My dog Crush always has a great time at daycare at Club Pet Too! I always have peace of mind knowing that he is in good hands with them. They care so much and are always so excited to see him when we come in the door!! Every time we get him groomed the groomers make him so handsome and smell so fresh and clean. We love the staff and that they treat us and our dog like family. We love the picture days that they offer as well.

I have a double merle (blind & deaf) mini aussie and they took great care of her. She is special needs, but was able to play in group our entire 5 night trip! Masi & Suki thank you Club Pet Too!

We love this place! My pup gets so excited as soon as we pull into the parking lot and is always exhausted when we pick her up. I'm so grateful for this place, especially on the days when I'm away for work all day and can't take my pup

We had such a disappointing first boarding experience here for my dog. We have been going to the Club Pet in Milford for years with nothing but positive experiences, however, they were booked and recommended Club Pet Too. Upon picking up our dog, they indicated he was kept in the solo dog area with no group interactions which was never indicated or explained in advance and not typical for our dog. They then continued to place blame on Club Pet Milford for miscommunication and denied any accountability for the mess up. Continued to explain "we are only kind of affiliated" as an excuse for poor communication. Honestly appalled by the lack of communication with their customers and "sister company". Safe to say we will not returning.

I highly recommend Club Pet Too to anyone looking for a safe, caring, and professional environment for their pets. I will definitely be using their services again!

I had a walk-in nail trim and nail grinding for my four month old puppy. The groomer and all of the staff were awesome. They made my puppy feel comfortable and confident. We were in and out in about 10 minutes and his nails look great. No more razor sharp puppy daggers.

They took great care of our cat while we were in FL. We were able to call and check on her any day. We were glad to hear that she bonded with some of the staff and enjoyed her time there. We will have to board her again in October, so I'm glad we found a place we can trust!

Love this place! We have been taking our dog here since she was a puppy! Whenever we pull up she instantly knows where she is and can't hold the excitement. From the first time we checked the place out to even years later, this place has not let us down or gave us any concern when we leave our dog there. It amazes me how they know us as we walk in on first name basis. At first I thought they just knew who was coming with the sheet but there has been times where the card was not out and they still knew who Sophie was. The best part is after we enjoy a night out or a weekend away we always pick Sophie up and she is ready to come home from all the playtime she had and sleeps for days straight. We used to live closer but even with us moving farther away I still make the commute to this place no matter what. I can't recommend this place anymore than I have but if your'e debating please give them a shot your pet and yourself will be happy!

Excellent! We don’t use the day care as often as wes like because my hubby works from home but do happily use Club Pet Too to board our puppies Millie & Brody and cat Chloe 2-3 times a year when we travel. We have never had any issues at all-everyone is friendly, professional and of course great with our pets!! The check in process is smooth and quick. We love it and have no reason to go or even look anywhere else. 🙏

I can’t believe it’s taken me this long to review Canine to Five on here. I have an energetic 3 year old Brittany that loves Canine to Five more than anywhere in the world. He is a lot, and this is the perfect outlet for him year round. It’s obvious that the staff knows each and every dog, and they care deeply for them. This includes front desk staff and playroom staff. I appreciate the live webcams, though often forget to check because I know he’s having a great time and I don’t need to worry. The groomers are wonderful as well, and being able to easily add a nail grind to a daycare appointment is amazing. All of the add-ons and activities are great. Bubble days are one of our favorites, but even just a warm day with pools and sprinklers shows that they care about enriching the lives of the dogs in their care. The smile says it all.

CTF has treated Billie amazing! She loves going there to see her friends. Also, the services offered with daycare make life so much easier. I highly recommend bringing your dog here.

Our golden retriever loves it here! The staff is so friendly and knows our dog by name. He loves going to daycare every Friday and playing with all the other dogs. Whenever we go on vacation, we board him here and know he’s getting taken care of each day. I mean look at those smiling dogs!

Terrible registration process. Terrible customer service. Wasted an hour of my time and multiple phone calls from different people to tell me my dog cannot stay here because I said if he has a bone and another dog comes up he may growl. He even does this when playing and it is a playful vocalization. The person I spoke to on the phone would not let me explain after I mentioned it and just shut me down and said "you just said he's food aggressive" I said well not quite, I just wanted to elaborate... and then she repeats over again "we cannot have your dog here". So if you plan on booking here be aware. Also, if that were a concern it should be the number one question before you spend time filling out forms and submitting shot records.

We’ve had my dog try out soo many places before we settled with Canine to five! We’ve tried daycare, boarding and grooming at Canine to Five. He has separation anxiety, but he did so well here. I constantly got to check on him through the camera during play times! He plays with other dogs, walks with the pack leader and gets butt scratches sometimes 🥰 we boarded our dog for four days recently, and he did so well. I got to contact them and ask for updates on if he had eaten his meals and how he was doing, and everything. Thanks for taking care of Ferro!

My high energy, and nervous-when-away-from-mom Great Dane had a fun filled three days with canine to five commerce! He absolutely loved the staff and other dogs. Have to include in this review that the facilities were VERY, very clean and well maintained. Everyone that works here is so friendly and knowledgeable. I had peace of mind knowing that my dog was in qualified hands for his daycare and boarding stay.

Everyone genuinely knows dog behavior and safety, and cares about each dog they have in the building. Fully staffed 24/7, and different fun themed days almost every day! Also very community oriented, and they work directly with helping several local rescues.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Canine to Five groomers. I brought my dog in for a grooming appointment after waiting 3 weeks, but they refused to groom him because he had tangled hair. While I understand that tangles can be challenging, I expected a professional grooming service to handle such situations. The staff's attitude was dismissive, and they offered no solutions or alternatives. This left me feeling frustrated and without the grooming my dog needed. I hope they improve their customer service and approach to handling common grooming issues in the future.

Staff is very nice and skilled in what they are doing. They all seem to have great confidence in there positions and definitely love dogs. My dog smelled clean and that was a huge plus for me. They said my Brave was good while he was groomed.

They cut my dog up so bad and denied that they did any thing. They are very good at covering up all wrongs. Never admit any responsibility. Where is the rest of my review? It’s been altered. 2022 I posted a full review of what happened with my dog at Canine to Five. Why did you take it off Google? You denied any responsibility when a new employee hacked my dog up so bad. You claimed you had videos and after review you saw nothing wrong however you refused to let me view your video. The groomer scraped and cut my dog. I spoke several times to your 1st and second level managers. You’ve really organized and trained your managers to double down on their refusal to accept responsibility for damages - they are well trained. One manage said they will coach the groomer to contact the customer immediately if there are any situations that come up during grooming. But you denied, denied, denied. Here are my receipts. My vet had to stitch her up on her leg and stomach areas. My dog was so miserable I had to wrap her in a blanket and hold her all night while she trembled all night from the trauma she went through at Canine to Five. I have several pictures. We LOVE Doggie Latchkey, especially Stephanie who graciously took care of our three cats twice. She sent us photos of our kitties while we were away and was able to trouble shoot and problem solve when one of our cats was a little mischievous.

Jen has stayed with our two large dogs on multiple occasions and has always gone above and beyond. On a most recent stay, she looked after our dogs over a weekend when our son got married. She helped in so many ways beyond taking care of the dogs as we had family come and go many times over the weekend, some arriving late in the evening. We trust her 100% and appreciate her care and love for our dogs. She is phenomenal.

I’ve used Doggie Latchkey for 8 or 9 years to watch my kitties when i’m away on vacation. The sitters have all been great, and my recent sitter, Sheryl, was awesome as well. She watched our fur babies last year too. Daily photo and update about how they are doing. I was able to relax and know the kitties were in good hands.

My dog walker, Steve, does an amazing job with my two bully babies. The one is even somewhat timid around men but Steve is so sweet and kind and gentle with her, she is very comfortable with him. He always talks to them when he comes in and after he is done, he sends me a great picture of their walk and tells me how they did that day. It is such a comfort having Doggie Latchkey because I know they care as much for my pups as I do.

This is hands down the best pet sitting service we have used! Before we found Doggie Latchkey, leaving our dog was always stressful and we worried about him while were away. Now, we are 100% confident he is being well taken care of, played with and loved. Heather is his - and our - favorite sitter! She sends us pictures after every visit along with a text message about how our dog is doing and things she enjoys about him. This extra step is awesome!! Also, the prices are very reasonable and the staff is reliable.

The staff is amazing and everything is so clean. The most important thing to me is how much they love my dogs. When Pip had an episode with his Addisons they were right on it and notified me and got him the professional care he needed. When Vinnie started opening gates they notified me so I could adjust my house and yard to keep his booty in. The extras you can pay for are amazing! Cuddle time for my babies and I love the pictures. I could not recommend this place enough. Lindsey is so wonderful and keeps me informed of how my babies are.

Camp bow wow in commerce is the best place to take your fur baby. They treat your dog as their own. They absolutely love your dog, and make sure it has the best care possible. You can tell everyone are most definitely dog people. The place is always clean when walking in, I love the fact I can see my dog in group and if there is any questions I have, can talk to any one of the amazing staff members. The extra enrichments they offer are amazing, the photos are adorable and I know they are spending quality time with my dog ❤️ if you love your dog buddy, I highly recommend camp bow wow.!!

I recommend Camp Bow Wow in Commerce to anyone who will listen! They take care of my Rose like she is their own dog. They do her tricks with her, make sure she gets to play with her dog friends, trim her nails and let me know if she got nervous because of the thunderstorm. Friendliest staff and best customer service! You will feel safe leaving your dogs with them. We’ve been taking our very high-energy beagle Maggie here for the last two years and they’ve been nothing but helpful and wonderful to her! Also, Lindsey is the only one between ourselves and our vet who can successfully trim her nails! We also adopted a Cavapoo 6 months ago and he gets to be kenneled with his beagle sister during rest time and loves it. I would recommend them to anyone!

Kimber loves his friends at Camp Bow Wow in Commerce! The staff is friendly and is always giving Kimber the attention he needs. We have utilized this location for boarding services many times, and I love that I can call at anytime and check in on my boy. The staff always gives me a full update on his stay.

This location has been an exceptional partner in taking care of our baby girl Paris! They genuinely care about the well being of Paris and working with us and her to make her visits and boarding a wonderful experience. The worst place ever to have your dog boarded. They keep the dogs in their cages most of the day. They don’t separate the small dogs to large dogs. They don’t call right away when your dog is stressed/sick. Kim is the district manager she is rude and condescending and puts blame on the owners. They are expensive and your dog is neglected. Beware don’t send your dog there if I give them a zero I would have.

Dogtopia in Commerce is a great place to take your pets. My dogs love it! They are excited when the arrive and play hard while they are there. The facility is clean, the staff is very warm and kind. I live the special theme days that the dogs participate in

We love how happy our pup is when we take her to daycare and pick her up. The staff there is also very communicative and open to answering any questions you may have. Dogtopia has been a wonderful place to discover and to incorporate into our weekly routine! I would recommend Dogtopia to any dog parent as we feel like it helps our dog get social interaction in a safe and monitored environment! The best part is how tired she is when we pick her up so we have a guilt free evening to ourselves!

I cannot express my gratitude enough for Dogtopia in Commerce. Leaving my Kylee at a day care while I work was already hard enough but finding Dogtopia has put my heart to ease. Every staff member there is so kind, sincere, patient and loving on Kylee and it means the world to me. I know Kylee is in good hands whenever I drop her off and they have made me feel so comfortable.

We started at Dogtopia Commerce with two dogs, Aspen and Gaia. We used weekly day care as well as boarding services. Our dogs had very different personalities and the staff did a great job meeting both of their needs: Aspen is a social, high-energy husky and Gaia was a sweet old gal who wanted to lay around in peace and quiet. Dogtopia was able to accommodate them both to make them feel safe and happy when they visited. Jenna, one of the groomers, does/did a fantastic job with both of our furry pups because she has huskies of her own. Both of the dogs came out clean and beautiful every time. When Gaia passed away about a month or so ago, the staff was empathetic and kind. I think they felt the loss, too. We are so happy with our time at Dogtopia; the only reason we're leaving is because we're moving. I highly recommend this place because of the level of authentic love and care for our dogs. We drop Aspen off knowing she is in trustworthy hands from people who love her.

Always friendly. I love to get the occasional texted update during Tucker’s visit. I love hearing the stories from the staff when I go in for pick up. My kids and I love the pics you send home with us; they are on fridge and in school lockers. Most importantly, Tucker starts wagging and getting happy, when he knows we are driving in your lot; he literally skips through the parking lot as we walk into your location. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Dogtopia. The people are amazing and care for my dog like she is there own. The facility is clean and fun. My dog is always excited to go and comes home tired.

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. My dog has only been a few times and is still unfortunately very timid. In my obsessive watching of the webcams, the staff is very attentive to the actions of all the animals in the rooms. They use crates to separate the dogs during feeding and nap times, and if one is getting too wild. If your dog is not used to being crated, this may not be the best fit. Most of the dogs seem comfortable there. Although the rooms seem small, there are plenty of dogs who find quiet spaces to lay down. I wish my dog liked going more than she does!

I have been taking Rocco to this location for months and at first, communication was spot on and then I noticed Rocco being taken out of play time more and more on the cameras w/o me ever being notified. One day, however, I was notified about him being taken out due to a “small scratch” on his right eyelid and I specifically asked if it was bleeding and I was told no. The staff acted very nonchalant about it but when I picked him up, it looked like he had been attacked and there was dried blood on his scratch along with his eye being almost swollen shut. I tried to get answers from the staff at pick-up and even spoke to Courtney the next day…no one knew the details of what happened even though there are cameras. Not to mention, that same day he contracted kennel cough so from this one visit, I was out a $350 vet bill. Super disappointed with my recent experience and even expressing that through feedback, no one has reached out. Rocco will not be back.

Hounds Town Wixom is the very best!! As much as we miss our boys when we are gone we know they are being taken care of by the best caring staff there is out there. Nicky and Steve go above and beyond to make sure each dog/cat feel like they are at home. I can’t say enough good about what pack they are placed with to making sure they eat while we are gone. They come home happy and with the notorious Hounds Town hangover.

My Norman absolutely loves waking up and being told that he's going to see Nicky (owner) and the pups. He goes there full of energy to burn off and returns home ready for a good nap. Nicky and her kind staff do a wonderful job of separating dogs according to their temperament, and I've never once walked into their facility and heard dogs fighting, which I think is incredible. Norman is two years old. I think his attendance at Hounds Town has helped to mold him into a confident dog around other dogs. Nicky was a former R.N., and I'm grateful that she's able to bring that knowledge with her as she's caring for our pups and kittens. Her love of the animals is very apparent, as she goes home to six of her own dogs after caring for ours all day long. What a saint!! We're lucky to have Hounds Town in Wixom, and it's only five minutes off the freeway, so a super convenient location!! They take adorable pictures all throughout the year during different parties for the pups. Here is a picture of my Norman at their Christmas party.

Our Doodle, Lexi, loves every Hounds Town PAWTY! She can't wait to get in the car when I say the word. The staff is excellent, and the pictures of all of them throughout the day make me smile.

I've recently discovered Hounds Town and have taken my sheltie there several times now. He loves playing with others his size, and at Hounds Town they are very good at evaluating dogs and making play groups accordingly. I feel very comfortable leaving my pup in their care--he is in great hands!

I LOVE Hounds Town! Its such a great little community. Everyone is so nice! The boys get super excited when they realize they're going to daycare for the day and we see a lot of their pack at the neighboring dog park on the weekends.

We love Hounds Town! Winston is so excited to go each time and play here. I love that there are pictures posted throughout the day so I can always check to see the fun that he’s having.

I work from home but could tell our young one year old just wasn’t getting enough fulfillment in his day. I had heard about Hounds Town and kept wanting to check it out. I don’t know why I put it off. The call was easy. They explained everything so well we went in for our first day. Tucker believes it’s his second home. I always tease the staff. He runs in full speed. He does get tired so when the day ends, he’s ready to come home, the staff always is prompt to help me answer. Every question I have which is always a lot. I cannot fathom finding better second home for Tucker. Yes it’s daycare. We haven’t needed an overnight yet, but we can’t wait for that day. I know he’s gonna love it. Thank you to all the hounds town staff Nicky and Steve thank you for leading the best of the best.

Hounds Town is Sheriff’s happy place. 🐾There’s nothing more rewarding than his tail wagging when he realizes that we are turning into Anthony Dr. At the end of the day he’s so tired from all the play that he goes straight to his bed. Whenever Sheriff can’t join us on a trip, he stays with his HT family. We know he is safe and happy. 🐾

Our dogs loooove Houndstown! It’s so clean and everyone is very friendly. They monitor everything and they have an amazing Facebook group where they post a lot of photos of all the dogs playing twice a day! They get allll of their energy out when they are there and they come home and sleep :-)

I just started taking my dog Buster here, and he and I both love it! They really take the time to get to know your dog on a personal level and what he / she likes. The playgroups are customized every single day based on what dogs get there, and they really take good care of the dogs. I can tell Buster really likes it because he is all smiles whenever I pick him up!

Took Bear for his free greet and treat, he had so much fun and made lots of new friends. The team was very assuring of how they would introduce him slowly to the dogs, and if there were any red flags I would be notified. I got a call around 12:30 to let me know that Bear was doing fantastic and he got one of the senior dogs to play with him. He is such a lover. We will absolutely be coming back to play. I highly recommend this place for anyone who is seeking daycare for their dog.

Our 1-year-old Frenchie, Lola, absolutely loves coming to daycare here! The staff truly goes above and beyond to ensure your fur baby is well taken care of. In addition to daycare, we boarded Lola for over a week and although we missed her, we knew she was having a blast! The daily report cards, photos, and videos are a great addition to their phenomenal services. I would also like to give a shout-out to Jaden, one of the playroom handlers! She always takes the cutest pictures of Lola and it’s obvious she always makes sure Lola is comfortable and having fun!

I have two dogs, ages 3 & 4, and they love coming here! Both are very energetic and play all day so much that they sleep the rest of the day after being picked up. It’s wonderful for my partner and I who work in the office, but still want our dogs to get the socialization they need. There are multiple pools for the dogs that love to splash around and even have a foam machine. I 100% recommend bringing your dogs here.

It is such a blessing to know our Pippa is so well cared for when she’s separated from us. We love the photos and report cards showing how much fun she’s having with her pup friends and enjoy seeing the variety of big open spaces she has to explore! (While being so well monitored) She gives her excited whine when we pull in to the parking lot— which truly says how she feels about having her special days at It’s A Dog’s Life! The handlers always give some positive feedback at pick-up time. It’s always nice to hear that our pup was a joy to have around. Lisa you know you have picked a great staff. I must admit that I love Jett enjoying himself in the puppy pool, he hates getting wet. Maybe he will enjoy the puppy pool I bought him last year...lol! The report card with the pictures bring joy to my heart! I can see why he sleeps for the rest of the evening after I feed him dinner. Great job!!

I am extremely happy with my experience boarding my dog with It's a Dog's Life and will likely use their services again. I boarded my Anatolian Pyrenees, 2 years old, for 16 days while I went on vacation. I was very nervous about boarding because I have had bad experiences with other boarding facilities with my previous labradors. When I picked up my dog, he didn't stink (I didn't pay for a bath which they do offer), he was in good spirits, and most importantly wasn't traumatized. They give a Report Card everyday about how they are doing with videos and photos. I really liked this feature because I can see how he's doing. Also, my flight was delayed and they happily kept him for an additional night. Thank you to It's a Dog's Life staff for taking great care of Zeke!

Jasper loves here, for daycare, grooming or onboarding service. I watch him ply in the online live video that they have and I receive a report every time he is there. You won't regret to bring your furry friend here, he/she will love it. All staff is great and caring about the wellbeing of your bbf.

I kept my 3 dogs there all week and they smell as clean as when I dropped them off! This is the only kennel my dogs willingly run to the door to get dropped off. They send out daily report cards and my dogs tails are high and in wagging mode. Staff is super friendly. This owner has it all together in this easy access location. Love it. Will be back whenever I get to town.

Recently Bloomfield Pet Care went above and beyond while caring for my cat. I was out of town for a longer period than usual and my cat wasn’t eating. Bloomfield Pet Care kept me informed while they tried a few different tricks and finally got my cat back on his usual eating schedule. I’m so grateful for their experience and thoughtful care.

Meghan and the crew are wonderful. I feel fully at ease and 100% confident that when I'm out of town, my dog is taken care of very well. They are reliable and my dog loves her visits. I love the photo and short description of each encounter. Especially important was when my dog had a concerning rash develop during a time when my family was away. Meghan arranged to have a sitter stay with my dog overnight to make sure there were no further health concerns. This was truly above and beyond for me. We have used Bloomfiled Pet Care for many years for visiting our cat at home when we go away.
