My dogs absolutely love Carey and the team. They always consider which groups of dogs to walk them in for group walks, and my puppy has come on leaps and bounds with her training walks. We did a training session with Carey too and she had so much advice for both on walks and inside the house. DON'T: expect your dog to come home clean! DO: expect them to sleep the day away after so much activity!

Do not use. I came home to a skeletal & dehydrated cat. My cat has subsequently been put to sleep. Broached it with the sitter & got told excuses & refused a refund. Shame on Carey for continuing to deny her responsibility in this. My vet is horrified. Don’t believe the rubbish Carey is saying. Avoid at all costs. My cats aren’t skinny. They’re all super healthy. No decent sitter would have failed to see the deterioration in my cat. See you in court Carey. I’ve then been threatened re my work when I requested a refund.

My partner and I are moving out of the area soon, but top two things we will miss about St Neots are: a) daily walks at Paxton Pits, and b) Carey and the team at St Neots Pet Care. Carey has been walking our pup since he was 5 months old and it's been one of the best decisions we've made since we brought him home. He has gone from a shy and clingy puppy to a sociable, friendly, and playful dog, running out the door when Karen arrives with her van. He has an absolutely fabulous time out with his friends on each walk and comes home exhausted and happy as can be. I cannot thank the team enough for the great care and love they have shown to Merlin. Carey is hugely reachable and very accommodating, adjusting to changes in schedule and quick to get in touch with any concerns or issues with behaviour or health. I love that, as a veterinary nurse, she can check any little problems we're worried about ASAP, and it is so easy to buy our dog any number of tasty natural treats through the business. She is a wonderful contribution to the community around St Neots. Thank you so much Carey, Karen, and everyone in the team!

Carey is absolutely wonderful taking care of Gracie, our cat whilst we are on holidays. Gracie has diabetes and needs twice daily insulin injections. It’s perfect for us that Carey comes to our house, feeds, plays and gives Gracie her insulin with lots of fun in the comfort of home. I honestly can’t thank Carey enough - with her support, kindness, medical expertise and friendship gives me total peace of mind. I would recommend Carey St Neots Pet Care Services without a second thought.

I contacted Carey in a bit of a panic as I was going away on holiday and my cat, Pippa, had started showing signs of a urine infection. I knew the existing care I had in place for her was not going to be adequate as she would need medication administered. Carey was brilliant, responded really quickly and came round that day to meet me and Pippa and she was so professional, warm and friendly that I had instant confidence in her. In short, she saved our holiday, Pippa is now back to full health, and I will definitely be asking her to come again in the future.

Highly recommend St Neots Pet Care Services. Carey takes our fur baby out a few times a week and I honestly cannot fault her. She has spent training sessions with him and has taught him to walk off lead (where appropriate). I've seen her out and about on group walks and the dogs are always well-behaved. I was a bit worried about the socialisation aspect with bigger dogs as mine is quite small but Carey made sure this was done at my dogs pace and now he sits at the door and waits for her in the mornings! I get photos during the walks and the routes they have taken too. Also a huge bonus that Carey is also a qualified vetinary nurse, makes me feel even more confident that my one is in good hands!

Carey has been taking our nuisance of a dog out twice a week for several months now. She is reliable, friendly and the dog cannot wait to jump in the van each time she arrives. Working from home it's been a godsend for us knowing that the dog will be taken for a really good run regardless of the weather, and gets returned to us rinsed and exhausted. We then get a whole afternoon of peace and quiet whilst he snores away! On top of that, Carey provides us with so much great advice and guidance and is a one-stop-shop for petcare, natural treats and dog walking.

We stumbled upon Carey whilst looking for a vet nurse to pet sit for us whilst we were away for a few days. One of our house rabbits had recently had a complex operation and we wanted a vet nurse to continue her post-operative nursing care and supplementary feeds for a few days whilst we were away. Carey is friendly, extremely competant and took on the challenge with ease. We also have two parrots, another bunny and a tortoise and she did a fantastic job looking after our menagerie whilst we were away despite the list of tasks being very long! Carey kept us updated during our break and we won't hesitate to call upon her services again. Thanks Carey! :)

I can not praise Carey and her team enough. The abundance of love my fur bestie ‘Cody’ receives is unconditional. My heart literally melts every time I see the love and kindness my fur boy Cody is greeted with, and treated as thou he was their own 💕 In addition to the wonderful walkies , Carey being a veterinarian nurse means I also get Cody’s nail clipped and even teeth cleaned! Saving me loads of money and time! Cody means the world to me and my family and now the St Neots Pet Care team . I absolutely trust the team and 100% know my Cody is taken well care of . I can’t thank the team enough for all their love, care and support for my fur bestie! A massive heartfelt thank you 🙏 St Neots Pet Care is reliable and trustworthy. I wouldn’t have Cody with anyone else.

We had Carey visit us for advice on behaviour and training for our puppy, she was absolutely brilliant and the advice has been so helpful. We are also regular customers for her natural chews which have really helped save our furniture from being the victim of a tired puppy! Cannot recommend her enough 😊 …

We had our border collie girl Joy staying with Gina and her partner this past weekend. Gina made Joy feel instantly welcome by giving her a nice cuddle and letting her explore the house and the garden. She sent lots of updates and photos throughout Joy‘s stay, showing the lovely time Joy had with Gina and her partner. They played with Joy, took her on walks and gave her plenty of cuddles. I highly recommend Gina as a pet sitter and look forward to having Joy with her staying again sometime soon. A special nice touch was that Gina had set up an eating area with a bowl for food and water for Joy at the time of arrival, very thoughtful. Thanks Gina!

I 100/100 recommend Pause for Paws, Gina has been an absolute gem with our 9 month old husky, she has come to take her out for walks & always makes sure she has everything after the walks finish. I trust her with my dog, and she is always so happy & jumpy when Gina comes to pick her up. She keeps me updated & sends pics of their walks.

Gina was fantastic with Milo. We really couldn't have wished for him to be looked after better. Gina got to know what worked best for Milo and what made him happy. He was taken on brillant walks/swims. It was also so reassuring to receive the updates and photos. We're sure Milo can't wait to stay again.

I highly recommend Gina! She took wonderful care of my dog at my home while I attended baby classes with my daughter. Over the course of a few weeks, she was reliable, attentive, and loving towards Winston. We were always kept informed as to how he was getting on. Winston absolutely adored her! Thank you for providing such great care.

Gina loves dogs and our dog loves Gina. We feel so at ease when he’s with her because we know he’ll be well cared for and it’s so lovely to leave him in a place where he’s happy (A little too happy! He’s so excited to arrive at Gina’s house that we don’t even get a goodbye from him when we drop him off 😂). When we pick him up he’s always happy and content and it’s clear that he’s had a lovely stay. So grateful to have Gina in our dogs life 🙏.

Couldn’t recommend Gina more, completely devoted to dogs and it’s easy to see how much she enjoys the work she does. Hendrix absolutely adores his time each week with her, so much so he practically sprints to her door. It’s clear he gets doted on and enjoys all the play and walks he gets with her too. Couldn’t have asked for a better day care to look after our favourite four legged house member x

Gina is a true dog lover. I can see she genuinely cares about my dog and made her feel so at home. She's great at communicating and offers a meet and greet beforehand which helps settle the nerves and made her feel comfortable before staying. I need not have worried, her place is great and her and her partner are so lovely! Highly recommend.

We can’t believe how great Gina and Javier are We’ve had Ronnie there 3 times and he has such a great time with serious personal attention. We feel comfortable leaving our boy here and hope to for as long as possible. Eddie and Donna

Gina is a very sweet girl, with the owners and with the pets. She is a very reliable person, she loves Tiago and he loves her. When he hears her voice in a recoding she had sent to me, he recognise her voice and he gets very excited, jumping and going to the door to see if she is there. I trust her 100%. Tiago has spent more than a week with her when we go abroad. I highly recommend her.

My dog uses this place whenever we go on holiday, planning a long day out or just feel he needs more canine interaction time, the team here are fantastic and love dogs, safe and fun and gives me a break!

Friendly staff and very helpful when I had last minutes need for boarding

My Nellie loves it here. Is happy to leave me at the gate and exhausted when I collect her.

We left both of our labs here for a week and they were well looked after and really enjoyed it, what was a nice touch was visiting their instagram and we could see how our dogs ever day on videos

Great facility and staff. My dogs always have a great time. It's getting a bit pricey but still worth the money for the piey of mind in knowing our pets are well taken care of.

Marvellous place we leave our dogs here when we are away. It's like a 5☆ holiday. Everything you could wish for, you your dog will be well looked after. When we left harry one of our dog's he ran straight off to go & play with the other dogs. He didn't even look back to say goodbye. That didn't worry us as it proves how happy he was to go back. The staff are lovely so helpful & great with the dogs. Thank you all.

Fabulous. Facilities are fantastic. Claire did a great job grooming my little border terrier. I would highly recommend this place. Theres an indoor play area, a massive field to play in, a swimming pool and hydrotherapy tank. All in all 5 star+ and really competitive rates.

5 star doggy hotel. Staff are wonderful, facilities and service are excellent. I was a little nervous about leaving my dog here but after looking around it, she couldn't wait to come back and after two days, didnt want to leave.

What an amazing place 5 star dog hotel that won't break the bank. Clean very friendly staff the dogs have under floor heating TV in each room quilts on there beds you name it they have it. Warm pool and therapy water treadmills plus outside chalets and a massive fields for daily walks. Take a look at there website we will be sending our four dogs there for there holidays.

We took our dog Sparky to Happy Tails Grooming and we were booked in for a groom within a week AND on a weekend - which was a bonus. He came back looking handsome and we loved how he was cared for! I took my 7 month puppy Alaskan Shepard to get her first groom at happy tails and they done a great job, looks and smells incredible. She is a big puppy and didn’t like being bathed or her feet being touched at all and happy tails managed to do a full groom on her and she enjoyed it too. I highly recommend them.

After many failed attempts to find an experienced and patient groomer, for an older nervous dog, I’m so please to have found someone I can’t trust and who does a fantastic job. Amazing experience for my extremely nervous dog. He was happy when I collected him and He looked and smelt fantastic after his groom. Will definitely be going again. Thank you so much. 5🌟

Thanya loves animals and they love her making visits a pleasure rather than a chore. I have been using Happy tails for the first time and wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Happy tails is an experienced groomer, animal handler and qualified dog behaviouralist always happy to share her support and advice.

I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else. They are so kind, patient, and accommodating. It is a family home with a limit on how many dogs are there at one time, and they welcome your dog into the family. Its wonderful to get photo updates as well whilst Im away to see how happy she is. It's my favourite secret because they are incomparable to any other business.

We had decided to go on holiday a bit last minute and because the dates changed, our usual kennels didn't have availability. We have two large dogs, both rescues and one of them is a bit reactive until he gets to know you and also doesn't like other dogs. I'd sent some web requests for availability (explaining about my dog's behaviour and that we were his 3rd and final home) because it was late at night so I couldn't ring. The next day I had a response from Rebecca at Sunrise Kennels saying they had availability but also inviting us to view the kennels beforehand. We did so and were greeted by Honor, who introduced herself and told us about the kennels and gave us a tour including the lovely big field where they dogs are walked. There are heated beds and the dogs could share a kennel which was great. She also said feeding them separately wouldn't be a problem as one is a grazer so the other would have his food too! On the day, our reactive dog went off with the kennel staff and didn't even look back! I managed a week before I emailed asking how they were doing and Rebecca said my reactive dog had come out of his shell and had become very playful and both were enjoying cuddles. When we picked them up, they kept running back to Jess for pets and she also let us know that they'd been fed and walked that day. For us, it was important to find a kennel that cared and would take the time to get to know our reactive dog. Even though it was a 3 hour round trip for us, it was well worth finding a kennel that we felt happy with so I'd definitely recommend Sunrise Boarding Kennels to anyone looking for a kennel. They also have a cattery.

Our little lady stayed at Sunrise Boarding Kennels for the day. Rebecca (one of the Kennel Owners) was very helpful in responding to any queries we had beforehand. On arrival, we were greated by kennel staff who were friendly and helpful. The kennels are 'spotless' and well maintained. Our girl enjoyed her little walk in the afternoon and was happy when we came to collect her later that day. We will be using Sunrise again in the future. Thank you Amanda

We booked our cats in with Rebecca months ago and then one of our boys went missing so as you can imagine I was really worried about sending the other in alone having never stayed in a cattery. Rebecca and her team were absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. It was such a easy process and we received regular updates and photos. We then had a absolute nightmare with flights trying to get back to the UK due to a engine problem. In my jet lagged state I forgot the collection times and turned up in the kennels quite time. They were so lovely and helpful in letting us get our Fudge when they could have told us to come back. Even more he was so relaxed that it was like he didn't want to come home. He's been home a few hours and it's like he never left. No stress. Just one happy cat. I can't recommend Rebecca and her team enough and will definitely be using them again. Thanks a million.

I cannot recommend Sunshine Kennels highly enough. I was looking after a relatives dog due to illness and they made every step of the process easy and would go out of their way if I had any question. 10/10 Fantastic staff

Titan came in for a trail day to see how he will get on as he's never been in a kennel and is a nervous dog with people he loved every minute of it and coped really well 😀 he also loved the lady jess who walked and looked after him, Titan is looking forward to his stay in January I highly recommend leaving your beloved dog with sunrise for peace of mind, thank you again for looking after him 😊

Rebecca and sunrise took incredible care of my two cats. From the booking, to viewing the cattery, and making several changes to my booking - Rebecca was super helpful, supportive and accomdating. The cattery is in a lovely location, with great views for the cats - plenty of wildlife and flowers! The rooms are very spacious, temperature controlled and really clean. I knew the cats were in great hands and being well looked after. Thoroughly recommend

Just want to say thank you so much for looking after my mums dogs. All the staff are so polite and friendly, such a lovely boarding kennels as well I highly recommend you using this kennels.

Totally great dog walkers. Very thorough interview before the first walk, met our dog walkers too which made us feel comfortable. The girls were very excited each tine they were collected and loved their walks. Very tired and contented girls after each walk. Competitive prices and easy payment system. Would definitely book again.

Days Dog Walking have been so helpful and flexible. I have full confidence that our dog is safe and most of all happy all day, it show's in how happy he is each morning when he is collected and how calm and chilled he is by the time we return home. I think it's clear that Days Dog Walking care about each and every dog they look after. Amazing value for the service received.

Brilliant service, amazing helpful staff very flexible

Haani at The Pet Gang has been brilliant with our reactive rescue dog, gaining her trust and expertly handling her when she is tricky on walks. He is reliable, flexible and friendly - we are so happy to have found him!

I personally have not used the services, but I have met him on walks with various different clients (dogs) and every dog is always very happy around him and seems to love him. He is also very attentive and paying attention to the dogs in his care all the time (not like some other dog walkers I have seen that just look at their phones and don't care)

Haani is exactly what we were looking for when it comes to dog walking. We completely trust him with our dog who can be a handful at times. He’s always helping us out with training and been really flexible to suit our schedule
