The kennels are amazing, we have a very reactive young dog who struggles with people. The team at the kennels have gone above and beyond to help us settle her, they have enabled her to take everything at her own pace. I would recommend them to anybody

So happy we found Leander Kennels! You can tell just how much they care for the dogs in their care. We'd never left Rex with anybody other than ourselves due to him being nervous and reactive following a car crash 4 years ago. So we were apprehensive at leaving him anywhere. After visiting the kennels I could see how clean and secure they were, and after speaking to Claire, I could tell she knew her stuff when it came to dog training/behaviour. She made sure we moved at a pace that would push Rex, but not over do it, and after each visit he's made more and more progress. All the staff have been brilliant, especially Shannon who's worked closely with him. We can't thank them enough and they are so much more than just boarding kennels!

This was the first time using Leander Kennels for our 2 , 8 month old Spaniel brothers . We were naturally quite anxious at leaving them so young , however we needn't have worried . The Kennels were absolutely first class , their communication with us over the 17 days was fantastic , we also had pictures sent of the boys enjoying themselves which was lovely . We collected 2 very happy , clean and well looked after dogs who have fallen straight back to their home routine with no adjustment needed . I cannot recommend these Kennels high enough . My dog came to Elisa for the first time today for a groom. I have been trying to find a groomer for ages that would have the patience with my dog, as she is very nervous and doesn't like being touched. I normally get an early phone call from the groomers i have tried before, to pick her up as they were unable to get near her. Not today, my dog was very happy and Elisa worked her magic. She looked fantastic. Thank you so much and she's booked in for her next groom. Really reasonable pricing too.

Alfie enjoyed his stay at Leander and had a wonderful time. The photos of him running in the exercise paddocks were great. The staff clearly care about what they do and the dogs in their care. The kennels are friendly, welcoming and offer a first-class service. I would thoroughly recommend them and have no hesitation about boarding our dog again. Thank you.

First time user for my two dogs. Luckily Leander can offer larger kennels for the two dogs to be together. I was worried about my dogs during the holiday but when I returned to collect them, they were obviously very happy to see me but also were very happy with the staff of the kennels. The dogs had been well looked after, seemed pretty chilled if I was asked. Wonderful job by the kennel staff and have now booked them in for another holiday in June. Cannot recommend this Company highly enough, well done to all concerned.

Our dog is always happy to go into Leander kennels, and always looks well looked after and happy when we pick him up. The team are all kind , lovely people and the new grooming service is really excellent too

Excellent kennels the dogs love going there always happy to see the kennel staff. They are very well looked after and are always in lovely condition when we collect them. We have used Leander kennels for many years and would not use any other kennels even though we have to travel 30 miles to board them. The staff are very friendly and helpful cannot do enough for the dogs would highly recommend Leander Kennels.

Kathryn and her team are incredibly caring, attentive and loved by our dog. From the outset we were impressed with how caring Kathryn is - she visit to meet and understand our Dog before their first walk, built up a great relationship/trust on a long lead before having solo off-lead walks. Kathryn and her Team looked after our rabbits and we were really happy with the service provided. She was very accommodating and provided daily updates and pictures as well as slotting in extra visits due to hot weather. We will continue to use their services going forward

We can't praise Kathryn highly enough. She was a pleasure to deal with, went above and beyond and made us feel completely reassured. She gave us regular updates while we were away and you could tell she genuinely cared for our pets. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her and her company.

Kathryn is great. Very organised and very accommodating to our last minute requests. We have been using We Love Pets Burgess Hill for a few months now and could not recommend them highly enough. Kristina looks after our doggo a couple of times a week and has just house sat for the weekend. She is very trustworthy, always reliable and our dog loves her. Great guys - Kathryn is an absolute star and makes our dog really happy. He's a high-energy, demanding Spaniel and Kathryn has all the patience & skill in the world not just to walk him but also has been great at keeping our puppy relatively calm when they meet which is a big win for us! My dog, Wilf, has been to stay with the same household lots of times and he absolutely loved it. He really seemed to be at home there and is treated like one of the family. They’ve taken him to meet friends and family and play with other dogs as well. They always seem really excited to see him and are so friendly and helpful sending regular pictures and updates. He was on a special diet at times and they were really good and making him stick to that. Would definitely recommend.

We had We Love Pets visit our home and check on our cats whilst we were getting married. We cannot fault the service and they made sure our cats were well looked after whilst we were away. They even sent us pictures and updates so we’d know exactly what was going on. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using them again!

Laura and the team have been absolutely amazing with my dog storm. Following a recent accident, they have been accommodating in dealing with his new abilities, making sure he gets lots of cuddles and generally supporting me at a difficult time. Can't fault them at all, 100% recommend.

We use We Love Pets Haywards Heath for home boarding. Laura is an absolutely delight! My dog Lilly truly loves meeting her and when I need to be away I always know that Lilly is well cared for. There is great communication of the boarding (once Lilly is there) as well as every time I need to book an additional date. It is a difficult thing to find the right company to watch pets when we go on holidays (and to trust it!) but I feel like we have found a solution which works perfectly for us. Laura is an absolutely delight and Lilly is super happy every time we need to go away.

I can't recommend Laura and We Love Pets Haywards Heath highly enough! My lurcher is a fussy old man but he wags his tail with delight every time I drop him off and makes himself right at home on Laura's sofa without even a look back at me! Finding a doggy day care that you can trust is so difficult and I'm delighted with Laura & her business. She really cares for my boy and ensures that he's comfortable and happy. She is really easy going and flexible, which is useful when London trains are misbehaving, and nothing is ever too much trouble. She only has one or two dogs at a time, so there is no concern about unsettled groups or manic walks with multiple dogs. If you want a friendly and reliable dog sitter, walker or boarder, don't hesitate to get in touch with Laura, your pup is in the safest hands!

Our dog loves staying with Laura at We Love Pets Haywards Heath for home boarding. She loves the family dynamic and we always have wonderful photos of her playing, out for walks or snuggling with the family - so we know she is well looked after. Our little sausage dog has been to Laura’s several times now and she absolutely loves it! Laura takes great care of her and is very happy to send photos and texts to reassure us whilst we are away. It’s so reassuring that we have someone so lovely to look after our precious pup when we aren’t able to. We would definitely recommend her!

Laura and her team have been walking our lively labrador a few times a week for a year now. I don’t have a single negative thing to say about them! Although he’s very lively, our dog can also be quite nervous in new situations and Laura really took the time to chat to us about that and made sure all of us were totally comfortable which was so reassuring. All the walkers are just the loveliest people and are all amazing with our dog. We very consciously chose a dog walker that doesn’t use a van with cages and doesn’t walk huge numbers of dogs at a time. We love pets either walk locally to our house or the walkers will transport our dog securely in their own cars. Our dog is regularly walked with another dog but prior to this happening the team made sure they would get on well and were a good fit for each other - I don’t believe this is something other local dog walkers do. We can tell how much our dog loves the walkers and that makes us love them too!

We were introduced to the 'We Love Pets Team' when our cockapoo was still a young puppy. From the beginning I had peace of mind leaving our puppy in their care. They clearly have extensive experience, Laura and team were keen to maintain routines and training, were possible. Our puppy loves being in their care

Just picked up our lovely Sausage from Laura’s who owns the Haywards Heath branch, he has been so well looked after. The true test for me was as we walked him to drop him off I had to let the lead go about 100 yards from the house and he ran to Laura’s front door squealing with delight. There is no way he could go into a kennel as he has bad separation anxiety, when he stays with Laura he is part of her family, he adores the children and has a very soft spot for both Laura and her husband. Laura also looked after our two Hamsters and again we have come home to them being happy. I would recommend Laura to anyone!

Our dog Marlow absolutely loves boarding with Laura. He truly is part of the family when he’s there, and we have no worries at all except maybe if he’ll ever want to come back home to us. Laura and her team are so lovely and accommodating, I’m so glad we found them!

Laura from We Love Pets dog sat our mature German Shepherd at our home for two days. Upon first meeting, Koda really liked Laura and we felt very comfortable leaving our precious baby in her hands as well as our house. My little cocker poo Levi LOVES staying with Tracy at Small Paws Retreat- She's always really happy to run into the house and doesn't get too clingy when she knows i'm leaving - which makes me feel more than okay to leave her. I know how good Tracy is with the doggies and it feels reassuring to be able to leave Levi somewhere where I know she will be cared for and happy. Thank you so much Tracy

I have been leaving my dog with Tracy and Dottie regularly. Tracy provides such good services, my dog never wants to leave and come home. Would recommend to everyone with a small dog, who is looking for boarding!!

Marvin and Matilda have just had their first holiday at Poynings and both have come home happy and contented. Sophie and Paul take the time to get to know all of their guests which is great. It is wonderful to know that I can leave my cats with Sophie and Paul and know they are being so well looked after.

Such a positive experience for Dexter his first time boarding! Sophie & her husband are clearly animal lovers and having dreaded leaving him with strangers for 5 nights I wouldn't hesitate to leave him there again. Definitely recommend, Sophie fitted our cat Phoebe in at incredibly short notice just before the holidays. They were super friendly, great communication and really flexible about days and times. Many thanks to Sophie and Paul! Made a very stressful situation a lot easier!

Our kitten Ozzy enjoyed his stay at Poynings. Sophie and her husband made a fuss of him which he loved as he's a very friendly cat. The cattery is clean, spacious and has loads of comfy spots for napping. I wouldn't hesitate to book again. I also appreciate that she shares updates/pictures when requested, as it eased our nerves after leaving him for the first time.

First time leaving my fur baby, and was really nervous about it. Sophie really helped ease my mind with daily emails and updates and a picture of my coco enjoying her self. I can only say thank you so much to new owners Sophie and Paul for looking after Loki and Sylvie on their first stay in a cattery! From start to finish they were friendly, flexible and brilliant with the two of them. From letting us come and view the cattery and answering our questions before booking, accommodating an evening drop-off and letting us bring all of Loki and Sylvie’s home comforts, we couldn’t have asked for anything more! The cattery is set in a beautiful garden setting for the cats to look out upon and we had frequent updates on how they were doing throughout their stay! The use of instagram for updates was really convenient too. Both cats were relaxed and comfortable when we came to collect them. I would absolutely recommend Poynings cattery. As soon as I met Sophie, I knew that Blue would be in good hands, she is amazing, kind, professional and really cares about her charges. The booking process was easy and flexible as my dates were not fixed at the outset. While on holiday, Sophie kindly messaged us with photos and regular updates which we loved, he was on holiday too! Blue had an amazing time, was less grumpy and settled back home super quick. Thank you so much Sophie and will definitely be back…😊

A lovely cattery. Our three cats stayed over Christmas and were beautifully cared for and even had a visit from Father Christmas. We were sent updates, the hotel is well maintained and clean. Couldn’t ask for more. Wonderful location.

Our treasured cat has has just enjoyed another stay at The Poynings cat hotel. It is such a joy to know she is safe, warm loved and so well cared for whilst we are away. We could not wish for more and feel lucky to have found Sophie and Paul!

Our cat had a great stay; he was well cared for and had ample space in his run, together with a heated bedroom area. He could look out at the garden from perches in the run. We'll definitely take him there again.

Louie, the border terrier, thoroughly loves his time at Bruce's. He is well looked after and always comes home extremely tired! The service is excellent via the app and email; getting weekly photos of your dog's time is a real plus. My dog chauffeur, Nick, is fantastic and caring. He always ensures Louie is picked up and dropped off with care and treats my home with the utmost respect. He shows a genuine interest in my dog's care and day, and I completely trust him.

Our dog loves Bruce's Ditchling, the activities and enrichment offered have really benefited her. The driver service has been really handy for us, as she can be collected and dropped off. She loves all the staff, especially Jo, Nick and Alison and is happy to go and hang out with them for the day!

Our little Patterdale Cooper has been going to Bruce’s since he was just 4 months old. He absolutely loves his weekly visits, sitting in the window waiting for his doggy chauffeur, he can’t get away from us quick enough when they arrive. He is always pooped afterwards and even onto the next day so must have far too much fun! Also love the weekly photos we get, showing us what he’s been up to

My girlfriend wanted to check this place out for our dog,I was a bit dubious as to everything they were offering on the website but decided to go along with her to see what it was like as it sounded cool. On arrival I realised they’ve just spent money on marketing, branding and a nice website…but the reality they offer is actual far from what’s advertised. It’s basically a large shed in a field which in December looked like something out of the Battle of the Somme. Dogs running free in the mud barking at each other and the staff absolutely covered in mud stood about in the mud looking quite miserable…and who can blame them. Of course with the weather it will get muddy but your dog will be much better of going for an actual walk with a dog walker rather than just running about in the same field everyday. They have signs up designating different areas but it was hard to establish that any zones where different as the all looked the same…filthy. Despite the staff washing our dog she still came back dirty. If the site had a larger indoor area it might be easier to maintain but the way it’s currently set up it doesn’t look like a great place to leave your dog for the day…especially for £50. Will use a local dog walker instead.

Nicholas is our doggy day care driver and it’s a pleasure to see his friendly face when he collects our cockapoo. He is patient with our doggo, who can be a bit boisterous, and always gives me updates about the day when he drops Hiccup back home. Hiccup absolutely loves Bruce’s, comes home tired and happy. Highly recommend!

Bruce’s doggy daycare is fabulous, every dogs dream. Really professional set up, every day is fun packed and stimulating , great balance of play and rest. My dog Delilah absolutely loves it here. Parent days with activities to meet up with other owners and see how happy the dogs are and how they all get on, regular photos and updates and they even provide a drop off and collection service. What more could you ask for ? All staff members are polite, experienced and friendly and have a real interest in every individual dog.

My dog absolutely loves going to Bruce's doggy day care. She is so excited when going in, and clearly loves all her carers. When i pick her up she always comes away so tired after such an enriching full day. When i first enquired about placing my dog with them, i was offered an opportunity to come and visit to see the set up. My dog was then assessed and allocated a group to be in based on her size and temperament. This means she only mixes with dogs of similar size and play style. The team at Bruces clearly care about every single dog and have their best interests at heart. As an example, the team recently picked up on a change in my dog which required a vet visit to get her some treatment. Without them this may not have been something i would have spotted. I cannot recomend Bruces enough, you and your dog will not be disappointed.

My wife and I have been taking our labrador George here since it opened and we're delighted with Bruce's. The staff are really friendly, caring and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble. George strains at the leash to get in when we arrive and he doesn't want to leave when we collect him. Seeing photos of him from the day's activities shows he's having a great time so we're confident he's in the best possible hands when he's there. I would give Bruce's six stars if I could.

Jasper's experience at Ditchling Bruce's has been one of complete doggy happiness. From the moment he sniffs out of the car window and smells Bruce's is close his tail wags and he's making happy barking sounds. Staff are always professional and extremely experienced always happy to give advice and they are honest with the type of behaviour Jasper has had on each visit. Would I recommend Bruce's yes 100% if you want your best friend to enjoy there day and learn new experiences then Bruce's is the place.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Elena for any of your dog care requirements. Our (quite old, slightly nervous, very deaf and a bit blind) cocker spaniel absolutely loves going there, he is treated like royalty, has wonderful walks, comes home with treats and a spring in his step! Elena keeps us up to date throughout his stay with photos and videos... thanks Elena!!

We found out about mogsters and Dogsters through a recommendation from our friend that often takes his dog there for boarding. We were incredibly impressed with the care our dog Sunny received while staying at Mogsters and Dogsters. Elena created a WhatsApp group with my husband and I and sent us several updates with pictures and videos of our pup having a blast which we really enjoyed receiving whilst on our holidays. He was treated like one of the family received lots of cuddles, treats, daily nature walks and lots of playtime and we believe had a perfect doggy holiday too and was probably sad to come home. He came back looking so well even brushed and groomed! We will certainly be using Mogsters and Dogsters for any future trips and recommending to anyone with dogs or cats. We can’t thank you enough for taking such great care of Sunny!

Just had our first house sit with M&D and can’t recommend them enough. We have tricky dogs with a specific set up and Elena and Rick followed all the guidance with perfection. All the dogs were very happy and we were kept up to date with photos. They were so relaxed when we returned just like we’d been out for a few hrs with the house being clean and tidy too. I have been using M&D let out service also and would highly recommend both services with no doubts.

Elena has been amazing with looking after our puppy while we were on holiday in Greece. Elena is competent and caring and has been giving us updates on Rocky. We will definitely use her again!

I regularly rely on Mogsters & Dogsters for drop-in visits to let my dogs out and feed them whenever I'm working in London.Elena is fantastic at accomodating last-minute or late evening requests, always reliable,punctual and I come home to happy, relaxed dogs every time!

Elena looked after Teddy when I was in the area on a short notice Business trip. Would highly recommend. Teddy clearly enjoyed himself and I was updated during his stay with photos and updates. Will definitely recommend and use Elena in the future and Mogsters & Dogsters.

Great service. I found that the previous pet sitters that I used in the past weren't very easy to contact and book with, happy to say this was the complete opposite! I Loved receiving daily updates about my cat Pixie and how she was doing. Really friendly experience, I know Pixie had a great time by the looks of the photos and videos. I would not trust anyone else with my cat.
