We have been boarding our dogs at ABC for 20 years! They have a wonderful, caring staff. The facility offers many boarding options and playtime choices. They are the best! I have also always been contacted if there are any questions or concerns. The grooming staff is excellent.

I had my pet cat Mimi stay for the week of thanksgiving. While dropping her off the staff was very nice and gave me the full total. The price was great considering having Mimi stay for 5 days. The place is very clean and the pets are kept in big rooms. At least from what I could tell with the cats. Depending on if you would like them to play, and treat the cat they will charge a little more but its worth it. My cat was happy when the staff member walked up to her room, so I know she was very well taken care of. The pet rooms are very clean and the cats look happy. I will definitely be using them again and recommending to my family members.

Erika at the front desk was so kind and accommodating. And Patty in the Grooming department was awesome. She took great care of Bella in her nails. Bella normally has high anxiety with getting her nails done and Patty made it quick and easy and comfortable for her

Our beloved Bella has been a valued client of ABC Pet Resort for the past five years. The staff at ABC Pet Resort has consistently demonstrated exceptional care and compassion towards Bella, ensuring that she feels comfortable and happy during her stays. Bella eagerly anticipates her visits to ABC Pet Resort and becomes visibly excited upon arrival. This level of comfort and excitement allows my husband and I to enjoy our vacations without any concerns about Bella's well-being. If it were possible to provide a rating higher than five stars, we would gladly do so. ABC Pet Resort is the only place we trust to provide Bella with the care and attention she deserves.

Kobe loved his day at daycare! Look how happy this good boy is. The team were incredible from sign up, to drop off and pick up! Extremely organized and well run, you can tell they have been doing amazing job for the past years and years to come. I loved the welcome bag we received, included is the pictured certificate that I now have up on the fridge.

We have been bringing our dogs to ABC for over 10 years. They always take excellent care of our dogs and they truly care about their lodgers. A great attention to detail and also a caring, loving touch! We know that we don’t have to worry about our fur babies when they are at ABC.

Absolutely no complaints! We had to find a last minute replacement for our usual boarder, and these guys were our choice! They did an incredible job helping keep our dog safe, healthy and happy while we were away from home. Thank you for the superb service! 👌🏻 We have a 110lb Great Pyrenees 3 years old, very energetic and can have trust issues with new people; he was happy, spoiled and they even took his photo!

Love this place!!! It was my Kitty's second stay and although he was very spicy (because he didn't want to be there), the team was very patient with him and didn't give up trying to make him comfortable. I also appreciated that they observed his feeding times and continued those while he was there. I highly recommend ABC Pet Resort for your pet's next stay. Thanks again for taking care of my baby!!

Our dogs come home so tired from playing that they just wanna lay around and rest. We have two big boxers and they are extremely energetic. All of the staff there are very sweet and kind and they are all animal lovers! What more can you ask for? Oh they do have package deals.

I love ABC, they’re always very nice and very helpful when I call to book grooming or boarding! I recently moved to Houston and I’m really glad I found somewhere for my little dog to go! Not to mention they ALWAYS have grooming availability and that is such a plus !!!

Natalie was a life saver! As a travel nurse, my biggest worry was how my dog would do in a new place. He was very anxious alone. Natalie was able to keep him right away! She was quick to respond when I messaged her! I could tell right away that she would be perfect because it is obvious how much she loves her own "kids" (5 pugs) My baby has been well taken care of and she sends pics throughout the day!

I am so happy I found Natalie she has been an absolute blessing! She is reliable, trustworthy and pays attention to the little details. This was our first time leaving our 2 senior dogs and Natalie made us and our girls feel so welcomed. I know my senior ladies were in good hands and well taken care of. She sent us pictures and updates of them everyday while we were away. If you're looking for a more homey type of boarding service, Furever paw care is the way to go!

Natalie is great! She and her husband took great care of our 75# bernadoodle in their home while we took a week's vacation. Her prices were reasonable and she kept me updated with pictures and videos while I was away (per my request). I would definitely recommend Furever Paw Care.

I can’t say enough about how great Natalie is! Right off the bat when Cooper and I first met her we got an excellent first impression. She was very warm, friendly, and was great with my pug. She provides great updates which is very important to me, because it really does put my mind at ease when I’m away from Cooper. She sends photos and lets you know how your pet is doing. Natalie is such a natural with dogs! I have the most extroverted, high energy Husky/Pitbull mix that requires so much stimulation and energy and Natalie is the perfect dog walker/sitter for my doggo. She’s super friendly, I feel such peace of mind knowing my pup is taken care of and having fun! Her home is lovely and her pups and mine got along great!

Our dogs love staying here! I love how there are cameras so we can easily check in on our pups. The constant access to outside all day is great! They come back all played out and tired. We love this place so much! They take such great care of our dogs and I love getting updates

I finally have time to leave a meaningful review. My dog Escrow loves this place he is so social with other pets and the staff really spends time with him. He is soooo active and by the time he gets home he's exhausted. (Just how I like him) As a fur mom, I feel safe leaving my baby here and not having to worry about anything. They have cameras in their boarding quarters, they update me with pictures when he's out interacting with dogs and your questions and concern are answered in a timely manner. Barks and Recreation has a great staff and they love the animals. I left Escrow for Boarding and Daycare and they did not disappoint. We adore the care that our fur babies receive each time they visit. 24/7 camera access, text responsive staff, and photo updates. My puppers always enjoy their vacation too.

We recently started bringing our Great Dane to Barks and Recreation due to me having to go back to the office. I was nervous because she hasn’t gone to doggy day care very much. She absolutely loves going. The staff is all so amazing and I know I’m leaving her in good hands!

Our foster dogs had a blast getting a new experience with overnight boarding. They had plenty of space to stay together (one is 130+ lbs) and apparently loved their play yard visits. Staff was attentive and reassuring that our pups enjoyed themselves. Very convenient location near Old Town Spring and would definitely recommend. They will staying again over Christmas!

Roxi has been coming to this daycare since she was a 20 pound pup. She is now 50 pounds and she still adores the people and all the dogs here!! I enjoy this daycare because I feel safe when I drop Roxi off knowing that she’s with people who actually genuinely love dogs and there’s cameras so I can watch it throughout the day and they send pictures and videos of her day as well!! Any questions I have they always make me feel reassured!! And I absolutely love the new group daycare, They just opened up because my Roxi girl is so energetic throughout the day but when I pick her up, she is exhausted from playing all day. I just recommended this place to a friend and I’m recommended to you. If you see this review, you will not be disappointed!! Try it out, I guarantee your dog will be happy and so will you🐕‍🦺🐾🦮🐩🐾♥️

I'm sure they took very good care of my baby. The cameras are the best although one day they were turned off. We really liked that the puppies receive a daily visit to pet and massage them. They also take them out for a free walk through the green areas of the place. What we liked the most is that their suites have two rooms, one with air conditioning where their bed, water and food are, and they have a small door open all the time to go out and come in to relieve themselves whenever they want. We are very grateful to Barks and recreation pets suits

Highest recommendation for Barks & Recreation! Our pooch loved her stay. They have 24/7 video cameras to check on your pet and they also provided fun pictures from playtime. The staff was super friendly and we could not be happier with the service they provided. We will definitely bring our dog back for boarding next time we are out of town. They also have add-on services for grooming if needed. 5-stars!

I was afraid at first with leaving milo anywhere since his a rescue dog. Milo has anxiety and scared at of people at first and will bark at anyone. My friend jasmine used to work here and recommend me here and I'm happy with that decision. Everyone is so welcoming and makes milo feel safe even if he does have anxiety sometimes they give him time for him to get to know them

Lady had a blast! It was our first time boarding and the staff made my husband and I comfortable with letting lady stay at there facility while we went on vacation. The price per night is very reasonable. They even sent us photos!

My dogs came home sick with kennel cough after staying here. I found the service strange when I asked for a photo of my dogs they wanted to charge me for it. I was told it was because it was a very busy time too many dogs I have not experienced that before. I regret not asking for a tour of the rooms as well. I would caution if use them not because they didn’t try to help but there’s too many red flags

Customer service is terrible. We have used them multiple times. They upped their prices without letting us know at the time of booking and attempted to mandate a service that was not needed or wanted (exit bath). They charge $50 for an exit BATH and try to force you into the service - which also wasn’t communicated at the time of booking. I can wash my dog for $0.00 at home.They attempted to charge us a whopping total of $326!! You are nothing but a dollar sign there. Despite my dog having been there MULTIPLE times in the past, they exercised zero compassion. They also apparently, don’t know the sex of the animals that stay with them, as they kept calling our female a “he / him”. We canceled our booking & will be taking our furrbaby with us.

We have been bringing our pets to Family Pet Retreat for several years now. We love that they offer boarding rooms and that all of our pups can stay together. They have multiple play time options and well-tempered dogs get to interact as well. We've always come home to happy pups that have received their bath and seem to have had a good time. The property is secure even outside the play yards. The only downside, if there are any, is that I forget the gate code every time and have to call like an idiot. We've used many boarding facilities over the years and this one truly feels like family. Any other place we have taken them to, we have to drag them into. Here when we arrive, the boys leave us in the lobby and run to the back without even saying goodbye.

If I could give Family Pet Retreat 10 starts I would!! This place is amazing - I have never felt like a group cared for our pets as much as they did. They love and care for all of the doggies that come in. They are always available for questions or if you just want pictures of your doggies when you miss them. Our sweet boy was diagnosed with lymphoma at age 6 and unfortunately passed the rainbow bridge but family pet retreat noticed the differences in his behavior from previous stays and called us to let us know which is how we found out he had cancer. They also have great prices compared to other places. I will recommend this place over and over !!! Our dog would hate to leave us when we had to drop him off at family or other daycares - but when we would bring him to Family Pet Retreat, we could tell he loved being there because he would run right in!! If you’re unsure of where to house your pups I highly suggest giving them a chance!!!

We’ve boarded and had our dog in daycare several times and we can tell our dog really enjoys coming here. This place welcomes Kabal every time and he always leaves with a smile on his face!

They have been watching our two dogs for about 2 and half years now and they are always available, our dogs feel very comfortable here. We have never had a problem at all! Price are reasonable as well. Great customer services so always very polite and helpful.

They took good care of my dog while I was out of town for the weekend. I purchased grooming services, and my guy was clean, freshly cut and smelling great when I picked him up! I'll use them next time I travel!

I really like how clean the facility is and that the dogs aren't in a cage. It is more like a home environment and they get to interact with other dogs. I love that they get to go out 5-7/per day and run around too. They charge differently by weight and you pay less if it is cash versus credit. So hit up the atm before coming to pick them up.

I filled out an adoption form on a Saturday evening. Never got an email. Tuesday I messaged them on fb and she said she was getting off a plane and would get back to me the following day. Two days later in message them again to see if the dog was still available and she finally messaged me back saying the foster owner wants to adopt the dog. Then tells me they have another one of the same breed and never heard back from her. Their communication is horrible. I haven't adopted a lot of dogs so I'm not sure if this is how it works but this seems pretty bad. I had my hopes up and I understand sometimes there's people ahead of me but to get little to no communication is terrible. Still haven't got a return email after 4 days when the site says they get back to you within 72 hours. And this has been 4 working days and doesn't not include the weekend. I'm sure this review won't change a lot of minds but good luck.

HPC is the BEST! I love the detailed report and photos I receive after each visit. They take such good care of my pup and he is always so excited to go for his walks with them. They always go above and beyond and I couldn’t be happier!

Shanna helped take care of my sister's cats while she was away. Shanna's attention to detail and care for the cats was evident. She took the time to do some extra things around the place, in addition to caring for all the cats' needs, which unfortunately included a few accidents. Shanna was very responsive throughout and provide updates to keep us aware of everything. We definitely recommend her and will use her again.

They took great care of our dog. He has terrible separation anxiety, and last time we boarded him he barked until he lost his barker. So to be able to leave him at home with someone we can trust is awesome. Thank y'all so much for doing an awesome job and looking after the house while we were on vacation.

I truly love the staff here. They have been extremely caring since we moved here from out of state looking for fur baby care. They do not provide 24/7 cams, but you do receive a video and report card every time your child is in daycare. I love it… and my Elvis has the best time.

Pawtown made boarding my dogs for the first time an easy and comfortable experience! The facility is so clean and the safe was kind! Loved getting updates about my dogs while away, it helped us relax knowing they were in good hands!

I cannot say enough great things about Pawtown and their doggy day camp! They are professional, organized and have such a love for dogs of all needs. My pup, Otis, had major eating problems at his previous daycare: he would eat collars, rope toys, and leashes. I explained to Pawtown my concerns and they assured me it wouldn’t be a problem.…. and they were right!! In the 9 months he attended weekly day camp, Otis NEVER ate a single thing and he had an absolute blast. I love that they send videos of the pups playing too! A month ago, my Otis passed away (NOT at Pawtown) suddenly and unexpectedly at not quite 2 years old. Not only was the Pawtown staff devastated, they were willing to work with us on the day camp package we still had. It was about my Otis, not the money, and that meant everything to me. It really showed the integrity and values of the business. Thank you Pawtown for being a safe and fun place for my Otis to play when he was here!

I am in awe of the staff at Pawtown. I lost power for 5 days during the recent hurricane and called them last minute to see if I could board my cat for a couple of days and they made the process so easy. The moment I walked through the door, I felt incredibly comfortable leaving Kitty in their care. The staff there is so kind and accommodating. To me, the best thing about this facility and the staff is that they take time with each animal to send videos and updates to their owners each day which is above and beyond what I could have expected. Thank you, Pawtown and staff. You made the last couple of days so much easier on me and my baby and I will absolutely be returning whenever I need to board her. You guys are amazing!

I visited Pawtown to tour their facility as a prospective boarder and doggy daycare. I was happy to wait, as I like to do drop by / unexpected visits when I tour the facility. I was in the lobby for 10-15 min while watching the groomer leave a dog completely unattended on the table (with the tie around its neck). That was all I needed to know I would not ever be a customer. I regret not saying something at the time to the staff, because a dog can accidentally hang himself in a moment. I hope from this review the groomers are spoken to about a lesson on safety and how devastating it would be for the dog / owners. When touring the facility I was disappointed in the daycare dogs not having access to clean water in their crates too. If the dogs go out every few hours they should have water since there is no concern about them using the bathroom. I also wish there was a larger indoor daycare area with AC the dogs could use since it’s too hot for dogs to be outside on turf for too long. The employees were extremely kind and helpful!

We love Pawtown grooming! They took such good care of my senior baby fuzzy! Always comes home clean and happy.

Brad and Renee are wonderful dog walkers. We felt very secure having them in our home and watching our dogs. They took wonderful care of each dog and sent us sweet pictures while we were working. They were very helpful in bringing in packages that were delivered. It really put our mind at ease to have them stopping by to care for our dogs. We did multiple overnight stays with our dogs and they were phenomenal! The dogs had a great time with them. We have nothing but good things to say about them and will continue to use them in the future!

We have used Cross Walks since 2014 for daily dog walking and for boarding from time to time. Our dog loves Brad and Renee and is so excited to see them when they arrive. They have been great on working with us on training our puppy. Brad and Renee are honest, dependable, flexible and great with dogs. Highly recommend.

Renee and Brad Orr are a terrific couple that are very dedicated, friendly, responsible, trustworthy, and very loving with our pets. We have known them for over four years and will recommend their services without any reservations. In our case, shortly after we started using them we started feeling that they were like part of our family.

Ann Marie has been grooming my goldendoodle for a while now. She's wonderful and Abby always looks beautiful and smells good too.

My dogs, Chewbacca (7) and Arthur (11), have gone to Puppy Love for grooming and boarding their entire lives. They have never stayed any place other than Puppy Love! Owners Ann Marie and Frederick are very contentious and attentive to the dogs. I highly recommend Puppy Love for both grooming and boarding.

Anne Marie keeps our Westie looking like a show dog. Our Glory-bee loves playing with all of the other dogs. Anne Marie keeps a limit on the # of dogs she keeps. This allows her to give them undivided individual attention.
