We also utilize their boarding services in addition to daycare, and each time we leave Miley with them, we do so without any worry or anxiety. They have been absolutely amazing with our 1.5 year old cat where we had to leave the country for a month to visit our parents. Alex and the team really made her feel comfortable (she is a shy cat). I will readily admit that I am one of those crazy dog moms - my pup is a full member of our family and I am very particular about her experiences. I checked out four different doggie daycares in the area before deciding to try out Lucky Buddies - and Lucky Buddies blew the competition out of the water. As other reviewers have mentioned, Lucky Buddies provides excellent care for pets - the staff are well trained, passionate, and friendly. They really get to know your pet and meet them where they're at. Neko started attending at 4 months old (she's now 13 months old), and the folks at Lucky Buddies have been so patient with her wild puppy and teenage months. They work with me on her training, and they clearly love her for who she is. And Neko loves going to both daycare and overnight boarding! The level of professionalism demonstrated at Lucky Buddies continually amazes me. The staff communicates frequently, and Yesica and Alex are always adding new improvements with the dogs' best interests in mind. I would not trust any other facility with Neko; Lucky Buddies is her home away from home, and I'm so glad we have them in our lives.

am so happy to have found Lucky Buddies! I've owned three dogs over the course of the past 20 years and have boarded them at 4 different locations. This is hands down, BY FAR the absolute best. I realize at first glance it seems expensive, HOWEVER, when you realize the overnight price is for 24 hours and includes the wonderful daycare program, it's very reasonable. The staff are just wonderful and clearly love animals--all are treated the way staff would treat their own pets. Among the many things I appreciate are the regular messages and photos they took during my pet's stay and posted on the portal as well as emailed or texted owners (depending on your preferred communication). The best proof, of course, is how happy my dog was during the stay and when I picked her up. Yes, she was glad to see me but clearly she was not anxious to leave (as has been the case in a different boarding place). Don't even hesitate; this is the place to go. Your pet will love it and love you for taking him/her there. For the first time in a very long time, I don't feel guilty about leaving a pet behind when I travel.

I had to go for an unexpected trip and was in a hurry to find a good overnight daycare for my cat. The staff was very patient with him, and he was even able to warm up to the staff in the short amount of time he stayed with the Lucky Buddy staff. Very grateful for the care and frequent updates the staff provided!

To say Yesica & Juan are doggy whispers is an understatement!! They seriously have been so flexible with my fur babies- Ollie & Sadie. having a place that can take in last minute requests is a plus! I cannot thank them enough for taking in my babies when need be. And of course keeping up with them via Instagram is also a relief! You get to see what the Buddies are all up to throughout the day! It’s always an adventure being posted on their. I cannot leave out all the doggy activities they do (you get to take home & let your doggy be creative) as well as all the themed festivities, a holiday? Believe Lucky Buddies will be celebrating it! Like Valentine’s day, St Patrick’s Day, Christmas, Halloween… etc., they do it all! These guys go above and beyond to ensure every dog gets enough exercise, play time, cuddles, food, treats… the whole nine yards! It’s the best.. i’m forever thankful for their service and love to my babies.

Roxie has been going to Lucky's Buddies for that past year. Yecenia and Juan are great with her. When I went on vacation to Egypt they even picked Roxie up at my house! We began taking our puppy to Lucky Buddies a few months ago and have been so happy with their care! We've done daycare, boarding, grooming, and will soon start some in house visits as well. Our puppy loves playing with the other dogs, and always comes home happily tired and engaged. They are great at updating us, and we love catching glimpses of our pup's day on their social media accounts too! They use the timetopet app which has also been super easy to use and book services, they've also been very responsive to questions. We love Lucky Buddies so far!

Joji loves spending time at Lucky Buddies. I love seeing the videos of him playing and receiving daily reports cards with photos. He used to be a shy puppy, but he has become so social and playful after his stays with his buddies. He also enjoys the neighborhood walks and gets a bath before coming home! We really appreciate the love and attention that Joji receives from Lucky Buddies.

We have been bringing our pup, Spiritt, for a year and a half. Initially, she was shy and needed more socialization. We couldn't be happier with how she has blossomed! The facilities are well maintained, the staff is caring and attentive (they once called to let us know about a minor health problem they observed which we greatly appreciated) and we feel very comfortable leaving her at Sweet Doggies for daycare as well as extended overnight stays. She is always excited to see her pup pals! Additionally, when we pick her up, the staff is kind enough to provide updates on her day and the pup friends she plays with. We also appreciate the social media updates and photos they routinely post as well as the opportunity to observe her on their live video feed. We usually send our dog to Santa clara location but send him for boarding here at Sunnyvale. I love that I can see him through camera. The boarding reservation and application process is smooth and easy. The staff are kind and nice. My dog loves it here!

Absolutely the best dog daycare in the United States. I, and my dog best bud, are lucky to be clients at Sweet Doggies, and each day they just keep on getting better. There is no other dog daycare and boarding as superb as Sweet Doggies. My dog and I are lucky and so grateful to be clients of theirs.

While staying in San Jose for a month we took advantage of the day care option for our toy Aussie. We found Sweet Doggies to always be clean, kind, and friendly. The staff are sweet - just like the doggies. The dogs are all small and there weren’t too many so our Aussie didn’t get as overwhelmed as he has in day care at home with lots of dogs. We also like to be able to view on line during the day. We will definitely keep using Sweet Doggies.

We love this place. My one dog has been a regular since 2012 or so. My newer rescue has also been a regular since 2016. Daycare helped my dogs be more social and stay busy and gives me peace of mind with long commuting or work days. The staff is always willing to accommodate any needs and take good care of the dogs in general. The crate free and no bark ambience is low stress. They have webcams also we see whenever our dogs are boarding. Great people and service

Sweet Doggies is the best!! We adopted our first dog recently and she has a lot of fears around new people and dogs. The staff have really supported and accepted her. They now regularly send us videos of her playing with other dogs and it makes us so happy! We have taken our dog there for workdays, a weekend, and a 9-day trip so far. You can tell this place is filled with so much love and genuine care. And they have an awesome Instagram account with wonderfully silly posts everyday.

We LOVE Sweet Doggies!! Our dog has been going to Sweet Doggies for almost 2 years now. The staff is super friendly and so is the owner, Evan.. The staff treats our dog like family. Super attentive! They post on IG, send videos. Our dog goes to both locations but mostly Sunnyvale as it’s closer to work and our home. When we travel we would never entrust anyone to take care of her but Sweet Doggies! Our dog is super happy and she loves going to Sweet Doggies!

I can't believe in the span of 7 years and 2 dogs, both of them went to Sweet Doggies and always had a wonderful experience. My first dog Ellie went around 2015 until she got sick and they were so understanding that we couldn't finish the day care package. A few years later we got another rescue pup and since Ellie was a member, her membership was grandfathered over so Teddy did not have to wait on their very busy wait list. He goes once a week and loves the staff and dogs there. Every time we see him post day care he is so pooped out. I love the attention the staff gives including regulating play times and even those security cameras where you can see what is going on. I love their transparency and what they stand for as a great dog day care facility. Thank you to the SD team! <3

We used Sweet Doggies when my fiance and I went out of town for a weekend to give them a trial run and were very pleased with our experience. They run doggie boarding very differently than most typical boarding places. The dogs are never caged - they are each given their own little living quarters that is gated off in an area. They also get to all play together during the day which is nice. I thought that the staff was really nice and open with us. The one complaint that I have is that I feel like their billing system is a little iffy. They have very strict pick up and drop off times, which makes sense from a business standpoint, but I thought in some cases the pricing was unfair. Then again, they do have an amazing deal where you get free daycare for your dog to test them out in the beginning. Also, I really don't have a strong comparison point since this is my first dog since I've become a real person who pays real bills.. so I may just have gone into it with unrealistic expectations. Overall, the service and experience that our dog had won us over. We plan on using Sweet Doggies for our boarding needs from this point forward. :)

Our Siberian Husky always stays there and we even recommend it for other friends dog owners because he always come super happy from there, very excited! Different from other places we have boarded him! SUPER SATISFIED with this place

A Pet Villa has helped me out so much! As a transplant who’s moved across the country and moved frequently, I need a place I can trust to keep my cat and know she’ll be well taken care of while I’m away. They always offer great services, provide an update, and are so kind & compassionate. Knowing that your fur baby is well taken care of is something that every pet parent deserves. I've been bringing my Australian Shephard here to A Pet Villa for quite a few years. They've been amazing, and he loves coming here. They're competitively priced, and very flexible when it comes to delays in being able to pick him up when I've had to travel and results in flight delays and cancelations. Being able to bring him here and know he's taken care of, and seeing his excitement when we arrive is more than assurance that they love him here and he loves seeing them and his fellow dog friends. We LOVE a pet villa!! Our dog has been going here since she was 4 months old, including boarding. She always has so much fun and we love seeing her pics on their instagram! They also do a great job trimming her nails.

I have a Belgian Malinois who is very high energy and at first, very anxious dog but if given the chance, can warm up and be very loving. A Pet Villa Staff gave my dog the opportunity and were patient with him. Now he loves going there every time. Prices are reasonable as well.

We love taking Stewie here. They always take care of him whether he’s going there for grooming or when we need to board him. I definitely recommend that you take your fur babies here.

I brought in Archer for a meet and greet and immediately he loved the team. I was so happy they had the patience and took the time to build his confidence with the other dogs. When I came to pick him up, he was so excited and happy. He did not want to leave without saying bye to the team members at pick up. His report card was super helpful too! After Jackie told me about the packages, I made sure to make the purchase. When not visiting his grandparents, he will be hanging out with his buddies at Pet Villa :)

My dog Bentley has been boarding here for two years now and absolutely LOVEs A Pet Villa and their staff. I know he’s well taken care of and I feel so much better knowing he’s with them when I have to be away for work. And they post the cutest photos of him too!

My dog Archie loves coming to stay and play at Red Rover! He practically drags me to the door as soon as we get out of the car. I love Red Rover too and have a blast watching him and his pals play on the webcams. It is better then reality television. I strongly recommend giving them a try...your dog will thank you with a shower of wet kisses.

NEVER BOARDING OUR FUR BABY @ REDROVER AGAIN It was first and last time we boarded our baby here. We were very excited to board our 10 months old playful and friendly fur baby at REDROVER thinking that he will be safe and happy. (NOT RELIABLE ) He was very happy when playing with other dogs but it only lasted for 3 out of 5 days(we saw that in LIVE camera). He was not given group play time for 2 full days which was promised. (INJURIES) He was not SAFE from RedRover’s own staff. When we left our puppy we requested the staff to “not spray water on him but if they do please dry him up.” But looks like they did extreme opposite , we saw them spraying water on him (again on LIVE camera) and left him as is i.e. drenched! He got multiple HOT SPOTS behind both his ears and we were never informed until we came in to pick him up even. See the photos attached. REDROVER staff was very chill about our baby’s injuries and took no care of it but Vet confirmed that this was as worst as it can get. We spent generous amount on examinations and medicines for our baby but our pet’s health and safety is more important than anything. We were so disappointed with how our fur baby treated. We hope people first read this post before making their decision of leaving their babies with irresponsible staff of RedRover so that they don’t go though same pain and safety issues.

My baby boy loves going to daycare here. He's always excited to go and always happy when I pick him up. Very caring and attentive staff and a wide variety of dogs to play with.

My Pomeranian Jax has never been the most social with other dogs as he’s just more interested in people, but each time I bring him here for a few day stay he comes home happy and exhausted! The caretakers say he makes new friends every time! They truly love taking care of dogs! I enjoy watching him on the cameras too!

Look after our dog really well for short or long stays. He enjoys his time there and the little customization they do. Priced reasonably to make it financially possible to take him one or two days a week.

I have uses Red Rover Milpitas multiple times in the past year. The facility is very nice, spacious and clean. The have different options for boarding, including baths which is very handy if you drop your pets for long duration. The camera access gives you peace of mind as you can see your loved ones playing with their friends daily.. My dog always goes in happy and comes back safe and healthy. I definitely recommend Red Rover for a safe and healthy stay for your kids.

This is our go to spot for our dogs when we take week long vacations and when we take weekend trips. They take good care of our pups and our pups love the time they spend at Red Rover. I love the fact that they have a bath option because sometimes when you return home from a trip you don’t want to bathe your dog but it’s necessary.

My 2 year old Husky had the opportunity to be boarded with Red Rover for 9 days while we were visiting family across the country. From what I could tell she had an amazing time, the staff was attentive to her and all her puppy friends. On top of that the ability to check in on her throughout the day on the camera in the play area was great. I will say that she likes to hide around the corner in the blind spot of the play area, but she would pop out for love from the staff who was monitoring the pups, to check out the little pups through the fence or grab water. I additionally loved that she was featured on their instagram page/stories. We will be back for sure!

I took my husky and Petti for grooms both looked great and happy when I picked them up plus I like the fact they have a open space area to play while waiting to get pick up. When I called to book another grooming appt for both my furry babies gentleman said they could only take the petti because my husky was to difficult which is a first for me to hear since he does so well at PetSmart and Lush Spaw never have I ever gotten a complaint for my husky.

My dog Storm absolutely loves them, she is always so exited to get in. The staff is super friendly and nice not just to the dogs, but to the owners too. They always send me photos and videos of Storm having a blast, and are always on top of everything.

I needed someone to take care of my two cats while I was away for a week, and the pet sitter I found was absolutely fantastic. The service provided was exceptional, with daily updates and photos of my fur babies. Their attention to detail and genuine love for animals shone through. We found the #1 doggie daycare in California! We recently moved across country and looked at every doggy daycare/day/pack adventures in the Bay Area and nothing compares to PTSM. Our Shiba Inu loves her "home" away from home and always runs into daycare without a second look back. From the moment we reached out to Tommy, he was very communicative and accommodating. He even got our dog to eat on a normal schedule (all you Shibe owners will understand), which no daycare has done before. The entire staff is amazing and truly loves getting to know the dogs. We've interacted with just about everyone and we get daily photos/videos of our dog playing from Christina, Amy, and Manolo. We can tell from the photos, the staff goes above and beyond to include our dog in the pack. We also use their dog transportation services and yes, our girl loves hanging out with Troy in the "bark bus." One thing we noticed right away is the facilities are so clean and there are comfy beds, blankets, toys for the dogs. A big bonus is they have a door that leads to an outdoor space and our Shibe loves to sunbathe outside. There is nowhere else we will send our dog unless they replicate PSTM - thank you to the best crew!

It is absolutely adorable how much they love my puppies, and how much my puppies love it there! Every weekday morning, Choco and Oreo head directly to the door as I'm getting ready, and run in when we arrive. Their happiness shows through the photos I receive throughout the day, and it makes my day seeing them happy!

Pet Sitting to the MAX is incredible. When my husband and I took our then 1-year old puppy to Pet Sitting four years ago, we did not know how much she would fall in love with the place and people, who have consistently treated her (and the spirited brother we acquired for her a year ago) like family despite her antics. The staff truly love animals, and it shines through. Very few things make my dogs happier than mentioning that we are taking them on a car ride to daycare, and Pet Sitting is one of the places we will miss most as we leave the Bay Area.

Amy and team are professional and go above and beyond! Outstanding service, care and love for my fur babies. My husband and I went our of town and for the first time hired outside help to come check on our 2 cats. Amy went above and beyond and provided excellent service: -vacuumed and tidied our place -changed cat liter -played with both cats -spent decent time in our apartment for each visit -gave my cats the love and attention they needed and rewarded them with some treats What I also appreciated was the updates when she did visit. Updates included pictures and video of the cats, as well as what she did while she was there. Truly professional and fantastic experience as well as great value for the price. Would 100% recommend amy and team and go through them again in the future.

Very friendly staff. My dog loves it here. He's a little old, but whenever I pick him up from here he's got a little spring in his step! The place is clean and they are always bugging me about my vaccinations, which means all the dogs are up to date so I always feel good about leaving my dog here.

Best daycare that we've found in California. Dogs play all day, unlike at Petsmart. Their 7am to 7pm hours are convenient for us. The staff is friendly and genuinely cares about your dog. Our dog hates the car, but gets really excited when he figures out that we're going to daycare.

We have used their services to house-sit our cat Faye when we were on vacation. Our sitter was timely and sent us regular updates. The whole experience was up to the mark.

Danielle is super professional and took great care of my four cats for two weeks! Everyday she sent me an update about my babies wellbeing and pics, she answered all my messages really fast. I used to leave my cats at pet hotels when we travelled, but my cats loved staying in the house, it was less stressful for all of us. I saved her contact for future trips, because it was really comforting to know she was here to take good care of my cats.

I have been using Danielle’s services for many years and trust my pets are in good hands with her! I have a senior dog and a cat with diabetes and she is able to give them all of their medication without any issues! She is reliable and knows how to care for animals in a professional and caring way. She also has great advice and recommendations so I can better care for my animals when asked. Her services are exceptional and she goes above and beyond for each animal. She developed a deep connection with each of my animals so I feel most comfortable leaving them in her care. It puts me and my pets at ease knowing she is caring for then when I am away or in need!

My two Chihuahuas have stayed with Danielle a few times now and I've always felt they were in the best hands! Twyla has some resource guarding tendencies which Danielle is skilled in handling. And my old man Wilson has kidney disease which gives him poor appetite but he always eats for Danielle. I would absolutely recommend!!

Four Paws is great. They are very caring and professional. Our dog had an emergency surgery and was on medications. We needed someone with experience and also knowledgeable about after care surgery since we couldn’t cancel an important trip. A very difficult situation for us and even though our dog was stable and was already 7 days since the surgery we were worried. We found Four Paws on line. We met with Danielle and Bianca and Immediately felt confident leaving our doggie with them. Danielle kept us informed about our dog’s progress and the medications intake. Danielle made especial arrangements the first few days to accommodated our dog’s needs and to make her feel comfortable and safe!. We will forever be grateful with them for helping us during that emergency situation. After that event we had left our dog a couple of times with Danielle and Bianca and each time it has been a great experience , our doggie is happy and We finally go on trips with a peace of mind !!!

I am so grateful to have found Danielle a little over a year ago! My 9 year old Pomeranian, Wally, has many medical conditions and Danielle is the only person I trust to leave him with. He has a thyroid issues, collapsing trachea, allergies and had a recent knee surgery. I needed someone with medical experience above a day to day walker who would be able to check in on him and make sure he was ok when at work (and let me know!). After knee surgery he still wanted to get out and about and Danielle walked him around the neighborhood in his stroller - he loved it! I've also used Danielle for overnights and Wally had a blast. He can be difficult with taking medications and picky with food and Danielle handled it with ease (and got him to eat!!!!!). I can truly relax on vacation knowing he's safe and taken care of. Recently Danielle has offered doggy daycare and these are some of Wally's most fun days. He always comes home happy and tired!!! I can honestly say Wally is a happier and healthier dog because of Danielle - I highly recommend her services!

We had Danielle at 4 Paws watch our dog while we were on vacation. He is very nervous with new people and we were worried about leaving him with just anyone. I knew as soon as we dropped him off that we made the right choice to leave him with Dani. We received photos while we were away updating us on his status and could see that he was having a great time with her and the other pets in her care. By the time we got back he was so comfortable with them I know I’ll be using them again in the future. Five stars all the way!! I’d recommend them to anyone needing care for special needs animals or just for a doggie play date. We enjoyed our vacation so much more knowing our baby was safe and happy.

I was looking for day care for my 1 year old pup and was able to find Jackie through google. She was able to take him 5 days a week, full time, which was what me and my boyfriend were looking for. The meet and greet was great. She really wanted to make my pup feel comfortable. As the days went by, my pup was super excited each morning to see Jackie. She keeps us posted with our pup throughout the day and is extremely reliable! Would recommend to anyone trying to board or day care.

We meet Jackie over a year ago at puppy training. We were looking for someone to board our golden retriever puppy for a weekend. Our Lola was well taken care of and had a blast socializing with other dogs. She now goes 3 days a week for doggie daycare. She looks forward to seeing Jackie and her pups. Jackie is amazing. She is very responsive and flexible. I started going to her after looking for a dog sitter that was closer to my home. She is much more than a dog sitter. Her dog training experience and loving nature elevates her services. Recently, I went on a trip far away and Jackie was only able to watch my dog for a portion of the time I was gone. After I was not able to find other options, she offered to take care of him and drop him off at the second boarding place. She also fed him white rice and boiled chicken when his stool was too soft. Even though she does not take dogs with soft stool she cared for mine as if he were her own. Thank you Jackie. I'm only sad that I'm moving soon and won't be able to see you much longer.

Jackie (of Precious Paws) is amazing. We adopted a sweet but stubborn half-grown pup, and Jackie has worked hard to teach our dog some manners. Our dog loves going to see Jackie every day, because she’s given tasks to do, but also treated with love. Jackie has made a world of difference!

I boarded my 10 month old GSD puppy with Jackie for 5 days and I was extremely happy with how well she cared for my dog. I received daily updates and pictures of my pup and that really helped me since it was my first time away from him. Due to snow storms my flight was cancelled and I couldnt make it back in time for the pickup. Jackie went above and beyond to help board my dog for an extra night. I will highly recommend Precious Paws for your Precious Pups.

I just wanted to share how much I love Precious Paws. My original dog sitter canceled on me at the last minute when I was ALREADY out of town and I called Jackie from Precious Paws who came through for me in a big way. Not only did she come pick him up and watched him until I came back in town, but she sent me updates that included pictures and just text messages that just left me know that he is in great hands and from the looks of things he made himself really comfortable on the couch. This is the exact kind care I was looking for. I didn't want to put him in a place where he was going to be another dog in a cage. I wanted him to have fun minus me and my son and that is exactly what I got. I am so happy with the care and will be back there for services again.

Shawn is wonderful, and I am so grateful to have found her! It was my first time seeking a cat sitter, and I contacted a few sitters in the area. Shawn responded to my online inquiry right away; shared her business license info, insurance info, and several references; and scheduled a meet-and-greet with me even with her already-packed pet-sitting schedule. When we met in person, Shawn immediately made me feel at ease - she is incredibly warm and clearly loves the animals she cares for. While we were away, Shawn sent plenty of updates and photos of my kitty. My cat is normally quite shy, but warmed up to Shawn within the first visit - and she's a tough judge of character! By the end of our trip, I could tell that kitty was happy whenever Shawn stopped by. She was pretty unfazed when we came home, and I chalk that up to her being so well-cared for in our absence. 😂 While Shawn could easily try and hire others to expand her business, she doesn't - because she is so committed to doing the best job possible for her clients. I wholeheartedly trust Shawn with my fur-baby and home.

Shawn has watched our cats in our home on multiple occasions while we have been traveling. Scheduling: Shawn is very responsive and was very polite abd helpful with pre-visit scheduling of our in-home visits. She promptly arrived to our home, became familiar with the home, the cats, and our idiosyncrasies. Visits: Shawn arrived daily as promised and took excellent care of our cats and home. She sent us updates, and it was clear that our cats were very happy to have her here. She even left our cats a little toy that happens to be their favorite toy to this day. The little things that Shawn did meant a lot to us. In the past when we've come home with other sitters, our cats were a bit frazzled. With Shawn, however, our cats seemed very pleased and happy, so we know Shawn definitely took care of them well. Summary: In summary, we were very nervous about getting a new cat sitter but we're grateful to have found Shawn! She is responsible, friendly, and took excellent care of our cats. We look forward to having Shawn take care of our kitties in the future - she puts her heart into taking care of our little family. Shawn really cares about the pets she takes care of. My cat is a shy guy and she went the extra mile to make him feel comfortable, safe, and well-cared for. Despite her busy schedule over a holiday weekend, she fit in an extra (unplanned) day when our flight was delayed, just to make sure our kitty had everything he needed.

Shawn is the most caring, capable, and loving pet sitter you can have. She is more than a sitter. She loves animals and takes care of my pets like her own. When we travel I never worry about my pets. She always goes above and beyond.

I’ve utilized services from Paws and Claws multiple times in the last few years for my cat, Annie. I want to talk about my most recent experience with them. I was going away for a month and my cat is a senior kitty, I didn’t want to stress her out by boarding her in a new environment. I decided to use paws and claws cat sitting and overnight stay services. P&C assigned Nicole as the sitter who would check in on Annie. I can’t say enough good things about Nicole. She has cared for Annie like her own child and I came back after a month to see Annie look happy and shiny. Nicole sent me such detailed updates/ photos multiple times a day, took excellent care of my house. Her empathetic and nurturing + detail oriented nature really stood out to me. Annie became so comfortable around her and she was so attentive to Annie’s behavioral patterns. She went above and beyond and I wasn’t stressed for the month I was away because I could trust Nicole. I would highly recommend paws and claws and especially Nicole to look after your pets.

Paws and Claws has been so amazing! Samantha has hired some truly wonderful people to work for her and look in on my pup while I’m at work. Samantha and her team do an interview of what you’re looking for, your dog’s personality, and then they pick who they think might be the best fit. After that conversation a meet and greet was arranged with Cass who was to become Henry’s dog walker. They instantly hit it off. Cass has become my dog’s new best friend! I love getting picture updates of them playing together while I’m at work.* He’s super professional and communicative by updating me if he can come by a bit earlier, if he’s brought in a package for me, or if Henry has a weird poop that day. I know Henry and my home have been well taken care of by the Paws and Claws employees. Booking scheduled days I need someone to stop by is super easy too which is always a huge bonus. We hired Paws and Claws Pet Sitting and Dog Walking to sit our cat Max while we were on vacation. Sam, the owner, was sitting him for three weeks. It was an amazing experience! She is very attentive to details and reliable. She did everything to keep Max happy. She even brushed him daily. Max tries to bite me when I brush him. The communication was great. Sam provided us with daily updates and cute pictures of Max. When we came back, everything was cleaned and organized. Max looked calm and happy. We were impressed with the service provided and will definitely use Paws and Claws Pet Sitting and Dog Walking service in the future. Highly recommended!

We love Sam and Paws and Claws! We’ve had Sam walk our golden retriever puppy Archie since this summer and while he is an anxious guy and can certainly be an energetic handful, she treats him so well and we so appreciate it! My husband and I used Paws and Claws when we went out of town for the weekend. We couldn't have asked for a better cat sitter for our kitty. Our cat sitter, Quinn, was very friendly and our cat opened up to her right away. We loved all the photos she took of our cat and she did everything we asked her to do. This is the best cat sitting service! When we started we had a meet and greet with Joe and were able to show him around the house and tell him all the details for our two cats. Since then we have gone away 7 times and it eases so much anxiety to know that Joe will be there when we can't. He has become our cats' favorite person and we feel so safe leaving them in his care! the great reviews are true! We chatted with Alexandra and Ed about their services for our two kitties. They were very responsive and set uontime to meet in person. They are insured with pet CPR certification. They were friendly and welcoming, yet thorough and attentive with questions. They took fabulous care of the cats, and shared pics of them and the immaculate litter box. They even changed the litter genie and swept up stray litter. The cats seemed quite happy. Shout out to this fabulous service. It gave us such peace of mind, which is so important. I cannot recommend them enough.

Alexandra & Ed have been taking care of our dog for almost two years now. We've had them walk our dog regularly during the week and have also had them stay over while we've been out of town. Lovable Pet Sitter is not some big pet service conglomerate. You will have the same familiar person taking care of your pet. Lovable Pet Sitter took care of my cat for two weeks and they were fantastic. I got text message updates and pictures as well about my cat every time Alexandra came over, which was great and a huge relief. They provided an extremely reliable, excellent service and I would highly recommend it. They also have reasonable prices that are on their website and very straight forward.

Ed and Alexandra are THE BEST dog sitters we've ever had! They've been our dog sitters for over 5 years now and we've never had any problems - quite amazing considering that one of our dogs is prone to anxiety issues and the other is aggressive towards other dogs. So leaving them at home "unsupervised" or going on walks can be challenging and daunting. Oh and did I mention that they're both 70lb Akitas! We usually hire them for our long vacation trips, anywhere from 2-4 weeks and we always feel that our dogs are in good hands. The reassurance they provide is why we keep hiring them. We can tell when we come home from our trips that our dogs felt comfortable too, and in fact, probably miss Alexandra because of how well she takes care of them. As other yelp reviews have mentioned, Ed and Alexandra are very thorough and leave "report cards" after every visit in addition to email/text updates with picture to show "proof of life" haha. Those pictures ARE the best! They will also water plants, check mail, take out trash and do additional services included in their price that you wouldn't expect a dog sitter to do. And to show how committed they are, they recently stopped service in Mira Mesa, where we are, but told us that they would continue to be our dog sitters because of our long relationship and their relationship with our dogs. Needless to say, we were so relieved and thankful - that's great customer service! If you want trusted reassurance at an affordable rate, HIRE ED AND ALEXANDRA!
