We decided it would be good for our dog Spot to have one day a week to interact with other dogs. She has so much fun with Tracey and burns up all her energy playing with her new doggy friends. Always sleeps well when she gets back home. Tracey obviously loves the dogs in her care we wouldn't take Spot anywhere else.

Well what a fabulous couple. We didn't want to put our pooch into kennels so searched the web for a dog sitter and came across Tracy and Fari. Felt really comfortable after the first meeting and arranged a 9 night stay with them (for our dog not us !! ) They have a genuine affinity with dogs which is clear to see. My husband hadn't got back home before we had a video clip which really did put our minds at rest and I especially felt happy that our precious pet was going to be very well looked after and go on holiday without worrying. We had regular video clips throughout our holiday and I used to look forward to viewing them as we did miss him as he is such a big part of our family. We were blown away how happy he seemed and were concerned he wouldn't want to come home !! Tracy is very experienced in looking after dogs and even trained Fudge to catch treats which we have kept up ! ! I do not normally recommend but on this occasion I have raved about Tracy and Fari. We won't hesitate to book again in future .. thank you for looking after our Fudgey !!!

Oh my Tracey is amazing, this was my dog first time and at 11 he is set in his ways a bit, but was so happy staying here, he is booked in again in May, Tracey sent me videos of him, really put my mind at rest that he was in a safe, secure and loving environment, would definitely recommend.

A brilliant place, I wouldn’t go anywhere else and neither would Meg, she loves being with Tracy.

Carla has been an absolute blessing. She is reliable, trustworthy, very professional and provides an exceptional service that I would be lost without. To me its such a massive comfort that when I go to work to know my dog will be cared for and the thought of the doggie van coming to pick her up with her other doggie pals makes me feel excited for her and jealous that I’m not there too. From the start Carla made sure she got to know my dog and her routine and gives her such enormous love and compassion and more importantly my dog loves her too. My dog has been going since she was a puppy and the socialisation skills she has gained has been a massive influence for when she is among other dogs. Each walk she is not just getting proper exercise but also having fun sniffing, running, rolling, and playing plus I get loads of pictures and updates along the way letting me know if she has behaved herself. I would never want to be without Little Brown Doggie. Carla has gone beyond her duties many times giving me hints and tips along the way when I have struggled. I think even if I didn’t work id still want my dog to go because the skills and behaviour my dog has gained and continues to gain (and me!) are so important and its been such a great influence.

Carla is a lovely lady and you can tell she really cares for your doggo,'s, love getting picture updates from her to see who my pup has been with, would highly recommend her. Gypsy just loves Aunty Rach :)

We are so lucky to have found Carla to look after our cats and bunnies! She is professional, friendly, very caring and provides a first class service. It was so reassuring to know that our pet family were in such capable hands. Carla sent photos and videos and we could see just how happy the pets were in her care. We could just relax and enjoy our holiday. It was great to see Carla playing games the pets! Carla has been fantastic ever since we have been using her to walk our dog Millie. She walks her 4 times a week and Millie always seems to of enjoyed her walks and you can tell she has been on a good walk to exert her energy! We are also very grateful for the photos of Millie on her walk which she sends to us after each day which serves as both entertainment seeing some of the fab and funny photos as well as reassurance that you know she has been out on a nice walk each day. Carla also provides very good communication to update us early on any of her holidays etc which allows us to plan effectively. Overall a fab service!

We would highly recommend Little Brown Doggie. The girls are reliable, friendly and it is absolutely clear that they love our dog. Having been customers for a while, the service gives us great peace of mind that our family pet is cared for and well looked after on his daily walks. Carla keeps us updated with photos and it is evident that our dog is very happy in her care. So happy in fact that he looks for the van on days when we walk him ourselves. Amazing service.

As a family we cannot recommend Little Brown Doggie highly enough!! We have been customers since our Springer was around 1 year old and the confidence and relationships he has built since walking with Carla and the other dogs is astounding. Carla offers such a professional, caring service that we would be lost with out her... as would our Cooper! The dogs are indeed Carla’s number one priority... they enjoy secure transportation, fun walks in the countryside and the care and attention of a very conscientious dog walker. We have one happy dog while we are at work which is wonderfully reassuring.

We have used Little Brown Doggie for 4 years; Carla is amazing. Her genuine love and enthusiasm for her work is evident and our dog loves going for his walks with her- he adores her. She is super reliable and is very accommodating when we have to change our dog’s walks- even at very short notice! We receive daily photos and updates of his walks and you can see how happy he (and all his doggy friends are) on his walks. It is such a lovely touch when we often don’t see her due to being at work. I would strongly recommend Little Brown Doggie.

Carla is fantastic with our puppy, he's always so happy to see her! She always sends pictures from the walk, the places they are going look very nice. We've particularly liked the fact she arranged for shorter walks when he was very young, even carrying him so that he didn't have to walk too much! Very much recommended.

Carla at little brown doggie looked after my 5 month old kitten whilst we went on holiday. She sent us many updates throughout our holiday which put us at ease and we knew he was having a great time. I think he prefers her over us!! Carla is fab, she even offered to get supplies in for us for our return. I would 100% recommend, and so would my kitten!

Left my X Neopolitan mastiff here for 5 days while I went away to get married, she was well cared for, having her own bungalow and kids size bed and tv. I felt at ease knowing my Furbaby was in good hands, will be using this place more often x

First time using Lanchester Pet Resort and first time leaving my three dogs (Polly, Winnie and Basil) and I would highly recommend the resort! We’ve used these guys a few times now and can hand on heart say they’re the best kennels we’ve ever used. They’re a 45 minute drive for us, passing two other very good kennels on the way, but we feel Lanchester Pet Resort is worth the drive. We’ve used various kennels for over 10 years and our dogs are resilient and used to visiting a couple of times a year. The extra care, the off-leash playtime, the rooms with outdoor runs make this place a cut above the rest. One of our dogs is very young and friendly the other is less confident and also elderly. Both of their needs are met and they both come home happy and calm after every visit. The ladies who run it are great to deal with too.

Our Basset hounds Bertie and Woody absolutely love staying here. They always get looked after brilliantly and come back happy and in great condition. It’s like their own little holiday while we are away. Easiest 5 stars I’ve ever given.

We are so pleased with the way our dogs were looked after during their recent stay. They are usually quite anxious dogs when meeting new people but they both went off with their new best friend without even a look back. When I returned for them a couple of days later they were over the moon to see me but also went back for goodbye cuddles before getting back in the car looking happy and relaxed. I think that says it all.

We have been taking our dogs to the pet resort for quite a few years now & we are always very happy with the excellent care & attention they receive.

We have been searching for place for our beloved dog to stay when we go on holidays, we put holidays off for a while as we were worried about leaving him. We found Christine and team after recommendation and we are so pleased we did. What a loving and friendly place for our man to stay ! They looked after him superbly and kept us informed of his well being . Fonzie and us are already looking forward to his next visit ! Thank you for being fantastic

We take our dogs here everytime we go away. We have small dogs who have struggled in previous kennels with nerves but here they've grown in confidence. We always pick them up with wagging tails and smelling lovely! The whole team are very accommodating and always put the pooches first. We trust them completely and can go away knowing our dogs are well cared for!

We have used Susan a few times to look after our two dogs, they are always well looked after, the accommodation is very good for them and good prices too.

We always use Susan to board our dogs and wouldn't use anyone else. She sends regular updates and trust her completely with our two, despite them being more challenging than your regular dogs as one is dog reactive and nervous with people.

Susan has been walking my dog daily for the last 6 days and i cant fault her at all... shes extremelly good at getting too you for the time she gives you, shes extremelly pleasant and polite, she has been taking my dog out for 40 mins each walk and has been out for the full 40 mins, when she comes back she says where shes walked too and every day says to contact her the next morning if i need her... and her rate is worth every penny... i would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a good dog walker...

Sophie was brilliant in every way! She looked after my little Cava poo, gave regular honest updates with photos. Her communication re arrangements were excellent and I felt very comfortable leaving my special boy in her care. I would definitely ask her again. This was the first time I'd ever had a pet sitter and Sophie was an excellent choice. Thank you Sophie!!

Sophie was lovely and friendly. She came in twice a day, fed our cats and spent time with them. The cats like Sophie, purr when she is around them and are completely relaxed. I can highly recommend Sophie's services: it always was very stressful for us and the cats to put them into the cattery. But with Sophie looking after them, everything and everyone was calm and relaxed

Sophie has recently looked after our two cats for a week whilst we were on holiday and she's done an amazing job. She sent us photos and videos on every visit and the cats seemed very happy in her presence. I would highly recommend her pet care services!

I can't recommend Sophie highly enough, what a lovely lady. My cat usually hides from strangers but she had a lovely time playing with the toys and generally being spoilt by Sophie. We received photos and videos from Sophie while we were away which was lovely. My cat definitely enjoyed all the love and cuddles, thank you for looking after her.

I use Sophie to walk my two cocker spaniels whilst I work. She is completely trustworthy and reliable. Sophie sends updates after each visit so I know how their walk went which I love! Would 100% recommend

My two year old Labrador was becoming unmanageable. She was barking at every little noise in the house, anyone walking past the house and basically anyone who came near us outside. After one visit to the house by Keith from Betty kisses she is now settled, not barking at the world and happy. I would heartily recommend Keith for all your dog training needs.

Lynn, Keith and the whole crew is amazing. Hands down the best person for our two dogs. She is loving, kind, responsible and just all around amazing. I am happy to call her a friend as well as B&B's aunt after all these years ;-)

I would give 10 stars if I could. Keith had my 7 year old reactive Lhasa sorted in minutes. Keith and Laura you have my undying gratitude. I am severely sight impaired and have applied for a guide dog. I have to provide a video showing that Bentley is okay with other dogs. This is the reason I contacted Betty's Kisses and thank goodness I did. I had also been refused pet insurance because my dog was reactive. Now I can get him insured and confidently show Guide Dogs UK that he is fine around other dogs. I'm so very relieved and happy. Thank you so very much Betty's Kisses.

Have taken our 6.5 month old Lakeland terrier Ruby for 2 sessions with Keith and what a difference even after the first session there was a huge improvement in Ruby who is highly reactive to traffic but Keith has made a huge difference to her behaviour.Ruby is a work in progress but I can't praise Keith enough for the progress she has made in such a short time.

Lynn and Keith are amazing, I couldn’t think of letting our springer spaniel Kira go anywhere else. She loves them and they love her. We first used Bettys Kisses for home boarding and now Kira does two days at doggy day care she comes home shattered but we know she’s had a good time. We think Lynn & Keith are fantastic and couldn’t recommend them highly enough!!! We are proud to be part of Team Bettys Kisses - Kira, Chris & Jean xx

Took our 3 year old Springer who we were having dog aggression problems with and lead pulling up to the point where we almost gave him away. He went in with Keith on their day care plus and after the first day he was playing with other dogs and even out on pack walks, something I didn't think he could do....especially after one day. It made us realise the dog reacted to how we were with him. It has given us the confidence to socialise him more now and his lead walking has come on brilliant but still on going. All the staff are fantastic with the dogs. They really care. I wish I had found them 2 years ago. Keith doesn't just give you a training lesson, its a life lesson on how to handle your dog. I couldn't recommend him enough. He's fantastic at what he does. We still have work to do with our dog but with Bettys kisses help I feel we will get there for the first time ever after trying lots of trainers.

Paul and Helen do a fab job. They work around my busy schedule and changing days is never a problem. They even picked our dog up from our wedding and boarded him for the night. He loves to go out with them and it's reassuring knowing he is in safe hands!

Had emailed on the 11th with no response, again on the 19th not even an acknowledgement. Very disappointed.
