Our dogs have always been hesitant to be dropped off at daycare/boarding, so in seeing their excitement to get dropped off at Kipo's after their first stay we knew this place was different! Tiffany maintains great communication throughout their stay with daily pictures and has always been flexible to accommodate our schedule. Couldn't recommend this place more!

The best doggy daycare around. My pup Oliver has been going weekly while I work for the last 8 months and absolutely loves it. Tiffany treats him like family. There is great space to run around and play all day long. I also love that I can get updates throughout the day and when I board him overnight!

My girls absolutely LOVE going to Kipo’s! There are always friends to play with, and Tiffany takes great care of everyone while they’re there. We use Kipo’s for both daycare and overnight boarding, and highly recommend it!

I am so glad I found this place! Tiffany and the crew have made this a perfect home for our dogs whenever we have to work or go on vacation. The dog look forward to going and are at home when there. Josie loves to go to Kipo's Place! Tiffany and family welcome the animals into their home. I get pictures from Josie's day and she gets such good socialization there.

Tiffany is great! Sparkles loves going to play with Kipo. She just goes bonkers when we get close. Tiffany takes Sparkles at a moments notice. She is very accommodating to our last minute needs.

I moved from out of state and was really hoping to find a great place to bring my dog for boarding and daycare that he would fit into. He LOVES it at Carolyn’s. With a not super social but really high energy dog, Carolyn’s is the perfect place for him and I always trust he will be taken care of and come home calm and tired. What you get for the price is definitely worth it. They have plenty of staff and care for all the pups and make sure they all are grouped together so they get along. Everyone is really nice and you can tell they really care. They post updates during the day which is a cute way to check in on your pup. Everything from our first meet and greet day to extended boarding, I know my dog will be taken care of and enjoy his time. Highly recommend this place.

BEST DOGGY DAYCARE IN TOWN! The space is great and the staff is super friendly. My pup gets very excited every time we drop him off, and fulfilled and exhausted by the time we get home. This truly is an outstanding place for your dog(s) to socialize and get their needed exercise.

We found Carolyn’s K9 Retreat earlier this summer when looking for a doggy daycare and boarding for our sweet six month old Aussiedoodle, Gus. They were very responsive to set up a plan to help Gus get accommodated so we could board him for our vacation in a month. All the staff members are so kind and loving to all the pups! Our Gus had some separation anxiety issues during his first doggy daycare stays and his first overnight stay. The staff was very patience with Gus and able to help him calm down and become habituated to the new environment! Gus was able to have a wonderful stay at Carolyn’s while we were able to enjoy a road trip through Oregon, Idaho, Wyoming, and Montana. I would totally recommend Carolyn’s K9 Retreat for doggy daycare and boarding, especially for dogs who are not fully kennel trained!

This is like Disneyland for dogs! My dog loves this place and feels right at home here! She gets super excited when we arrive. The staff are phenomenal and very attentive. My dog is a smaller dog too and gets shy but the staff has helped her feel comfortable and welcome. She has made great doggy friends and loves staying here for the day or overnight. Your pet is in good hands when going to the Carolyn’s K9 retreat!

Carolyn’s is our pup, Dory’s favorite place!!! She gets to play all day with her friends and everyone is incredible with the dogs!! Such a clean environment as well. I LOVE this place. My pup is 1 month into classes & he LOVES it! I can hardly home him back when we arrive. When I pick him up, he's tuckered out from playing & learning. Bringing him here has helped my pup in solicitation & gives him lots of time to play with other dogs. Best part is seeing the daily pics posted on FB throughout the day while my pup is there. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My dog isn’t the easiest- Lola jumps all the fences, has separation anxiety and is on medication. I’ve never been able to leave her anywhere! Until Carolyn and her team!!!! Carolyn and her husband own this amazing sanctuary for our dogs! All of the employees are exceptionally caring and attentive. I now feel so comforted that we have found a place to care for our baby!!! They keep me updated as to how she is doing when I am out of town and my heart is happy knowing she is happy there.

Carolyn’s K9 Retreat is doggy Disneyland for our dog! He gets so excited when we pull into their parking lot and doesn’t want to leave when we pick him up! We are so happy we’ve chosen Carolyn’s K9 Retreat as our local daycare/boarding spot. We appreciate that they require a meet & greet and a full day of daycare prior to boarding to ensure it’s the right fit for everyone. Amy and Rae took care of my kitty, Bella, while I was at a knitting retreat this weekend. I felt so confident that they would make sure that she was fed, watered, litter box cleaned and she was happy! They were able to give Bella her asthma inhaler which was so comforting to me! I will always use Oh My Dog Sitters for my pet's care in my absence.

Amy and her team are *great* and the Client Portal system is a huge time-saver. All of the sitters are great and the daily visit check-in, with an activity report and photos, is so reassuring. I would highly recommend Oh My Dog to anyone looking for a pet sitter!

Amy and her crew were the best!!! Came and met my animals before and then got on the floor with them and played. They made me feel so comfortable to leave all 4 animals in their care. They came 3 times a day and walked the dogs and loved on them every visit. Each visit they contacted me to say they were there, sent pics and then gave details of their visit. They let me know when they left and how the dogs went potty and what treats or food they gave them. Highly recommend Oh My Dog (sitters) I look forward to having them in the future

Can't gush over Amy and her crew enough. The care they take and attention to safety detail is top notch. And our dogs go bonkers when they see Amy or Brenda out and about, so I know they are given the best times on their walks and visits! With Amy and crew I know our kitty is well cared for while we are gone! I love the daily reports letting us know how things are going. They even take the time to ensure our hummingbird feeders are full. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!

We always use OMD to care for our precious pets while away. The team is very professional, caring, and attentive to details. I recommend them highly for both cats and dogs. We always get fabulous notes and photos while we’re away which gives us peace of mind on our trip, and our pets are very well taken care of, including meds as needed and special notes.

Tony is great. I had a few personal problems and he was very kind and patient. The resort feels warm and very welcoming. Perfect location in the country, away from noise and clutter.

The owner, Tony and his staff are amazing. My dogs were boarded there and one came down with sone concerning symptoms. Tony acted quickly and reached out to us while we were in Hawaii and took her to the Emergency Vet Hospital. Due to his concern and quick action our dog made it through the necessary procedure. The doctors said that Tony stayed with her till they reached us and called everyday to see how she was. We cannot express how grateful we are to Tony and his staff. My dogs also love to go out there just for daycare. They come home happy and tired.

My dog absolutely loves going to doggy daycare here. She gets so excited when I drop her off. They remember her and are always friendly. She also gets bathed here, it's very affordable and they do a really great job! So glad to have them in McCleary!

Whoa, super impressed. We need to kennel our 4mo old (dog)for one day and decided to test the waters with a half day stay. Tony was great, showed us around, they have lots of outdoor space for the pups, kennels looked clean, they also have on site groomer which is awesome. Was a muddy day, was expecting a muddy sheepdog, but they washed her down before I picked her up. Also, prices are AMAZING!! Very happy wallet.

The staff here is very helpful and keeps us informed of any issues related to our dog's behavior or health. Much to our delight, they text videos of the dogs playing and interacting which provides a great deal of comfort knowing they're having fun. Highly recommend.

Seems like a very comfortable spot for both humans and their companions. On a recommendation, we enjoyed a simple and very quick visit to Country Inn, having our Callie cat's claws trimmed. We're assuming (sorry, we didn't ask....) the owner took care of Callie and she was so very welcoming, gentle and thankfully super efficient with the claw thing. Cats.....she knew exactly how to handle the process, no drama and we're so very thankful for this. The staff that we did encounter were equally welcoming and helpful. By the looks of the sounds of the operation (pups waiting to be picked up and dogs barking during their grooming, etc.), we have a feeling it can be a busy place (we were invited to have Callie's claws trimmed at noon, during their lunch and the Spa "closed," to avoid dogs coming and going, easing the anxiety level in Callie. Karen is seriously a master of her craft. When we first met her, we could tell right away that she's highly personable and extremely competent when it comes to dog-care. We enlisted her help several times throughout the years and every time our dog, Jake, was beyond excited to see her. She's professional, flexible, funny, and great at caring for our fur baby.

You will not be disappointed. Karen has been caring for my pups on and off for nearly a decade. The last six months of his life my 100lb boxer stopped using his rear end. Karen came several days a week, put him in his wheelchair, cleaned up after him (no easy task), but most importantly, genuinely cared enough to help me track his needs. She took one of the best pictures I have of my old man. I took a few years to get my next dog, which Karen has now walked several days a week for four years. My dog LOVES her walks. If I happen to be there when Karen comes my dog does not even acknowledge my presence. Karen is communicative, reliable, flexible, and trustworthy. I have never once worried about my pets in her care. When my dog allows me to chat with her, I genuinely enjoy her company.

Over a period of several years I used Walkies and the experience was very positive. Even when i had a crazy, out-of-control hunting dog, she was well taken care of by Karen and loved seeing her pull up with her own dog. The two became besties. I recently used Happy at Home Pet Sitting Service to care for my 10 year-old cat, Zoey. Zoey is not terribly used to being left alone (thanks, Covid!), so, I was somewhat apprehensive about leaving her without me for 10 days while on a trip. Maria stopped by before my trip and got to know Zoey and me, and provided assurances that my furry friend would be very well cared for. Maria explained everything about her services, provided references and brochures, and said that in my case, her company had a local sitter who would care for Zoey while I was away (the local person also stopped by before my trip to meet Zoey and me). While I was on the trip, I received a daily text update and periodic photos of Zoey. Maria had her staff follow all of my instructions and I could tell that Zoey had been well cared for while I was gone. Maria's prices are very reasonable and the fact that she has been in business for so long says a lot about the integrity of her service. She obviously takes pet sitting very seriously and provided the highest level of care for my Zoey. I could not be more satisfied. When I called my local vet to inform them that Maria and her team would be watching Zoey (in case a medical emergency), the vet said they are familiar with Maria's service and spoke highly of her. I think Maria has a lot of clients and is busy...but she made time for me and I will be using her service when I travel again in the near future. David, Ocean Shores.

Love love love! First impression...I contacted Maria and she quickly responded. This has continued throughout our relationship with her. When it comes to our furbabies, we know how important timely replies are! After that, she met us to go over our expected services and meet our sitter. After the service... We found nice notes journaling our dog's disposition and activities when the sitter visited. I 100% completely trust and recommend this company! Maria has been wonderful about following up to be sure we were happy afterward. I really can't say enough good about them. One last thing...icing on the cake...reasonably priced! Just an update... We have used Happy at Home 3 times now. Our oldest dog, Abe, used to get very stressed when we got the suitcases out. Now that he knows Happy at Home ladies will be coming by, he could care less if we leave!

I tried contacting these people multiple time, but each time it just rang and rang till I hit the answering machine. I left a voicemail and got no returning call. Basically what's the point of having a business if you can't even answer a phone.... thanks to these people I wasn't able to find a place for my dog when a emergency popped up and I had to put my dog in the pound. Please take down your website if you don't answer. Or at least put business hours down. A very poorly ran business

Dollie always has a wonderful experience when boarded at The Country Inn for Cats - she adjusts almost immediately once she is back home which means no trauma when boarded. I actually think she enjoys the experience as it is stimulating to be around other cats (safely in her kitty condo) so it's kinda like a vacation for her! Highly recommend!

I love this place. I was nervous to board my cat for five days at a place I've never boarded before. Upon arrival, the caretakers of the inn made me and my cat feel at ease with leaving him under their watchful care. I even got to tour the facilities and meet the other cats at the inn and watch them set up the cat condo arrangements for my cat. During my trip, I was able to easily receive updates on how my furry friend was doing and was pleased to return to an even more relaxed and calm looking cat than when I left. We have kenneled our 2 kitties at Country Inn for cats on two occasions. Check in and check out operated smoothly. One of our cats is pretty sociable and she seemed to have a good time hanging with other kitties. Our second girl choose to remain in her cage. Both animals were well taken care of by the owner. We even received text messages and photos. I greatly recommend Country Inn for cats.

We have boarded our two cats at The Country Inn for Cats on several occasions and we are always very pleased with the care and attention they receive. Sue, Bob and Kendall are wonderful to work with and seem to really enjoy and care about all the cats boarded there. Very good, knowledgeable and friendly people. Highly recommend.

Our cat, Joy, genuinely seems to enjoy her stays at the Country Inn for Cats. She is never anxious and is never in a hurry to leave. It's always clean,calm and peaceful. Our cat enjoys the window views from her crate and her turns to get out and explore outside her crate. She requires medication which has never been an issue there. The owners are incredibly friendly and accommodating. I would, without hesitation, recommend the Country Inn for Cats to anyone looking for a comfortable place to board their cats.

Sue, Ann Marie and Jackie do a fabulous job making a truly comfortable home away from home for kitties when you're away. This is my second time leaving my two cats at Country Inn for Cats, and they're scheduled to stay there a third time over Christmas. Attention to every detail is the hallmark of this wonderful and much needed service here in Grays Harbor. My kitties enjoyed the freedom to explore outside their condo, making themselves at home in several cat trees and window ledges throughout the Inn. Sue has gone the distance to ensure that all feline guests have all their needs met according to their usual routines, including medications if needed. The condos are kept spotlessly clean, with no worries about exposure to fleas, etc. It was such a relief to be able to leave my two furry loved ones in such a warm, welcoming, clean and totally cat-friendly environment while I was away. I had complete confidence that Sue and her staff would do everything to accommodate my kitties in the style to which they are accustomed at home....no small feat. Superb service!! My two huskies spent a day at doggie daycare and had a great time. They are a very busy place, but always take the time to handle my pups and be patient with them. I appreciate the staff and the great care they provide. Also recently boarded my huskies while I went out of state to help care for an ill parent. My stress was already high from the situation and leaving my fur babies only added stress. The staff were so kind and understanding. They gave me updates whenever I wanted and the pictures they sent were great. I am not sure the fur babies missed me at all! They had so much fun. I had them groomed on the day I picked them up too. It was the best grooming they had ever had. Super impressed and just love this place. See photos of fun.

I was super worried about boarding my dog as it has been 2-3 years and when he went to doggy daycare, he had a bad experience there….. however, Northwind was great!! They took good care of my boy and made sure he had the best experience! They even were able to get him to play in the social times with other dogs, which surprised me because my dog is a lil crazy sometimes.. Thanks so much for taking care of my baby while I was out of town! It’s greatly appreciated & I will be bringing him back here!

This started out a positive experience. We were boarding our 3 dogs for the first time, back in early July. We toured the facility less than a week before we dropped our dogs off to make sure we were comfortable with the decision. Everyone seemed nice and knowledgeable. We dropped our crew off 6 days later. We were gone for approx a week. When we came back, we picked up the crew and got a rundown on how they had done. We were impressed. Next day I noted my dogs were acting poorly, sneezing, coughing, lethargic. I called the kennel to ask them about it and I was told, oh yeah, there's Bordatella going through the kennel. I was told they posted a sign. We were there 3 times and never was it mentioned. I was told to just give them cough medicine and they would be fine. I was also told they would check on us in a couple days to see how it was going. We decided to call our vet and they said they would need to go on antibiotics. We also called our doctors, because my husband is a transplant patient and We were told we needed to get on antibiotics as well. There were times during the first couple of weeks our dogs were so sick, we had to sit with them in the bathroom with shower on to help them breathe. Our dogs began having diarrhea issues not long after that. We thought it was stress and the antibiotics. A few weeks later we had them tested, since it wasn't going away, and we were told they had giardia as well. Now, our dogs don't go anywhere, and they aren't around any other animals, so the only explanation was tue kennel. When we explained to our vet what had taken place and about how the kennel had handled things once we got home, they were not happy. Posting a sign and never disclosing at any point before, during or after our dogs were there, was considered poor practice in their eyes. It's one thing if the kennel staff didn't know, but they did. Why didnt they shut down and clean, air out, or whatever before taking in more dogs. We paid extra for our dogs to be kept separate from the other dogs to keep them as safe as possible. And we checked on them several times while we were gone. We also had a backup person available if they needed to be picked up. Them coming home with 2 seperate illnesses never crossed our minds. So the first thing some one is likely to say, when reading this, is these things happen. We are now heading to the end of October and our dogs are STILL sick. We've gone through several rounds of antibiotics, testing, other medications, constantly disinfecting and we are still dealing with diarrhea on a daily basis. That is 3 MONTHS of constant sickness, stress, expenses, medications, and there's no relief in sight. We have been told by the vet that because it is so contagious they keep giving it to each other. I have other pets in my home that have had to stay separated from the dogs, which compounds the stress, anxiety and workload. I want people to really think about that. We wanted to go on a vacation, which we hadn't done in years, and this is what we were left with. No being up front, no follow ups, nothing. Why would this place think ANYONE would be okay with playing roulette with their dogs health. This has ruined any trust we have in placing our pets with anyone else. If you think this is not a big deal, or okay in anyway, go ask your vet if they think this practice is okay. My husband left a review a few months ago and, in his words, no one cared. Still no follow up or explanation on why my dogs came home this sick. I'm angry. I'm angry and I'm frustrated that this experience gets a shrug and an oh well. I've noticed alot of people are speaking highly of this kennel, it was recommended to us as well, but this was our experience after ONE time when our dogs were being kept to themselves. NEVER AGAIN.

Northwind Pet Center is a great place to drop you dog or cat off fir the day or when you go out of town. Their kennel areas are temperature control and their prices are reasonable. I highly recommend them.

The staff was great, the tour was great but when we picked our dogs up they all had Bordetella (kennel cough). When we called them the person told us that there was something posted on the wall and we should of read it. If you are having any issues where our animals can get sick it should be discussed with us. Staff was very friendly and I liked the facilities but having a real tough time with our dogs being sick from staying there

JBLM Service members find another spot for your furry family members. I got my husky back with a gash on his head and a swollen face. After talking with the staff they said some other dog went after him after reviewing video footage and then I got the reply of, "we're not responsible for injuries at playtime." I doubt I'm getting the full truth because my dog is also wincing like he's afraid he's going to get hit and he's never done that before. Additionally: Don't take my word for it just look at other 1 star reviews and see the pattern for yourselves. Update: This kennel and their inept owner can count their blessings our furry family member made a full recovery. Talked with several vets about what happened and they think he either was trying to escape and got stuck or he was hit. I can't afford bail money should I find I was lied to and he was hit so y'all get a free ride on this one.

This is the most amazing place for daycare if your a dog! Our dog Cooper gets so excited when we tell him he is going to the North Winds! The staff is amazingly attentive and caring. We canceled coming in one day as Cooper had a sore foot. They called to make sure he was OK. The foot was totally unrelated to the NW, but the staff cared about him. We are so confident when we board him there that everyday is a good day for him. Highly recommend the NW. Such a great place!

We HIGHLY recommend Julie!! She is absolutely AMAZING with our fur babies and every dog she cares for. They will feel like and beloved like they are at home. She goes above and beyond of what I have experienced with other doggy daycare and boarding. My boys get super excited about going to see her.

Can’t say enough good things about Julie!! She treats my dogs like they are her own and they LOVE going to her house! She is incredibly knowledgeable about dogs and is extra skilled at taking care of the little ones (mine are 5 and 7 pounds). Love love Julie!!
