Needed last minute boarding for my puppy for Thanksgiving week and she was able to accommodate me. I felt safe leaving my dog with her and came back in great shape. Albany Pet Nanny is reliable and the pets like her. She keep in touch with the owners if there is any questions. I've watched them interact with our neighbor's pets and they do take good care of them, showing extra care for their health and well being. Based on those observations, I hired Albany Pet Nanny for my own pets. I noticed they are confidential about their client's schedules, which is nice to know that strangers won't know how long you will be gone.

Staff were friendly and I was able to make a same day appointment! Pricing for exam+ vaccine is much more affordable than what I was used to when living near Atlanta. I also love that there’s a separate entrance for cats. I did think it was odd that my kitten’s next booster appt was made without asking me what day/time I wanted - but luckily the day/time works out for me. The doctor check was a little quick for a new patient exam, but I understand they are a busy clinic. My new little girl seems to be in good hands here.

Never had a pet that loved going to the vet till now! She gets so excited every time we visit, grooming, daycare or vet she loves them all. Staff is exceptional, professional, caring and personable. Thank you for taking such good care of my fur baby.

Bush Animal Clinic is the best! Dr. Love and Dr. Chupp are amazing to my fur baby. The appointments are quick and the facility is clean. The office staff is always pleasant; Brittany, Crystal & Kalynn are very sweet each time we visit. The daycare and boarding is easy to book and always enjoyable for my fur baby - it is very accessible, due to it being walking distance from the vet side. It is also very affordable. I love how the staff and doctor interact with my Pepsi. They listen and answer all of my questions that I had concerning my puppy. I love it . This were my puppy first vet visit and getting her booster shots.

Always a great experience at Bush Animal Clinic! Dr. Chupp, like all the Veterinarians there treat us an our pets like a family Pediatrician would. The staff are knowledgeable, caring and thoughtful. No matter the situation, when I walk through the door with one of our 4 legged family members, I know I can rest easy knowing they will receive the best care around.

Took my dog in for heartworm testing and he tested positive. Staff took good care of him while he had to stay for his injections. Follow-up instructions were clear and printed out for me to refer to. The attending veterinarian kept in touch concerning his progress and kept me updated on his progress when he was with them. Friendly staff, easy access and check-in, and quality vets give me confidence in caring for my dog.

My puppy loves going to daycare at Spankys and is always excited to jump out the car to go. Very easy and flexible to work with!!

Leandra was great! I went away for a week and she came to feed my cat Scuzz. I knew when we did the meet and greet that she would be perfect to take care of my baby. She didn’t just come and feed the cat and leave. She sent daily messages letting me know she was there and how things were. She gave Scuzz lots of pets and also sent pics so that I knew she was doing well. Will definitely use her again. Thanks Leandra!

Furry Army is the only dog sitter I'll use. Even our dog that doesn't like anyone warmed up to Leandra.

Highly recommend!! These people were the absolute sweetest! Called after my vet in Tifton canceled my boarding the day before I left for vacation on the week of July 4th and they were immediately ready to take all 5 of my babies.

Best place in Albany, GA, to take you pets for daycare or boarding. We went to several places before deciding on Magnolia. The veterinarian's office is right next door, and they are super nice with a very talented vet. I love the play area & that the boarding facility has a POOL! OMG! my dogs actually get excited and start barking their "happy bark" as soon as we turn down their road. This place knows how to treat your dogs & you can tell the staff enjoys their job. Super efficient & very reasonably priced for all you get.

We've been taking our girls here for over 8 years. Best place ever. They do a great job with baths, nails and boarding. I always request the kennel staff for grooming because they have a more flexible schedule. They are very good with our furbabies and keep them together throughout their stay because they don't like to be separated. Our shepherd mix is over 80 lbs and our beagle is about 38 lbs. They do a great job with both of them!❤

The only reason I’m even giving it a one star is because that’s the only way I could warn anyone about this place.. I have two labradoodles whom absolutely loves ppl, contact and water. I’ve used petsmart for grooming with both of them before and wanted a more personal feel.. so I attempted to change. petsmart always talks about how well behaved my boys are.. I dropped the boys off at 730 this morning and didn’t get a follow up call. The office closes at 6 and by 5 I was worried about them.. I go in asking about them and the (if you wanna call him ) groomer proceeds to tell me that my boys unruly, hates water, and he wasn’t able to do anything but wash them. They were kennel dried and apparently had not been let out to potty all day. Both boys relieved themselv for longer than normal. The receptionist very defensive at my voiced concerns. She began shaking papers at me saying he was overbooked.. when clearly they booked us knowing this. Then tried charging 100 dollars for shampooing.. I let them know that I would not be back and the receptionist made sure to tell me that was good.. if you are thinking about using them do so with caution.

I have two boxers and they LOVE magnolia. They know when we are packing up that they get to go and they get so excited! When we go inside they are jumping around and can’t wait to go and play. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. My pups love the staff and always greet them with a hug and kiss. I will always take my dogs to magnolia because I can trust them with my babies and not worry!

I am very disappointed in this company. I started taking my baby there three to four times a week to play and after about 6 weeks or so there was a new girl (to me) at the front desk and she wasn't very friendly. She informed me it was time to pay. I told her that I would talk to the girl I usually deal with because I thought I had another day because I had recently paid for some boarding as well as daycare. I did not encounter this girl again for about a month and when I did she was rude again, not speaking to my dog and when my dog barked at her dog that was sitting behind her in the chair she raised her voice to him. She informed me again it was time to pay for another set (meaning another week) and I didn't say anything back to her because I was very upset she had raised her voice to my dog. I didn't have time to take him back home before work and I didn't want him to be mistreated. I asked how long she had been there and she informed me while rolling her eyes that she has been there part time longer than anyone else there ( over 5 years I think she said). I quit taking my dog at that point and waited to see if I would call and see what was going on and they did not of course. I was very surprised I didn't hear from Bri because she was always VERY sweet to my baby! I called the week before Labor Day to schedule a boarding and Brandy, the new office manager asked if she could call me back because it was so busy and I said yes. She had Andrea call me to tell me they were booked. Andrea being the rude one and I am sure she was thrilled to call and tell me that. I called Brandy back and asked her to please have the owner call me because I was very disappointed in the way I was being treated after the money I had spent at their business. She called me back and said the owner was on call for 2 days and his wife said he would call me as soon as he could. It has been 2.5 weeks and still no phone call. I manage a business and I would certainly respond to someone that had a legitimate complaint You would think they would like to keep steady customers! When my baby boarded he got a report card with A+++ so he apparently wasn't a problem to them.

This is Harley’s happy place. My 1 1/2 y/o Bloodhound wakes up, eats and is eager to go there. I have witnessed the love the staff gives him and I think of Magnolia as a pre school for my big pup. If you’re anything like me you pet is like a child to you and like me you want that child well cared for when away from you. I highly recommend Magnolia.

I am visiting from out of town & my dog needed a grooming. Brandy (Ofc Mgr) efficiently scheduled a grooming for my 14 yr old Australian Labradoodle They took good care of him & he came out with a little extra pep in his step. He looks great. I would recommend. Thank you all!

Our family has been planning a vacation for months. Called yellow dogs months ahead to make a reservation. 1 week prior to dropping off our dogs I happened to call yellow dog to ask about having our dogs bathed and nails clipped while they are there. Come to find out we don’t have a reservation because they say they marked their calendar incorrectly and now they cannot accommodate our pets with no attempted to reconcile us beyond “well please try us again”. That’s very doubtful, to say the least. Followed all their instructions, had email correspondence with correct dates and everything was in order. Now we are stuck trying to find another boarder, 1 week prior to our vacation due to no fault of our own but thanks to a large degree of incompetence on their part. Do what you will with this info but I would make sure they do not double book your pet, then hang you out to dry also.

BEST PLACE TO SEND YOUR DOGS WHILE ON VACATION! My two pups are always so happy to see the employees when we drop them off. They have a great outdoor play area. It seems the dogs are well fed, bathed, and played with often.

Had availability for my dog at the last minute. Other than that the customer service is horrible. I brought my own dog food but it wasn't used. Also with my dog being in a new environment he peed on the floor which I cleaned up behind him after that she had the meanest attitude. My dog is a happy dog. He licked and jumped on her. She yelled get down. On my vacation I still felt worried for my dog because of the way they carried themselves while in the present of dropping him off. Never again will he go back there.

Really have had such a wonderful experience using the YDK, it's easy to see they genuinely care for the animals they keep. I've been to other kennels where bad habits and lack of exercise were apparent in as little as a 5 day boarding but my dogs always come out happy and well cared for. I especially like the fenced in run and play area, you'd be surprised how many places in town do little more than a walk on a leash a couple of times a day and I tell you that's sure not enough for my dogs. I definitely highly recommend YDK!!!

We have left our animals in the very capable hands of the yellow dog kennel staff numerous times. They treat all the animals in their care like their own and always go the extra mile! Thank you Yellow Dog!

Always great service! I have a big boxer-mutt who practically jumps out of the car window when we pull in! Nancy and her family/employees know how handle the pets so well!

They're pretty good. My dogs were too rowdy to stay but I expected some people trained in taming dogs though. But a 5 star if not for that.

I will not recommend. They do not honor reservation agreements even when they were made months in advance. They originally said they would administer medication but backed out of that as well. Because they did not agree with us they completely cancelled our reservation with no reason. Very poor business and customer service organization.

Can not say enough about how much we love this facility and the family that runs it. They truly treat our dogs as if they were their own!
