If you're looking to get help training your dog, whilst also understanding the bahaviours of your dog, Christian is a fantastic trainer. He's not only skilled at what he does, he's also an excellent communicator at explaining why dogs exhibit certain behaviours. The training has been immensely helpful, we've seen so much progress and positive results already. I only wish we'd done it sooner. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

We recently completed private training sessions with Christian for our 1-year old staffordshire bull terrier. We were struggling a lot with our staffy pulling terribly on the lead, being overly excitable, not listening to us outside of the house and jumping up on us and other people. After trying other trainers with no success, we contacted Christian. Over the 6-weeks of private sessions, we have seen an amazing improvement in our staffy's behaviour - which we previously thought was not possible! He is now able to sit/drop/walk in high distraction areas, settle inside the house on his bed and is able to walk nicely on a loose leash. Christian is a fantastic teacher to both dog & owner, through demonstrating and supporting to achieve the desired outcome. Not only does he show the training technique, but explains the thought process behind the dogs actions which was very helpful in understanding what was going on and why. Christian provides a clear and concise training model which we will continue to adopt in our everyday life. I highly recommend Christian to any owner struggling with an undesirable behaviour, we now have the knowledge/training techniques to best handle our dog. It has had a very positive impact on our relationship with our dog as well! :)

I would highly recommend Christian. He trained our 4 year old Pomeranian for 2 weeks and now he is able to sit, drop on command whilst walking. When cars drive by and families walk past him he no longer barks or spins. We can to take our dog now for walks peacefully which we are so happy about! I highly recommend Christian for training our dog. We are new dog owners to a 2 year old Sharpei Cross Terrier we bought from a shelter nearby. We had lots of behaviours such as pulling on the lead, fear and panic to people and dogs on walks, constant jumping, play biting and unable to stay by our side without pulling on clothing or nipping our ankles. We kept her in the backyard most of the time as she couldn't be controlled in the house. We recently completed the foundation course and we have seen our dog become a wonderful companion to us and our kids in just a few weeks. She walks well, can sit beside us and really has learnt to trust us. Her fears on walks have significantly reduced. She is now able to be a part of our family indoors and we have well behaved and happy dog. Christian is very experienced and shares his knowledge and breaks down the training techniques into simple steps that you can follow. I found him really easy to talk to and he is happy to answer questions. I found the whole experience really helpful and would highly recommend him.

We recently placed our 9 month old female GSP, Vivi with Christian for the 21 day program. Despite being experienced GSP owners, we were truly at the end of our tether. We were unsure how to help her or ourselves. She wasn’t growing out of the chewing stage, jumping on us and everyone else, digging trenches in the backyard and despite multiple walks or park sessions per day, we were not providing adequate stimulation. At a loss, I contacted Christian who was very reassuring and gave me a full overview of the training and answered all my questions. Christian mastered fundamental training with Vivi. Her jumping has almost subsided completely. She sits and drops with distractions around her. The training session at pick up time was so good and we have continued building from there. It’s had a positive impact on our lives! The cost is big but well worth it for the outcome!

We had a challenge with a boisterous 30kg 1 year old standard poodle that wasn't listening, staying, and constantly pulled on the lead. When our dog returned, his behaviour was completely different. He listens, stays, and walks very nicely and is able to be the part of the family that we wished for. If you are reading this review, you have found the right place to get the results you need.

TL;DR: Worth it, best trainer in Sydney. I sent my dog Luna to board and train for 10 days with Christian in February 2023. He sent through regular updates throughout the stay and at the end he had a training session with us in our home. I was initially very nervous to have Luna stay at a board and train, as I had heard terribly things about boarding places, especially the high rated big ones in Sydney. But I made the right decision because I could tell Luna was happy and was treated very well. She came back miles and miles better than where she was before the board and train. She is a schnauzer with significant barking problems, and she came back more behaved, but also a calmer, happier dog. Even though I initially found the cost expensive, especially in this economy, it was worth every cent and probably more. In the end, this has saved me money - there are many trainers that charge hundreds or thousands and will spend a couple of hours with you and your dog. Without the constant attention during a board and train, it would have taken months or a whole year. Christian is also probably the nicest trainer I have met. I find that many are very condescending or judgey towards owners, but Christian was the opposite. He was also open to my million questions, which I appreciated. I have recommended him to everyone I know, and will be sending my other dog for board and train when we are able to.

Christian is worth his weight in gold. My dog has just come home after the 10 day program and for anyone contemplating the program because they feel it's a lot of money, it is worth every cent and more! The difference in my boy is amazing and with some consistency from us I know my boy will continue to grow. We can't thank you enough Christian!

Our Golden Retriever Chase loves staying here. He's always happy to come here when we are away on holidays and the staff are so caring and enthusastic. They will not hesitate to give us a call whilst we are away if there are any issues at all. I can highly recommend this place for all fur parents who are looking for a resort for their dogs whilst they enjoy their time off.

I 100% recommend Sydney Pet Resort! My two cats Klaus and Prim had a wonderful stay (which ended up being a lot longer than we all expected) and they both arrived home happy and healthy. It’s like they were never gone! What initially was supposed to be a 3 week stay, ended up being 4 months due to problems with our accommodation. However, the staff were incredible and supportive in extending the stay and providing updates. The regular facebook photos were a bonus. Will definitely be using this service again in the future if we go on holidays. Thanks again :)

Albie has now visited Sydney Pet resorts Vineyard 3 times, twice for day care and once for boarding. Each time the staff have been attentive and knowledgeable and clearly have genuine love for the pets they take care of. He is staying with them again over Christmas and based on his previous stays I know he will have the best time! They also post photos on their Facebook which means we get to see the fun he is having, I wouldn’t want him to be cared for by anyone else.

Want a perfect place to house your treasured pets then you need to look at Sydney pet resort Windsor. They will pamper your pets with love and care. Our Lucy “cat” was so well looked after and the staff are truly wonderful. We were absolutely over the moon with the accommodation definitely 5 star rating I fact we will be using them again very soon. Thank you to the owner and her staff for looking after Lucy just like she was at home.

We sent our precious fur-bub (Chappy) to this lovely resort for a half day care Yesterday and honestly one of the best decisions we made as chappy attends other daycare regularly but that daycare is a bit far from us hence why we chose to come to Sydney Pet resort. The team in here are very lovely and accommodating, they fitted me in straight away after a call. I was a bit nervous in starting a new place for him but as soon as we arrived, James ensured me that Chappy will be fine and is in good hands. This made me feel at ease almost instantly and when I went to picked him up, I was greeted by lovely Jess before James came and showed me a video of chappy's wonderful day and was so glad to hear highlights about him playing with other dogs. The yard is awesome with agility and big space! We definitely going to send him regularly here from now on!

Go no further, Sydney Pet Resort is the place you can trust with your fur babies. SPR Is always my to go to boarding for my big boy. They always took great care of him when my away oversea. Every time he’s there it’s like a little vacation for him too. From booking, picking up and dropping off, Sydney pet resort is very informative.

Bailey gets so excited in the car when he knows where we are going, he absolutely loves visiting and always has the best time, and he clearly loves the staff. We left Mason with Sydney Pet Resort 3 times in a short period of time. He absolutely loved it! Each time we went he got more and more excited and couldn't wait to go in! The staff are very responsive and gave us very detailed information about how Mason responded to the other dogs (he was also new to us after being in a shelter for 6 months!)

We have been using Don't Fret Pet for 3 years now and have had nothing but positive experiences. Our Golden Retriever, Max is 4 and has required some special assistance. Our minder, Jenny, has been absolutely wonderful with caring for our fur child. Max loves going to her house as he gets so much attention and cuddles. Jenny's level of commitment has gone above and beyond our expectations. Preparing Max's meals takes more time than the average dog and Jenny's dedication to Max's needs is greatly appreciated. I don't know what I would do without "Don't Fret Pet". Thank you.

Such a great kennel, I highly recommend them! They fit us in at the last minute when our dog sitter fell through and the communication was easy and quick. Our dog Archie had the absolute best time and couldn’t wait to go in with Isaac, who was so friendly and great with Archie. They posted pictures of him on their Facebook page while we were away and we so loved getting to see what he was up to. Thanks so much, we will definitely be using this kennel again.

Left our dog w Isaac for the first time for 2 weeks and when we went to collect her she was happy as Larry. Well looked after, fit as a fiddle and in a great mood. She had fun w the other dogs in the free range environment she loves and the regular photos of her kept us in good spirits too. Would gladly leave her there again next trip.

Thus place is absolutely fabulous. Issac is the most wonderful caring guy and looked after our very anxious old lady - 13 1/2 year old border collie Bella - in day care for 3 days she was there. She was given some special attention in the hot weather. We had total confidence that she was so well cared for. They know what they are doing here. We will use them every time we meed dog day care or boarding in Sydney!! We also had Keely bath and groom Bella and she looked beautiful when we picked her up. 😍

My 2 dogs, a GSP and Golden Retriever, stayed with Canine Boarding Lodge over 4 nights. The drop off was great, Isaac and another member made me feel at ease with how friendly they were to both me and also the dogs, I could already tell that they were going to be well looked after. They came back happy, and we loved seeing the photos on Facebook :)

Isaac and the team at Canine Boarding Lodge are amazing for boarding. I’ve boarded my dog at many places previously and he has always been miserable. At Canine Boarding Lodge, he had the best time making friends and doing activities. You can tell that the dogs are well-looked after and the team really care about the work they do. Brilliant experience from start to finish. Our American Staffordshire Terrier spent several days there recently . Isaac met us at the gate, and it was evident he's confident and passionate about his business. After some polite conversation, Titan was placed in their cleaning van to take inside, sand I left. Daily photos showed Titan having an absolute ball racing around the yard by himself (we asked he be given 1 on 1 playtime). Upon pickup Titan was super happy and fed well. Would happily recommend to anyone wanting their board they're ogs.

I recently took my cat for her first grooming session, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience! Cassandra, the groomer, was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly knowledgeable, skilful, and, most importantly, gentle with Sassy, who can be a bit of a handful. I was worried about how Sassy would react, but Cassandra's calm and patient approach put us both at ease. Sassy finished her grooming session looking great, and the process was smooth from start to finish. I honestly should have done this sooner. Excellent service all around! Highly recommend Cassandra for anyone looking for a top-notch grooming experience for their pets.

I recently tried grooming service for my dog, but unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. First off, the price was quite steep I paid $150, for my 3 years old Cavoodle around 10.7 kg, paid $25 more than what I usually pay at PetBurn. Given the higher cost, I was expecting a professional service, but the result was disappointing. My dog’s haircut looked terrible, with no style or freshness to it. The service also took four hours, which felt excessive. What made me even more uncomfortable was that the entire grooming was done outdoor under shade in the hot weather. It’s hard to understand how a business can operate like that, especially when it affects pets health. The final straw was when the groomer cut my dog’s nail so short that it started bleeding. It didn’t stop for five hours, leaving my dog unsettled and in pain. If you’re charging professional rates, the service should meet those standards and this one definitely didn’t. I don’t care about money but do the right to customer who wants good quality service.

From my first visit I found Cassandra to be friendly and charming. I know my dog Maggie can be a difficult at times, but Cassandra is always gentle and caring. She is experienced and knowledgeable, and gave me some great tips on looking after Maggie's teeth. Customer service and professionalism are second to none. She is passionate about her work, and always does an excellent job. Reasonable rates and pleasant communication make Lush Pet Care the perfect choice. I wouldn't trust Maggie with anyone else.

honestly would not take daisy anywhere else. the owners dogs are friendly and adorable and play endlessly with daisy, as for the grooming, I have to have the works done everytime and have never been disappointed or felt that it was lacking in any way. My dog now recognizes the neighbourhood and gets excited to be there. Very easy to leave her with cassandra for daycare. she takes such good care of my dog and is so trustable and trust worthy, that its incredible. prices are all reasonable and the quality of hair cuts and grooming is all top shelf. she really makes sure the dogs come out looking their best everytime

Worst experience ever at a pet groomer. My cat was not happy from get go. Cassandra was rude to me and my cat. Without making friends with my poor baby first she straight away tied her neck. No treats nothing. Then asked me to hold his head down while she brazenly tried to clip his hind legs. He is not an aggressive cat by any standards but he did not like the uncourteous poor handling. We both were so distressed by the end of it then I had to stop the de matting and clipping session half way and leave. $70 later she was blaming me for not holding the cat properly. On my face she said that I should have brought my wife to the session as she would have done a better job. Humiliating. Would never recommend anyone to come here.

Our Bella's first time with the groomer and she is a bit of a mess but Lush Pet Care did a fabulous job with her. My Bella came home clean, soft, well groomed and very happy and full of energy. I highly recommend Lushpetcare. We booked again with Lushpetcare to take care of Bella.

This is the worse place in Sydney!!! Very disappointed, The lady who runs this business charged me $153 dollars to get my dog washed and groomed, its a small cavoodle dog , when I arrived to her house there were 2 dogs outside she took them inside so they won’t attack my dog, which it was nice of her at the beginning. Then she mentioned that the reason she charges this price is because she does a style cut not a normal cut like any mobile service dog groomer do, So In my head I expect something different. Then she asked me to pay her before getting him groomed and washed, which is understandable as a business policy, As soon as I paid her she takes her bloody dogs out, they were about 3 dogs all together her dogs were so aggressive made me feel uncomfortable, and she asked me to leave and to come back after 4 hours??? I said I don't wanna leave my dog , apparently its her private property and she has no insurance!!! Mate how are you running a business then.! She didn’t mention any of this at the beginning, as a business owner you need to tell the customer ur policy and the process so they know if they can go ahead with it. All this was not the only problem, the owner is so up her self and rude. When I went back and picked my dog up, as soon as we get in the car my dog was smelling worse than before, he’s been itching so bad which he never used to before. I figured out why she didn’t want me to stay with him it’s because she didn’t shower him and his nails were worse than before very sharp!! literally she did the same cut as any mobile service dog groomer does for max $80 and way better It is not worth $153 its a rip off Please if you’re reading my review I’m only saying the truth do not waste your money, This is the reason of me writing this!!

I was skeptical due to the mixed reviews about cat grooming. It was a crazy rainy thunderstorm day but Cassandra was patient and gentle with my Siberian cat. For deshedding which included a dry wash and a hygiene trim. She went through with 3 rounds of brushing as my cat is long haired. The set up and grooming area could be more organised and hygienic but otherwise Cassandra did well.

I struggled to find a groomer in my area, and I was so blessed when I came across Lush Pet Care! I dropped my little Bear off in the morning and was greeted so pleasantly by Cassandra. Every step was broken down for me (including how to care for his fur as he is extremely prone to matting). I even had the pleasure of meeting some other fluffy friends! I had a meeting scheduled in the afternoon for work however, Cassandra was so kind to watch Bear for an extra couple of hours. By the time I came around to pick him up, he didn’t want to leave! He had made some friends with the other pups (this has never happened before, he usually runs straight to me and is eager to get home). By the time we were finally able to get him to the car, he was so fresh, clean and happy! A phenomenal job done by Cassandra. Thank you so much for your remarkable service! I highly recommend!
