Janet is great with my rescue dog Charlie! He is usually weary of new people but he took an instant liking to Janet. It’s wonderful to know that I have reliable help from Janet when I need it.

Janet has been an absolute blessing for us! She’s reliable and thoughtful, always on time and is very responsible with both our pets. It’s so lovely to be able to trust her with our fur babies. Very grateful for her services and would definitely recommend.

Janet did such a wonderful job looking after our two cats! One of them needs medication twice a day and generally doesn’t like/trust anyone other than me and my husband, but Janet was able to give him his medication no problem! We‘re so glad we found someone we can trust to take care of our cats any time we go out of town.

Our chihuahua has been going here for about 5 months and we've been very happy with their services. Our dog is learning to socialize in a safe environment with lots of other similar size dogs. Would highly recommend to others, Andrew - the owner is very nice and the staff are also great.

Awesome day care. Been going for over a year since our dog was a puppy. Andrew is very good with the dogs and there is a nice variety of different dogs. Staff are friendly and you get daily photos of your dogs adventures.

Amazing daycare, I think it’s the best one that I’ve ever visited! Always there to help you, very friendly service and they really do care about your pet. I have a very social pup and I just take him there for extra socializing. He is always so excited to go to Woof&Wags! Another great thing about this daycare is their extended hours, so you don’t have to rush to pick up your pup. They also send a very detailed update at the end of the day, so i can see how Teddy spent his day there. Highly recommend to anyone in the area!

Our 2 year old labradoodle has gone here since since he was 5 months old. He loves it and is worn out after daycare. He gets excited when we pull in the parking lot. Andrew and his staff are very knowledgeable and caring.

Amazing daycare, the staff are super friendly. Its great to see how happy they are when our dog comes in and how good they are to her. Our dog loves coming here and gets so excited on daycare mornings she can barely contain herself which just shows me how great it is. I love the daily report cards and pictures, it’s so nice to see what she does all day.

Our dog absolutely loves going to Woof & Wags. It’s wonderful to be able to drop her off and know she’s excited to go in! Andrew, Cara and all of the staff are so amazing with the pups!

My dog loved this place! It has big outdoor space. She was attacked by another dog when she was young and traumatized by that. This is the first place where she is able to relax and play with other dogs. We were so happy to see her socialize with other dogs. They also send videos to you so you can be reassured your dog is in good care.

The Dog Parq has been amazing for our family dog. Morgan and the rest of the staff are amazing. Harley (our good boy) is a bit reactive at times, and for whatever reason, HATES big dogs with white coats. His behaviour on and off leash has improved immensely and we are much more comfortable having him socialize now and we credit a lot of that to the Dog Parq! Could not recommend them enough. Also is a beautiful property with lots of space!

Absolutely phenomenal care. I cannot express enough how amazing Morgan and the staff of Dog ParQ are. We have a reactive dog that we needed to board for a month. We had previously boarded with Morgan last year, he was able to accommodate and support our dog. This year after two days of being with Morgan, our very large reactive dog was in a yard playing with other dogs. We couldn't believe it. Our dog was there for over five weeks and it was very reasonably priced and we were so relieved that he was thriving while our family was out of province. Morgan is a dog lover and his passion shows with the care dogs receive while they are there. 100 of 5 stars.

We needed a last minute care for our dog as we headed out for holidays and The Dog Parq helped us out. The customer service and communication was excellent. Their facility and staff is amazing. It’s a beautiful spot with lots of space for the dogs to run around! Each evening we received a video of our dog giving us an update. Excellent value for the cost!

Due to work commitments, I had to leave my dog at this facility for nearly seven months. I can confidently say that this is the safest and most reliable dog park I have ever encountered. The entire team is exceptionally friendly, compassionate, and genuinely passionate about caring for dogs. Although it was a significant challenge for me to be separated from my dog for such an extended period, Morgan, the owner, made the experience much easier. He is an honest, responsive, and truly caring individual who went above and beyond to ensure my dog's well-being. I highly recommend this dog park to anyone in need of a clean, spacious, and secure environment for their furry companion.

My fur-baby, Willow, has been attending daycare at The Dog Parq since September. We could not be happier! If you are considering trying out this facility, I highly recommend them. -The staff are knowledgable -Attentive to the dogs, they even noticed when Willow got some tree sap on her side and took steps to remove it -Super friendly, they always welcome us with smiles and quick conversation. -Beautiful large outdoor play areas. This is a super important point for me and my apartment dwelling puppy. - They send photos and videos of the dogs playing throughout the day -My pup comes home content and drained of excess energy. The Dog Parq clearly cares about the dogs they are watching. Every time I run into another dog-parent at pick up and drop off, they echo my sentiments. The Dog Parq is the place to be!

Brought my parents acreage raised dog for a daycare stay - he came in timid and afraid. He left with strutting confidence! Morgan kept us up to date all day with videos and texts while we were off mountain biking in the States! The property is clean, well kept - different areas indoor/outdoor - they have so much flexibility and room for every situation of dog! ❤️🐾 Already planning future stays!

Tried out the daycare twice and our experience so far has been amazing! Staff is very communicative and send videos daily to update. Marian has been looking after White Rock & South Surrey's kitties for more than 20 years. She is the cat whisperer of the area. Cats truly have a connection to her. Our cat was very shy & wary of strangers but immediately came out to say hi. Marian is extremely reliable and does an amazing job. We have been using her services for many years.

Best decision we ever made for Dream is sending him to the social buddies class here! We are very thankful for the staff for taking him in as he's an intact male so not many daycares want to take in an intact pup! But his confidence and socializing skills has only improved since he's joined. Also love to see photo updates and hear his improvements everytime i go to pick him up.

I cant say enough great things about Country Paws Kennels, a daycare that involves training and a structured environment for those pups who could use a little extra guidance. SUCH an amazing concept, idea, and facility. My 10 month old pup has been coming to Country Paws Kennels for the last two months and we both LOVE it. The staff is polite, knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. The facility is clean, and Bruno always comes home tired and happy. Pictures are uploaded daily and you can see from all the smiles on the pups face that they love being at Country Paws. I even love how they have an added pet spa services such as de-shedding, nail trimming and more. They worked with my pup to make him comfortable and accepting of having his nails clipped and have informed me every day of how he did with being de-sensitized to nail trimming, how he did during the day etc... They have even taught him how to sit pretty , engage in acceptable play/ read the cues of other dogs and so so much more. I am truly happy with the staff and overall operation of this business. It is worth every penny for the education and stimulation the dogs get. Thanks again for all your help and work with Bruno, I cant wait to see him grow even more. You are all doing great things for our dogs!!!

It is my absolute pleasure to recommend Country Paws Kennel. I have an 8 month old shepherd/collie cross who is extremely active, to say the least. No matter if it’s for a day of training or daycare, my pup goes beyond nuts when she recognizes she’s going to CPK. Recently I had to travel for a family emergency and had to leave my sweet pup for lengthy boarding. I had the peace of mind knowing she was well cared for, stimulated and had other pups to socialize with. I cannot say enough amazing and complimentary things about this team of trainers and handlers. The staff have coached me when I’ve struggled with puppy behaviour issues, as well as taught me simple training techniques that have made a significant impact on my relationship with my puppy. While having to be away, especially for extended period of time, it has brought me comfort to follow the daily pictures the team posts, so I can see my pup playing in almost real time. This is an outstanding home away from home for my puppy. Providing me the comfort knowing she is safe, well cared for and her positive behaviour is reinforced. Love love love their Day School Concept! My pup gets to play and learn while I’m at school. They also have training programs. I have been working with Cassandra who has been so amazing! She has taught both me and my pup how to communicate more effectively. This has really helped strengthen our bond. I am so excited to see how my pup progresses =). Would highly recommend them.

My puppy has been coming here fpr 6 months since he was four months old. They do a wonderful job of training him with 'good manners' and he has so much fun with the dogs and the staff! Cassandra, Alyssa and the team are amazing! They provide really helpful feedback which we can use in our everyday life with our dog. We have also done 2 puppy training classes, and some private lessons and these are great too, Cassandra is such a good teacher.

My pup was only attending the retreat but was attacked in April and so they had recommended CPK to slowly ease my dog back into socialization in the case he had anxiety or any triggers. I am so grateful to everyone here as they take the best care of my pup when he’s here and he’s just as happy as when he attends the retreat! Benji is so thankful for the CPK team and loves being here :)

A great review doesn't seem like enough to describe this awesome place! They're kind and generous with their time in addition to their knowledge and expertise with dogs. Our shelter pup struggled with several uncertainties when we first adopted him and within 10 months of attending the daycare with enrichment programs he has bloomed into a confident and popular dog at the "field-trip" kind of school. Our boy also has skin and food sensitivities so we completely lucked out with a facility that uses artificial turf instead of grass - plus he comes home clean! I can get him groomed in-house and the staff pays attention to his individual profile for food restrictions. Our boy has stayed overnight and came home unphased - he also shows he wants to stay there and play sometimes rather than come home with us! CPK, if you're reading this...THANK YOU! We wouldn't take our pup anywhere else! :)

They take such good care of our dog, she always comes home happy and exhausted. They sequester dogs who dont get along well with others but still keep them stimulated. They regularly post pictures to facebook so you can see that the dogs are enjoying themselves. The staff is friendly too.

My dog is very happy to stay at this day care. She had major separation anxiety initially. However, they understood her needs and treated her very well. Now she happily goes in with her wagging tail. She got used to socializing with other dogs too and I see positive changes in her behaviors. The price is more reasonable than others in the neighborhood. The hours of operation are also great. I can drop her off very early in the morning depending on my work schedule. I am always grateful for their care. Thank you.

I recommend Canine Harmony 100%. Our dog is a rescue and we were nervous about boarding him because of this. I did extensive research and they also came highly recommended by my friend. Timber did amazing and is so happy after we picked him up. We drove all the way from Port Coquitlam to bring him here and we have a few boarding places a couple blocks from us. They took amazing care of our boy and the pictures and videos that they shared with us proved it by the way my dog looked. He literally had a smile ear to ear in each of the photos and videos. Thank you so much, you guys took a lot of stress off of our shoulders. We will be back.

Chelsea was super sweet and kind to speak with in setting up our appointment with our dog, Yondu. He came home a happy and tired pup from his day at daycare! They even do a free trial day to make sure they are a good fit for you and your pup. The photo is one of a few they posted on their Facebook page after his day at daycare.

Highly recommend Canine Harmony. I bring my dog here regularly for daycare and have used their boarding services in the past. Chelsea is great with the dogs and my dog absolutely loves coming here. As soon as I tell him he's going to day care he goes nuts and gets super excited when I turn into their driveway. He comes home happy and tired.

My boyfriend, Lucas, used to send our boy cheeseburger here and the only reason he’d stopped going is we moved too far away! He loved going to daycare there, loved all the staff. Everyone was always super sweet and accommodation, especially the owner, Chelsea. We miss you all! Highly recommend Canine Harmony for all your doggy daycare and boarding needs in the south Surrey/white rock area.

I have been hesitant to leave a review but after talking to friends and family they agree and feel it’s the right thing to do. I feel I would want to know this information prior to leaving my dog in their care. Last Summer I left my small dog Toby here for 6 days, he was originally going to stay for longer but my ex-husband agreed to pick-up Toby earlier. When I called to let them know he would be picking Toby up, I asked them how he was doing and they said he has one runny eye. When my ex-husband picked up Toby he was lethargic and he was not opening his eyes as he was in extreme pain. He took him home to bathe him and he slept and cried. I came immediately home to get him and couldn’t believe my eyes. Took him straight to the vet and found out that he had a lacerated cornea and an infection in both of his eyes. They were uncertain if his eye would ever recover due to a large laceration in his right eye. He also had fleas. I called the owner right after I left the vet and she said that she administered Visine for Pink eye and he seemed fine and really seemed to care less as I am in tears. I asked her why she never called me to let me know and she said he seemed fine. What breaks my heart the most is I don’t know how long he was in this state while in their care! Next I called the SPCA . The SPCA immediately sent an officer out to their business and issued a warning that they cannot administer any sort of medications/eye drops to an animal and must call the Veterinarian if any animal is secreting fluid. The SPA the suggested that I seek legal representation as well. Only after the SPCA was involved did they then care. They had insurance and agreed to pay for his vet bills, but they have refused to refund the cost of his stay while in their care. I have emailed them on three different occasions asking for a refund as I do not feel he was cared and have yet to get a response. I’m not sure how his cornea was lacerated or how both of his eyes became infected but how this was missed seems negligent and cruel? Please use caution when choosing a boarding kennel for your animal, as now my dog has permanent damage to his right eye.

Chelsea and her team have an excellent place for dogs to stay, play, get exercised, and come home tired. My dog is a young Lab (lots of energy!) who loves playing with other dogs. As soon as we turn onto the street Canine Harmony is on she's excited and ready to go. The team here knows the dogs and takes care to make sure that it's a good fit for your dog. I like knowing that if I need to board Juno I can book her here in a place she loves where they'll take great care of her.

My 2 dogs Miley and Aela LOVE going to daycare here. As soon as I turn into their driveway my dogs can barely wait to get out of the car to see the Canine Harmony team and all their fur friends! This place is absolutely amazing and I highly recommend it to everyone !

Accommodating and friendly. Left my dog for weekend boarding and he can be nervous and shy, he was well exercised and content with no signs of stress. Dropped him off for daycare since then and he was very excited to be there and happy to see the staff. They also offer extra 1 on 1 time and baths, he was shiny soft and clean on pickup. (long hair and undercoat)

We were referred to Canine Harmony by a friend who also loves it. We are so lucky that we found such an amazing place for our boy! Chelsea, the owner, is outstanding and goes above and beyond for all of her clients. The girls that work there are so friendly and treat our goofy boy the best. He LOVES coming to daycare as soon as we pull up he goes crazy and pulls us inside to see the girls and his friends. We tried a few other day cares before hearing about Canine Harmony and they do not even come remotely close to how great this place is. Our dog is a big part of our family and it is so nice to have a place to bring him that he loves and we don't have to worry about him at all when he is there :)

This daycare is aces! Niqi is very knowledgeable about dog behaviour and body language. She is an amazing trainer and loves all dogs that come through her door. We had a great experience with our girl, and felt super safe leaving her there with Niqi and staff. Highly recommend!

At Barks and Recreation the atmosphere is very welcoming and staff there are very passionate animal lovers. Yesterday was the first day in years that I brought my dog Paisley to a doggy daycare. At first I was nervous to bring her there as I have never really left her at a doggy daycare before so I didn't realize how much information I needed to inform them about. By the end of the conversation I realized I was listing off anything and everything that came to mind but the staff there were great and listened and asked questions to clarify the information. Paisley has a little bit of anxiety when it comes to certain things and movement/approaches from strangers but warmed up very quick to the girls at Barks and Recreation. The staff are very knowledgeable about all the animals needs, behaviours and recommendations when it comes to playtime. Not only did the staff get to learn/meet/play/cuddle with Paisley but they also taught me something I didn't know about my dog that I have been raising since she was 3 weeks old- she prefers to play with puppies and small dogs! So cute! Even though it was only our first day, I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a safe, fun, spacious, and affordable place for their dog to enjoy that gives you a piece of mind knowing your dog is in great hands under their supervision. Thank you Barks and Recreation, I look forward to bringing her back very soon!

Niqi and her staff are amazing and well organized. Our pup always comes home happy and well socialized. Plus, having such flexible hours and open 5 days a week is awesome. Best yet, it's always a drop-in concept where you can drop off your pet without scheduling or booking. I definitely recommend Barks and Recreation.

It was my error in clicking 2 stars. I hit post before I corrected it. I intended on giving you a 4. I have corrected my rating. Although I don't agree that our dog is aggressive, I applaud your high level of safety. I do, however, feel some dogs do better in smaller groups - ours being one of them. He has been attending another daycare and has spent numerous days & overnights there too all without incident. In fact they have described him as very well-behaved and affectionate and plays well with the other dogs. I'm sure it's not your intent to label him as aggressive, but I can see that it more of a case of simply providing him with what he needs based on h8s personality. I appreciate your efforts and we value your skills as a trainer. We may still take you up on that in the future. All the best.

I've been taking my dogs here forever. It's the best doggie daycare I've ever had experience with. Niqi is the owner and she has so much experience with dogs, she's the dog whisperer and I feel so comfortable taking my dogs there.

This place is so good I hesitate to leave a review. I don't want them to be too busy! The staff are young and energetic. They know the names of every dog. But the great part of this place is the way they have divided up the dog play areas. All this in a country setting too. Don't be deterred by the gravel road in or the shabby front gate. Dogs love this place, and you will too.

Our dog loves it. Staff are very friendly, they take pictures daily for their Facebook page so you can see how your dog is doing, and prices seem fair. One of the best decisions we've made for our dog is bringing her here to socialize and play.

Penny LOVES this place. Barks and Recreation is a wonderful place for your fur baby! The staff truly loves dogs. Play days are captured on Facebook and IG so you can watch your dog SMILE all day long. Tucked away just outside White Rock, in a semi-rural area surrounded by trees and fresh air. We could not be more disappointed with our experience at Barks and Rec. We have an anxious rescue lab that the staff were well aware of before accepting us as clients. We worked through one 10 day package with no feedback from the staff as to how our dog was doing other than he was not very happy. Niqi gladly accepted another 10 day payment from us, only to tell us that our dog was not doing well at all and asked us “ for his sake” not to come back...5 days into the new 10 day package. There was no feedback at all from the owner during this time due to a family emergency on her end. When we did finally connect she said she would make a one time exception and refund us most of our remaining deposit less a $30.00 “processing fee” My observations are as follows 1. They simply take on too many dogs to give a high maintance dog the attention they require, despite the website assurances that they are specialists in working with rescue dogs. 2. When she knew our dog was not working out, why take another 10 day deposit, only to ask us not to come back 5 days later??? They should have said and charged for 1 day at a time after having a serious discussion with us about out pup’s anxiety. 3. Why fight us over the refund and charge a $30.00 “ processing fee” when it was their mistake, or intention to overcharge us at the renewal. As a result of our experience I honestly can not recommend this place at all. I will be sure to tell everyone I know about the lack of care and poor business model we experienced. Too bad really as with some simple respect, attention, and discussion with us and proper care for our pup could have resulted in a very positive review. Our dog is adapting very well new to our new doggie day camp in South Langley...fewer dogs and an owner who cares. I would look elsewhere if you are considering day care for a higher maintenance pup.

This review is long overdue. The staff at Willchris are excellent, they have done some amazing upgrades to the property and they clearly care deeply about the dogs. My dogs run right into the Kennels when we arrive so excited for some fun time with other pups and the wonderful staff. They also go above and beyond getting and sharing photos and videos of the dogs so you can see how well they are doing. Thank you guys so much for being amazing and providing a safe fun place for our pups whenever we need it.

Love this kennel, they are able to accommodate my flexible working hours and it's in a neighborhood you can trust. The workers are friendly and professional. They post pictures of your dog on their IG account showing that your dog is getting exercised and having fun. They seem like a very engaged group that really cares about the animals. 10/10

Amazing staff. They took care of my anxiety riddled pitbull and cared for her like they would their own pup. Most kennels wouldn’t take Lexi in because of her breed and didn’t look past it. I can’t say enough good things about the people and facility. Lexi also has medication and isn’t easy to handle but they made her feel at ease and updated me daily with pictures to ease my mind as well. Absolutely love the people who truly love your fur baby. Hands down amazing staff.

I feel so lucky to have found Willchris! We have a nervous rescue and he absolutely loves all of the amazing staff. They are very knowledgeable with dogs and know how to pair him with appropriate play mates to set him up for success. He always comes home very calm and content. On top of that, the property is always very clean and they are great about posting pictures of the dogs in their care. Thank you to all of the staff.

My GSD Monty struggles with anxiety and reactivity and Willchris Kennels have been really patient with my dog. We have only been to Willchris twice for daycare so far, but they always give feedback and suggestions on how to make his stay more comfortable. I really appreciate this place as they are very understanding and do not discriminate on the breed. I would highly recommend!

The staff here clearly take time to understand and recognize your pet's needs and pair them up with appropriate dogs for them to make friends during their stay. Our husky-mix always comes back tired and content after his stay and is always excited to come back! Thanks for taking such great care of our dog!

I have a 2yr old rescued shepherd, who lunged and barked when she saw other dogs. After only 3 days of daycare and training with Gerry, she is like a whole new dog when we walk her. (Photo was taken on day 2 while she was in the yard with her new friends) Gerry has been a life saver for us, as we really didn't know how we were going to teach (ourselves and) our dog to be calm and social. I love the fact the we can drop off and pick up at our convenience. We also plan to leave her overnight when we want a date night out, or if we travel.

They take great care of Vader, he is very anxious when we are away and it is nice to know he has friends to play with and is in good care.

We had to board our dog for a few days and we are so glad we chose Willchris. We brought him to day care a few times to get him used to the location and staff before the boarding date and he had so much fun at daycare. Due to our 7 didn't have as much time to get him used to it as I would have preferred. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing boarding to plan ahead and take their dogs in a few times before boarding. The staff clearly love the dogs. They made our nervous boy more comfortable and remember him so well even after just the first meeting. Our guy can be a handful and has lots of anxiety, but it seems to have gone as well as it possibly could. He came home happy, tired and calmer than I thought he would be. We definitely recommend Willchris and will continue to use daycare and boarding if needed.

This place is FANTASTIC. the few negative reviews on here do not reflect the Willchris crew and how they run things. Every staff member I've interacted with have been kind and attentive and clearly love the dogs they take care of. They have been so accommodating to my dog's needs and very patient with any questions myself or my partner has had as we navigated our first time bringing our dog to daycare. They are super quick and responsive with emails, phone calls, etc. and it makes me feel confident that even when life is busy I can trust my dog with them, that she is well taken care of and getting lots of playtime and attention. THE BEST PART(s): They don't have ANY breed discrimination - finding care for our pitty has been hit and miss or more expensive until we found Willchris. On top of that the pricing is, to me, very budget friendly based on other nearby daycares we have looked into. Our dog is ZONKED after we bring her home and has never slept so hard in her life (photo attached post daycare). If anyone has any hesitations I highly recommend booking a tour with them (you can bring your dog!!) to check out the space they have, meet some of the staff - it's a great way to introduce first time doggos to daycare and get the vibe of the place!
