Our doodle is a sensitive, big guy and we have tried other groomers. They did a good job but he was anxious when we left him. He excitedly walks into Urban K9 and is greeted by caring staff and another sweet fur baby. The shop is well kept, smells nice and it’s easy to get an appointment. I’ve never seen a scrape mark or red area, and he looks adorable after his grooming session, but most importantly, he isn’t scared and we can leave him knowing he will be in good hands. Highly recommend Urban K9.

Excellent pet grooming and more. Small shopping area for pets with unique items that you won’t find just anywhere. Staff is attentive and friendly. Price is competitive. They did a perfect cut on our Yorkie. We recommend and will use them again.

The owners and staff at Urban K9 love dogs, know much about dogs and care for both the dogs and their people. The facility is fabulous with separate space for daycare, grooming boarding and their fabulous shop! The outdoor space is huge and safe. My puppy loved doggie daycare and we made friends for life!

We have been using Urban K9 for over year and we are so pleased with how they take such good care of the dogs and are easy to schedule grooming and other needs. Cooper loves Emily and the haircuts she gives him.

They do a great job with grooming and they pay attention to detail. They take care of the pesky hairs inside the ears and their anal glands. I love the way Stella looks and smells after her day at Urban K9

I have two dogs that I recently took to urban k9 to be groomed for the first time - one dog requiring hand stripping due to her wire coat. I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to find someone who can do that in the area, but We are so so happy with the results & plan to also use them for boarding and dog training. Everyone is so nice & our dogs loved it!

We've been bringing our pup to Urban the last few months and she truly enjoys her time there. She just loves on everyone!

We love it here!!! My maltipoo is more adorable than ever!! Here, I was able to ask questions, get answers, shop in the boutique, get food that's nutrious for healthy growth and development, food that's good for her coat, a little smell good for her body, and sweet treats!!!! Nikki and Fetch are extraordinarily professional and competent in providing the best possible pet services in our area. They are always pleasant and attentive to my two little dachshunds needs. I strongly recommend them!

Because of a shoulder injury I needed a Pet Taxi a couple times, and I couldn't be happier with the professionalism, courteousness and just overall wonderful performance from West Augusta Fetch Pet Care. Not sure about other type services around Augusta, but have a hard time thinking anyone can match their level of service.

Highly recommend fetch pet care . They took such great care of our babies while we were out of town recently. Ashley was wonderful and took pictures every day of our pups! She came twice a day to feed and give fresh water and walked/let them outside. I would let them watch my dogs again . It was so nice having them home when we got back from our trip !

I’ve used Fetch! a couple of times to check on my cats while I’m out of town and each time has been wonderful. The sitters are great, they interact with my cats, have learned what they like/don’t like and even purchased batteries for my thermostat when it died! Their app is easy to navigate, you get photos and a journal of what your babies have been doing while your gone. I will only use Fetch! now for all my pet sitting needs.

Literally one of the best services to have! Affordable and reliable, it really took the guess work out of finding someone to check on my son(cat)! Josh is an amazing sitter & I love getting the updates and pictures, letting me know my baby is in good hands. 10/10 definitely would recommend!

Excellent service, superb communication, and kind employees. I own three parrots, and--as all bird owners know--it is difficult to find someone to pet sit them. Fetch! Pet Care rose to the occasion, and did a wonderful job with my parrots. I returned home to three happy, healthy, and well-rested birds. I couldn't ask for more! The daily updates and photos helped put my mind at ease while far away.

They took great care of our dog! I was able to see where and how long of a walk she got each day, updates, and pictures in the journal. I could see she was happy and that brought peace of mind.

I have had wonderful experience with this company. My pet sitter was Kali, who took great care of my cat while I was out of town. She stopped by once a day for 30-minutes to make sure my cat was safe & healthy, gave daily food and fresh water, cleaned the cat box, and spent quality time with her (once my cat's shyness wore away). Kali also took daily pictures of her too! As an added bonus they also service Hephzibah, which some companies don't do. Next time I'm out of town I'll be happy to give them another call.

Nikki has made our quality of life so much more perfect! Molly my rescue beauty bonded with Nikki immediately and this service and friendship allow me to work all day and know that Molly is getting the exercise that she needs during the day.

Our family cannot thank Fetch! Pet Care of Augusta enough for saving us at a time of desperation. Not only was the house immaculate when we returned (no small feat when you have a dog who sheds like ours); but they made sure we got photos, daily, and our furbabies were loved on to the max! I almost think our dog and cat have been waiting for our next trip out of town! Thank you Fetch!

We used A+ Pets and Plants for the first time a couple of weeks ago while we were on a cruise. Julie and Miranda took such sweet care of our dog. One of my favorite things this company does is send pictures and detailed messages after every visit. It made me feel so much more at ease knowing she was being taken good care of. Communication was so easy and they responded pretty much immediately. Bless their hearts also bc our dog was having accidents and they handled it like champs! Thank y'all sooo much!

We have used this company for several years. We have had zero issues until this year. We were told our dogs were not allowed to stay outside more than 15min, when I asked them to please leave them outside from 7am-12p, I was told no. Also came home to dry pee in my house bc guess what, they didn’t have time to potty. They stated they had to follow what they felt was best, even tho I have a screened in porch with dog door, water, fan, etc and the temp was only hitting 90 by 12 that day. I agreed to let them do as they please since I was not home and could not control. However, a few days later and I am informed they called animal services to report me and have a welfare check done on my animals. They checked my house, garage, and back yard to determine EVERYTHING I am doing for my animals is perfectly fine. They also stated as long as they have access to shad animals are okay to be outside! Also, there is NOTHING in my signed agreement about this so called policy they have.

A+ Pets and Plants has always provided excellent care to all of our pets. We have multiple pets that are on medication and I never worry about their care. Even the possums outside are well cared for. :) They have always been diligent, professional and communicative. I wouldn’t use any other service!

Samantha rocks!!!!!! Love, love, love the sitting service and their sitter Samantha. She really does a great job, is a caring soul and you can tell she really loves animals. My dogs immediately took to her, which they never do. If you're in a pet sitting jam, ask for Sam!! Woohoo! ****Just learned Samantha is no longer there and has moved on. Boohoo....so sad.

Corey was super responsive and even sent cute pic of our fur babies when he visited them. Our dogs are members of our family and I appreciate them being treated well. Will definitely do business again with A+Pets and Plants.

Terrie does a terrific job of taking care of my dog Miss Honey (plus blinds, plants, mail, etc ) when I go out of town. Terrie texts photos every day and sends me an update on what she and Honey have been up to. Miss Honey loves the belly rubs and walks she gets from Terrie so this means I don’t have to feel guilty about traveling. This is a terrific reliable company!

Do not use A+ Pets and Plants LLC. Their pet sitter Kimberly lost our cat YESTERDAY when she did her drop in and left our home unlocked and allowed our cat to escape our home leaving the door wide open. Then waited til today to tell us she was missing. We ran our home cameras back and our neighbors and proved the sitter is in fact a negligent liar. The manager Julia was the contacted to be told what had happened and she proceeded to not take an responsibility and cuss at my mother. Police were called and a case has been started. Do not use this company for any of your pets. Our dear ALLY is now gone in need of her medication and scared to death. Please don't not use this company if you love your pets! I can't reply to your reply. But your employee is a liar. She did not report it immediately. She only reported it after she was told by us to call her boss. Your 1 employee looked for our cat for a brief time before the police were called. Our whole family just spent over 3hrs combing our neighborhood for her and no one from your company was any where to be found to assist with that search. You are not taking accountability at all. Your employee is a liar and your manager is unprofessional. I will not stop until everyone knows to not do business with you all. We were told you vet your employees yet when we asked if they were drug tested we were told no so obviously yall aren't thorough enough to insure that you have responsible people working for you. You left our home unlocked leaving it open to not only let our beloved pet out but also possibly allowing intruders in. The number 1 rule of entering someone's home/pets is to close the damn door securely.

I really needed a new pet sitter who would be dependable and not forget about my cats when I was away. I FOUND THEM at A+ Pets and Plants! The sitters really go above and beyond. I have a cat who needs a daily injection and they can do that too. When my flight go canceled and I needed 2 extra days of sitting, the sitter that day made it so easy to just extend the services. I recommend A+ P&P if you are looking for a new sitting service!

We were concerned when our previous dog sitter moved out of state. She recommended A+ Pets and we couldn't be happier. Making reservations is very easy. Angela, our sitter, is professional, took good care of our dog, and sent updates and pictures every time she visited. She also left detailed feedback at home for us. Great service. We will certainly use them again.

The kennel we normally use is damaged due to Hurricane Helene, so I've been trying to find a boarder for several upcoming trips I have planned. I contacted Sugg's via Facebook messenger (as they say they don't have phone access right now) to see if it would be a good fit. I spoke with Jennaclare about my dog's behaviors and temperaments, and she said they'd be more than happy to see my dog for their required temperament test. She asked me if I wanted to come on Thursday of that week. When I responded to her message looking to move forward with booking the temperament test, there was no response. I followed up the next day, again no response. It's now been almost a week, and I haven't heard from her or anyone from Sugg's. I'm now back a square one of trying to find another dog boarder. I don't know what happened, but it's extremely inconvenient to go through conversation like that just for it to lead to nothing. My customer service experience with them has not been the greatest.

Suggs has taken care of our dogs for the last few years and I cannot say enough great things about them. The staff are phenomenal and there is not a lot of turnover, so we know people by name every time we walk in there. Our puppies are always excited to go there and have always been treated well. On multiple occasions, they have saved us with accommodating last minute boarding and do so with a smile every time. I cannot say enough good things about how beneficial they have been for our two huskies!

They are wonderful kennel. My dog was here for 9 days and he came home very happy. They take very good care of pets.

This was the first extended stay for Benji and we were anxious because Benji has separation anxiety (go figure). The staff at Suggs took great care of Benji and even sent pics to us so we could feel good about his status.

We have used Suggs twice in the last year for our German Shepherd. They are awesome! They really care about the dogs and ensure that they are well taken care of and happy. We are so grateful for the great care and the love that they showed our dog during her stay there. Definitely recommend this place. The staff is incredible and you can trust that your dog will be safe and happy.

I have never left my pups at a kennel before. I was extremely nervous and distraught at the thought of leaving them somewhere for an upcoming business trip. Suggs' team were absolutely amazing! Not only did they take good care of my boys but the took care of me too, dealing patiently with my calls and check ins. Especially Samuel and Mark! I really appreciate the great care they gave my babies

Suggs Kennel staff have been the biggest blessing for me! I've just recently moved to Augusta two months ago and they have been very accommodating while I've been traveling a lot lately. The thing that really makes my day is how excited they are to see Snoop when I take him there and how excited he is when he leaves. The atmosphere is warming and I really appreciate the staff for all that they do. I highly recommend this place.

We had our dog here for 5 days during the Christmas week . The staff was friendly and the cost was low . The problem I have with this place is there was over 85 dogs here when we got our dog and he was covered in his own pee . They did not bath him and he was like this for almost 2 days . We had to throw his bed out when he got home and bath him. He has been not himself since we picked him up. From what I can see there was just to many dogs to take care of . But also if you leave your pet here and they have an accident they won’t call to tell you . And they only bath them if they are scheduled be bathed . My dog will not be going back here .

Been using them for years. My doggo loves this place and actually gets excited to go! The folks working there are very nice and seem to really care about the animals. Old school, though, don't bring your credit card expecting it to be a payment method, cash and check only.

Our first time leaving our 1 year old German Shepherd. We had an all around wonderful experience! From calling to inquire information, to taking her for her temperament test, touring the facility, and picking her up. Mark was very helpful and informative. They were very accommodating and put ours minds at ease that she would be taken care of! Definitely recommend!

I just had to share how amazing Graced Kennels and staff are. They believe in the work they do and they care so much for my fur babies. My two “babies” are getting older and Graced Kennels and staff are so loving toward them. I’ve boarded my dogs with them multiple times over the past year and a half and now no longer dread having to travel occasionally because I know they feel at home here. Thank you all!

We have used Graced Kennels many times in the past two years and are grateful that they are here to care for our dogs. We had up until 2 weeks ago 5 dogs of various breeds, ages and sizes. Yorkie up to a giant Golden-doodle. Special needs were taken care of while still keeping the pack together. This we greatly appreciate and feel that Management and Staff both take extra steps to keep all of the dogs comfortable, happy and not stressed. The Yorkie even gets some special one on one time in the office. More is always better but what we look for in a kennel is clean, safe and responsible care for our dogs. This Graced Kennels does without doubt. The place that we used before was recommended and did the best they could BUT there were too many dogs mixed together during the day and we felt too few employees to watch for safety. It is up to the owner of the pets to decide what is the best place for their individual pets. We felt we could do better and found Graced Kennels. We feel that our dogs are very well cared for and we would recommend them to anyone. It is a smart, professional and dedicated business with Management that trains, oversees and expects the Staff to be just that.

Graced Kennel is a wonderful place for us to leave our bulldog when traveling. Jimmy is great with Samwell and always communicates how everyone is always excited to hear Samwell is coming in! Thank you to Jimmy and all of the personnel who work with Graced Kennel!

The best family owned local business in Augusta. They are on top of their game. The owners and employees are very family oriented. The dogs are taken care of like their own if not better. Handlers and trainers are all knowledgeable in every aspect.

I found my "soul-doggie-mate" here! Charlie! I'm adopting him and cannot wait to take him home!. If you want to adopt a furry baby, here they have many adorable ones wanting a family! The volunteers and employees work with and train their animals and work with them before coming to your home and they continue training them and continue interraction with them long after adoption! These are the nicest ppl u will ever meet! Especially , Kat! She's a dog lover for sure!

In July 2023, I moved to the area, and as I settled in, my biggest challenge was finding a boarding facility with which I was comfortable for my two (spoiled rotten, over-protected, coddled) Chihuahuas, both of whom are treated as my children! Dont ever say, "They are just dogs." I have only dealt with one other facility, which was in West Virginia, where I previously lived, and which was terrific, so a new facility in Augusta had to measure up to a very high standard. When I first visited Graced Kennel, I knew I had found what I had been looking for. I picked them up today from a weekend, 3 day stay, and I was thrilled at their attitudes when I brought them home. No signs of fear or anxiety! They were happy, energetic, and, of course, glad to see me. Jimmy has been so patient with me as I worked through my anxiety of leaving my babies with total strangers! I'm impressed with their facility that meets the needs of all dogs (the setting is incredible), their mission of hiring people who are recovering as their staff, their expertise with regards to dogs, pets, and their parents, and my feelings of relief that once again I've found a safe and loving place where I feel entirely comfortable leaving these two very important beings in my life. If you need day care or boarding services, Graced Kennel is where you need to go. I know it's the only place in August's where I will leave my kids!

Boarded our dogs here over spring break, we received daily photos of our happy smiling dogs. Our dogs loved it here and this will be our go to kennel when in town. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Absolutely recommend for boarding! The staff was amazing to our fur baby while my family was out of town on vacation. I was able to check in on him any time through live video which gave me an extreme peace of mind as a first time boarder of an older dog . I give 5 stars and beyond to the entire experience!! My family will surely be returning for future appointments!

Don't usually write reviews, but this is definitely my favorite boarding facility in Georgia I have found. We have 5 very high energy dogs and always worried about them when we are away. We are about to leave them here again for the second time and this time have next to no nerves because of how great they were the first time. We got pictures daily of all 5 pups playing together and their kong treats. Happy faces all around and even after picking them up, I could genuinely tell that Jimmy, Cherish, and their daughters enjoyed spending time with them. Sometimes it might be difficult getting in touch with them over phone, but that's fine by me as long as the pups come first!

Jimmy and the team at Graced Kennels are simply the best. I have 2 pit mixes one very high energy and one blind and they take exceptional care of my pups every time! They are very professional and accommodating and i know my pups are in great hands. So glad i discovered graced kennels, they are fantastic!!!

Cayla has been fantastic with my two large dogs! She plays with them during her visits and sends the cutest photos of them. It puts my mind at ease knowing she’s with them when I’m at work all day. She even bought them treats and toys! I’ve recommended her to several of my friends and they all have loved her as well! Bottom line: She’s professional and easy going and she genuinely cares about animals.

Cayla did regular walks for our 2 pups, and she also sacrificed her time for overnight visits when we were away. Cayla is amazing and is by far the best dog walker / sitter we have ever had. One of our dogs is very old, has no eyes, and can be grumpy - Cayla took amazing care of him and he warmed up to her quickly, which is hard to do. Our other dog is active but hates other dogs, and she made sure to keep him (and the other dogs) same during walks. She was always super cheerful and you can tell how much she loves taking care of them. Cayla is definitely the best!

Cayla has watched my fur baby and my parents fur babies for 3+ years and we have zero complaints. I travel a lot for work (sometimes last minute) and Cayla has ALWAYS come through. During the week she’d walk my Sadie girl 3-4 times pending my schedule and it is refreshing to have a dog walker you can rely on and trust. Like most people I am not a fan of letting people into my home, however, Cayla’s process was extremely professional. Prior to getting my business, she came over for a consultation to meet my pup and go over her routine, along with my expectations in which I was extremely impressed with. Cayla is extremely professional, trust worthy, and I highly recommend her for all your pet needs.

I cannot say enough great things about Cayla! She started taking care of my Fur baby, Willow when she was just a few months old. It was so nice knowing that Cayla was there to play with Willow and take her on walks while I was working. I loved getting updates and pictures every time Cayla was with Willow. Cayla is reliable, hard working and very passionate about her clients. She treats every animal like her own. Willow wouldn’t come out of her crate to play for anyone else but Cayla. Your fur babies will be in the best hands!

I’ve used Cayla for 2 dogs for over 5 years. With both pups, she managed to capture the essence of their personality within the first visit. She knows what they need when I forget to ask her to feed or to add on an extra 15 min. I can always depend on her to go when needed, even last minute when travel plans change. I’ve used her for both visits as well as overnight stays, and trust her with my home and pup. She the best pet sitter that I have had, and I have tried a lot! :)

Cayla has cared for our crazy bunch (4 large labs) and they love seeing her every time she comes to our house! She was always very reliable and professional, gave us great updates while she was here visiting and gave lots of love to our crew while in her care. We could always count on her when we had her scheduled to come visit. She is the best and would recommend her to anyone!

I was luckily introduced to Cayla by a friend that used her dog-walking services in ATL, so when I got my 1 year old Great Dane pup in early 2016, I immediately reached out & scheduled a meet and greet. Cayla was a tremendous help and took my sweet girl out 3-4 times a week while I was at work. She even did last minute drop ins if she could. Would trust her with any pet I owned, great communication, super reliable and friendly, and it’s obvious she loves every animal friend she meets. 150% would use her services if we still lived in the same area!

Cayla is THE best pet sitter. We have 2 cats, they love her. She's professional, consciousness and friendly. We always requested her when we travel which has been several times/year. She keeps us up to date with pictures, texts daily. If she sees any health issues, she notifies us immediately. I guarantee you'll be pleased with her taking care of your pets.

Cayla is AMAZING, and I am so glad she was given as a recommendation to me. I had use apps such as Rover & Wag in the past to take care of my pets but I felt it was overpriced and the care was not up to my expectations. Due to a recent lifestyle change & being new to Martinez/Augusta area I reached out to a neighborhood group chat on Facebook to find someone to take care of my 3 dogs & cat. As a last resort I asked if they knew anyone who was willing to come to my home at night, with a schedule that is never the same. It has been a hassle to get someone to take care of 3 dogs and 1 cat during night time hours. With at least 25 responses and Cayla was recommended by multiple people. She has gone above and beyond to make sure I know my fur babies are safe and taken care of by sending us daily pictures and updates. She accommodates our crazy schedule, and she makes my fiancé and I feel at ease while we are away. I am so so so happy with her care, I could not say thank you enough for all she has done. I know my animals are in the best hands with Cayla and I do not know what I would do without her !

We've been taking our dogs here for years. They use awesome products that leave the dogs smelling good for...well as long as dogs can smell good for lol. A family friend has a dog that has a naturally funky smell to him and she booked an appointment with a local groomer but was disappointed when her dog came back smelling the same. We recommended her to this kennel and she was genuinely shocked when she got him back smelling like a brand new dog! They're awesome.

Now, my dog don’t like nobody and can be very moody ! I love how the owners made him feel so loved, comfortable and ‘at home’ and gave him time to adjust. ( this was his first groom) This is the first time I have ever witnessed him calming down when he is with strangers! Definitely will use this business for now on. Very responsive to all questions as well!

They do a great job with cutting my dogs hair. But the facility is digusting. I walked into the entrance and seem at least 30 baby roaches crawling all over the walls. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN.

Found them in a pinch when we had to leave town for family emergency. Very nice staff. Reasonable prices. Grade for cleanliness D!! Used them first time, the dog was happy, but dirty. Second time using them dog came home with mites and was filthy. When I called to ask about it they said it wasn't from here. Have used kennels in the past, but never had an issue like this.

Friendly staff, great prices and availability for a holiday stay. Strong smell that others mentioned was very noticeable, but it's a pet kennel, so not too surprised by it. When I picked up my dog he seemed like something was bothering him and would periodically hold up one of his paws. I checked him all around and couldn't find anything noticeably off. So I'm not sure what that was about, but when I got him home, after about an hour or two, he was fine and back to running around as usual. One of his toys was soaked, so they gave me a plastic bag for it. Said it got left outside, but it smelled odd, so I'm not sure what happened. Overall, I had a decent experience and I would give them another shot.

this is a great kennel. It's family run and all of the employees really seem to love animals. My two Westies always seem happy and alert when I come and pick them up. I trust these people with my dogs and have never been let down.

Just picked up our dog a day ago from the kennel and he seemed quite happy with the experience. We boarded him for two day and requested a bath with the stay. He came out recently bathed and smelling fantastic, they even tied a bandana around his neck (a nice touch). I would definitely board our dog with them again, however only draw back would be the pervasive smell of urine in the entry way.

Michele has been our groomer for over 6 years! She always does an amazing job, and my little dog loves her!

Just took my pup to get her nails trimmed for the first time at a groomer. They were very friendly checking in and during the service. She was nervous but they were very reassuring to make sure she was comfortable and had a good experience.

We had to board our elderly dog who doesn’t do great at boarding. We got a call she wasn’t eating, and the lengths they went to in order to find things she wanted to have and make her comfortable were off the charts. They truly care about those dogs and I feel thankful she is looking out for mine.

These folks are a Godsend. They always have room for my babies, and my furries love it here.I board my Miniature Schnauzer, Zuri, here QUITE often, and she loves it here. They are reasonably priced, and they never turn us away. They really do love on your babies as if they were their own. I highly recommend them.

We LOVE A Pet's Life and so does our cairn terrier!! My boyfriend and I both work very unpredictable and long hours. We can always rely on A Pet's Life for daycare or boarding when we need help!

I brought my sweet (but scared) tri-pawd Staffie mix here to have his nails trimmed. He is a very squirmy boy when getting his nails trimmed. Michele and the ladies at A Pet’s Life were AMAZING with him. They were patient, loving, kind and persevered even when my boy didn’t want to 😅 thank you ladies SO MUCH. We will be returning and recommending your services to anyone and everyone!

The way she shapes his paws, and the extra attention/care she provides for your pet is the best.

Not sure 1 star is appropriate. If you have a Schnauzer KEEP reading! If you are wondering about the grooming skills of the owner KEEP reading. This was my boy's first appointment. Scheduling over the phone and drop off went well. I was concerned about some matts Dash had on his legs and whether or not they would be able to leave the length. I got to talk directly to the groomer. He looked over Dash and told me they would not be able to save the length but would keep it as long as possible. I wanted contrast between Dash's torso and his boots/skirt. The groomer assured me that he could do that. A few hours later, I get a call from the owner. She said she knew I was concerned and a new customer, so she wanted to be sure of what I wanted. The groomer had a kidney stone attack mid groom and she was taking over. We talked at length about wanting a Schnauzer cut (the same details I gave the original groomer earlier). Leave the beard, mustache, and eyebrows. Just clean up around them. Legs as long as possible (due to matts)and short skirt, torso not too short (a 7 rather than 10) Hair cleaned out of pads. She asked for pictures of what I like just to be sure. I sent a text of a picture of Dash after his last grooming, and 2 others with info on what I liked. Then I get a reply he's short,short,short. I arrive to pick Dash up and all I could say is "He's too short!" Three times I said that aloud. By this time, I had already paid and tipped. I was told they weren't able to give receipts right now, but remember the price is usually $20 higher because my reservation fee was taken off. This next part is probaby worse (and it wasn't until retelling this experience with my husband did i realize it), because let's face it, hair does grow back. Without a receipt I have no record of a kennel cough vaccine brought in by me was given, nor do I feel confident to ever really know. Anyway, I get to the car and not only is he WAY BEYOND SHORT, they cut off most of his beard, mustache, and brows! It's EVEN lopsided! IMO grossly lopsided! Be warned, I read the recent reviews and was excited to bring my baby here, not just for grooming but other services. I wouldn't go for free services! See the picture for yourself! Lopsided?! One of his eyebrows is almost gone.

We started bringing Lilly here last year for daycare because of her severe separation anxiety while we were away at work, and very quickly, the staff made us feel like family! They love her like she is their own, and it is absolutely priceless to know that your baby is safe while you're away. Lilly loves going to see her friends, and I can see just how happy she is when I drop her off and pick her up! They have our full trust, and I can't thank them enough for taking such good care of us.

My dog looks like a rat. I drop her off at 7:30 in the morning when she called me the first time to pick her up around five or six she was like oh I know you said you didn’t want to cut a lot of hairs around, but we tried to Save much as she can but in 10 minutes, she was like if you’re not here she was gonna lock the door so I got there by 10 minutes. She was already gone so I had to call the emergency number on the door to try to get him to open the door so I can pay pay for her and get her when I saw her she looked exactly how she looked in the picture. Her haircut was patchy and she have a bald spot

This is my first time back here in years after living out of the country for a while. I first called after hours and for a call back about 30 minutes later. Told them what I wanted and he told me to “come on at 7:30am Friday”. I was there and was greeted and also helped by several of the staff members. First time coming to this grooming facility. Highly recommended from a friend. Thank you so much for filling our shih tzus in. The staff is very nice, attentive to our animals. One of my pets suffers with seizures, the staff made sure to tend to his needs and be very mindful and sensitive with his grooming. They all looked amazing. If you’re looking for great care with your pets grooming please consider this location. I have tried several in the Augusta Area, and by far this is my favorite. Thank you again everyone ! I was so hesitant about boarding our golden retriever puppy, but The Animal Boutique earned every star! They kept me updated, sent pictures every time we asked, and most importantly, loved on him! My family was so impressed with their customer service! He was also bathed before we picked up and he looked so well taken of! We will definitely be using them again!

I took my Australian shepherd Willow here for grooming and they did an amazing job on her! They did everything that I asked for and were so kind and welcoming! I will definitely be coming back!

My wife and I love using Animal Boutique for our pet’s boarding needs. The customer service is great. We always feel like they love our little Yorkie princess like she’s their own.

I do not recommend taking your cat here. I was looking for some help with my long-haired cat, and most groomers only do dogs. I called, and the woman I talked to said they could give what she called a "sanitary trim". When I brought him early that morning as instructed, the place was already loud with dogs barking and I was worried about the stress it would cause my cat. I decided to drop him off anyway, thinking this was just a few dogs that would calm down, and assuming that the cat area would be far enough away. Besides, as I said, it's hard to find a place that will do cats. The woman told me they would call me when it was time to get him, and gave me an estimated time of when to expect it. I waited all day, until finally I just called them myself. I had dropped him off right at opening time, it was long past the estimated time I'd been given, and I was worried. The woman said he'd been ready for a long time, and claimed that someone had called me, but they hadn't. When I told her they had not called me, she insisted they did. (After I hung up, I double-checked the call log on my phone just to be sure I hadn't missed a call, but I definitely did not have a missed call from any phone number at all.) But there was no point in arguing about that; it wouldn't change anything and I was just upset that he'd been there any longer than necessary. I went to get him, and the din from so many dogs barking was worse than that morning. They brought my cat to me in his carrier, I paid, we left. When I got home and let him out of his carrier (which I couldn't do before we left because I definitely was not going to let him out in a terrifyingly loud place full of dogs), I could not tell that they'd done anything at all! I was not about to take him back for them to actually do it. So my poor cat went through this horrible experience for nothing, I paid money for nothing, and I was lied to: both about something as simple as a phone call, and that they done what I took him there for when they had done nothing. This was some months ago (it only just occurred to me that I could warn other cat parents by writing this), so I don't remember names, and to give them the benefit of the doubt, maybe things have changed. Maybe they got rid of the person or people who didn't do anything and who lied. Maybe all grooming places are this loud - I've never been in one before this. But saying you'll take cats, and then being full of barking dogs that sound like they're right on the other side of the door behind the counter from the get-go (what must it sound like when you actually go back there?), means you either know nothing about cats or you don't care, and either way this is not a place to take your cat to.

Animal Boutique are/were by far the best cat groomers in town, hands down. They were so good with my two kittens who are terrified and skittish. I am not sure what technique they used, but it was some kind of "fear-free" technique where my girls gave the groomers no issues during bathing or nail-clipping. It is my understanding they no longer offer grooming services for cats (perhaps the website should be updated if this is the case?), but I would love to do business with them again, if this service becomes available in the future. Super awesome staff, and I don't know if I can find any other company that is as gentle with my girls as Animal Boutique is. I am very heartbroken :-(

Awesome team. My dog Chief loves to be groomed there. That’s the best place to get his hair done and his nails did. Kee is an awesome young lady and she makes him look so dapper.

OMG, I have two Goldendoodles. One is a toy and the other is a miniature. We have taken them to many places around town to get them Groomed. My miniature is five years old. The toy goldendoodle is five months old. I just took them in this past Saturday and we could not be happier with the cut that they received. It was perfect. It did not look choppy, they were not knicked,, they had a beautiful shape to them, I always leave a list of what I expect when I drop the dogs off, and my expectations were exceeded. The price was awesome, the service was outstanding. We will definitely go back. Thank you Plush Pup!!! * As we checked out, I could not believe that there was not an option to put a tip on the total price. The expectation of them not asking for a tip was eye-opening. A tip was given and their service was appreciated.

Mrs Tara did wonderful with my fur babies nails. One hates getting trimmed with the drimmel and one never had it done before but they were so comfortable with her. Definitely coming back❣️

Her attention to detail and loving attitude towards all her fury clients is immediately noticed upon arrival to this cute boutique. Since miss Tara took over this location a couple months ago and has been beautified with her southern charm. If I could give her more stars I would. They did absolutely amazing. I have an English cream retriever who gets a little nervous during bathtime and they took their time to make sure she was comfortable. She looked like a whole new beautiful girl. Before pic is outside on walk she has lots of feathers and ginch feet, after pic is in house she is looking adorable and clean.

The owner is very professional and respectful. My grand puppy has anxiety but he felt very comfortable with her. Whoever goom my grand did a fantastic job! Ww will be back!

Our family loves Tara! She has been the only groomer we use for our standard poodle, Jango, for a few years. We love her so much that we followed her when she took over ownership at plush pup! Our dog loves her and is always comfortable with her, which is extremely important to our family. Our family highly recommends plush pup!

We love Plush Pup. I am so particular about who handles my fur baby, and they are so wonderful here. Very courteous and caring and they do a really great job. Would definitely recommend!
