Our dogs have boarded with Catherine many times over the past 7 years. They have always been very well cared for, enjoyed being with “friends “ and get plenty of exercise. Catherine really gets to know each of the pets that she looks after and treats them all as family!

Brought my 2 dogs to Catherine for overnight boarding and she is super sweet and understanding, as well as accommodating. My pups are tuckered out from getting to run around and play all day. I loved that she sent a couple videos and kept me posted on their day. Thank you!

We love Catherine as does Cooper. We looked to find someone who truly cared about dogs and could understand a unique personality (At least at first as he acclimated!). Catherine totally understands Cooper, and he is actually more social than he has ever been as a result of her thoughtful integration with other dogs like him. We can’t say enough... and our peace of mind on vacation is thanks to Catherine.

Pampered Pooches provides a safe, clean, and caring place for all dogs. Catherine has ample knowledge of dogs and can always answer any questions I have. My dog is always well cared for and enjoys his time at Pampered Pooches.

Catherine Duffy is the absolute dog whisperer! She is loving, caring, and my yorkie gets the best care. We are so fortunate to know Catherine and all that she does for each dog that she cares for. There is no one better!

A simply wonderful place to leave your dog, both for daycare and boarding. Cathy only takes a select few dogs though!

My dog loves Wagtime... he loves his time with us, but it's great to see he always happily jumps right out of the car at drop off. There have super nice and helpful staff and drop off and puck up is always quick and easy.

My dog Raven is obsessed with her Wagtime friends (human and dogs alike!) She gets to run around all day (loooots of energy to burn!), then comes home well exercised, confident and very happy. Usually falls asleep on the ride home (and we're only 15 minutes away)! The staff is super responsive, very professional and experienced, and truly love what they do! It's a great feeling, knowing they legitimately get excited to see my dog when I drop her off (or they're just great actors:p) Best daycare ever, I could not recommend it enough! I have been a very happy customer of Linda's for over 15 years. My dogs have gone every day and love every minute of it. The staff is always friendly and clearly love dogs. One of my dogs had health problems and it was always a relief to me to know that she was being watched all day. Linda's called me a few times to let me know she was off a bit and I should make an appointment with the vet. In every case they were right. I trust them completely and cannot imagine taking my dogs anywhere else. I have boarded them when I've gone away, which is stressful for me, but the dogs have never even looked back when I've dropped them off, they're so happy to be there. The dogs are thrilled. They are outside almost all day, get a ton of exercise and are just so happy and healthy. I couldn't be more pleased with Linda's.

For nearly the entire year of 2020, Mark's dog-loving team at Wagtime provided absolutely incredible daycare services for our "grandson", a 3-year old, very friendly, high energy, 60-lb, male husky named Blue. They greeted him every day he arrived with open arms and at days end, I retrieved a floppy and extremely happy pooch. Their facility is top shelf offering several large, safely enclosed play areas for our four legged friends. From Blue's very first day to his last, they paired him up with a great group of dogs on every visit. They know how to lovingly care for our friends and they truly became part of Blue's family during his time there. In December of this past year, Blue and his family moved out west which was emotional on his last day at Wagtime. We will certainly be returning to Wagtime soon with a new addition to the family knowing that he will receive the very professional and loving care of the Wagtime team at a very well organized and clean facility. A very heartfelt thank you to all at Wagtime for all you'd done for Blue and our family in 2020.

My rescue dog has been going to Wagtime (formerly Linda's Doggie Playland) for over a decade and we couldn't have had a more positive experience (10 stars!). My pup absolutely loves going to Wagtime for daycare and gets so excited on the drive over. The Wagtime team is made up of dog lovers & whisperers who truly connect with and love every pup there. When I'm at work, I know that my dog is happily playing, eating, napping, exercising and socializing with other dogs & her extended human family members. I also board my pup when traveling and know that she is in good hands with lots of love and hugs while I'm away. The Wagtime team knows my dog's needs & moods and are attentive and communicative. I am so appreciative of them for taking such excellent care of my pup, giving her years of happiness, love & support; and, for giving me a worry-free experience. I highly recommend Wagtime!

Just had the chance to have my Greyhound spend the day here, and just wanted to say how pleased I was with Wagtime. They were super attentive to my dog and made sure he had a wonderful day. My boy needs a little extra attention and they did such a fantastic job with him. He is now home exhausted from his time there. I look forward to bringing Dutch back to see some friends and know he's in great hands. Highly recommend if you need a doggie day care

Staff is amazing and so good at communicating and making sure my dog is comfortable at all times during his stay! Been taking my lab here for 3 years now for boarding and he always has a blast. Staff calls me with updates when needed and provide my dog with the best care possible!!

The staff is amazing and treat the dogs like their own. We can’t say enough about the people at Wagtime and the love and attention they give to the dogs. My dog and I are very satisfied clients of Wag Time (formerly Linda's Doggy Playland). I started with Linda's, approximately 17 years ago and have continued with Wag Time. I recently had surgery and had to board my dog for many weeks which was very difficult (missed her terribly). During this time Wag Time was kind enough to send me photos of my dog playing outside. It comforted me knowing she was happy in her environment. The care and compassion shown to my dog has definitely helped my recovery. I am so grateful to the owners and staff who are a dedicated and loving team.

Shelly has groomed my dogs for about 8 years now, and she is the best! All of my dogs are nervous, and one of them is a rescue who is extremely anxious around strangers, but Shelly does a perfect job with even that pup! She cuts my Chinese Crested Powderpuffs beautifully. Top notch, worth every penny.

Barbara, Pauline and all the sitters I've had are amazing. I am ashamed I haven't written this review earlier. We have been using them for a few years now and I always rest easy knowing my fur babies are in good hands. They make sure they have emergency plans in place for all our critters and take such detailed notes. They have watched my cats and turtle. My cats are sheltered pandemic babies who have met very few people and are skittish. I am always amazed that they get at least one of the cats to come out and play! Also, great communication and updates. Highly recommend!!

I took my dog for the first time today and I am so happy with the service. It was an hour and half and my dog was groomed exactly the way I wanted her to be.. Friendly staff and thank you Michelle for your efforts..

Pauline and Elisa are the absolute best. So kind, upbeat, and caring of our pets. My schedule often changes and I am still working on improving my skills with the online scheduling feature ;) I SO appreciate Pauline and Elisa's flexibility any time a change is required. Friendly well educated staff. Maggie is very anxious but I feel comfortable leaving her in their hands. They do such an amazing job. We have been coming here for a year now and I will never go anywhere else. My mom and a few of my neighbors now bring their dogs here too and all love them. Highly recommend.

Wonderful groomer - easy to get an appointment, incredibly friendly staff, very reasonable prices. These people clearly love animals! They see very understanding with dogs who need a little extra care (anxiety, illness, etc). At other facilities you feel like you are an imposition, but not here! Definitely the best local groomer.

Today was our first visit and we were so impressed. Our little lady Gracie who is 17 and needs extra tlc and patience certainly received it there and then some. I highly recommend them. When we picked her up which was an amazing thing in itself as it was all done in an hour and she looked and smelled great but she was not stressed at all. Was actually happy and so comfortable. I also thought it was very affordable too.

I am a brand new customer with a sometimes difficult, older little dog. Very finicky as well. I was in need of a new groomer and my vet recommended Companion Pet Sitting. I have found them extremely caring, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly patient with an out of the ordinary dog, who by the way looks absolutely amazing! If you're someone who needs a new groomer, I can highly recommend them! Wish I had known of them sooner!

I have an old man cat who complains incessantly and demands walks. Sitters from Companion Pet sitting have been so kind with him on their visits. They are very accommodating and it's a great deal when you book them for longer visits.

We were originally recommended Everything But Elephants on our community Facebook group and now we always use them for taking care of our cat at home when we are away. We really love everything about them; Caitlin is super communicative and she offers advice for pet care if needed, prices for taking care of our cat are affordable, and they really work with you to meet you and your pet's needs (medication administration, discussion of if more time may be necessary for visits based on pet demeanor, etc.). I would highly recommend them for cat sitting needs :)

Would recommend, I haven’t left my dog for more than a few days so being away for 2 weeks made me very worried. They went above and beyond and made me completely comfortable with lots of pictures and updates!

Everything But Elephants is the best pet service we’ve ever used! From at-home visits to overnight stays - Caitlin provides top notch care & fun for both our animals. She plans enrichment activities & adventures that show how much she cares for our pets. She is a great communicator and we love getting photo updates of the adventures they take! Our dog & cat are always excited to see her; in fact, our pup didn’t want to leave! That is just a testament to how much our animals love Everything But Elephants & we do too!

My dog, Bonnie, has been going to EBE for play dates for a year. She loves it and comes home happy and pooped! Julie and Caity are amazing and always give me a full report of Bonnie’s activity and behavior. Julie even caught an ear infection before I noticed it. Highly recommend EBE!

Everything But Elephants owners and employees are true professionals when it comes to dog care. They know how to work with dogs, keep them calm, and get them tired through their playgroups and stimulating visits and adventures. After trying several different places for our big rescue mutt, EBE stands out and has been a great fit.

From start to finish, our entire experience with Everything But Elephants was amazing! Dan came over beforehand to introduce himself, get a lay of the land, and see our cat he would be watching. After each visit, we promptly received a thorough update. It was definitely comforting being away knowing that our cat was getting so much love and attention. Mary took away all of our anxiety about leaving our three month old puppy alone. In December we got the first puppy of our lifetimes and, being retired, we stayed at home for three months doting on her. When friends came to meet Beazie, we observed that she was timid and it took her a while to become comfortable with each new person. We dreaded the inevitable time when we would both have to be away from the house and leave her in the care of someone else. Mary volunteered to come for a meet and greet prior to our first pet sitting appointment. She requested that we run through Beazie’s entire potty routine from beginning to end to accustom Beazie to her presence. Mary instinctively knew how to approach Beazie in a way that helped her become more at ease. She brought treats and a special toy which continues to be her favorite as she approaches her first birthday. After only a few minutes, Beazie was settled in her lap without fear and Mary’s love of animals was clearly on display. Her practical knowledge of animals and their behavior has been incredibly valuable as we have never raised a dog. Mary is friendly, trustworthy, flexible and dependable. We never worry a minute when we are away from the house. We don’t know what we would do without Mary. Neither does Beazie!

I can't say enough good things about Mary Littlefield who takes care of our very timid cat when we travel, which we do often. Miss Violet usually streaks upstairs when she hears a car pull into the driveway, and there she keeps watch from the top step, expecting pillage and mayhem and the demise of us all .... unless it's Mary. Then she comes downstairs quickly and purrs loudly while directing long, meaningful glances toward her sitter. She's utterly shameless in her admiration for Mary. We try to ignore Miss Violet's outlandish behaviour, but sometimes wonder if we should spend more time at home -- put a little damper on this foolish infatuation. There was a crisis three years ago when Miss Violet swallowed a long string, and we weren't due back for another week. Mary handled the situation beautifully and kept us abreast of what was going on before and after the procedure to remove it. (Thanks, Mary!) Mary has apologized for endearing herself so to Miss Vi, and we forgive her wholeheartedly. She's become indispensable to our gadabout family. I can't recommend Mary Littlefield highly enough to anyone who travels and needs to leave a shy kitty at home.

Best dog day care service in the Boston area hands down. Our dogs love staying with them, wonderful space surrounded by trees and silence, we don't trust our furry ones with anyone else.

We only trust metro west for our dog when we travel. They love what they do and it shows in every detail, we highly recommend.

We have had Chris watch our two boxers twice now, once for a long weekend and once for a whole week. He has exceeded our expectations both times. He's very communicative, knowledgeable and accommodating. He provided in home, daily feedings, exercise and attention. He provides high quality care and security and was able to accommodate our dogs special meals and routines. His rates are very competitive and was worth every penny. Can't recommend Wiggles and Tails enough!

This is by far the best place, not only do they LOVE the dogs, but love the dog parents too! My parents found Woof through Jim who has groomed my parents dogs for years. I got my own little girly and she now not only sees Jim, but LOVES playcare! My 8 pound menace has come out of her shell, is getting trained, and did a better job at boarding while I got married than her mom did! Special shoutout to Jim, Maria, Valdita, & Makayla!! The whole staff is the BEST!!

I wish I read the recent reviews. They need training in customer service. The person I talked to over the phone was condescending and this should not be tolerated by any customers. That is not how you treat customers even if they get upset with certain circumstances especially rescheduling last minute. Instead of apologizing, she felt the need to be righteous and tell me all grooming places do this. This is my dog's third appointment. I told her thats incorrect and she kept talking over me. Definitely she needs to consider training in customer services. I am happy to look elsewhere. There are better grooming place than this. Run away if you want reliability and pleasant services.

I have been taking my Goldendoodle Jewel here for 5 years now for her grooming, day care, and occasional boarding. I wouldn't take my dog to any other day care. The staff here are outstanding and they do a great job caring for pets. I drive to Woof from Lancaster just so my dog can go to a daycare center that truly takes the best care of pets! If you’re looking for reliable service DONT go here for grooming. I have been taking my dog here for about a year and a half to see groomer Morgan and have struggled to obtain reliable service. Appointments are cancelled either day of or day before always for some other excuse. This year alone (2023) she and the company followed through with 1 scheduled appointment on time. I will reiterate - if you need reliable service, do NOT make an appointment here. In perspective, if I book an appointment once a month and so far this year most of them have been canceled or rescheduled, it makes you question what appointments she will show up for.
