Committed team. The entire staff knew my puppy’s name when I dropped him off and he was happy, healthy and in a good mental state when i picked him him up. I’ll definitely board my pup here again, It’s worth the 80 mile drive each way to know my dog is happy and taken care off.

I was SO happy with my pups services! She looked SO cuuute & clean! She’s 4 months, her first grooming - so I’m sure it wasn’t easy, they did a great job & she seemed to have been so comfortable & happy with their team. As a fur momma to a young skittish rescue pup and a first time user of a kennel, I had a lot of questions and nervousness. Morning Star immediately put me at ease. They kindly answered all of my questions, explained their daily routine and assured me my dog would be well care for. Morning Star patiently helped her overcome the initial anxiety, then eased her into the social groups to play and make friends. After 8 days I returned to a very happy, groomed and tired-in-a-good-way pup! I would recommend Morning Star to anyone looking for a safe, loving, home environment for their dogs that will ease your mind while you are away.

Lily loves her time at the pet resort. Everyone is very caring and I have no concerns leaving her there when I am away and can't have her with me. They do a wonderful job grooming as well.

Hello, My dog stayed at Morning Star Farm for the second time this past August and the staff were great. The resort and farm are a wonderful place for a dog if your dog is the type that would like a farm and has a lot of energy. The fact that this may be the first review I have written in years should speak volumes. Don’t hesitate to book-you won’t regret it and the break from your dog is nice one in a while! In closing we were very pleased and will use Morning Star again in the future!

Purrfectly Peaceful is fantastic. My first interactions with Kevin for booking were very friendly, professional, and prompt. When I dropped off my 16 year old elder kitties, I met with Amy. We had such a nice chat as we waited for my girls to acclimate. The boarding room is gorgeous - homey, immaculate, and spacious. These folks genuinely care about cats, and I love that Amy kept in touch throughout their stay and sent me photos and updates on how they were doing. As older cats, they have some extra needs - Kevin and Amy went above and beyond to ensure their comfort, safety, and happiness. Not to mention, their services are incredibly affordable and topnotch quality which brings me such peace of mind as a graduate student trying to make ends meet. I am eternally grateful that I found Purrfectly Peaceful Cat Boarding, and will be going back for the next time my kitties need a place to stay! There's no place like home, but Kevin and Amy's kitty accommodations are the closest you can get!!

Purrfectly Peaceful is a perfect cat boarding facility. They provide personal love and care to their boarding cats and treat them as their own during the time they are guests. The daily prices are very reasonable. Amy and Kevin are the owners and are very personable and organized. This was the first time we were going to leave our 13 year old cat, Rusty, alone while away on vacation, and decided to try boarding him. After meeting with both owners and seeing their custom facility which is attached to their home, I was quite comfortable leaving Rusty with Purrfectly Peaceful. He was in good hands. He spent seven days there. He was fed well and treated with love while we were gone. I would definitely use their services again.

I cannot say enough about Purrfectly Peaceful! My cat is very timid and this was her first time boarding anywhere. The owners were extremely caring and accommodating. The room is adorable, very neat, clean and well taken care of!

Great service. Very clean, pleasant smelling facility. The owners have always been flexible and tolerant of my (at times) last minute or unsure scheduling. They are also just very nice, good folks to deal with.

No matter where I'm living, when I get another dog she will come to Markover for training. Joe did a phenomenal job teaching Nellie how to be the best pet and bird dog. Nellie was the WILDEST child with hints of loyalty, but a HUGE prey drive and therefore flight risk. I didn't want to send her to training for the fear of missing her too much but it ended up being the best decision ever. I get compliments on her obedience on almost every walk/run we take. If you're considering a board and train do it! Your dog will have a blast here. Nellie is always thrilled to be back at the preserve (and you know it's a good place when they encourage dogs on the couch - see photo attached)

We first brought our 2 dogs in for daycare for a few weeks prior to boarding to get them used to the kennel and new people. I'm glad I found you guys and felt we made the right decision for the boys. I trust Markover over anyone to watch my dogs and have referred others to them. Everything was clean, spacious for doggies to run around and great staff and family that make things run smooth and put myself at ease. We will definitely be back!!

We brought our 7-year-old rescue to Markover for training. It was a wonderful experience. He now walks quietly at my side without lunging at others on the street. It was a pleasure to work with Joe, the trainer. He answered all my questions both before and after the training and was most patient as he trained ME!

We’ve locally boarded our German Shepherd, Luca, for several years with ZERO satisfaction from another kennel. After some research, my wife came across Markover Kennels that came with high reviews. Initially, we had Luca groomed at Markover back in May with Cathy. Luca responded very positively, where he looked happy and handsome! Most recently, we decided to board Luca at Markover Kennels for 8 days while on a family summer vacation….REMARKABLE! Justin and his staff gave Luca tons of attention and walks. We have gone to Markover 3-4 times with my baby Rosie. Today she had a spa date with Michelle the groomer, who is just marvelous with our little girl! I highly recommend this place!!♥️

We have a very shy dog, pitbull mix. She had only been in a kennel 3 other xs., but that kennel closed. When u have a shy, timid dog it's difficult to find a kennel that u feel confident in. Markover was the best choice! We brought her once for a grooming and she did great, even with hearing dogs barking. It's easy to tell if people are dog lovers, and the owner and staff are absolutely dog lovers! They let our dog come to them, and she actually did!! Dogs are very perspective, so this was a positive for us. If a dog doesn't eat, they cook chicken and rice to add to their food. They take them for walks, and when we came to pick her up, she was out for her ( morning walk ) with one of the staff. All this is explained to us prior to leaving her. And they gave us a report as to how she did. I can't say enough positive things about Mark over kennels, and would highly recommend them. Thank you again Dave and Sue

Cady Falls Grooming at Markover Kennels If you are looking for a groomer that is not only excellent at listening to how you want your family pet groomed but most importantly cares for your pet like it was part of her own family - then Cathy is the right groomer for you. Our MalShi, Dusty, was never a happy camper when he sensed he was going in for a grooming, but all that changed with Cathy and we are thankful for that. We travel extensively, and we would have to take him to different groomers - but not after Cathy - Now we wait to get back to CT to take him to Cathy. Shr has been grooming Dusty for several years. She is also a breeder of award winning dogs and we think that training has helped to make her the caring groomer she is. The new facilities are spotless, and state of the art - so aside of knowing your dog is in good hands with Cathy - you and your dog are in a great facility. While I wish they would set up a second shop in Glastonbury, CT - For now, she and the new facility are worth the trip. Not sure their address is in this listing, so just in case - it is 699 Cook Hill Road, Danielson, CT

For boarding -Heated cement indoor/outdoor area but they provide raised hammock beds for the dogs. On site there is also grooming and training. One stop shopping which is wonderful. Really nice people.

It was super clean and they were super sweet! They took care of my reactive dog when I went on vacation. One of the workers Sage specifically worked with him and she really took the time to make him and us feel comfortable by sending us photos of him and updating us anytime she could! Definitely recommend!!!

First, I do not write many reviews but feel compelled to share our story with others. We Picked our pup yesterday from a one week stay. He looked sad, depressed, underweight and was covered in hives. When I called for an update mid week the only response I got was that he was “good” with zero details. We did get a call that he was held out of doggy daycare Because of a red spot on his backside. This did not nearly describe his condition. He had two enormous red areas where he had been licking constantly as well as hives everywhere. He also has a limp that he he did not have before and we are watching closely. Thankfully we were able to get him into the vet immediately after picking him up. (650 dollars later) We paid for cuddles/ story time but he has red marks on his lips (he is all black) from pressing up against the metal fence (Per the vet). We paid for extended doggy daycare and we really have no idea any of what we paid for even happened. Definitely would not go back and can say whole heartedly would not recommend.

They gave my dogs HOT DOGS! My poor pups were so sick and spent $700 in fees and meds from the vet. I didn't send them the bill but I'll never go back there. My dogs were pooping blood for 3 days. Never again.

Every time my dog comes back he looks amazing and the grooming is exceptional. Thank you so much for doing such a wonderful job. We even had a chance to use our dog friendly hair coloring, and we gave him a tad bit of purple. He loves it.

Norwichtown Pet Resort is a great place to work and bring an animal for boarding or daycare. The boarding activities are really broad and awesome for all animals of all energy levels. There are daycare options for large and small dogs and there are options for dogs that don’t get along with other dogs as well.

UPDATE: We went back today and WOW. Malibu came home thoroughly exhausted (see our run down girl shown below).... Everyone was super great and friendly...as they usually are... (except that one girl that one time around the holidays that told me there was no daycare that day after me driving down there with my dog who still gets car sick. I had checked the website before I left and it didn't say it was closed that day so when I went and she said there was no daycare that day, I was quiet for a moment... surprised... and she said "well we posted it EVERYWHERE" ... Except their website apparently... (Sorry, I'm still salty about her unnecessary attitude when I wasn't even complaining about it... Just was standing there for a moment thinking what my next move was) Anyway, she wasn't there and today was great. And I'm happy for our girl to have a nearby place where she can get exercise, get groomed and socialization and that shows their love of animals in their care. ❤️ We'll be back for sure.

Recently we used norwichtown for our two pups when we went away for a week. Our vaccinated dogs contracted kennel cough and we were contacted via voicemail that they needed to be picked up early because "they weren't doing well." We were able to pick them up a day early, but the person was not able to answer any of my questions: when did symptoms start? Were there any other dogs that were showing symptoms? These questions were met with the response of "I don't know." We also left food for the dogs, and she brought the wrong food back out, and was quite surprised when I told her that wasn't it. I am not confident in her "promise" that they didn't actually mix up the foods after her going to recheck for 7-8 minutes, she wasn't able to provide the extra bags we left. I asked for a manager to call me, but I never heard back. I called again, but was kicked out to an answering service, and did not get a response again. I will not be using them again, they seemed disorganized and unprofessional.

They give my pets a wonderful safe and fun environment every time we go on vacation, love the puppy postcards! The staff is just wonderful.

When my wife and I went out of town a couple of weeks ago we had a last-minute change in plans and needed to find someone to take care of our puppy before we flew out the following day. Norwichtown pet resort and spa were fantastic throughout the whole process. They were able to get her in for the next day and our puppy absolutely loved it. They made the process easy, painless and were very supportive when we called and checked on her multiple times throughout the week as it was our first time leaving her alone. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them. Thank you Norwichtown pet resort and spa for taking great care of star flight!

First time using a kennel for my 2 puppies (7 months) and 10 (months) they were great ! One employee in particular Emonte(spelling ?) was excellent! Definitely will use again!

BFF Resort is the best! My dog was a regular daycare attendee for 3 years and, even though we’ve moved a bit further away, we still come at least once a month! The staff are all super friendly, you get regular video updates, and it’s seamless and easy to communicate about booking or needs with the texting system they have in place. My dog is always thrilled to go hang out with his buddies when we drive up to the drop off door. I 💕 BFF!

BFF is incredible; I can't say enough good things about them. Extremely easy and convenient drop off and pick up. Flexible hours and 24/7 overnight option with staff always present in the building. They send video and picture updates throughout the day and post on social media. All of the dogs seem to love it there and our dog is no exception, he is so excited to go every day he can't wait to get out of the car! The staff is kind and thoughtful and you can tell that this is the place you would trust to take care of your dog with the utmost love and care.

I was cleaning my vehicle on the side of the Shell gas station and on the side side of this doggy daycare, where the dogs go out to the bathroom I just witnessed one of the staff manhandled a dog, threw the dog to the ground and was like choking the dog the dog was crying and whimpering, and I went over there and said something to the staff member, and also reported it to the police that was sitting in the Shell gas station. I’m making a report with animal control to investigate the doggy daycare where there is no cameras outside. I wish I caught it on video as soon as the dogs started crying and he wasn’t playing with his dog. I went over there and told him , don’t do that. To an animal. Poor dog was on the ground, facedown, crying and whimpering. This is why I would never put my dog in a doggy daycare people. Please Don’t bring your dog to the daycare and I wish I had the Pers information who knows what they’re doing inside if they do that outside

My Dog Absolutely loves this place!!! He can't get out the car fast enough when we pull up! The staff is amazing!! When I go to pick him up, he walks out then turns around to walk back in! They have to pick all 100 pounds of him up and carry him to the car! It hysterical

There is truly not enough I can say about this wonderful facility. I have a 1 year old Golden retriever who weighs in over 100 lbs at a healthy weight. He is full of puppy energy. I have struggled to find a daycare that I believe he truly is happy at. Well, after trying 3 other daycare facilities over the year, I have finally found his happy place here at MyBff resort! Sam and her staff go above and beyond to ensure the facility is kept clean, remains safe, and fosters a healthy playful environment. Sam sends lovely updates and videos of your pup throughout the day which provides comfort seeing how happy my boy is. From the moment we pull up tucker can’t wait to get out and play with his friends and the staff at the resort. He never comes home smelly or stinky despite his long, thick coat of fur. He takes the biggest nap after his time playing with all of his friends. They are adaptive and so kind to the pups that come in. They bring their own pups to the daycare which speaks volumes. Every staff member is caring and you can tell they genuinely love what they do. Their instagram page is filled with tons of updates for each pup which is so fun to follow. I really could write a novel explaining how happy I am with their care for tucker 🤍 I feel at ease during my long work shifts finally knowing my pup is happy and well attended to.

Our dog loved coming here for daycare. We recently moved and miss the folks at my BFF very much. The staff is professional, detail oriented, and make drop off and pick up incredibly easy for both dogs and humans! The facility is very clean. We received a video update every time our dog was there, which is so reassuring. The grooming services they offer for regular clients is great as well. Thanks to everyone at my BFF for giving Rigby a great daycare experience!

I take my Golden Retriever there. Amazing staff, they did an hour long orientation for us on the first day. Screening process is very strict, which is great. They keep you updated via texts through out the day and send videos of my puppy so I know he is having a great time. They even come to the car to pick up and drop off my pup so I don’t even have to get down. I highly recommend My BFF Resort to anyone.

My BFF is a definitely a Resort for your furry babies. I was honored to be able to see this amazing resort. Very clean facility they even had outdoor play and cool AC for inside. I was amazed how much love goes into all the doggies. The staff are fun and always present to meet the needs of their furry guest. I was well impressed of the extra mile the staff goes through keeping doggies safe, happy and clean. No doubt the best doggie daycare/boarding I've ever seen. You can feel the hard work and pure love that goes into this place.

Loved this facility up until we moved!! Best daycare for my pup ever, super attentive staff, updates throughout the day and super flexible drop off and pick up. My dog would start barking and getting excited just pulling up to the building!!! Wish we were closer or would still bring her here!!!

Took my little guy to My bff resort when we adopted him from a local rescue. He loves going there, and has lots of friends he enjoys playing with. The staff is extremely friendly and kind to the dogs, and we never worry about leaving him there. The space is very open and allows plenty of room for running off all that puppy energy. It's always super clean, unlike other day cares we visited. The cost is affordable and allows us to send our pup three days a week. We love taking him there !!!

Buxters recently took care of our two kitties (Pumpkin and Lola). Auntie Jay was amazing!!!! She followed all care instructions and even spent extra time with them each day to play. She also sent updates and photos every day. We can’t wait to use her again in the future.

Five stars for Buxter's Paw on all counts! Aunty Jay visited the house ahead of time and was totally prepared and professional with all plans and paperwork. Shy cat walked right up and made friends. While I was away, she sent daily pix and updates. She had both cats (who usually would be under the bed) out and interacting -- miraculous! When I returned, kitties were happy, and everything was neat as a pin. Aunty Jay even washed the food bowls for me, which was above and beyond. Excellent communication about the schedule. Most important: animals trust her. I recommend without reservation!

I had an exceptional experience with Auntie Jay’s pet sitting service, especially with her expertise in birds. My ring neck parakeet, Kia, had a delightful time and even learned to say ‘peekaboo’ within two weeks! Auntie Jay’s patience and attentive care, including daily photo updates, made me feel like Kia was treated as part of her family. I am immensely grateful and will definitely be returning. Amazing service! Cared for our cat like it was her own. Very knowledgeable about everything! Vets had gave us an antibiotic for him for the scratching she knew what it was and told us he didn’t need it. And sure enough the rash went away.

I have been using her services now for several years. And in my 40 years of pet ownership I have never found anyone more trustworthy or reliable. She has watched my pets for weeks on end, at my home or at hers. She has been their walker. She has taken them to vet appointments. She was even there with me when one of them passed. I could not recommend her more highly.

I have a rescue dog and was advised never to board him, so when my whole family had to travel for a family event, I was a bit panicked. Then I found Woof & Whiskers. Pamela and her team are skilled with animals, their accommodations are clean and comfortable for the pups (and they’re making additions too), the play area is spacious, and overall, it’s a great place with positive energy! We were able to visit before we booked, which was great, and pick up was smooth and easy. Their base boarding fee is reasonable and you can add on services like daycare, walks, grooming, etc…for an additional charge. Overall, it was a great experience and I would not hesitate to bring my dog here again. Thanks Woof & Whiskers Team!

Absolutely amazing. We had taken our little Nino to Petco for grooming which was a disaster. He came back with his coat all uneven and smelling foul. We decided to try Woof and Whiskers and were so happy with the wonderful job they did! Jaqui is so professional and knowledgeable. We couldn’t be happier with how handsome our baby boy looks! Took a friend to drop off her two pets(dog&cat)to be cared for while she was having surgery it turned out being longer than expected. She was pleased with the care and prices were bad compared to other local places.

We love woof and whiskers inn they are so accommodating!! The owner is so passionate about animals and I love that ! We boarded our dog ace here. It was the first time he’s ever been boarded . The owner took such good care of ace ace he has so issues and she was so accommodating to them. Ace came home a happy boy! She even sent him over to her grooming side for us for pick up and didn’t charge us for another day . I would absolutely recommend this place for your fur baby . :)

We boarded our AmStaff Maverick at Woof and Whisker Inn for 6 nights. We couldn't have been happier, family owned/run. You can tell they genuinely care about and get to know your pet compared to the more commercial chains. Rates were very reasonable, highly recommended.

We boarded our cat Layla for a week. They took wonderful care of her. I was a little nervous but the sent me pictures of her and would text me with updates and answers to and questions.

My dogs are always happy to see me after work trips but they always have fun with the staff and other dogs during boarding. Decent price, nice, clean facility, great staff. They love animals. You can trust them to take good care of your fur baby.

We recently sent our two 8-month old Labrador retrievers for four-week e-collar off-leash training with Carlee. We truly cannot say enough great things about the QK team from our first inquiry to the day we picked them up. Carlee was INCREDIBLE to work with. She is so knowledgeable and passionate about her job, which shined through in the growth and progress she made with our dogs. They are so much calmer, happier, and more focused after the time they spent working with Carlee. Professional training is an investment, but doing it through QK was a great decision and was worth every penny.

I brought my 6 month old pudelpointer here for the puppy class and added some gun dog training into it. 15 day class was long on my kids missing there new puppy but well worth it. Chris is very knowledgeable and did a great job with him and the dog has learned alot from what I have seen after 1 day of being home. I will be returning in the fall for some more gun dog tune up.

Just picked up my 7 mo. GSP puppy from a 2 week puppy training/intro to bird training with Carlos and I could not be more thankful! He is so much more confident, calm and respectful. It’s like night and day! I can’t wait to continue his training with QK and Carlos!

I have been taking my dog there for over a year for training and play care. She absolutely loves going and is so tired when she gets home. The trainers are great and my dog and I have learned so much from them. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I am very comfortable leaving her at QK and I know that she is in great hands.

Personally speaking, the grounds are amazing. The property is absolutely perfect for training dogs. So glad that we chose QK Kennels. I dealt with Hilary and Carlos. And I would certainly utilize them again. Our little fireball has learned so many good things from this location. And we are quite happy with the results. Thank you so much!

Quinebaug Kennels is in my view the best dog training facility in New England. Their staff has deep experience and talent, and the produce astounding results.

Went for puppy boot camp and couldn't be happier. The staff worked with our 9 y/o daughter to help her feel confident in what she was doing with our 4 month old husky. We will absolutely be back for play care for continued work and training. Doesn't hurt to have a tired puppy at the end of it all either.

Ashly and Shey have been amazing from the start. I first messaged them inquiring if they could help with my reactive dog, fast forward to over a year I inquired again with hesitation as my boy has many special needs. They assured me with confidence they would take their time building our trust and help any way they could. They kept their word. N warmed up to them faster than most during his meet & greet. Recently at his first day-stay they took their time building a relationship with Noah, learning his likes and dislikes. Ecstatic to say he felt very safe, he was very happy and accepted them as part of his small family and pack. As someone with such a unique dog I cannot say enough good things about all the small things that added up to make a big difference.

Ashly and Shey are the most compassionate and caring dog owners. They take the time to ensure each pup that comes into their home feels safe, is well taken care of, and loved 🐶 my 4 month old golden retriever has tons of energy, and they work with him to ensure he has the best time while I’m away. I’m so thankful for them and would recommend the Peaceful pack in a heartbeat !

Tucker loves visiting and staying with his aunties! If you’re a worried dog parent (like me) then you can rest assured knowing your pup is in great hands!! It’s clear all dogs get loves of love, attention, and play! Tucker has been a peaceful pack member for a few months now and he’ll definitely keep coming back! Our dog, Della, thoroughly enjoys her friends at Peaceful Pack and from what we hear, she and Max are a hot number! We picked her up this morning after her first overnight, and in true Della fashion, she wanted to stay with her new friends. They obviously care about the animals in their care. A wonderful experience!

I can’t say enough about Ashly and Shey, we wouldn’t trust anyone else with our Gino! He has been to The Peaceful Pack for fun days of play with his pack friends and for an extended staycation while we were out of town. They always send pics and updates so you know how your pup is doing and you get to see how much fun they are having. I cannot recommend The Peaceful Pack highly enough! My 2 year old cocker spaniel’s anxiety and reactivity has always made the thought of doggie daycare/boarding an impossibility. I am also very protective and really couldn’t imagine leaving my boy with anyone. But I came across The Peaceful Pack’s website one night and decided to give them a try. We set up a meet and greet with Ashly and Shey about two weeks ago and when we arrived, my usually high strung and standoffish pup jumped out of the car and RAN to them in a flurry of tail-wagging and butt-wiggling! As we spoke, I was impressed by their professionalism and knowledge about dogs and the various facets of dog behavior. They are super warm and all around lovely people who made me feel confident that their Pack would be a good fit for my pup, despite his challenges. They assured me that he would not be pushed past his limits but that he would be exposed to new and fun experiences gradually. He had his first day stay with the Pack last weekend and when I came to pick him up, he was happy, playful and relaxed. I listened in amazement as Ashly and Shey gave me a full rundown of his day: playing outside, relaxing in the house, even a road trip - all with another dog nearby! They showed me pics of my pup playing happily while nose to nose with another, larger dog. We have rarely ever before been able to get within a few yards of another dog without a meltdown, let alone nose to nose and relaxed! Ashly and Shey also work with each dog on any behavioral issues they might have during their stay, working practical training into the day’s activities. I am so grateful to have found these kind and wonderful ladies who care for my beloved baby like their own. He - and I - can’t wait for his next adventure with his “aunties”!

We are so lucky to have Ashly and Sheila in our lives. They are so kind, responsive, professional and most importantly of all, they love my girls. My Cocker Spaniels love to go on vacation at their “aunties” house. I receive updates with beautiful photos daily and have complete peace of mind knowing they are very happy, safe and loved.

I wish I could rate them with a 6th star. My wife and I left our dog Rocky with them for over a week while we were gone and we honestly didn't worry about him once! We were provided with so many pictures of him having a great time in their care. Youu can just tell that these two really enjoy taking care of dogs and love hanging out with them. We adopted our girl Annie in July and for months we’ve been searching for a place for her to socialize and spend the night when we go out of town. We were so lucky to come upon the Peaceful Packs website and instantly knew this place was different. I wanted somewhere where I knew Annie would be safe but I also wanted to know she’d be loved and cared for just as she is when she’s home. Not only do Ashly and Shey exceed the knowledge and professionalism I was looking for, but they just truly love dogs through and through. When I reached out, they were prompt and so informative in their reply. We were able to set up a meet and greet to see how Annie would fit in with the pack. This immediately set our minds at ease because it was clear, Shey and Ashly wanted to make sure they were the right fit and everyone would be happy and comfortable. It was an absolute pleasure getting to meet them and we were already deciding on days to schedule for Annie as we were driving away. As a 7 year old rescue dog with separation anxiety, I anticipated there would be some bumps in Annie transitioning to spending the day with the pack. But it’s been seamless!!! Shey and Ashly know exactly what they’re doing so all the dogs in their care are safe, happy, and enjoying themselves! We received photos and updates of the day and it has made us so happy to see our pup living her best life! From being so responsive, patient, and flexible to sending helpful reminders, to loving Annie as much as we do, Ashly and Shey go above and beyond for their customers in all that they do and I couldn’t be more impressed or thankful for them!! We truly feel part of the family and have already recommended them to our friends and family. Thank you Peaceful Pack for giving us such peace of mind when we can’t be with our fur baby!

Thank you to both Amy’s for their great service! We have been using Amy’s Pet Sitting Service for approximately 3 weeks and we have loved Amy C. She cares for both of my dogs, one being a puppy. Hello! I wanted to share our experience with Amy's Pet Sitting Service! I started a new job recently and the thoughts of leaving our 2 yr old puppy, Tanner by himself, when I now needed to be back in the office full-time (my old job was remote 90% of the time) was a very sensitive transition for all of us. I was proactive and did some research, made a call to our veterinarian and that's when I was referred to Amy's. Our first meeting was not only professional, friendly and thorough-it felt good. There was no need to discuss anything further, I didn't feel the need to call anyone else. We had them start off 2 days a week that very next week, then 3 days a week. Then we went in a short vacay and they came 4 x's a week and we decided to keep it at that. Amy's Pet Sitting Services are impeccable! I am convinced that Tanner waits for Amy C., when I mention her name he runs to our dining room window wagging his tail looking for her. Their communication is consistent and thorough, I receive daily texts, pictures and funny videos of Tanner being playful and stubborn lol They treat our family and our dog with the utmost respect. They are dependable, careful, respectful and trustworthy. Tanner is so stubborn (known for retrievers) as of a few weeks ago. We came back from vacation and I asked Tanner to "come" to me and he looked at me and walked over to me! I accredit Amy's services of his positive change in temperament. He is much happier, not so hyper when we get home, he seems so very happy and comfortable. He's getting attention, exercise and proper bathroom duties fulfilled. Their services are profound. I was vacationing out of the country when I first used her services, after each visit Amy C kept me updated as to how Daphne & Henry were doing. Amy took Great care of my fur babies while I was out of town. I was given daily updates and felt comfortable knowing that they were in good hands.

Deciding to leave our two dogs for ten days was not easy but when we met Amy R and Amy C during the meet and greet, we felt very comfortable opening up our home and having them care for our dogs. They kept the dogs on their feeding schedule and made sure they got lots of exercise and play time. We got updates at least once a day with photos of our dogs. It is obvious they enjoy what they do and the pets they care for. When our plane was delayed coming home, they were able to provide additional time for us and our dogs. I would highly recommend Amy's Petsitting for anyone looking for the same care you would give your pet. They were awesome!

I hired Amy’s Pet Sitting Service to pet sit for my cat while I was on vacation. They were amazing. After each visit Amy would text me with a photo of my cat and update me on how things were going. When I got home they made a framed picture of my cat. She seemed well taken care of. I would highly recommend Amy’s Pet Sitting Service.

I am truly grateful for Starwood pet resort for taking care of my lovely Ginger cat when i was a way. I am very thankful for the staff and especially Nathan and Finny who sent me daily updates and pictures that really eased my anxiety. It was my first time leaving my feline friend in a pet resort and to add to that, he had blood in his stool same day of resort drop off so i had to take him to the vet before dropping him off at the resort. As you can imagine my worry and anxiety grew double and leaving for my vacation was not easy. However i am incredibly thankful for Starwood who took amazing care of my boy in regards to food, medicine but also cuddled and played with him in addition to providing me with daily updates. Again i am especially grateful for Nathan and Finny who went above and beyond to ensure Ginger is happy and i am at ease and in the know. I wish they were more people like them! I highly recommend Starwood pet resort; they are amazing and i know you will leave your furry friends in safe hands!

I am very slow to trust anyone with my dog, but he has always come home healthy and happy. They’re always quick to let me know how he is doing, even if I call too frequently to check in. I am so glad to have found a place for my buddy.

I appreciate the customer service I received at Starwood. When I booked my dog’s stay, I was given an incorrect price for boarding so I was a bit surprised when I arrived at drop off. The owner was contacted and she was able to provide me a price that was close to the quoted price. I was immediately satisfied! Both of my dogs had an amazing time. Because of the customer service and the great experience my dogs had, I already booked them for July.

Staff is very friendly and the prices are reasonable and they offer a lot of services for your dog during its stay. My dog Lizzy came out unscathed and no issues. She did pick up some kind of respiratory sickness after her stay but she was brought to the vet and given antibiotics to treat it. Other than that I had a good experience. I will use them again next time, thanks 👍

Edit: He has plenty of time to respond to reviews but no time to call us back. This incident happened prior to COVID. I never said our dog was attacked so I'm not sure who you're quoting there. You did ghost us and now are being dishonest online. If you're a potential customer reading this review you don't have to take my advice. I'm just sharing my poor experience. I would also note his response and how he is more concerned with a negative review than actually caring about his customers. We were bringing our dog here for daycare until one day she got bit by another dog. The owner said he would take care of the cost of the surgery. However he sent a check for part of the cost and then completely ghosted us. He stopped returning our calls. It's been 3 years and we haven't heard a peep. I would never recommend this place.

We love Starwood! Our shy medium-sized dog, Dahlia, has been going there for about 9 months now and we wouldn't bring her anywhere else! We have done both daycare and boarding and she always comes home happy, healthy and tired!

Honestly They deserve 0 stars but I was required to put 1, I don't understand how this place is 4.7 stars. It smells horribly, the staff doesn't seem like they care at all that pets are there and my dog came home with kennel cough AFTER getting the medicine before being left in their care, not to mention the fact she seems completely spooked by everything since coming home. She won't eat by herself, or go-to the bathroom alone, and when we picked her up we were told she was moved away from other dogs because she was barking to much, SHE DOESN'T BARK AT ANYTHING, and when my partner and I called during our vacation to check in (because we were anxious the entire trip after seeing the state of the place) the person who answered seemed more interested in getting us off the phone rather than easing our nerves this place is trash and needs to be shut down.

Left my baby (mini poodle) Bella there for a week while we took the kids on vacation. I’m sure they took good care of her as Bella seems to be fine after coming back, besides from her diarrhea (maybe caused by stress?). The only thing I wish they did differently is that they had called me before changing her diet. She was given cat food, according to them because she was not eating well which I appreciate as I understand being her first time in a new environment with “strangers” and barking dogs which she has never been exposed to was going to decrease her appetite. Also, she smelled pretty bad. Her harness had a very strong dog urine smell so did her bed and blanket. Not a big deal, I don’t expect this place to smell like flowers as they deal with so many dogs… but maybe would appreciate a bit of spritz on there… the ride home was not fun!!

I had a very last minute family emergency and Tom was so amazing to work with me. He found a spot for my 2 dogs during a high season. Made the entire process simple. I was greeted by the most compassionate and attentive group of people who helped me in with my food and dogs. They were thoughtful, sensitive to me. My dogs are in the best care. I bumped into Tom leaving and he was just as friendly in person as in all our prior contact. This establishment was clean. Everyone just so personable and kind. They really love dogs here. I have found a home away from home. If you need daycare or boarding this is the place!!! Thank you again to everyone at Starwood! 🙏
