Today our cat Molly will once again be staying at her little palace. She never likes the trip in the car but as soon as she's in there, she sees Deanna and she's happy. Molly's loved and taken care of and never wants to come home!

Fantastic dog boarding establishment! We love boarding our two pups with Deanna and team! They do a GREAT job and our dogs love staying here. Fair and reasonable prices. Deanna books up fast so be sure to utilize her Facebook page to reach out and inquire for availability. Great place to board in the high desert/Apple Valley!

Boarded our 2 dogs together very last minute while we attended a funeral. They had their own little indoor/outdoor suite. Great atmosphere and cool aquarium in the lobby. Our pets were safe and happy and the prices were reasonable. Thank you so much!

I call the owner, Deanna, the "animal whisperer" because the animals just love her! She provides a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for the cats and dogs! Your fur baby is in terrific hands while under Deanna's care! I wouldn't take my animals anywhere else because I trust her! Thank God for Deanna!

All of the 5 star reviews from other people are spot on. *I have a dog, so my review is specifically about the dog services*. I have had only excellent experiences with this mom and pop boarding facility. They allowed me to tour the areas where my dog would be staying. Their rates are very reasonable, and it's such an added bonus that animals get play time/socialization here, vs at other places, where they are essentially kept in their dog runs the entire time. Overnight boarding as well as daycare are offered . They are located a little off the beaten path, but I assure you, they are worth it and your dogs will appreciate you for making the decision to stay here. Thank you for accepting me and my dog as a client. 🥰

My only complaints is that they are so great here that I just keep telling all my fellow dog owners at the dog park and now they are getting booked up! So we just moved to the area and I was so nervous to drop my 2 dogs off as I have never had anyone but my family watch them. Honestly, I think my 2 dogs had an amazing time while here! I believe they just played in the dog yard with other dogs for 2 days straight (I forgot to ask for certain). They both came home so tired and stupid-happy looking! My husband was the one to pick them up from here but he told me that one of my dogs even kissed the owner goodbye, which says a lot as this dog is very shy around people.

They took great care of our 2 cats and even special care of our dog, Riley who has had a tough past. Rates are extremely reasonable and staff is well qualified. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Took my girl there to stay for a week. Her suite was nice and all the dogs seemed happy there and got along well. The place is clean and well taken care of along with your pet.

I would not recommend leaving your pup here! I specifically informed them my Pug does not do well in heat and they told me they have a a/c. When I picked him up today I asked them how did he do and the girl at the front desk just said he did okay that he worried them a bit and had to mist him with water since he was hot. They wouldn’t have had to do any of that if they had a a/c like they told me they had. My poor dog came out all traumatized and was over heating!!! 1 hour later and he is still not okay!!! The staff isn’t welcoming either! Horrible service all around!!!!!

This place is amazing. Brought our husky here for three days for an incredible price. Also had them groom her, which includes nail clipping, hair cutting, and bathing. All for just $55.00. Update! The prices have gone up due to inflation. But this place continues to do a good job. 👍

We love the boarding. We took our 9 month pup and she did great. I love that they have private play time. We have gone twice now and both times the staff was friendly. The prices are reasonable. I would recommend for your dog while you are away.

After 2 visits my dog has found his favorite spot to board. He's always happy to pull in and get dropped off.

First time boarding both my babies and I am super happy. They got yard time and we're kenneled together. Easy access off the road, decent prices. Options to bring your own food or theirs at no extra charge. My babies came home happy and healthy.

I think it's extremely important that I inform everyone that is considering boarding their dog at Dogs Day Inn this information. I was boarding my two dogs there for 8 days and on the 7th day I received a phone call from Karen, the owner of Dogs Day Inn, at 9:30 am to inform me their boarding facility was broken into and that my dog Sandi was missing. When I received the phone call, I was in Hawaii and I felt completely helpless being so far away from home because I wasn't able to help find Sandi. Karen told me she was the only dog missing, which I find strange because my other dog Macy was in the same kennel, but thankfully Macy was still there. Karen informed me that she reported the break in to the Apple Valley Sheriff's Department and also informed Apple Valley Animal Shelter my dog was missing. I asked if she reported Sandi missing to the other animal shelters and she said no because Sandi went missing in Apple Valley. That does not make sense to me why she didn't think it was important enough to call Hesperia Animal Shelter as well. I did go to the AV Sheriff Dept to pick up the incident report and Karen reported the break in and Sandi missing at 7:30 am, but didn't tell me until 9:30 am. I'm trying to understand why she waited 2 hours to tell me Sandi was missing. I could have had my friends looking for Sandi 2 hours sooner if Karen had told me when she realized Sandi was missing. Karen told me that an unknown suspect went through Sandi and Macy's kennel to go to the office and that Sandi must have ran away through the open gate. I'm having a hard time believing that Sandi would run away but my other dog Macy wouldn't because they both were in the same kennel. The bottom line is that Sandi would have NEVER went missing if the owner had the kennels and the gates locked. The doggie doors are closed at night so the dogs can't go outside but they are not locked so that means anyone can open the doggie doors and either let a dog/dogs out or steal as many as they want. There is no way anyone should be able to walk through an unlocked boarding facility that is being paid and entrusted to care for a family's pet and in most peoples' opinion, family member. Also, they do not have cameras so I'm unable to know exactly what happened to Sandi. They also do not have any type of alarm system. Another thing that is upsetting and very inconsiderate of the owner is that the only time I was contacted was when she called me to tell me Sandi was missing. She never once called me to ask if I needed any help finding Sandi or if there was anything else she could do for me. I don't know what she is doing to help us find our precious family member other than she made flyers that I asked her to do and she gave them to me so I could post them. When my friend went to Dogs Day Inn to help look for Sandi she told me that none of the workers were outside helping to find Sandi except the owner. My friend thought that was odd because they were acting like it was no big deal. All of Karen's employees should have been out looking for Sandi. This has been extremely hard for my family and our other dog Macy. It's been 2 weeks since Sandi has been missing and all I want is to have my baby back home where she belongs. It is an awful feeling to find out on vacation that one of your dogs is missing when you have entrusted a business to take care of both of your dogs/your family members. I wish I could really know what truly happened to Sandi. The validity of the story from the owner as to what happened just seems very suspicious to say the least. Sandi has been missing since 1/21/2020 according to the owner.

I'd recommend anyone who needs a pet sitter to come here. I first brought my pups a couple of years ago and I won't ever bring them anywhere else. My husky Matix has insane deportation anxiety but this has become his second home, he loves coming.

I have never used this place first thing. However I was calling on behalf of my mom for the simple fact when my grandmother went into the hospital I was reaching out to places for her little dog my parents live in Hesperia and my grandmother lives in Apple valley however I live in running springs so I was thinking I've got a place that was close for my parents to be able to go and keep the dog. The lady that I spoke to on the phone seemed very professional and very nice so I get it four stars. Don't worry the dog is doing great my daughter's I love my grandmother's dog but they are well aware that the dog will have to go home soon.

My dog is not quite sociable, but Tonette is experienced and gave him love. Look how happy he is!

My dog's home away from home with his 2nd momma. He loves her more than me I think sometimes. But then I come to pick him up and he is bounding around the room and sassing the other dogs because he is happy. He is 14 years old now and hasn't acted so playfully in 3 to 4 years. Tonette has worked some miracle with him just by being with him while I'm at work. I cannot say enough to praise this woman. So kind, patient, and loving she creates a safe space for each of the animals in her care. That has built up confidence in my senior dog who stopped playing with other dogs when he was afraid of being hurt because of his arthritis. He will even start the playtime with the other dogs now. He is also much calmer. His separation anxiety made him so anxious all the time because he knew I was going to leave for work. Now he knows he has a fun, loving home with a second family that loves him to be with while his momma is working overnight

Great place for our two pugs to stay when we’re away. Quality and well taken care of. Very appreciative to have someone keep our puggies safe while we’re away.

Dani's pet boarding was a real God send, what a find! I need somewhere to take my 5 month old Pup(and on a relatively short notice)and Dani's boarding was available. My puppy was so happy and well cared for, she took her out for exercise regularly and sent me videos and pictures too keep me at ease while she was away from home. She has everything there for your animal to be cared for just like home! Well worth the very reasonable price. Best experience with a groomer ever! Jessi is absolutely dynamite, and I highly recommend her. I was able to get my dog in for an appointment at the last minute. My dog Buzz is a little wild and high-energy, but Jessi was very sweet with him and able to do an outstanding job on him. Just look at how dapper he looks! Awesome. Had my cat shaved, did a great job. Great customer service, but cat prices are higher than others for same service. But they are consistent having a cat person on staff.

We take our cat here every few months! She always gets shaved so nicely and smells great. She also isn't having a panic attack after leaving like she would have at petsmart.

We have been going to Michelle's pampered pets for about 4 to 5 years now. It's been wonderful. However prior to taking all 3 of our K9's we always as the price so we can pay cash and tip cash. This last week we took them in and and dropped them off like normal, then my girlfriend went to pick them up. The price was 40 more than we were quoted. (Additionally she paid ot and tipped 10 additional per dog, not that that matters) so when she advised me of this I called and it appears perhaps the manager or owner answered (not certian however sounded like it) I very nicely asked why we were told one thing when we called and and had to pay a different price upon pick up. Her answer was "well my rent went up, so my the prices go up." I was shocked that she answered that way. I mean she could've answered in a more professional and kind manner. So I re advised her that wasn't the price we were quoted and stated that we should have been called and notifies. Reasons are because what if we could afford that. She stated she'll find out who answered the call that day and tell them. Very disappointing as for years it was great. Unfortunately due to the unprofessional demeanor we will be seeking a new groomer. In addition our third pet didn't receive grooming to her rear compared to the other one nor their feet pads groomed. We paid 160 for services instead of the 120 we were quoted. Plus 30 tip. We are reasonable folks , however when there's unprofessional communication and services it's unfortunate. 1st photo is groomed rear end of one and 2nd is un groomed or manicured of the other.

They are totally awesome with my brother's and mom's dogs when I come out this way every 5 months I take them to clip and file and my daughter just moved out here from Lakewood and she brought my mom's German Shepard to get a full de shedding and clip and file and I love these ladies they treat my families dogs with respect and they are never hesitant to come back. Great place to take your animals and they are safe with these ladies. Won't take my families animals anywhere else!!💚

My husband and I have been using Nancy's pet sitting services for over a year now and have always been very pleased. We have 5 parrots, 2 dogs and 2 cats. We always return to well cared for and well loved pets. Nancy is very good at staying in touch with us when we're away and sends texts and photos often to keep our minds at ease. Our dogs are especially excited to see Nancy when she comes ... (maybe it's those treats in her pocket though!) ;-)

I engaged the services of Nancy Camello with Time savers. I have 2 dogs, 2 cats and a parrot. The care of my animals was excellent. They were calm and at ease when I returned from vacation. I always felt uncomfortable leaving them in the hands of another person. Not now. As long as Nancy provides this service I will use her exclusively.

Nancy recently took care of my pitbull who can be more than a handful at times and did an amazing job! She took excellent care of him while I was away, if you are looking for a great pet sitter she is it! I was nervous leaving my puppy for over a week while I was out of state but she sent pictures and videos the whole time!

I can't thank Nancy enough for her wonderful service. I have a tough pet to take care of. I was really nervous about turning my Willy's care over to someone. Willy is an 8 year old parapalygic Labrador. He's a super sweet fella, but he's sensitive to his vulnerability. He wears a wrap, a band diaper. He weights over 90 Lbs. His care is not for the feint of heart. I had an emergency and had to leave quickly for two days. I had been referred to Nancy by a neighbor. I was nervous and doubtful anyone would want to care for such a big crippled animal. When I met Nancy I shared my concerns. She laughed and showed me her pet...a Bull!!! He is HUGE! I knew then she was the right person. Everything went great!! It's so comforting to know I have back up if I have something that I have to travel for. I highly recommend Nancy for your fur/feather/fin petcare! She's an angel💕

Me and my husband have been boarding our two dogs with valley pet hotel for over a year now. The place is always very clean and each time we board we have an even better experience. Daniel has been taking care of us Since the first drop off and has always been very Kind and knowledgeable. He’s always very nice to talk to and We know our pets are in great hands. The staff is great and even though our pets Aren’t the friendliest with other dogs, The staff does their best to accommodate and make sure that they get plenty of one on one time with the staff. I will never stop recommending this place to people I know, It’s truly the one and only places I can trust my pets to stay. We LOVE Valley Animal Hospital and their daycare and Boarding program! Our little guy knows EXACTLY Where he’s at as soon as we pull into their facility because he always has the best time there. We are sooo grateful for how well they take care of Adonis! He is well Socialized with all different ages, sizes and breeds. They even go as far as do mini trainings throughout the day with our pup so he can stay in tune with his commands and learning boundaries with the staff and other dogs. We truly are grateful and pleased With everyone and the whole experience to far. You won’t regret this leaving your pup in their hands! I want to start off by saying this facility is fantastic and very clean. I also enjoyed coming in and seeing my dog play inside the doggy area. They always have a bunch of dogs out and it’s nice to see everyone socializing . Daniel helped me out and was fantastic and very friendly. He was willing to answer any questions/concerns I had! I love to talk a lot and didn’t feel rushed to leave when speaking to him. I also want to thank all the ladies who also helped care for my baby. I’m always nervous but the report cards and photos are my favorite thing about this place. The place also has a hospital which is open 6 days a week. My baby is older so I’m always worried about leaving them anywhere but thankfully they have a section in that agreement that if anything happens to them, they’ll be seen over there, “with permission of course”. Thankfully my baby did fabulous! Overall I’m very thankful for the staff and Daniel of the valley pet hotel. You guys truly have a passion for what you do. I will definitely be recommending all my friends and family.

I definitely would recommend Anthony to anyone looking to train their dog. My dog had lots of reactivity and behavioral issues before coming to Anthony for private training sessions. He is very knowledgeable and has been so helpful training my dog. She has mastered her leash skills and I can bring her to lots of dog friendly places with a peace of mind all thanks to his training skills!

Anthony is hands down the best dog trainer our dog has interacted with. Our dog had issues with listening to us when we called his name and he would also react a lot around other dogs. Anthony was able to help our dog with these issues and he has not had trouble with them since. Anything even kept him a few extras days to make sure everything was going to go well. He never failed to send us updates and pictures during his board and train. During the whole process Anthony was very open to answering any of our questions and concerns. Since then he has never failed to follow up with us and make sure everything is going well. Thank you Anthony !

Anthony is a great dog trainer! He is a no-nonsense type so your dog will learn to be the best they can be. Our Malinois came back from his board & train well behaved and responsive to our commands. I will say the hardest part is keeping up with the training! You cannot expect to have Anthony help train your dog and not put forth the effort to maintain once your dog is back home. Training and obedience is a lifelong commitment for you and your dog - Anthony can help you get there!

If I could give Gallardo’s K9 six stars I would! Prior to attending the 5 week board and train program, my 1.5 year old Frenchton had extremely high energy and bad habits picked up from dog parks. She struggled to walk on a leash without pulling and was constantly barking/overly excited around distractions. During the program, Anthony was communicative on her progress and updated us frequently via social media and direct text. His passion for training dogs shows in every aspect and I couldn’t be more thankful for his help! He taught me how to maintain the structure in my own home, so that my dog can continue to practice everything she learned during the program. Thanks to Anthony, I finally feel like I have authority over my dog and our relationship has grown through that level of respect we share. I now feel comfortable taking her out in public without needing to worry, and have gotten multiple compliments on how well behaved she is. This program completely changed my life and I will continue to recommend Gallardo’s K9 to everyone I know!

I thought Hank was a lost cause, he was barking at everything and everyone, escaping the backyard, nipping at me and lunging at children. After spending some time with Anthony doing a board and train, he’s a brand new pup with his same goofy personality! Hanks biggest struggles were his anxiety, timidness towards other dogs/people, escaping, and general boredom. I work sometimes 10 hour days and Anthony helped devise a plan that both supports Hank’s training and is manageable in my busy schedule. Anthony is professional, knowledgeable, and communicative. I recommend him to everyone I know as has trained Hank into my dream dog, I can now confidently take him camping, hiking, boating, and to dog-friendly places with ease. I look forward to being a part of Gallardo’s K-9s for life!

I would like to thank Anthony at Gallardos K9's for a job well done in training our family dog Wesson. Anthony is very responsive, attentive, and caring. Wesson was in a 6 week board and train program at his facility and let me say we are impressed and highly satisfied with the results. Prior to attending his program, we were unable to walk Wesson on a leash, he pulled us and was very hard to manage, he had human and dog reactivity when out in public and when guest came over. Wesson is a changed dog and we are loving it, we are now able to enjoy taking him out on walks without having to worry about being pulled, he walks right by our side and is not reactive like before. His at home skills are great, now that boundaries were set. I wish we would have done this sooner. If you're looking for someone to help you with your dogs needs look no further.

I came across Gallardo's K9's/Anthony after many inquiries and research, near and far, from a variety of places and I couldn't be happier with the results. Anthony is knowledgeable and passionate about what he does and he is patient with any questions or concerns (which is highly appreciated by any pet parent). We signed up our dog, Kingston, for a 5-weeks custom board and train and are very pleased with the improvements. Before we took Kingston to Gallardo's K9, we were struggling with excessive leash pulling, non-existent leash manners, and reactivity to mostly everything outside including cars, bikes, people, and noises. Since returning home, we have seen such a difference in Kingston. We no longer have issues with leash pulling and walking him is now so easy. He is able to be outside and not react to cars passing by. To this day, Anthony remains responsive to any questions I have and even follows up with how Kingston's doing, which speaks volumes about the care he has for his clients. I've recommended Gallardo's K9's to a friend of mine who also had a wonderful experience and great results, and will continue to recommend!

My pup Mona did a four week board-and-train with Anthony which exceeded my expectations by a mile. Anthony is an amazingly intuitive trainer who meets the dogs on their level. His passionate and highly-tailored approach to behavioral conditioning radically changed Mona's indoor & outdoor demeanor. I handed him an out of control, energetic dog who couldn't relax in the house and got back one that can not only settle at home but in novel environments as well (we go to coffee shops now). I came to the board-and-train with a healthy dose of skepticism as I'd already worked with a handful of trainers prior to having Mona with my other dogs. But whereas their approaches had been frustratingly paint-by-numbers, Anthony has an incredible talent for investigating a dog's needs and coming up with a game plan for enriching her life. The results have been fantastic as has the follow-up; in addition to providing a verbal report on your pup's board-and-train, Anthony makes himself for questions available via phone and text. I couldn't recommend working with him more strongly. The proof in the pudding. 5 Stars hands down.

My 6-month-old German Shepard female Loki constantly would bark, growl and would pee herself anytime people would go around her. She had major issues with leash pulling and jumping on us (Mostly me). Loki also had issues with sit, stay you name it she was straight up a nuisance. I researched diligently a whole month for a trainer before I decided to do a meet and greet with Gallardo’s K9’s. All! If I tell you I could not be anymore satisfied with the work Anthony put into Loki during her 3-week board and train. He is very passionate with his training. Anthony always kept us in the loop of her progress which was very comforting to me. I am now aware that I as the owner of Loki will need to continue the foundation Gallardo’s K9’s has established in Loki. We cannot expect a continuous perfect dog if we are not willing to put in the work ourselves. Thank you to Anthony for always asking if I have any questions and never making me feel rushed for the next client. Loki has definitely come a long way in such a short period of time.

After searching extensively for a trainer for my 3 huskies I found Gallardos_k9s and Anthony is hands down the best trainer I could’ve work with. It was a nightmare to walk all 3 of my dogs, the pulling was excessive and their dog reactivity made any trip anywhere so unpleasant. After training with Anthony I can say that is no longer a hassle to walk all three of them. No more trying to engage with every dog they see, they can finally walk pass other dogs or have walks with other dogs without loosing it. Training with Anthony has been a life changing experience for my dogs and my family. I highly recommend Gallardos_k9s to anyone who is motivated to have a better relationship with their dog, and wants the best training around.
