Annie sat for our cat, Tuna, over a long weekend. She was extremely kind and self-sufficient. When we arrived home, Tuna was relaxed and happy and our apartment was as clean and tidy as we had left it. Annie would be welcome to sit for us again any time, we'd highly recommend her.
I could not have asked for a better first experience with zeewoi! Jordan and Nataki were great at communicating from the very start, and they sent me pictures and updates every day. I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! They also went above and beyond making sure my apartment was tidy for when I got home. So grateful and would definitely be honored for them to sit for me again any time!
Francesco has been taking care of my furry babies and my place while I'm away for well over a year now, and I couldn't appreciate him more. He is a joy to communicate with, and the most reliable person one could hope for. Being able to count on him while I'm traveling makes a world of difference, because I know I don't need to worry about anything while I'm away. Benny and Zumba love him and are very well taken care of. I know because I come home to two very relaxed and happy kitties. I am super grateful to have found Francesco!
Hannah and Joseph were so kind, so communicative, and clean! Kevin seemed so happy in all the photos they sent. Not only did they wash my sheets and towels they used (without my requesting it, simply out of the kindness of their hearts), they ALSO then put my fresh sheets on the bed! 🥹❤️ Such incredible sitters. 10 stars!
Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!
Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.
Gwynn was wonderful! She was super communicative, flexible to come to our house beforehand to get oriented, and attentive to details. She connected with our pup, Scout, immediately and we felt so assured that he would be well cared for with her. We hope Gwynn can come stay again another time!
I was thrilled to have Courtenay as our sitter. We had a few last minute changes and she was very accommodating. She is a very pleasant, well spoken person who bonded very quickly with our dog, Pepe. We were in Europe and Courtenay keep us we’ll informed via internet, pictures and all. We came home to a clean house, a happy pet and a delicious pie she left for us in the refrigerator. You would be very pleased to have her as your sitter. Lucy Hottle
Wendy was great, she kept us updated on the dogs and all the fun she had hiking with them on the mountain. I returned home to a very tidy house. My dogs just loved her. I will definitely have Wendy sit for me again and would be very lucky to have her do a sit for you.
Julian and Susan were amazing, we came home to happy healthy creatures and a clean, tidy home and yard. They communicated with us during our vacation, both about anything unusual and just to let us know when things were going well (as they were the majority of the time). They are very adaptable and capable people, I highly recommend them for your home and pet needs.

I never met Joi because due to her work, she arrived after I left and was gone before I returned home. This wasn't a problem at all. She was very self-sufficient and seemed to find all that she needed in my house. The house looked exactly like I left it and my cat seemed very content when I returned. Apparently they had a nightly routine of Luna getting brushed. Joi is a very experienced sitter and it shows.
I feel that Julia is simply the best person and pet sitter I could ask for. They really cared for our cat and gave him lots of attention. She is flexible, upbeat, reliable, considerate and great at communicating. I highly recommend Julia and Chris.
Kathy and Ron have sat for us several times in the past and have always been excellent. They are our "go-to" pet and house sitters and we always check their availability before we post a sit. They are trustworthy, organized, communicate very well, and take great care of our cats and our house. We hope they will continue pet sitting for many years to come!
Chris and Julia were our very first sitters and are the most perfect house/pet sitters anyone would ever want!!! Julia sent video/pictures of our fur babies everyday and we noticed early on that our animals were very relaxed and happy!! This made our trip so enjoyable and stress free knowing that our animals were safe and being spoiled and loved the whole time. They even trained our dog to sit while her leash was being attached and was able to pet and hold our cat that is somewhat nervous around strange people he doesn't know. When I got back from the trip, the house was very clean along with Julia/Chris had washed the bed sheets, bath towels, vacuumed, dusted etc., and even washed the pet bedding. They also left some SE Asia treats for us to try which so sweet of them. Definitely the perfect house sitters!!!
Stefany helped me out big time by stepping in when I asked. She's a local sitter and I wasnt' having any responses so I contacted her and she fit me into her schedule even during the holidays and right after another sit across the country. She took great care of my two cats and home and I very much appreciate it!
We literally cannot say enough positive things about Susan and Miranda! They are the best! From start to finish, they did an amazing job communicating with us, giving our 3 (somewhat needy) cats extremely high quality care and tons of attention, and keeping our house clean and plants watered. They took adorable pictures of the cats and sent them to us several times a day, played with them and gave them so much love and affection, and when we got home the house was even cleaner than when we left. We even asked them for some tips on how they were caring for the cats because our cats seemed happier and more relaxed than ever when we returned home to them! This was by far our best cat/house sitter experience to date. We hope Susan and Miranda are available again in the future to sit for us and would invite them back without hesitation.
Wow! Just wow! We cannot say enough about the care and compassion Trisha and John provided to our cats and our home. We are always somewhat nervous about a new pet sitter in our home, but that all faded when we met this wonderful couple. They provided daily updates as requested, complete with pictures, videos and personalized captions. Upon our return, we were greeted by happy and content kitties. There was no sign of anxiety in Tika! Yea!!! Our home was clean, the sheets and towels were washed and bed remade! They even left behind thank you notes and little gifts! What a breath of fresh air these two individuals are! We hope to have them back again soon.
Wow, what a find Justin is! I feel as though I won a lottery. As I was revelling in the communication we were having during his stay, I looked over his profile and realized either that he had updated it during his stay OR I never even read it. I was so impressed with his initial application that described multiple stays taking care of cats in Turkey that I knew he was going to be a great choice. So I'm not sure that I even read his profile or reviews. Turned out...he was more than I could have EVER hoped for. Justin is VERY organized and clear with his communication. Just as--or maybe more--important, he is a poster child for what zeewoi can be: more than just an economical way to get a pet sitter or a place to stay. Justin embraces the barter economy and the opportunity it presents to get to know people. Although we only met the day that I turned the house and my 2 cats over to his care, we had delightful communication throughout his stay. He wanted to be sure he was providing the right care to all living and non-living elements of my home as well as just chat beyond what we'd had an opportunity to cover when we were face to face on the handoff day. Bottom line: I'd have Justin back even if I wasn't going anywhere! I've met a friend. And my neighbors did as well! Oh yes, and my two cats were well looked after, the house was in ship shape, and Justin was able to brief the next sitter in person (I'd had to extend my time away and Justin already had another commitment). To say I felt confident leaving my pets and home in Justin's care is an understatement. Justin is a real adventurer and believer in the power of both human and animal connection. Without a doubt, I would recommend him as a sitter...and a friend! Thank you, Justin for a great example of how to wrestle so much more meaning out of zeewoi.
Jose was a wonderful pet/house sitter for us recently. We highly recommend him. He was wonderfully reliable and responsible and took such good care of our two pets. On short notice Jose drove down from Grass Valley to the East Bay for a bit of a quiet get-away while working a really hard job teaching online. We know how hard that is firsthand and partly why we needed our own get-away for a last-minute backpacking trip. We have a recently rescued pit bull and a rescued cat that we're still introducing to each other to make sure the dog doesn't eat the cat (as he seems to want to), and the cat doesn't blind the dog (as she would if he tried to eat her). That might be more background than is needed in a review but Jose made us feel comfortable about everything because of how conscientious and responsible he clearly is. We could tell when we talked to him that he was genuinely kind and eminently trustworthy. We are very grateful and hope Jose was happy with everything too because we know what a value his care was to us. Jose truly deserves any and all house-sitting gigs that strike his interest. Ours was not the easiest and he was amazing. Get him if you can.
Kristine was wonderful again as our local sitter from just down the street. The boys take to her like she is their best friend whenever she comes to sit with them. She sent us photos of them playing, relaxing, drinking water and eating so we knew they were well taken care of. The house and the cats were in excellent shape and excellent hands while we were away. It is wonderful that she enjoys the house and the cats so much and tells us so. Kristine comes with our highest recommendation! Thank you Kristine!
Is it better to board cats or leave at home?
Veterinarians advising to leave cats at home with a pet sitter who will stay overnight in your home, boarding is not recommended for cats as they are stressed in a new environment, you can find a sitter who will care for your cats and home overnight at Sittsy.
How much should you pay someone to watch your cat?
At least $20 per visit, $20/week per overnight watching in your home, otherwise you can find a free sitter at Sittsy.
What do people do with their cats when they go on vacation?
Inviting a cat sitter to your home, boarding the cat with a local business, asking a friend, family or neighbour to feed and check the well-being. The most efficient way to leave your cat during your vacation is with Sittsy cat sitters overnight, in this way, you will save cat sitting costs and make vacation not only for you but also for your cat sitter!
Just a few days after Labor Day, 2024, we used this facility as we were camping with our 18-yr-old Chihuahua mix in the area. On a whim, my husband and I decided to take a boat trip in Munising which would have left our little guy in the camper for too long alone. The late afternoon before our trip, I called Golden Acres Kennels. I was greeted on the phone with professionalism and concern, along with a wonderful opening for them to accept him for day care or if at the last minute, an overnight stay. On our arrival at 9 a.m. the next morning, the facility was very clean, nicely laid out, and very nice staff. We brought his bed and kennel and food along to keep him content. They were very accommodating for his quirkiness, and his less than friendly behavior for other K-9s. We were able to pick him up by 5 p.m. He was happy and no worse for the wear! $25 for day care, especially with our last minute request, was worth it for our peace of mind. Of course, I understand that last minute accommodations aren't necessarily met in this beautiful vacation area year round...but I'd certainly try to ask AND plan ahead for future day care or overnight stays for our dog or any future pup! Thank you!
I was so happy with my first experience there! My dogs aren't ever with other dogs so I felt nervous how they would do. The staff put my mind at ease explaining how they would slowly introduce them to other dogs. My dogs came home happy and tired after a day of play and the pics on Facebook are proof of it! Looking forward to using them again!
First time boarding our 3 huskies in the area and it went great. Facility was clean and comfortable. They had a kennel large enough for our 3 girls to stay together. The outdoor area was big and secure so dogs were safe and no possibility of running away. Staff was so friendly, loving, and can tell they really care about the dogs. Facebook pictures and talking with staff helped ease our nerves for the first time boarding at a new kennel. Thank you so much for taking care of our girls. Our girls will definitely be visiting again!
Nice people who actually care about dogs! It was a relief to find this place after trying one or two others. No over crowding and no stressed dogs!
The facility was clean, the staff was friendly, and the cost was more than reasonable but unfortunately we won't be returning to this kennel. Our dog came home with an injury on his nose that we initially thought was dirt so we did not question it at pick up nor was it explained to us. We also noticed his eating behavior was off when he first came home; he almost seemed wary, which was never a problem at previous kennels he stayed at in the past. Finally, upon pickup, when we asked how our dog did they paused for a moment and the lead attendant jumped in to say "He was fantastic". Honestly, it may have been fine but we have never picked up our dog from a kennel without having all the staff fawning over him, this was different. Your dog may be fine here but please be cautious and consider your options.
Supposed to be $35 a day for boarding, ended up paying $513 for 10 days we got charged for my dog whining and barking too much and another fee for him having diarrhea not impressed
The staff at Golden Acre are absolutely amazing. My boy is a COVID pup so was never really properly socialized. They openly communicate and only show him a great deal of love, compassion & patience (while understandably exercising caution because he is, afterall, a big Malamute). My boy quickly went from being a scared dog to super excited to spend time at Golden Acre. Doggie Daycare days are his favorite days of the week!
My dog Mandy actually WANTS to come here! She jumps with excitement as soon as we turn down the dirt road. It is so wonderful to know she's getting the loving care and attention I would be giving her.
Wonderful people working there. You leave your pet feeling like they care about them. I'd definitely recommend any dog owner looking for somewhere to board your pet.
My dog loves coming here, and doesn't look back when I bring him inside. He gets to play all day with other dogs and comes home tired and happy when vacation is over. I use this kennel a few times a year from 3-4 days to up to two weeks at a time.
We were so pleased with our recent experience with Pet Sitters Plus. It was our first time and we were nervous because our dog is our child. The reservation process was seamless and of course we still had fears even with the great reviews. Our concerns were alleviated when we dropped our baby off and there were a full range of small and big dogs being dropped off, so we knew we were in popular hands. The team were thorough to the t and dotted I with all vaccination records as well, so we knew all health checks were covered. We called and checked in throughout the stay and the staff were great at calling right back to give status updates on how everything was going. When we picked up our baby we were delivered a well fed, well socialized and clean dog. She had a great time and now we know we have a trusted place to house her when we leave town.
Again, such outstanding experience. Staff is very through, friendly and wonderful pet care! Over all economical, clean and dedicated
The 1st time with my 2 dogs seem like it went pretty good, Second stay that they recently had. My dogs were only given half their food per day. Their kennel was disgusting when I picked them up. They came home and ate like a couple of pigs And smell like they were laying in their own urine. One of my dogs has kennel cough. He was vaccinated. I understand that's a risk. Any pet owner takes when they kennel their dog. But my problem is the lack of food. The despicable kennel condition and the combative owner that wouldn't admit the poor treatment of my dogs. No way in hell will my dogs ever be kenneled there again.
My dog loves it there! She's always excited to go and play with the other dogs. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and excellent with the dogs. The facility has always been clean and tidy. I've used both the dog daycare and the overnight boarding for a few days. I've been extremely happy with both services and I highly recommend Pet Sitters Plus!
I have always used Pet Sitters Plus as my go to boarding facility. Friendly workers, clean building and I know my dog will be taken care of after I leave.
Needed a place to board our dog while on our way to Wisconsin! Had never been here or boarded our puppy but she did great! Very nice people and that made sure to take pics of your pet during their stay! Only dislike is their weird hours but it makes sense, just was an inconvenience during our travels.
I was very nervous to board our dogs for the first time. Pet Sitters Plus helped ease my fears and helped our dogs feel comfortable with the new environment. They even had the opportunity to socialize with other dogs during group play time. They received great care at an affordable rate! We will be definitely be repeat customers!
Excellent staff! I don't board my cat anywhere else, when I have to go out of town.
We boarded our dog here for 3 nights and had a very good experience. We were very nervous to leave him anywhere and staff was very reassuring. They took a lot of precautions to ensure safety which was much appreciated given the current parvo outbreak. Upon return, our dog showed minimal signs of distress and anxiety and appeared to be very healthy . He didn’t even come home with kennel cough which I was almost expecting since it isn’t uncommon for him to get it after being around so many dogs. We would for sure have him stay again in the future :)
What a great boarding kennel. Staff is super friendly and treated our furry family members so well. Our dogs absolutely loved their stay and especially the large outdoor fenced areas!
Great people are very friendly, and they really seem to care about how the dogs react with the others....baby steps with introductions to the other dogs in stages of quality, just to make sure the newcomer is comfortable with their surroundings......highly recommended for doggy daycare. And 6 hrs for 20 bucks. Plus, your dog gets come exercise.....prices do vary when it comes to fixed to non fixed. And, of course, heat cycles.
This training facility is wonderful. We've been in individual and group classes. Dave and his staff are very knowledgeable and love dogs. They all continue to work with us to meet our goals. Our dog loves the facility and everyone there. We've boarded our dog many times and our dog loves Dave! Our dog also benefits from dog massage. My highest recommendation.
Our 2 older dogs spent 2 nights for their first time. Very friendly staff. Love that you can download an app & check on your dogs in the indoor & outdoor pens on a remote camera. Pip loved the couch with a blanket to snuggle on! They both liked having the door open during the day, so they could go out whenever they wanted. Also like that there are separate areas for the small & large dogs. Will stay again!
D&D gave our dogs the best grooming experiences this past week! They both looked beautiful and were not at all nervous when I picked them up. Thanks D&D, especially Angie! 😘 …
The staff took great care of my dog when I boarded her there for the first time. Staff was very friendly and the business was very clean. The Facebook page showed many pictures of my dog having fun.
I spoke with Ashley at D&D on the phone. After she asked me how old my dog was and what I was looking for. (To be part of a small owner handler group so I can work my dog on stacking, straight lines and going round and not a big group of puppies/handlers) She said they required my 18 week old puppy who will be showing AKC conformation to be trained with a prong collar. She did not even ask or say they evaluate what she is already trained to do. (Which is sit, stay, wait, come, heal, down, out, get back etc but never bothered to ask) She kept insisting on the prong collar. When I tried to tell her what she knows already and that she doesn’t need one, she cut me off and went on to try and sell me private training sessions and to sell me a prong collar which they conveniently sell. I kept say no, no thank you. Then she proceeded to try to school me on prong collars. At this point I wanted to just hang up but all I kept saying is no, no thank you and she just kept talking about the prong collars and how they are such a great training tool and they harmless. These people are CLUELESS and really do need to get more information before coming at people guns blazing. They clearly do not put the dog first! An 18 week old show female does not need a prong collar if it already knows the basics and has been in training since 8 weeks old.
NEVER BRING YOUR DOG HERE i took my 4 year old pitbull there who is the best trained dog i have ever had and when i went to pick him up he had blood stains running down his neck from what i assume was a choke collar and he seemed scared and would flinch every time i tried to pet him. he also was very low energy and wouldn’t eat for the next day and a half. when i called them to complain they told me that it was my dogs fault and that they never did anything to him. i have taken him there before and every time he comes back scared and doesn’t want to eat anything. they are very unprofessional and they don’t take care of your dog. i hope that i help keep this from happening to anyone else’s dog as it is terrible and cruel.
Wish I could give them 6 stars. Professional and caring staff were very kind and flexible with us and our pup. Great choice for your furry children.
These folks are miracle workers! So caring and knowledgeable! Their methods of training revolve around encouragement and kindness. My dog and I learned so much. Turns out I was harder to train than Oakley, but we both graduated. Worth EVERY penny.
We brought our 4 month old puppy here for the 6 week basic obedience training class. We are so glad we did, she is much better mannered. We are "dog" people and already knew a lot about training dogs. We thought this would just be a refresher course. But Dave's class taught us things we never knew, and really helped us gain our pups respect and she became much more obedient. You learn what to do during class, and its your job to practice practice practice at home, with all family members. After doing this class you realize how many people in general have awful behaved dogs! For instance: To be able to drop the leash walk away and have your dog "stay" on command, despite many people and dogs milling around is amazing. Do your self a favor if you have a puppy and you want to start it out the right way, and have a great adult dog, enroll it in this obedience class!
Tim and Lynn are wonderful! They truly care about the pets they're taking care of. The facility is always clean and they have kennels that are quite large. When I picked my dog up from them, I could tell by the way she interacted with Tim that they had become buddies. I won't bring my girl anywhere else but here.
The owners are so wonderful and treat my dogs as if they were their own. Every time I leave my fur kids here I know they are well take n care of and I can enjoy my time away.
First time dropping off my pups, Raven & Onyx, at Tim and Lynn’s! They did such a wonderful job taking care of them and treating them just like their own! I highly recommend!😊 …
My dads dog has to spend almost two months due to him recovering from a surgery. Lynn was wonderful and checked in. It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend them! You are treated like family and it’s nice to know your dog is in great hands.
I love this Kenner. Been boarding our dogs there 20 plus years
Excellent place to board your dogs. Very caring and friendly staff. Price is super reasonable. We actually give them a nice tip every time.
Wonderful caring people!! My dog never hesitates to "go right in" and feels loved. They also have a great groomer on site!
I have a hard time leaving my pups. But these guys make them feel right at home. Other kennels I would pick them up and it would take weeks to get them acting like normal again. So nice to trust someone with what I consider to be my children. Highly recommend!!
I can tell my dogs had a great time! They must have given them a bubble bath because they smelled so good when I picked them up. Thank you!🐶 …
Tim and Lynn always take great care of our pups. It's great to see my dogs excited when we bring them here for a stay. That alone says it all.
The only place I trust and feel comfortable leaving my pup. The fact that he gets SO excited when I drop him off, tells me everything. Smokey loves it! Everyone at Northern Tails is amazing. Make sure you add them on Snapchat too! Thank yall so much for taking great care of my boy!
My little girl Mia has seizures due to stressful events so I was super worried about getting her groomed for the first time, but they brought her in with lots of love and pets and she loved it. They took amazing care of her and she never had a seizure during or after. Thank you so much. I appreciate all of you. She looks absolutely beautiful and thank you for taking such great care of her. 💙
My German Shepherd loves going to daycare and playing with all the others guests. The staff takes great care of Luka so we have no worries when we go to work or on vacation.
Luka, my germam shepherd, absolutely loves it here she sprints to the door as soon as we let her out of the car. The dogs and cats are very well taken care of and loved while the owners are away. Luka goes out there on weekdays!
Wonderful staff - Clean place. Nervous about leaving out small friends, but was relieved after taking a tour before making plans. And by small I mean a 4lb Yorkie and a 8lb Chihuahua mix. After a very hard (for US) two night stay, our friends were glad to see us, but it was also obvious they were well taken care of.
My dog loves coming to northern tails for daycare. He's so wore out by the end of the day that he barely makes it out of the parking lot before he's asleep.
For over two years I've been bringing my dog here for a toenail trim. My dog gets"anxious" there so they've always had me hold him in the lobby and an employee trimmed the nails. Today, (5/23/24) they refused to do that anymore. We left...
Let me tell you the truth about Northern Tails Pet Resort. The new owner that took over July 2023 beat a dog to have seizures. When employees disagreed that he didn't have to beat a dog when working with them. He fired the employees. And the employees that quit were bashed by them. The new owner Greg Dibble or any of the Dibbles should never be around dogs. UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR DOG BEAT DO NOT BRING THEM THERE
Abby needed grooming....... They made me feel ok about the whole experience since this was hard for her Auntie. 😂😅🤣 …
My pup Prim comes to Northern Tails several days a week for doggie daycare and the crew here is great! She always comes home tired and happy. So thankful for this service! Not to mention their in house trainer Trina is truly a dog whisperer and has given me so many wonderful lessons. 🤗
The facility was clean and spacious and the owners are wonderful people. They made me feel comfortable when I dropped my dog off and when I picked him up he was bright and happy. This is definitely a wonderful kennel and I would both recommend and will go back in the future.
Nice clean kennels. Very friendly owners. We would definitely hire their "fur baby" services again.
We were traveling through town with our dogs and wanted a safe place to leave our pups while visiting Isle Royale National Park. The owner made me feel comfortable from the first phone call - and we had a great experience from start to finish. We are always hesitant to leave our dogs with people we don’t know but I would recommend Kozy Quincy Kennels to anyone and would be sure to use them again if I returned to the area. Thank you so much!
We had never boarded our 6 month old puppy before, and needed to board her far away from home to visit Isle Royale NP, but keep her with us on the rest of our long trip. Trisha took great care of her, and was very gentle and reassuring with me before we left her. The facilities were spotlessly clean, and our pup was well taken care of. Highly recommend!
The owner and her lovely daughter were sweet and helpful!!
Kenneled my 2 labs when visiting the area. Very clean facility and caring owners. Would definitely use again.
Clean, professional facility operated by a nice family that loves dogs! They treated our dogs very well and we will definitely use their services again.
We were very pleased with this kennel. The owners are easy to work with and the facility is immaculate. Highly recommend.
Very clean and dog friendly. We were impressed with how well our dog was treated.
Clean and well maintained. Accepted a reservation on a short notice. Good price. Friendly owners took good care of my dog.
Would definitely use again! Very clean! Very organized! Very friendly! I felt that my fur babies were taken care of in a very safe, spacious, and well laid out facility. In the last 12 years, we have only kenneled our 2 little dogs 4 times. So, we are very particular about where they stay. This was our first stay at Bayshore as our 'usual' kennel, (Golden Acres, another excellent place) was booked. And a shout out to G.A.- as they graciously suggested Bayshore! March 2019 Spring Break.
100000% recommend letting your dogs stay here. I worked at a kennel for 5 years in Indianapolis, so I when I moved here I was very picky about where I let my dogs stay. As soon as I met with Lynn and saw the facility, I knew I could trust her with the care of my dogs. I have 3 dogs with very different personalities and behaviors and Lynn has always been very accommodating to the needs of each of my kiddos. Wish I could put more than 5 stars!
I’ve been using this border since I’ve come back to town and I have nothing but good stuff to say. My dog Phoenix usually hates going to the borders. He cries and tries to hide behind me and won’t follow the staff back into the kennel area without me. This is only my second time using this kennel, but when we pulled up he was so excited to go in! He’s never acted like this before, he went in so happily and immediately greeted the staff there. He was kissing her and jumping on her-it was so cute. Usually when staff takes him back he’ll hide behind me but this time when they took the leash he gladly followed and was licking the girls hand the whole time going back😂 for only his second time coming to this border- for him to be this happy is very reassuring. I know my dog is so well loved here.
Best place I've ever taken my dog. Customer service is top notch. My pup is always so excited once he gets there he doesn't even tell me bye. Lol
Had a wonderful experience boarding my dog Winnie here. We will be bringing her and my other two pups here whenever we need pet care. The facility is very clean and the owner treats the animals like they are her own. Prices are incredibly reasonable as well.
Only place I've ever boarded my pets! Lynn is wonderful and I know my fur babies are in excellent hands. There are numerous different sized kennels. Floors are heated in the winter and there's AC in the summer. There are large play yards, food and treats provided and they will administer meds as needed. Lynn boards dogs, cats and if requested, smaller caged pets too. The facility and yards are kept immaculately clean and sanitized. Top notch across the board!
Lynn runs a great kennel/boarding facility. Very clean and dependable. We've boarded our cat with her for many years and love how caring she is.
We spend a couple months in the area every summer. We were so glad to find this place. Clean and a spectacular setting, almost like a park. Our dogs Daisy & Buster love it there. Very reasonable boarding fees and the Lynn is a real pleasure to do business with. Highly recomend.
We camped at JW Wells State Park and needed a place to board our dog for a day while we went places that were not dog friendly. I found Bayshore Kennels and it was great! Lynn, the owner was friendly, had great communication, and was super flexible with our day care needs. The kennel was clean, the drop off and pick up process was easy, the price was incredibly reasonable. I would highly recommend Bayshore Kennels!
Best place in the world. The dog loves it there and the care is exceptional. The owners are super freindly and willing to work with you. Bear, my Great Pyranise knows when I pack his tote he gets to go and gets excited so I don't mind leaving him for a few days. Lol.
All I can say is that when we picked up Fran, she looked amazing. I never thought this dog could look so good. We spent so much time brushing her and bathing her but because we had a house built, there was nothing but mud then when the grass did grow, she would run out into the woods and get pickers all over which meant more brushing. UGH! Fran absolutely looks amazing and I would recommend this place over and over again and we will be back. We do have an appointment for October. Thank you so much. You did an amazing job Jenny Oh I should add that Fran was very matted we tried but like I said with all the mud that first year and living in the woods didn’t help at all with brushing and bathing.
Amazing place for your furbabies to have a safe & relaxing spa day. Our Enzo always comes home looking his best. When we pull into the driveway for his appointments he jumps up & down excited because he knows he's off to have fun with his favorite groomer. We've tried others in the past, but the K9 Club has become our baby's favorite place to go. Oh, & their costs?? Pssh...I promise you can afford them compared to others in the area. Enzo is an 89 lb Siberian Husky who gets groomed every 3+ months & we only pay $40 (plus a tip if chosen) per visit which includes a wash, cut/trim if needed, blow out, his toenails trimmed & his ears cleaned. You can't go wrong with the awesome service they provide. Their hours are convenient, too. The parking lot is small but not too small (the salon is attached to a personal home) to maneuver a large truck around other parked vehicles. The staff are spectacular with their clients' furbabies & they genuinely care about the end result. The K9 Club will always be the salon we choose. ☆☆☆☆☆
I was able to get same day service for my Odie. He received great Spa treatment! I received a warm welcome and Odie was seen right away. Not a long wait either. Odie says: "Bark Bark!!"
This grooming business is the best we’ve ever been to!! Allison from the K9 club did an amazing shave on my 80 pound Lab!!! Very fast, efficient, great attitudes 😊 I was able to get him in within one weeks time….thank you again!!! …
Been with Jen For 10+ years! Always professional, caring, passionate and patient with my fur babies. Patch Michael, Spaz Matthew and Jazz Marie!
Always available and friendly!! They do an amazing job!
Amazing and fast! So nice, I didn't realize I needed cash for our visit so she did the grooming for free, I will never forget this. Recommend here for all pet grooming
K9 club does a wonderful job. Our pup is always happy to see Heather and to get pampered. They take great care of your pets and it shows.
I absolutely love the people there and my little man Odie also loves to go get his bath's and nails done there. I wouldn't ever take him any other place.
As always, very satisfied with their grooming service. They are awesome with my Australian shepherd who can be challenging!!
