Julia was an amazing house sitter and dog sitter! She sent me photos and updates every day, she took my pup Jordan on long walks and gave him the love, care, and patience that he needs. She was so easy and comfortable to communicate with and she left the house so clean and tidy for when I came back. Definitely recommend her!!!

Marlen was such a blessing. We had another sitter cancel just a week before our vacation date so I was so relieved that she was able to step in at such short notice. She came to meet our pups a few days in advance so they would recognize her. While we were away, Marlen sent picture updates and made sure the dogs were cared for. Cleo is a very lucky puppy dog to have been cared for by Matt & Lisa! We’ve had quite a few sitters over the last 2 years with TH, and I have no reservations saying that they were the best! First, communication was fabulous from the start. They put me at ease before they ever got here. Throughout the sit, there were regular updates and pictures. They were so very attentive to Cleo, and even ventured out with her on trail walks (Cleo’s favorite thing in the world). They handled her medications with no problem. It was obvious that my nervous pup was at ease and loved them, as she ended up sleeping with them! I’d have Matt & Lisa again in a heartbeat, and would recommend to anybody!

Joe arrived some days before I left, so I could show him some nice places in Switzerland and he had enough of time to learn all about the dogs and how to handle them. He is an amazing nice and an animal/natur loving person who took care of my dog with incredible affection when I was in vacation. I could really enjoy it, because I knew, everything is ok at home. He sent me picutres and I could see, how much fun they have together. He cooked for the dogs, mad a lot of nice hikes with them and huged them, when they need it - so he even got the trust from Artu (as a man really not easy). And not only that, he made woodruff punch for me and sowed my tomatoes and spoiled them with melt water. And he helped also the women which looked after the horses and helped her to going walk with them. Generelly he is super friendly, so everyone in the village likes him. He is considerate of your belongings and has handed the house back neatly. He is just the best. I'm so gratuful he was here. So, if you have a chance to get him as a sitter, take it. Your animals will be grateful to you and have a good time while you are on vacation. Joe, you're not just a dog sitter for me. You were so familiar to me from the first moment. We had a lot of fun and we already miss you sooooo much. I'm really looking forward to see you again in some monthes.

Piper was a wonderful sitter and I would definitely have her come again. My dog .Winston loved her and was very happy while I was gone. When I returned home everything was orderly and clean, she changed her bed and washed all the towels. I totallly recommend Piper to sit at your home.

Happy Hounds was wonderful. I just picked up Zoe a little while ago and she seemed very well taken care of. Her caretakers were so good about sending me notes and photos while she was there too. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
Our dog loves going to Happy Hounds! They were recommended by our vet and work with our vet, making it easy to get records and vaccinations back and forth. Staff is friendly and dog loving.
My mom and I were so nervous to board our dogs for this first time but happy hounds did such an amazing job making us and our dogs feel comfortable. They even sent daily pictures to update us because we told them we were a little nervous about leaving them! Would highly recommend using them if you have to go out of town and want a reliable place to keep your furbabies.
They take great care of our puppies and are always super nice.

Feeling very lucky that we live relatively close to Happy Hounds! Happy Hounds offers runs/kennels and playtime, and for my dog, who does not get along with other dogs, this is one of the few places I have ever felt comfortable leaving him. They send me texts with pictures of his play time, and are very communicative. Use the cell number they have on their website; they respond by both text and voice calls. Overall, I greatly appreciate this business, but the best review I can give is that my dog loses his mind when we pull into the parking lot. “Are you going to miss me??” Not a chance, lady- ball time!
My boys get SUPER EXCITED when they go to their vacation home (Happy Hounds!). I never feel guilty about leaving them when we go out of town because they love it so much. Happy Hounds has an excellent, loving and caring staff. They take photos of my boys enjoying themselves and send them to my phone. I always look forward to receiving them! I would rate Happy Hounds higher than 5 stars if it were possible! We love that place!
Wonderful staff. My two girls were able to board together and the staff took good care of my Beagles medical issue. No worries when you need a sitter for your fur babies. Highly recommend.
Seem like a nice couple did an okay job clipping my dogs nails but they didn't have the tool to smooth them. The place was really junkie.

If you want somewhere that's trustworthy, knowledgeable, and prepared for every situation, that's this kennel. I have been bringing my dog here for years and not only do I feel the utmost confidence in his care, but he comes home happy and tired from a day of playing. I truly cannot say enough about these amazing people. They're my dog's extended family at this point.
I never worry about Dixon when he stays here. Mary, Mike & Miles take such good care of the dogs. We are lucky to have Creekside Kennels in Decatur!

The owners and ladies who work here at Creekside are Amazing! They always are there to take care of your dog and our dog McKinley, loves going here a few days week. This is a great place to bring your dog as you know they will be well cared for.
Great kennel! Clean and well maintained. We left our 3 golden doodles for 9 days and they loved it. They where clean and well taken care of. Makes vacations more relaxing to know your pets are in good hands. We have already scheduled with them for our next trip.

Took our dog for a bath and nail trim. They did a great job. Their prices are very reasonable. We will be back!
The owner is extremely nice and sweet. We had to drop off our two small dogs for a couple of hours. Normally they would charge $20 per dog, but she said she would charge $10 per dog. All we had to do was provide proof of vaccinations and everything. It’s a smaller facility than expected and the inside isn’t very up to date. The owner did say that she just bought it, so I’m sure they didn’t have enough time to renovate. At the time we went it’s cash only because they didn’t have internet yet which is completely fine. Honestly, my only concern is the condition of the kennels. It looked rusted and run down. It was also hot back there on a very hot day, so that can be a bit of a concern.
Great place for boarding dogs and cats for a week or weekend my dogs just love staying there the owners treat them so well they don't want to come home. Lol. They also do bathing and grooming I have been taking my animals there for years prices are very reasonable compared to other groomers in the area. So stop by and check them out I'm sure your animal will be thankful you did.
This is a family owned and operated kennel and dog grooming business. I started taking my dogs here after moving from Michigan to Tennessee. My first time taking my dogs to a groomer close to my home was a bad experience for my dogs. I won't expand on them since they're now out of business. So when I found Country Pet Kennels I was cautious and a little apprehensive. But after I saw how well my dogs were treated, how well they were groomed and how reasonable the bill was, I won't take them anywhere else. We have had four appointments over the last 9 months, and every time I pick the dogs up, they are happy and playful, as if they just visited grandma's house for the day. And the owners always have time to talk about my dogs and anything else that's going on in our neck of the woods. Very friendly people and make me feel as if I have made new friends, which I believe I have.
Always friendly staff, usually have to make appointments. Hours are normally 6a-1p during the week and a short time on Saturday. We have used these good people for years now for their grooming services.
