We have used Richlyn Rovers since we got our pup over 2 years ago and they have been wonderful to work with since then. Both the owner, Sherri, and her crew do a great job and send great pics and updates with each visit/walk. They are very communicative and flexible to our schedule and we truly appreciate what they do for our pup! I couldn't recommend them enough for pet walking services!

Richlyn Rovers gets a 10 star review from us!!! We are long time customers but first time with our current Lab overnight. Prior to our trip I was very concerned about leaving our Lab overnight for a week. Under the care of Sherri and her team she did perfectly fine. They are truly caring and very efficient at providing care. All of our instructions were followed to a T! And then some. Pictures and updates were sent each and every visit. It provided me with great comfort to read about and see my Lab under their care in photos and texts. I will always use Richlyn Rovers and highly recommend the loving care they provide to their customers. They treat your fur babies like family. Sherri and her crew have helped walk and care for my cats and dogs over the last 7 or so years. I can tell they care about you and your pets. They are very accommodating when I need something special or need to shift a walking day around. They have even been able to help when I have had foster animals. They even make nervous fosters feel comfortable! Richlyn Rovers are great which makes them in demand. You have to plan ahead for any help you need for travel during typical busy times around holidays. I have no idea what Maureen Tipton is angry about in their review. I have never seen anything like what they describe in all the years I have worked with Sherri's team. It's unfortunate her one star review drags down RR's overall score. I imagine they ask for the manager a LOT!

I have used this pet sitting service for several months now and absolutely love their service. Sherri and her team are highly reliable and treat all my pets like family. I have used them enough times that they are familiar with my pets' behaviors and idiosyncrasies. They give me great updates when I am at work or when I am out of town and have excellent pictures of them. They have also been considerate to take out my trash/recycling even when I didn't request it or forgot to. My two dogs and cat love them and treat them like family at this point. I trust them fully and they give me great peace of mind that my pets are in good hands while I am not home. Highly recommend.

I will really give no stars but I couldn't post without one. I have had a trip booked for many months. I find out they can't sit my dog. I only found out because I emailed to get paperwork. No call, no nothing. Very unreliable people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Go elsewhere!!!

Stacey is the best sitter ever! Hera is always so happy to see Stacey! She treats my girl as if she’s her own. She works training exercises with Hera, Feeds her, and makes sure she gives her extra extra love when my boyfriend or I are not there. Stacey makes sure you get updates throughout her visit which I love! Forever grateful for Stacey! I will forever recommend her!

Stacey is always our first choice when we need a dog sitter! Both of my dogs have the best time with Stacey every single time they are with her. They always come home exhausted, and she always treats them like her own! She is trustworthy, dependable and always so attentive to my pups specific needs. My girlfriend and I both work full time. She is also a full time student. We just rescued a pretty pit from the shelter and knew we would need help during the week - having Hera let out, fed, walked, and loved. My mother treats us as she would any client; she is always on time, shows ample love to our new fur baby, and even gives us notifications for when she is headed over and updates on how Hera is that day. She has even taught Hera new tricks! 100% recommend her business… one of the best in the area.

Stacey is an amazing dog sitter. She was so good with our doggies. She came out and met our 2 babies before watching them. She sat in the house and got to know them and took them outside and they definitely got to know her. She messaged me updates and sent me pics while she was at the house. She is very professional and friendly. So glad we found her. We feel so comfortable being able to go out of town and not have to worry about our babies being taken care of. Reliable and trustworthy pet sitter who treats your pets like her own. Will come as often as you need her, give medication when needed, stay and play and spend time with your fur baby’s, gives daily reports and will text you pictures. Great piece of mind while on vacation or out of town.

I had to have surgery and needed to find a trustworthy place to my dog with anxiety is no small task, but Theo truly exceeded my expectations. My dog is highly sensitive, with separation anxiety and a history of being reactive in unfamiliar environments. From the very start, Theo made me feel reassured. Theo asked detailed questions about my dog's personality, triggers, and routines, and I could tell they genuinely cared. They provided a calm, quiet environment and even sent me updates with photos and videos so I could see how my dog was doing. To my surprise, my pup seemed relaxed and was able to be to herself. The third photo shows that she was able to be by herself lol. I highly recommend this place to anyone with a dog who requires extra attention and care. It's clear they know how to handle special needs pets with patience and professionalism. 5/5 stars—thank you for taking such great care of my fur baby!

I was referred to Chip and paw pals daycare by a family member. Theo was very kind and responsive. He was extremely flexible with me, in regards to the fact that I needed a last-minute boarding for my dog and he accommodated me without hesitation. More importantly, he was extremely patient with me as, I wasn’t able to pick my dog up on time due to travel complications on the way back from our vacation. I would definitely book again because of his professionalism, knowledge and kindness.

I found this wonderful business after looking for a doggy daycare in the Waldorf/Brandywine area. Chip and Paw pals is a great place to take your dog for daycare. This place gives your dog an in home experience. Theo is so nice and knowledgeable. He kept me up to date with videos and pictures. It took a while for my puppy Kilo to warm up, but once he did he really enjoyed himself. It’s a very safe environment for my puppy to be socialized with different types of dog breeds. If you ever need daycare or boarding I highly recommend Chip and Paw Pals!!!!

Theo is the Absolute Best!!! He is truly a dog whisper!! I was in need of a pet boarder and I came across Chip& Paw Pals Facebook page and was so happy I did!! Theo was able to accommodate me at the last min and took such great care of my Duke!! I was so worried how my Duke would do because this was his first time ever being away from us overnight and also socializing with other dogs. Thanks to Theo, Duke had no problems being amongst the other dogs and Theo did an amazing job caring and working with my Duke. We will definitely be back!!! Thank you again Chip& Paw Pals!!!

My little Enzo has been coming to Chip & Paw Pals for about a month. He is so excited every morning to get inside and play with his friends. He has a full day every day and is exhausted from all of the fun when he comes home. Theo is very nice and made me feel very comfortable about leaving Enzo in his care. I love seeing my baby so excited and happy after being away from us all day. All pics I’ve posted in my review are of Enzo when he comes home from daycare.

We came across Chip & Paw Pals through a Google search and could not be happier with our experience! Theo (CPP Owner) is very knowledgeable, kind & accommodating. Theo took the time to ask questions to get to know more about our dog beforehand which immediately gained our trust. Theo agreed to board our dog for a week with short notice and we are forever grateful. During our time away, we received daily updates with pictures and videos. Our dog was rarely socialized before this (due to hyperactivity & her breed) so to see her peacefully mingling with other dogs was impressive! We are so happy with the high level services we received that we have decided to bring her back often for daycare. I highly recommend Chip & Paw Pals for your pet’s needs.

Today was my pup first day and I was so nervous because I’ve never sent him to a doggy day camp and I know he’s much more energetic than most pups (he’s a mini golden mountain doodle). However, I can tell by comforting updates & the pictures sent by Chip&Paw Pals that he was having the time of his little life and got along well with the other dogs there. To top it off, he came home and went straight to sleep. I’m so appreciative for this experience and I’ll definitely be sending him again! If you were considering sending your fur baby to Chip&Paw Pals, I highly recommend!

My husband and I were on our way to our vacation destination when we received a voice message and missed calls about our fur baby. We left our 9-month-old Golden Retriever with his uncle, expecting them to have a good time together. However, Rocky was misbehaving and keeping his uncle up all night, causing us to panic when we heard they weren't getting along. After searching for dog boarding services online, we came across Chip & Paw Pals Daycare, which had many positive reviews. I called and left a message explaining our situation. Theo promptly called me back and assured me that he would take care of our fur baby, even after I mentioned Rocky's reluctance to get into the car and dislike for being picked up. We were prepared to fly back home if things didn't work out and anxiously waited for Theo's update. Fortunately, Theo managed to coax Rocky into the car. We felt relieved and grateful knowing Rocky was in good hands. Throughout our vacation, Theo kept us updated with videos and pictures of Rocky playing.
