Megan provides top notch dog service for our dog Ricky. She communicates clearly before the stay and through out with a ton of photos and videos. We know he is well taken care of the entire time and are so lucky we found her as a dog sitter who takes our dog in her own home.

Just brought my Chocolate Lab, Van Halen here for a few days and couldn’t be happier. Megan and her family treated my dog like one of their own. Their home is perfectly set up with lots of room inside and a large yard outside. Van was spoiled from the time he was dropped off until the time I picked him up. There were many pictures sent and check ins to let me know how things were going. We are blessed to have found such a great place for Van to stay while we are out of town for business or pleasure.

BEST OF THE BEST!!! I do not worry in the slightest when we go away. Our dog is always well taken care of, Megan is in constant contact with us throughout our dog’s stay, and is so easy to schedule and communicate with. 6 out of 5 stars if we could!! So thankful we found her.

Contacted Top Dog daycare on short notice. Megan was timely responding and extremely accommodating. She sent photos of my pup having a good time,. so there was no need to wonder. She has a fenced yard, and works from home! It was the perfect situation. Highly recommend her.

I highly recommend Preppy pet. They treat our little girl all 85lbs like their own, they spoiled her rotten, I trust them vs anyone else. They loved my girl. They gave her so many hugs petting she had way too much fun there. I also checked others (places) (they were all about $$ other places) unlike Preppy pets. I would never take my girl anywhere else. My puppies loved it there! My dogs, Abby (5 months) and Lily (4 years) went there for 3 days while my family and I were out. I was so scared to be without my dogs, they sent me pictures of them and let me know how they were doing every day, and I was worried less about it!! The staff was amazing, and worked through our doggies problems for us/ with us. When we came to pick them up they almost didn‘t want to leave. I really recommend this place I haven’t had any trouble with it at all!!

I don't leave our dog often, and when I do, it's with people I know. This was new to leave him at a new place away from home while we went to Key West for 4 days. I researched online and hoped I chose well. I did. They were great, even posting pictures on their Facebook page so I could see him having a good time. They even called me to let me know when pictures were up because they knew I was nervous about leaving him. Add ons available to the kenneling, including a play area with other dogs, bigger spaces to stay, bath and more Would definitely use them again.

Our 1 yr old pup loves this place. He jumps out of the car and runs to the front door when he sees where we are. Pup has many new "friends." Staff is great with him. They have good hours too.

From Pictures and our dogs responses when taking home, they seem to have a good time and enjoy going to Preppy Pet for Board with Day Care.

What are they hiding? I went to inquire on a first time boarding. I was not allowed to take a tour. So consequently I was unable to assess the following: staff interaction with the dogs, access to drinking water, size of the kennel, play area, cleanliness, and odors. This same day I went to 3 other boarding businesses and was given a tour of the facility. Why would I utilize a boarding facility that could not be evaluated? RESPONSE to owner that could not give name (i did not speak to the owner when there, it was a young girl)Yes, I declined to look thru the door. How can u actually see the kennels when they were at right angles to the door or see access to water, cleanliness, or odor. I also did not see staff interacting with the dogs. If a safety issue, why was I able to tour other facilities. Again, what are you hiding?

This was my first time using Qualified Pet Services and I will be using them for my pets in the future! I cannot say enough about Lindsey. She was quick with her communicate ,very helpful to meet our schedule needs and provided me updates after both walks & a handful of picture (who does not love pictures of their animals!). Beyond happy with my decision to use Qualified Pet Services & cant wait to continue to work with them more!!

Such an amazing service! Our pet sitter fell through and we reached out to this service on Tuesday night when we were leaving town Thursday morning. They got back to us Wednesday morning and did the meet and greet that same night. Our cat, Pepe, loved Lindsey. My fiancee and I felt completely at ease knowing our kitty was in good hands. Lindsey went above and beyond, bringing in packages for us and sending the CUTEST pics of our cat while we were away. We could not be happier with this service and highly recommend it for anyone with a loving pet

Wow!! I was so lucky to find such an amazing company. I was able to use multiple services that they offer while out of town. I had one overnight and did their day services as well. I really enjoyed that they offered a meet and greet before heading out of town. It was so nice getting daily updates from the staff. Always prompt, left detailed messages explaining when they came and left (confirmed with my security system), what they did while here and shared pictures of the cat. Qualified Pet Services is actually the best service you could possibly get. All the staff I have worked with are incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating to you and your pets. Highly recommend hiring them for pet sitting and dog walking. My animals love them and their prices are fair for the peace of mind.

I boarded both of my labs for a long weekend. Dropped them off on Wednesday called on Thursday everything was fine they were eating and no issues. Came back to pick them up on Monday and was told my older lab who is almost 13 would not eat so they switched her food and she had diarrhea. She ended up being so sick it cost me almost $700 in veterinary bills. My vet could not believe they switched her food. They never reached out to me before making the change. No call, no text, no email, no communication whatsoever. My other lab came home with an eye infection which was even more cost in vet bills. Absolutely horrible experience, I would never trust Tiki Tails again & this was not the first time we have used them. I don’t know if they have new management or what but this was not handled appropriately at all. In response to Tiki Tails Response to me: you offered two days of boarding to resolve this. Why would we want to bring our dogs back to you so we can incur additional vet bills? No way! Also, you did not try to resolve this in additional emails. In fact, my last email was never acknowledged or responded too and that has been well over a week ago.

Had an awful interaction with the angry mess of an owner. She literally threw a fit in the waiting room. As an animal lover, I don't think any pet should be left alone with someone like that. Went to make a review to warn other pet owners, and was confused to see they have 4 stars as I've heard (and now seen) awful things about this place. Then, upon further inspection I see that every google review under 5 stars receives a personal attack. Seriously, go on google and look for yourself! No wonder people are scared to leave bad reviews! One review even begs the owner not to attack her online just for telling her story about her dog being mistreated. And yup, you guessed it, there was the owner throwing a tantrum down below. Owner threw her fit at me for being 5 minutes late to an appointment. (9:07 by the time she showed up.) I didn't speak but once to quietly apologize and try to leave, but she continued her angry rant. Gosh she was such a mess. I gave her time to call and apologize, as I was sure this wasn't normal behavior, but nope. If I receive an online attack trying to turn it on me, I will gladly voice what was said to me. I only spoke once to apologize for being late. How I was treated was NOT okay. Protect your pets!

Highly recommend Tiki Tails daycare and boarding. They have created a fun and safe place for dogs to play and socialize. Each of their associates is professional and caring. Can't say enough positive things about them!

Maggie Mae loves going to Tiki Tails to play! The staff is very interactive with the dogs and we always pick up a happy dog who I sometimes think she would rather stay and play longer! The staff is great! Groomers are very good!

After moving to SW Florida my Aussie was missing all his friends. We had lived in a townhome and he had LOTS of friends and now even though we had a great backyard, we felt he needed more. I had found out about Tiki from a friend. We finally got everything together and did Scooters interview. I am so glad we did. They suggested we do a few days in a row to get him used to it. The second day when we pulled onto the road and into the driveway he was so excited and couldn’t wait to get inside. He may not be ready to play with all the other dogs, but at least he isn’t resisting going and all staff has been amazing.

We love Tiki Tails!! We are new to the area and were looking for the right place for our dog as he is a bit shy and learning how to socialize and play. He absolutely LOVES Tiki Tails. As soon as we park he is so happy to be here which confirms that the staff is amazing, attentive, and caring. I love being able to watch him on IG stories! He loves going to play for the day and we've boarded him a few times as well. Each time he's been boarded the staff has been extremely communicative on how he's doing which gives us ease of mind! I brought my dog for daycare three days in a row while in the area. She absolutely loved it! She was excited to go back - a clear sign to me the staff are not only loving and attentive but keep the group safe and controlled as well. As someone who has worked in the dog boarding/daycare industry for years, I am PARTICULAR and everything about Tiki Tails surpassed my expectations. The staff were welcoming and incredibly friendly (with people and pets!) and I was obsessed with watching my dog on their Instagram stories while she was there. This place is the greatest find for my dog in Fort Myers! My young golden retriever has gained so much confidence in socialization with other dogs. All the dogs are amazing and friendly screened by the owner personally. Trusting someone with your fur family is hard but the staff make this experience for the dogs wonderful! Bark Place is the best! Baxter gets so excited when he knows it's a daycare day. He absolutely loves going to spend the day with his friends. Jennie is so knowledgeable and caring. She loves what she does and it shows. I'm also very comfortable boarding him with Jennie knowing that he is always safe and in a comfortable home setting. So happy I found this place.

This young lady Jamie is wonderful. I quickly had to find a new pet service and somehow I ended up on Jamie’s site. I have two “difficult” cats and they loved Jamie. I am happy and am passing her name to all of my fur baby friends.

Jamie has been so amazing with my shih tzu Oliver. She takes such good care of all the animals who stay with her. I wouldn’t want any other person to look after my fur baby! I always miss him when we leave him but Jamie does a great job at sending pictures and making sure he is happy. I will admit he’s always sad to leave all his friends at McGregor Pet Care!

This is wonderful in-her-home pet care. Jamie follows standard animal safety standards, yet provides socializations between the boarders ! My 12year old cat adjusted to Jamie's separate room and over several days was able to use the entire home with small dogs and her own cat. No stress for my cat &we were able to enjoy our vacation

Jamie has been providing excellent care to our golden retriever for the last 3 years. He is three so she has had him for short stays and evening date nights since he was a puppy. Recently we added a dachshund puppy to our family and Jamie has already developed a relationship with him as well. She has had him for both short and long stays when we have been away. Her fully enclosed back yard is perfect for the dogs to play in. Jamie has always provided diligent love and care to our “boys” and they truly love to go to her place. They become excited as soon as we turn into her driveway. Jamie is patient, kind and caring. She is a real dog person and shows great passion in her work. Our boys instantly took to her and I would highly recommend her services as she is exceptionally reliable and reasonably priced. I love that she always sends us photos of the boys having fun with her while we are out too.

Let me start by saying if I could rate Jamie at 100 stars that still would not be enough. I was a very nervous pet owner when considering the whole boarding process. The overwhelming, feeling of trusting a total stranger with my dog, had my anxiety through the roof. A little backstory, we have had our dog for close to three years. We rescued her from a horrible situation when she was just over one. It has taken us a very long time for her to even feel comfortable with us let alone a complete stranger. From the first phone call with Jamie, she made me feel somewhat more at ease than anyone else that I had spoke to. I had spoken to “big box” companies but felt I needed something more personal. The first time we met her, we were welcomed into her home, and I knew right away that she would love and care for our baby just as we did. Jamie took her time to make sure that our dog was completely comfortable. She never tried to rush her. She waited for our dog to trust her, which speaks volumes to her experience and knowledge of pet handling. Unfortunately, our dog had a concerning diagnosis A few days before our trip was planned. After communicating immediately with Jamie, she assured me that administering her medication was no problem at all and keeping her calm would be a top priority. Throughout our trip The communication between my family and Jamie was outstanding. She sent pictures and updates. Confirming the medication had been administered, how she was doing, Updates on potty breaks( this was a worry for us because of the medication) and so many little messages That there was no space in my heart or mind to worry at all! I can honestly say that I will never be worried about leaving my baby with anyone else! Jamie is the real deal and from this point on she is our person. If you are looking for a honest, kind, caring, compassionate person to care for your pets, Jamie is it!

I can't even explain how grateful I am that I found Jamie! She goes ABOVE AND BEYOND to help out her clients. She watches my puppy every day while I'm at work and has already made huge improvements in my dog's behaviors. Jamie gave us the greatest experience for our first time boarding the pups! We contacted multiple options for dog care to begin and met with and toured each facility gaining information and getting a feel for the folks who would be taking care of our dogs. Jamie was so warm and welcome upon arrival. The questions we asked were probably over the top but you can’t be too careful. She answered each question with confidence, looking us in the eye. She was not afraid to show us her home and how and where the dogs would be sleeping, playing, etc. 10 out of 10 for cleanliness and organization inside the home. There were no buckets of water, clutter, trash. The outside area was well kept and tidy and no build up of items or trash that our dogs(whom are nosy) could into and possibly hurt or poisoned. Fence was sturdy and clean as well and the amount of backyard was a big plus! She also wanted to meet our pups before hand so she could make sure it was a good fit. They immediately took to her. Our dutchie went and sat right in her lap with no worries. That made us feel super comfortable. The whole dropping off process went perfectly. We left on our adventure feeling slightly worried, but confident knowing we left them in good hands. She updated every few hours(sometimes sooner) with pictures and the activities they were doing, they literally had a blast!! One detail I will emphasize on is that she was ready and willing to keep training on the schedule. She asked for feeding guidelines and things they are training with at this time. We are big on making sure our dogs have and keep their manners a part of their everyday life. She did a wonderful job keeping up with that as well, we had no issues with regression and going backwards in any of their manner training. All I can say is I will always choose Jamie & Mcgregor pet care as our second home for our doggos from here on out!! She has become part of our forever pack!

Jamie and her mother have kept our dog many times. We have a Klee Kai, and she is four years old. We had tried different commercial services, and Torrie would get so upset when we would take her to them. It was heartbreaking. Now, when Torrie is in the car and realizes she is going to see Jamie, she is so incredibly excited and happy. The last time we pulled into Jamie’s driveway, Torrie jumped onto my lap and started banging on the door with her paws for me to hurry and open the door, and then she leaped out of my lap and ran for the front door. There are almost always other animals there, and Torrie loves to play. Jamie manages multiple animals with such skill and care! We’ve never had a problem and always feel so great about where our fur baby is when she’s not with us. Five stars aren’t enough: I’d give her ten stars if it was allowed. And one other thing: Jamie has all 5 star reviews but one. She has no idea who that guy that gave her a 1 star review is, and if you look at all his other reviews in total, he has reviewed 11 things and gave 8 of them 1 star. That’s all you need to know.

My fur baby has been coming here for a few months now. We keep coming back for the friendly staff and peace of mind knowing our fur baby is happy and healthy! We love the daily photos and save them. It’s so nice to know she is having fun and making friends. The staff even knows our girl by name!

I have had my Westies groomed at many places around Ft Myers over the years but my search for the best has ended with Brandon at Buster's Happy Tails! My babies have never looked so good. I admit they were a mess, overgrown and matted with the hurricane and everything. Even with them being shaved short there were no clipper marks or burns like I've experienced with many other groomers. They were silky smooth and their faces were done perfectly. They even got a real Westie ear cut. Even our friends love how cute they look. Their three dogs looked great too! You will not be disappointed with the care and professionalism you will get at Buster's. Brandon is a master groomer for all breeds. I already made our next appointment!

They have great grooming and daycare services. My dogs practically lunge out of the car when we pull in. They are pricey but to be honest, they’re on the cheaper side for the area. We will continue to go to the them for daycare and grooming!

I absolutely love this place. I have a very large puppy....80+lbs at 10 months. He is always happy to go and play with his friends. They treat him well. We boarded our puppy on a recent vacation and it went excellent. Great place for puppy daycare and boarding.

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE!! Too many accidents!!..the owner takes no responsibility for your pet if something happens.. she's shady as hell.. if you love ur fur babies at all, you'd go elsewhere!! Please..go elsewhere! She's a nightmare and so is her business!! Worse place ever for dogs! Smh... just horrible what goes on behind closed doors.. very sad.

Buster's is great for training, grooming, boarding, & daycare. The staff truly loves animals and you can trust your furbaby is in good hands. Their facility is top notch! There are several sections for outdoor play and indoor rest. Outdoor yards have things to climb, access to shade, fan misters, and my husky's personal favorite, multiple shallow pools to cool down in. They also take pics of the pups daily and post them to their Facebook page, so if you're out of town you can see what fun they're up to. Great ownership and staff.

I bring Django at least once a week for daycare and he gets to excited to go! He has also boarded overnight here as well. I love the fact that he can get a bath after playing with all his buddies to come home refreshed! You can tell Django loves everyone at Busters!

We took our dog Enzo to Busters Happy Tails for his very first doggy daycare experience today. All staff were so friendly and accommodating and you can't beat the price! Busters definitely made our first doggy daycare experience easy for Enzo and us! Highly recommend 😊

So grateful for this place! I had to stay in Fort Myers for work during a few weeks, and they were able to accommodate my Boston Terrier quickly. He attended daycare for about 3 weeks while we were there and loved it! They go through screening first to know the dog better and make sure they are not bringing bad behaviors into the group. He made lots of friends and if we're ever back in the area, we will definitely return. Staff is super responsive and organized, the facilities are clean, and the people looking after the dogs are responsible and definitely pay attention and know their dogs.

We absolutely love Busters and are so thankful to have found them. Our English Yellow Lab enjoys here home away from home anytime she is with Busters. We are worry free when we have to travel because the staff treat her like their own. Thank you Busters for providing such a safe, fun place for Keke.

Our dog, Sparky, loves Best Pets! We know because she races in & is excited to see the staff at Best Pets! It’s a great place because they care about the dogs and the dogs are able to play with the other dogs that are in their care. Most places keep them in kennels all day but not here. Sparky comes home happy & tired after a fun day at Best Pets! Great place!

We had an alright experience here. Dogs seemed to do well so thats what matters most. Would give 5 stars but the grooming service has gone wrong and one pup is traumatized now... at least any time we try to trim her hair.

Best Pets is the absolute best place to take your dog. Patty, you and your staff are amazing. This is the fourth year we've come here and left our dogs here. I wish we had someone this great back home I could leave my dogs with. Obi and Poppy will be back.

Wouldn't allow me to board my 3 Pitts for 8 hrs tomorrow while we helped our daughter move. We live 4 hrs away and didn't wanna leave them in a hotel room all day while we are gone and was told they won't allow them bcuz of their breed! My dogs are not aggressive! They wouldn't even allow a meet and greet before saying no. Such a shame

EXCELLENT! 5 STARS!!! This is the first time we have ever boarded our dogs. I had always used friends and family for pet sitters, but since our dogs are older and require special assistance and on-time medicine, we wanted to ensure they were in the best hands. We did a lot of research and Best Pets came overwhelmingly recommended! Patti and her staff were super helpful and awesome, and they truly are animal lovers. They gave our dogs and others a lot of attention. One of our dogs requires assistance walking and they were great with him. We love the live video feed to check on our fur babies any time of day or night. Patti went above and beyond when we forgot our dog's medication picking him up and she dropped it off at my house at 9:30pm so he wouldn't miss his night-time dose! Excellent people! We took our fur grand daughter here for a week. While it was hard to leave her, Patti made us feel very secure leaving her in the hands of other pet lovers. We loved the fact we could watch storm on the cameras. I did a lot of research before I settled on Best Pets. We were a little late picking her up so I called to see if they could wait for a few minutes and they did. I highly recommend this facility. Thank you guys for making it less painful in leaving storm for a week.

Our older dog never did well with other dogs or people so we never could board when we went on vacation. When we got our puppy we knew he had the best personality for it but still nervous leaving your dog with someone you don't know for a long period of time. Let me tell you, Humphrey is a shy dog but he RUNS into this place everytime. They are all so loving with the dogs. There are cameras you can log into anytime of the day. Very clean and he comes home so tired from the fun he had. Thank you for always taking care of our pup!

Amazing place and caring staff! We were in a jam as we were on vacation and our dog was barking nonstop in the hotel room, we decided to board him. I contacted this place and they were able to help me immediately. There were cameras so I could see how well my pup was being taken care of, I even saw one of the girls kissing my boy Onyx. It was also nice to know that my boy was able to play with other dogs his size, so much better than being in a crate all day! He had a buddy the whole time he was there. I am so grateful and completely recommend Best Pets. Ty!

We are the definition of helicopter dog parents and have done research/ trial play dates with other local daycares but there is no comparison to Dogtopia! Our miniature schnauzer puppy, Moose, loves everyone there and he is so clearly loved. He greets everyone each day with kisses and tail wags. The employees keep me updated with photos of all the activities they do each day. We especially love all the photoshoots and celebrations. They adore our little Moose and we couldn’t be more grateful! Thank you Dogtopia!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Clean environment. My dog comes home after daycare tired out from playing with all her friends. Creative activities my dog can participate in throughout the month such as peanut butter bubble parties, brain games, birthday parties with other dogs, art classes and so much more! Your pet is like child and it’s very comforting know your pet is in great hands.

I love Dogtopia! Leo always has so much fun every time he goes! They offer cute different activities for the puppies to do everyday! Leo won a prize for winning their apple bobbing competition! He looks forward to see his besties every week! And he always is so tired after playing all day! 🩷🐺 …

Emmie Rose absolutely loves Dogtopia! She’s made some great friends. All the staff are true dog lovers. They go beyond to make sure you and your pets are happy! Emmie below in her Halloween costume. I LOVE Dogtopia and the staff are so friendly and attentive to the dogs. They do their best to enrich our fur babies with different games and activities each day. They also offer grooming services, which are priced very affordable - and it’s convenient since the dog is there anyway! I know my Frankie is safe whenever I leave them with this great team and he has made some new friends. Even when I miss him I can check their live feed and see him having a great time. So thankful! He knows the words “day care” now and can’t get in the car fast enough. 10/10 definitely recommend

Amazing Experience at Dogtopia! Dogtopia has been absolutely wonderful with my golden retriever, Leo! From the moment we arrived, the staff was so friendly and welcoming. It’s clear how much they care about the dogs—they treat them like family! When I picked Leo up, he was so happy, which made me feel even better about leaving him there. It’s great to know he’s in such a loving and safe environment. He even made new friends, and I can tell he had a blast! 😊 Thank you, Dogtopia, for giving Leo such a fun, love and a happy experience. Well trained and friendly staff, very clean and inviting atmosphere for our furry friends. They have tons of fun activities and Nike absolutely loves going to Dogtopia.

Dogtopia was recommended by my coworker and I must say I’ve been very happy with our experience. Our golden retriever can expend all that pent up energy which makes him less anxious and more manageable overall. The staff is attentive and treats our baby as one of their own and I can leave him there without any reservations knowing he will be cared for very well. Highly recommend Dogtopia Ft. Myers!

My pup Gus loves going to Dogtopia of Fort Myers. We have been Dogtopia clients for years at other cities and were thrilled when the Fort Myers location was opened. It is so conveniently located and I love how their staff makes drop-offs and pick-ups so easy and quick. You never have to wait more than a few minutes. My baby comes back home happy & tired from playing with all his friends- August, Daisy, Bisco, Thunder. We are also proud to have made so many referrals to this location and all our referrals are so thankful for it!! The staff is always excited to see Gus and Gus is equally excited to see them.

Staff is very attentive to dogs' needs even providing a calendar of entertaining events and snacks to keep the pets busy. Cameras provide an additional layer of comfort. I felt very comfortable leaving my dog to board for the first time. Facilities are very clean and well organized.

This is the first time I had to bring my dog for an overnight stay at the Barker Lounge. My dog has never stayed in any facility. This place was highly recommended. They made me feel at ease when I left her. I feel like she had a good time and she ate her food which is always a good sign. She stayed one night. I would return in the future if I needed a place to bring her.

During Pierre's first couple of stays, he had stress leading to tummy/ GI issues. After I shared this w/ the team, they made sure Pierre had a quieter kennel for his visits and gave him extra human touch and attention which is very calming to Pierre. I have gone through a tough November with losing my dear mother. Knowing that Pierre was well cared for meant so much. The owner, managers, and every staff member really care for the pups here. Highly recommend!

Our two Italian greyhounds love to spend time at Barker Lounge. Always friendly check in and attentive to our needs. I love the reports we get after boarding overnight, which they have done several times. Highly recommend for your pets!

We have a dog who is very anxious, especially with others in the lobby. The staff at The Barker Lounge not only accommodates him, but does it with kindness and caring. I never feel we are putting them out. We take him there weekly for daycare and frequently for boarding. Even with extended stays, he comes home happy (and tired!) They send pictures of him playing and having a great time.

We recently boarded our dog Cash here for a week. We got updates on how he was doing, eating, playing and pictures which were much appreciated and made me feel so much better about being away from him! Cash can be a handful sometimes w his high energy and loud bark, but the staff there were good with him, and we appreciate them taking good care of him so much.

Our dog had a very good experience at The Barker Lounge. It was clean and well kept. We got photos and a report on how he was doing while staying there. He will stay here in the future when we need a place for him to board.

Tori and Mericle are quite literally MIRACLES! They are hands down the best dog/pet service ever! Their attention to detail and appreciation for my dog and my home is top notch. They send photos, keep you updated, and are always quick to respond- I couldn’t recommend them enough! Also they will groom your dog, clean ears, the whole 9…and are always reasonably price. I was a nervous last minute wreck when I reached out to Tori. She put my mind at ease took my Baby Rosita in. She is Very Friendly and is a true pet lover I got the vibe over the phone and when I seen her. Rosita is enjoying herself, there’s other pets I saw there having the time of their lives! Definitely my new permanent sitter/God Mom for Rosita ❤️ I will refer my friends and co workers to her!

Completely inadequate pet care was demonstrated by this company. My poor pets suffered due to their incompetence. All they had to do is sit at my house for a week, watch my pets, feed and water them, and earn $1200. Sadly, this did not happen. My dog, who was healthy as a horse before I left, wound up at the emergency vet hospital a day after my return because she couldn't eat, was lethargic, and had so much diarrhea with blood. I was so upset that I chose to send a message, before writing a review, to privately address my honest concerns. I expected some sympathy, a conversation with them, perhaps an apology. What I got was criticism, name calling, accusations of lying, and harassment. The truth is, the sitter was gone for hours at a time and was constantly sleeping. I have proof of this as outdoor Ring cameras and indoor cameras don't lie. Please beware of these people and choose someone else if you care about your pets' well-being. I know for sure they will never ever step foot near my home again.

I can never thank you enough for the kindness and care you gave to my precious Lilly in her final days. Your family is truly a blessing to all pet lovers. I highly recommend Sunni D Retreat!!!

Tori and Merical are the best!! They stayed overnight with my furbabies and took great care of my house and babies. My senior dog(16) can be difficult and has medical needs and my cat is very shy. They were easily able to care for them like they were family! They followed all my instructions better than any other sitter I’ve found, and for a great price!! Would highly recommend!!

A death in the family and job opportunity led me to Sunnie D Retreat. Less than a week before Thanksgiving, I reached out to them desperately needing help caring for my 4 year old Australian Shepard. I met with co-owners, Tori and Merical, who immediately put me at ease as far as leaving my pup with strangers. More importantly, my dog was comfortable with them, and they comfortable with her. Their initial interaction and ability to read her was impressive. Just 2 days later, during Thanksgiving week which a very busy time for any boarding facility, day care services began. Tori went out of her way to be available. For the past 3 weeks Tori and Merical have not only been caring for my dog, but providing transportation to and from day care. I’ve continued to be impressed with their communication, professionalism and genuine love for animals. I highly recommend Sunnie D Retreat to any pet parent in need of boarding or day care services. This is a home operation where your pet will receive individualized care vs. a large facility where your fur baby will one of too many animals.

You will not believe on happy your dog will be staying with Tori and Merical. They offer so much love and attention to your family's pet while they stay there. My Crystal was there during Hurricane Ian, Tori sent me pics everyday while we were gone. I never had to worry about her. Check them out, you wont regret it.

Fantastic first time experience with Sunnie D! Had a last minute business trip- was so thrilled that they responded promptly to schedule a meet and greet before dog sitting. Very caring and detail oriented! Not only did they take great care of our two large dogs but our home was immaculate upon returning. Will certainly use them again in the future!

My cavi loves going there!! Tori is wonderful with my dog she goes 3 days a week while I work a 12 hour shift. She comes home tired and well played out. Tori follows instructions on feeding training goals and medication. Tori is the best and so thankful to have found her
