They have been taking care of our Mylo from day one, which was a huge lifesaver with a hyperactive pup home alone. They love, care, and spoil him just like we do! Can't praise this place enough!

Have had to switch my dogs over from a previous daycare due to a change of ownership going badly. I couldn’t be happier though as Tric and Floki have got their happy faces back when leaving Ultimutt Doghouse. The staff are always happy and friendly when greeting us and when we say goodbye at the end of the day. They also understand Tric and Floki’s needs and are non-judgemental when it comes to their enthusiastic behaviour. Can’t thank you enough, guys! ❤️🐕🐾

This was the second time we have had Codie look after our furry and feathered babies and we are so delighted with her work. We've never left them for more than 2 nights so were understandably worried but Codie was lovely. She sent photos to keep us updated and answered all queries. Codie was wonderful popping around before we left to double check our house and enclosures and to get a run down on all diet requirements. Would definately recommend.and use Codie again :)

Codie Joy & Chris are sensational! They have looked after our 6 “Furbabies” and couple of fish for 3 weeks with lots of love, care and professionalism. We couldn’t be happier!!! I cannot recommend Fiona enough! She has been fantastic with our Staffy pup doing puppy home drop ins whilst I have had to be out for longer than normal. The reassurance of knowing Fiona was there checking on our little man, knowing he was being well looked after has been fantastic. Fiona's communication has also been brilliant which I have really appreciated.

Fiona looked after our psycho Border collie and our grumpy cat on many occasions whilst we were on holiday. She was great with the animals and we could relax knowing they were in good hands. We always returned to happy pets and a clean house! I would highly recommend Fiona as a dog walker and pet sitter.

We had Pooch and Pals look after our dogs Kevin and Sparty recently and couldn’t recommend them any more highly. From the very first initial meet and greet they were warm and friendly and very professional. My partner and I were very comfortable and relaxed to leave the dogs with the girls. They have been booked again for another weekend soon.

Big thanks to Puti who house-sat my two dogs Alice and Freddo. Both of them are a bit special and prefer to stay in their home whilst i'm away. She made sure they were well looked after, was able to follow their intricate feeding guide, give them medication, took them out for walks and kept me up to date with photos and messages. My dogs, a staffy and a bull Arab, went for an adventure walk today with Puti and Devina. They were very professional and polite, it s clear that they love dogs.. My dogs instantly loved them too and went in the car with the girls with no issues. They sent me many pictures and updates during the morning, my pooches were definetly happy and had a lot of fun, come back home pretty tired 😊 Definitely will use than again and I will recommend the service to my friends too Thx ❤️❤️❤️

My two mini foxies spent 8 days over Christmas with Anton and had a great time! They came home happy, clean and settled which, from past experience tells me that they were well cared for at this facility. Thank you Anton.

We were very happy with our dogs stay. Anton was always available to communicate with and to adjust to pick up times. The kennels were clean and our dogs were well looked after. Our GSD is a picky eater and usually won't eat when separated from us but she ate well. It's such a relief to find a place where your dogs can stay and not feel guilty about leaving them behind.

highly recommend anton he keeps you updated on how ur dogs are going during their stay and the kennels are kept very clean, my dogs are always well looked after and happy when I pick them up. I feel safe knowing they take such good care of my fur babies.

Had my GSD in here a couple times as a plan B option as our usual kennels were full. First time I wasn't overly impressed with the cleanliness but figured it was only for a couple days. The second time we had to take our dog for a longer stay. As we arrived she refused to go in and pulled on her lead to get away. I struggled to take her inside but eventually got her into the kennel with some coaxing. We returned 10 days later to pick her up and she looked like a stray. Her coat was filthy and she absolutely stunk of stale urine like she has been laying in her own mess for days. The kennels are clearly not cleaned out regularly enough and I will not be taking my dog back here as the standard of care is way below what we expected.

My two dogs love coming here, always look happy and healthy when picked up. Clean and spacious kennels, with amazing staff. Definitely recommend taking your dogs to Anton

I was so pleased to board my Beagle with Anton. The reception was very friendly and professional. The environment was excellent with all the trees. I would recommend this kennel to anyone looking for a place for their dog.

I have used other kennels before but not like this one .The care and professionalism shown was exceptional and I will be using them again.

I couldn’t recommend Emily enough!!! The care she has given to our fur babies over the years has been unmatched. She has a genuine love for all animals and goes above and beyond every single visit. Unfortunately we no longer use Pet Friends due to a job change and moving house however I would highly recommend anyone needing a pet sitter to use Pet Friends & Emily. We can’t thank her enough for all the love she has given to our babies- mostly to Luna love bug- we are convinced he loves his aunty Em more than us!! You can be assured that your pets are in the best care.

It is always a little nerve racking leaving fur children at home, but especially when they are old. We were so relieved with the care and compassion shown by Jenny from Pet Friends in looking after our 4 cats - 1 requiring some special care. Receiving daily updates and gorgeous photos helped with our stress of leaving them home and allowed us to really enjoy our holiday knowing they were in great hands. She is usually very stress with stranger after attacked by a neighbour dog last year. Her first time boarding with Helen for 9 days when I am away to attend business conference. They are so nice, professional and patient with fare price. Elsa and Shelley are the best for taking care of Guinean pigs. I highly recommend them! They will send pictures and notes to me every time after they take care of my piggies, and they help me feed them and clean the space. They are great!

We used the team at Pet Friends last month after our other pet-sitting plans fell through last minute. Their admin staff were very timely and professional with their communication and the sitter did an exceptional job with our pets and our home. Darcie loves Fresh Fur Dog Daycare and Grooming! Our 3 1/2 year old Groodle has been attending Fresh Fur for about 3 years now. She gets so excited when we pull up, dancing around and eager to get in. It's a chance for her to mix with the other dogs and play while it's her turn to be groomed. She loves having a bath and the pampering she receives from Bec and the staff. We're very happy with the services they offer and highly recommend them to other Puppy and Dog owners.

Tilly has been coming to Fresh fur for 2 years. She loves coming for her groom and enjoys the interaction with the other dogs.Tilly always comes home smelling and looking gorgeous.

Very poor customer service and amenities. Had to chase owners up for weeks to get a reply on basic things that could have been addressed in 2 minutes. Place is always too crowded, mixing big dogs with small dogs with a very poor way of introducing them to each other as a dog care owner should know as I have seen other reviews with the same problem. The standard of cleanliness is ridiculous and the understanding of each dogs needs and the effort to make puppies that are not used to that environment comfortable and happy are inexistent. Pricing is not clear at all. Website and quote given were $49.50 and they charged me “casual daycare fee” of $60 without explaining the reason behind it, even tho I would take my dog there for a large number of days as advised to the owners. My second dog was taken there for a trial of $20 as stated in the website and by them and was also charged $60, again, without any explanation or discussion about it. It makes it very expensive for a place that cant offer what they promise you. I will definetely not take my dogs there again and hope they can take their time to read the reviews and actually use it to make improvements and not only to reply making lame excuses for their service and behaviours.

The proof is how excited Jacob becomes when I drive up to the daycare centre. I have complete peace of mind going into work every day knowing that he is cared for and happily entertained; he returns home sleepy. I would recommend fresh for doggy daycare to anyone. Our fur kids can not get out of the car fast enough at drop off! Our oldest has a disability and we were hesitant at first to send him, because he has been bullied before by other dogs. However, the team at Fresh Fur Dog Daycare has been incredible! He is now boasting of confidence and loves playing with the other dogs. I highly recommend this dedicated Daycare centre.

Amazing and super friendly hang out for my pup! Mine was very shy for the first few visits but he became very confident after that! He can’t wait now to arrive each week and play with his friends, even the big ones! Andrew and other staff members are super friendly, provide detail information and updates on my pup’s visits.. they will answer any question you may have! Very safe place to let your fur baby make new friends!! Highly recommended!!

Poppy has been attending fresh fur dog daycare for 1 year now, she loves to go and play with all the other dogs. The staff our brilliant with her as she can be scared of new people she meets. I would highly recommend Fresh Fur Dog Daycare and Grooming. This is what she does when she gets home.

Used these guys a lot over the years, sadly Charmaine has left she was great but new guy Anton seems very nice. Kennels are clean, well thought out, prices reasonable dogs always come home happy and healthy and they seem to have made friends with the keeper. 2023 was scary due to a bush fire getting very close, charmaine kept in touch and assured us overseas with communication and that she had plans and volunteers at the ready. We returned twice since and will again.

We had our boy Gary stay for a week and it was a breeze from the booking to pick up We will definitely use again . Our boy had plenty of space and exercise area. The kennels are very clean . Very happy with the service from Charmaine.

What a wonderful place to take my Blue Staffy Zeus for 10 days. Charmaine and the team provided a wonderful and caring service to my pooch, I could tell by his happy demeanour and shiny coat when I picked him up. Many many thanks and can highly recommend.

We boarded our two dogs, one which is 16 and they were well looked after. Both happy and healthy after a week of care. We will definitely use Donna again. Great price and great bush setting.

My little furbaby had the best time. Donna was fantastic and she loved looking after my dog. He was in there for a week and when I picked him up he looked brushed and clean and he was happy. Best kennels ihve found in Perth. Definitely taking our Chihuahua "Rabbit" back to Australann Kennels again

My toy poodle Pixie loves to go to Australann. Since she spends up to 3 weeks at a time here and is very happy and excited each time she returns here. She comes home happy and healthy. Donna( lady in charge of her care) is wonderful with her and Pixie loves her. I am really happy we have found somewhere really nice

Small dog kennels are clean and spacious. Small dogs let out together for periods in the day. Kept separate from big dogs.

Our Chihuahua has been going to the small dog kennels periodically for 9 years. We are always welcomed and Donna is great with him. Would recommend!
