Dog Sitters in Apex, NC

We used Peak City Puppy during a recent family trip to the beach. Heather took wonderful care of our dogs and cat and provided photos and recaps after each visit. One of our dogs is very nervous when meeting new people but Heather gave her time and space to feel comfortable and gained her trust. Knowing that our fur babies were happy and in great care allowed to have a wonderful and stress-free vacation. We will definitely use Peak City again!

We just used Peak City Puppy for the second time and had another amazing experience. Lauren took care of our 4 year old Golden Retriever and 2 cats… one being an energetic and mischievous kitten. We were gone for 8 days and didn’t have service some of the time, so when we were able we had lovely updates and pics of our pets to catch up on. Lauren not only took care of our pets, but took out the trash and recycling! While we were gone Hurricane Debby came through and Lauren didn’t skip a beat. She had Willow out on her walks and also dried her off (and wasn’t annoyed when she got all goofy during this process lol) It has been so wonderful to have a great person watching our pets while we are gone. Lauren goes above and beyond and makes leaving town much less stressful. I’m also pretty sure Willow was a little depressed when we returned and Lauren wouldn’t be back!

We've been using dog walking services with Peak City Puppy for about a month now 3 days per week and are SO impressed and highly recommend them. We have have two young, large puppies and they love our dog walker, Courtney! One of our dogs is really shy and she's been so wonderful and patient with him and they are now besties :) The whole team is professional, their online portal for scheduling and payment and communication is so easy to use! We couldn't recommend them enough!

I used Peak City Puppy for the first time 2 weeks ago. They were phenomenal! Jenna and Jess were the ladies that took care of my 4 fur babies. From the "meet and greet" to each visit, they were very caring and professional. They let me know when they arrived, when they left, and sent me pictures with updates during each visit. I used the 30 minute visit and the 12 hour overnight since I have a senior dog who needs more care. Jess and Jenna provided the type of excellent care that gave me piece of mind on my trip. I would definitely use them again!

Peak City Puppy did an amazing job caring for our Boston Terrier and 2 cats for 5 days while we were out of town recently. Dwayne, Kristin and Erin treated our fur babies like they were their own. I was so impressed by the detailed updates, messages and pictures that I received after every visit. I love that PCP allows you to customize the timing and duration of visits. It helped our dog tremendously to have Kristin here for a full 2 hours each evening. I will definitely be using PCP for our future animals care needs, I recommend them wholeheartedly!!

We had such a great experience with Peak City Puppy! We were out of town for 2 weeks and needed care for our 2 labs. Angela immediately made us feel comfortable! Our older lab has anxiety issues and had to have unplanned abdominal surgery 2 weeks prior to our trip. Angela was very accommodating and made us feel at ease about leaving her. She sent pictures and videos everyday and it was obvious our puppies were very happy and very well taken care of. We were able to enjoy our trip without one bit of worry! We will definitely use Peak City and Angela again. I would highly recommend for any pet owner!

My first experience with Peak City puppy could not have been any better! I had just rescued a 6 year old American Bulldog when I was called into in-person work for several days. On very short notice, Peak City Puppy was able to match me with an in-their-home pet sitter for those days with morning drop-off and evening pick-up. I offered to pay the overnight rate since this was a custom request. My new pup got along great with the sitter’s other two dogs and didn’t want to leave each evening. They took such good care of him and provided updated with pictures throughout each day. It was just a wonderful experience and they alleviated any anxiety I had about leaving a dog who was just beginning to adjust to a new life outside of the rescue environment. They will be my choice next time, no question. I highly recommend Peak City Puppy and their pet sitting services!

We have been thrilled with the excellent care that Peak City Puppy has provided for our sweet dog. Our walker Cris has already formed a bond with her and I love getting updates and pictures after their walks. The on-line platform for requesting dates and services is very easy to use. We are looking forward to using Peak City Puppy for dog-sitting when we are out of town as well. A great locally owned service with very responsive, caring, reliable staff. I would highly recommend!

We use Peak City Puppy whenever we're out of town for a few days. Debbie and Erin have done such a great job taking care of our cats - Tofu and Miso! They send us updates every visit which reduces my anxiety of being away from my kitties haha. Peak City Puppy is very reliable and I would very much recommend them for any cat sitting needs!

I could not give Peak City Puppy higher praise! My pet sitter of many years canceled on me, last minute, before a planned trip - flights booked, car rental, parking - you name it. So I was left scrambling to find someone to care for my senior puppy while I was away. Jordan hustled to secure care in just a few days and Brandy & Ellen treated my girl as if she were their own. Excellent facility. Courteous and helpful staff, who genuinely love the work they do and the dogs they care for. Our dogs love their “school.” They’re excited every morning they get to go to playtime and pleasantly exhausted when they get back home. We have been customers for almost two years now, and would never go anywhere else. We trust K9 Resorts like family with our dogs when we’ve relied on them for boarding.

Would give five additional stars! As this resort was there for me in a time of need they provided excellent care towards my dog, as well as providing me with updates and necessary photos or her stay as well as making her feel a part of a pack. We boarded our puppy while we were out of town for a week. We got report cards every day, which I looked forward to. The report cards shared pictures with us and highlights from her day! She was very well taken care of and got a bath before we picked her up! Trixie will definitely be back!

I forgot to schedule my pets for boarding during the holidays and found K9 Resorts Pet Hotel. They had availability even though I made the reservation only one week prior AND they made adjustments to accommodate allowing them to adjust just in case they didn't do well since I was going out of town. They have a variety of options and will tailor the stay to each of your pet's needs individually and combined. I received report cards and updates regularly. I will definitely use this facility for my boarding needs in the future.

It's my pups second day at day care! The staff are super friendly, they know us already. I was a nervous pup mom and they put me right at ease. They send lots of pictures throughout the day and mgirl comes home tired and happy! Facility is clean and looks amazing inside. It smells good and all the dogs seem happy. Lots of different options for boarding. Highly recommend!

We love bringing Lexi to K9 Resorts in Apex. It’s very hard to leave our fur baby behind when we travel. Knowing she is in great and loving hands makes it a bit easier. We receive frequent updates and pictures while she is in their care. We wait with anticipation for our every other day report card which includes fun descriptions and details of Lexi’s attitude and behavior along with some very precious pictures of her playing in the private yard with the techs. She is of course very happy to see us when we pick her up, but she also wants to see the staff which can only mean she is bonding with them as well. We are the happiest we have ever been with a pet boarding service. K9 Rearts is amazing!!!

My pup has had the best experience here! He adores going for daycare. The staff is extremely loving and caring toward all the dogs. Weve had a few overnight stays. The staff keeps me completely in the loop all throughout extended stays and Im confident he is getting the best treatment!!! Highly recommend!

I love this place. I was so lost looking for a place that would take my dog and I came across this place. They weren’t afraid of him and they started loving on him the moment he walked in the door. I am glad I was able to find a trust worthy place to leave my dog so I could go out of town. I trusted he would be ok and he was ok. I 100% recommend this place if you’re looking for a place where your dog will be loved.

I brought my puppy Ali to K9 Resort for the first time this week. I was nervous because it was our first time being apart, however I received report cards daily along with photos showing my pup playing with the other dogs and it was so relieving! The staff is very friendly and communicative. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone who is looking for trustworthy caretakers!! Thank you K9 Resort!

I used Faithful Friends for a weeklong cruise trip. I’m always nervous to leave my dog and cat behind when going on vacation but after initial conversations I knew that Faithful Friends is prepared and has my pets happiness and health in mind. We set up a little meet and greet before our trip to go over everything and was very happy with Julia. She had a lot of experience and our dog and cat were immediately comfortable with her. I knew they would be in good hands with her. During the cruise we received updates after every visit. Including lots of pictures and descriptions on how they were doing. Faithful friends is very communicative and attentive. I will definitely be using them again! Highly recommend

The pet sitters who cared for my furry friends over the Thanksgiving holiday went above and beyond to ensure my pets were well-loved, comfortable, and happy while we were away. From daily updates and photos to their attention to detail, they truly made me feel at ease. Wonderful experience using Faithful Friends to watch our pup while we were away for a couple of days. They provided lots of pictures and updates for each visit, and were very communicative about any questions or concerns. Faithful Friends saved the day for me! I can't recommend them more to watch my sweet doggie. I was stuck in a jam with a last minute cancellation with a dog sitter and they are complete heroes. I cannot express strongly enough my satisfaction with Faithful Friends Pet Sitting. I have an elderly dog who has never been kenneled and was I searching for a way to keep her in her normal environment during a 3 day absence. After extensive research I selected Faithful Friends and will use them in the future and recommend them to friends and clients. From the meet and greet visit through each visit while I was away, I received journals of exactly how she was doing complete with pictures and comments. Julie and the team were outstanding. Great communication. We felt really good going out of the country just after meeting Julie and our sitter, who, by the way, did an excellent job handling our bully breed (Rott). Daily check-ins with a lot of photos. The photos were not necessary every day but I am sure there are some who would like that. Maybe every other just to save yourselves a lot of labor and effort, but it was appreciated.

I was in desperate need of their services. They were able to find care for my dog within a few hours. Easy to work with, and kind. Making payment is easy and they also leave a journal so you will be at ease and with pictures of your pet! They exceeded all of my expectations!

If only there were more stars to give!! Nicolette is the absolute best! She started caring for our dog four years ago when she was just a puppy. We can't even say Nicolette's name in the house or our dog is wagging her tail like crazy and thinking she gets to go have a sleepover at Nicolette's! Leaving town is only possible knowing our sweet dog is in the care of Nicolette . She is dependable, flexible and absolutely adored by our dog.

Nicolette provides by far the best pet care I have experienced. I don’t feel guilty leaving my dog Beau with her… he loves her and gets so excited when I pull up at her house. She is dependable and really seems to care. So glad I found her!! She deserves more than 5 stars!!

We've know Nicolette for over 4 years! We needed to find a reliable beast sitter for our dog and 2 cats. She has been a life saver and is great at what she does! She is literally the only reason we have the ability to leave town without worrying about our 4 pawed children lol. If we could give her 10 stars we would and our beasties would give her 4 paws for sure!

Olivia and her team have been absolute godsends for our baby, Thor. In the past, being at daycare was an overwhelmingly negative experience for him. He certainly didn’t fit into the generic mold for the massive commercial daycare facilities. However, he has THRIVED at Cary Kennels and always comes home happy and sleepy from playing all day. For anyone with anxious pups, we highly recommend utilizing this fantastic facility. We never anticipated a day where we could comfortably drop him off to socialize with other dogs and it means the world to us that we can finally give him the structure that he deserves during our work days. In addition, Olivia always makes a point to give us midday text updates. It truly has changed all of our lives for the better and we’re immensely grateful. Thanks for all y’all do! We will be faithful customers for life.

Fantastic place and staff. My family and pets were displaced from Hurricane Helene. We needed a place to board our two small dogs (dachshund and jack/terrier mutt) and every place in the Cary area denied us because we had no paperwork. We were unable to get our paperwork because of the flooding and our vet clinic couldn’t be contacted because they were underwater as well. This place not only took our dogs in but helped us get in contact with a place that would immediately take us to get a quick bordatella shot (prob wrong spelling). Without their help, we would’ve really been up the creek trying to find a place. They also discounted their rate to help us out. I can’t say enough great things about their staff and the help they offered.

We absolutely love Cary Kennels & Spa! Cary Kennels was recommended to us after we searched high and low for a boarding facility (and day care) for our two English bulldogs. Our bullies have never been able to feel “at home” at other boarding places, and always seemed to have poor, negative experiences. We have had such disappointing experiences with other local kennels as our dogs would be upset during pickups, and severe irritations to their skins (due to being in soiled kennels). Cary Kennels is the perfect match and our bullies are always very well cared for. Cary Kennels is smaller, allowing more one on one times, and less chaotic for my bullies as they never could adjust to larger day cares/boarding. Olivia and Brittany are amazing and always ensures our babies are settled in (and loved endlessly). Each time we take them in for a visit, our babies are eager to get inside to see Olivia and the staff. We highly recommend Cary Kennels and Spa, especially if your dogs tend to have anxiety issues, or tend levitate to smaller, cozier environments that includes a lot of cuddles.

Cary Kennels & Spa provided top-notch service to our energetic pup, Velma! Velma usually frequents Camp Bow Wow for her daycare and boarding needs, but with a recent injury to her leg that required her to be on a sedative and kept in a low-energy environment, we were referred to Cary Kennels & Spa by Camp Bow Wow for some special needs boarding request. The week before our trip, we reached out to Cary Kennels & Spa and spoke with Olivia who was extremely friendly and patient with me to explain how their boarding services work, especially considering all of Velma's special needs. They ensured us she would be kept in a low-energy environment but with plenty of opportunities to go outside for potty breaks and some human-pup interaction. They were able to administer her medications and help ensure she has a speedy recovery. We just picked her up and everything seems great. I am very thankful for Cary Kennels & Spa in how quickly they were able to get us situated with Velma's boarding needs at the last minute and graciously accommodate our needs. Everyone I interacted with at Cary Kennels & Spa were extremely friendly and informative. I did not feel like a burden with our requests and Velma seemed to have a lovely time (even with her injury). I will definitely be returning to Cary Kennels & Spa for additional boarding needs, as needed, and even to check out the spa! Velma gets nervous with bath time and I am thinking they might be a great low-energy option for her bath needs. Thanks again!

Y'all were amazing with our two old boys today. They look fabulous! They look like they are 10 years younger. Would definitely be coming back.

We used Cary Kennels for a long stay while our family was in transition to NC. Our puppy had a fantastic time, and it really made us feel comfortable that we received lots of updates and photos. She was regularly bathed brushed out, and even got a fresh trim before we picked her up! All of the staff truly love animals and show a great sense of pride in their business. We will definitely be back for boarding in the future!

We really lucked out with Cary Kennels and Spa! It was actually suggested to us by another dog boarding facility and we will for sure be using Cary Kennels every time we go out of town now! This was our first time leaving our two pups for more than a night somewhere and at first I was very nervous, but after seeing how happy they were after their first “test day” and meeting Diane, all fears were gone! My husband and I could enjoy our trip with our friends knowing that Jax and Piper were very well taken care of! Perfect place for boarding or for dropping off for daycare! 10/10 Recommend!

Diane at Cary Kennels & Spa came highly recommended to us from our dog trainer. Our dog, Charlie is a rambunctious 1.5 year old Golden Retriever. Charlie is known to be smart, curious and very mischievous. For these reasons, Charlie needed an experienced dog handler and someone who can be his leader during the day.Diane has provided just that. One of the things that I love most about Cary Kennels and Spa is the small feeling of the facility. I know that when I drop Charlie off, he will be in good hands until the second that I pick him up. I also enjoy the fact that I receive real and honest feedback about his behavior as Diane enjoys getting to know her canine customers. We are extremely fortunate to find Diane! Do not hesitate to give her a shot as your pup will thank you later!

My dog needed to be boarded for the 1st time in over a year. The smaller atmosphere and more personal feel of this place was perfect for him having just come off of two leg surgeries over the last 9 months. Diane provided the perfect setting for me to leave him for a week with the piece of mind that he would get enough one on one time and not be overburdened with any social anxieties or too many dogs. My happy pup was sad to leave, but I'm so glad that I found a great place for him to go anytime I need to leave town. Thanks again.

We use Cary Kennels for both doggy daycare and boarding when we go out of town, and our dog loves it. It gives her a chance to be social with other dogs and she always comes home worn out from playing! Best of all, I feel like they really know our dog well and enjoy spending time with her. Highly recommended!

I’ve boarded two dogs at the Pet Palace in Cary, NC for several years now. They were referred to me by a friend as well, and I have been so happy with their services. They are friendly, know my dogs, call if there are any issues and they have a good service offering. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for doggie daycare, boarding, and grooming.

New client whose veterinarian recommended Pet Palace as a dog daycare with a more structured environment. Have been pleasantly surprised that a dog daycare with limited playtime has had a positive effect on both of my dogs. Jami and all of the staff are kind, considerate, competent in handling the dogs, attentive to clients needs and overall pleasant to deal with. Could not end this review without including Redd who is the groomer for my two dogs, She is understanding and patient when working with dogs that are a little uncomfortable in a new environment. She finds the time to discuss how the appointment went and what could be done to improve the experience. Best place ever to board your dog or for daycare. The staff is so knowledgeable and genuinely cares about your pet. My dog LOVES coming here and always has a great time. The staff is incredible and the place is so clean and nice. My dog loves playing in the pool here. Highly recommend!!

I can't say enough positive things about the Pet Palace!!! I have not had great experiences with grooming places since I moved down here in 2021, and have been searching for a place that really GETS dogs. This place does! I visited the Palace a few weeks back to get a look and feel of the place and after speaking with the front desk staff and one of the groomers, Redd, I decided to book an appointment. I told them about my dog's anxiety, and how she can not be put into a kennel. She will literally hyperventilate. She has sensitive front paws ( not uncommon for a lot of dogs ). She has luxating patellas. Redd listened, took in every concern I had, and after picking her up from her appointment yesterday, I could not believe how calm my dog was. I walked in and she was just getting her bandana on and she was happy!! AND, she had the best grooming job she has had since I came to NC. Seriously, if you are looking for a GREAT place to have your dog groomed, this is the place! Thank you Redd and the staff at Pet Palace!!

My first time taking my young labradoodle to Pet Palace and I’ll never go back again. They abused my dog with cuts on his legs & ears and said he was “too energetic” for them. If someone has any recommendations for a decent groomer in the area, please let me know.

First time visiting Pet Palace for a grooming appointment for our 3.5 year old golden retriever. Laura did an awesome job!! Our little fur ball looks like a new pup. We will definitely be back again 😁 …

Our fur baby has been going to Pet Palace since she was 8 months old. It's been 4 years now. I can't be more grateful to the staff at Pet Palace. Jamie and her team - Ava, Emily, Ronnie, Emma, Christopher and Brian have taken care of Arya so well. They have addressed all our needs. If you call, they will always respond and look up your fur baby. I haven't found a better and more reliable boarding than Pet Palace. The staff are very kind and friendly. Additionally their grooming is great. They do a wonderful job. Its certainly a Palace for fur babies.

Please do not take your pet to Pet Palace. Our dog was abused while he was there for a week. No phone call at all to inform us of what happened to the injuries he suffered while in their care. This should have been a sign! On more than one occasion we have asked for his nails to be cut or him to receive a bath and they charge us, but do not provide the service. This place was recommended to us by our neighbor, but we will never go there again. Every time we post the injury, it gets taken down. Let’s you know they are hiding how the abuse people’s pets. He was in so much pain. The picture is of his neck area. They provided no answer as to how this could happened.

My buddy Commander goes here for boarding and grooming. The Pet Palace team never complains about him and any time we can view him via the boarding cams, he is having a blast with new friends during social time. The grooming team is very kind and efficient. Lastly, the facility keeps close tabs on vet records, so I know the other pets he is interacting with are also safe and healthy. Thank you team!~

We’ve been going to PP for both daycare and boarding for over a year now. We have 2 dogs that absolutely love love going. Our older 4.5 GSP has been rough to board previously due to some anxiety and allergy issues. She has had nothing of that at PP. We love how they care for and truly know their personalities and try to keep their training and manners in check as we do. At Valentine’s Day I just beamed at the gifts they sent home from daycare. Now if this is not a picture of happy dogs, I don’t know what else is!

Perfect location to USA Baseball National Training Facility. The staff was pleasant and our dog loved the experience. We are Camp Bow Wow customers across the nation as we travel for baseball. Every experience has been incredible! This visit was for camp and enrichment! Definitely will be back ♥️ Thank you for loving on our Deuce!

My dog had a blast at his interview day. I hate how young they require them to be fixed that could be a health hazard to your beloved pet. The place looked clean, and the cameras are fun to watch. I would recommend

I have been taking my dogs to this location for about a year now and I highly recommend CampBowWow to anyone. My dogs love it, they have the best time playing for hours with their friends. The counselors are amazing and I can tell they really enjoy their job - thank you for all that you do for our pups! Laurie is amazing, my husky loves to sing "Good morning" to her every day at drop off :) They have also started to offer bath, brush, and dry services and every time that I've used them I've been impressed. My dogs look, feel, and smell amazing! 15/10 would highly recommend bringing your dog here. They also have an app where you can view live webcam feed to check in on your dog and schedule daycare, boarding, etc.

Very organized and convenient daycare provider. Pricing is reasonable, and workers are always pleasant. Great opportunity for our dog to get some socialization and time away from the routine. And of course the live video feeds are comforting and captivating.

Camp Bow Wow Cary is the best place to care for your, and mine, dog(s)! The staff love each and every dog as their own. Our dog has spent daycare and boarding time at this location for 7 years, he always comes home happy and sleepy so you know they’ve had plenty of playtime. They offer fun seasonal activities which are fun for them and you get a cute memory item. They offer bathing and other personal one on one activities. I highly recommend Cary Camp Bow Wow!!

I rescued my boy Spot about a year ago and he came to me with a TON of anxiety! He was afraid of everyone and everything! After I started taking him to Camp Bow Wow, he began to relax a bit and gained some confidence! The staff is so attentive to all of the campers and really go above and beyond! It was his birthday a few weeks ago and I mentioned that when I dropped him off. They asked if he could have treats, and I said of course! I didn't expect what they actually did for him! When I picked him up later that day, I was handed a bag of B-day presents for him, including chew toys, a ball, and treats, AND a B-day card with a few pictures of him having fun that day, that everyone had signed! What an amazing gesture by a truly amazing staff! We moved from Cary to DT Raleigh a few months ago, and it's not terribly convenient to take him there anymore, but I'll never take him anywhere else and I'll drive a little further to know that he's well taken care of when he's not with me!

We just completed the interview our dog which is required before boarding. Everyone was welcoming to us and our pet. Our pet seemed happy when we picked her up. The process was very easy. We loved the picture they took of our dog too! We have booked a boarding stay.

The staff seem to genuinely care about the dogs and their owners. Our dog Esteban loves Camp Bow Wow and gets very excited when our car makes the turn onto Woodwinds Industrial Court. His whole personality has changed for the better since he began going to doggy day care. Our dog had been abused prior to our adopting him almost 2 years ago. He had been used as a bait dog and has the equivalent of PTSD. When we adopted him he was on two different anxiety prescriptions and we have now been able to wean him from one of them completely. Both my husband and I credit Camp Bow Wow in Cary for this huge transition. Our dog used to be afraid of other dogs and now he can't wait for his Camp Bow Wow days. When we arrive we can watch him on their large TV screen and we can see how excited he is to greet the staff members and his doggy friends. The staff here is just incredible. They have created a very warm and inviting atmosphere for everyone's beloved dogs. My husband and I feel that he is safe and very well cared for. We recommend Camp Bow Wow Cary to anyone who has a dog. Especially if your dog has anxiety issues or comes from an abused situation. You will see a difference!!!! UPDATE March 2023 We have added another special needs dog to our family. Eleanor was also a "bait dog" and suffered severe physical and mental injuries. When we adopted our rescue pitty, we made sure to bring her to Camp Bow Wow Cary when we dropped off her brother, Esteban. The staff went out of their way to make her comfortable and allow her to get to know them before we began leaving her there. Her progress has been amazing. A special thank you to Taylor, Jamie, Jordan, Summer Martin, Laurie Adams, and Megan Yates for making our little girl feel safe. I know that there are many other staff members who are also responsible for her well-being and I am sorry I do not have all of their names. This place is wonderful. We highly recommend them!!! Update: 12/22/2023 Hands down the very best place to leave our beloved dogs. My husband and I drive 45 minutes one way to get to Camp Bow Wow in Cary even though there are other doggy day care centers much closer to where we live. It is well worth it. The staff treats every fur baby as if they are theirs. And they excel in taking care of special needs dogs and both of our dogs are. My husband and I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow in Cary. It is clean, organized, and a very safe place to leave your dogs.

Everything about Camp Bow Wow is amazing. The staff is wonderful and treated my dog as well as I do. She had a great time and made some pup friends, after she got used to being around so many dogs at once! She's a shy girl, but came out of her shell eventually. Highly recommend their services for day care and boarding!

Camp Bow Wow was the third doggie daycare we tried in Cary, and the third was the charm. The staff is friendly and professional. The pup is happy and unwound when we pick him up. They seem to have pretty good safety protocols. I'm happy a friend recommended them to us.

Harmony Pet Resort was the perfect place for our Molly. She is 9 months old and this was her first time away from us and she did great. The staff was so caring and attentive and made sure she was put in the right play group for her personality. They sent pictures throughout the day and quickly responded to any of our questions. We are so pleased that we found a safe and loving place with caring attendants for our Molly. It was such a positive experience that we will send her back just for play days. I highly recommend Harmony!

I am very pleased with the care and support the team at Harmony Pet Resort & Spa provide our beagle Tucker when he is being boarded or enjoying a play day. I believe that the team at Harmony Pet Resort & Spa do an exceptional job caring for Tucker when he is being boarded because Tucker suffers from separation anxiety. Their attention and care helps Tuckers enjoy his boarding stay while we are away. My wife and I enjoy getting pictures of Tucker daily. Harmony is by far the BEST in pet care. My Cinnamon was boarded and became anxious. The staff was attentive to her and I was getting daily updates. The Spa and Hospital staff are nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL and extremely caring for the services provided to our furbaby. I want to send a special thank you to Courtney who really took her time with Cinnamon and notifying me on her progress. Harmony is the only place I will take my furbaby to. Thank you all so much.

Harmony Pet Resort and Spa is great. We recently moved to NC from owning a house with 1/2 acre property to an apartment. Our dog needed to run and play so we decided to put her in daycare. We chose Harmony because they complete a comprehensive evaluation of dogs that enter the daycare , to see what their specific needs are and what group they will best fit into. This is one reason I never take my dog to a dog park. I like the structure and safety of the daycare setting and Harmony Pet Resort and Spa offers everything. They are pleasant and really love the dogs. They slowly introduce the dogs to get them familiar with their new surroundings , before they enter the group and best of all, They send you pics during the day to show you how your dog is doing. Attached is a pic from Harmony of my dogs first day ever in daycare! 😀 She looks very happy, doesn’t she? We will continue to bring her to Harmony Pet Resort and Spa.

Our sweet Labrador LOVES her day each week to go play with her friends. She is very happy there too when we go out of town. We tried a place closer to home , but the second time refused to get out of the car to go in. She knows what she loves and we are glad to know she is well cared for every week and the times we have travelled. We highly recommend Harmony to other canine families.

Exceptional staff on the vet side and at the pet spa & doggy day care. This team treats our lab mix pup like she's their own dog. The daycare staff are her favorites, they send pics of our Bella Poppy thru out the day, always happy & "smiling" which we absolutely love.

Maybe it is what it is and I get what I paid for... I went on a work trip for a week and couldn't bring my 6 months old Schnauzer. I tried this place for the value and 'reviews'. When I arrived to drop-off my pups, I knew I made a mistake but was too late to look elsewhere. The way they treated me could've been a hint of how they treat dogs. The check-in was rushed, the lady was rude and disrespectful to me, and they basically snatched the dog off my arms and threw him in the back. There was little explanation of the process or what is done on a daily basis. Although I asked for a bath, when I picked him up last Saturday he looked like a mess. Luckily he was going to the usual groomer the next day... He was very anxious to see me and was ready to go home. He looked skinnier than when I dropped him off so I take it he was not eating well. They did not communicate with me throughout his stay to provide updates and make it hard to get images for status. He's been acting differently since he arrived and looks almost traumatized with the stay. I would not trust these people again...

Our greyhound Bruce always has a great time! He loves going to “camp” at Green Level. The staff are friendly and attentive. They have always followed any special instructions I’ve given. This will continue to be our go-to kennel!

I’ve used this company for over a year. I will usually leave my dog overnight for a week plus when traveling for work. It’s always stressful leaving your dog overnight but I’ve never had a major issue here. They’ve always made things right if a problem occurs. I’d recommend it over any other kennel in the area.

I was very happy with our experience! Whenever I called to check on my dog they were very kind and kept notes on how my dog was eating and behaving. Our dog got a free bath after staying 10+ days and he smelled and looked amazing! We will definitely be using this place in the future

My dog is always happy to arrive at Green Level Kennel and never in a rush to leave. One time I went to puck up my dog from them Izzy my dog gave me a very warm welcome to only turn around and try to walk back in. Friendly staff and kennels are clean. I've boarded my dog here numerous times with a 100 percent satisfaction level from me. Highly recommend them!

Love the staff at Green Level. I’ve been boarding my dog Yogi with them, on and off whenever we need to go somewhere we can’t bring him, for over a year now. Our first experience with Green Level was last year, when we had to kennel him for THREE MONTHS while our mortgage lenders got their $h*t together so that we could finally move into our new home. Green Level treated Yogi with TLC, and Yogi seemed to feel right at home. Since then, I’ve always trusted Green Level to treat Yogi like their own family. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

We have been boarding our dogs here for years. We love that 2 dogs from the same household can be boarded in the same run, and that they get so much outdoor exercise time, with or without other dogs. Our younger dog is very shy with new people but the staff manages her beautifully and she's gotten to the point where she's happy to see them. I trust this place 100% to take great care of our dogs.

We've never used a pet sitter before but Robin was fantastic! She went out of her way to make time for us for an otherwise busy fourth of July week and worked with us on our preferred schedule. Our two cats can be a lot of work but Robin left us incredibly detailed messages of all she did, took lots of pictures, and even let us know we were almost out of something so we could pick it up before returning home! We're so thankful we can leave our pets without worry!

What a wonderful experience- Robin is amazing and after this week I think my cat might like her more than me! I was nervous to leave Juniper alone for so long but after the first update I knew there would be no issues. Robin made sure to send in depth notes about each visit and lots of photos (which always made my day). I’ve never come home from a trip away without June being sort of grumpy at me but this time she was relaxed and very happy, like we hadn’t left at all. I should also mention that the set up process was a breeze and we had a meet and greet beforehand just to get everyone acquainted. I can’t recccomend Robin and Pure Love enough!!

We have been using Pure Love Pet Sitting for the past two years and I can honestly say that our vacations and work trips are more relaxing knowing our pets are in good hands. Not only are they hands on and loving with our fur babies, they are amazing when it comes to leaving little updates and notifications with each visit they make. It’s always comforting to see photos of happy pets while you’re away and even more comforting to be able to allow the pets to stay in the security of their own homes as opposed to having to board them.

Robin is the best! I have a senior dog with some behavior quirks and Robin worked with me to make sure my dog was comfortable with her before sitting for my 3 day trip. This was the first time I have tried in-home sitting and it was a great success! Robin is calm, confident and loving with my dog, which I think makes a huge difference in my dog being comfortable with her. All of my instructions were followed to a T. I received a detailed written report with pictures after every visit. I loved seeing the pictures of my dog playing and snuggling with Robin; happy as a clam at home vs stressed at a kennel. Robin is a cat whisperer! My cat is afraid of everyone….except Robin. He actually greets her at the door when she comes to feed him and lets her pet him. This was the best experience I’ve had with a pet sitter! My cats are messy eaters and worse with the litter box. Robin is amazing at cleaning up everything!! She communicates all details and sends great pictures!! I felt so relaxed knowing my cats were in great care! I would high recommend Pure Love Pet Sitting!

Robin and Jeremy are absolutely the best. Do not hesitate to reach out to them if you are in need of pet sitting. One of our pups was diagnosed with pancreatitis prior to leaving town. With the meds and strict food intake, and the idea of boarding them we almost canceled our trip. Instead, I reached out to the Pure love team and they scheduled a meet and greet to meet the dogs and come up with a scheduled plan. They exceeded our expectations and we will be a forever customer. The dogs loved Jeremy and he sent us updates and photos through the affiliate app they use. It's easy to access and message for updates and questions. I cannot thank them enough for caring for our fur babies!

We were fortunate to have such a kind and caring person as Jeremy taking care of our cat (Winslow) while we were away. Jeremy went the extra mile during each visit, including vacuuming around the litter box after scooping it out and cleaning up where he saw that Winslow had thrown up. My wife keeps marveling at how clean our house was when we returned! Jeremy also sent us lots of wonderful pictures of Winslow each day, including the three that are posted. It was clear from the pictures that Winslow was very comfortable with Jeremy and was enjoying his usual routines of drinking from the faucet and getting lots of attention. Jeremy may have taken better care of Winslow than we do! I’m sure Winslow is looking forward to the next time we leave town so that he can be completely spoiled again. We felt very comfortable with Pure Love Pet Sitting taking care of our cat and our house while we were away and enthusiastically recommend them to anyone!

Robin is amazing!!! I reached out to her last minute within days of our trip and she was able to squeeze us in her schedule no problem. The app she uses to schedule the visits is easy to use and leaves no room for confusion. She went above and beyond during her visits, sent us a bunch of pictures and details of what the visit included. I love how detail oriented she is, she not only took care of our dog but made sure our home was safe too. We knew our dog was in good hands and we were able to relax and enjoy our trip 100%. Would definitely recommend, Robin is the best!!!

Got my dog in at short notice for boarding over a weekend, which was amazing! Staff was very friendly and helpful. My only gripe is that my dog couldn't attend daycare while there because he had never been before, even though they did an evaluation for small group play instead. Not sure why they couldn't do a daycare eval while he was there, but oh well. Still happy we found somewhere to care for him at such short notice!

We get excellent care at Town and Country for both our cat and dog. We have been customers for over 20 years now, and they are always kind, caring, accommodating and knowledgeable.

Boarded my golden doodle here for a long weekend while we traveled out of state. At pickup, his backside was covered in diarrhea. They stated that must’ve just happened (it was absolutely NOT fresh) and that he had a loose stool earlier that they meant to call us about but didn’t get to it before we came for pickup. They rinsed him off and we took him home thinking that was the end of it. Once home, he was not himself. Wouldn’t eat or drink, lethargic, vomiting, and blood filled diarrhea. His back area was unbelievably red and inflamed. He was having urgent accidents all over the house. We immediately took him to the vet where we spent hours getting him treated. I called to speak to the manager at town and country about what happened and was met with ZERO empathy and she was rude and unprofessional. She refused to accept any responsibility for him sitting in diarrhea for who knows how long, not notifying us when he had loose stools, or even apologize for the condition he was in. When I got emotional about him being very sick, she told me that he is like that because I am upset and I needed to reel it in. She was cold, heartless and rude. How could someone who works with animals be like this? How could I trust that my dog is being attended to and cared for while in their care, if they “didn’t notice” his diarrhea all over his back end?! My vet was horrified when my dog was brought in and validated that they absolutely have some responsibility in this. I understand dogs get stressed and could get upset stomachs, but this was a different level and we had NO IDEA. I am very thankful we came home a day early, because had we not, I’m not sure what condition I would have picked my dog up in. They refunded me $80 for the cost of my vet exam (on a $400 bill, plus a $250+ bill to town and country for boarding) but it doesn’t feel like enough. Compassion and accountability/ownership goes a long way and if you’re looking for peace of mind when you board your most important part of your life, don’t send them here. I’m very disappointed and disheartened. We will not be back.

We take all our animals here. They tend to be able to get you in when you need it and charge standard prices. All of the vets have been super nice and helpful

This is my second doghere I've been going here for 2 decades. Great for socialization. My dog loves to swim. There looks forward to going every time also gives me the break. I need the staff.All seems to love their job

My cat has been seen by two different veterinarians here and I have found both to be very pleasant and professional. I am very pleased with this office.

We had been going to Town and county for a total of around 5 years from 2013 - 2016 and 2022 to 2023. We had raised 1 puppy through their training program and for around 4 years bi weekly daycare. We also regularly boarded her, and groomed her there during that time. In 2022 we moved back to the area and got a second puppy who we also took through training and some daycare and boarding as well in the past year and a half. We have always recommended t&c since we started going here - friends, family, and in work channels with exposure to hundreds of folks in the area. They got to know our girls and our girls grew to love T&c - they would start yipping as soon as we turned on old Apex. Last year we were doing an extended board for a funeral and trip. We were doing an evening drop off during the 1 hour window they had. I thought that window was a different window due to grief and stress. When the manager called and got very aggressive with me while I was trying to apologize for this being the case. When I arrived 15 minutes late after rushing there - I requested to speak with her in which she did not take me to a private space to talk it through but proceeded to raise her voice in the lobby - while again I was trying to apologize but also state I was frustrated by her tone with me while I was just trying to state why and explain I would cover any additional late fees. We had been loyal customers and promoters for years. When you can't take feedback to treat your customers with respect - or even be kind when they may be going through an emergency and that's why they are coming to you - that's rough. It made me nervous to leave the girls there in a space I perceived as safe and loving while I was in crisis. While I'm thankful for all of the memories that t&c gave our girls and us - we will not be going back. I'd like to be treated kinder and with more respect for as much as we have supported the business and encouraged our friends and family to go there. It's heartbreaking. While I acknowledge we were late (and that was out of character for us) - and I apologized and offered to pay for extra time - I was met with rudeness, the inability to communicate with me like a human and customer, and humiliated in the lobby. We now no. Longer go to the vet there either as I get stressed thinking all run into the manager. T&c is a special place for pets - but the management could have been kinder and allowed for feedback in a stressful moment.

We love this office and all of the staff. It makes it even nicer to have a boarding facility next door. All 3 of our dogs (Scamp, Neo & Falkor) have been to this clinic for various serious to minor cases. Will never go anywhere else. Sincerest thank-you to Dr.Grouix and her staff!

We took all three of our dogs there to establish care. They are all different breeds, ages and sizes. They took excellent care of all of them and have handled their ongoing issues very well. We are so glad we chose them!

I absolutely love TC! My dog Lincoln looks forward to day care and is always warmly greeted by the staff. They seem to love him for all his oddities and high energy. He goes twice a week, which gives me a break and gives him an outlet for all those zoomies! I’ve actually moved and have several facilities much closer to my new home. I continue to use TC despite the long drive because I feel so comfortable with the team. When I go on vacation, I don’t worry for a minute that Lincoln isn’t well taken care of. It’s his second family. Big thanks and kudos to all of the TC staff for your hard work. Lincoln is ready to see you all tomorrow :)
