Cynthia was a perfect pet sitter for our little kitty. We knew from her extensive experience with cats that Nala was in good hands. She was extremely responsive via texts when we were away, ensuring us that the 2 of them were having a great time. She went absolutely above and beyond by scrubbing our bath and toilets to remove our mineral deposit rings that we haven't been able to get rid of! She even left the name of the product she used so we can get more in the future. The house was cleaner than when we left. We'll have her back anytime!

"A relaxing and long time away from home made possible by the best pet & house sitters we could have asked for!" Judy and Steph went the extra mile over their entire one month stay at our home. Both our cats became fast friends thanks to the care and dedication provided for them. We were routinely updated with spectacular photos of our furry girls throughout our leave that helped us be anxiety-free the entire time. Even our older shy cat spent time sleeping on their laps or hanging out on shoulders. As for the house, Judy and Steph left it even cleaner than when they arrived! We had a few tasks to maintain the lawn and potted plants outside, which were completed perfectly. They even tended to our vegetable garden where needed! During a 'risk of severe hail storm' alert, Judy and Steph kept us in the loop and went even further to place potted plants under shelter out of harms way. In summary, we recommend Judy and Steph and would happily have them return again if our schedules cross paths.

Florence and Robert were outstanding sitters. We asked them to arrive a day early as our guests to learn the routine on our farm. In getting to know them we found them to be good hearted, down to earth people with a love of animals and diligent in learning our routines to care for our poultry, cats and dog as well as our garden and orchard. Not a typical or easy sit. We travelled with ease knowing our critters were being well taken care of. Arriving home, the house was very clean and looked well cared for. The animals were healthy as were the garden and orchard. Out pets missed them when they left – our dog stared down the driveway after them until their car was out of sight. It is nice to find sitters we would like to hang out with and we look forward to having them sit for us again.

We were very lucky to have had Nia for our recent house sit. She communicated well before the sit and arrived as planned. We shared a meal before we left which gave us time to get to know her and tell her about the house and our pets. After we left it soon became clear the cats loved Nia and the attention she gave them. We were kept informed throughout her stay with regular updates and video clips of what they were up to and how the garden was growing etc. We highly recommend Nia as a pet/house sitter and we would certainly have her back should the opportunity arise. There are not enough words in the English language to express my deepest gratitude to Teresa and all the amazing love and care she showed my sweet cat Milo. From the moment she met Milo, I knew there was going to be a very special bond. He instantly relaxed when he first met and already looked so happy and at peace with her. The bond between the two of them only seemed to get stronger and stronger with every day that I was away. This two-week trip was so important for me as it was the first real "vacation" I had taken in a few years. I was in desperate need of a mental and physical break and knew that in order to have a true "time off', I needed to feel completely at peace with Milo being well-taken care of. Well my prayers were answered as Teresa was the "cat whisperer" I was hoping for. I could not have asked for a better, more compassionate, self-reliant, and intuitive sitter ! Teresa was also so diligent in sending me her daily picture and video updates of my cat. With every picture and video I saw, I knew that Milo was so happy being with her and I never worried for one minute while I was away. What a gift ! Teresa was also a serious life-saver for me as literally an hour before I was leaving for my trip, I found out my cat's tracker app was not working and after a few emails and phone calls, we found out the tracker's server was down. Teresa took the initiative to follow up with getting the tracker to work again which was a HUGE stress-relief for me . She is not only wonderfully savvy with animals but also with technology as well ! I feel so fortunate to have Teresa in my life now, not only as an amazing sitter for Milo but also as a wonderful friend for life! Thank you, Teresa for everything.... Brian is a very professional sitter that does a good job, pays attention to details and is easy to work with. I have a lot of plants. A lot. He suggested me do a video for the plant care so he could be sure of which ones needed what. Brilliant! I’d never thought of that. They were in great shape when I returned. I explained that I needed some flexibility with travel dates, he agreed and rolled with the punches like a champ when my dates did indeed change. Unfortunately, he was a bit allergic to my cat but made it work anyway. He was really awesome about everything including a tree that fell next door in a storm and blocked the road for three days. I appreciate that he appreciated how funny and how much personality Boo has. They got along well and I received some great videos. I returned home to a happy cat and a house well taken care of 😊. I would definitely recommend Brian.

Elisabeth was an excellent sitter for our cat. We were away for two weeks and received daily photos and notes from her about Catman's activities (i.e., sleeping and eating). She is definitely a cat lover and that was evident from our cat's calm behavior when we returned.

Toby and Chloe were one of the best house sitters we have ever had! As a small animal vet I have seen many types of pet sitters and these guys are top notch. Our pets are not easy either. We have special needs dogs, cats on medication, dogs with behavioral issues, horses, chickens, goats and a large (100 lb) Sulcata tortoise who needed close monitoring of the temperature in his barn. Everyone was thriving and happy when we came home. They read through the packet and asked thorough, thoughtful questions. They went above and beyond grooming, mucking and grazing the horses and goats everyday. They chopped greens and fruit daily for our tortoise. If we had known how amazing they were we would have booked a 3 week trip instead! Can't recommend them enough.

Lindsey watched our cat and dog for a long weekend when we went out of town. She was a very communicative sitter sending frequent pictures and voice notes with updates. She did a great job of following their schedules and giving them attention. The animals seemed to be happy and relaxed when we returned home and I believe Lindsey enjoyed getting to discover all of the eateries our town has to offer. A win-win for everyone!

Heather is THE best sitter! Her home is so inviting and dog friendly. She provided updates and pictures of our fur baby while we were gone. My English setter, Tilly attended Southern Paws for about a year while we were living in Ga and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making both me and my dog feel comfortable right away. They took the time to get to know my dog's personality and needs, ensuring that she would have a great time during her stay. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of space for the dogs to play and interact with each other. Throughout the day, the staff provided regular updates and photos of my dog, which was a nice touch and gave me peace of mind knowing that she was in good hands. They also had a variety of activities and toys for the dogs to enjoy, keeping them entertained and stimulated. When I picked up my dog at the end of each day, she was always happy and tired from all the fun she had. I could tell that she had a great time and was well taken care of. I will definitely be bringing her back to this doggy day care in the future if we find ourselves back in GA and would highly recommend it to other dog owners.
My dog goes to daycare here pretty much every weekday and has boarded here when I went out of town. I can't rave enough about how great the staff is here and how much they love dogs! Before I moved to WR I pre-screened several places that advertised themselves as 'doggy daycare' and found out that a lot of places that say that really just put your dog in a kennel for the day....if you want your dog to actually spend time playing then this is the place!

We took our pup here for the first time last month and Southern Paws was GREAT. These are true dog people. The second time we dropped him off, he ran in like he knew he was going to have a great time. They socialize the pups with each other (owner permitting). They knew we had anxiety about leaving him and were amazing at working with him to ease our anxiety. The second time we dropped him off, they remembered him, got down on the floor to play with him, and remembered the things we discussed the first time.
We unfortunately were forced out of our house and had to have some MAJOR renovations done over the period of two months. Southern Paws did such a phenomenal job loving on and taking care of our two dogs (one is a diabetic). We are so grateful they had a place to stay where they could run around and play with other dogs, and not be locked in a kennel all day. Phenomenal price for the amount of love and care they give your pet. Five star service!
My dog doesn’t want to leave when I pick him up from daycare at Southern Paws! Then, he will come home and almost immediately take a nap, so I know he gets plenty of play time when he’s there which is great for him (and me). The staff has always been so nice and the daycare rate is very reasonable! I would highly recommend this place.
The staff is very attentive and treat the pets like family. They are also very accommodating when it comes to booking allowing to book far out. Their hours are unorthodox but once you get used to them you should have no issue.
We will definitely be bringing our babies back here. As they seemed so happy when we picked them up. Sherry was amazing. She played with them and got to know all 3 personalities in just 2 nights. The facility was clean, safe, and provided loving atmosphere. Each time we travel to Macon we will use them. Thanks for taking care of our babies.

I take my Pomeranian to be groomed here about every 6 weeks. Everyone I’ve encountered here is amazing, kind and loves my dog. He’s happy and relaxed when I come to pick him up and I am always happy with their work. I highly recommend this business. I’m very grateful for their staff and expertise.
Me and my husband decided to drive to Georgia for the weekend with our two labs. While fishing in our Airbnb our two labs decided to jumped in the lake…with that being said we wanted to take them to get groomed and taken care of. We were looking at places and I came across this lovely place. We called and prices were great! Affordable even. We took the drive over and was amazed with the Friendliness the staff gave. My dogs had bandannas on them which were soaked obviously but they took the time out of their day to wash them for us and put on new bandanas for them. I couldn’t be more thankful. Both of my pups came out great.
They need to bleach , clean the place up it's not like on their website. They need much better customer servies skills. I didn't like it at . They take to long to groom dogs. They need to get organized and update on things just a little.

I have a very high anxiety dog and I was very unsure of taking her to be groomed, but they did such a great job easing my nerves and took great care of my baby! They had her in and out ASAP and were very responsive to all of my questions. I will be taking her back again and would highly recommend this groomer!

We have struggled as our dogs are large, and though they love the water, do not like being in a bathtub. This place made it easy to drop off, and I know our dogs are big and energetic, but they had them beautiful, soft, and cleaned thoroughly. It is not a simple drop off and pick up and hour later, but I liked this because it gave me the freedom to run my errands. They did give me an approximate time, which helped. I was grateful for the great job they did on our dogs.
