Erica watched my senior dog and cat for 12 days while I was traveling internationally. She was organized, responsive, and took excellent care of both my animals and my apartment while I was away. She sent me photos during the stay and my pets absolutely adored her. She has watched my pets before and I always trust her to take excellent care of them. Traveling internationally and leaving my pets in the care of a sitter always makes me a little nervous, since I won't always be immediately reachable. However, Erica's communication and obvious competency made me feel very comfortable about leaving my pets in her care while I was away. It's very obvious she adores spending time with the pets and caring for them. I came home to a clean apartment and very happy and healthy pets. I would highly recommend Erica for any of your sits!

Natalie took great care of it dog and cats! She was clean, organized, conscientious, and communicative. Our dog had a small cut on his foot and Natalie took great care to help him heal. I would highly recommend Natalie as a house sitter and pet sitter!

David and Elynn were fabulous pet sitters and house sitters. Our dog and rabbit were well-taken care of, the house was left even cleaner than when they arrived! I would highly recommend David and Elynn, and would happily have them again! David and Elynn took excellent care of our dog Cosmo and our rabbit Oreo. They made sure they were happy, well-fed, and got exercise and fresh air! We were very happy to receive several photos of our furry friends while we were away. They took amazing care of the house and yard, and were very open with communication. If they were uncertain of anything or had a question, they were very open about reaching out! David and Ellyn were wonderful houseguests, who left the house even cleaner than they found it! I would highly recommend David and Elynn and their two adorable children. They are wonderful, respectful people who definitely love animals and will give your pets and home lots of care! Thank you!! :)

Maryna was an excellent pet sitter and houseguest! Communicating with her was easy, and she always responded to my messages quickly. She was also incredibly self-sufficient! Moreover, Maryna graciously agreed to check on my neighbor's cat for a couple of days as well. My dog bonded with her quickly and was happy and healthy when I returned. The house was also spotless. I would happily have Maryna sit for me again!

Cleo is a very lucky puppy dog to have been cared for by Matt & Lisa! We’ve had quite a few sitters over the last 2 years with TH, and I have no reservations saying that they were the best! First, communication was fabulous from the start. They put me at ease before they ever got here. Throughout the sit, there were regular updates and pictures. They were so very attentive to Cleo, and even ventured out with her on trail walks (Cleo’s favorite thing in the world). They handled her medications with no problem. It was obvious that my nervous pup was at ease and loved them, as she ended up sleeping with them! I’d have Matt & Lisa again in a heartbeat, and would recommend to anybody!

Robyn was a great pet sitter and house sitter. She went way over and beyond my expectations!!!! She sent a photo of her and my dogs and they were looking at her like they were in love. And my cats are not very friendly, but she won them over also. I would highly recommend Robyn as a pet sitter and house sitter. She is a very sweet lady. I was fortunate to have Lisa as a sitter for my active, 7-year old lab mix (Ozzy) for a week in Bend. Lisa took the time to meet us via Facetime and in person before her stay. It was apparent she wanted to be well-prepared and aware of any special doggie needs he may have, or any help I needed with watering plants or bringing in mail. She took great care of Ozzy while I was away and sent me regular updates and photos of their outdoor adventures. I returned home to a very happy dog and a house exactly as I had left it. I'd welcome Lisa back anytime!

The ladies there are wonderful! My parents dog loves going to get groomed. He's a golden retriever and after his "Furminator" treatment he comes home so happy and his fur feels so soft and fluffy!

I am extremely happy with the service I received. During the normal course of pet sitting I received constant updates by text, along with pictures, I never had to wonder if someone was there while I was away on vacation. On the later part of my vacation, one of our dogs fell very ill, and the sitter assigned to us went well far beyond our expectations, taking our dog to the vet, picking up medication and administering it, and even cooking a special meal recommended by the vet in their own home and bringing it to him. Simply amazing.
Absolutely love the team. I’ve had Katie and her team sit my dogs and cats for years. I trust them, and they treat my pets like their own. All my pets love Katie and her team. I’ve had pets who have had serious medical issues, and I’ve never worried while I’ve been gone knowing they’d receive all their meds and top level care.
Katherine is absolutley incredible at what she does! She loves animals and it shows! This was our 1st time leaving our puppy and we felt so comfortable knowing he was getting cared for by Katherine. She updates you a few times a day and makes you feel at ease knowing your fur baby is in good hands. I'm ready to plan another trip away, so Oliver can have another great time with his friends and Katie! She is the best out there!!

We were absolutely thrilled with Claws and Paws Pet Sitting. The communication was spot-on. Their pricing was reasonable. Most importantly, Cass provided excellent care for our two elderly dogs while we were away. We intend to use their services repeatedly.

Everyone with claws and paws has been nothing short of amazing. Quick responses, they do their best to fit me in if I need it last min! They always take such good care of my animals and always send me pictures when I’m away and missing my babies! 10/10 recommend.
Katie is the BEST!!! We have a very difficult cat and Katie went above and beyond to accommodate. Our cat has anxiety problems and is afraid of everything, he runs and hides from strangers. She was able to get him to come out of hiding. She sent videos and updates while we were gone. We give Katie 10 stars because 5 is not enough. Will definitely be using Claws and Paws in the future.

We love this place! Tammy is awesome! We quickly could tell how she got to know our dogs in just one visit. We made the mistake of using another boarder a little closer to us but discovered it was well worth the extra drive time. I have no doubt that they are in good hands when dropping them off. We have a old pug and 4 year old boxer. We were worried that the boxer would be too much, but it was no problem.
LOVE LOVE LOVE them! I take my dogs there and they are amazing! My Great Dane is a little standoffish and weird with people and the staff here are so great with her! They are very detail oriented and will call me with any concerns which is very appreciated. I never have to worry when I leave my dogs here. I highly recommend them!
This place is the absolute best and the only place my boys could stay when me and my fiance' is out of town. I have a 6 yr old Yorkie/Shitzu and a 2 yr old miniature schnauzer who both suffer from separation anxiety and my Yorkie has aggression problems and has been banned from several daycare places, However they were very patient and understanding and willing to work with us and through my boys problems. They are very affordable and very kind and I thank you so much for accepting my dogs and giving us the peace of mind that they are well taken care of while at your location.
We love our pets and like to travel which could be a dilemma. It is not because of this kennel. I wish my friends who can't believe I would leave my dog at a kennel could see him run to their door, bark to be let in and run to greet the owners. He seems to be very happy there. And, his sister, the cat, comes home with her same personality, Wonderful kennel and owners who understand and love animals!
I am very particular about where and who I let care for my dogs. I'm a trainer and some of my rehab cases need special handling. Plus my working dogs have thousands of $ invested in training. I trust Pinewood kennel implicitly to be able to to care for the needs of my dogs. Their prices are great. My training clients will board with me when I have space but I'm limited on capacity so if I don't have room I always suggest Pinewood. They are true dog people with experience. I can be a worry wart when leaving my dogs but I know they are in good hands at Pinewood.
Absolutely the best! We have been using Pinewood since they opened their doors...maybe 20 years? Time flies. This is the only place my dogs will stay while I am away. Now that I live out of state, when I visit home, my dogs ride with me all the way to Pinewood for their vacation. Thank you for your wonderful care.
Great staff/owners. Great facilities. You can't do wrong by your pet by taking them to Pinewood. Our dogs love it there when we have to go out of town. Worth the drive.
