Our puppy has separation anxiety and we have been unable to leave him alone. But he immediately fell in love with Emily. Whether they come to our home or we take him over for dog sitting, he is always so well cared for and usually exhausted from playing when he gets home. They are very flexible and responsive. We are so happy we found Pawsitive Pet Sitting SWFL.

Pawsitive Petsitting SWFL is an amazing company! I highly recommend for all of your pets needs. Ellie and Emily are very kind, attentive, and affectionate towards the pets. They treat your pup like one of their own. They are also very trustworthy and quick responders.

By far the best pet sitting in SWFL! My dog, Reya, is a pitty mix from the shelter and is not only reactive, but functions based out of fear 80% of the time, and 100% of the time with strangers. However, Ellie and Emily were so patient and made Reya so comfortable and confident despite her initial barking and fearful/apprehensive behavior. They played with her, taught her new commands that I was struggling with (that I still use to this day), sent me frequent updates, and when I got her back, she wasn’t just happy but more comfortable in unfamiliar situations. It’s clear that the girls at Pawsitive Pet Sitting are truly passionate about bettering your pet’s life through how they went the extra mile with mine!

Ellie and Emily were great with my two Great Danes. Provided consistent updates on care; and sent cute pictures throughout the stay.

My fur baby has been coming here for a few months now. We keep coming back for the friendly staff and peace of mind knowing our fur baby is happy and healthy! We love the daily photos and save them. It’s so nice to know she is having fun and making friends. The staff even knows our girl by name!

I have had my Westies groomed at many places around Ft Myers over the years but my search for the best has ended with Brandon at Buster's Happy Tails! My babies have never looked so good. I admit they were a mess, overgrown and matted with the hurricane and everything. Even with them being shaved short there were no clipper marks or burns like I've experienced with many other groomers. They were silky smooth and their faces were done perfectly. They even got a real Westie ear cut. Even our friends love how cute they look. Their three dogs looked great too! You will not be disappointed with the care and professionalism you will get at Buster's. Brandon is a master groomer for all breeds. I already made our next appointment!

They have great grooming and daycare services. My dogs practically lunge out of the car when we pull in. They are pricey but to be honest, they’re on the cheaper side for the area. We will continue to go to the them for daycare and grooming!

I absolutely love this place. I have a very large puppy....80+lbs at 10 months. He is always happy to go and play with his friends. They treat him well. We boarded our puppy on a recent vacation and it went excellent. Great place for puppy daycare and boarding.

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE!! Too many accidents!!..the owner takes no responsibility for your pet if something happens.. she's shady as hell.. if you love ur fur babies at all, you'd go elsewhere!! Please..go elsewhere! She's a nightmare and so is her business!! Worse place ever for dogs! Smh... just horrible what goes on behind closed doors.. very sad.

Buster's is great for training, grooming, boarding, & daycare. The staff truly loves animals and you can trust your furbaby is in good hands. Their facility is top notch! There are several sections for outdoor play and indoor rest. Outdoor yards have things to climb, access to shade, fan misters, and my husky's personal favorite, multiple shallow pools to cool down in. They also take pics of the pups daily and post them to their Facebook page, so if you're out of town you can see what fun they're up to. Great ownership and staff.

I bring Django at least once a week for daycare and he gets to excited to go! He has also boarded overnight here as well. I love the fact that he can get a bath after playing with all his buddies to come home refreshed! You can tell Django loves everyone at Busters!

We took our dog Enzo to Busters Happy Tails for his very first doggy daycare experience today. All staff were so friendly and accommodating and you can't beat the price! Busters definitely made our first doggy daycare experience easy for Enzo and us! Highly recommend 😊

So grateful for this place! I had to stay in Fort Myers for work during a few weeks, and they were able to accommodate my Boston Terrier quickly. He attended daycare for about 3 weeks while we were there and loved it! They go through screening first to know the dog better and make sure they are not bringing bad behaviors into the group. He made lots of friends and if we're ever back in the area, we will definitely return. Staff is super responsive and organized, the facilities are clean, and the people looking after the dogs are responsible and definitely pay attention and know their dogs.

We absolutely love Busters and are so thankful to have found them. Our English Yellow Lab enjoys here home away from home anytime she is with Busters. We are worry free when we have to travel because the staff treat her like their own. Thank you Busters for providing such a safe, fun place for Keke.

I was lucky enought to attend 'Tech School' with Andy, so when we moved to Ft. Myers he was who I reached out first to take care of our fur baby! Our boy is a bit particular but has really bonded with Andy which makes leaving him home when we travel really great. I appreciate the daily photos and updates, they let me know he's a happy boy and comfortable even though we aren't here. So if you're looking for a great pet care provider, Andy's your man!

We recently moved from NJ to Fort Myers and have found it difficult to find and select services that we can trust in every way. We have 2 little dogs (which are our kids) and they mean the world to us. Entrusting just anyone to look after them is NOT an option. Several people gave us recommendations but luckily it took very little time to select Floridas finest dog sitting service (Andy). He has it all together. He showed up at our home ON TIME with his credentials neatly in hand. He spent time with us and our puppies. It was a no brainer, he was the one. He cared for Barney and Charli just 2 days ago. He did everything we went over and routinely sent us texts and pictures to keep us aware of there status. Leaving them for over 15 hours was so much easier knowing they were with someone that cared for them as I would. We wanted a person/service that we can rely on, that will do what has been agreed upon, be trustworthy, dependable and most importantly care for our puppies as their own. Florida's Finest did it all. We strongly recommend them.

We love sending our dog to camp and for boarding at Bonita Springs Pet Paradise. Amanda and Allie are the best managers and have the most amazing staff. My dog is well cared for and had the best time and they keep you posted and you can check on them with their cameras. This is such a great place for your pets when they are not with you.

My granddog Scooby stayed at Pet Paradise Bonita for a few days. My daughter couldn’t make it back in time to pick him up. I nervously offered since he is still a puppy, but strong. The guy working on Sunday was so nice and place him in my car. The place is so clean and welcoming. Good choice for our Scooby 🧡 …

I took my dog to pet paradise for 4 days and they did not communicate about my dogs stress he endured at nighttime. He broke the water station and him along with other dogs near here were soaked all nite long the water continually ran until morning , so my dog along e other dogs were soaked and cold, then my dog had an accident in his cubicle and apparantly rolled in the feces and when I picked him up the smell on him was horrendous. they did not tell me what happened and they did not clean him it was literally disgusting and neglect to my dog. I would not reccomend pet paradise to anyone. I had to take my dog to the emergency vet the next day due to some sort of stomach bug he caught probably from sitting in feces and water for a few days .

I have been bringing both mine and my mom’s dogs here for years. Even as the staff has cycled through different employees, they are all always wonderful! Pet Paradise Bonita Springs has done a great job treating them with so much patience and care. I truly appreciate this business so much! Besides the wonderful staff, the facility is absolutely top tier. We have brought the dogs in for everything from grooming to boarding to vet visits. Every time it has been an amazing experience. Thank you guys so much! Teddy and Pickles are looking forward to their next appointment. (:

I used to be a huge fan of Pet Paradise BonitaVet Services until recently and the last few experiences I have been super disappointed. One of my most recent experiences, the technician inserted incorrect charges and then I was asked multiple times to pay more money due to the teams mistakes for entering wrong prices and not realizing it till I tried to make my next appointment. Then I make an appointment for my mom for her pet because again, I was a huge fan. And I show up to my mom’s appointment with her dog because she just had surgery and can’t walk and this very rude technician comes out and says I don’t have an appointment? She blames me and says I don’t have an appointment and didn’t make one when I in fact had email confirmation and spoke to them on the phone. She then rudely again placed blame and says there’s no records of me calling and insinuating I was lying. She didn’t even ask for my number and used the wrong number so of course there’s no proof of it’s not the number… there have been other instances, but there’s two really stuck out to me so I have switched my primary vet and my mom will not be using them. It does make me sad because I never use to have these experiences. I do love the groomer Bella though so I will continue to support the resort side - she is an incredible groomer!

Responded timely to my inquiry about how Sonny was doing during his 13 night stay. Loves being able to watch him on the webcam. Sonny was happy when he got home and had no issues. Great care!

Very well run overnight dog boarding facility. 🐶 The staff was extremely professional. They greeted promptly every time & out of 100+ dogs, they knew ours on a first name basis. Their app is very easy to use, and provides real time video to check on your dog, as well as order a treat, ice cream or a bath before pickup. My dog was exhausted upon pickup from all the activity and social interaction with other dogs during her stay at Pet Paradise Bonita Springs

My Coco is getting older, so she needs to visit the Vets more often. They are great with her as she’s on her journey of aging. Thank you Pet paradise for your discount program you offer us to buy into. It has really made it affordable to take our Coco in for Vet visits.

My elderly mother had her 2 daschunds Stay at the pet paradise on a few occasions when she had to leave the state. She was relatively an established customer there. On Thursday 6/13/2024 my mother had a bad fall and was brought to the emergency room, and surgery followed later that day, as she fractured her shoulder. As she proceeded to get her wits about her, she expressed to me ( her daughter) that she could no longer care for her adorable weener dogs. As heartbreaking as it was, it was the right decision for her and the precious dogs named Wesley and Bryher. The morning of her fall, I brought the dogs to the pet paradise, literally on the fly , with a brief phone call prior to my arrival. It was understood that this was going to be a day to day stay until I could find the best home for the dogs. The next Monday, I posted on Facebook (Bonita, events, etc) stating our situation, and the dogs needed to stay together if someone wanted to adopt them. They're extremely close, and it was my mom's wish to have them remain together. That afternoon, I was overwhelmed with well wishes, suggestions, love, and support. It resulted in a couple from ft myers wanting to meet with the dogs to make sure it was a good fit. I called the pet paradise and explained the situation, and it was initially a struggle to get it set up, Victoria to the rescue! She finally got on the phone with me and discussed everything. She was very empathetic to our situation. She reassured me that we were all set, and the meeting could happen the next morning without any issues. The next morning, the couple from ft myers, myself and Wesley, and Bryher sat in a side room to get them acquainted. It was love at first sight ❤️. It was a success, and the dogs left with their new family. Victoria and the staff were fantastic helping orchestrating this bittersweet transaction. I highly recommend Pet Paradise for any of your pets needs. I apologize for my lengthy review; hopefully, it'll help guide anyone looking for a safe haven for their pets ( family).

All American Pet Resort was the first dog boarding place we tried with 7 month old rescue. We were nervous during his first overnight and even warned them about our dog’s separation anxiety. They were amazing with him and with reassuring us that he was doing good! They sent us pictures throughout the weekend and took him out additional times during the night when he showed signs of anxiety. Our dog has stayed overnight there several times now and LOVES going to doggy daycare there. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with our fur baby.

My Maltese who are very sensitive LOVE this place!! They are actually excited to go. They are not scared or shaking when I drop off. They play nonstop. They staff are all wonderful and caring

I just came upon some priceless pictures of my boys. After recently losing my beloved 15 1/2-year-old Scottie Dexter to bladder cancer a few months ago I decided to look through old photos to make a special memorial album. I came upon a batch of pictures from staff at the All-American Pet Resorts Fort Myers that just melted my heart. Most of our crew of four boy are gone now - all but the baby Fionn. So, to find these adorable pictures of the boys having a fun with the doggy clients and staff was a beautiful stroll back through time... Evoking these memories made me realize just how much a of role the All American has played in my boys’ life and mine as well... Over the years, the dedicated staff have cared for, played with, attended to injuries and sickness, loved and cherished our boys as if they were their own. And in many ways, they were theirs as much as mine since they gave of their time and hearts to their wellbeing while my husband Jeff and I entrusted them with our boys. The staff proved themselves to be responsible, conscientious, devoted, fastidious and detailed in their care and medical needs and loving. They cried with me as I lost my boys one by one due to old and illness that medical intervention could no longer remedy. In fact, the dedicated, caring all American staff rushed our Scottie Fala over to a nearby emergency vet clinic when he appeared lethargic and sick. Unfortunately, his liver cancer that he had surgery for a year ago had reemerged and he had he didn't make it. But their lifesaving work made it possible for Fala to be treated and not suffer. Throughout our time with All American Pet Resorts Fort Myers, we have been reassured time after time that our furry family members are getting top notch care and being treated like their own personal family members! Thanks All American for being the best extended family we could ask for our boys’ past and present. I highly recommend the All American to any pet parents looking for a wonderful, clean and loving boarding and daycare facility for your fur kids! You will fall in love with the staff and truly come to rely on this amazing local business for peace of mind the way I have!

Our dog loves this place! We moved to SWFL a few months ago, and our new vet recommended All American for boarding. The staff is always super-friendly and genuinely cares about the pets in their care. We have a 6-year-old, 9-pound Maltese, and she gets very excited when we pull in the parking lot. She runs to the lobby door and is really happy to see her human friends who work at the facility. And we love that we can use the app to watch her run with the other small dogs during "play time." We don't like to leave our "baby," but we know she's in good hands here. Thank you!

This pet report is awesome! They are truly open 24 hours a day, so you may pickup/ drop off your pet any time. They call if your pet is eating or not their usual self. They send pictures! It a clean and very pet friendly place!

We just started bringing our Bella here and I must say, we love it! Friendly, professional staff who truly cares. We really appreciate the breaks they provide the dogs in between play. And the flexible hours or pick up and drop off. So happy we found this place! Thank you for taking care of our girl!

Our pups love it and get so excited when they staycation here. The staff is friendly and we can check in on the pups any time through their live cams. My husband and I had a destination wedding and the staff went above and beyond to dress our pups up on our wedding day and send us photos so they could be there with us virtually. It was a cute and funny moment that brought even more smiles and laughter to our special day. It's wonderful knowing they're in good hands.

Maverick always has the best time at All American Pet Resort of Fort Myers! He is obviously excited upon pulling into the parking lot and most recently didn’t want to leave when I picked him up. I love being able to watch him play with friends and seeing him having fun makes traveling so much less stressful. The little guy was wiped out when he got home which shows he played hard during his stay. Thank you for loving my little guy when we’re away!

This place is amazing and I totally trust them with our pooch. They are very on top of things and will text you with any information if they notice anything that might need attention. The facility is clean and the dogs seem to all be happy to be there. I love that the rooms come with camera's you can watch 24/7 and that our dog is always excited to go for playdates or long stays.

We board our dogs here all the time. They truly care about our pups. Only place I trust with them. You also get a nice report card at the end of the visit. highly recommend them to anyone who needs pet boarding.

Our 15 year old blind 4 lb pup did great at boarding because of the special attention Cheryl and her staff provided. I was worried because of her total blindness but Cheryl assured me they have blind dogs who are also deaf and it’s never a problem. Our 10 year old Maltese always loves daycare and both came back from boarding happy campers. Rest assured there’s nothing Cheryl can’t do to make your pets have a happy stay

I took my dog in for daycare yesterday. All went well as she socialized with the other dogs. I will be boarding her next week for about 3 weeks while I have surgery. My last dog was often boarded here without any issues. Cheryl & the staff are wonderful. Always upbeat. I feel my dog will have a good time there.

We have boarded our dog twice at this kennel within the past 2 months (and used them several times prior with no issues). In June 2024, he was vomiting blood immediately upon returning home which resulted in an emergency vet trip. Today, I picked him up after a 9 day stay, paid my bill and asked how did hid. Nothing was disclosed at pick up and I received no phone calls during the stay Within 20 minutes of getting home, blood dripping from his rear and uncontrollable bloody diarrhea. I phoned the kennel to inquire since nothing was disclosed to me at pick up. The staff who returned my voicemail denied any knowledge of blood in his kennel area prior to pick up but I was told I would get a call from the manager or owner. The manager or owner called my husband back, not me, and told him this is very common after baths and periods of stress and anxiety. Over the past 12 years I have used several boarding facilities for my dog and I have never received such little communication regarding my dog's status and potential health issues. I write this review to share with other pet owners who are considering entrusting their family pets at this facility. Update: The owner has been very responsive, kind and caring regarding the situation. She has had conversations with a local vet and sent information to me. I appreciate her attention put towards the matter and it is apparent that she truly cares about the animals.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! My 15 yr. Old diabetic toy fox terrier was happy and well-maintained there for 9 days. They took great care of her. She came home happy with her dog bed that didn't even have a scent of other dogs. All her belongings were returned clean. It was my first time ever boarding a dog on a recommendation and I couldn't be happier!! Thank you to the staff for caring!!

FINALLY I feel like I can leave my sweet boy and he will be loved and taken care of by Cheryl and her amazing crew! He has severe thunderstorm anxiety and they did everything they could to ensure his comfort and keep his stress level as low as possible while we were gone. He comes home from day care happy and tired (obviously, from playing so much). We are very happy with BBK!!🐶

Our two-year-old Jack a boxer, is a newbie at Bonita Boarding Kennel and boy, Does he love it 😍 today he tried to jump over the gate to get in when we entered lol!! what a great experience to take your beloved canine companion to a place where you know they love to go! So happy we found Bonita Boarding Kennel - Cheryl and her team are simply amazing!

If you want peace of mind when your dog is at daycare or boarding then choose BBK! My German Shepard attends daycare every Wednesday and boards there when we go out of town, and he absolutely LOVES it!! Wednesdays are apparently his favorite day of the week now. There’s nothing that makes our trips more enjoyable than knowing our dog is at his happy place! The staff is amazing!!

Nice facilities and they really take care of the dog. Outside area for them to play and socialize if friendly. Neighbors take their dogs there too for day camp.

Really excellent!!! I have taken my 6 year old poodle for grooming so many times, but I had never been satisfied (for different reasons) and for the first time I can say that both myself and my husband were 100% happy with the results in BBK! Faith was very diligent, she spent time listening to what I wanted (all from my mind because, of course, I forgot to bring a reference photo!), and she knew how to do it perfectly. My puppy came out calm, relaxed, unlike other places. Also, Faith detected a possible infection in the right ear and recommended taking him to the vet as soon as possible. Everything was very clean, not only in sight, but also smelling clean. I definitely recommend 100% Bonita Boarding Kennel...And especially Faith!

I boarded both of my labs for a long weekend. Dropped them off on Wednesday called on Thursday everything was fine they were eating and no issues. Came back to pick them up on Monday and was told my older lab who is almost 13 would not eat so they switched her food and she had diarrhea. She ended up being so sick it cost me almost $700 in veterinary bills. My vet could not believe they switched her food. They never reached out to me before making the change. No call, no text, no email, no communication whatsoever. My other lab came home with an eye infection which was even more cost in vet bills. Absolutely horrible experience, I would never trust Tiki Tails again & this was not the first time we have used them. I don’t know if they have new management or what but this was not handled appropriately at all. In response to Tiki Tails Response to me: you offered two days of boarding to resolve this. Why would we want to bring our dogs back to you so we can incur additional vet bills? No way! Also, you did not try to resolve this in additional emails. In fact, my last email was never acknowledged or responded too and that has been well over a week ago.

Had an awful interaction with the angry mess of an owner. She literally threw a fit in the waiting room. As an animal lover, I don't think any pet should be left alone with someone like that. Went to make a review to warn other pet owners, and was confused to see they have 4 stars as I've heard (and now seen) awful things about this place. Then, upon further inspection I see that every google review under 5 stars receives a personal attack. Seriously, go on google and look for yourself! No wonder people are scared to leave bad reviews! One review even begs the owner not to attack her online just for telling her story about her dog being mistreated. And yup, you guessed it, there was the owner throwing a tantrum down below. Owner threw her fit at me for being 5 minutes late to an appointment. (9:07 by the time she showed up.) I didn't speak but once to quietly apologize and try to leave, but she continued her angry rant. Gosh she was such a mess. I gave her time to call and apologize, as I was sure this wasn't normal behavior, but nope. If I receive an online attack trying to turn it on me, I will gladly voice what was said to me. I only spoke once to apologize for being late. How I was treated was NOT okay. Protect your pets!

Highly recommend Tiki Tails daycare and boarding. They have created a fun and safe place for dogs to play and socialize. Each of their associates is professional and caring. Can't say enough positive things about them!

Maggie Mae loves going to Tiki Tails to play! The staff is very interactive with the dogs and we always pick up a happy dog who I sometimes think she would rather stay and play longer! The staff is great! Groomers are very good!

After moving to SW Florida my Aussie was missing all his friends. We had lived in a townhome and he had LOTS of friends and now even though we had a great backyard, we felt he needed more. I had found out about Tiki from a friend. We finally got everything together and did Scooters interview. I am so glad we did. They suggested we do a few days in a row to get him used to it. The second day when we pulled onto the road and into the driveway he was so excited and couldn’t wait to get inside. He may not be ready to play with all the other dogs, but at least he isn’t resisting going and all staff has been amazing.

We love Tiki Tails!! We are new to the area and were looking for the right place for our dog as he is a bit shy and learning how to socialize and play. He absolutely LOVES Tiki Tails. As soon as we park he is so happy to be here which confirms that the staff is amazing, attentive, and caring. I love being able to watch him on IG stories! He loves going to play for the day and we've boarded him a few times as well. Each time he's been boarded the staff has been extremely communicative on how he's doing which gives us ease of mind! I brought my dog for daycare three days in a row while in the area. She absolutely loved it! She was excited to go back - a clear sign to me the staff are not only loving and attentive but keep the group safe and controlled as well. As someone who has worked in the dog boarding/daycare industry for years, I am PARTICULAR and everything about Tiki Tails surpassed my expectations. The staff were welcoming and incredibly friendly (with people and pets!) and I was obsessed with watching my dog on their Instagram stories while she was there. Thank y'all very much for keeping my baby safe and happy, I would bring her back in a heartbeat - highly, highly recommend!

Tiki Tails was recommended to me by another client. I have to say I am more than pleased with the daycare and my golden, River, LOVES it! Without a doubt my favorite part is that they constantly post stories on their Instagram, so I get to see my boy playing and having a great time all day while I’m at work. I would give them -5 stars if i could We took our 2 year old golden retriever there in perfect condition for a week long stay and he came back to us with a yeast infection in his ear and rash all over his head and neck. At no point did they contact us to notify us anything was wrong with our dog and had admitted to neglecting to do his exit exam with the vet because they were busy. After all these injuries came to light we took him to the vet and we were told by the manager courtney and jen that they would reimburse us the full amount of all the bet bills just to 6 weeks later be told by their corporate office that they will not be paying and they had no right to tell us they would. Al of the managers and regional managers have acted like they care but do not actually. Please for the love all dogs do not take your pets here!!

I cannot scream my praises loud enough for this facility. I have been bringing my littlest prince, Marley for about 8mo now. He absolutely LOVES school (Pet Paradise) and plays his little heart out everyday! When he is done at school, he looks like a sweaty toddler and falls asleep in my lap before I make it beyond the stop sign out of the parking lot. My other two dogs, Mollee & Maycee just had their introduction day a couple weeks ago, and very much enjoyed it as you can see by the puppy smiles below. The staff at Pet Paradise has always been so very helpful even in the toughest situations. I have personally witnessed them being verbally abused by clients, and each time they have kept their professional demeanor. I find that rare for so many reasons. Although I’ve enjoyed my interactions with each of the staff, I have to say that Courtney is the reason I drive my dogs all the way from Downtown Fort Myers to stay/play!!! She has always gone out of her way to make sure that my dog(s) were cared for! In fact, if some didn’t know better they would think my Marley was her dog because of how much they love each other! I have boarded my dogs all over SWFL and several other states due to my career, and I only stopped being a “helicopter pet mom” when I found Pet Paradise Fort Myers. I saw some negative reviews on here recently, and my heart was broken for the staff. The management team (especially Courtney) eat, breathe, and lose sleep over this place and every dog that visits. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve seen her come in on her days off just to be there when a new puppy is scheduled to come for their intro day. No one has seen what happens when owners abandon their dogs at the resort, but she makes sure they get the medical attention they need and will help to secure homes for them. I truly cannot say enough positive things about Pet Paradise and their team! My fiance and I adopted our GSD, Georgia in April. It took her quite awhile to come out of her shell and learn to trust anyone other than us. Prior to bringing her to daycare/boarding, she was incredibly leash reactive and timid of all new people & places. The team at Pet Paradise took their time with her allowing her to warm up to them, and slowly introduced her to the other pups. They gave her the 1-1 attention & patience she needed to gain some confidence. The first day, she didn’t want to walk inside; but after the next few visits, she now gladly runs through the door to give kisses to some of her new favorite people! It’s such a heartwarming experience to see our girl break out of her shell, be able to play with other dogs, and just be a pup. She always deserved this life and I’m so glad she’s learning to trust and love other people and experiences. Bonuses: we get to check in on her through their live feed cameras, we’re able to book “private suites” so she can take breaks when needed & sleep comfortably at night, and we always select the add on service to receive special report cards with photos. After every stay they’ve also called to check in and see how she’s doing. Special shoutouts to Courtney, Alyssa Jenn, Charlie, Kendall & everyone else we’ve interacted with. Hey everyone, I need your help to spread awareness about a troubling experience with Pet Paradise. In July, we boarded our pup Tobey at Pet Paradise while we were away for a week. When we returned, Tobey had developed a severe double ear infection and a skin infection, with visible bumps that were bloody. We never received any updates or warnings about his condition during our absence. Tobey appeared lethargic and not his usual self when we picked him up. After discovering his condition, we contacted Pet Paradise's management, who advised us to take him to their vet. They admitted they had neglected to perform his exit exam and agreed to cover all vet costs and refund his boarding fees. Despite this initial agreement, after three weeks of treatment and continued delays, Pet Paradise's corporate vet concluded it was a "freak accident" rather than neglect. They now refuse to cover Tobey's vet bills, only honoring the initial refund for the stay. This is clearly neglectful. If you care about your pets, please share this post to prevent others from experiencing similar issues. Do not board your pets at Pet Paradise in Fort Myers. Our Tobey deserved better.

Ever since we discovered pet paradise we have loved every second of it. While we do think the price is high, it does feel like you get what you pay for. Pets are well socialized and most requests are accommodated. Would highly recommend this location. Lots of activities around the pool. Looks like they take care of cats and have some very VIP dog rooms.

Love this place for our fur baby Robin! We recently had a 2 week trip and we booked the indoor/outdoor suite and added group play everyday. I absolutely love the webcam system in place where I can peak and see my crazy little one running around and socializing. My favorite part is that the staff at this location which is my only experience with pet paradise, is absolutely amazing at keeping everyone safe and making sure all dogs are playing and enjoying their time in complete harmony. Whenever I was looking at the webcam if my dog or any other dog was being over the top, mounting or simply playing too rough they would be placed in a timeout or rotated out of the group all together. The times for group play can be tricky to catch your pup in action but once I got the hang of their schedule I noticed my girl was always out between x and y times and if I logged in outside those times I would always miss it. So be patient with the webcams, in my case I was in a 12 hour difference so I told family members to keep an eye out and if I missed it someone else would have a nice screenshot of my dog running around in their group play time. I have a pitbull who Is not a fan of getting her nails done so I didn't ask for grooming, and when I picked her up I didn't get any hints that she may have sat in pee or in her poop from not being taken out or something. My dog did go through an interview process to be a part of this location and their services. The interview consisted of her being left at the location for about 5-6 hours (free of charge) and they socialized her and graded her behavior with people and other dogs. I did ask if my dog for whatever reason misbehaved with any dog what the plan would be, I was told that as long as the dog is not aggressive towards humans they wouldn't turn them away. So if your dog doesn't get along with other dog they do work around that which is amazing. The other best thing about this place as you can tell from my pitbull living her best life there they do not turn away any breeds as long and their requirements are met, including vaccines, flea and tick treatment, and spayed or neutered. I already booked another weekend for my baby and I'm so happy for her to have a place with all the bells and whistles and on top of that helps her with socializing and venting energy. Absolutely very happy with my boarding experience. Fyi webcams are running 24/7 I would also want to add that my dog got a life vest when she was allowed into the pool side which I thought was the cutest thing. Also, I was offered sunblock for my dog during her stay since she's completely white and short hair, so goes to tell you about their care and attention to the small things you may forget about.

We initially brought our dogs to Pet Paradise on a “Meet the Fam” day. We loved the report card and updates on how they were doing during their time there. They spent the entire day playing and having fun with other dogs. I appreciate that the staff did a behavior evaluation prior to putting our dogs with others. They love other dogs and enjoy the company. We most recently used Pet Paradise for boarding services as we had to go out of town. They were very accommodating with our last minute reservation and answered all of my questions. I had called back to add on grooming services, extra playtime (on top of the two play times that are included with boarding), and the daily check-ins. We are so incredibly pleased with our experience at Pet Paradise. I am not sure if they have gotten new management (based on some of the older reviews), but we had absolutely no issues while we were gone and after pick up. The daily report cards were done so well. Providing us with updates on how they were doing, new friends they were making, their demeanor, and plenty of update pictures. We are so happy with our experience. The dogs also were groomed well and were nice and clean when we came to pick them up. The facility was extremely clean and the staff was very attentive to our pups while we were out of town. Highly recommend!

Absolutely the best place for our dogs! The staff are incredible! They are always welcoming our pups with open arms and big cheers when they come in for their extended stay! It’s not too often a dogs tail is wagging when they know they are going to be separated from their fur parents but when we arrive to Pet Paradise, tails are wagging and the goodbyes are quick and painless! They have a blast while there, making new fur friends and hanging with the fun hoomans too! Thanks for always taking care of Rosie and Minnie 🫶🏼

I was very impressed from the moment we walked in the door. We were greeted by friendly staff and was taken on a tour of the facility. We got to watch the pets that were there play on the pool as well as shown the rooms to choose from. We then made the reservation and went and got our dog Tobie. When he arrived the staff was ready for him and he immediately took to them. We got to to watch via webcam during his playtime and they have options to get rooms to watch the entire stay. We got daily pawgress reports with videos and pictures of our dog playing. I highly recommend this place. He was there for a 3 night stay while out of town and got him back last night and they actually called today to see how he was doing. I love the socialization benefits the dogs get and will be bringing him back for day camp sometimes. Thank you to all the wonderful staff ❤️

We love Pet Paradise! Our dogs always appear to be very well taken care of, we love that we can check on them through the cameras during their stay, they’re always happy when we pull up with lagging tails. We love that they offer a military discount. The only problem we have with Pet Paradise is our dogs never want to leave

This young lady Jamie is wonderful. I quickly had to find a new pet service and somehow I ended up on Jamie’s site. I have two “difficult” cats and they loved Jamie. I am happy and am passing her name to all of my fur baby friends.

Jamie has been so amazing with my shih tzu Oliver. She takes such good care of all the animals who stay with her. I wouldn’t want any other person to look after my fur baby! I always miss him when we leave him but Jamie does a great job at sending pictures and making sure he is happy. I will admit he’s always sad to leave all his friends at McGregor Pet Care!

This is wonderful in-her-home pet care. Jamie follows standard animal safety standards, yet provides socializations between the boarders ! My 12year old cat adjusted to Jamie's separate room and over several days was able to use the entire home with small dogs and her own cat. No stress for my cat &we were able to enjoy our vacation

Jamie has been providing excellent care to our golden retriever for the last 3 years. He is three so she has had him for short stays and evening date nights since he was a puppy. Recently we added a dachshund puppy to our family and Jamie has already developed a relationship with him as well. She has had him for both short and long stays when we have been away. Her fully enclosed back yard is perfect for the dogs to play in. Jamie has always provided diligent love and care to our “boys” and they truly love to go to her place. They become excited as soon as we turn into her driveway. Jamie is patient, kind and caring. She is a real dog person and shows great passion in her work. Our boys instantly took to her and I would highly recommend her services as she is exceptionally reliable and reasonably priced. I love that she always sends us photos of the boys having fun with her while we are out too.

Let me start by saying if I could rate Jamie at 100 stars that still would not be enough. I was a very nervous pet owner when considering the whole boarding process. The overwhelming, feeling of trusting a total stranger with my dog, had my anxiety through the roof. A little backstory, we have had our dog for close to three years. We rescued her from a horrible situation when she was just over one. It has taken us a very long time for her to even feel comfortable with us let alone a complete stranger. From the first phone call with Jamie, she made me feel somewhat more at ease than anyone else that I had spoke to. I had spoken to “big box” companies but felt I needed something more personal. The first time we met her, we were welcomed into her home, and I knew right away that she would love and care for our baby just as we did. Jamie took her time to make sure that our dog was completely comfortable. She never tried to rush her. She waited for our dog to trust her, which speaks volumes to her experience and knowledge of pet handling. Unfortunately, our dog had a concerning diagnosis A few days before our trip was planned. After communicating immediately with Jamie, she assured me that administering her medication was no problem at all and keeping her calm would be a top priority. Throughout our trip The communication between my family and Jamie was outstanding. She sent pictures and updates. Confirming the medication had been administered, how she was doing, Updates on potty breaks( this was a worry for us because of the medication) and so many little messages That there was no space in my heart or mind to worry at all! I can honestly say that I will never be worried about leaving my baby with anyone else! Jamie is the real deal and from this point on she is our person. If you are looking for a honest, kind, caring, compassionate person to care for your pets, Jamie is it!

I recently hired Jamie, a dog babysitter and I couldn't be happier with the service provided. She was incredibly professional and showed a genuine love and care for my dog. She followed all of my instructions and went above and beyond to ensure my dog's comfort and happiness. I received regular updates and photos, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. I can't even explain how grateful I am that I found Jamie! She goes ABOVE AND BEYOND to help out her clients. She watches my puppy every day while I'm at work and has already made huge improvements in my dog's behaviors. Jamie is extremely compassionate and knowledgable and goes out of her way to accommodate my puppy's needs. She always texts me pictures/videos of my puppy to brighten my day at work. Jamie gave us the greatest experience for our first time boarding the pups! We contacted multiple options for dog care to begin and met with and toured each facility gaining information and getting a feel for the folks who would be taking care of our dogs. Jamie was so warm and welcome upon arrival. The questions we asked were probably over the top but you can’t be too careful. She answered each question with confidence, looking us in the eye. She was not afraid to show us her home and how and where the dogs would be sleeping, playing, etc. 10 out of 10 for cleanliness and organization inside the home. There were no buckets of water, clutter, trash. The outside area was well kept and tidy and no build up of items or trash that our dogs(whom are nosy) could into and possibly hurt or poisoned. Fence was sturdy and clean as well and the amount of backyard was a big plus! She also wanted to meet our pups before hand so she could make sure it was a good fit. They immediately took to her. Our dutchie went and sat right in her lap with no worries. That made us feel super comfortable. The whole dropping off process went perfectly. We left on our adventure feeling slightly worried, but confident knowing we left them in good hands. She updated every few hours(sometimes sooner) with pictures and the activities they were doing, they literally had a blast!! One detail I will emphasize on is that she was ready and willing to keep training on the schedule. She asked for feeding guidelines and things they are training with at this time. We are big on making sure our dogs have and keep their manners a part of their everyday life. She did a wonderful job keeping up with that as well, we had no issues with regression and going backwards in any of their manner training. All I can say is I will always choose Jamie & Mcgregor pet care as our second home for our doggos from here on out!! She has become part of our forever pack!

Jamie and her mother have kept our dog many times. We have a Klee Kai, and she is four years old. We had tried different commercial services, and Torrie would get so upset when we would take her to them. It was heartbreaking. Now, when Torrie is in the car and realizes she is going to see Jamie, she is so incredibly excited and happy. The last time we pulled into Jamie’s driveway, Torrie jumped onto my lap and started banging on the door with her paws for me to hurry and open the door, and then she leaped out of my lap and ran for the front door. There are almost always other animals there, and Torrie loves to play. Jamie manages multiple animals with such skill and care! We’ve never had a problem and always feel so great about where our fur baby is when she’s not with us. Five stars aren’t enough: I’d give her ten stars if it was allowed. And one other thing: Jamie has all 5 star reviews but one. She has no idea who that guy that gave her a 1 star review is, and if you look at all his other reviews in total, he has reviewed 11 things and gave 8 of them 1 star. That’s all you need to know.

Best boarding place we have ever used. If you are needing to board your dog in SW Florida please do yourself a favor and try the Country Pet Ranch. Our dog Ozzy loves it there.

I can not say enough wonderful things about Country Pet Ranch and their staff. They truly treat your pet like one of their own! They love our babies like we do! This will forever be our girls home away from home. Lots of love! Ella, Coco, Zoey!

I’ve been taking my dog here for a couple years now and only have wonderful things to say! I’ve used 3 other boarding places before finding this one and this is the first place I have never had an issue with! The staff is extremely personable and always happy to have my boy. They are also always accommodating to the dates I need to reserve. I drive 45 minutes one way just to use this place, HIGHLY recommend!

Over the years Country Pet Ranch has really been a fantastic home away from home for our boisterous Labradoodle Rocky. I highly recommend. We feel like he stays with family!

I don't know what we would do without Country Pet Ranch for boarding! Seriously, they are incredible with our German Shepherd. Extremely knowledgeable and confident in their handling. At this time, he is intact, so he has separate playtime, sometimes with other large males. They keep up on shot records, learn the pet's favorite activities and truly care for them like their own! I can pick up the phone and get an update anytime. The staff doesn't even skip a beat, they know exactly which dog you are asking about and give you the info you need so you can continue on with your plans. On top of all of this, their prices are very reasonable! Make sure you reserve your days early as they do fill up, but it's worth every bit of planning ahead.

I love this place! I am so so happy to finally find a boarding facility that I trust and that truly loves my animals while I’m away. Our dogs are always excited to go to Country Pet Ranch! They love the staff and playing with other dogs. I love that everyone there knows exactly who my dogs are and are always genuinely happy to see them. We live closer to other boarding places, but we're willing to travel a little further for the Ranch!

I was a little skeptical at first, because my 3 dogs are like my children! But after reading the reviews for Miriam and seeing how happy everyone was with her dog sitting I decided to give her a try! It was amazing! My dogs instantly loved her, she had this sweet caring aura and I felt instantly safe leaving my babies for 2 weeks! I'm so glad to find a sitter that I could feel comfortable leaving my beagle with. She kept me informed about my dog throughout the entire stay with FaceTime and videos. I would definitely use her professional services the next time I visit Florida!

I was notified when i arrived to drop off my pomeranian that she only takes cash up front. Luckily i had it with me. She would not allow us into her home, or view the location that she was going to keep my dog in. I thought this was odd, but figured with 88 5 star reviewsand nothing less than 5 stars, maybe I'm just being paranoid. Her ability to communicate is somewhat disjointed. She sometimes would not answer yhe questions asked, but just comment about my boy having girl friends. I observed some of the same behavior when dropping him off, and picking him up. He was professionally groom a few days before he was dropped off. When we picked him up, his back half was damp and he smelled of a kennel. His tail hair was matted, and all oh his hair was "oily", which I've never seen on my dog. Additionally while there, she did send many photos of him, but his ears were always back in submission. This is something else I've never seen in him. After being cleaned up though, he does seem healthy, and unharmed. And he is almost back to his normal self after 8 hours or so.

Miriam, the owner of Happy Wagging Tails, is an animal lover and a very gracious person. She cared for our Springer Spaniel and treated her like family. She sent us pictures every day. Definitely recommend her
