Ms. Özlem is a very decent lady, I'm foreigner and my Turkish is weak. So, thank god that she speaks english very well. She has a great experience and she understand how to take care of animals. I'm very happy and satisfied at her services. Definitely, I'll come back again to her pet hotel.

I decided to leave my dog after I read all these good reviews but unfortunately I can’t confirm them. This is a picture I received when I was far from Istanbul for work. My dog was tied inside the salon. I often need to travel and I would have been happy to leave him in a good place where someone could take care of him, but seeing this was very sad…

My dogs love staying with Ozlem. She’s really experienced and capable with the dogs. She speaks English and keeps in good communication sending videos and pictures. She also genuinely loves animals and it comes across in her care of them. I would recommend her facility to anyone who needs to board their animals. It’s large and clean and she treats my dogs like a part of her family. I am attaching a photo of my dogs having a slumber party with hers.

Özlem and her family and employees take such good care of the animals. Our little dog is always very happy to go back and has a great time whenever he is there. We feel very safe leaving him with her and the other lovely pets there. I highly recommend the Petchalet!

They where amazing they took very good care of my germen I was scared because he’s a big dog and it’s hard to take care of him but they where amazing he came back as healthy as I left him might be better also they send you videos of your dog when you ask they answer fast it’s was an amazing experience and from know on I know where do I keep my baby when I am out of the country thanks so much for taking care of Ceaser ❤️❤️

You can trust that Özlem will take care of your babies like her own. She genuinely loves animals and is very knowledgable about them. My dogs stayed at petchalet when I went on vacations and recently, a foster I rescued from a shelter who was sick was nursed back to health by her before going to his forever home. The place is also very clean and comfortable. %100 recommended.

Özlem's place is spacious and welcoming for all dog types. The first time I picked my dog up from a short-term stay she did not want to leave. Your pet will feel loved, tended to, and have fun with the rest of the pet guests, and for sure the human staff. Easy to communicate with, affordable, and trustworthy. Highly recommend!

Excellent care taken of my little kitten. Özlem is a very compassionate person, full of knowledge and always happy to help. My kitten stayed in Petchalet for 7 months, communication was great, the same as support during travel. Strongly recommend.

I have known Ozlem for about 3 years. I have always found her honest and straightforward to deal with. She took care of two cats for me until I could arrange a home for them. The Petchalet, which she runs, mainly offers a temporary home for cats and dogs while their owners are away. There are also a number of resident cats and dogs that she has personally helped over many years. Ozlem is a woman who has dedicated most of her life to looking after animals and I can recommend this place.

We met with the recommendation of our friend and entrusted our toy poodle son to our care for a long time. When we received him, he was very happy and since we informed him in advance that we would buy him, he was washed and cleaned and delivered to us as if he were happy. Without having a chance to wonder, we watched our son with constantly uploaded videos. They are definitely true animal lovers, not money, and we will definitely see each other again. 😊

My two cats stayed here for about four months, they were very happy and socialized. They take care of your little kittens as if they were in their own home, not as if they were in a shelter or hostel, and if there is a problem (I mean problem, it does not mean there is a problem there, but the animal can get into heat, if it is not neutered or similar situations) they inform you immediately. If I had to leave my cats somewhere again, I would do so without hesitation and without looking back, they are also very good people, I would like to thank them again from here 😊

They save lives and at the same time they live a very beautiful love story. The two of them leave their careers, move in with Zekeriyako, and create a paradise by running around day and night. When I hear the word pet hotel, I think of cages and loveless environments and it is dead for many people, but @bestfriendskopekvekedioteli has officially created a dog holiday place. There is no cage and love is limitless. Does every friend who comes to kindergarten and boarding have a smile on their face? They are all happy with each other. While our favorite old pawed friends are massaging, Burak is enjoying the pool with the young people. It can't be such an environment, in short, I went crazy with happiness and I don't advertise anyone, but I felt the need to advertise this place. My heart feels happy every time I stop by and last week they saved a baby from paralysis, I was going to announce it but they didn't want me to. They said this baby will stay in Best Friends and I burst into tears. The world is the most beautiful place and if I go anywhere on holiday, my babies will go here without looking back. Even if I don't go, maybe my friends will let me have some fun. There is a pet taxi service, free of charge in the morning and evening, from Nisantasi, I think between 10 am and 7 pm, other than that, the gas fee is 40-50 TL and the prices for the hostel are very reasonable. 💜😍💜 @bestfriendskopekvekedioteli

For basic obedience and pee training, I left my two Podle dogs, Zeyna and Zorba, to Liberta dog school for 10 days of training. After 10 days of training, the difference in the training my dogs received was very obvious shortly after they came home. In addition, the trainer friends arranged a 1-week program for my dogs after they returned home and took care of them meticulously. They are really sensitive. Even though I was overwhelmed with my questions and calls, they explained everything with great patience. During my children's stay at school, I constantly received information through photos and videos, and received video calls. My friends explained everything I needed to know in a wonderful and beautiful way, without tiring me out or speaking in a salesman's voice. Afterwards, I entrusted my son Gırgır to them, I did this out of fear, but I am glad I chose liberta. When I returned, Gırgır welcomed me in a very pleasant and docile manner. Best dog daycare/pet hotel I have been to. Not only they are super pro but they genuinely care for the dogs. They have spacious open crates for small dogs who are usually kept together with some other friends so they don't feel alone and have company through out the day to play with. As for the big dogs, they have the garden where they can play and also keep them free roaming in the house in the cold days, according to their needs. You also have the option to have your dog taken on walks and to the park with the whole pack, which is l very helpful with dogs who need to learn to socialize. I trust them with my dog as I would trust them with my own child. They are more than a daycare, they are literally family.
