This was our first time using zeewoi and we were a little apprehensive, especially as we were going away for almost 5 weeks, but we really didn’t need to be. Mary and Kevin were fantastic from the start. They had excellent communication and put us at ease straight away. They looked after both our cats with lots of care and we came home to two very happy and content kitties. Mary and Kevin struck the balance just right whilst we were away by keeping us informed of how the cats were and sending pictures of what the cats were up to every couple of days. It was so lovely to know that the cats were enjoying themselves and being so well looked after whilst we were away. Mary and Kevin also looked after our house extremely well and we came back to a very clean and tidy home. We would definitely recommend Mary and Kevin to anyone needing a house sitter and would love for them to sit for us again if they were ever back in the area.

We are thoroughly pleased with and impressed by Daniel's kind, generous, and careful care of our cat and our house. He is a committed and experienced sitter who completely understands his role and responsibilities and also how to gently win the confidence and affection of a pet. He is an excellent communicator, and he kept us regularly up to date on our cat's well being--sending us texts and photos at least once/week as we requested. Our cat who is a little afraid of new people, grew fond of him, and we have returned to a very calm, contented cat. We highly recommend Daniel, and we ourselves would be thrilled to engage him again when the need arises.

Susan and Miranda are amazing! I've had the pleasure of working with many sitters and they are truly exceptional. They were great at keeping in touch, sent lots of updates, asked good questions, really bonded with the cats, clearly very experienced working with animals and understanding their needs, and generally lovely to deal with. They were really patient putting up with a whole bunch of deliveries and even assembled a spare bed! They also left the place spotless with clean sheets on the bed. I'm pretty sure the cats loved Susan and Miranda more than us by the end of their stay! I'd highly recommend them to anyone and would love to have them stay again any time.

Toby and Chloe were one of the best house sitters we have ever had! As a small animal vet I have seen many types of pet sitters and these guys are top notch. Our pets are not easy either. We have special needs dogs, cats on medication, dogs with behavioral issues, horses, chickens, goats and a large (100 lb) Sulcata tortoise who needed close monitoring of the temperature in his barn. Everyone was thriving and happy when we came home. They read through the packet and asked thorough, thoughtful questions. They went above and beyond grooming, mucking and grazing the horses and goats everyday. They chopped greens and fruit daily for our tortoise. If we had known how amazing they were we would have booked a 3 week trip instead! Can't recommend them enough.

Ann Marie was an excellent house sitter who went above and beyond. She flew in a day early and stayed at a local hotel so we she could meet my cat and get the keys before my early flight the next morning. When I returned, she and Tryke were best friends and the house was immaculate. She even washed the sheets and towels, and remade the bed. I strongly recommend Ann Marie for any future sits!

Jose was a wonderful pet/house sitter for us recently. We highly recommend him. He was wonderfully reliable and responsible and took such good care of our two pets. On short notice Jose drove down from Grass Valley to the East Bay for a bit of a quiet get-away while working a really hard job teaching online. We know how hard that is firsthand and partly why we needed our own get-away for a last-minute backpacking trip. We have a recently rescued pit bull and a rescued cat that we're still introducing to each other to make sure the dog doesn't eat the cat (as he seems to want to), and the cat doesn't blind the dog (as she would if he tried to eat her). That might be more background than is needed in a review but Jose made us feel comfortable about everything because of how conscientious and responsible he clearly is. We could tell when we talked to him that he was genuinely kind and eminently trustworthy. We are very grateful and hope Jose was happy with everything too because we know what a value his care was to us. Jose truly deserves any and all house-sitting gigs that strike his interest. Ours was not the easiest and he was amazing. Get him if you can.

Pennee and Bill were the BEST pet sitters and guests ever! I really wanted them to stay forever ! Our cat, Miss Kitty bonded so much to them, that she really wasn’t that happy to see me when I got home .Our cat is a finicky eater and they tried all different types of food and treats for her. They sent me regular photos of miss kitty and I knew everything was great when most of the pics had miss kitty on their lap. Our cat doesn’t take to many people but she immediately fell in love with them. Pennee sent us our mail and prescription meds on a regular basis , and went out of her way to take care of any issues . They fell in love with the neighbors and community and just made our lives so easy . We experienced the Covid 19 virus outbreak quarantine during this time and Pennee and Bill agreed to stay a month longer at our home . They were extremely flexible with their travel plans so that everyone would be safe. Upon our arrival home, we were greeted with a bouquet of flowers , beautiful hanging basket of flowers for outdoors and a beautiful bottle of wine . And our house had never been cleaner ! Bill and Pennee are a pet owners dream couple !I felt extremely lucky to have found such a great petsitter and new friend . We will be visiting each other in the future .

Rick and Sally are marvelous cat sitters and we would gladly have them back anytime. We highly recommend them to any and all pet owners. They arrived when they said they would and were ready to go when we returned, making sure our cats were present before departing. Our home was left spotless, undoubtedly better than we left it for them. We can't urge you enough to engage them if you can!

Super nice sitters and extremely flexible. Really enjoyed their company and I only regret that I was too frazzled to chat with them more and get to know them! Kept the house super clean, pets loved them. Dog especially. Had a little problem with my new kitten not meshing well with the older cats (which was not too surprising since cats can be territorial). Pennee was very patient and gave me constant updates and tips. And the older cat was much more calm when I came home. Highly recommend and welcome back anytime!

Really lovely people who obviously love the dogs in there care. Left our nervous rescue terrier for the first time for a week, then were delayed by 2 days, so was panicked about our pooch. Phoned the kennels and they were so nice & happy to keep our little fella for extra days...no problem. Highly recommend them and will def use them again.

The best place to keep our furry friends when away. Sarah is dedicated and a great dog lover. The kennels are spacious and very clean. Our dogs always rush inside when we drop them. They love it. We always have a complete peace of mind until our return. Over the years we have trusted Sarah with 11 of our dogs from very small to giant and we never have been disappointed.
Fantastic family run kennels very professional and friendly also extremely knowledgeable about dogs the safety of her animals comes first and I trust them completely which makes my holidays more relaxing as I don't have to worry about my dog.

Francis provides an amazing service. It’s a home away from home for our animals. He took care of our two Jack Russels for a week and the dogs loved it. They weren’t stressed when we picked them up and the videos Francis sent us were a lovely touch. I would recommend the Bow Meow Pet Hotel.
I have a 14yo terrier x, 100% diva, who has gotten snappy with people of late so I'm always nervous of how he'll behave. Francis and his team took him on for a couple of nights and i couldn't believe when i received videos the first morning of my dog running around with other small dogs, having a great time sniffing and exploring the front lawn. He trotted off with Francis on dropoff (good sign, as normally he tries to follow me) and he appeared very relaxed in the videos. It's great to know he can get to socialise somewhere safe as it's not possible in our local park. He was in great form coming home. Thanks Francis and team!
we left our two dogs in with Francis a few weeks ago. as you would expect we were a bit nervous leaving them so he sent us a video of them playing happily which put us at ease. we will definitely bring them back next time we go away.

Had both my cat & dog here with Francis for 2 weeks while I was on holidays. I was delighted as I received updates daily on how my pets were getting on , the facility is top class and Francis went the extra mile and had his groomer do a fantastic job on my dog before collection! Francis was very accommodating he has a collect and drop off service. He picked up my dog and dropped my dog back on the day I arrived home he catered to all my dogs needs I asked for updates and he sent them without fail. This is 100 percent a top class service provided by the bow meow pet Hotel
We brought our dogs for an overnight stay, and on the day of collection, they were groomed. We have returned for their second groom. The service is outstanding. Regular updates videos & pictures and a large area for the dogs to run. Really puts our mind at ease. One of our dogs has not been groomed without being given medication before arrival and then sedation. I am delighted to say that both grooms were achieved with no medication or sedation. When the big dog saw Francis yesterday, the excitement he showed. On the last stay, it was a job to get him back into the car he didn't want to leave. Both dogs will be returning for their two week stay in the summer, and on the day of collection, they will be fully groomed. Fantastic service ✨️
Our dog is a regular visitor to Francis and we cannot speak highly enough of him. Excellent facilities and we receive regular video updates. If you are looking for somewhere to leave your pet there is no better place to go.
