We have used AllPets several times a year for over 5 years now and have always felt that we are leaving our pets and home in good hands. We have had some excellent sitters - singles and couples and all very caring and very pet loving people. The girls in the office - Gemma, Lee and Catherine are friendly and Jan runs a very professional business. If we have been away for long sits (4 or more weeks) she usually does a visit to the home to make sure everything is running well. We mention AllPets House sitters to lots of friends and family and thoroughly recommend them. We are just home from two weeks away and we had an excellent young couple Celeste and Fernando looking after Teddy (4 year old Retriever) and Scout (2 year old grey cat). They sent us photos and updates every so often which is lovely when you are away from home and your 'fur babies' . We have our next two trips already booked for this year. All Pet House Sitters are a very professional company that provide a great service to their clients and excellent support to their team of sitters. As a house sitter myself I have been very impressed by the high level of support they have shown me. The team are very friendly, considerate and go out of their way to ensure the sit is a positive experience for both client and sitter. EXCELLENT !!

It is with much sadness that after over 3 years as an AllPets Pet Sitter I have now completed my final sit for them. We used Allpet sitters when we travelled overseas and I can’t recommend them enough. Robbie was our sitter and she looked after our cat so well! It was really peace of mind to know Robbie was there to look after her and we loved receiving photos and videos of how she was doing. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this service again or recommend it to other people.

We have used All Pet House Sitters twice now - both times we were away for approximately a month overseas and have been delighted with the service we received. On both occasions our house sitters had done a fantastic job looking after both our home and the pets (we have a 6 year old schnauzer/poodle cross and a 3 year old cat). The dog, particularly, can get a bit stressed when we're away and we find it is so much better for him to be cared for in his own environment and sticking to his usual routine. We have been very happy with the care and professionalism shown by all the Allpet staff who handled our bookings. They really understand the anxiety that many pet owners feel when having to leave their beloved fur babies and have thought through all the details very well. It is also reassuring to know that the housesitters have the back up of the office staff at all times in case of any unforeseen eventuality eg delayed flights back home or the like. We would definitely use Allpet's services again and are happy to recommend them to any pet lovers looking for reliable and caring house and pet sitters.

We used All Pet House Sitters to look after our very precious Dalmatian in August/September 2015 when we were overseas for a month. We were thrilled with everything about this service. Jan was so professional and efficient and was an absolute delight to do business with. David and Rachel, our house sitters were so gorgeous. We met them a few times before going away and couldn't of been happier. While we were away we received constant updates and photos which was brilliant. Our dog Lilly was so spoilt and so well cared for. We would definitely recommend this service and will be using it again when leaving our pets when we are on holidays. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We no longer feel guilty leaving our animals to have a holiday as they are just as happy being cared for by lovely people in their own environment.

When our original house / dog sitter plans fell through, we came across Allpet House Sitters. Jan and her team were very efficient with their communications, and I appreciated their thorough sets of documentation for us to prepare and go through with our sitter. Andrew was an amazing sitter, sending us regular updates, taking great care of our dogs, going absolutely above and beyond with maintaining and cleaning the house; buying us some eggs, bread, milk and a box of chocolates ready for our arrival back. Will definitely be using Allpet House Sitters again (and asking for Andrew!).

Our first experience with All Pet House Sitters was absolutely fantastic. Claire and Lucas were amazing with our little dog, two cats, goldfish, garden and house. They kept us regularly updated with news about the animals, and were such lovely people that all the dog-walking people at our local park will miss them (as will we). Alison and Bob were amazing. From the first time I met them, they gave off a warm and friendly vibe and our cat felt immediately comfortable with them. When we were away on our trip, Alison kept us updated with photos of our pets and any other info from home. When we arrived back from our holiday, the house was spotless, there was fresh bread in the kitchen and fresh milk in the fridge. It was just such a stress free experience and we would like to thank you for recommending Alison and Bob for our house sit.

First used Cosy Kennels in 2019 was very happy with the service back then, Lockie and Red looked very happy when we collected them Darran and staff did a great job looking after my fur babies have just had Lockie and Red stay there again and will always use Cosy kennels for future holidays. First time my dog Marley has ever been to a kennel he has anxieties and other issues so I was very concerned he wouldn’t settle in. I would like to thank Darren and your wonderful team for taking great care of Marley for two weeks he absolutely loved it there and I have even noticed a whole change in his personality that he seems way more chilled out now and lot less anxious. Very happy customer definitely recommend Cosy Kennels and will go back. I have now used Cosy Kennels three times this year, again thank you Darren and your wonderful team for taking care of Marley he returns home a very happy healthy doggy he also gets to go on a doggy retreat too where he plays and makes new furry friends. Boarded my two little ones here for a week. Absolutely first class service! They wanted for nothing, and were very well looked after. Medication administered as per instructions, too. I would not hesitate to endorse Cosy Kennels as the #1 place to take your fur babies to. Highly recommended.

I have used a few kennels around Perth for my dog and can safely say the level of personalism and professionaIism displayed by both Darren and dog trainer Cazz is exceptional. This is the only kennel in Perth where my dog has come back looking healthier and happier, and I could not recommend them more. Thank you Cosy Kennels!

Darren and his mum are absolutely awesome, I was in hospital for 2 weeks, they took in my cat straight away, and did me a good deal for him. Really nice people. Clean, well looked after.

Went on holidays an they look after my best mate for 10 days an he came back as happy as the day I dropped him off....was the first time ther for my big boi an was well looked after

Picked my dog up after only 2 days and he was so grateful to be out of there, ended up with a dose of kennel cough.

Our 4 year old staffy who had never been boarded before has just spent 3 weeks at Staffordshire lodge and we could not have hoped for better care. She returned to us happy, healthy and full of beans. The many little requests I had made (bed straightened, coat on, treats given) were happily carried out and we cannot thank Eric and Liz enough. I would not consider taking Snoopy anywhere else should she need to be boarded again.

Twice my dog has come home with severe kenel cough .. wont be getting it again ...

Leaving our 8 month old pup Roxy for the first time in a kennel we were a bit hesitant on how she’d go . After meeting Eric and Liz I instantly knew she’d be in good hands . With there affection for dogs and the love of what they do , I knew I’d made the right decision in choosing Staffordshire lodge .HIGHLY RECOMMENDED *****

I couldn’t recommend Emily enough!!! The care she has given to our fur babies over the years has been unmatched. She has a genuine love for all animals and goes above and beyond every single visit. Unfortunately we no longer use Pet Friends due to a job change and moving house however I would highly recommend anyone needing a pet sitter to use Pet Friends & Emily. We can’t thank her enough for all the love she has given to our babies- mostly to Luna love bug- we are convinced he loves his aunty Em more than us!! You can be assured that your pets are in the best care.

I highly recommend pet friends From the very 1st phone call communication was clear and Sharon did all she could immediately from then the service was started and my pets were very taken care of I felt nervous at the start but it was very short lived as everything is documented and the reports were excellent I cant thank you enough for the response even as my request was very last minute.cant recommend enough

It is always a little nerve racking leaving fur children at home, but especially when they are old. We were so relieved with the care and compassion shown by Jenny from Pet Friends in looking after our 4 cats - 1 requiring some special care. Receiving daily updates and gorgeous photos helped with our stress of leaving them home and allowed us to really enjoy our holiday knowing they were in great hands. She is usually very stress with stranger after attacked by a neighbour dog last year. Her first time boarding with Helen for 9 days when I am away to attend business conference. I can see that she is well taken care of and happy. Thanks Helen for being patience and giving so much love to her and keep me updated. I am one happy fur mama. Highly recommend!!

They are so nice, professional and patient with fare price. Elsa and Shelley are the best for taking care of Guinean pigs. I highly recommend them! They will send pictures and notes to me every time after they take care of my piggies, and they help me feed them and clean the space. They are great!

We returned home from our little getaway down South. Walked in and the house was immaculate ! Cathy went above and beyond our expectations ! Our dog Bowie was extremely well cared for, happy and content. We cannot praise Cathy high enough ! We will be recommending Petfriends to all our friends ! We used the team at Pet Friends last month after our other pet-sitting plans fell through last minute. Their admin staff were very timely and professional with their communication and the sitter did an exceptional job with our pets and our home. We will continue to use their services in the future and definitely recommend them to others.

Overall great customer service except your Phone System needs improvement. Website is straightforward to use in User friendly. Every time I have tried to call, am waiting to be answered a hour later every time.

Please don’t send text messages at 1.25am and 5.50am telling us about a news item. Am sure this can be done during normal business hours, ie, during the day. Some of us do keep our phones on at night in case of emergencies.

Not very happy with petcloud due letting go one of their sub contractor with letting the clients know find it hard to contact anyone about the issues I have sent email to them to stop service in 1 months notice to find out that they possibly assigned someone when I ask them not to
