As first time owners of a rescue, we weren’t sure about keeping our dog especially since he has anxiety as well. We are extremely happy with club K9 and would highly recommend to anyone. Given their facilities, they can easy charge 30% more. Staff is wonderful…

If I could leave zero stars I would. When they functioned under their old name, I left my soul dog there for a few days. I came home to a voice mail telling me he had died suddenly. I was told someone would be on property the entire time, they were not. I was never contacted by the owner or management to talk to me about how and why my dog mysteriously died. I was simply told my most precious baby was dead and to pick him up at the vet. I would never leave my pups in the hands of these folks ever again. Please consider another spot. My dog was my entire world and these folks kept trying to blame his brother who was also staying there with him. Absolutely one of the worst experiences of my entire life.

Absolutely fantastic facility with a great staff. Enrolled my puppy in the daycare as soon as she was fully immunized and it’s been great for her and for us. Their timings and prices are hard to beat. Can’t recommend Club K9 highly enough

These guys are the best! They took great care of our dog Leia. There is a huge emphasis on customer service and it shows in every step of the process. The staff are great and they patiently work to your dog's needs. We were a little apprehensive about sending Leia to a daycare as she’s very timid and uncomfortable around strangers. Within a couple of visits Leia came out of her shell and started playing with the staff here. Can’t thank them enough for the exceptional care and patience with our pup. Clean facility and very reasonable pricing. They even send photos of your pup during the stay and it makes our day. Highly recommend for anyone looking for full service boarding or daycare in the area.

It’s been a while since we boarded our 7 year old shepherd mix. Since Covid, she’s been with us at home. She’s a nervous wreck which also made us nervous to drop her off. But the staff at club k9 were confident, they welcomed her (despite her flaws lol) and we hope to continue boarding with them so she gets use to it. The facilities are nice and clean, the staff is great, and we are thankful for the work they do! Reasonably priced as well

Love the services and the facility. They are by far the best I have seen in the Bay Area. With a tour provided at the beginning to introduce their routines and having dogs visited to adapt environment before having owners made decisions. Good call. Love them. Additionally, they are situated at a huge open space.

We boarded our senior Dobe here for 3 nights last week, and I have to say how impressed I am with the service here. As soon as we drove up, someone came out to meet us immediately...same when we came to pick her up...they knew who we were and our dog. We had a small incident with her messing her bed, and they even washed her bed for us. I felt great leaving her there, and confident she would be cared for as she is at home. They even sent pictures of her in her play yard after we went home. I highly recommend Club K9 Fremont Sunol. They are awesome.

We couldn't be more pleased with our experiences at both Club K9 locations. Tara at the San Ramon location helped us with our dog getting acclimated to boarding and social play. Thank you Tara for making our vacation worry free in regards to our dog care! Patricia at the Sunol location was wonderful about sending us pictures and updates about how our dog was doing during her vacation. Their tender loving care is so evident with their intake questions and all the things they do when your dog stays there like keeping track of your dog's weight to make sure they aren't too stressed. This was our first time boarding our dog and it was positive in every way. Thank you Club K9!!!

I’ve been bringing my pups here for almost 2 years for boarding. They take such great care and give me peace of mind while traveling. The facilities are clean & they have plenty of yard space to suit different sizes/energy levels. The staff is wonderful & caring & it’s always an extra bonus when I get picture updates.

I first met Monika in the late 1990s when I had a diabetic dog and a cat. She knew what to do with the diabetes, and the dog just loved her. Monika always was there for us when we needed her. Monika took care of our animals till we moved out of her service area. When my favorite dog had a stroke she was at the emergency room with me, and we cried together when the dog passed. If I lived in her service area, I would absolutely have her take care of my animals no matter what. She is dependable and works very hard to ensure the animals get the care they deserve. She doesn’t take every job to ensure that she doesn’t short-change a pet owner.

I use Furry Friends Pet Sitting about once a month and have had a positive experience. Monika is professional, communicative, and demonstrates exceptional flexibility. The small touches (flight tracking, leaving the house cleaner than when I left, occasional pet toys) elevate the experience and are a welcome part of the service. I will continue to rely on Monika and Furry Friends as long as I live in the area.

Monika pet sat for us during our holiday travels and did a wonderful job. She took care of our cats twice a day, fed them per our instructions, played with them, and even purchased toys for our cats! We also appreciated how communicative she was the entire time.

Where do I start!? We’ve been with Monika for almost 2yrs now! And my Fur Babies love her!! Monika is such a perfectionist, attentive, and very detail oriented! Little stuff like bringing in the mail and throwing out the pee pads after she’s changed it! She’s just amazing! My 2 cats don’t feel as stress when I come back home from a trip. Before they wouldn’t eat even after we’ve been back home for a day, till they acclimated to us being back home.. but since they’ve been seeing Monika it’s like we never left for a day or 3 or a week! My German Shepard does not even cry during the night anymore. She gives them allll love equally! WE LOVE YOU MONIKA!

Monika has been taking care of my cat for months now and I feel so comfortable leaving him in her hands! She’s very professional and organized when it comes to scheduling and keeping notes on the care of my cat. Whenever I need to book an appointment, she always gets back to me in a timely manner and without hesitation will make room in her schedule for me. I am also very impressed with her calm and loving energy she gave off to my cat when she first met him. He is usually very shy around new guests in the house, but he came right up to her and they became friends right away. She also took the time to come meet us before committing to watching my cat for the first time. I really appreciated the effort and interest she puts into her work so we would all feel comfortable our first time using her. Every time Monika comes to play with him while I am out of town, she will send me updates to let me know he is doing fine. If you are looking for someone who is knowledgeable, responsible, and genuine with the care of your fur baby... look no further! I am so pleased with the service from Furry Friends Pet sitting and I will continue to use Monika as my cat’s pet sitter!

I can’t begin to preach enough praise for Monika. I’m sure like a lot of people that own animals, you look at those animals as not just animals but a part of your own family. With that in mind, it is hard to trust someone to care for your family the same you would yourself. Well, that was until I met Monika, she has not only cared for the animals but goes above and beyond for them even to the point where she makes me step my game up when I see them after they have seen her LOL. She is punctual, loving and detailed oriented. She has been able to accommodate my family on last minute emergencies as well as planned out vacations! She is the absolute best and I would recommend her services to anyone who loves and cares for their fur babies like a family member!

We have used Furry Friends as our pet sitter for many years now. We first hired Monika to care for our senior (and later, diabetic) kitty when we went on vacation; I wanted someone with the expertise needed to take care of a special needs (and not terribly friendly) cat, and Monika was absolutely the right person. Now she cares for our two younger kitties, and dotes on them like they are her own; they clearly love her back! She also does a marvelous job of taking care of household issues that arise while we are away - and we've had a few doozies - with absolute professionalism. You can be very confident leaving your pets in the hands of Furry Friends. They will be treated like family.

They are amazing! They made an appointment to meet and greet our pups. They asked numerous questions to ensure they had every tid bit of information increasing my confidence in them. Very respectful and accommodating. Highly recommend them for anyone in the area, as they were able to not only squeeze us in for the meet and greet but also squeeze us in almost last minute as their new clients. Definitely recommend them and our pups Apollo and Queenie loved them and will hopefully see them again. The daily updates sent via photos and videos were the extra mile and their photo skills are great too!

Monika is amazing, she watched our elderly grumpy cat for several weeks and won her over in the process. Monika was able to get her to take her medication! Changing methods and trying new tricks I hadn’t considered, Monika was able to stay a step ahead of her. Really appreciated the regular updates and all of Monika’s time, care and attention!!! We are so thankful that we found Monika and you will be too!

I am so thankful that I found Monika and Furry Friends. Monika is not only a consummate professional but obviously a deeply caring person. When your pups are like family it is so important to have someone you trust care for them when you are not home. And not only trusting your special furry friends but trusting someone to be in your home when you are not there is a huge thing. Monika cares about everything. My dogs love having her here. Because she has been a veterinarian nurse I can trust that she knows the nag about my dogs that I don’t even know! She takes care of everything and actually my house looks better when we get home than when I left it. We got text updates while we were gone and I have such peace knowing she is there. I never have to worry at all about how my girls are being cared for. No one besides my family will ever care for my pups when I can’t be with them

We love Pups Playhouse - Dina and Susie are GREAT!!! We use them for puppy day care every now and then. I am so grateful to have found them during a google search. My pup is super shy/hesitant around other dogs- so finding a place that he is comfortable with has been challenging. He has never been hesitant to go to Dina and Susie's - he can't wait to get out of the car when we pull up. When I drop off he walks in like he owns the place. They have a beautiful home and garden so welcoming to pups. I know Dina and Susie are taking such good care of him and appreciate all that they do.

I’m wondering why you have left a review when we have never provided doggie daycare or boarding services for you and we have no idea who you are?

Pet dynasty is one of the best places to take your pets. I’ve been taking my dog since he was puppy for boarding and grooming - the staff’s friendliness, the care and affection is amazing. Kudos to Carlos, the owner who takes special interest in the pets and is very involved. I am particularly satisfied with the boarding facility, the price (check for the package deals) and the care. The only advise I have is to expand to open more stores.

The reviews of neglect are patently false. The owner is a retired veterinarian, and working in the vet industry for several years, I can confidently say there is no other boarding facility I would trust with my German Shepherds. They’re always taken care of, and when my oldest had a vestibular attack a couple years back the owner, Carlos, drove him to save personally. I could not recommend this place more.

This place is amazing! They are so friendly and take such great care of my dog. We use Pet Dynasty for doggie daycare and for boarding. This really has been the best experience I’ve had with boarding. At daycare I feel like they really like my dog and he, the dog, is pretty stranger shy. I highly refined them.

I would review negative stars if I could. This place is so negligent and heartless, maybe even evil, I would genuinely fear for the health and safety of my pet of if I where you and considering boarding here.

Very friendly and helpful staff! We needed to board our Golden Retriever for a couple hours on a Saturday and all other places were either closed or don’t do daycare on the weekend. We were able to quickly share her vaccine info over email and drop her off all within 30 mins of calling. They also were flexible since we showed up a couple minutes after closing and brought her out to us since we paid when dropping her off. We will definitely bring her back again! 😊

I have been bringing my dog here for overnight boarding since before COVID. Friendly staff, good rates (with package deals), and my dog is safe, sound, and happy—even after long stays. I will continue to make the drive up from South Bay for Pet Dynasty even though there are options closer to me.

I love this place, we are visiting for work from TX and they took our baby like one of their regulars. They are very knowledgeable and rates are extremely reasonable. We were so lucky to find them.

Best daycare/boarding in the bay area. Our dogs love going there and we feel very comfortable leaving our dogs there when we're away. They take excellent care of all the dogs and they know how to handle dogs with different energy levels, different needs etc. Highly recommend this place!

Six months ago, our 2yo golden retriever sustained a spinal cord injury or infection during a 2-week stay. He was paralyzed in the hind legs and unable to control eliminations the day of pickup. The owner's behavior was extremely suspicious, refusing to share the camera footage for us to review, and overall very rude and insensitive to our situation and requests for info (we never asked for any compensation). Months later, a former employee that had since left, reached out to me to apologize for their conduct towards us, and told me they got reprimanded for trying to speak up about our situation. It's telling that the only person we corresponded with that seemed to actually care about the dogs was forced out of the company. He is doing much better now, at much cost for veterinary care (I highly recommend SAGE!), though still wobbly in the hind legs.

The only saving grace here is there staff member Aimie. She handled my refund very professionally - more than I can say for the owner. He was rude and very condescending even hung up on me then realized he needed info from me so when I called back he handed me to Aimie. Horrible owner no customer service at all. Was referred to this place and will let the people know whom referred me to take this place off their list. Been waiting for over 10 days for a refund for my cat’s boarding deposit ($42.00) that I had for 11.17 to 11.27.22. I cancelled over 10 days ago and Friday 9.9.22 Debbie states that the owner would take care of this on Monday 9.12.22 still waiting for my refund and notice that it has been done.

Keelie and her team are a pleasure to work with! They are all so kind and very passionate about the care they provide our fur-babies! Initially, we were very nervous to leave our 2 cats alone for long international trip, especially because it was our first time being away from them for so long. However, Keelie and her wonderful team were so responsive and would send us updates and pictures at every visit. We will be using Keelie as our pet sitter for all of our future trips because we know our kitties will be so well taken care of and loved while we are away! Thanks again Keelie + team! I just wish I would have found Keelie's pet sitting sooner! I had a bad experience with a different pet sitter. Keelie is responsive and communicates well. She sends me pictures every day of her walking my dog so that gives me piece of mind! Her app is so easy to use to request pet sitting and update information about my pets. The best part is when I come home my pets seem happy and not stressed at all!

Great experience with Keelie petsitting our 3 kitties for 7 days. The cats were well fed and she sent us pictures of them twice a day so we could rest assured of their good condition. She even made sure our less aggressive feeder had a place to go to eat in peace and stayed until she was finished. Twice daily meds and feeding with absolutely zero fuss! Will be using her again and again.

Keelie is a highly recommended per sitter/walker. She walked our 2 year old twin labs up until the pandemic started and both pawrents had to work from home. She was reliable and flexible and we hope to have her back when we return to work one day.

I'm one of those nut jobs who treats their dog like their child. My dog is literally my everything. I'd be lost without him. 🐾🧸🐕💙🩵 I'd been advised for years now to take him to daycare but was too scared to because of horror stories I'd heard over the years and the costs. Also, because I'm a pet owner who projects their issues of anxiety onto their pet. Naturally, I "knew" Oscar would be anxious. I was wrong. I eventually caved due to some encouragement from a friend and a therapist and finally dropped my pooch off for the evaluation. He did well and I got a kick out of Erin (evaluator/manager) saying he had a "pep in his step." Oscar is in love with this place. He loves the socialization, the nap time, etc. I wish I could afford to bring my dog here everyday that I'm at work. I love that I can check up on him with the cameras except during nap time which forces me to deal with my codependency on him. 😆 They're very detail oriented. They try to label everything with your dog's name, they also put a harness on your dog if he/she is high risk medical, which is comforting to the pet owner, especially if they are neurotic like me. I have a video here of my dog... extremely excited going into Dogtopia. so far so good and when he comes home, he crashes and eats well because all the excess energy is burnt off. He's not doing the zoomies anymore! I highly recommend you take your dog to Dogtopia. I trust them with my dog!!! 🐩 🐶 ❤️

Chico likes it here, he is excited to come. I love all the safety and security procedures. I know my dog will be safe and looked after. Every single thing we request for Chico is remembered and adhered too. Chico stayed here 8 nights, which is the longest I ever left him alone. I would not leave Chico anyplace else. I adore how welcoming and accommodating the staff at Dogtopia are with our beloved pup Odie. Being a rescue dog, he initially had reservations around strangers and other dogs, but since joining Dogtopia, his confidence has soared. It's heartwarming to see him unwind in the presence of familiar faces each visit, allowing him to truly relax. The ability to check in during the day and witness his playful interactions with both pals and staff is a joy. The flexible scheduling is a lifesaver, seamlessly fitting into my work routine. And those photos they send? They're the cherry on top! That country music-themed snapshot? Pure perfection. It's proudly displayed in our home, immortalizing Odie's spirit in a frame.

It’s pricey to board your dog but it’s the same everywhere else as well. Compared to other spots I like that the dogs get social times with humans and other dogs for most of the day. No other place in the area offers that. So for the price you pay I believe Dogtopia is the best bang for your buck.

A great facility and spot to drop off your pup for a day or an extended time “at camp.” The staff is great and often recognize me and my dog, Quinn. She is always so excited to go - I have taken her to other places without the same level of enthusiasm from her. The facility is clean and well taken care of. I’ve since moved out of Dublin to the city, but still bring her one day a week when I go to the office in the area. I’ve also driven all the way from SF to drop her off for boarding stays because I know she is happier here than anywhere else I’ve brought her.

The staff is so incredibly nice and very patient. I feel they take excellent care of Benny during his play days and night boardings and follow all our very specific (sorry!) feedings, medicine, and grooming instructions. I also love we can watch him on camera and we are given excellent feedback on behavior (which we asked for) as Benny is still learning his social manners. We think Dogtopia is so highly regarded in our socialization/play/care for Benny that we go out of our way to travel just to use their facilities despite there being daycare/boarding facilities closer to our home. We couldn't ask for a better place to take our Benny boy and are so happy with our experiences! Thank you Dogtopia staff!! Shout out to Amanda, Erin, and Michael!

I don't know where to start!! The friendliness of the staff is amazing. Everyone is SO SWEET and nice and so wonderful to my dog. The second you walk through the front door, you are part of the Dogtopia family! I rescued a dog that was not really socialized, so I wanted to bring her to Dogtopia. When I spoke to them, they said they wanted to wait until I had my dog a few months. There is a comfort level for the dog after they realize they have a forever home. I was not happy with that, however, on the 3rd month they reached out and I brought my dog there. The funny thing is, they were correct. My dog was not ready when I first got her. She is a different dog after going to Dogtopia weekly for the past few months. She loves going there! I watch her on the webcams (when I remember) and to see how great the people who are in the areas with the dogs are. It's such a relief because I don't worry at all about my dog when she's there. I highly recommend Dogtopia. I am so glad I found them!!!

Everyone here is fantastic! My pup has separation anxiety and they are so sweet with her. They celebrate her small triumphs as much as I do. I can't give them high enough marks or compliments for all they do. I tried 3 other places and settled here as they really seem to care about me and my pup. Best day care ever!

Enzo has been a happy member of the Dogtopia family for three years. The staff, having affectionately nick named him Enzo-Benzo, treats him like their own. Recently Enzo had surgery and was away for several weeks. Each week Erin, Michael or Robyn would call or e-mail to check on Enzo’s status and to send warm wishes for his recovery. It was heartwarming to know how much they cared. We so appreciate the entire staff at Dogtopia and all the services they provide!

Jeremy managed to get us set up with a great dog walker at very short notice. We are working with Eric--he's gregarious and clearly into dogs and his job. We interviewed him with our dog and were immediately at ease. We have an ever changing schedule and Jeremy and Eric have been able to accommodate that with no problems. THANK YOU Red Rover!

Our dog has been getting walks from Red Rover for almost 4 years. We have also boarded her with them. We couldn't be happier with their services and customer service. Riley loves her walks and comes back a happy and tired dog. I really don't know how we would function without them.

I’m so glad to have found trustworthy, honest, friendly & truly caring walkers to take care of Ned. As a first-time rescue owner, Ned was adopted and lived with two other dogs for two years. I recently moved to the area on my own with this sweet dog and as an anxious dog parent, I do worry about him without his dog mates. Dave is amazing with Ned and goes beyond his dog walking service. Once on a very hot day in Oakland, Dave ensured Ned did not overheat and turned on the fan for him. Including checking on his water bowl. This was not our first dog walker - I had a few before who did not have the same level of professionalism and general care for my Ned. I am so grateful for Jeremy and Dave.

After failing out of classes elsewhere, I reached out to Naughty to Nice Dog Training. At first, they told me not to worry my puppy, Wrigley, was trainable. We had a rough entering our family, with many vet visits and eventually a lovely stay at the ER on an IV drip. I was overwhelmed and they turned that overwhelm into excitement. Nicolette and Angela were more confident in our capabilities than I was. With their persistence and positivity, my dog, Wrigley passed the good citizen training on his first try. We’ve tried other dog trainers but naughty to nice dog training worked wonders for our dog. They train the whole family, care about each individual dog, and create a tailored plan for every animal. They are very involved and helped our dog work past her aggressions around other dogs. They provide all this and are very affordable. I highly recommend them!

We just recently stopped by the local pet express and watched Angela from Naughty to Nice dog training holding a puppy training class. It was impressive! Our 2 year old (puppy) was just regressing, especially on his leash and stubborn behavior (lunging) towards all dogs he came across on those walks. I spoke to Angela and we did a one on one session. The results were astounding. Angela was spot on with all the issues we were having. In one session our dog has improved so much. The communication and feedback is top notch. Since the one on one we have attended a young adult group class Also worth every $. If you’re having issues don’t wait! Kudos as well to Angela’s business partner ‘Nikoletta’ who sends out the homework by email after each session.

Nikolette and Angela are amazing! Our dog is 10 months old and struggles with pulling on the leash and getting over excited/ stimulated with people and other dogs so we were looking for someone to help us figure out what training methods would work best for him. I called Nikolette and she was so sweet and when it came time do our 1 on 1 training session was very thorough and when our pup or us needed correction gave us some helpful tips and tricks. Angela was awesome as well, she was very attentive and catered our training to what our concerns were. Nikolette and Angela gave us homework and we are so excited to use what we've learned and continue to train with our boy at home - feeling more confident doing so!

We’ve been doing classes for the last few months with our 11 month old cattle dog. Love that they encourage all family members to attend. Scout has learned so much! Great atmosphere where you feel supportive while training your dog.

At 2 1/2 years old, my adorable Wheaton Terrier/Poodle mix, Gus was pulling on the leash, barking and lunging at larger dogs and jumping all over anyone who wanted say hello. His recall was weak & focus depended solely on a super high value treat After just one private lesson I saw immediate improvement. We went to 2 group lessons, then joined and graduated Canine Good Citizen class! All those problems are gone! Now Gus is as well behaved as he is cute. Thank you Nicollette and Angela!!

Me and my partner Brian couldn’t be more grateful to Nikolett and Angela for their empathy, encouragement and approach to how they incorporate the humans into the training to ensure that we are learning right along with our 8 month golden retriever puppy. We adopted him during a chaotic time and needed to catch him up on proper basics and in our first session went into a deep dive on our questions and left feeling empowered and confident with information from experts rather than rabbit hole researching on YouTube videos. I’ve seen throughout my time as a dog owner who really has a passion for animals and it definitely shows in how they communicate through their website and once you become a student. We look forward to learning so much from them both and know our sweet boy is in the best of hands to help us be the best dog parents we can be.

We got our dog as a young pup to begin training as a Service Dog for one of our children. We have done classes with Naughty to Nice since Amber was 16 weeks old. We are so thankful to the compassion, skill and support Nikoletta and Angela have offered us during Amber's progression. She now has 3 certificates and has been on many trips and experiences with our son! So incredibly thankful to these ladies!!!

Shawn is wonderful, and I am so grateful to have found her! It was my first time seeking a cat sitter, and I contacted a few sitters in the area. Shawn responded to my online inquiry right away; shared her business license info, insurance info, and several references; and scheduled a meet-and-greet with me even with her already-packed pet-sitting schedule. When we met in person, Shawn immediately made me feel at ease - she is incredibly warm and clearly loves the animals she cares for. While we were away, Shawn sent plenty of updates and photos of my kitty. My cat is normally quite shy, but warmed up to Shawn within the first visit - and she's a tough judge of character! By the end of our trip, I could tell that kitty was happy whenever Shawn stopped by. She was pretty unfazed when we came home, and I chalk that up to her being so well-cared for in our absence. 😂 While Shawn could easily try and hire others to expand her business, she doesn't - because she is so committed to doing the best job possible for her clients. I wholeheartedly trust Shawn with my fur-baby and home.

Shawn has watched our cats in our home on multiple occasions while we have been traveling. Scheduling: Shawn is very responsive and was very polite abd helpful with pre-visit scheduling of our in-home visits. She promptly arrived to our home, became familiar with the home, the cats, and our idiosyncrasies. Visits: Shawn arrived daily as promised and took excellent care of our cats and home. She sent us updates, and it was clear that our cats were very happy to have her here. She even left our cats a little toy that happens to be their favorite toy to this day. The little things that Shawn did meant a lot to us. In the past when we've come home with other sitters, our cats were a bit frazzled. With Shawn, however, our cats seemed very pleased and happy, so we know Shawn definitely took care of them well. Summary: In summary, we were very nervous about getting a new cat sitter but we're grateful to have found Shawn! She is responsible, friendly, and took excellent care of our cats. We look forward to having Shawn take care of our kitties in the future - she puts her heart into taking care of our little family. Recommendation: I would highly recommend Shawn based on our previous interactions and cat-sitting. She is very kind, and a wonderful cat-sitter!

Shawn really cares about the pets she takes care of. My cat is a shy guy and she went the extra mile to make him feel comfortable, safe, and well-cared for. Despite her busy schedule over a holiday weekend, she fit in an extra (unplanned) day when our flight was delayed, just to make sure our kitty had everything he needed.

Shawn is the most caring, capable, and loving pet sitter you can have. She is more than a sitter. She loves animals and takes care of my pets like her own. When we travel I never worry about my pets. She always goes above and beyond.

I hired Shawn to help out when I was in town for a job for a few weeks. She was incredibly reliable, kind, and adaptable for when I needed extra walks on the weekends or evenings. My dog clearly adored her and they had a great time together. I also loved that she sent me pictures and updates on all their adventures.

Shawn is without compare as a pet sitter. She has looked after my cat while I travel for some years now, and I feel completely confident that all will be well when I am away as long as Shawn is there. In fact, I feel confident that if anything did go wrong with the cat or the house, Shawn would take care of things as well as or better than I could, and that she would be in touch with me all along the way.

This is the best vet! Dr. Castillo is absolutely amazing and really cares about your pet. She rescued my dog when he had stomach issues. I absolutely trust their treatment recommendations because they don't try to get you to do expensive tests or procedures when you have an issue . We've taken our pets to several different vet hospitals and boarding facilities over the years, but Town & Country is easily one of our favorites! Our cat and Border Collie always seem very comfortable in their care. We always get a warm and friendly greeting when we arrive for our appointments and the doctors and technicians seem very knowledgeable and experienced. I LOVE the pet hotel. I'm a bit of a crazy cat lady and don't trust just anyone with our fur babies. Linda & Stephanie always put my worries at ease with a thorough update when we get back from vacation. Its also super convenient to schedule vaccines and check ups while their boarding. You really can't beat that!

Hands down THE BEST pet hotel/boarding facility we ever used. Our pet required urgent relocation from another facility that was having issues providing appropriate care while we were still on vacation. Even though we have never met the staff when that happened, everyone we interacted with over the phone was compassionate, communicated clearly and promptly, and most importantly provided fantastic care of our dog. And finally our hearts MELTED once we received her "report card" at the end of her stay. Simply amazing place

Very welcoming atmosphere. We went for a regular check-up of our new puppy and the doctor and her assistant took time to thoroughly examine and answer all our questions. They patiently explained a lot of things.

Update: we lost our cat Annie to cancer last spring. Dr. Dossey found the tumor at a routine exam and referred us to an oncology practice which gave Annie her best chance, but her cancer was aggressive and it came back. When we had to make the hard decision before Annie was in pain, Dr. Dossey gave her a gentle sendoff in a quiet room with as much time as we needed. Today T&C welcomed our new kitten Tinkerbell with a thorough exam, a 20% discounted kitten care package, and fee-waived signup with Trupanion pet insurance. We're glad to back with the women-owned practice again, and we will stick with these great vets and techs and staff with future companion animals, for sure. Earlier review: We have had the very best care for our animal companions for over 30 years with this practice, thru three dogs and countless cats. Both Dr Gardner and Dr Dossey are up to date on the latest developments in vet science, and their staff is efficient, cheerful and unfailingly kind thru our animal good times and bad. Dr. Dossey is particularly good at diagnosis and alternative medicine, and Dr. Gardner has done some difficult surgeries for us. We recommend this practice very highly.

The team was always responsive to our calls about Buddy's health. We were very comfortable leaving Buddy with them and having them care for him. They got to know him personally and welcomed him when he stayed or was there for checkups. Having to put Buddy to sleep was very difficult but T&C took every measure to make our time peaceful. They even sent a card with their condolences and a token with Buddy's paw print. We cried when it came but felt like they cared for Buddy just like us. This is who you want taking care of your loved family pets. Thank you Dr. Dossey, Michael Ann, Bridget, and all of you who took care of our occasionally bitey boy. Appreciate your care.
