Toby and Chloe were amazing pet sitters. It wasn’t the easiest sit - a nervous dog and 3 cats with various ailments and medication to have, but they took it all in their stride and cared for them so well without any issues. Our nervous dog Zelda warmed to them in just 2 days which is a record for house sitters so far! I also really enjoyed getting to know them over dinner the night before I left, they’re very easygoing and positive people. They also left the house spotless for when I came back. I would love to have them sit for us again. You can rest assured your house and animals are in safe hands with this lovely pair!

Sharon and Milton are two of the nicest people I've met in my life. This is my first time having a sitter fly in from out of state and it was so simple, stress-free, and didn't affect any part of me getting ready for my trip, leaving for my trip or returning from my trip. Sharon was very communicative before, during and after I returned. It just couldn't have been more wonderful! If you're considering applicants stop looking and choose Sharon and Milton. They are just delightfully wonderful wonderful people!! They go above and beyond just housesitting and pet sitting! Tidy, clean, respectful down to earth and the most kind and loving people. I do believe Milton really is a cat whisper!! They slept with my sweet babies, and even followed silly grooming instruction on one of my cats. Would have them sit for me absolutely anytime.

Anna was a wonderful sitter for our furry friends. My dog, Luke, bonded with her and was sad when she left. My cats would crawl under the covers and curl up with her at night. If you are looking for someone to take care of your fur babies and your house while you're away, Daniel is your guy! I had discovered zeewoi just a couple of weeks before I was to leave on vacation and I was not only apprehensive if the website was too good to be true, but also under a real time crunch. I reached out to over 100 local sitters and several possibilities fell through. I was confident I would find the right sitter and when Daniel applied for the sit and I started to text and converse with him, I knew I had found the perfect sitter for my two cats! Daniel was upbeat and positive, articulate and personable, warm and caring, and he asked all the right questions about Lilly and Eli (I hadn't had the time to complete my Welcome Guide, yet!?!). I shared that I had an easy cat and problem cat -- Lilly, who is sweet, social and eats dry food, and Eli who is skittish, was periodically pooping outside the kitty litter box and was eating prescription canned food twice a day mixed with a probiotic and stool firmer. I asked if he thought he was up for the job and he happily said he was. Since he flew all the was from Chicago, I thought the least my husband and I could do was pick him up at the airport. When he arrived, he pulled out his notebook. He patiently walked with me as I reviewed kitty care, showed him around the house, and where he would be sleeping. He immediately picked up Lilly who was excited about meeting her new friend and Eli bugged out and down the stairs to the basement (his favorite hiding place!). We got Daniel connected to the internet, set him up at our dining room table and headed off to airport, leaving our house and kitties in the best of hands. Daniel wanted to make sure I felt comfortable and assured while we were away. He made sure to text with me every other day (he had asked my preference earlier), sent photos of Lilly being her cute self while Eli hid during the day although he gave me assurances that he was eating his food and using the litter box (there were a few accidents, but Daniel never complained about these additional duties). When we returned from our vacation, the house was also spotless and well cared for and Daniel had even washed the sheets for me! It is with utter happiness and complete confidence that I recommend Daniel as a fantastic Sitter. He is trustworthy, responsible, caring, and competent, and you can rest assured that both your house and sweet pets will be watched over and treated with TLC -- and will truly be in the best of hands while you are away!

Caroline is an amazing sitter ! We were far away, had never left our cat for such a long period of time and we felt really confident with her. She took great care of our cat Honey as well as she did for the house, pool and garden. She was even able to handle the end of the refection of the bathroom which was a last minute surprise… We felt Caroline was reliable and self sufficient. We had a great communication with her during our stay abroad. We even found many nice intentions when we came back from our vacations such as fresh fruits and bakeries for a nice and welcomed breakfast after a night in a plane ! We definitely recommend Caroline for your sittings and we will obviously call her back !

Danny and Jo did a great job caring for our 3 cats and fish AND lots of plants (and home of course) while we were out of town for 3 weeks. We came back to a very clean house, sheets, and towels all clean and folded and fresh sheets on the bed they were using. The plants were all alive too, which is a first for us (again, we have a lot of plants!). The cats were happy to see us and they were all accounted for (a past sitter lost a cat for a week - they escaped outside as a non-outside cat). Everything was in its place and looked great. We received regular updates (via text) with photos of the cats lounging about which was important for us. Danny asked good questions when they visited us before the sit, and when reviewing our pet/house sitting instructions. The only thing we noticed that was different was that our 2 young cats were a little lighter (not necessarily a bad thing) but we understand that being gone for that length of time can be stressful on our furry family, which almost always affects their eating habits. All in all, we would definitely have them again!

Rick and Sally are marvelous cat sitters and we would gladly have them back anytime. We highly recommend them to any and all pet owners. They arrived when they said they would and were ready to go when we returned, making sure our cats were present before departing. Our home was left spotless, undoubtedly better than we left it for them. We can't urge you enough to engage them if you can!

Process was easy. Jennifer had a natural affinity with our dog. We had no hesitation leaving her and enjoying break away.
After a few bad experiences using pet sitter apps we were delighted with the service provided by Don’t Fret Pet for our 2 energetic dogs. From start to finish we felt that we were in good hands, and our minders were wonderful with our dogs. They have both come home from their ‘holiday’ happy & relaxed and we will definitely be using Don’t Fret Pet again in future!

The team were great, found a sitter that was perfect and kept in contact while finding the right sitter for our dog. And the carers they had were amazing. Couldn't fault any part of the process.
The interaction with both Jenny and Margaret was friendly and the Web site was very easy. I found the carers, Gerry and John, to be wonderful and very caring people. They sent lots of photos showing my dogs had settled in really well, including making themselves at home. I highly recommend DFP and Gerry and John.
What a wonderful experience for our 10 year old, 3-legged labradoodle and for us as well! Having such experienced and generous sitters meant my husband and I could get away for a long weekend without any worries whatsoever. We will certainly reach out to "Don't Fret Pet!" again soon. Highly recommend Don’t Fret Pet. The response from Jenny was prompt. She rang me a number of times to ensure the matching was most appropriate for my 9 month boy. She called me in New Year’s Eve and emailed on New Year’s Day when she was on holiday. Emily-Jane and Jeremy were so patient with Auggie. He is going to stay with them again in two weeks’ time.
Our minder Trudy looked after Bowie and Sophie very well. They didn’t seem stressed at all by the experience and I appreciate having somewhere for them to go that is so welcoming and safe. I highly recommend Don’t Fret Pet.

Our dog Paddy Ryder can be timid around new people, but the staff made him feel very comfortable right from the start. They were happy to be accommodating & even gave us tested alternative routes to get to their place during flooding. They clearly are 'dog people' who are interested in making your dog's stay as pleasant as possible.
Adrian and Leonie looked after our cattle dog Bella for 15 days while we went to Lord Howe island.. we felt VERY happy leaving our fur baby (all 31 klgs of her) with them.. she had s great time. Very professional kennels David and Ailsa Bennett
Had our dog in for training while on holiday and was the best thing we ever did! He has come back a lot calmer and a more sociable dog. He was an excitable dog that pulled on the lead a lot and became a bit of a pest when he met other dogs. After his training his behaviour improvement was unbelievable! He no longer barks at every dog that goes by the window and walks very good on the lead and is more settled. Would definately recommend this place!

Went in after passing by for over 10 years and was super impressed with the store for a small independent business. The gentleman who owns and runs the store is lovely to chat too and let me hold one of his macaws. They have a variety of birds from budgies, lovebirds, zebra finches, cockatiels, eclectus and macaws. Also has Guinea pigs, rabbits and fish from cichlids to guppies. A lovely store to drop into with cheap prices and a good variety for what the store is.

Great little local store. Everything you need for birds, fish, lizards and furry critters. Very friendly, helpful and willing to have a conversation and give advice. They have fish such as Cichlids, guppies, suckers, Molly's and angelfish. They have guinea pigs, rabbits and birds out the back including quail, budgies, macaws, peach faces, cockatiels and more. Recommended for pet care needs and buying a new pet. Quality, wide range, decent prices and informative, friendly service. We'll be back!

We go here for the avery and birds because we can get more bulk items at a cheaper price than Canberra which is always over priced. Service always friendly.

I cannot express enough how happy I am with the phenomenal service and level of care provided by the owners and staff here at Pawtails. They provided me detailed updates when I called to see how my blue am staff was settling in. And the fact I could check there Facebook page for photo updates just brought an extra level of comfort knowing he was enjoying himself! When I picked him up at the end of his long stay they had bathed him and washed all the extra blankets I brought in and provided me with a detailed report card 💕! I cannot fault anything with Pawtails and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone phenomenal service 100/100!! 👍🏼👏🏻
Our labrador, Sasha just returned home after spending almost 5 weeks at Pawtails. She is very content, with no sign of stress. We’ve been taking Sasha to Pawtails for years & Sian, Damian & the Team always take such good care of her. Now she is older & has some special medical needs, the Pawtails team catered to these as well. We have been using Pawtails since 2021. They have minded our last and current dog on average twice a year and this year it will be four times. They have always come back happy, beautifully washed and manicured. My family love seeing the daily pics on their website during their stay and we love the report provided by Sian on their return home. An amazing service and enjoyable getaway for our most precious fur child.
Sian and her team at Pawtails are fantastic and genuinely care for your fur kids. The facilities are top quality and the outdoor runs are spacious and large. Our Kelpies Jackson and Mitchell recently stayed there and we would highly recommend trusting Sian and her team at Pawtails to look after your pets while you're away.
I have been using Pawtails for years and all my dogs have absolutely loved their time there. They are so excited when they see Sian at the front door to pick them up and can't wait to jump in her van for their holiday. I know Sian and her team look after the dogs so well and give them lots of love and attention. It's such a relief knowing I don't have to worry about my dogs when I go on holidays.

Terrible service from the receptionist where I left my cats. It did not meet my expectations. What's more, the rude treatment she gave me will take legal action. I have everything recorded from the first day she denied me where my cats were going to stay... this is not useful for leaving your cats, it is only for dogs.
Absolutely fabulous! First time we had ever put our 2 munchkins into boarding due to going away for 2 weeks, so wanted to be sure of choosing the right place for them. Couldn’t be happier. The team at Pawtails were all very professional and really love being there and caring for our furry family. We checked what our two were doing daily via the Facebook posts, and this made us feel more ‘connected’ while we were away. They both came home happy & smelling lovely and looking shiny after their complimentary baths. We definitely recommend Pawtails and we will bring our munchkins back again to stay when we go away as it gives us total piece of mind knowing they are very well cared for. This is one review that I struggled to word due to been extremely happy with the service provided by Paw tails retreat. My partner and I have a beautiful , super energetic border collie named Mocha who is 1 year and 3 months old. We were both extremely worried about leaving him at a kennel and traveling half way across the world. However paw tails retreat was referred to me through a trusted colleague so we decided to give it ago. I honestly could not be happier with Sian and her team. They took care of our dog super super well. We received updates daily so we knew Mocha was happy and doing well which helped me and my partner to enjoy our break. Mocha came back extremely happy and smelling absolutely divine after his shower at the end of his stay. He loved his stay so much so, when the gentleman from paw tails said good bye to him he ran after him to go back to Paw tails :P. Please give this place ago to all those dog/ cat lovers. Your fur children will be looked after really well :D.
Wonderful. Our dog has been going to Pawtails for years. He is happy to go (not so with other kennels), is treated well. Sian is very considerate. Great facilities and he is walked daily. We have a 3 hour round trip to drop him there but I wouldn't leave him anywhere else.
