Reached out to Fluffies regarding booking my GSD in for lunch times walks for a week while I was away and my husband was working. Sarah got back in touch and was able to add our pup to the group pretty last minute which was really helpful! Plans ended up changing, but left walks in place and Sarah has been professional through out. Our dog immediately loved and trusted her which was a good sign and had lots of photos of thr dogs all having fun together, including my pup, which was lovely! 🥰 Will be using Fluffies in the future and highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Fluffies Pet Care to anyone! Sarah and Tim are fantastic with my two dogs and keep me updated after each walk with photos! The dogs absolutely adore them both! When we have been away, Sarah and Tim have been amazing and looked after my cats doing pop ins and boarded the dogs over night. They look after and care for all my pets as I would 🤗

Our hamster, Cookie, has just spent the past couple of weeks at Fluffy Paws boarding, whilst we went on holiday, and I would highly recommend them if you need someone to care for your small animals. Zoe has been amazing, at not only caring for Cookie whilst we were away but also supporting and guiding my daughter in being more confident in handling Cookie. We had regular contact with Zoe whilst away, and my daughter loved receiving the photos and videos of Cookie to see how settled he was. Thank you again, Zoe, for all of your guidance 😍

We cannot recommend Zoe highly enough for the care of your small animal. Our beloved hamster Pouch stayed with Zoe for the week and where we were very worried about holding Pouch, Zoe has helped give us all confidence in handling and some excellent tips on play times. We feel extremely lucky to have found Zoe ☺️

Zoe has been the most dedicated and amazing person looking after my rabbits when we were away ! She has updated us everyday with photos, videos and messages. We knew how our rabbits were doing, how well she was taking care of them while taking them inside or outside depending on the weather. Their food has never been so diverse and they loved it ! We have introduced many many things in their diet and habits thanks to Zoe and the time she took to actually educate my partner and I about rabbits needs. Milo my eldest rabbit actually fell in love with Zoe and her husband. Very funny and cute to see ! They were amazing with them. Not the mention the price which was very very very fair considering all the care and attention they had ! I don’t think there is anyone able to compete with them. Zoe thank you so much again, you will clearly see these two little terrors again as I am pretty sure they are looking forward to it. Not to mention that Milo has always been scared of going on someone’s lap or in someone’s arm but it seems like Zoe’s house was a paradise for him! His behaviour changed and he is such a gentle and confident little fluff now. Thank you so much again!! xxxx

We are so glad we found Fluffy Paws Boarding! Zoe and Mike offer an excellent, professional, personal, and friendly service from start to finish. They really do go above and beyond – nothing is too much trouble. They are extremely knowledgeable; and it’s clear they love animals and know how to look after them. We knew our pet rabbit was in a safe and caring pair of hands. They looked after her brilliantly. Whilst we were on holiday Zoe sent us pictures and video clips of our rabbit which was great. The grooming service was excellent too, with our rabbit returning like she’d had a full service. She was so happy and content too – she’d obviously had a very enjoyable time. Zoe and Mike have been absolutely fantastic looking after our two guinea pigs. Our piggies have never stayed with anyone else before but Zoe's set up helped them settle in straight away, with loads of toys to play with, hay to nestle in, grass time and pen time. We were really pleased that they got lots of cuddles every day and Zoe and Mike even taught us some things they liked which we didn't know about before, like belly rubs. Zoe and Mike were super friendly and seemed genuinely enthusiastic about looking after our guineas and seemed to love looking after them, which really put our minds at rest. I would highly recommend Zoe and couldn't fault anything.

Our gorgeous Guineas spent their first stay at Fluffy Paws last week and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them! Zoe and Mike went above and beyond to make sure our daughter felt comfortable leaving her most treasured pets with them, from letting her set up their cage to sending lovely photos including the sign she had made them, which really reassured her. I honestly cannot recommend Zoe and Mike enough. I dropped off my two female bunnies to them not long ago both of which we thought were mini lops. Zoe was able to tell me that actually one of them is a lop X rex which has been a massive help to us with understanding her personality and traits. Not only did Zoe manage to bond my two girls in a week, but it's literally like I've brought home two different rabbits (in a good way!!) they've gone from me thinking that they may never be bonded and never like being picked up, nails cut or anything like that to being the complete opposite. they are now best friends, beside each other and playing 24/7, are fine being handled and cuddled. Zoe has managed to achieve everything I have trying to in months and has completely gone above and beyond for me and my two girls. She also sends regular updates with pics and videos which really help when you're missing your pets. Not only is she a lovely person but she is absolutely fantastic with animals and that stands out a mile off. I cannot recommend fluffy paws enough, I am so grateful for all of the hard work Zoe has put in and I will definitely be booking in for future boarding!❤️🐇

Our house rabbit had a great time with Zoe and Mike. They are very experienced and Lola settled in very quickly and was obviously happy with her environment. We were sent lots of updates, pictures and videos so could see what she’d been up to. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Zoe for your small animal boarding needs.

Zoe recently looked after my tortoise Henry for a few weeks and did a great job! Zoe is very friendly and professional with a wealth of knowledge and experience! We got regular updates and pictures and I know Henry was well looked after. It's clear that Zoe is a huge animal lover and welfare and care are her top priority. I would happily let Henry stay again. Zoe looked after our bunnies for two nights in August. This was the first time we had really been apart from the bunnies since getting them but felt I was leaving them in safe hands. Had updates each day from Zoe about how the buns were and what they had been up to and a cluster of photos to reassure me that they were happy and looked after with time out of their hutch. Zoe did her due diligence in finding out plenty about what the bunnies were used to before their stay and was happy to continue providing the medication that one of my bunnies was on. We have booked in again this month and plan to for Christmas. You can tell that Zoe and her partner are animal people and really care about the pets in their care. I had a fantastic experience with Sam when she looked after our dog, Cooper, while we were away on holiday. From the start, Sam was incredibly attentive and professional. She made sure to understand all of Cooper’s needs and preferences before we left, which made me feel very confident in leaving him with her. Before our trip, Sam arranged a trial day to spend time with Cooper and get a sense of his personality and routine. This thoughtful preparation was so reassuring, and it showed me how dedicated she is to providing excellent care. While we were away, Sam sent us daily photos and updates, and it was clear from the pictures that Cooper was having a wonderful time. I was so impressed with the care and attention Sam gave to Cooper. She went above and beyond to ensure he was comfortable and happy, which made our time away completely worry-free. We have a 3yr old Dachshund and I was ideally looking for home-boarding that specialised in Dachshunds (or at least only catered for small breed dogs) due to concerns with their slightly delicate backs. However, Sam has such great control of her dogs and the boarding dogs that I now feel confident our Dachshund is safe. In fact, it's clear that our dog loves it at Betts Pets and is always in tip top condition when we take her back.

We wouldn’t leave our dog anywhere else, Sam is amazing and tends to all our needs and delivers an amazing service to us and our dog, very friendly with a comfortable lodging, we have used her for over 8 years now and highly recommended for boarding and dog walking

We would be absolutely lost without Sam. You never want to leave your dog but if you do you want to have faith they are loved and looked after in the same way as they would be at home, with lots of love, personalised attention and added cuddles! Sam treats every dog individually and with complete care and attention - no ask is too much. I definitely feel like we've hit jackpot finding Sam, I really couldn’t trust anyone else with our pup! Every time our dog goes away we know she is having her own holiday too, she’s always so happy! Sam sends us lots of updates and pictures and we feel completely relaxed in knowing she is safe and loved.. she always returns a little bit better behaved too (and exhausted from all the fun!) which is a huge bonus! We would recommend Sam to anyone and can’t speak highly enough of everything she does for us. I genuinely don't know what we would do without her!

Sam is simply the best. Raffles loves going to stay in what is basically dog nirvana: lots of other dogs, fields to run around in and loads of love and cuddles. Sam and her team are 100% reliable and committed and I don’t have to worry about anything 🐾🐾🐾 …

Our pup Ellie loves staying with Sam and the team at Bett's Pets. It's great to know that Ellie is looked after so well. She loves all her doggy friends, the lovely walks, the warm shower and the 'doggy dressing gown'. Sam's attention to detail is fantastic and the service is amazing. We are so pleased with everything Betts Pets does for us and our dog. Sam is reliable, friendly and takes great care of our cocker spaniel. Betts Pets provide a truly amazing service for my cocker spaniel…..dog walking, dog taxi, even dog training Sam looks after him so well, taking him for daily walks which he obviously enjoys so much as he is always exhausted when he gets home. Sam is so calm with him, extremely patient, and clearly has a way with dogs that get the best out of them. She looks after him like he was her own, keeping him impeccably clean, and she has struck up an amazing relationship with him in a very short space of time. I would have no doubt whatsoever in recommending Betts Pets – they are amazing

Betts Pets are a godsend! I live a busy life and I travel a lot with work which makes owning a dog tricky at times... Sam ensures I never feel stressed about Biggles' welfare when I am not here. She is flexible with what care I require for my bonkers WCS but he is also as happy (sometimes I think happier) with her as he is at home. He gets wonderful walks but is also brought home clean and dry. Sam is professional, friendly and worth every penny. I simply wouldn't change her.

An excellent Kennels with thoughtful, experienced, and knowledgeable staff. Well kept with a huge exercise field where dogs can exercise separately, avoiding any situations. Our boy also came back bathed and smelling lovely. Highly reccomended.

Just wanted to give a big shout out to the team at Goldborough House for looking after my Border Collie, Alvin. I initially went for a viewing and was shown around by a member of staff. I spoke through Alvin’s problems with them and they assured me that they were very experienced and would not push him and only handle him when necessary. All my worries were gone once I dropped him off and I got regular updates through Facebook with photos. A very professional, experienced and friendly team. I would highly recommend them. Thank you again for looking after Alvin and taking the time to get to know his weird quirks!!

My two dobermanns, loved their stay here, lovely welcoming staff. They accommodated Jimmers needs, as he needed medication and restricted exercise. Lovely, lovely kennels where I'm happy to leave my two, knowing they'll be well looked after.

Our dog Alfie has just come home after another great stay with Jeff, Dawn and the team. I was anxious him having a longer stay as a year ago he had spinal surgery and I've become a protective dog mum. As soon as we dropped him off all my worries were gone. He has had a great time and looking forward to his next stay. Thanks everyone

We always take our dog, Diesel, here and he loves it. As soon as he sees any of the workers there he's tail starts and he's off without a look back at us. Highly recommended.

Our dogs loved their stay here. Great kennels and a lovely open secure space for the dogs to be exercised. It was great to pick up freshly washed dogs too, nice touch. The staff were very friendly and clearly love dogs. Definitely recommend these kennels.

Avoid these Kennels, extremely rude owner. If he talks to his customers like he did to us, I dread to think how he talks to the dogs. We collected our dogs after their stay on a Sunday afternoon, as requested by them. On arriving we were told by Geoff we should not be collecting them as they are shut and what are we doing there. We explained we had been requested to collect them on the afternoon as they would be full on the evening. Geoff still said we shouldn’t be there and he needs time off!! The dogs were dirty and the beds also fifty. All in all, a bad experience all round

I use Goldborough House regularly for my two dogs and they are always happy to see Geoff, Dawn and the lovely staff who work here. The kennels are clean, efficiently run and, most importantly, the dogs are welcomed with cuddles and smiles (so much that they very rarely, if ever, look back at me when I leave them). Geoff and co have been really accommodating on the occasions when I've had to change plans. All-in-all, we're very happy customers.

Michelle looked after my cat Charlie whilst we were on holiday even though he decided to eat something he shouldn’t and become ill 2 days before we went 😩 She ensured he was loved and well looked after. He was on a special diet and nothing was too much for her. I had regular updates from her and he was a happy relaxed cat when I came back. She is someone who has the best interests for your pet. I would recommend her to everyone I know. She even checked up on him when we saw her out and about! She doesn’t forget a pet!

Our Harvey has been coming to TLC since he was 13 weeks old (now 3 yrs old) and he loves it. He can’t wait to get in through the door and play with his dog friends. Michelle is lovely, very down to earth, open and honest. She looks after the pets in her care as if they’re her own. Harvey’s stayed overnight a few times and will be a couple more times later in the year, I am out at ease and have peace of mind he’s being loved and cared for. Highly recommend.

We had tlc Michele to have our coco for 3 weeks whilst in America , coco is a jack Russel and nervous , when we picked up she was so happy and content she loves Michele which make us feel relaxed to leave her thank you so much Michele your amazing

If I could give 10 stars I would! Michelle has been looking after our dog Patch for many years. Both day crèche and boarding. When I had to go into hospital recently she was very flexible with having Patch, so my husband could visit. We moved to North Yorkshire for 3 years and we still used Michelle when we went on holiday. She is an animal lover and it shows in the care she gives to pets in her care. Patch always wags his tail as Michelle takes him from me, when I drop him off - you can’t get a better review than that!

I am so happy with the care given to my dog and cat by Michelle. It was great to come home to two happy fur babies. It makes me feel safe when I go away knowing my pets are very well looked after

I have used Michelle to look after cats for 5 yrs when on holiday and my cocapoo Leo since he was 4months old at least 2-3 days aweek when I work long hours, he is now 2yrs and still loves going to Michelle's he practically runs out the door, when he see's her. The service she gives is above and beyond, the animals love her and they are the best indicators of a person's personality professionalism and stability. He has also stayed overnight and weekends with Michelle at TLC, I will be using her till one of us retires 👍😁

HIGHLY WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND! DO NOT TRUST THIS WOMAN! I initially thought Michelle was a caring woman who I could trust to take care of my 2 boys while I was away(2 beautiful male rats). I’ve never left them for longer than a few hours to go to work so I was extremely worried about leaving them in someone else’s care as they are very dependent animals. I didn’t receive updates at all and when I returned home it was a devastating sight! She had obviously neglected them and when I asked why she hadn’t cleaner their cage AT ALL she gave me rude petty replies of ‘I couldn’t get the cage open’ or ‘I didn’t want to wake them up’, knowing full well it’s extremely important to clean and disinfect at least every 2 days as they are extremely prone to respiratory diseases from breathing in their own urine, I now have rats with respiratory diseases and infections, I will be paying vet bills until they die their early death because of this! Not to mention their water bowl was filled with bedding and faeces and the water was non existent. As well as old pieces of food I had noticed from the day I had left. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING! No care whatsoever it is disgusting. I feel sick to my stomach how someone else treated my babies and in my own trust as well.

Michelle looked after my 2 cats and canaries when I went away for the weekend. She was professional and kept me updated on how they were doing as I had never left my pets with anyone before. She is someone I will happily use again should I need someone. I recommend her to everyone who needs a pet sitter.

We have used Andrew from We Love Pets several times this year for home-boarding. We have found him to be very reliable, and we are delighted with how quickly he put Maisie at ease. (She's a slightly anxious dog.) He also communicates with us very well, regularly sending photos of how Maisie is getting on. We were particularly delighted that, on her most recent stay, Maisie made a friend out of a fellow boarder.

Claireece kindly looked after my cat at short notice whilst we were away on an unexpected trip. She sent regular updates/photos and I felt so at ease knowing my boy was looked after. Highly reccomend We Love Pets Swindon :)

I have been using We Love Pets (Swindon) for about 12 months now since I got my second (and fairly challenging) pup. Because of reactivity issues my boys get visits and cuddles rather than walks and it’s been a life saver. Andrew has been brilliant from day 1, accommodating every request, including holiday sits even when I’ve left it to the very last minute. I’m so grateful that Andrew and his amazing team show my gruesome twosome so much love and care and regular updates make leaving them a little bit easier. They took excellent care of our two indoor kittens and our outdoor cat for a week while we were on holiday. We received daily photos and updates, which eased our minds greatly. We had we love pets coming into to check on our cat, Tigerlily, on our wedding day. They were perfect. Whilst visiting they fed and ensured everything was perfect, they sent us updates and pictures when they were there. It was super reassuring that we knew she was in good hands. Andrew is absolutely amazing with our poodle and I was very impressed by how thorough he was before he agreed to have our dog for a week to make sure she was happy with him and settled. He sensed I was a bit anxious to leave her and was great at keeping me updated throughout her stay. Linda is such the perfect person to look after your dog(s) either just for a walk or for daycare. Linda is so friendly and extremely professional and the dogs love her to bits. Simply fabulous! From our first meeting we knew we could trust Linda 100% to be in our home and look after our boy. He is currently too young to go out for proper walks with other dogs, but he absolutely loves it when Linda does her twice daily visits a couple of times a week, and it really puts us at ease knowing he is so happy and well looked after in the day. We can't wait for when he can join her for walks out! Linda is super at being really flexible as to when we need her to pop in, as it always has to be quite short notice due to the nature of my husband's job. It really is a massive help to us. Linda always keeps us in touch with how he has been each visit, and we love seeing her photos of him, they really show how happy he is with her. It's so clear to see that Linda loves her job in the level of care and attention she gives. We really can't recommend All Weather Walkies & Pet Care enough!

WE LOVE LINDA!!! Such a lovely lady who we 100% trust with our Puppy, not only does she love and care for her like her own, she also implements all the training we have been working on to ensure bad habits are avoided. I love receiving the photos & videos as gives me reassurance that she is ok! Linda has also been happy to feed our dog her lunch after her lunch time walk which has helped massively. We also have 2 cats & although Linda is there mainly for our Puppy, she always shows our cats love and attention too which is just lovely. We couldn't ask for a more professional, caring, friendly, flexible & reliable dog walker, thank you Linda- highly recommend!

Linda is so caring and has to be the most pet and animal loving lady I know. Dillon has been with her for must be 7 years now and has helped so much through some tough times from picking him up, taking to the vets or the groomers for me. Linda has been available at the drop of a hat and so flexible if my workload has been extended or even shortened Dillon boards most of the time but Linda does everything from that to drop-ins to day visits, I don't think it would matter what pet you have from chickens to hamsters, Linda is your regular Mrs Doolittle 😃

One of the few good things about this year is that we've found Linda to take occasional care of our Miniature Schnauzer, Ziggy, who simply loves spending time with her and her other canine friends. She takes just as much care of him as we do (if not more) and it's impossible to imagine anyone being more devoted than her. We spent a long time looking for the right person, and we've found her!

We have travelled extensively over the past few years, this has only been made possible due to Linda. Cobie our spaniel just loves going there, she is very well looked after and really enjoys her long walks. We get updates sent daily which is really important to us. We've been able to relax and enjoy being away knowing that Cobie is enjoying her break too.

I would highly recommend Jo and Little Paws. Whenever we go on holiday, we leave our rabbits with Jo. She cares deeply about all the animals at her boarding and she looks after them as if they were her own. We had an older bunny who needed extra care and Jo was always happy to go the extra mile. Rich has been looking after our 2 cats when we have been away over the last couple of years. We are really glad we found him and know our cats are good hands when we are not there. Rich is super friendly and keeps us updated which keeps our minds at ease. Our cats are very nervous rescue cats and have formed a good bond with Rich over time, which we really value. We also occasionally foster cats and Rich has always been happy to help look after them as well.

We've been using Rich for years for our cats and the service is always fantastic - on several occasions he was happy to cover visits at extremely short notice and he's always been available when we needed him. Very reasonable prices, keeps everything tidied up and cleans bowels (we've had messy professional pet sitters before so I'm grateful Rich always left our home spotless). Rich is a lovely guy who is always happy to give us updates when we're away for a while. He also keeps really detailed records of the pets he cares for. So glad we found him!

Rich and the team are simply amazing. Rich has been looking after our cat Ronnie for nearly 3 years now. Our cat is very shy and only usually makes an appearance for us, and now Rich is his best friend! I simply would not trust anyone else to look after him. Forever grateful!

We've been using the cat sitter services for the last couple of years and have found Rich to be very friendly and reliable. He provides us with updates on the cats when we're away, which is reassuring and shows that he cares about their welfare. Amazing company, very trustworthy. Rich has been taking care of our cats for years now.even when it was at a very short notice never declined. He has kept us up to date with messages and photos as well and when one of our cats needed medication he also took care of it. Wholeheartedly recommended.

We asked Rich to check in on our cats and chickens whilst we were away for a few nights getting married. I was bery anxious about leaving them as normally a friend or family member will look after them while were away, however all that worry left as soon as we met Rich. He's an absolute gem, he came round and met everyone prior to us finalising the booking so we could ensure we were comfortable with him. He took the time to learn all of our pets names and was very thorough with ensuring they were all cared for how we wanted. Rich was really professional, understanding our chickens are a part of our family just as much as our cats. His communication is absolutely fab, and he called to check in on the first night and kept in good contact throughout. I couldnt recommend the service more. I felt incredibly relaxed knowing that Rich was looking after our little pet family while we were away. We will most definitely be using Rich for future trips.

Rich looks after the animals at our nursery every weekend. He is so friendly and passionate about what he does. The role he does for us is a bit different as he cares for pigs, chickens, ducks and guinea pigs but he is great at it and we trust him 100%. Can't recommend him enough :)

Rich has been looking after our cat for years whenever we have been away from home and provides a brilliant reliable service. I've always appreciated the fact that he keeps me informed and has always been flexible if needed at short notice.

We've used Rich & co a couple of times to visit our cats, one of whom needs regular meds. No problems to report whatsover. His fact finding and preparation is very thorough and it was nice to get a progress update on day 1 to confirm everything was ok.

I have used Rich several times to look after my Cat and Rabbit while I’ve been away. He has been great everytime. He came and met them and wrote their routines down. He visited twice a day and catered for their every need. He sent me updates and reassures me they were ok. Couldn’t ever use anyone else.

Misty has been a regular client of the Country Mutt for about 7 years now. Going to doggy daycare has been a valued part of her routine and ours. The staff at the Country Mutt are always friendly and provide updates on a regular basis. The team build such a lovely bond with the dogs and we know our dog is well looked after when in their care. We would recommend the Country Mutt to anyone, providing vital social skills to our then playful Labrador and peace of mind that she is being well looked after whilst we are at work. You won’t regret leaving your dog with this fantastic group of people ♥️

Our two absolutely love their time at Country Mutt - and they clearly love the staff too judging by their excitement to see them when they are picked up in the morning! (great additional service that saves us time and travel) - we get WhatsApp updates and photos, the dogs are treated really well, get lots of variety in activities in the day, aren’t over exercised, and sometimes our extra fluffy dog gets extra pampering! Definitely recommended!

Couldn't be happier with the service from Country Mutt! From my perspective the initial look round, booking system, communications and collection and drop off service are simple and easy. From Bingham's perspective he has the best time, is given enrichment, can run with his friends and has a chance to play with dogs in a safe environment. Highly recommended!!

My Sprocker, Nala, has been going to what we call "Doggy Play school" since earlier in 2024. The pick up and return service is very useful to us, and on Wednesdays I put her harness on and she then knows the collection van will be along soon. She hears it well before it arrives to collect her. When she arrives back she is tired out and will have been given a sploosh to clean her up. Seeing the photos that the team send via WhatsApp Nala is clearly enjoying it very much. Country Mutts have a really friendly team, who clearly love being with dogs, and the dogs reciprocate that love. We are glad that we have found Country Mutts as it benefits both ourselves and Nala too.Our grandsons Visla also goes to Country Mutts. so the two get on famously. We would wholeheartedly recommend Country Mutts to anyone if asked.

Barney has been going to daycare here for 4y. It really helped with socialising him with lots of different dogs, and different people. He is away for a full day and comes back exhausted. The cost does add up over a month, but I feel much happier being away for the day knowing that he is not on his own for most of it.

Our Golden Retrievers have both been going to The Country Mutt since they were puppies. It’s been great for their socialisation skills and they get so much enjoyment running around all day long, coming home exhausted but so content after each visit. Millie has built up a great team around her at daycare and I trust they have my boys best interests at heart, wanting to see them thrive. The team give us regular updates and make sure to send pictures if they’ve done anything particularly funny or crazy that day. We wouldn’t trust our boys to be left anywhere else. I would just like to say our dog Monty loves his days at Country Mutt Dog Day Care. I cannot recommend enough the staff are like family and look after all the dogs like they are their own. From the time they pick up Monty in the morning until they drop him off the care is 5 Star. Monty knows the days he goes and waits at the window until they arrive. Buddy absolutely loves his time at daycare and has been going for several years now. Feel 100% confident with all of the staff who are extremely helpful and accommodating and go out of their way to make the dogs feel comfortable. Buddy is so excited when the van pulls up!

My dog has been going to The Country Mutt Dog Care for the last 3 years. He absolutely loves it. Emily who works there is like his second Mum!! He never looks back when he is collected from our house and comes back tired out from a full on day of fun!!!
