I have only the best things to say about Andrew and his team! I hired Cornelius Pet Care to watch my cat when I went out of the country for 11 days. The service was truly so amazing. Andrew is so responsive before hand and you meet who will be watching you pet before. Every single person who stopped by was amazing, did everything I asked and I felt like they all went the extra mile (special shoutout to Abigail & Donna). My cat was in the best of hands and my anxiety of leaving my cat was kept at bay with the daily report cards and photos. This was such an easy and wonderful experience. I highly recommend Cornelius Pet Care for any of your pet sitting needs. Thank you so so much!!

I hired them to watch my pets while attending a family member’s funeral out of town. I gave them the dates twice. They claimed to have written them down. When I returned home I had found my animals starving and thirsty, and feces and pee everywhere. I had to throw away a $250 living room rug. My children and I cleaned for days. When I confronted them about the situation, they stated that I gave them the wrong dates. I assured them that I did not and that they made a mistake. They proceeded to tell me that because I am grieving the loss of a family member that I was hostile and upset and that they would take no responsibility for their actions. Thank goodness my pets survived. They also blocked me from messaging them about the incident after I asked for reimbursement. Safe yourself the trouble and hire someone else for your fur babies! I read your response to this btw. Everything you just stated is a lie. None of that is even close to true. The lengths you will go to avoid accountability is disturbing to say the least. I hope no one else ever has to experience something like this from your business ever again. I would like to let you know that while you blocked me to hide the messages between us, I did take screen shots of all of them. I will see you in small claims!

Absolutely recommend Andrew and Carol Ann. They are super reliable and wonderful with all three of my fur babies. I love the updates and pics they send, really puts me at ease whenever I go out of town. All three always have a great time when they come by to visit.

Cornelius Pet Care LLC is an awesome company. I used them several times while I was out of town. They took great care of my dog Jax. I received pictures everyday of Jax. They even brought him snacks.

A neighbor recommended this sitter so I called and he had me go to his site and fill out a lengthy questionnaire, add CC info and setup a meet and greet. THEN he reads my lengthy bio and sees I have Rottweiler, calls and cancels the meeting. He could have asked the breed on the call and not wasted my time. If you fear Rottweilers you seem to be in the wrong business.

We've used Cornelius Pet Care for a year and a half now for our four fur babies (2 dogs and 2 cats). Whether we are a couple hours down the road or on another continent, we've felt really comfortable leaving our pets under their care. We get updates after each visit and we laugh at the pictures they take while on our trip. Their booking services are easy and convenient to use and they are always super flexible with scheduling to accommodate travel changes. Definitely recommend to friends in the area!

My husband and I are so happy to have found Cornelius Pet Care. We have 4 pups and they need to be walked daily/ let out while we are working. We trust Andrew and Carol Ann to come into our home and take care of our furbabies. They give our pups fresh water, change out potty pads and give our pups lots of attention/ treats. They even send daily photos of how the visit went. Our dogs love these daily visits. So thankful to have found Cornelius Pet Care. Wonderful company whose employees truly love animals.

We have used Cornelius Pet Care since Spring of 2023 and they have been so incredible to us AND our pups. They are always on time, flexible and they take the best care of our two dogs. Their app is so easy to use and they are always incredibly quick with communication and scheduling.

I am so happy I found Tuscarora's! I rarely have to board my dogs, and they aren't the easiest to take care of - they don't love other dogs, they take a bit to warm up to new people, their feeding routine is not simple, and none of the staff at Tuscarora's made me feel like any of these were an issue at all. They were happy to tend to their needs and as soon as I dropped them off, I knew they were in good hands. The whole process - from making the reservation, to checking them in, to seeing their pictures posted everyday, to picking them up - was seamless. Everyone was so kind and I never worried once while I was away. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I absolutely love this place but who loves it more? My dog Jodie!! If you have a social dog and even if you don't they can accommodate you but if your dog is social like mine is they will have a complete ball!! Jodie comes home exhausted and happy. This is a great place I have tried others but no one can compare. The folks they have running the place are amazing with the animals. When we drive up Jodie knows where she is and doesn't even look back! If your looking for a place for your dog to socialize or if you need day care go out and visit I'm sure you will like what you see...oh and did I say is was super clean?

I love this place, and my dog Lexi loves it too. I'll be quite embarrassed that my dog seems depressed when she gets home because she loves it so much. It brings to light that I need to be more active with her and show her more attention when she is home with me. It is hard to do with as much as I work. My wife and I have thought about taking Lexi for a staycation every so often since she loves it so much. The staff at this place is top-notch, and they take great care. I can't say enough good things about Tuscarora! If you want a great place to take your family member while you are out of town, this is the best place. You need to plan if you want to get your family members in because they book up quickly.

I recently boarded my dog, Feathers, at Tuscarora Country Club For Dogs, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel at ease leaving my furry friend in their care. The facilities were top-notch, with spacious and clean kennels, ample play areas, and beautiful surroundings that provided a calming environment for the dogs. Feathers seemed to enjoy her time there, getting plenty of exercise and socialization with other dogs. What stood out the most was the personalized attention and care given to each dog. The staff took the time to understand Feathers' needs and preferences, ensuring she was comfortable and happy throughout her stay. Overall, I highly recommend Tuscarora Country Club For Dogs to any pet owner looking for a trustworthy and caring place to board their beloved companion. I will definitely be returning for future boarding needs.

Tuscarora Country Club for Dogs is absolutely the best boarding place I have ever experienced! My 10+ year old dog recently spent almost a week there, and returned home happy and more energetic than her age would suggest. The facility is truly a beautiful resort that all dogs should get to experience! The staff is very caring and went above and beyond to accommodate my dog’s stay, even storing an extra shipment of fresh frozen food sent by mistake. The photos posted at least twice a day on Facebook are some of the happiest photos I have of her. I highly recommend it and plan to board her there again.

Tuscarora's team goes above and beyond to make boarding a fun and active experience for pets. I loved that they posted multiple pictures and videos a day of our dog playing, smiling, and burning energy! It definitely alleviated our se-paw-ration anxiety :). Shortly after picking him up, we already booked another stay for our next vacation. It's wonderful to have somewhere we can board our pet where we feel confident he will be given tons of attention, exercise, and mental stimulation to stay happy and healthy while we're away.

We searched for a spot that would fit all the needs of our GSP pup. Making sure he was getting all the exercise and stimulation he needs for his breed. He’s been going there since he was 4 months old and he loves it. He is always so excited when he gets dropped off. Running to the usual girl who greets him. He doesn’t even look back to say goodbye. He’s ready to go play. We always add on the nature walks for him as well, which he loves. We love the updates on Facebook they share. When we pick him up he is a worn out pup. So happy we found this place! We trust everyone there with taking care of our pup and would recommend them to our friends. Thank you! Adler loves you guys.

My dogs absolutely love Tuskaroras. I know they will be well taken care of and have a great time there. All the staff work so well with each other and the animals. I especially love seeing the posts if not just my dogs but the other animals that are spending their vacation at “The Club” as we call it.

We were very hesitant about leaving our Jack Russell for 5 days while we went on vacation, since she had not been away from us since 6 weeks old. It was good to see the videos and pictures of our girl on FB throughout the days. I felt that Ruby was loved, played with and was well cared for. I love that Tuscarora's have acres of land that offer adventures for their boarders. Our Ruby loves to explore. I don't like leaving our girl, but when we need to again, we will trust the care of Tuscarora's. Thank you Tuscarora's.

For Pet Sake has been taking great care of my dogs whenever I am away - have been relying on them for over 10 years. One of my dogs is diabetic and the sitters are very experienced with giving insulin shots so it is great peace of mind. Love that they text me to give updates and also text to make sure that I made it home from each trip. It is great to be able to leave the dogs in the house and know that they are in great hands!

We love CGS K9 Services. They are wonderful to our two pups & they also taught our German Shepard so much during her training there with them. She’s very obedient, smart & also very family oriented & I feel like a lot of that is due to the care & training she received from Gabe & Jennifer. I highly recommend them for not only training but boarding as well. We always feel safe when leaving our pups with them & our pups are a bit hard to please at that. We’ve never had issues at all! Don’t regret trying them, you’ll be pleased.

Jennifer at CGS K9 is awesome. We have taken our GS to them for a while now for baths, nail trims and occasionally boarding and I gotta say. We are ALWAYS satisfied with the service she provides. I would definitely recommend her business to anyone. They also do training but I can’t speak to that. What I can say, is the few times I have waited for our pups bath to be done I have talked with several people that are extremely impressed with their training program.

I now own 2 dogs from Gabe. He is an absolute Wonderful trainer and understands dogs on an almost super human level. I have seen him take dogs with multiple different issues and work diligently with them. He works in unison with the animal and the owner to overcome any behavioral problem! Jen had a fantastic grooming session with both my girls and they were so soft, clean, and smelled amazing when she was done with them!

Jennifer is an excellent groomer!! She does a great job keeping my Aussie Mila looking good and her nails trimmed! She is easy to work with and Mila loves her. She makes sure you are satisfied with her work! Gabe has worked with Mila in the past and did a great job training both of us with some basic discipline issues and leash walking is now a breeze! He is knowledgeable about dogs and training them! Top notch in his field!! I highly recommend CGS to everyone!

We took our belgian malinois for boarding and grooming, our maligator hasnt looked so good! Gabe and Jennifer are amazing people to work with!

We used the board and train program for our pup and they did an excellent job with her. They don’t discriminate against breeds and are easy to work with. We will be boarding our pup for when we go on vacation because we feel she will be safe and happy there. The property is beautiful and the dogs have plenty of space to run around. Great family run business that I would recommend!

I work with Gabe and each dog/owner (protection level). Gabe takes his time to address each dog's needs. Gabe is one of a kind. Dogs who have social/emotional issues, Gabe can connect with the dog and bring them to a level that the dog and owner can see eye-to-eye. I've never seen anything like it. I would highly recommend CGS K9 to anyone seeking to teach their dog basic commands or teach them how to protect the family!

We love Gabe and his work. We got our sweet mal from a different breeder as I didn’t find him till after the fact. But he is working with us with Molly for basic obedience and commands, as well as protection. He has been amazing with answering all our questions and at 12 weeks old we just now have been training for a month and I can’t wait to see what all she becomes because already her basic commands caught on within days.. our whole family is involved both us and our 4 kids. I recommend him to anyone who asks me where to go.. you won’t be disappointed and the part that I like the best is the cost is something we can afford.. as a single income as my party time hrs aren’t a set thing making sure we could afford her training was huge hands down the most affordable best quality of work and kindness you can get…

Gabe, Jennifer and Gabby do a wonderful job taking care of our 3 Belgians. We take them there for training, grooming and boarding. I highly recommend them!

Patty and Chris keep surprising my husband and I. When she kept Sadie last she had other dogs that were bigger than my 5lb Sadie. For the first time in Sadie's life she would be around other dogs. we were extremely worried until we saw how she handle them. Patty and Chris were gently and patient with them. When we returned the biggest one was laying on Chris' lap the other one and my Sadie were curled up beside him. I found out that they even let the dogs that want to sleep with them! Wow! Just pick up my dog from Patty's and still can't believe that Sadie didn't want to leave. Patty and Chris are amazing. They even showed Sadie how to use the dog door. It leads to a large backyard that is surrounded by an eight foot fence ( may be 6', not positive). Patty said they had a large dog that climbed fences. :- ). Anyway, they put up with Sadie and all her small dog issues. We will definitely use her and Chris again.

Been happy with Patty and her husband's service. They've been watching my rat terrier 1-2x week since we got him at 8 weeks old. I appreciate them accomodating early drop-offs (6:15A). My dog gets excited to go over there.

Patty and Chris have been watching my toy Australian Shepherd, Zelda, for a little over a year now. This is a mom-and-pop place that's run out of their home with a fenced-in backyard for the dogs to exercise and play. Some days Zelda is by herself and other days she's among one or two other dogs so each pooch receives much love and attention. The price per day is very reasonable compared to other doggy daycare places in the area. A typical day consists of Zelda chewing on a cow knee, getting belly rubs, and chasing her 4-legged friends in the backyard until they collapse on the couch together. Patty will often text pictures and videos of the dogs as a check-in. It's a great feeling to know that my fur baby is in a safe place and well taken care of while I'm at work. Highly recommend Absolutely Animals!!

Highly recommend!!. We planned a trip to the zoo and mistakenly brought our fur baby. 15 min before arrival they lovingly agreed to watch our baby for us and saved the day. They kept me updated as to how he was doing and he seemed very happy at pickup. If you are ever in need of a pet sitter in Asheboro they are the right choice hands down.

Camp Happy Hound is a great place for dogs in Concord, Harrisburg, and nearby areas. We have two dogs, Tigger and Roo, who love to go. Roo literally starts whining as we go up the driveway. The facility is great, and the play areas are amazing. It's fun to watch the hundreds of pictures uploaded daily to the Facebook page. The place is great. We utilize their daycare and boarding services often. They also do nails and bathing. Love the folks! We feel very comfortable leaving our dogs in their care.

Due to poor health I haven't given my furbaby the exercise he needs. He loves going and I love seeing the pictures they post daily. Every single person who works there is wonderful and takes good care of the dogs. It's a reasonable fee and it's worth every penny.

I cannot rave enough about Camp Happy Hound. Been taking my pups two days a week since September 2022 (the two days I work from home). They are so excited to go sometimes they wake me up an hour early 🤣! They love the kids who work their and run in the door to see them. And my absolute favorite part is that every day after they've been there, Camp Happy Hound posts photos on their Facebook page of all the dogs playing outside! This wonderful place gives the utmost care for your furry friend. We boarded our girl, Freya, for a week for vacation. She fell ill and they were able to take her to a local vet for us.. They gave me a lot of updates on her and were super helpful. It's a 30 minute drive to Camp Happy Hound but it's worth it knowing my girl is being taken care of. Whether it's boarding or just daycare there is noone I trust more than the staff at Camp Happy Hound. 😊🐕

I took my new rescue, Cole, for first day. The manager called me a dog flipper and told me I was not welcome to return nor were any of my dogs. “Flipping“. would imply that I’m profiting from going to high kill shelters pulling out dogs on death row with my own money, then going into credit card debt while caring for their every need including vet bills, often obedience lessons and yes—even doggy day care. Yes, I’m into animal rescue although very few of my rescues have found their way to Camp Happy Hounds. All my rescues have found wonderful homes! Still reeling from being personally attacked, insulted and maligned for helping dogs! I’ve often fostered dogs for people who find themselves in situations where they can’t keep their dog with them for one reason or another. Stella was a regular at Camp Happy Hounds for over a year. Her family left their house in Charlotte and moved into an RV. Stella is an energetic runner and escape artist who enjoyed her time at Camp Happy Hounds. Stella’s family purchased a 200 acre farmhouse in Florida and were able to take her back. Then there was my cousins’ dog, I’ll call her D. I grew so attached to this dog while my dear cousin was in intensive cancer treatment after being diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. I was deeply saddened when her husband picked her up but what else could I do? This is NOT dog flipping! Yes, I’ve had a lot of dogs come through Camp Happy Hounds. Some I hoped I would keep forever and it didn’t work out. Sometimes no matter what I do—certain dogs are too much for me to handle. I’m a 65 year old female recovering from cancer myself. My rescues always get the most wonderful, caring homes. I take them myself, check references and vet histories. I left in tears. The manager was verbally abusive, extremely angry and told me not to come back under any circumstances. She called me a dog flipper and alluded to the fact that I’d brought too many dogs in. I’ve paid for daycare, they don’t operate a charity. I offered to pay for the evaluation. I’ve usually always purchased a nail grinding and bath when they get an evaluation because I did feel I should for fairness.. She reiterated that I was not welcome and my dog is not welcome. She implied she would have me arrested. It’s unbelievable. Cole is a sweet German Shepherd, I recently drove to Eastern NC to save him from imminent euthanization. The first one is Cole, next is Dolly (now a service in training for a disabled veteran who actually responded for the first time in 6 months), next is Dante, Dinah, Maisey and then Stella.

My girl absolutely loves coming here. Has a great time whether just for doggy day care or boarding.

We love CHH! Our dog goes occasionally for daycare and boarding, and we always feel very comfortable dropping him off - it’s clear the staff really care about the pups. Recently he stayed for 9 days, and we were nervous about leaving him so long - but it was clear he was very well taken care of, happy, and healthy. So thankful for a safe place we can leave him and not worry! Not to mention, our dog is a total homebody but he happily trots in whenever he goes here. :)

It’s difficult leaving your fur babies. It’s even more difficult finding someone you trust to take care of them in your home. From day one 4 years ago love and kisses has been great !! Shonda has taken great care of my baby. The bonus is they will even get your mail, water the plants if you need. I wouldn’t trust anyone other company with taking care of my baby. I don’t have to worry too much when we are away.

Cat Methaney is our love and kisses pet sitter who has been a part of our family for over a year now. She is more than a responsible pet caregiver. She is caring and loving, whether it's a boisterous young dog, or one in her final days. She is also concerned with the household and is considerate to everyone's needs. I mean, our pet is part of our family, correct?

Prompt, courteous, professional and love pets. Shonda took amazing care of our 2 dogs, 2 rabbits and many chickens and ducks. She was prompt every day and sent detailed reports of our happy babies. We don't go away often but will use Love and Kisses again and will highly recommend to anyone who asks. One area of improvement and it's small is the website. It's a little intricate and tricky to get set up.

A fantastic group of people who truly care about the animals in their care. I cannot say enough good things about "Love and Kisses Pet Sitting." I have been using Love and Kisses to do nail trims on my dogs for several weeks now and I am absolutely thrilled with Shelly. Her communication and flexibility with me is incredible, and she is so genuinely excited to see my dogs. One has had some trouble with nail trims before and we muzzle him for safety, she is so patient with him and has helped to make his nail trims less stressful. The cost is so reasonable, and I would likely pay more at a grooming salon which would be much more stressful for my anxious pup. Thank you Shelly for taking such great care of Jake and Elle!

Absolutely hands down the best team of pet professionals I will always rely on for pet sitting needs. I cannot recommend this group enough. Very happy with the service, had no issues and my dogs were of course happy to come home. It’s never easy bring away from the little ones, but good to have a place to trust them with and at reasonable rates.

We have recently found Animal Bed and Breakfast. I was referred to them from a coworker and they are amazing. My dog loves her visits with them. Sarah and her staff are loving and really care for the dogs and cats. I am very fortunate to have found them. They have competitive prices, offer a variety of services and have wonderful team of people taking care of our fur babies.

My Autumn absolutely loves going here. Whenever we get there she runs to the door. Sarah is amazing with her and all the animals. She made me as a new pet owner feel very comfortable leaving her and knowing she is in good hands and you can’t beat their prices. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a safe place for boarding or daycare for their pets.

Animal Bed and Breakfast is a great place to take your fur babies! The owners love animals and have their own dogs, cats, and more. I took my mini schnauzer and my Maltese there for grooming on Saturday, first time with Bernice. My dogs were a little shaggier than usual. Bernice did a wonderful job on both of them! Very professional. No chaos like other places they have been. We will definitely be back!

My dog Banksy loves this place. He's a 1 year old mini labradoodle. He first stayed here for a few weeks after I had surgery in December. They allowed me to ship more food and treats there when he ran out because I wasn't allowed to drive. They treated him so well. Now, when I drop him off for a day or a weekend, he runs to the door, lol. Highly recommend this place.

Great place for bathing my fur baby! The staff is friendly and makes my girl feel like family. Prices are reasonable for services.

I have been taking my dogs here for years. I always know that they are well taken care of. The owners absolutely love animals. The dogs stay willingly without putting up a fight. They're grooming services with Rita are excellent.

Besides being super convenient, the people are always happy, always attentive, make us feel like they remember us each and every time we visit for boarding and my dog is always happy to be there.

I recently starting bringing my Steven here for daycare and he loves it! He’s always anxious to go in when we pull up and he knocks out whenever he gets home in the afternoon so I know he’s been super active! Prices are affordable and the staff is super friendly! We will definitely continue to come here!

I love bringing my dogs here.... I board and groom them here. Rita always does such a great job grooming them. Overheard her singing to one of them one time while she was grooming..was really sweet. Everyone is always so friendly and they take great care of my dogs while I am away.

My husband and I are so pleased with this boarding facility! John and the girls here are so amazing and we couldn’t have found a better place for our Dog Remington. They took such good care of him, took him on plenty of walks, introduced him to other dogs, and we just thank y’all so much for this experience for him! We will be bringing him back, plus our two girls 🐾 highly recommend!!

Omg, what an awesome experience !! John and the ladies are the best!! They are all so friendly and welcoming! My Hershey stayed overnight and it was such a pleasure to see the Facebook posts. I HIGHLY recommend We Hug’em and Tuck’em Inn. This will be the spot for my furry baby!

I'm so glad we found this place! My heart is so happy from all of the photos taken and seeing how happy Lucky was to be with other dogs and to go on walks! He came home smelling good and very happy!! Thank you to the staff for taking such good care of Lucky! You all are amazing!!

Lovely owners who saved us as we needed to board our 5 animals at the last minute. So helpful and accommodating, they took the time to walk us through everything and made it all so easy. We picked them up and they had bandanas on 💕. Our dogs are anxious and our oldest Aussie is in such a great mood. She must have really enjoyed herself! Prices are very reasonable and we will def use them again.

Saved our vacation!! We called so many places to see if they could take our cat and guinea pigs. When we finally found a place and booked over the phone they never told us that they would be closed until that evening for a holiday and when we showed up that morning ready for vacation they would not take our animals. When I called Hug ‘Em and Tuck Em that morning, John was amazing. He took our animals, posted pictures everyday and his facility is a whole lot nicer than the one we booked previously. He saved our vacation and our pets can’t wait to stay again in the future.

BEST animal boarding place ever! The owners and staff treated our nervous dog, Berk, with kindness, and they worked hard to help him try to relax. The kennels offer the dogs privacy, and a special dog treat is to sit in the front window area to watch dogs and the world go by! The dogs are also walked on a nearby greenaway, which offers exercise and great smells for them! This place really goes the extra mile, and we didn't worry when Berk was boarding there. It's truly unlike your usual dog boarding kennel - meaning BETTER! Book your spot EARLY as this facility is very popular for dog lovers... FYI, we never boarded a cat there, but we would have used this place without hesitation if we'd needed to do so.

Our dogs have been staying here twice now while we were out of town, we know they're in good hands! They provide picture updates and give them all the love they need while we're gone. They love animals and it shows, they care for your pets as their own which is all the peace of mind we need for a relaxing vacation.

I’m grateful to have a place like this to take my girl. I’ve taken her a few times now and after I picked her up earlier today I noticed once again the she’s happy and the girls I interacted with today were just the loveliest. Also love the Facebook posts. Thank you for taking care of my Syd.

While dogs are definitely a focus, because cats generally don't have the same boarding needs, our cats has a good day with them! We had an emergency need and they were able to fit us in on short notice. I will say, I did get to see how they walk and monitor dogs, and dog owners can get a ton of feed back on how their furry companion did. Each dog gets an individual walk, and such a parade! They look to really take the time to explore the nearby landscape.
