with Tanya Rambo and her Best Friends Forever Pet Care Service. When my elderly parents' dog "Albert" developed diabetes and needed insulin injections twice a day we didn't know what we were going to do. Poor eyesight and other medical conditions made it impossible to manage his care. I contacted Tanya and she agreed to help---and she has! Every day,twice a day, seven days a week she appears like clockwork to administer his medicines. She is so organized, pleasant and caring. We counted on her and she was always there for us. Jennifer is an absolute gem! She has been taking care of our cat for almost 4 years on every holiday and vacation as we travel quite a bit. She has a wonderful touch with animals (not only with our cat, we have seen her with dogs too), you can tell that she truly loves being around them. We know she will take care of our cat as well as we would. Our siberian kitty loves her, it almost makes me jealous :-) We receive pics and videos of our cat while on vacation and we get a kick of Jennifer's descriptions of the cat's shenanigans. When we are back we find her beautifully groomed, with nails clipped and looking very happy. We have complete confidence in Jennifer and are so very glad and thankful we found her.

I love Jennifer, and more importantly our Kitty Scooter loves her too! Jennifer is very reliable, she returns calls and text messages in a timely manner, and has gone above and beyond what you would expect from a pet sitter. She brings in mail, and has gone to the pet store for me when I didn't have time to before leaving town. We have used Jennifer's services for years now, and we so appreciate her being available when we need her to feed and love our Scooter Kitty!

Jennifer is amazing! She has been watching my 2 Rottweilers for almost 4 years, since they were puppies. She has such a wonderful way with animals,,they just love her and are super happy to see her. She is a true pack leader, training them to be the best leash walkers! They never pull anymore,walking right beside me. When I travel she stays here and when I come home the house is cleaner than when I left it and the dogs are freshly groomed and smell great! She sends nightly texts and pictures and I never worry about them. She's a gem!

Jennifer is a gem. She has cared for our almost 3 year Aussie for the last 2 1/2 years. She has stayed at our house, exercised a very active dog, and given him such loving attention. Tux always loves seeing her and going with her. I haves called Jennifer several times at the last minute, and she has always helped me out. She has come to our home early in the morning, and stayed late at night, based on our flights times. Jennifer is the best of the best.

Jennifer is the only person that I would have stay with my cat when I travel. She truly is an animal person. I never worry a bit while I'm away. I get daily pictures or videos. You can tell that this is not just a job for her but a passion. My cat comes running in when she hears her voice. I never get the "cold shoulder" from my cat when I get back home. She thinks her good friend has been staying with her. When I come home my cat is always clean, nails trimmed and my house is always cleaned up. It's nice not to worry about your precious ones while you travel.

I've used Jennifer as the go to for my two Dogs for about the last 10 yrs and have recommended her to many of my friends and others for their pets. I don't think there is another quite like her as many people have got into this business just for the money and not for the love of animals. First and foremost she has a true love for all animals and they really take to her. You will not have to worry as she will send you nightly videos or pic's whatever you want. Every time I return from my trip my Dogs are freshly washed and brushed and the house looks better than when I left it and no poop in the backyard. I've heard nightmarish stories from friends and colleagues who have had their dogs in the care of pet sitters only to come home and find their dogs looking very disheveled and the house tore up. Again, she is a true animal lover and the very best at what she does!

Jennifer has been taking care of my beloved Shih Tzu for nearly five years. My little dog means the world to me and I would not trust anyone besides Jennifer to walk and care for her while I am away. Jennifer also walks my mom's dog. Gemma (Shih Tzu) and Bingo (Bichon Mix) adore her. She understands animals and their unique personalities. Gemma and Bingo are both handfuls and Jennifer is so patient with them. I highly recommend her services to loving pet owners. She will treat your animal like family.

Roseanne looked in on my cat every day for over a week to ensure he was safe, had his meds, and was doing well after an operation. She sent updates each day whilst I was overseas so I could not only read about how he was, but also see a picture of him. I felt very safe in entrusting her with my pet and my house in my absence.

George was excellent with our dog Sebastian. We received videos and photos every day, and knew our dog was in good hands. While we were away, we would have normally been worried about our dog, as he is old and has a heart condition. However, we were confident with Waggy Tails Pet Care, and knew that our pet was receiving the best treatment while we were away.

Roxanne really cares about the dogs she watches. Our dog gets so excited as we approach Roxanne’s home, so we know she enjoys her visits. She is very accommodating with last minute requests, which we seem to have frequently. Our dog loves playing with her dog as well.

Binky loved her day at waggy Tails pet care. It is obvious that Roseanne loves dogs. She makes them comfortable and at ease and they seem very happy. She even got Binky trained in basic obedience training which was amazing. The best part is that she only takes a few dogs so they get individual care. I would have no hesitation in recommending her and using as my regular sitter!

Highly recommend Waggy Tails! I’ve been taking my pup to Roseanne for almost 3 years and never had a problem. Price is reasonable, and my dog is very fond of Roseanne. My dog is anxious and doesn’t warm up easily but Roseanne is really good at caring for pets so my dog warmed up quickly. She also sends pictures to keep me updated on how my pup is doing, without me asking. I will continue going to Roseanne for doggy day cares for years to come!

I recently had Roseanne watch my dog at her house for a couple days. She took great care of my dog. I appreciated the regular updates, which made me feel better about being away. She was also very flexible with scheduling the dropoff and pickup. Roseanne seems like a very caring and attentive person with pets.

Ren and Eli have taken care of our two dogs, Brownie & Fudge, daily for over a year. Our dogs absolutely love them. They have been incredibly professional, accommodating, and knowledgeable. We came to San Diego 3 1/2 years ago with our lab rescue named Nike. Nike is a very sweet, loving and loyal boy, but clearly he had a rough beginning and to this day is still very shy and afraid of people. I found Divine Pet Care on the Internet and really loved all the testimonials, so we decided to give Karen a try and a very special bond was born. Karen was amazing with Nike and Nike warmed up to her very quickly. As soon as you meet Karen you know she's a warm, generous and very caring person. Puppy Love Pet Care is the best pet sitting/dog boarding option in San Diego. I called Puppy Love Pet Care last minute for a week of dog sitting. Not only did they cater to Rio, but also they allowed me to extend his visit for another week in even shorter notice. The team is absolutely wonderful. I will definitely be using them again. Also - they don't crate dogs and allow non-neutered dogs - amazing!

Such a wonderful experience. We left our two dogs with Randi for two weeks, and she was absolutely amazing! Both of them came home relaxed with wagging tails. It’s nice to find someone you can trust.

Puppy Love is my go to dog sitter whenever I travel to visit San Diego in the spring/summer! I travel with my dog and leave him with Puppy Love for overnight boarding and doggy daycare anytime I need someone to watch them while I'm busy with work. As a boy with bad separation anxiety, finding a sitter that he was really comfortable with took some searching, but he always has a great time here and comes home happy and tuckered out. Rumi has always been available and more than willing to care for our pets while we are gone. Each time she visits, she always sends a picture or video and lets us know how our cats are doing. We also have them take care of our bulldog when we go on trips for a week or more. We know our dog gets loved and cared for as if she's their own. Rumi has been taking great care of my cats for over a year now. She is super reliable and even makes sure she can be available at short notice when unexpected plans come up. Both of my cats need pills and/or supplements and Rumi is awesome and diligent about ensuring they have what is required every day. Very honest and reliable - highly recommend!!

I cannot thank Precious Petcare and my Wedding Pet Attendants (Hilary & Tory) enough!!! First of all, Leila and her staff were very easy to communicate with throughout the entire process, and they ensured that my 2 fur kids would get the best care possible for my big day. When the big day came, I felt SO comfortable with Hilary & Tory’s capabilities as ‘temporary’ dog mommas for my special day. It took such a HUGE burden and relief off of my shoulders, knowing that they were in such good hands. They were both able to keep my pups calm and happy, even with Scooter’s terrible separation anxiety! They also followed my detailed instructions to a TEE, and walked our ‘Ring Bearer’ and ‘Flower Pup’ down the aisle with no issues! They did an amazing job getting their energy out by constantly walking them around, letting them enjoy nature (they even saw a deer), playing with them, and keeping them well treated and extra cozy (Scooter was warm and wrapped in a blankie when he got chilly!). They truly watched them like hawks, snuggled them, and treated them like their own. When I saw them both with the pups (and heard nothing but amazing comments from my guests!), I knew that they were in amazing hands and I could be calm, relax, and really enjoy myself. They were also a great influence on my young pup, Millie, and her shyness around other people! We noticed such a huge improvement in Millie the day after the wedding! She was like a whole new dog. She’s so much less skittish after having the opportunity to meet with so many guests. I thank Hilary & Tory for giving her that opportunity, as it was much needed for a young rescue dog! They were stellar at their jobs —- they were punctual, kind, calm, professional, organized and dedicated. I also can’t thank them enough for the amazing photos that they sent. They are my absolute favorite photos for sure, and I’m so glad that they captured those moments for me (as the bride misses all the fun! Lol). I highly recommend Precious Petcare!!! 5 stars

We had Hannah with us for our wedding weekend and she exceeded all of our expectations caring for our maltipoo Bear! She continuously went above and beyond to make sure Bear was well fed rested and at the places she needed to be all weekend to be part of our celebrations. I was over the moon knowing Bear was in great hands for 4 days with Hannah until we came back to our hotel every day. Bear was able to join every event we hosted for our guests and I couldn’t be happier! Hannah even helped us every time photos were taken to make sure Bear was smiling & she helped coach Bear to walk down the aisle. Highly highly recommend precious pet care for your wedding or every day sitting needs!!! I wish they were closer to us in Los Angeles so we could use them on the regular :(

My husband and I just returned fron 6 weeks overseas. This is the first time leaving our 14 year old Calico Trixie using a pet service to visit. Our kids work and wanted someone to be with her during the week. We chose Precious Pet Care from Yelp reviews!! Not disappointed! Janna was our sitter the whole time away. She came 3 times a week. She shared pictures, communication/update and videos of how Trixie was doing. She respected our request to change Trix's ice water (spoiled kitty). Plated with her, gave her special treat! Brushed her. Cleaned her litter box. So much more. She treated her as I would have!! 🙂 Trixie was recently diagnosed with kidney disease and has specialized diet. From the start everyone Leila who helped me through the process made me feel secure and warm to their services.

I've used Precious Petcare the past few months for Doggie Daycare for my pup Cash. He always comes back happy and exhausted. This past week we were out of the country for our wedding and I felt at ease every time I received a daily update and pictures showing that he was well taken care of and enjoying himself with the other pups. Thank you Leila and the team for taking good care of my baby. We are so happy to have found this place for daycare and boarding.

We have taken our active dog, Anda, to Precious Pet Care for daycare, overnight stays, and boarding for the past few months. This is the first time that Anda has been to daycare and it is safe to say he loves its! Anda gets to play outside with all the dogs and gets lots of attention from the staff at Precious Pet Care. There is a good variety of dogs, and our dog has befriended the owner's dog. Whenever he comes home he looks very happy and is tired the rest of the day from all the play time. The staff are mindful to make sure he eats his meals and uses the bathroom regularly. They appropriately supervise to ensure he gets along with the other dogs. They also are very flexible with drop off/pick up times and communicative with us, sending daily updates with photos and videos. Most recently, he spent the holidays boarding at Precious Pet Care during our vacation. He definitely got a lot of attention, as there was a doggy holiday party with special treats, a Christmas photo shoot, and he came back with a gift bag and report card for his stay. We would absolutely recommend Precious Pet Care to anyone looking for a homey place for their dog to stay for any of the services they offer.

We booked Precious Pet Care for their wedding pet attendant service, and I highly recommend them!! We wanted to have our dog walk in the ceremony and have someone look after him at the Airbnb during the reception, but didn’t want to have any of our friends/family do it and miss out on the celebration. Precious Pet Care was the perfect solution! With everything that goes on during your wedding day, it was great to know that our dog was cared for and happy! Now I’ll be honest, our dog is not the best trained and can be very excitable, but Johnny did a fantastic job getting his energy out beforehand and keeping him entertained all day so he was comfortable when it came time for the ceremony! We got so many cute pictures with our pup too! It meant so much to have our dog with us on our big day and know he was safe and happy while we celebrated the night away! If that sounds like something you’d also want for your wedding, Precious Pet Care is the way to go!

Precious Pet Care was great in assisting us with the care of our pets Emma and Gracie on 4.02.23 - for my daughter's wedding! Leila was super helpful and responsive to our questions, and she and Ashley arrived early (before we did!) and were very attentive to Emma & Gracie during the course of the day - allowing my family to relax and enjoy this very special day! They made sure our girls were walked, fed, hydrated, entertained and calm throughout the day. They then returned them to our Airbnb, let them play outside for a bit, and made sure that they had food & water to last them until we returned. Before they left, they sent us pics of our pups relaxing at the house, which enabled us to enjoy the rest of the evening - knowing that they were safe, secure and had everything they needed. Without their awesome wedding pet attendant services, including our pups in my daughter's big day would have been next to impossible.

My dog Percy is really shy and is scared of everything and everyone. He just hides behind me whenever I take him to dog park. He takes a long time to trust a person or a dog. Leila has been phenomenal at taking care of Percy and she has helped him come out of his shell. She has been very patient and accommodating with him. She has made him a more confident and a playful puppy who can now explore the park on his own and play with dogs his size. Percy has been a part of Leila's doggie field day every week and I have been seeing drastic improvements in his behavior. All thanks to Leila! Percy loves her so much and he is so excited to see her every week. She even made this shy guy find his doggie best friends. I am very grateful that I found her and honestly, she is one of the best things that has happened to my Percy!

Our dogs cannot see MJ without getting a case of happy tails and the wiggles! MJ is a very professional sitter and she is wonderful with our dogs. MJ checks in with us to let us know that they’re doing well, and she follows all of the instructions that we leave for her. MJ and her team will always have a special place in our heart. We entrusted MJ with walking our pups down the aisle at our wedding and she was able to get them there on time and they did beautifully! MJ takes care of our baby as if he was family. He goes to her place most weekdays for doggy daycare and he loves it so much that he runs to her front door when we arrive. MJ goes above and beyond making sure our Cody is healthy and happy. She lets us know if he's had diarrhea or is scratching at his ear, which gives me piece of mind knowing she is looking out for him.
