Excellent service! Friendly, reliable & very helpful. We have used Tracy’s Pet Caring Service several times now over the last few years. We have 4 cats, budgies & finches. On each occasion, all were cared for impeccably. The cats even made friends with the carer which is most unusual for them. Daily text messages & photos really helped in terms of allowing us to relax while away. Highly recommended! ⭐️🌟

Tracy’s Pet Services is by far the best pet sitting service I’ve ever used. Janne has been absolutely wonderful with my two cats. Her attention to detail when booking absolutely blew me away. She truly cares about your pets. I felt 100% confident leaving my pets in her loving capable hands while I’ve been away in both Japan and Vanuatu over the last year. She sent updates and pics so my mind is completely at ease. I came home to two very happy and content cats. I’m so thankful and fortunate to have her in our lives and I can travel knowing Janne has it on lock. She loves our babies. 10/10 😊👍👍

We were very happy to have Grace care for our two cats while we were on holiday. The bookings, familiarisation visits went well and Grace's love of animals and kind and caring manner impressed us. Our dog Molly has had a wonderful stay with Tanya! Tanya and her husband love dogs and it really shows with the care provided for the pets they look after. We felt so safe leaving Molly in Tanya’s capable hands! We highly recommend Tanya as a kind and responsible carer and will definitely book Molly in again! We loved the updates and photos of Molly clearly having an awesome time. Tracy’s pet services is an excellent service and we are so pleased to have discovered them.

We have used Tracy's Pet Services for over a decade, and we have had the best carers imaginable for our beloved dogs. We now have only one young cocker spaniel, Ruby, who is ecstatic whenever she sees Grace even if it has been a while between visits. Highly recommend Tracy's Pet Services.

I stumbled on Tracy's Pet Services after a couple of years of relying on random people from the internet to watch my cat Ruby. I couldn't be more happy with their services, as they are very reliable and professional. I can now happily plan long(ish) trips away without being too anxious about leaving my very social cat alone. They also take great care of our house and I feel very comfortable leaving things in their hands. Shout out to Julie who somehow manages to keep Ruby's 'feeding area' spotless (she's a messy eater....!!!). Thanks :) :)

Tracy has the best pet services. Through Tracy we found Tanya. Or Aunty Tanya. while other pet services would not take my Luna as she was shy and had anxieties I found Tanya, who is amazing with my dog, both Tracy and Tanya took the time to allow luna to get to know her surrounds and were patient with her. We made a plan gradually being her in, 1 hr then 24 hrs preparing luna for the week or 2 week holidays. Luna settled in very well. I have now used Tracy’s pet services and Tanya numerous time. I cannot fault them. Always kind patient and loving, Tanya treats luna as part of the family, when we go on holiday luna has her holidays as well. . We get daily reports and pictures of luna while we are away. Cannot fault them! We will continue to use them. :)

My cat Angie is so much better now that Grace is caring for her at home. It gives me the freedom to travel without the stress of having an anxious cat for weeks afterwards. Tracey’s Pet Services are reliable and professional and prices are comparable with local catteries, and I get a house sitter as well. They take good care of my home, check mail, water my plants as well as play with Angie. An amazing service!!

So happy with Tracy’s Pet Services, our carer Grace has been fantastic with my cat Macy who is quite timid and requires daily medication. Our holidays are so much more enjoyable knowing I don’t have to worry about Macy and that she can stay at home and receive daily visits and quality care from her new friend, Grace.

Our miniature dachshund Clyde loves going to Furkids, he’s always happy to go and interact with the other dogs, Jo and her team show a genuine love for dogs. Highly recommend Furkids for your precious pooch🐶 …

When we first took our dogs to this daycare, from the outside, we were happy with the apparent security of the place. We heard dogs barking loudly while standing in the parking lot but thought nothing of it as it was early morning/drop off time. When we entered inside, the stench of the facility was grossly overwhelming. Having been to other daycares, this was definitely a first. The owner seemed nice and seemed to understand my dog’s dietary needs which deserves a star. The dogs appeared tired on return but smelt awful, just like the facility. Upon returning to drop off and during pick up of our dogs on the second time visiting the day care, the smell of the daycare was even worse and all my husband could hear was loud barking/dogs which sounded very stressed. He also noted our dogs hesitance to return which I wish was given more credence. I asked the team on pickup why no photo updates were received during the day and was told this is only done the first time your dog comes. This is very unsatisfactory given the price. The process to pick up my dogs was so arduous and took over 10 minutes, during which time I could hear my dogs crying. Again, my dogs smelt so so bad and looked very stressed. They had also not been given their treats. Very poor experience overall.

Love Furkids funhouse. Our dog comes home exhausted and happy. Lovely and caring staff. Will even organise your dogs birthday party!

My little dachshund Moose attended this day care from 4-10 months old. The staff are absolutely amazing. Highly recommend this day care!

My 2 dogs went to puppy day care for the first time..they didn't say goodbye to me..they were so excited to be out..through the day the staff take pictures for the parents to say they are safe..when my dogs came home they didn't say hello to me because they were so tired for a good time that they had..thanks girls doing a good job..🐕🐕🤎

Penelope absolutely adores her day at FurKids and can't say enough about the dedicated staff and owner Jo, Penelope squeals with excitement all the way down to play with her little friends . I would highly recommend for any dedicated pet lovers who want to put their pets in DayCare they can feel at ease their pets are well looked after.

Margret has been looking after Milly for 3 days a week for the last few months. Plus some sleep overs. Milly LOVES Margaret! She is always excited to see her and happy to stay. Milly has grown from a shy pup to a socialised and friendly 1 year old. She used to be nervous meeting other dogs, she is now more confident and socially aware. Margaret has been awesome in supporting me practise training skills to calm my super excited pup on pick ups. Have no hesitation recommending Margarets care and attention for your pooch.

My fur baby Cooper loves going to Margaret’s. He sees her house and runs up to the gate and doesn’t look back. For me I’m so grateful that Cooper is looked after like he was at home and Cooper is so grateful as he has friends he can play with. I’ve been going to Margaret for at least 5 years. I have been using Margaret to care for my senior Labrador for more than 3 years. Margaret is flexible for pick up and drop off & quick and responsive to my booking enquires. Remi loves visiting Margaret because of the safe & comfortable home environment, endless pats & cuddles & meeting new dog friends. Margaret keeps me updated with photos & text updates whilst I am away. I trust Margaret to manage any additional needs Remi might have due to his age eg ear drops , making sure he has a rest & not run around too much keeping up with younger dogs . Margaret’s pet sitting is excellent value for $ and I love going away knowing Remi is safe & well cared for .

We entrusted our 6 year old Jada with Margaret for almost 3 weeks. From our first meeting we knew Margaret was the right person for our family dog. She kept us up to date throughout Jada's stay. Jada was so happy to see us as we were her when we picked her up, we could tell she had been looked after the same as we would have done. Bruce has loved going to margarets Dog House this past few months for doggy day care while his parents are at work. Margaret is great at accommodating our day care bookings and is always very friendly and timely. Highly recommend Margarets Dog house

I inspected other pet accommodation facilities and was less than impressed. A tin shed with little to no natural light is not acceptable for pet boarding in my opinion. Beau’s Pet Hotel offers accommodation similar to what a true home environment is like. Bright airy rooms with windows, a private courtyard and exercise 3 times a day on a grassed area instead of concrete. This was of utmost importance to me, I couldn’t have enjoyed my holiday if my dog was sitting in a cold tin shed on a cheap worn bed, in fact I wouldn’t have gone at all. I could see that my boy enjoyed his stay with Beau’s, the smile on his face said it all. Well done Beau’s Pet Hotel for offering quality boarding that the dogs actually enjoy.

We recently had our lil dachund stay at Beaus and can't express how impressed I was with this business. From first booking to the updates, they have been brilliant all the way through. Arlo looked like he had the best time there and I loved checking in on his pawgress reports! If you want your fur baby well cared for I highly recommend

As a pet owner, I want the best for my pets. I recently booked my border collie for a trial stay ahead of her longer one in January 2025. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and I appreciated the "pawgress" report. The feedback at checkout reassured me of the care she received, as her carer knew her well enough to offer valuable insights. I've already booked my dog and two cats for their stay next year, confident they'll be well cared for. Thank you for looking after my girl!

Beau's cared for our three cats during our holiday in Japan. Two of the cats are very sensitive and missed us. Beau's lovely staff could not have been more kind and caring giving us regular updates on their progress. Beau's Pet Hotel is light, bright, clean and comfortable and I would recommend it to any pet owner.

I’ve been using Beau’s Pet Hotel for just over three years now for my dogs. Biscuit and Toffee both absolutely adore the staff and I know they will be loved and cared for whenever I go on holiday. I get regular updates from Beau’s and they have so many wonderful extras for your pups you can add on to their stay. I have very social dogs, so I always add on the half day daycare option for them. Will always use Beau’s for when I’m travelling and need to board my dogs. All the staff are absolutely wonderful and caring. 10/10 would recommend.

Our 11yr old golden retriever had the most wonderful stay at Beau’s pet hotel. We can’t rate the care high enough. The regular updates and photos shared with us while we were away from our precious boy were so reassuring and gave us the peace of mind we needed being so far away on our travels. Thank you to all the staff that took such great care of our old boy.

Great facilities. So clean and Rem loves going there. The staff are great and you can tell they love him back. Comes out clean and happy. So convenient that you can drop off and collect at your chosen time. Great for overnight stays and long stays. He has three runs a day on grassed area so works out well.

Super happy with Beau's. Both my dogs are of age, so I was extra worried about them. They are both use to being inside so the temp controlled rooms was perfect. The fact that someone also took them outside a few times each day for some sunshine, fresh air, love and attention made me so happy. The lovely updates with photos of their stay was really appreciated, made me more at ease. The staff were very friendly, professional and genuinely love their job and the pets they look after.

Bertie's pawcation was an absolute success. While he was a little anxious on day 1 he settled very quickly with lots of cuddles from the team and daily play sessions outside. We can highly recommend Beau's.

First time we have used Beau’s pet motel and it won’t be the last time. The team are friendly and clearly have a passion for their work but also for the animals they take care of. I loved the constant daily paw updates while we were away, knowing our puppy was in great hands made our holiday stress free. We have already booked for our next trip. See you guys soon 🐶
