Sammy has just had his first holiday at Maddie's and I can't thank Shelley and her crew enough for making him feel at home from home. He has previously stayed in kennels but he is 8 now and we felt he deserved some comfort while we went on holiday. The pre-stay visits were great for making sure Shelley and the other dogs got to know Sammy, and that he would be comfortable there. And by the time we dropped him off for his holiday, he was chomping at the bit to see his friends again. I didn't once worry that Sammy wasn't ok whilst we were away, as we received daily "pupdates" showing us how he was getting on and what he was up to. We could see from the photos and videos that he was happy and felt safe. The care and attention he received was as good if not better than at home. Before his stay Sammy hadn't really socialised with other dogs and we weren't sure how he would be, but he soon got stuck in at playtime and was leading the walks. I would highly recommend Maddie's and will definitely be booking Sammy in next time we go away.

Before I contacted Maddies home from home I did a lot of research as I had been rushed into hospital in January and had to leave my poor dog at boarding without even seeing it, I was worried the whole time in hospital about my dear little girl and couldn’t wait to collect her and I was determined to find a home from home boarding. I researched several but Maddies came out on top so I contacted Shelley and we meet up for a sniff test with my little girl and the rest of her dogs. Wow how thorough and professional her whole business is. I was very impressed and we arranged a sleepover, I was very anxious to be leaving my girl again but Shelley sent me regular pup dates which put my mind at ease. I was once again taken into hospital so I contacted Shelley to see if she could look after my little girl at short notice and she was there for me again. My stay in hospital was so much better knowing she was being cared for and regular pup dates made my stay in hospital bearable. My little girl loved her stay at Maddies and always had lots to occupy her and lots of walks. I can’t recommend and thank Shelley enough for looking after my little girl it really is home from home.

This was Elsy’s first 2 week stay at Maddie’s and she was so looked after ! Lots of daily updates with videos and photographs. The walks all looked amazing. Shelley was very professional, caring and so loving to Elsy. Really really pleased I found such a brilliant home boarding stay for Elsy to go. Have booked many more stays for her in the coming months. Thank you for all your help and amazing attention to detail.

Teddy is cared for 100%+ whilst I go away on holiday. It's a real home from home boarding. It's peace of mind knowing he is in safe hands. Shelley makes the separation easier for me and Teddy settles. Lots of attention given to the dogs in her care. Walkies, hugs, playtime and groomed. I enjoy the photos and videos sent daily. I collected Teddy after 12 days. He's fit, healthy and no kennel cough. So pleased I was recommended Maddies home boarding & day care. I have never been disappointed. Thank you Maddie & Shelley.

Ninja has been expertly looked after by Shelley for the past three years with a mix of boarding and day care. I now have two dogs that both go regularly and they don't even look back to me when they see Shelley. It really is a home from home with personalised and loving care. Highly recommend!

Shelley and Maddie’s house is doggie heaven. Robbie felt right at home and he was clearly happy to be there. As a nervous Doggy-Mum, Shelley really put me at ease and I felt comfortable leaving him with her. Highly recommended.

Working full time we were a bit stuck when my Mum had an accident and we had to look after her dog, Chester, for a few month's. We couldn't have chosen better with Maddie's. It is certainly a home from home, but even more than that - the dogs get great enrichment, exercise and socialisation everyday. I would not hesitate to recommend Maddie's to anyone looking for doggy care or boarding for their beloved furmily member.

My dog Dylan loves being at Maddie's. He gets 5 star treatment and I love getting regular pup-dates from Shelley. I highly recommend Shelley and wouldn't board Dylan anywhere else!

I can highly recommend Louisa for all your pet care needs. I have a cat, 2 rats and a dog and she has been looking after our fur babies for a few years now. She does pet sitting while we are on holiday and does a weekly dog walk for our pup. All our fur babies look forward to her visits. She is extremely knowledgeable and has supported us with training for our puppy and I know all our fur babies are in safe hands with any health issues they have as she is also a qualified vet nurse. She goes above and beyond and is professional, loving and caring towards all the animals. I can go on holiday and to work and know they are in safe capable hands.

I completely trust Louisa to look after my gorgeous cocker spaniel. I especially like that Louisa sends messages and photos to keep me updated. My pup is always pleased to see Louisa and I appreciate the advice that she gives and the fact that Louisa speaks to my pup as if she were her own.

Louisa is a very special professional animal carer - she goes above and beyond just what's needed. Having moved into a new area I am so thankful I found her - a new wonderful supportive friend to me and much loved by all my animals. Her kindness, attentiveness and expertise are second to none and I would highly recommend her. Knowing she is in charge of my crew whenever I'm out or away lets me relax and not give a second thought to my precious four-legged friends.

louisa is a lovely lady who really cares about your pets .She has looked after my two cats.rabbits and fish several times whilst we have been away and I am always confident that they will be well cared for .I am very happy to have found someone so trustworthy and caring with my pets and thoroughly recommend her services.

As a regular customer I was always happy until recently when faced with a cancer diagnosis which required me to rehome my dog and cancel a Christmas booking for which I had paid a hefty £200 deposit. There was no compassion shown and the return of the deposit was refused, even though the notice I gave made it likely that the dog’s kennel space would be easily filled over the prime time festive period.

They are all amazing there and truly care for the animals. Been using kennels for 11 years on and off. By far the best..just about to drop my pal off for Christmas break

First time we used a kennel, so we were a bit nervous about it, but the team there are very professionals, and assured us about everything. We left our collie dog Abbey there for two weeks while we were on holiday, and she has been looked after well. She wasn't dirty on skinny, and she was so happy to be there. Definitely we'll use them again next time, and also recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic kennels, looked after our beloved patch. We left a deposit to save a place for August. Unfortunately our patch passed away and we let you know in advance, such a terrible loss. But I do believe that the £160 deposit left is extremely expensive and to keep all of this knowing that we have the burden off a cremation on top off this. The Hatch should have some level off compassion with people in this position. But unfortunately this was lacking and It's seems to be all about the money.....!

Decent and clean with efficient and friendly staff. Our dog was definitely cared for and well looked after. I would use them again.

The Kennels have boarded all my cats for many years and continue to do so. They are caring ,warm, friendly and professional. Wouldn't trust anybody else with my fur babies

We’ve used the Kennels for years and everything as been fine…… until our recent experience. We collected our dog and he had some excrement stuck in his fur around his bottom. He has long hair so this can happen. We noticed as we could smell it when he was brought out to us. The staff member wiped him with some blue roll and we wrapped him in a blanket. We got home to discover it was all over is back end and he was red raw. We bathed him and he cried. It wasn’t dihorrea but just a big build up. He was spotless a few days before when we dropped him off. Also, the betting we provided was wet where he had weed on it. I emailed the Hatch to let them know and simply got a ‘sorry, we will make sure this doesn’t happen again’. Well, he then drank 3 bowls of water in concession. He’s a tiny dog. He was really dehydrated. I’ve since been talking to other people who have had exactly the same experience. Dogs only wee in their beds if they are ill or have no where else to go and aren’t being taken out for walks. The vet said it looks as if he’s been sitting in his own excrement and urine for several days. We are horrified. I would have given them another go but after other reports of dehydration and excrement, the standards of a once fantastic kennels have slipped to the bottom…. Literally!

Kayleigh is amazing ! She stayed at our home and looked after our elderly dog and cat . She sent regular updates and when our dog needed vet treatment she was amazing . Not only does and genuinely care for animals and their welfare she also leaves your home the way you would like to find it . I can't praise her enough !

Kayleigh at Jasper Tails looked after our 3 year old miniature dachshund , Ozzy, for 10 days when we went on holiday in January. Ozzy had such a great time and fit in with the other dogs so well. Kayleigh sent us regular updates and was very quick to respond if we dropped a message to check in. I’d highly recommend Jasper Tails and Ozzy can’t wait to go back!

Kayleigh has only been walking our dog for a few months but he already loves his time with her. On the first meet and greet it was clear how much love Kayleigh has for our beloved furry family members so this immediately put me at ease. I would highly recommend Jasper Tails Pet Care and have already booked Kayleigh for some dog sitting for later in the year.

Fantastic service. Kayleigh is so friendly and professional. She’s absolutely fabulous with dogs and understands their needs/behaviour. Extremely trustworthy. My dog is always so happy after being with her and he’s an old nervous boy so I don’t usually trust anyone with him but Kayleigh gives him such lovely walks. I would definitely recommend her services to anyone. 10/10.

Kayleigh is fantastic with my dog, he gone from not wanting to walk with anyone but me to waiting at the door for Kayleigh to arrive and he can't get out the door quick enough for his walks. She has worked so hard getting him to this point. If I could give her 10/10 I would! She's very professional and nothing is to much for her!

Kayleigh looked after two of our precious pups for the day whilst we were out. Couldn’t recommend her enough, she is such a lovely trustworthy person who clearly has such a passion for animals. Can’t wait to use her services again (as does Clementine!) - such a huge help!

Debs and her husband recently had my golden retriever Poppy to stay for a week and we can recommend! The facilities are excellent and Debs is very knowledgeable about dogs so we felt very reassured that she was in good hands. She kept us up to date daily on her activities and she came back calm and well rested

Kim has been taking care of our cat Neil when we go away for 6 years now and does a great job for a reasonable cost. We love the updates and photos she sends and I think Neil may now prefer her to us! Can't recommend highly enough. Professional, friendly and very obliging to even a short notice request.

We've been using Kim's pet sitting service for around a year now. She came highly recommended, and her support has been amazing. She regularly sends pics of our cats while we're away, and the cats are always in good form when we return - they seem to have enjoyed the break from us! I love that the cats can stay at home when we're away, and I trust Kim to do the right thing for them at all times. She's really well organised with regards to diary, billing and so on, and her prices are very reasonable. Definitely a happy customer!

I'm so glad I've got Pattishall Pet Sitting in my life! Kim first looked after my pair of very shy cats in February, and since then she's done so a few more times when I've gone away for short breaks or just overnight. I don't really like leaving them, but now I can do so in full confidence knowing that Kim will take care of all of their needs. It's lovely to have found such a caring and responsible cat sitter. I absolutely adore Kim. She is truly a bunny superstar and I'm so grateful for all the time and effort she puts into caring for my trio each time they go to stay. I get updates on how they're getting on and can have peace of mind, knowing they're being looked after. She is utterly amazing and they never seem to want to leave to come home with me after staying there, so that must be a good sign! I could not recommend her enough if you want someone to love and take care of your pets whilst you're away

I use Pattishall Pet Sitting several times a year. I can go away knowing that my boy is safe, well looked after and that Kim will spoil him even when he is being a grump. She cares about each and everyone of her furry clients. Have used PPS for years and have recommended to family who now also use. No hesitation in recommending.

We have been using Kim to look after our cats for years and wouldn't even consider using anyone else. She takes great care of our cats and they really like her despite being very shy around most people! She is always very responsive to messages and she has even been able to help us with last minute bookings when we have needed them.

Kim took care of our cat for two weeks and we were extremely pleased with her. Our cat is very timid, always hiding whenever any person outside the family entered our house. However, Kim managed to earn her trust and approach her, keeping us updated constantly and making sure our kitten was well. We cannot recommend her enough! Kim was absolutely amazing, when we took our guinea pigs to her she had their set up ready and we chatted for a while about all her other current and past pets. Felt completely comfortable leaving them with her, she sent us pictures of them in the garden eating grass and in their cage. Would definitely use again!

I was worried to leave my fur baby for the first time (especially around other dogs he didn't know) but Louise and her team made me feel at ease when I dropped him off. When picking him up he was very happy and healthy! So thank you for giving Bruno a holiday and a home for the week and I know where to come in the future!

Amanda and the team are just so incredible. I was so worried about leaving my three cats, whilst we ventured to the furthest side of the world. For the very first contact, Amanda was reassuring and completely understanding. She met the cats, who immediately loved her. I was kept up to date for the whole of our three week trip, with videos, photos and messages. I was able to fully immerse myself in our trip, knowing my cats were in the best of hands. Litter trays cleaned, fed, watered, fussed and even played with! Amanda and the team are superb and I will definitely be using them again.

Amanda treats our dogs as if they’re her own so you can rest assured your pets are in the most caring hands. Can always rely on the team and Amanda has also helped socialise our dogs (who were previously not the best around other dogs!) and their behaviour has improved no end. They love their weekly walks and would highly recommend Woof N’ Whiskers.

We have received such a great service from Woof N Whiskers, looking after our two cats when we go away. One of our babies has been recently diagnosed with cancer and needs chemo tablets regularly, I was almost at the point that I thought holidays would need to be put on hold l, as I was so worried to leave our cats with someone else and then we found Amanda!!! We felt totally at ease that our cats would be in safe hands and we were right to do so. Regular updates with pictures of happy and well looked after cats! Melanie is also a great addition to the team!!! Can go away worry free, helped us out at short notice and just been great! Would 100% recommend!!!

Amanda is lovely and I felt very comfortable to leave her in charge to feed our cats! Highly recommend, a fabulous service all round, super organised. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and all the animals she looks after.

Amanda is amazing looking after our 2 year old Golden Retriever regularly, she sends us pictures and videos and we feel very safe using her especially as our dog has health concerns and separation problems which Amanda is brilliant at taking care of. She also ensures our dog has a good clean up when he comes back muddy from a walk - truly couldn't recommend her enough!

Amanda stepped up to look after my cat, Jenson, at very short notice recently and did a brilliant job. Regular updates, photos and videos via WhatsApp were a really nice touch and she and Jenson certainly hit it off! Amanda clearly has a deep love and care for animals and this comes across from the first time you meet her. Excellent service, I will not hesitate to call Woof N' Whiskers again the next time I need a cat sitter. My only issue now is that I think Jenson prefers Amanda to me!

Woof ‘n’ Whiskers did a brilliant job looking after our cat. He’s often a bit nervous around new people but it was obvious they took the time and care to make friends with him - he was definitely enjoying the visits from the pictures they sent! We got great regular updates, the house was left clean and tidy, and our cat seemed very happy and well looked after when we got home. They even left a package of treats as a present for him afterwards 😺 Thanks Amanda and Mel!

I had a wedding to go to and Amanda was super helpful! Took my dog for a nice walk, spent some time with our indoor cats, fed them all & cleaned the litter tray. Its nice to have someone to trust around my pets - couldn't recommend Woof N' Whiskers enough!!

I would 100% recommend Woof N'Whiskers; Very professional, accomodating and friendly service. Amanda is amazing with our dog who thoroughly enjoys his walks and I receive regualr updates of their adventures together. He is always left with fresh water and receives lots of cuddles and fuss.

Jo Ahern is amazing! My Labrador Teddy loves going out with Auntie Jo and has the best time. She has saved my sanity on more than one occasion by taking him out to the Bark Park and tiring him out for me when I have been ill. She really goes above and beyond and loves your pup like they are her own. I would give 10 stars if I could!

I’ve been sending my three dogs, Tilly, Ella, and Wiggle, to Jo at Caine Company twice a week to socialise with other dogs and they absolutely love it. The moment they realise it's time to go, their excitement is palpable. Jo’s secure field provides them with a safe and fun environment, and it’s clear they can’t get enough of it—they're always paws for more! My son also has two cockapoos who’ve been a bit challenging—neither easy to control nor friendly with other dogs. But under Jo’s guidance, we've seen remarkable progress. Jo’s ability to work with even the most difficult pups is truly impressive, and we’re so grateful for the positive changes. I highly recommend Jo at Caine Company to anyone looking for a place where their dogs can have fun, socialise, and be in excellent hands. My two pups absolutely love going for their playtime's with Sara. As soon as the van pulls up they are so excited and run to Sara like she’s made of chocolate 😍 😂 Seeing them running around with friends, without a care in the world in the videos Sara sends me brightens up the dreariest days. I go to work happy, knowing my babies are going to have a great time playing then they will come home tired and will just sleep until I get home. Couldn’t recommend Sara and the Canine Company more 🤩🤩

Angus absolutely loved seeing Jo each week and meeting new friends. Jo would come and collect him while I was at work and I knew he was in safe hands. I received lots of photos and videos of him having a great time! Would highly recommend Jo to any owners that want their dog to socialise in a safe environment.

A safe, fun and totally reliable dog walking service. Jo treats all the dogs as if they were her own and she does have 2. My Labrador runs to the door each time he hears her van. I cannot recommend highly enough. The bark park play area is every dogs perfect place.

Canine Company in Brackley is fantastic, Sara is so friendly and passionate about the dogs within her care, my fur baby nephew loves Sara like she’s family, he always has the best time seeing Sara and playing with his friends. It’s great for dog socialisation. Thank you Sara, your skills and knowledge are invaluable, I would always recommend you to anyone I know with dogs.

Sara at Brackley Canine company has been a his send to us with our Bassett Aubrey .. so glad we found her . She has so many suggestions on how to help solve any problems we have with our fur baby . Aubrey loves her sessions a long with all his furry friends running around with all the selection of toys and games set out for them all …he always comes back happy and contented . His social skills have come on leaps and bounds .. couldn’t recommend her enough ❤️
