Man’s Best Friend Kensington and Chelsea is the absolute best! Our dog Roger is always so excited when the team members come to our door to pick him up and comes home absolutely exhausted. The team is so attentive and kind, constantly updating us on Roger, responding in timely manner and you can really tell how much they love these pups. I would 100% recommend them!

So glad we've found Man's Best Friend to take care of Bailey for her weekly day care and walks. Professional service through and through with good pick up and drop off time. Bailey had a great first day and updates were provided to know that she's had an eventful day. She came home content and happy (very sleepy!)

What a fabulous service! Our little one gets out the door for a full day runabout and we get her back happy and tuckered out in the afternoon. It's clear from the photos all the doggies are having a romping good time. MBFKC has clearly grown since we first signed up and met with Emma (founder) who came to meet us and our little girl, but the service has stayed top notch and feels very personal and connected. Lilo, my 4-yr old french bulldog, absolutely adores Man's Best Friend. Lilo runs out my door in the morning when I tell her Mandy is picking her up for daycare and practically leaps into Mandy's arms. When I am out of town, Lilo has the best adventures with the families and friends that board her for overnight parties. They even had a puppy Christmas celebration - amazingly sweet.

Excellent daycare and even better people! My dog Stella has been going to MBFKC for nearly 3 years now and loves going every morning when she hears Mandy knock on our door. They are kind, communicative, and post videos to ensure you know your dog is having a great day.

Our dog Shifu is rather timid and anxious. Sarah and Jordan are the only ones he’d happily go to in over 11 years. He absolutely loves being with them. They’re empathetic, attentive, and kind pet sitters who also often go out of their way to ensure our needs are met. They also post regular updates and genuinely love the dogs they watch. Sarah and Jordan came highly recommended to care for my reactive dog, Oliver, while I was away on holiday, and I couldn’t be happier to have found them. They sent me daily updates and photos, which gave me peace of mind, especially as Oliver is currently dealing with some medical issues. Sarah is a kind, attentive 'dog whisperer' and she has transformed the dynamic between us and our highly reactive 7-year-old dog. Not only does our dog love her (she squeals with excitement each time we drop her off for an overnight stay), but Sarah worked with us to set boundaries, develop training strategies and give our dog outlets for her anxious energy. Everyone in our family is happier and calmer now, including our dog.

Our Nata is a rescue and was incredibly avoidant of all other dogs and humans when we first adopted her. Sarah and Jordan won her over quickly and they are truly her second family now. Nata loves spending time with them and that’s a huge testament to how gentle and playful they are with her— such good vibes (and they throw her “birthday” parties 😭)! We trust Sarah and Jordan with her completely and would recommend to anyone looking to send their pups for a fun day out, or a “holiday home” for boarding when you’re away traveling

As a pet owner, i can see how genuinely Sarah & Jordan loves pets and my dog is in good hands with them when we travel or need a last minute dog walker. Sarah & Jordan are Bruno’s family and he loves spending his days with his pack pals. I trust them completely to take care of him - some dog walkers are just doing it for extra cash, they genuinely love animals and put so much into making sure their dogs are happy and the pack is right for them. I wouldn’t leave Bruno with anyone else - he wouldn’t let me!

Mark was always very flexible, friendly and knowledgeable of the area and where to walk our dog. It was a luxury that he would walk our dog on his own and not with thousands of others, so we felt like he was really getting a good time. Would definitely recommend using Mark!

Mark is a wonderful dog walker, he is completely trustworthy and is brilliant with my pooch. Hooza is in fact obsessed with Mark and I can only think this is to do with Marks brilliant way with dogs. He is incredibly kind and patient with Hooza as he is still young and working things out. Mark adores all dogs and is incredibly efficient and knowing of his 4 legged trainees. Mark will easily work around your schedule for a walk and also does the weekends which is incredibly handy, I can’t recommend him enough!

Mark is great with dogs! He takes care of my Sprockerpoo puppy Mia when I'm travelling. He regularly walks her and helps me train her. She had separation anxiety, an issue that he resolved within a few weeks. Mia adores him! Mark is very reliable and very committed to his job. He is a lovely person too. I can highly recommend him!

This man is a genius! I work in a coffee shop along Marks walk route so I see him daily. I have seen dogs come in to my shop with their owners loud and misbehaving and then I see them come in with Mark as completely different dogs, well behaved and perfect listening. What’s great about Mark is he speaks to the dogs like humans and you can see the level of respect he has for the dogs and the dogs for him. I don’t know how he does it but he’s got a way with them. I would definitely recommend giving his services a try.

Mark walks out two big dogs Wilson and Yoda - a mastiff and German shepherd. We have used marks services for over a year now and we are absolutely delighted with the service and care mark gives our two! The dogs love him!

Mark has been a godsend helping us settle our Italian chocolate Labrador Ciccio into life in London. He and Ciccio struck up an instant rapport and Mark has been brilliant at helping train the rather exuberant Ciccio to walk well to heel and not bound off excitedly at every other passing dog or pigeon. Ciccio loves him and is always ecstatic to see him for their walks. He comes home wonderfully tired and content: one very happy dog. Mark’s extensive experience with animals is very evident and I cannot recommend him highly enough!

We could not recommend Rex in the City more. Fran is such a professional and we have total comfort that our precious Cockapoo is looked after very well. Fran is really responsive and is always available if we need last minute walks. Our dog also boards with Fran some weekends/if we are away on holiday and she loves it. We are so grateful to have found Fran and so is our dog - she loves her!

Rex In the City is absolutely fantastic. We needed occasional boarding and walking for our dog when we moved into the area, and were drawn to Fran by the great reviews. They're all true! We were feeling anxious (and guilty!) about leaving our dog Cali behind while traveling. Fran put us at ease with her professional and pleasant demeanor, and also by sharing photos and videos while we're away. Cali loves her completely. Highly recommend Fran. My Cockapoo Monty sits at the top of the stairs waiting for her to arrive each day and runs out without a backwards glance. He loves the walks, the swims and the fun. Fran is super helpful and flexible. Great day care, daily walks and overnight boarding. My dog is my most precious family and my best friend. I feel completely safe when he’s having fun with Fran.

I’ve been fortunate enough to know Fran and her team for the last 4 years and she’s been looking after my Boxer Disraeli throughout that time. Her ethos is all about caring for him as if he were her own and that’s what puts Fran’s approach above all the other dog care businesses in the area. Disraeli was visibly excited every time it was ready for pick up and just wanted to tell me all about it when he returned. He even got excited when we bumped into Fran and her kids in the street. We booked walks, daycare and one overnight stay and were always 100% confident that he would have a good time. Fran was flexible when required, covering short notice bookings and switching others when work required it. If you want your dog to be cared for, rather than kept, by a team, led by Fran, with an affinity for our special canine family, then I recommend Rex in the City.

I can definitely recommend Fran and Rex in the City. Fran has a wonderful way with dogs and my miniature schnauzer (who was very nervous of walkers after a bad experience) adores her and sits waiting at the door for her to arrive. Fran has always been totally flexible and will go out of her way to accommodate Coco for the day or overnight and she always comes back happy, relaxed and exhausted (with no bad habits!). A really great service and highly recommended.

We boarded our dog, Zoey, with Fran for over a week and could not have had a better experience. We felt confident that she was being well cared for and receiving plenty of love while were away on holiday. We received several photo and video updates and are very happy with the entire experience. Zoey adores Fran and came home a tired & happy girl! We will continue to use the services Rex in the City has to offer - we highly recommend Fran!

Thank you Fran, you’ve been absolutely wonderful with my dog Frida. As a rescue Frida can be a bit anxious with cars/ busy places. Given your experience and background with dogs (not just walking but training and behaviour) your patience and kind approach really helped Frida come out of her shell. Before long she was zooming around the parks and happy playing with other dogs. Her happy and calm mood continued when I got home from work too which was lovely to see. Frida is part of our family, and we love her dearly. It meant so much that we knew she was always in the best care with you. Thank you.

I can highly recommend Fran and the team. They've been regularly taking out our Irish Terrier since he was a very excitable puppy (not that he's any less excitable now!). He clearly hugely enjoys going out with his friends in the pack and always comes back well worn out. It's great that in Fran and the team we have people we can trust, knowing that he'll be well looked-after on those days we can't take him out ourselves.

Rex in the City have been looking after our cocker spaniel, Humphrey, since he was a small pup. Fran provides a loving family environment for her charges and they get plenty of exercise and stimulation. I would have no hesitation in recommending Rex in the City for dog walking, daycare and boarding.

This is an update of my previous review. We have recently got a second maltese puppy and he has also joined the Holland Bark Club family. We feel fortunate to have found HBC - we have complete peace of mind and can see how both of our boys benefit from their experience. There is nowhere else we would leave our maltese. They love it so much that they both drag us to the shop a minimum once a day! I saw the negative review and am frankly suprised as this does not represent our experience at all and we have been using all the services for years. They certainly do not offer medical advice and do not have laser therapy as it is is a doggy day care nor have our dogs lost weight. In fact the team go out of their way to accommodate our dogs eating as both are fussy eaters and they have never lost weight which is something we are focussed on. They also monitor one of our maltese to ensure he is hydrated. I can also confirm that both the daycare and boarding have premium soft ramps, beds and rugs. In fact the daycare is designed with dogs in mind and even has padded floors, padded low stairs, gates and is completely safe. Holland Bark is a fully licensed day care. Fantastic indoor space and staff. A dog friendly sensory environment. No more than 3 dogs walked at any time. Dogs are matched so they walk well together and a maximum number of dogs are allowed at the daycare on a daily basis. The staff are all amazing and have regular training sessions. The owners really and genuinely care for your small pet, which is what they specialise in. They have grooming facilities. Take detailed records on vaccinations and health concerns. Vet details and contact details are registered and each dog has an induction day to ensure that the dogs staying all get on, are safe and have fun. Most importantly they are looked after, loved and you have peace of mind. We receive regular video and photo updates and they respond almost immediately to our messages. They also have an amazing boutique where items are updated regularly. We can thoroughly recommend it and would not take our boys anywhere else.

Absolutely incredible, I could not recommend enough. I have a lot of admiration for Jan and Millie and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my Pomeranian Mishka ♥️ Mishka has been attending Holland Bark since he was a small puppy and often stays boarding with them in Richmond. He always has the biggest smile on his face and I know he is getting plenty of love and attention. Highlight of my day is when I go through all the videos and pictures to see what fun Mishka has had that day!!

I have a reactive dog who bites out of fear, so I've always been hesitant to leave him with anyone other than my mother. However, I recently tried leaving him with Jan and Millie for a couple of days and it turned out to be a fantastic experience. They were recommended by a mutual contact and I am so grateful for that introduction. I have now been away for a month, Jan and Millie have gone above and beyond in taking care of my pup. They send me tons of pictures and updates, even handling his eye issue and giving him his eye drops. I can't recommend them enough! They are trustworthy, reliable, and truly care for the well-being of the pups they look after.

Jan and Millie have been looking after Dora for 6 years now (from the time she was a puppy!) and I would not trust anyone to take care of her but Holland Bark Club and Coco Cares. Dora is not the type of dog who loves all humans and is also high maintenance, but she absolutely adores boarding with Coco Cares and spending work days with Holland Bark Club. Best dog care & boarding in the whole of London <3

Simply the best . I just can’t rate this cosy , friendly , kind , loving and professional dog day care more highly. Daphne has been a client of Jan and Millie since she was a puppy , coming up for 9 years ago and the care , skill , and expertise of this special doggy day care is parallel to none . Daphne adores her Holland Bark Club days and scrabbles on their door to get in ( sorry , Millie !) . On the days when we are not booked but happen to be passing ,she literally sits down outside their door and refuses to move, very sad not to be going in ! It’s hilarious , but a real testament to the wonderful dog care she is lucky enough to receive from the wonder Millie and Jan .

Our miniature Dachshund Luca has been going to Holland Bark & Coco Cares for 5 years. After trying various other options, this was the only place he genuinely display excitement to go to for both day care and overnighting stays. Luca is a very nervous dog and does not trust people easily and needed special attention, which he got in spades. The staff has been nothing if not exceptional. We tried many other options of day care and non of the other reputable options had the amount of care and individual approach that we and Luca needed. Professional, personable and 100% trustworthy in a beautiful and safe environment. There is not enough gratitude to express how much Holland Bark Club has consistently given us the very best service and ongoing peace of mind that Luca has the best care at all times.

VG absolutely loves it. Great location and the pups get all the attention with caring friends to learn and play. He's made some friends and great for his socialisation. Must check out the shop too, some very cute items.

Our little Yorkie, Charlie, has been in to Holland Bark Club on a couple of occasions and both times came back a very happy doggy! Millie and Jan stay in touch throughout the day, which is very reassuring. They provide photos and videos over Wattsapp and are excellent photographers! They only mix dogs of good character and a similar (small) size which is very sensible and ensures a good time is had by all the dogs. We are very happy that this place has opened up locally and are glad to build a relationship with them which means there is always somewhere safe and caring to leave Charlie when we need him looked after for the day.

Absolutely AMAZING! Jan, Millie and their team are the best in the business. Extremely professional and my miniature dachshund puppy absolutely loves her visits. They were so helpful in easing her into socialising with other dogs and I can relax knowing she’s having the best time and care with plenty of love and attention. Highly recommend :)

Catherine loves dogs enormously and that is why she is a wonderful and super dog-sitter. She is so natural, always smiling and amazing with all the dogs; my dog adores her and is incredibly happy to board at Catherine’s. She pays so much attention to any dog’s needs and gives a very bespoke care to each dog. I can recommend 100%. We are sooo lucky to have Catherine in our neighbourhood.

We love Catherine, she has looked after our cavapoo for the last 2.5 years, since Chelsea was 12 weeks old . Chelsea goes wild for Catherine when ever we drop her off or we meet Catherine in the street/park. She stays overnight often and when we go away. Catherine shows such love and care for Chelsea. The most wonderful place to have your dog looked after. I can assure you that your pet will fall in love with Catherine and will always be happy to spend the day with her. Ive know her since my dog was a puppy and Im sure he now sees her as one of his primary caretakers. Catherines always reliable and makes sure to give your doggo the best care possible.

Catherine is great with dogs and Our Miniature schnauzer loves her. We have only used her for Dogwalking but I wouldn’t hesitate to use her for boarding too if the need arose. Bobby is always so excited if we bump into her in the street which proves what a hit she is with dogs.

Catherine looked after my little Maltipoo puppy Nala, and she was just fantastic. I could go to work with the peace of mind that my little fur baby was in the best possible hands. You can tell that Catherine adores dogs, also I really appreciated the text updates during the day to let me know that my little one was doing well. When I went to collect Nala after work she was all ready to go, bag pack and had her lead on. It really made is so easy for me to pick her up and be on our way! We will be back soon :)

As a vet nurse, Alison also provided invaluable dietary and health advice, ensuring our dog’s overall well-being. Alison's approach to training, based entirely on positive reinforcement, was both effective and rewarding for our entire family. She treated our dogs as valued members of the family, and they absolutely loved working with her. In addition to basic behaviour training, she expertly guided us through scent work and more specialised tasks required for assistance dogs. Her punctuality, professionalism, and dedication to her craft are truly commendable. It is quite a challenge to find a trustworthy dog walker who not only walks your dog, but also is reliable and takes into account the breed and condition of your dog. I cannot recommend more Georgie and her team. Not only they are very knowledgeable about the requirements of different dogs, they are very passionate about all things dog related. You can always ask for an advice about food, health and or any issues relating to behaviour of your pet. I am always very conscious about Frankie being a pug, and thus he has his limitations as a breed. I can completely trust Georgie with him, be it a hot day or if he has some problems with his spine, to accommodate him as best as needed. He loves going on walks with Kensington Hounds.They make sure your dog is stimulated according to what they need and returned a happy satisfied pup.

Kensington Hounds provides the best dog walking and boarding service hands down. I don't even know where to start on how great they are. We have boarded our precious Zoe with them many times, and she always is excited to go with them and happy upon her return. We wouldn't leave her with anyone else. Zoe is super excited when they collect her for her exercise...and nice and pooped when she returns. I can't recommend them enough! Thanks to the whole gang!

Martha loves her walks so much with Ryan or anyone of the amazing Kensington Hounds team. They are professional, knowledgeable and really care about them wellbeing of the animal in a holistic approach. Any question you may have about your animal, the team at Kensington Hounds has an opinion and i have found them to be superb. From food, to treats to exercise and obedience.. my golden retriever has truly matured through their input. And she has met some great friends. Now at 9 months, her walks and care from Kensington hounds has enhanced her puppy period and beyond. I truly recommend them extremely highly .

For a first time dog owner, Georgie, Drew and Glen were complete lifesavers. Through 1:1 training sessions and daily walks, Drew and Glen managed to change my dog from being overstimulated and nervous to a calm and very well behaved with the most amazing recall! Georgie was wonderful with her knowledge of dog nutrition and its impacts on behavior as well as allergies. She was always on the other end of the phone when I needed advice. I cannot recommend them enough. Reliable, knowledgeable and your dog will be over the moon to see them each day. They are very much missed in Boston. Please open a branch Stateside soon!

AWESOME! Drew, Georgie, Jamie, and Ryan are fantastic! I really can't praise these guys enough. From the minute Drew and Georgie walked in the door, it was obvious that they were good people, they were real dog people, and they knew their stuff. And if my own instinct wasn't enough, Sadie (my yellow Lab) loved them immediately. We boarded Sadie with KH, and when she came home she had clearly had a great time; she was even a bit fitter than before. We wondered if we were giving her as much exercise and stimulation as she needed. So, when we had a couple of days a week when it was difficult for us to give her as much exercise as she needs, we knew who to call. Sadie spent 2 days a week with Jamie, and when he rang the door in the morning, Sadie was beyond excited. Anybody who knows Labs, knows that food is a TOP priority. When Jamie arrived a few minutes earlier one day, Sadie hadn't quite finished her breakfast, and I had to FORCE her to eat it before she left for the day! THAT's how awesome these guys are, and how much the dogs love them! By the way, when she came home in the evening, sometimes I had to wake her for her dinner! People often finish these reviews saying that they have "no hesitation" in recommending the service. I want to go beyond that, and actively encourage you to let these guys take care of your dog. They get it. They're passionate about looking after dogs, and the dogs pick up on that.

We have been working with Alison in 1 to 1 sessions for a few months now since moving to West London and she has been truly fantastic throughout. We have a wonderful but sensitive 2yr old Weimaraner cross and Alison has been the perfect fit to help us and him through his teenage phase. From helping with his outdoor & indoor manners - to adjusting to his new home, helping him feel more comfortable around new people, as well as being left alone we have come a huge way since we started our sessions! Alison is always careful to take into account you and your dogs individual needs and it is an extremely tailored and 360 approach to force free (always) training. She is hugely knowledgeable about all areas of dog behaviour and it goes far beyond your standard ‘training’ and really is about helping you and your dog have a happy and rewarding relationship. I am an experienced owner of gun dogs but it has been invaluable to have Alison mentor us and we will continue to see her regularly. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough and we are very excited to start our scent training work too. Thank you Alison!

Kensington Hounds was suggested to me while I was having a walk with our new puppy. Giving it a try was the best thing I could have done. Normally I don't write reviews but this time I really want to say thank you and tell others how beneficial it was. It started with the organisation and communication which was so easy and fast. The training itself opened up my eyes. The approach to be equal to the dog and all the knowledge I got helped us so much. Jeannie looks after our dog Iriska for a few years now. She walks her and looks after her in her house during our vacations. We trust Jeannie not only with the dog, but also with the house keys and when Iriska hears the keys in the lock she races to the door at her top speed. Iriska is a Hungarian Vizsla. She is very loud and boisterous and she needs loads of exercise and sometimes she can be disobedient, especially in the parks, with a lot of squirrels around. With Jeannie she gets all she needs - loads of fun in a good company of other dogs! After walks with Jeannie she comes back tired and satisfied:) We can enjoy our holidays in peace knowing that we will find Iriska happy and healthy on our return! Thank you, Jeannie!

Our dog Griff has been a regular with Jeannie for the past few years, for day care but more frequently for extended stays over a weekend or 1 or 2 week holidays. Griff LOVES his time with Jeannie and we love him being there as we have the complete peace of mind knowing that he is extremely well looked after whilst we are away. Jeannie is an absolute delight. I cannot recommend Jeannie enough, my 1 year Jack was struggling with being sociable with other dogs, sometimes becoming aggressive needlessly. Jeannie took her on as a socialising exercise and the results are showing like she's a different dog entirely, having been taught quite nicely how to play properly. Jeannie is honest, reliable and very knowledgeable, and leaving Ripley with her is never a worry, we know she's going to have the best time!

We have used Jeannie to walk and board our dog for a number of years. Our dog loves her and is always thrilled when she sees Jeannie. She also has groomed Lulu beautifully. Jeannie is responsive and completely reliable and totally professional and also kind and helpful.. We feel very lucky to have found Jeannie.
