My Bichon Loves WAGADORE PAWSOME SERVICE.
We've been sending our energetic dog to Dogtopia in Apopka for 2 months and have been extremely happy. It's worth the price for her to mingle with other dogs, mental and physical stimulation, and for us, to tire her out. When she comes home, she eats dinner and immediately takes a one hour nap, and then is ready for her evening walk. The team is positive, responsive, helpful answering questions, and super creative with a weekly and monthly schedule of events. The facility is organized, clean, indoors (temp. controlled & not dusty nor dirty from mulch), and the team is amazing with the dogs. We highly recommend Dogtopia!
Safety of the dogs isn’t their #1 priority. My dog was hurt twice by the same dog and nothing changed. In addition, we paid to have my dogs nails trimmed and both times they cut them way too short and caused my dog to bleed. The manager is unapologetic. We will be finding a new doggy daycare.
I would caution other pet parents to bring their beloved family members to this Dogtopia location. While our dog did truly enjoy going to daycare, we had to stop bringing him due to multiple instances of an aggressive dog injuring him. Unfortunately, the photos are too graphic for Google to share. We understand accidents happen and dog play can sometimes get out of hand, which is why we let the first incident go. The agressive dog is still allowed to attend their daycare even after causing multiple injuries so we can not continue to put our dog in harms way. We are deeply disappointed in how the facility handled the situation and that our dog is the one having to find a new daycare even though he has not caused any injuries to other dogs.
What an amazing experience. The staff were amazing and my cutie Layla loved every moment. The boarding experience was super easy and I felt comfortable leaving my Layla in good hands.
Can not recommend this place enough! Vexahlia is our first fur baby, and she was so shy when we came for our meet and greet. She’s always been more of a people dog, so we wanted to give her the opportunity to interact with other dogs safely. I was pleasantly surprised at the lengths Dogtopia went to help her adjust. Months later, she zoomies in the car and practically jumps through the door so she can play with her fellow pups. I can’t thank everyone at Dogtopia enough for taking care of our girl and giving us the peace of mind that she’s safe, loved, and cared for, even when we’re not there. And the ability to check in on her takes a lot of fur parent anxiety away. I also love that we get pictures of her during special activities, and I have an amazing pup art collection started on my fridge that I look forward to growing with every pup craft. Perfect place to bring your pups, if you’re thinking of giving doggy daycare a try, this is it.
My babygirl will never return. Cheap is not always good. I will say I liked the webcam they provide to see your baby. Also cute fridge magnets they gave us of her, but this last visit she had made it her last. She came home with 3 scars. She also came back home with diarrhea. Come to find out all the dogs share the same water bowl! My husband contacted management and she called our girl an “instigator.” She has been to boarding mulitple times before and not once had this been a problem. She was even here before and this was never a problem. I understand moods change and let’s say she was being an “instigator” how about a phone call? How about you pull her from group play? Do something about it rather than letting this happen to her. Protect your babies and go somewhere else.
The experience we received for our dog was priceless! From the first welcome to how they manage the facility with great activity for the dogs and make sure our dog is with the right bunch. There curriculum activities and themes for dogs every month are so much fun for them! We can’t wait to bring in Archie for his week vacation at Dogtopia next month! Kindest regards, Luis C. - Orlando FL
I just brought my 3 dogs in for a meet and greet. I am appreciative that they do assessments to check dog temperament, HOWEVER - Two of our dogs have been boarded at no less than 7 different facilities (we've moved a lot). They have never EVER had an issue at any of the facilities EVER - No discipline reports and certainly, they have never been denied boarding or sent home from one. They have never had an issue with other dogs nor other people. Yet, here, my 6 year old Boston Terrier, who again has never had an issue with any other dog or person before, "nipped" and "became dominant" with another dog. I laughed when the employee told me that. At home, this dog is extremely submissive. We have 3 small children and he let's them pet him and play with him to no end - without incident. I trust my dogs read on people - they know good people from bad. If the dog who has never had an issue with anyone before is "nipping" for the first time in his life, something must be off with these people. We will not be back for the reassessment and will be actively telling others to avoid this place.
I waited a while before posting a review to make sure my pup liked Dogtopia and will give a detailed review because pup-parents only want the best ;) I was nervous to take my dog to a daycare because he’s my first dog and I get worried about others caring for him. Luckily I found Dogtopia and it is his favorite place to be! He barks and jumps around excited as soon as we pull into the parking lot every single time we arrive. The benefits of Dogtopia versus other places are: 1. It’s indoors - my dog hates the heat and in Florida, there’s a lot of it 2. I can use the app to check in on him via webcam anytime to make sure he’s alright (he always is, but pet parents get anxious about fur babies) 3. My pup was a bit destructive at home out of boredom and this has just about completely stopped since bringing him to Dogtopia! 4. There are fun-filled events nearly every day from bacon bubble machines to pool parties and everything in between to keep things interesting and there is almost always someone in the room with the dogs to give them human affection and ensure playing is not too “ruff”. 5. Dogs are screened for temperament prior to being admitted (shots required) and separated into 3 rooms by size and so I know my dog will be with other smaller breeds. 6. This place is VERY clean. If you check the webcam now and then, the staff are CONSTANTLY mopping and cleaning and if you arrive at the end of the day (when cameras are off), you’ll see that they do a deep clean every night. 7. The dogs are free to play all day. There are kennels that the dogs can go in to chill out (when they do, other dogs leave them alone), but the dogs are always out and about and not locked up but free to move about. When my little guy comes home; he is exhausted (which is really nice). 8. They offer spa and boarding services. I hope this helps someone to make a good decision based on my (and my dog’s) experience at Dogtopia as I know the care of our pets is important :) <3
Great staff, they were caring, sent photos and updates. Our Doodles were very happy...and tired after play days. Just a great place for a play day!
Michelle and her team at Pluto’s Pals Pet Care were a lifesaver for us and our 2.5-year-old Portuguese Water Dog, Otter. We were at our wit’s end when we found Michelle, as Otter had begun displaying aggressive behavior, severely biting us without warning. We had already spent thousands of dollars on numerous vet visits, including a GI specialist and a veterinary behaviorist who prescribed a variety of anxiety and sedative medications. We even tried working with a fear-free trainer, but nothing seemed to help. It was heartbreaking to see Otter so unhappy, and we felt completely lost. Michelle was a breath of fresh air. From the moment we met her, we felt heard and understood. She took the time to really listen to our concerns, cried with us, and showed us and Otter the utmost respect. Michelle’s compassion and expertise were evident from the start. We were literally a day away from the heartbreaking decision of behavioral euthanasia (this was tearing us up but we were under the impression it was the only option), as Otter was so fearful that he wouldn’t even be in the same room with me without growling, barking, and charging. It felt like my best friend had suddenly turned against me, and we didn’t know why. Nothing had happened that would justify his behavior. Michelle helped us discover that Otter had numerous food allergies, which were likely causing him immense discomfort and triggering his aggressive behavior. With her guidance, we were able to wean Otter off his anxiety medications and sedatives, experiment with different diets, and introduce CBD oil and probiotics. The transformation was incredible. Otter graduated from a board and train program with Michelle at Pluto’s Pals, while we attended her first weekly dog psychology class to better understand how to communicate with Otter in a way that is natural for dogs. Despite our initial apprehension, given the amount of money we had already spent on various treatments and trainers, we are endlessly grateful that we took a chance on Michelle and that she took a chance on us. She truly helped us rebuild our relationship with Otter. Otter has come such a long way. He’s no longer fearful and aggressive; he’s the smart, sweet, and feisty dog we always knew him to be before his aggression started. He even allows us to groom him again, something that had become a huge issue due to his discomfort. We cannot thank Michelle enough for her patience, understanding, and dedication. She has given us back our best friend, and for that, we will be forever grateful. If you’re struggling with your dog’s behavior and feel like you’ve run out of options, I highly recommend reaching out to Michelle at Pluto’s Pals Pet Care. She’s our angel and truly a miracle worker!
Mr Giggles LOVES Michelle and his pack at Plutos Pals! I wish I would have called a year earlier because it was what I was looking for all along. He gets training, gets to play outside in the spacious area where he can run, play in the water feauture(which he loves), play with his pack, so he has a balanced, structured day. I was hesitant in the beginning due to the days, hours, and all-size dogs together, but I made the adjustment because he is happy, learning, and she is a trained handler with dog pyscholgy experience. He has never been excited about daycare, but I love the fact that he beats me to the door. And he asks Michelle for cuddles and gets them while he is there which makes me so happy. I've also learned a lot from Michele and grown as a dog owner which has improved our relationship because I understand dogs more now.
My dog Maggie was almost 9 months old when I got her from a rescue. She was wild and wiggly and had no understanding of any commands. But I figured as she matured she’d settle down and I would have a handle on her. After 3 months passed I realized Maggie needed more than I could provide her when it came to helping her reach her full potential. At home she was fairly calm but if I had visitors or took her out in public things would quickly escalate. She is a social butterfly, not aggressive but hyper. She approached everyone with an enthusiastic jump nearly knocking them down. She had rude social behavior with both people and other dogs. Walking her on a leash was difficult as she pulled hard in every direction. With her constantly jumping on people, tugging at their clothes, biting them for attention and ignoring my commands I was at a loss as to how to stop her awful behavior. I became mentally & physically stressed always trying to control my dog and living a life of chaos. But then, I met Michelle and EVERYTHING changed! I enrolled Maggie in the 3-week boot camp at Pluto’s Pals and it was the best decision I’ve ever made for my dog! From my first conversation with Michelle I knew she is genuinely invested in every dog she works with. She took the time to listen to my concerns as well as explain her approaches. Not only does Michelle have extensive quality training but she has a true understanding of the reasons behind a dog’s behavior. She holds the keys to changing that behavior and bringing out the very best in a dog. Not only did Maggie emerge as a shining star after training but we as dog owners benefited as well. Michelle equipped us with the tools necessary to continue a structured life for Maggie which in turn enriched our lives together as a family. She is the same sweet, vibrant girl we love but has a new calm, obedient, patient disposition about her. We can now walk her with ease, have company over without chaos and have peace of mind knowing she’s living a life that’s safe and secure. We look forward to watching her grow and learn even more in future training sessions with Michelle. Pluto’s Pals has also become Maggie’s home-away-from-home if I need to travel without her. She has such a total blast every time she reunites with her pack! It’s so comforting knowing she’s getting the best care. Thank you Michelle for bringing out the best in our pup!
When I say Michelle is one in a million, I mean it. She will always put your dog first and educate you on how to enhance your pup for a better future. Bono adores going to Pluto’s and I LOVE when he returns as he is normally bouncing off the walls, but instead returns home to me well mannered and sleeps for a day! You’ll see the confidence in your dog soar and learn instinctive skills our modern lifestyle inhibits. I board and daycare Bono without hesitation, knowing he is able to socialise all day unlike other boarding facilities that isolated until a 30 minute play time is due. From zooming in the yard, stomping his paws on pack walks to splashing in the pool and cooling off in the house on the tile or sofa. They are monitored 24/7 and have freedom to roam, socialise or crate themselves for alone time whenever they want. (Plus Michelle monitors when a nap is needed for Bono as he would play all day!) It’s the closest if not better than home as he gets to snuggle with all his pack pals. Seeing Bono be a confident, sociable pup around balanced and beautifully mannered pack members is a feeling I don’t tire from. I’ll always be thankful that I met Michelle at a local pet fest and cannot recommend her services enough. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Nothing but an amazing experience so far with Pluto’s Pals! When moving to the Orlando area we were recommended to check out Pluto’s Pals by our dog trainer, and spoke with Michelle on how to get the dogs to become part of the pack! We have done both pack days and overnight boarding, & we normally do just 1 pack day a week for the two pups. Everything is extremely organized and a lot of care and thought is put into everything. From making sure the dogs are all healthy and vaccinated, to getting them adjusted to all the dogs in the pack! My dogs are big barkers (dachshunds are very loud hahah) but they were also dealing with insecurity and nervousness. Just bringing them once a week into a calm and structured environment and introducing them to new dogs has improved both of their behaviors tremendously! They can walk with and near other dogs and strangers without reacting, they are much more polite with strangers, and their confidence has skyrocketed. We’ve been a part of the pack for about 3 months now, and will stay with the pack as long as we are in Orlando! Thank you Michelle and Pluto’s Pals for taking great care of Benson and Piper 🐶🐾
Michelle is incredible. We moved here late 2022 and it was hard to find a good daycare/boarding facility (there are many options to choose from, but none seemed to have the quality I was looking for). I found Michelle, called her, and Kobe made it into the pack a couple days later! He absolutely loves it there and I appreciate Michelle’s approach - she emphasizes training and fun! She’s also the only person that’s been able to trim his nails, which we’ve always had a hard time with. I travel 45 min one-way to get to her so that says a lot about my trust. You’ll definitely get the full package with Michelle!
I highly recommend Michelle and Pluto’s Pals Pet Care for all your puppy and dog needs. Our puppy has been attending pack days for the past 6 months. He gets excited every time he sees Michelle. He has learned to behave and socialize with other dogs during pack days. He’s spent a few weekends with her when we’ve gone out of town. Our family was first time dog owners. Naturally, we had many questions. Michelle has been very helpful and responsive with all our questions and concerns.
We couldn't be happier with the results with our girl Cali. Michelle was awesome to work with and it is so nice to have Cali relaxed and confident. She is just a different dog and she is so nice to be around. I'm 100% positive Cali is much happier too, with us now knowing how to communicate with her better. It was a great experience for Cali and us, I recommend PlutosPals Pet Care to everyone that may need Michelle's service. Great great place!
Our greyhound, Dana, has attended Boot Camp and is a regular pack day participant. Before her training began, she was the most fearful dog we have ever seen and rescued. Michelle took her under her wing and sent her back a different dog. She is now very outgoing and much less afraid of noises and people. We highly recommend PlutosPals and are thankful we found Michelle.
Thank you Michelle for hosting my sweet girl, Sophie for 3 days! From start to finish, Michelle communicated effectively, first calling and asking really thoughtful questions about my pup’s behavior at home. She also educated me on basic training and behavioral aspects, which I appreciated. She took all the necessary precautions by ensuring all pack members are vaccinated and are current on preventative treatments (heart-worm/flea & tick). Upon their initial meeting, Sophie immediately took to Michelle’s calm nature. Being pretty picky about where my dog stays for extended periods of time, I was immediately reassured that she was in great hands. Michelle constantly sent updates about Sophie, administered medication with no issues and was able to get my girl to eat from day 1 (she typically goes on hunger strikes when in a new environment). She allowed my girl to move at her own pace and even accommodated her need to be super close to a human, until she warmed up to the pack. I’m definitely looking forward to utilizing her training services in the near future, so we can continue building Sophie’s confidence when around other furry friends of all sizes. Please consider Pluto’s Pals Pet Care, your pup will thank you!
Miss Emily’s was amazing! I boarded my 5 month old kitten, Sammy, there this past weekend and they took exceptional care of him. They were super communicative with me whenever I had questions or just wanted an update on Sam. They definitely gave him lots of love this weekend and I’m so glad he had a friendly and loving place to stay while I was away. I know there’s not too many reviews for cat owners on here so I wanted to let you guys know that they treat their kitties amazing as well. He had lots of playtime and social time with the workers from what I could see. I definitely recommended Miss Emily’s if anyone needs to board their cat.
I picked up Sonny from boarding with Miss Emily’s- this was our first time boarding & I was very anxious as this was my first time away from my dog, however miss Emily’s made me feel so at ease and took care of my baby! I trust them to take care of him moving forward and absolutely adore the staff! Special shout out to Jess and Valerie who are amazing and friendly :) I will continue to use miss Emily since I trust them! & recommend for any pet parents in the area
my pup LOVES it here and always comes home happy-as-can-be! (and tired after a fun day, lol!) i feel confident that my baby is safe during her day at daycare, as it is free play. the staff is very transparent about how they run their daycare program, so i don’t have a doubt that she’ll have a fun, safe day, every day! every staff member i speak with is super friendly and shows immense care for each and every dog that comes in. i recommend Miss Emily’s to all my friends and family! We ❤️ the Miss Emily’s Team!
Miss Emily’s is the perfect place to take my pup knowing she’s in safe and caring hands. The staff at Miss Emily’s treats my baby like family!! She plays all day with her friends and always comes home passed out from a full day of fun at Miss Emily’s!
My dog had his first experience with doggie daycare last week at Miss Emily's bed and biscuit. He was a resurender dog when I got him from the pound. He is afraid of kennels and crates. Emily's was a positive experience for him. Just look at that face. It says it all. We are looking forward to future visits.
We have been at Miss Emily’s for 7 years! My dog Malley goes to daycare 5 days a week!!! We love the staff and everything about this daycare! I would not trust anyone else with my precious baby girl!
My dogs love Miss Emily's. I feel very comfortable leaving my fur babies with them. The staff is super sweet and very professional. I always look forward to seeing their report cards they send me during their stay. I highly recommend this bed and biscuit.
I work here and my dog loves coming here as well! They truly take care of all the animals and love them as though they are their own. Daycare is a ton of fun and all the dogs are well mannered and taken care in an amazing way!
Miss Emily’s Bed & Biscuit has been nothing but amazing to me and my pup! When I first took my puppy she was super timid and didn’t love being at daycare, but, the staff put together a plan for her! They eased her into being in the play room with other dogs and also put her in a room with another friend. That way she was constantly with friends and was getting more comfortable with dogs her size and that were bigger than her. They really helped my little dog get out of her comfort zone!! Now, everyday I take her to daycare she so so so excited to see all the staff and her fur friends!! They take so many pictures, give her treats, and love her unconditionally while I am at work! They also give me so many updates on how she did that day, and funny stories of what my pup did! They truly do love every single fur baby that goes to daycare! I love Miss Emily’s and the wonderful staff as well!!!
Wonderful daycare spot, even better team members! Everyone at Miss Emily’s is always patient, cheerful and kind. You can tell they truly love the animals they care for. My dog loves going to the day care program and is always happy to see everyone there. Check out this place if you're looking for a safe, place to take your pets to socialize and burn off some energy during the day.
What an amazing experience we had with Paul! No selling of expensive packages, no pitch, just pure knowledge and passion for what he does. He spent so much time with us and was patient with our stubborn pup Rex. Within 45 mins Rex was already taking to the new commands and walking better on a leash. We feel confident that Rex will continue to get better each day, and we’re grateful we got Paul in our corner!
Paul is INCREDIBLE. Our dog is a rescue Aussie doodle. When we adopted her she was fearful of everything and would jump up on us/our couch etc. which was especially troublesome since she’s about 50 lbs. After conducting research we found Paul and his glowing reviews online. Just like everyone says, we noticed a change in our dog during our session with Paul - it was remarkable. She became more confident and less fearful, stopped jumping on us and the couch and he even taught her (and us) how to get her to heel while walking. It was amazing to see the immediate change in her. It was one 2-hour session and time incredibly well spent, as our dog literally transformed as a result of the training. Can’t recommend Paul highly enough and only wish we had found him sooner.
Peace restored. I had two large dogs for several years. Went through basic training and lived relatively peacefully, though with some bad habits from me and them. I treated them like my kids, not like my pack. Recently, after my parents passed away, I adopted their large, nervous, rescued German shepherd. I worked with a trainer to make it safe for the new dog to integrate into my home. So from 2 to 3 large dogs. However, with three large male dogs, even without fighting, came mass chaos. I work from home and was constantly interrupted by my dogs vying for my attention, not respecting my space, and trying to be my "boss." It was chaos and just not a fun, or happy experience for me or the dogs. The trainer who helped to integrate the dogs safely had relocated to the Northeast. I was getting frustrated. I was yelling. I was doing everything wrong. Then I remembered Paul and called him for help. Before Paul came over to my house to assess the situation he said, "you're going to get bachelor's degree in animal behavior in one session." I am a learner, so I was immediately on board. And, Paul wasn't kidding. The first half the training session was straightfoward education for me -- to understand my dogs are dogs -- and to learn how to calm, correct and direct as a pack leader. The psychology approach was really easy to relate. It was an "aha" moment. Then we worked with my German shepherd using these psychology principles and new behaviors *for me* to guide my dog as an effective, respected pack leader. I need to consistently implement this with all three, which, so far, has worked almost like magic. Even after Paul left, the calm energy in me, my dogs and my house remained. And the next day, I put the training in play and again, no more chaos. Climbing all over me has already stopped. My calm response to barking at passers by means no more extended barking. I was even able to go out on the front porch to get an amazon package without all three dogs storming the door. Is Paul a magician with dogs? Maybe. Is he a scientist in dog and human behavior? Absolutely. Paul is now on speed dial and he said to call him with any questions. Paul is friendly and personable, honest, and gets right to the heart of the problem with his scientific approach to dog behavior. Call him. He can help.
I was surprised at how much could be accomplished by Paul working with my wife and I in two hours relating to the multiple issues we were having with our two dogs. He was very thorough, and professional. He was able to help us understand how to deal with various situations to be able to be the leaders that our dogs need. Time and money very well spent.
Paul is absolutely incredible. We were having trouble with our dog Mishka running the show in our house. Trying to take away one of her toys or having encounters with other a dog on a walk was always a horrible experience. We did our research and are SO happy we chose Paul. He is extremely knowledgeable, and within 2 hours with only 4 commands and ZERO shock collar he had taught us and our Mishka more than I imagined possible. Incredibly, in one day we have already set boundary’s and Mishka is listening and doing what we expect of her!! We didn’t think it was possible! Thank you Paul!! Corey,, Stacey, & Mishka
Paul Pipitone was fantastic! After only two hours, we have a different dog! Paul took the time to get to know the us as well as our dog. What Paul taught was understandable and manageable for us as the "pack leaders" and our dog quickly learned good behaviors that, with reinforcement by us, continue to improve daily. We are delighted and have already recommended him to several friends.
Paul helped us with our first puppy over 10 years ago and she is the BEST dog thanks to everything we learned from Paul. However, bringing a puppy home this summer rocked our world. With small kids in the mix and what quickly became a fearful, very high-energy new dog, we were out of our depth. My only regret is not calling Paul sooner! I am not kidding when I say that I opened the door to let Paul in and Scout (the dog he was there to meet) ran out the door, marked on the front porch, and then chased our elderly neighbor who was walking her dogs all the way to her house, nearly making it through her front door before I caught up to him. After I got Scout home, he proceeded to bark at Paul for a sustained period of time, which was his normal behavior around any guest we'd had. After that lovely first impression, it was crystal clear we needed HELP! :) Our family is still in the thick of doing the work but thanks to Paul we have the tools we were missing. Our walks with Scout are truly ENJOYABLE now. He's more relaxed and we have better boundaries set for him as a whole. Overall, I feel hope where before there was just frustration. Loving a dog means being a leader, and Paul has taught me that twice now. Thank you for your guidance and patience!
I can’t say enough great things about Paul. He made a huge difference just in the first ten minutes of the training. He truly is gifted and I am beyond thankful I found him! He makes sure you are fully equipped to continue his training on your own before he leaves and he instills the knowledge and confidence to take control. His approach is wonderful and aligns perfectly with how I want my puppy to behave. Recommending him to anyone and everyone! You are truly in the best hands with Paul.
Paul is an excellent people trainer. Our Aussie is stubborn, bright, and energetic. Of those three classic Aussie traits, I only can match the pup’s stubborn streak, but Paul was patient, clear, and confident in his ability to get our home on the right track. Two simple fundamentals he gave us were 1) I’m in charge, and 2) I need to be aware of the dog’s brain state, working to keep her calm rather than excited. In a few days, our pup has embraced the new world order, and is clearly happier now that I’ve taken control of things and asked her to follow. We’re walking better together, and crate training/potty training way more effectively. Thanks, Dog’s Best Friend!
Paul is THE BEST. Hands down. In less than two hours, he helped our whole family of five (two adults and three little kids) understand the best way to help our puppy. Paul is so knowledgeable, kind, patient, and professional. He showed up to our home right on time and spent lots of time answering questions and giving us the tools we need to be successful. We loved Paul's approach to dog training and honestly won't need his services again (he's that good!). But if I ever had a question or issue in the future, Paul would be my first call!
Puppy Dreams is the only place we trust to take care of our pups when we’re away! After a horrible experience at another boarding facility we found Puppy Dreams. There was a couple month wait to do our initial visit to determine if our girls could join the pack but I’m glad we waited until we could get in. P & L love it there and are always happy when we arrive and are great when we pick them up. At other facilities they would have gastrointestinal issues in the days after pick up but that hasn’t happened on any of the occasions they’ve stayed. The facility is spacious and clean with lots of outdoor space. Puppy Dreams has been able to accommodate multiple last minute requests for boarding when we had water damage in our home and it wasn’t a safe environment for them. It’s been awesome not to have to worry about our pups throughout the reconstruction and Puppy Dreams has had availability for our girls on the multiple occasions it’s taken to get all of our repairs completed. The staff is fantastic and it’s reassuring to know that our dogs are so well taken care of when they’re away from home. They’re getting playtime, given their medication, fed and walked consistently, and enjoying lots of love & cuddles from the staff. If your pups are a big part of your family like they are for us, check out Puppy Dreams where they’ll be treated like they should be!
We LOVE bringing our two dogs for boarding and doggy day care at Puppy Dreams. The owner is wonderful and the staff is super friendly. They give the dogs quality care and attention each and every time. I have been taking my dogs here for several years and will continue coming back. The dogs hop out of the car when I arrive and get excited when they go inside. The building is clean and well maintained, and again, I can't say enough about the owner and staff. They are AWESOME. :-)
Just a wonderful and caring pet boarding for our Duffy to visit. We have been using them to take care of our pets when we travel for over 15 years, and never a worry 😟 …
Bindi just loves Puppy Dreams. They take and return dogs very quickly. Always Friendly.
Highly recommended! They love and take great care of the pups!
Staff is wonderful and really cares about your pet. We Did first day of doggy day care here and our puppy loves it. The dogs are watched over carefully and play in the outside yard often. Looking forward to our next day there for our puppy. So reasonably priced for the services you get here.
Having tried several doggie daycare locations across Orlando, Puppy Dreams is BY FAR our favorite! The staff are all so friendly and caring, and you can truly see that they enjoy what they do. They take the dogs out more times per day than other daycare places, and they really let them play to their hearts content! We never worry about our pup when she’s here, and we know she’s getting honest love and attention. When your pup is here it’s like they’re staying with an extended member of the family! Thank you, Puppy Dreams!!!
We just started taking our dog, "Mama", to Puppy Dreams a few weeks ago. She loves it! She really enjoys being with other dogs (especially the calm ones), and she's always happy when any of the staff come out to greet her and take her in to start her day there. Great day care for dogs!
All 3 of my pups have stayed at Puppy Dreams since 2006. They have a caring staff and I have trusted leaving them. Duffy likes the big grassy play yard and playing with his little friends.
We love bringing our dog here! We’ve had trouble at other boarding places who won’t take him because he’s overly playful and too big for other dogs. At Puppy Dreams, he gets 1 on 1 attention or carefully supervised play with other dogs that share his temperament. He’s always so happy to go for daycare or boarding and we can tell the whole Puppy Dreams staff truly love every dog that walks through their door. Couldn’t recommend them enough!
