Took such great care of our little one! We had to leave him for a few days and as first timers, we were obviously nervous. The staff went beyond and above making sure our pup was loved and taken care of. The report cards are such a treat and the camera to be able to view him helped us through our first boarding experience. Highly recommend this place. Extremely clean, super friendly and caring staff who really love the pups and cats. An added bonus were all the high quality photographs included in their daily report cards. The smile on our pup’s face says it all.

I have boarded my dogs in several Pet Paradise facilities in the past. The Amelia Island location is lacking, I boarded 2 dogs for one night instead of using my points, which I have many of the charged me full price. They also failed to tell me how my dogs behaved while at their facility. Dogs stayed 12/15 -12/16.

I’m not one to write reviews, but this place deserves a 10-star review! I adopted my GSD (German Shepherd Dog) from Nassau Humane Society about a month ago & I made it a goal to give her the best life possible. I wanted my dog to socialize with other dogs & make new friends, so I decided to give Pet Paradise a try. At first, I was very nervous about leaving her for a couple hours. The staff was very friendly & attentive with the dogs. This gave me a good feeling about her being there for the day. When they call this place “paradise,” it really is paradise! My dog came back happy & (obviously) tired from her big day at the park. I will definitely taking her back for more day camps! 🐾💕

Very nice place. Professional employees. Had a checkup for our pet. Had to bring her back 4 weeks later for a follow up. They did not put her in the System for that date so we was told we didn't have an appointment. Wife had the paperwork showing we did. As a result they found a way to get our pet in. If not for that I would give it a five. FYI hold on to your paperwork for apartments.

Alright so I took my dog here on their opening day for a get acquainted day to help ease her into boarding because she is a very nervous dog around new things. The staff is amazing and she loves going there. She also stayed 2 nights and 3 days for boarding and she had the best time. I got amazing pictures and reports from them. She was the happiest dog. The facility is super nice too.

My seven month old Wheaten can be a handful and the staff at Pet Paradise put my mind at ease in every way!!! I will most definitely use them again!

First try at day camp the sign in was smooth and informative. Gunner was so excited he just wanted to bust in when he saw the pool. I was told about checking the web cam to watch his interaction. It's great being able to check on him and seeing he's having an energetic day. I love having the option to do day camp when I have things to do. Also knowing it's a reputable business I feel so much better using them for boarding when I go away. The best part is that normally it takes all day and night to get Gunner tuckered out and tonight he was asleep before us. Thank you we had a relaxing day and we know he enjoyed himself.

Quick to answer phones. Knowledgeable and compassionate about my furkids. Made a boarding appt, then they offered a meet the fam day. They had an absolute best time with great report cards! At first I was very nervous bcuz I have never boarded my dogs at all. But after today for “day care meet the fam day” I feel much much better about leaving them knowing they are in good hands and happy.

We take our 1 year old min pin to this location for day camps and several over night stays. The staff is very attentive and our dog loves to go to pet paradise Amelia . I highly recommend them your overnight and day camp stays.

Everybody was very friendly and responsive. We stop by first and met with the folks and took a tour of the facility. This place is brand new and everything was spick and span and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful and it was apparent they loved their job. Haley explained every detail and helped us book our first reservation. When we picked up our dog he was clean and happy and almost didn't want to leave. Terms and conditions apply your mileage may vary but based on my experience I can recommend them.

I cannot recommend the barking lot enough! We have a rescue dog who is very high anxiety, doesn’t always get along with other dogs, and is scared of everything, including some people. But Sue is an expert and so great with her! We’ve tried other places in Jacksonville, but no where else gives our dog the same level of attention and care. You can tell how passionate Sue is about animals immediately when you meet her. It’s so great to be able to relax on vacation knowing our dog is being taken care of by someone who is so knowledgeable and caring! Sue is also very easy to reach and flexible - when we are on vacation we’re able to text Sue directly to check in on our dog and see how she’s doing! And she’s able to accommodate pretty much any time that works for us to pick up or drop off. The pricing is also very very good. We are so happy that we found the barking lot and will never go anywhere else!

Sue sits for and walks our Maltipoo Pearl. To say Sue is dog knowledgeable is an understatement! She’s honest, no nonsense and knows her craft. I highly recommend Sue as a dog sitter!

I've boarded our 70lb chocolate lab with Sue at the Barking Lot 3 times now and can say that I completely trust the Barking Lot to take good care of my pup while we are away. We adopted our dog from the shelter last year and not only did Sue take great care of our fur baby, but she recommended to us the right trainer to address his reactivity, and even taught us what to do differently to improve his coat. Whatever the Barking Lot lacks in aesthetics, it's made up by Sue's knowledge of and dedication to dogs. Make no mistake: Sue. Knows. Dogs! We will be back again whenever we need to board our dog in the future.

I’ve been coming to The Barking Lot for years with my dogs. They love going to doggy daycare everyday. They are well taking care of and very happy when I drop them off and when I pick them up. Sue is very compassionate. I won’t take my dogs anywhere else other then The Barking Lot

Sue is an absolute lifesaver. Our 40 lb Florida brown dog Marty loves coming to “Aunty Sue’s” for daycare and boarding. Sue provides complimentary baths and is very flexible with the plans, a necessary for our hectic schedule. We love The Barking Lot!

We lost our home in Irma and our 4 boxers and our doxie "The Pimp" were displaced. Susan, Brittany and Melissa went way beyond the call of duty in taking care of our babies. These people know how to take care of your fur babies. I highly recommend The Barking Lot. If you can find it in your heart please donate to this more than worthy organization.

I called Sue and asked her if she be interested in taking care of my dogs one day when I had to go in to the hospital for daytime surgery she told me she was really busy and that she would call me back later that day she never called me back I even drove down to her business she doesn't allow people inside and I just want to tell you she is just downright rude! I even left her a voicemail after she never called me back to please call me back and she never did! If this is how she treats customers she should go out of business like I said she's downright rude!

Sue and Melissa are miracle workers. Bear adores them, loves coming here and is improving in his behavior because he works with them every week. I can't recommend this place enough.

Just picked up my baby girl Daisy from a 3 day stay here. She's all smiles plus being fresh & clean from a complimentary exit bath. Miss Sue always take great care of my babies! We will definitely be using her again for any boarding needs.

I took both of my dogs (yorkie & a mini golden doodle) to the grooming salon today at Ritzy Clips. I was called by the groomer because my golden doodle’s hair was matted. She told me she was going to have to shave some hair. However, she didn’t mention she was going to butch her hair and shave her all the way down to her skin 😡🤬😭😓😩. You can see in the picture where there is a boy in the background of what my doodle looked like before the haircut from today. When I dropped them off I specifically said that I wanted puppy/teddy bear haircuts for both dogs and showed the groomer pictures (see circled picture in red of what I wanted for my doodle). However, upon arriving to the salon I noticed my doodle’s hair was completely shaved to the skin making her look terrible. I asked Mrs Beverly (front desk lady) if I could speak to the groomer and she said that everyone was gone already and all she could do was call the manager, Vivian. I spoke to Vivian on the phone and she stated that the groomer showed her what my dog looked like and that she agreed she needed to be shaved down. However, I have never had anyone complain of my dog’s hair being so matted that it needed to be completely shaved. The only issue I had with my doodle before she was spayed was that she was in heat and required using a diaper which caused her to be a bit matted in the butt and back legs area. However, my previous groomer from Pensacola specifically said she could do one of two things. 1. Shave her down to her skin or 2. Take that matting out, but charge me extra for the work. I appreciated her giving me the options and being very straightforward with the issue. I chose option 2 and have never had any other issues with my dog because she is already spayed and doesn’t require diapers anymore. I am extremely disappointed in the way my dog’s hair was cut at this facility and how the manager, Vivian, handled the situation. They were charging me a $65 grooming fee and another matting fee. Why would the groomer charge me a matting fee when all she did was chop my dog’s hair? If I knew the groomer was going to do that, then I would have told her not to do anything and would have taken my dog somewhere else. Vivían removed the matting fee, but still charged me full price for having my dog’s hair butched by her groomer. I do not recommend the grooming salon to anyone that cares about their dogs. Please take them somewhere else that cares about them and don’t cut corners. Shame on you Ritzy Clips!

We have had the fun and the sad with 4 Paws and each visit has been good. We feel listened to each time, our questions answered, from a new puppy to holding our senior dog as she takes her last breath. Thank you to 4 Paws for always being available and flexible for our fur babies! Here is our most recent visit with a new puppy!

The staff was so incredibly gentle and caring with our Rottie! I am always a bit hesitant to take my dog in for vet care because she’s so large and can be intimidating. The staff allowed me to keep her in the truck until it was time to take her in. We were escorted through the door without any pets. Our Rotttie was not muzzled as she didn’t show any signs of aggression with the staff. In fact she enjoyed the attention and was being insanely loving. Thanks again to the incredible staff for making us all feel comfortable and at ease and of course for the great care of our sweet dog!

Amazing people work at this clinic. Our dog doesn't trust people easily and she loved every person that handled her during our visit. We are so thankful for the staff for treating our baby with kindness and helping us get her the medication she needs. Communication is phenomenal and the everything is broken down into easy to understand terms. Pet care of Nassau goes above and beyond.

Follow up, they're great my babies and healthy and happy, and they work with you pretty darn good. We love bringing our babies there. Just good caring people that love animals. Super nice ladies and the doc did great with my 2 rescue puppies. Will be bringing my chawinnie in on the 5th. Looking forward to the visit and establishing all my kiddos.

4 Paws Pet Clinic declawed our two cats at an excellent price. No follow up was necessary but the vet came in and checked on them for me during a second set of vaccines they received. Vert good service and very good care of my pets. Very trustworthy and they're not going to rob you with their prices.

My senior lab goes for a monthly shot to help her arthritis. The last time she didn't want to get out of the car due to her mobility issues. The wonderful techs came to her. Made it so much easier.

We've been taking our dogs here for over 20 years. The staff and Dr. Norstrud are top notch. Our dogs excitedly run to get INTO the clinic. That says a great deal about the level of care and compassion the clinic has for animals. Prices are very reasonable, the staff is great and Dr. Norstrud is the BEST!!!

I have boarded my dog at Kozy Kennels for over two years. The staff is WONDERFUL. When I tell Gizmo (a 13 year old Pekingese) that he is going to the kennel he starts dancing around and is so excited. The staff gives him lots of love and attention. We are so lucky that our friends recommended Kozy Kennels to us.

Everyone at this facility are very professional and great with my dog. have always had a great service here. My dog does well with all the staff. They keep you well informed of all that is going on with your pets.They also will fit you in where they can to help your schedule. Thank you for being so great!

We just dropped our pet off for a week with Crystal. Prices were very reasonable considering other companies in town. She made us feel at home and comfortable watching our pet for so long. She has a large property and is very professional. She has the experience and loving attitude to take care of all your furry family members. I won't hesitate to come back next time we go back out of town. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

My dog loves to come here and see Auntie Crystal! The dogs are well taken care of and get to enjoy a home environment unlike typical daycare and boarding establishments with concrete kennels. Great opportunity to interact with other dogs in a stress free environment. The prices are phenomenal as well. KEEN highly recommends!

Crystal watched our older kittens for a little over two months while we stayed with family waiting for our house to finish. She did such an amazing job! She kept us informed with pictures and videos, she made our kittens feel right at home! I will definitely reach out to her again when needed and highly recommend her :)

Me and my husband stopped in to see the sites of St. Augustine and needed somewhere for our dog to go. We called Crystal and she was more than willing to take our dog in for the night.. She was amazing and very friendly. Our dog was able to run free in her home and not be caged up. We picked him up and we knew he had been taken very good care of. If you ever visit St. Augustine and need a dog sitter for the day or night give her a call.... We highly recommend her to anyone. Thanks Crystal for loving our dog like your own. You r amazing!!

No surprise that Crystal was the exceptional person and the quality pet sitter that I loved to give my happy crew to! She really cares for each family and pet so well, and I felt that the best time that my pets had were when they visited her home for two weeks while I was out traveling the country! My family went on vacation and we left our family dog with Crystal at Preferred Pet Care in FL. Our dog was in her care until she cancelled on us, less than half way through our vacation. Let's back up - A few days after dropping the dog off at Preferred Pet Care, my daughter tried to connect with Crystal. After a few days went by and my daughter still hadn't heard back from her, she decided to send an email and Facebook message as well. About an hour after sending those notes, my husband and I suggested she call Crystal using a different phone number, one Crystal wasn't familiar with... This resulted in Crystal picking up and subsequently, yelling at my daughter, telling her she wouldn't watch our family dog any more. Why did she decide to stop watching the dog? When my daughter dropped the dog off at their house, Crystal told my daughter that she could text her (Crystal) to ask for dog photos. Our daughter was grateful for this and texted Crystal for pictures of our dog, no more than once a day, if that. Crystal then stopped answering my daughter's texts and wouldn't pick up the phone. However, once my daughter was able to connect with her, Crystal yelled at my daughter, saying she was the most demanding customer she's had, because she asked for photos once a day (if that). Again, Crystal said she could ask for photos... Crystal was: - Not responsive. - She was rude. - She didn't care about the wellbeing of the dogs in her care (no dog toys were ever present. - We spent a day of our vacation searching for someone to pick-up & care-for our dog. - We were concerned for the safety of our dog.

Crystal is a very knowledgeable and patient person with the animals. I needed someone that could care for a young energetic pup that has not yet been been socialized. She was understanding and amazing. She got him right out there in the mix. I look forward to having her watch my little guy in the future. Im so happy to find her!

We were in St Augustine for a beach vacation and we brought our maltipoo Prince. We wanted to be able to have some free time to do things dogs are not allowed to do while we were here and Crystal offered us a great way to do that she gave us a safe and fun place to bring our puppy and let me tell you he loved it! He got to play and have fun so there was no guilt in leaving him in her hands. Thank you again Crystal for taking such good care of Prince.

I'm glad she cancelled on us 1/2 way through our dog boarding.... Even though she left us stranded and we had to scramble to find someone to pick up and watch our dog for the remainder of our two week long vacation, we at least now know he's safe, happy, and in good hands.... STAY AWAY. - They offered to send us pictures of our dog, but then claimed we asked too often (maybe once a day). - They cancelled on us, while watching our dog. - They clearly have this business solely for the money, not because they care about the dogs. - They stopped answering us and wouldn’t pick up, while they had our dog at their house. - Only one of the pictures she sent of our dog showed him happy/comfortable. He looked scared in the rest. - We were concerned for his safety.

This people saved my day. I was traveling from NYC to Orlando, when i stopped to let my Labrador go do his duties, whe all the sudden he junped in to a filthy sewer water pond, i call The Shaggy Dog, and even knowing they were closing, they took my dog and gave him a nice bath. These ladies here are absolutely awesome! They're so friendly, our dogs like her, I went there for the second time today and she is just so great with our babies and so fast! She did both my dogs and under 10 minutes, she cuts the nails and grinds them! And the price is unbeatable! She also has some really great shampoo that has helped relieve skin allergies in my dogs.

The exterior of the building definitely could use a facelift, but the interior is clean and pleasant smelling. Employees are friendly and listen to specific instructions on how I wanted my pup groomed. I also appreciate not having to leave my pup for hours after the appointment time to get groomed.

I have used Camp Waggin Tails for boarding twice and will never go to anyone else!! Richard is incredible and truly loves what he does and cares for all the dogs like they're his! I cannot recommend this place enough; he has the best prices in town. My 2 dogs always have the best time at Camp Waggin Tails!

I can't say enough good things about Camp Waggin Tails! We've used them for the last few years for our dogs and they love going and I know they are well taken care of. Our newest pup, Winnie, was diagnosed with Epilepsy and needs her meds every 12 hours and Richard, the owner, is so accommodating and makes sure she is well taken care of and gets her meds on time, even in the late evening. The facility is no frills, but very clean and well maintained and each individual kennel has both an indoor and fenced outdoor space so the dogs can go in and out as they please during the day. Kennels are secured at night so all the dogs are safe inside. It's such a good experience for our dogs, and for us!

We were very happy with our experience here. We will continue to let Gracie and Addie stay here when we can't take her with us. Highly recommend this facility!!@

Camp Waggin Tails is absolutely amazing! Our dogs LOVE going there and they always come back home happy, healthy, and clean. The owners genuinely love the dogs and treat them as if they are their own. They also charge per kennel and not per dog so we only have to pay for one kennel per night for our three dogs. Check this place out! You’ll thank me later.

I have 3 dogs that stayed there for a weekend. The people that work there are people people not business people. They really make feel comfortable. It was like leaving your dog with a friend which was important. I had never left my furry babies before. The facility is nice. 20 dollars a night per kennel. They have a couple big kennels. All 3 of mine fit just fine in one. They'll get off leash time to run around a fenced in area.

The owner is amazing with dogs, and I trust him completely whenever we take our dogs to him. He's the best pet boarding we've ever used.

I mostly use the boarding services and occasionally daycare. Kanine Social always takes great care of my dog. I love the easy booking process, regular pictures they send, and the flexibility with dropoff/pickup hours. Have left my dog for short weekends and longer 2-week periods and never had any issue. Highly recommend!

Perfect place for my pup to play indoors when it’s none stop raining or blazing hot outside. Decent sized outdoor space. Always has seating, love how they have puppy nights once a month. Wish they offered a wider variety of drinks - when it come. To wine and non-alcoholic drinks but they always have beer on tap and lots of seltzers and ciders if you’re into that. Clean and friendly staff.

The best daycare in Jacksonville and surrounding areas! Odin and Moose love going to daycare. The facility is clean and the staff shares lots of photos during the day to ease dog parents minds while away. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great doggy daycare!

I have never seen our puppy so over-the-top happy! She absolutely loved daycare. Nothing like real play and pool time from 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM to give you a quiet night at home with a 6 month old pup! We bought the package right away, taking advantage of our park membership deal. So thankful we found Kanine Social!

My dog had the best time here and I had such peace of mind! We tried a different daycare spot for the first time with my dog and didn’t love it. We then signed him up for KS daycare and he and I both loved it! He seemed so happy in all the photos, the staff was very friendly and professional, the place was very clean, and they have a vet office attached to the building for added peace of mind. There is nothing I would change about here and it’s worth every penny!!!

Our Diesel LOVES it here and so do we. It wasn’t long after our first visit we decided to become annual members. We drive from St. Augustine every weekend to give the big guy some play time. Also, they have a great local craft beer selection on tap and the canned adult beverage selection is the best I’ve ever seen. We definitely didn’t expect that when we first visited. The other dog lovers are very friendly and passionate about their pups too so it’s easy to make new friends. Lastly, great staff! Very friendly, welcoming, and personable.

What a cool spot! I saw this place a few months ago, and never went in. I’m so glad that I did today! I stopped in a grabbed a cold brew, which was pretty good I might add, and I was allowed to go sit in the back without having a dog! So I just sat and watched the dogs play. There were TVs in the back with lots of room for the dogs to roam. It’s a great hidden gem for dog owners and dog lovers alike! Now that I have a dog (some years later), I think it’s safe to say that Kailo loves it here! There are so many different areas to play in a dogs to meet. Plus, we can have a drink while he plays. We watch him because he’s a rescue, but we love that Kanine Social welcomes rescues with open arms! Even after only one day, thanks for loving Kailo and welcoming him to the pack ❤️

Our puppy was recently spayed so she was a bit grown out than usual, however, no matted hair, and is bathed at home weekly. Attached you’ll find the dog I had, the picture I handed her for face shape, and the dog I got back. Someone check the resumes. Came in with a Havanese, walked out with a poodle mix. Attached is her after her last groom, no excuses. Will be going back to the oakleaf location.

Love it there! Been going there since 2011 when I had my first dobie Bullitt (he sadly passed last yr at 13 yrs old and is the black and tan in the photo). My new dobie, Kratos, boards there and also just started doggy daycare. They have always been amazing with my dogs and it's always super clean.

Duke loves coming to play with his friends . The staff takes very good care of our pets in our absence.

I thought that when I dropped off my 4yr old lab to this business, they would watch over him and not let anything bad happen to him. Not true. While he was there, he had access to a stuffed toy and ingested it. We have since paid $4000 for surgery and aftercare. When I called to ask for reimbursement of these costs, I was told that they were not responsible. The will never take another animal here again and will warn people not to do the same.

Do not use them for grooming! I've used them three times all with different results. First time was good and after struggling to find a good groomer we thought we finally found one. Second time my dog was really itchy two or three days after getting groomed so I had to bath him again to give him some relief. Strange but still not too alarming. Third time is the final straw. Few days after getting groomed my buddy had all these rashes pop up all over him! Learn from me and avoid this place for grooming!

I called for a same day appointment for my wonderful fur baby. To say the staff was accommodating would be an understatement. They were professional, understanding, and patient. My fur baby was given back to me clean, smelling good, and looking absolutely beautiful with the bandana and bow she was given. I would highly recommend taking your fur children here!

We boarded our two dogs Storm and Ripley for 7 nights at the Jacksonville, Florida airport location. It's the longest time we have boarded them, and this time the first time going there without an extra brother who passed away recently. Our dogs came out healthy, happy, energetic, healthier than ever when we picked them up. This could only be possible by the amazing staff who truly love dogs! Clearly our dogs felt loved and cared for during our absence. Thank you all at Pet Paradise Jacksonville, FL Airport location!

Too expensive and my dogs all smelled horrible at pick up. After a long trip and spending $500 for pet boarding it would be nice to get my dogs back in the condition I left them. I know they offer baths for an extra expense, but I had already spent enough money! The overall care seemed good and the service was very good.

I dropped Daisy off for one day, she did not have any fleas going in, she is also on flea medication. When I picked her up from pet paradise she had fleas on her. She never had fleas until now, I contacted the manager and she insisted I need to do flea maintenance around my home even though I never had this issue with fleas until I brought my puppy here to pet paradise! Be aware of fleas if you do board your dog with them.

Zoi’s pet care is amazing! Zoi and her husband always do a great job watching my pup Trusty! Trusty always has a great time there and Zoi sends pics and updates throughout his stay with them. I highly recommend Zoi Pet Care!

Zoi is the absolute best!! She takes care of my pup Earl very frequently and has always been very communicative, reliable and clearly such an animal lover. It’s obvious how much she cares for the animals she takes care of and Earl is always excited to see her! Highly recommend

Zoi went above and beyond as a pet sitter. I have used her services twice so far and I will always come back. She is very patient with my shy cats, and has no issue with giving medication to my senior cat. She not only took care of my cats for such a reasonable price, but she offered to have extra overnight care as needed and even offered to help with house related work that shifted while I was gone. When she says she is there for you in any way you need, she truly is! Her own experience with animals solidified my trust in her abilities to take care of my girls and I have recommended her to several of my friends, and those that have used her for pet sitting are also highly satisfied.

This was a first for us, leaving our dog with a non family member overnight. Zoi made sure we were comfortable, sent texts and pictures along the way. When we got home Zoi provided a complete update. Not only did Larry gets lots of attention, but we also got a call the next day to follow up and see if we had any questions. We have complete trust in Zoi, and have already booked our next trip

She is absolutely AMAZING! She always goes above and beyond for my fur babies. She also is always there last minute! Treats my babies just like we would if we were home! Her hubby is also a VIP when she can't be there! We have used her several times and never have asked another person sitter!!! HANDS DOWN THE BEST!!!!

The special loving care Zoi gives Bandit and Prince makes them and us very happy. They even taught me a way to give Bandit his lnsulin injection that is easier fo all of us. Leaving Bandit and Prince with Zoi is like leaving them with loving Family and not a dog Sitter.

Our two dogs have stayed at Amelia Island Pet Resort several times -once for over a month-and I can honestly say it is the best boarding experience we’ve ever had for them. We live on a boat and travel all around so our dogs have stayed in numerous boarding facilities, so we speak from experience! Our one dog has a lot of anxiety and yet when we take him back to Amelia Island Pet Resort he is actually happy to see everyone there. This is not a normal reaction for him! Everyone there genuinely loves the dogs and it shows-thank you!!

I post previously about dogs barking. Just an update that the dogs bark all day and it is a stress bark. I wonder how the dogs are taken care. I just don't understand why their barks sound so stressed.

Our 11 year old Roxy spent 3 weeks at the Resort - over Christmas - with arthritic back legs prone to injury. She welcomed us upon our return in her usual happy and energetic style. Roxy not only received 3 weeks of caring treatment but we noted all the instructions we left with her were carried out perfectly. We have found Dr. Jen and all her associates caring , competent and never over priced. They constantly look for the best quality care for the most affordable price.

I live near by and each day the dogs are barking like they are in distress. I have a video but could not upload. I'm sure the dog is exhausted. It is not a playful barking.

We were nervous taking our pups here for the first time. The entire team made it feel like their second home and they pups had a great time. We are now feeling much better about trips where they get to take a doggy vacation as well. We would definitely recommend this place.

I am not a person that complains. But, I have to share our experience. Our dog was attacked by another dog the first day she was there. We were told the other dog was definitely at fault. It was bad enough where the Vet had to stitch her up! We tried numerous times to get them to follow-up to see how our dog was doing and they never responded!! When we came to pick her up we got charged $285 for the bill!!! So, beware of this place!! I can guarantee you they will never see our dog again!!

This is the 2nd time my dog Bandit has stayed here, and we love it, and I think he does also. Staff is very friendly and attentive. I would recommend them to anyone!

Incredibly OVERPRICED and dishonest. If you’re booking here solely because you want to watch your dogs on the “video cameras in each room” do not book!!!!! They don’t actually give you access to the cameras! They advertise that as a main feature and when you call to inquire; however they do not offer this. When I dropped off they mentioned nothing about how to access and I had to call to ask! They say they cameras “are down.” Had I known I wouldn’t be able to see my dogs on video I would have gone elsewhere and paid half the price with an honest and more reasonable boarding facility!!!! I asked for a discount since I was not able to get the service I was promised and paid a premium for but they did not offer one. The place was very sketchy and they do not let you enter. You have to sit in your car....Overall I had a terrible experience here and would not recommend to anyone.

Wow, did a night test run with a big dog. My dog came out happy with a great report and loves the staff. Super friendly, flexible an great communication 10 out of 10 in my opinion. We will be back again.
