Maryna was an excellent pet sitter and houseguest! Communicating with her was easy, and she always responded to my messages quickly. She was also incredibly self-sufficient! Moreover, Maryna graciously agreed to check on my neighbor's cat for a couple of days as well. My dog bonded with her quickly and was happy and healthy when I returned. The house was also spotless. I would happily have Maryna sit for me again!
Lisa and Matt were absolutely fantastic sitters for us and our dog, Moose. Not only were they flexible when our flight was changed last minute, they also were able to stay an extra day to accommodate the changes. They communicated with us promptly during the scheduling and planning process for the housesit. They arrived on time on the (re)scheduled day. They acclimated to our dog very quickly and gave us piece of mind as we left by taking him on a walk to avoid his separation anxiety. We chatted every day and exchanged photos of Moose playing at the beach and in the yard. He was so happy! No problems were encountered with the house. Even our neighbors commented on how friendly and kind Lisa and Matt both were and how they really cared for Moose. The house was spotless when we returned. Everything in proper order, better than we left it. We can't thank them enough for the excellent experience!
Duha was such a light to have in our home while we were away. She kept us updated with beautiful photos of our dogs throughout her stay and didn’t leave their side once. I’ve never felt so comfortable with any other sitter and I truly hope this won’t be the last time she sits for us.
This was our first experience with TH and we are very pleased. From the moment Rose arrived we knew she was the right sitter for our “kids”. Communication while we were away was great with pics of the dogs as well as text messages. Rose cared for our home and our “kids” with great care, she is very conscientious of your space. Extremely pleased with the care she provided to our “kids” and our home. We have another trip planned in a couple of weeks and are happy Rose will be staying in our home again. I highly recommend Rose as a sitter!
Joanna and David were absolutely perfect!!!! This was my first actual time using a sitter and they went above and beyond what I expected. I have a 1 year old Bully Breed that I adopted 6 weeks ago, so if you know dogs you know what they had to deal with :)) They sent pics daily and kept me updated. We were not able to meet before I left but they were nice enough to stay to meet me when I returned. My house was cleaner than when I left, all bedding and towels washed. Charley, my dog, was happy to see me for a minute when I got home but immediately went back to play with David, so I am thinking she had a blast while I was gone. I am totally sold with this process after having Joanna and David here. If you have the chance to book them for your trip, you will not be sorry. I am hoping to use them again when they return to Florida.
Delphine was amazing. All 3 of our fur babies took an instant liking to her, which is very unusual of them. We right away knew both our cats and our dog would be happy with her. We came back to relaxed and happy pets and a clean house. We think we found our ‘go to’ house sitter with Delphine. We would love to have her over again.
Tom and Diana were perfect house sitters and guests. Great company, our dog immediately made herself at home with Tom. Animals loved and cleaned. House spotless, great communication and even left a thank you card and gift when they left. I couldn’t recommend highly enough.
The two-leggeds and four-legged members of this household give Tess a 5-star rating! We think she's one of the best sitters you will find - highly communicative, friendly, competent, reliable, and great with pets. Tess was also flexible about start and end dates to accomodate possible winter weather complications. For this sit, Tess was able to bring along her mom, Cathy. Tess introduced me to Cathy during one of our Skype conversations prior to the sit. It was a bonus to have her here with Tess. Their travel to Marquette was complicated by weather. A fierce winter storm swept across Michigan just before the sit. It took Tess and Cathy two days to drive here but they arrived, as promised, in time for us to fly out early the next morning. We even had time for a lovely dinner together and to introduce them to the dogs and house. We left the next day and never had a moment's worry while Tess and Cathy were caring for our pets and home. Tess sent us regular updates and photos. The dogs immediately accepted them as great new additions to their pack of friends - even our cranky, old chihuahua, Nike! We returned to happy pets and a spotlessly clean home. We plan to invite Tess (and Cathy if available) to return for future sits. Thank you, Tess and Cathy!
Ranji was a wonderful pet sitter for my dog Zoe and was very easy to communicate with and kept me informed. She took wonderful care of our condo and wouldn’t hesitate to have her in my new home in NJ if she wants to check out a new area.
Liz did an amazing job babysitting our home and our pets (3 cats and a dog). Communication with Liz was easy and we felt at ease knowing that everything was being taken care of. Liz took our dog Summer for daily walks and kept her entertained. We got regular photos of our pets which were great. She even looked after and watered many of our outdoor and indoor plants! She was very tidy and our home was left spotless. If you are looking for a sitter we can't recommend Liz highly enough!

This place is amazing. I just moved here from Massachusetts and was looking for a groomer for my best buddy Mookie. I showed them an online picture as a reference and they absolutely nailed it, he is so soft and smells amazing. Definitely come here.
Chis is terrific. She knows, loves and understands dogs and is great at training their owners in a fun and nonjudgemental environment. Class sessions are fun and groups are small. Facility is immaculate inside and out. Groomers are the BEST. Our very anxious, but now better behaved, dog loves it at Under One Woof and so do we. We have been to other facilities in the area but none compare with this business. This is simply the best.
They are always good with my dramatic Boxer who doesn’t much like bathing. Always let me know if they see anything of concern. He looks very handsome and the bandanna is such a nice touch. Excellent value!
I'm the kitty person in these reviews, but wanted to point out that in addition to their training, grooming, and day care, they also have a Food Club. There are MANY brands available to order about once/month. Specific items can be asked for and if Chris can get it, she'll give you a price. I needed a new place to buy the frozen raw food, and this is the place! She was also able to get some canned food I use between raw feedings. If you don't see what you need in the list on the web site, email and ask!
I Love the young grooming lady. (Red hair forget her name everytime) She's a sweetheart.!! But the receptionist is always wicked rude. I left a message a few weeks back, full name, number & pets name. They never called back so I called again a couple weeks later thinking maybe I just called when they were closed or something. Got through & she said they don't take new customers. (Very rudely) I said I was not a new customer, I've been going here for atleast 4 years. Still super rude! I'm all about supporting local business' (as I live 5 minutes away) but when your rude it doesn't help loyal customers!!
Just had our first training session at under one woof. Very professional and she really cares about teaching you the best way to train your dog. And it was fun.
Great service and superior advice. They referred me to The Holistic Veterinary Center in Concord after speaking with them about a problem my dog was experiencing for years. With their advice and Chinese Medicine the problem is 80% improved.
Excellent grooming by Katie and great management by Chris. Been going there for over 10 years.
Very nice staff. Dogs are happy to go have a bath and come out smelling nice.
Great place, wonderful people I trust with my furbabies.
I cannot recommend Good Mojo Dog Manor highly enough! From the moment we walked through the doors, I knew my Boston Terrier puppy was in great hands. The facility is clean, spacious, and designed with our furry friends in mind. The staff is incredibly friendly and passionate about dogs, and it shows! They took the time to get to know my dog’s personality and made sure he felt comfortable and happy. I love watching the live camera, which always put a smile on my face and reassure me that my pup is having a blast. The play areas are fantastic, with plenty of room for the dogs to run, play, and socialize. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my dog's behavior and confidence since attending daycare here. He comes home tired and happy after a day filled with fun activities and new friends! Good Mojo Dog Manor also offers great additional services, like grooming and training, which I appreciate.
Pup staff friendly and caring for people and pets. Safe and Clean! Staff seen picking up after pups on the web cam, alot of work! TY! Boarding for the nite there with staff using Murphy Bed and cuddling with pups in same room/bed, was great. Grooming service used and I was happy with outcome, too! You basically can design your pup’s stay with the many choices of options offered. I recommend this business and pups will be back!
While my dog used to go to Good Mojo, I would watch their camera’s constantly. I would see staff favor the other dogs over mine, instead of equally showing them attention. The pool was never cleaned. A pool should never be green, it was gross. I have proof that it wasn’t cleaned, especially when they would have the dogs swim in it. They also claimed to be cage free facility, but when I dropped my dog off one time, I didn’t see her immediately out in the play yard like all the other times. After 3 hours, I called and found out they crated her! I don’t crate at home, and I didn’t pay to send my dog to daycare to be crated! I saw missing hair on her ear , like a nick and when I asked them what happened, they said they didn’t see anything! How? They’re supposed to be watching the dogs. Also, last summer around end of June, my dog had caught pneumonia following her week stay at Good Mojo for a stay and train. She was completely healthy when I dropped her off. At the end of the week, they wanted to keep her longer to continue training, but I noticed how sick she was when I picked her up. It took me to take one look to see she wasn’t feeling good. Good Mojo NEVER informed me of her illness while she was there , and I’m very concerned after reading additional posts about dogs returning home with pneumonia. (One post said she sent her 4 dogs to good mojo, and all four came home sick with pneumonia, but one unfortunately passed away because of it.) During my dogs time at good mojo, I found the lack of communication very frustrating. If they did keep her longer, she wouldn’t be here today. We’re both traumatized from our experience with good mojo. Definitely don’t recommend. Photo attached of their pool that is not cleaned . A pool should never be this color.
Today was our pup's first day at Good Mojo. Thrilled. We were able to watch him on the cams and saw that he was having a great time with other pups. Very happy with their facility, the play-yard and the fencing between areas.
Our dog had a great time at Good Mojo! We were excited to check the video feeds to see how she was doing throughout the day. The staff were very attentive to her and we will definitely be back!
I love Good Mojo! The people are friendly and seem happy to be there and they truly love dogs. I love that I can peek in on my dog when she is boarded there or at daycare to see what she’s up to, and she’s honestly having the time of her life socializing with other dogs. I highly recommend Good Mojo. I know that my dog is very well taken of when she is there.
My two dogs stayed for a weekend here. I watched the cameras like a hawk and I saw an employee toss my Yorkie from the gate to the play area. We requested they keep our dogs together at all times and I barely saw them being together. That’s not the worse part, a week after them being boarded there my Yorkie became very sick. Wouldn’t walk, eat or drink. I had to bring him to the emergency vet where they did a bunch of testing and imaging. At the end of the night they told me he was extremely sick and they aren’t sure what exactly he got while boarded. I had to put my Yorkie down. A dog who was completely healthy prior to his stay at your boarding. I am completely disgusted by this place and I will make sure this place is shut down. I will never trust anyone with my dogs ever again. Do not let your animals stay here.
We love Mojos. I was surprised to pay such a large deposit for one night’s boarding. It was more than the invoice and I only received a credit rather than a refund. Don’t like that process.
Always have our pups groomed at Good Mojo! Friendly staff and their groomer, Miranda does a wonderful job with our dogs. Highly recommend.
What a wonderful experience. We have an Alaskan Shepherd she, a talker, 80# and heavy shedder. It took us 8 months to find a groomer that will take large dogs. She came out so white and smelled great. We highly recommend!
We moved over a holiday week and desperately needed someone to board our dogs. Everyone was full and we couldn't find anyone willing to take them. A Precious Pet Resort went out of their way to be able to take care of us. They were a life saver and took great care of our pets as well.
The whole crew here are awesome. We have a super shy German shepherd that we rescued from southern Texas. When we pull into the driveway, she gets so excited. We feel at complete ease when Ara is in the hands of these wonderful ladies. Highly recommend.
Our furbaby, has been going to A Precious Pet Resort (APPR) since he was 9 1/2 weeks old. Our pup is a cautious boy and was unsure of the staff at first, but we introduced him to Mary and her team a few times prior to dropping him off for 5-days a week doggie daycare. Our pup is now 5 1/2 years old and LOVES going to APPR. Although we now live 30 minutes away, we still take him to APPR whenever we need someone to care for him if we are going to be away for a few hours or a week. We attempted a different place when I changed jobs a few years ago to save on my commute for daycare drop off, but our pup did not adjust to this new place well. He was scared and did not respond well to the pet caregivers. The new place operated under a "dog park" mentality and all the dogs were grouped together during the day, but we learned our pup was telling them and us he didn't like that style. The new place had all the bells and whistles of fancy live feed cameras, indoor and outdoor playgrounds, but our dog didn't care about that and didn't care to remain at the new place. Our dog responds very well to positive reinforcement, how he is being treated and how he is being taken care of and our pup is happiest when in small groups or 1:1 playtime. APPR offers this type of service for him. APPR is a family-owned business so they do not have all the bells and whistles like some other surrounding or larger places within a 20-30 mile radius, but they care for, individualized care, and are attentive to the pets they service. When our pup is boarded, we provide plenty of treats, food and toppers along with his blanket and dog bed to provide a more 'comfort of home' feel for him. We know how much he eats, but any extra dog food is given back to us. APPR honors our feeding plan and gives the measurements, food, toppers and treats that we request. We have a wonderful relationship and 2-way communication with APPR. If we request grooming and/or bathing as a part of his stay, we ask for this at a minimal extra charge. Our pup has experienced both daily daycare and boarding services and he and we are happy with their service. When my husband and I travel, we know that our pup is in good hands with Mary and her team. Thank you all for taking such good care of our furbaby. My husband and I do and continue to recommend A Precious Pet Resort for daycare or boarding. A picture of his first day at APPR and a daycare pick up day, that “after Daycare glow!”
Absolutely amazing group of individuals watching over our dog. Our pup is a bit skittish and absolutely loves her time at precious pets! I wouldn’t think of bringing her anywhere else! Thank you ladies for all the hard work that you do.
We desperately needed a few hours of doggy daycare and this place was so very easy going. Dealt with 3 different people between calling/ drop off and pick up. Everyone was very courteous and easy going. They were able to accept short notice and super reasonable price. Above all dog seemed super happy and entertained upon pickup. If you are skiing at Pats peak this is the best place for your family dog.
Mary and her amazing staff took a great care of my dog, Nova! I could tell from Jade's eyes how much she truly loves my dog (she would even try to get Nova drink more throughout the day). I have recommended them to many of our friends...and we will return as soon as there is more snow in NH for skiing :) Excellent location to leave your dog when skiing in Sunapee, Pats Peak or even Okemo. They are caring and knowledgeable.
Precious Pet is the best boarding hotel! Our dog Chloe goes here and she loves the owners and workers! Mary and Jess go out of their way to welcome our dog and our dog is always happy and well cared for when we pick her up. They have cat condos and we were in a bind and needed to board our cat and they came to the rescue. We can’t thank them enough! Wonderful place with radiant heated floors and real doors on the kennel spaces.
Precious pet is a great place, our 6 month old German shorthair loves it there. We started bringing her as a small puppy and from the get go they have taken great care of her. We bring her 2-3 days a week for day care and now she has a group of friends she plays with. What a huge help they are for our busy schedule. Make no mistake we love our dog and trust them entirely with her. A much better alternative to leaving her at home in a crate all day! Thank you for all you do for us!
Each time that I must leave my beloved dogs, I am very thankful for A Precious Pet Resort and the consistent competent care they provide. At the mention of "going to visit Mary & Jess", the dogs are on alert and enter their home-away-from-home with wagging tails and shining eyes. I drive away with confidence and peace of mind knowing that my elderly Siberian Husky and adolescent Collie are in safe and reliable hands. Thank you to all the staff!
We happened to be so lucky in finding APPR. Our current daycare had to close, and we decided to try APPR. Boy, are we glad we did!! The girls treat Diesel like he is one of their own. It is obvious they love what they do. Diesel can't wait to go to daycare! All I need to say is do you want to go see Jess and he runs to the door and waits patiently to be able to get in the car and go. The ride all the way to daycare he talks till he gets there. We also recently used them for boarding, and I couldn't have been happier. I was concerned because he has boarded at other places and lost weight and been a little stressed and had an injury to his nose due to rubbing on the chain link. When I picked him up he looked just as we left him. He lost 3 pounds but not due to not eating but I believe it was due to playing with his friends every day for a week. :) This place is not your typical kennel. The floors are heated and the animals aren't in a cage! They treat Diesel like he is their own and I couldn't ask for anything more. I love having the security of being able to drop my 40legged family member off and know he will be ok. Thank you ladies for treating Diesel as one of your own. Keep up the good work!! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for daycare or boarding.
I have been taking my dogs to Our Town Kennel for many years, My dogs have gone thru the training program with Sue and Levi, they have also been to daycare and grooming with Lisa. All the staff have always shown kindness, patience, and love toward both my dogs. Susan, Levi and Lisa have an abundance of knowledge and experience that they are always willing to share. They are good people, and take their profession seriously. Sue and Levi operate their business with a genuine love for all the dogs in their care. I would never doubt any of them to provide the best care and love, not only towards my dogs but for all dogs.
Yesterday we took our 11y.o. collie for grooming at Our Town Kennel. He has been going to the same person at Our Town since a puppy. When they called to say Henry had died just as they were finishing, we were simply in shock! We were told he simply collapsed! I certainly do not believe that they meant to cause his death. We will never know what transpired at the kennel that would cause our Henry to have an apparent heart attack. The groomer was certainly aware of his personality and his dislike for the grooming procedure. It still makes no sense that our Henry would go for a grooming and not return. Our other dog is still looking for his buddy. I do not think my wife and I will ever consider using Our Town Kennel Again. I hope the people at Our Town Kennel can understand the pain they have caused our family!!!
We've been bringing our dog here every day for over 2 years for day care services and occasional over night stays. She gets along with the dogs and people and seems excited to head out every day. Everyone's been very kind and other dogs always seem very cool.
Not only am I a client of Our Town Kennels but also a friend of the owners. I have known Sue and Levi and Lisa and Savana for over twenty years . I have established a friendship through doing business with them as they treat you like family and your dogs like their dogs. I have trained dogs at their facility had dogs groomed there and left them there for boarding. I think losing a 12 year old dog while being groomed is a very unfortunate event and very sad . Losing a dog is never easy . The staff and the LeClair family was traumatized as well as they had to endure it . To refuse an autopsy paid for by our town kennel and encouraged strongly by the Animal Care clinic negates certifying the cause of death. I find it appalling that this review has hit the public . Pointing the finger at the grooming salon without accurate information. I myself will continue to use Our Town Kennel. So many people appreciate them for so many reasons . I just had to speak out as one of them. Ali Baker Cross
This is the best daycare around!! I would never bring my dogs anywhere else. First off, let me just tell you how amazing the staff is. Levi, Sam, Sue and Lisa are the best people. I truly consider them family! After all they are taking care of my family. My dogs get picked up and dropped off to school on a weekly basis. It is so convenient for me and I don't have to worry about putting them in the kennel at home while I'm away at work. They come home exhausted which is exactly what I want and exactly what they need. My male dog Cooper is a very energetic 1 year old Stafford terrier/Rotty mix and thinks he's the boss of other dogs. I love that this crew can keep him in line and not hesitate to put him in his place when it's needed. My other dog is an 11 year old lab/pitty mix and she loves going to school too. Even though she may mostly sit and watch the other dogs play she enjoys getting out of the house. Keeps her young. I think her favorite part is the school bus ride. Lisa does an amazing job at grooming the dogs. They always come home happy and clean from a fresh groom. Sam is truly such an amazing person who does a great job taking care of these dogs. He is such an asset to the company. I can only imagine how hard it can be for him at times taking care of and looking after 30+ dogs sometimes. The dogs love him so much too! And then there's Levi. Where to start. What a great business partner Sue has here! He is so dedicated to the job and wears so many hats. He is very knowledgeable whether it may be simple questions about the facility or indepth questions about training. I won't ask anyone but Levi if I want a straight and honest answer! I also worked with Sue for group training and I felt this was really beneficial for my dog Cooper. I was pregnant at the time of training and Sue reassured me she could teach me and Cooper all the dos and don'ts behavior wise for us to be prepared when the babe came. It really helped both of us. I would recommend this class to anyone. I'd also bring my dogs back for future intermediate/advance training. It's nice to know my dogs now and any of my future dogs will always have this place to go to that is so loved by the dogs and clients. We love our town kennel!!
My dog, Emily, was returned to me with an outstanding grooming. But what is really remarkable is that the first time I went to brush her after her grooming experience at Our Town Kennels, she just relaxed totally and let me brush her without fussing or trying to get away! Normally she would resist. So, whatever means they used to get the job done, it has made a lasting impression on my dog who is half Golden Retriever and half Australian Shepherd,, with long, thick hair that easily matts. Emily just flops down with her tongue hanging out her mouth as if to say, "Go for it, Mom. I enjoy this attention now. It's relaxing, like a massage." Whatever Our Town Kennel did, my dog enjoys brushing now! And I appreciate they kept her separate from the doggie daycare to limit her stress.
I have to say my dog has been going to Our Town Kennel since he was a puppy. He has attended training classes and he loves this place. I can not go by this place on the weekend with my dog, he starts crying and running around, He wants be at daycare. He adores Levi and is all excited to be with the other dogs. Sue and Levi love the dogs and keep them safe. They are amazing!
Awful experience boarding our dog. We will not return here after a frustrating experience at both drop off and pick up. The staff (excluding our inquiry call with Levi) were rude and condescending. We were rushed through the process like we should know it, they didn’t even ask for his belongings or feeding schedule before walking away with him. I had to stop her to give it and she acted bothered by me. At pick up we arrived to a closed building! No one told us pick up was only at 5, even though we were clear we were new. Maybe the papers mention it, but I was rushed through that, so ? They also informed me (after I had to turn around for this as it was forgotten) they didn’t offer our dog his blanket because he showed signs of being a ‘chewer’. No one called us to ask about this. In fact, no calls, texts, pics at all in 4 days. The blanket was important to us because it was a comfort item from home. Frustrated with this experience and would not return.
Recommended - Staff is very knowledgeable about my breed of dog. Besides the daycare they have provided us with needed training and boarding.
These reviews have to be fabricated of this dump. Sue just hung up with us without any explanation of questions we had and said she will just pull our contract and we are not a good fit for them. We were charged for 3 days of boarding when our dogs were only there for 2 days. We were also told that our dogs would experience doggy daycare each day that they were there. This did not happen. In addition to charging us an entire day more...they over charged us per dog as they are under a certain weight. We should have left when we arrived as the male "LEVI" was constantly screaming at the dogs there. Our dogs were already spooked by that as we do not yell around our dogs. What an absolute unprofessional place.
I highly recommend Mukota Kennels. We were in Keene for an event and needed to board our pup who doesn't always do well with other dogs and is a diabetic needing insulin twice a day. I was able to talk with staff ahead of our stay to ensure they were aware of our dogs need and also received confirmation of his successful first injection. We enjoyed our event knowing our dog was in good hands and will certainly use this kennel again if we find ourselves in the area!
Crystal and everyone at Mukota is awesome and so kind! We boarded our dog with them for 21 days and they took such wonderful care of her. I see a review someone just posted about Kennel size and like you said in the review you didn't board your dog there so honestly I see this review as unfair. I am here to tell you that this is a wonderful caring facility that loves dogs and you will have a very pampered pup! We were 8000 miles away in the Philippines on vacation yet almost everyday Crystal stayed in contact with us and shared pictures of our dog.
I have had my dog here and he absolutely LOVES it! Once we get on the road to get to the kennel, my dog is so eager to get there. He knows he’s gonna have a good day! He always comes back tired! Crystal is very friendly and tries to accommodate me and my schedule. I am very happy with the care of my dog gets there. I highly recommend them!
Left my dogs here for a 4 day getaway. When we picked them up their bellies were damp and they all smelled like pee. Had to bathe them at home, and now they are showing symptoms of kennel cough. Dogs are kept in too close of quarters to eachother. Had I done my proper due diligence to vet out the place before hand I would never have used them, but I was stuck in a time crunch. The dogs were attended to and fed, but I would not recommend. Edit: after posting this review they reached out to me and refunded the stay. I appreciate the response and trying to make it right, but still probably will not be a return customer.
I haven't boarded my dog here, so I'm giving a 2 star instead of a 1 star. I want potential customers to know my experience with lack of transparency when I spoke with Mukota about boarding my dog. I sent an email with three simple, standard questions that could be answered in an email, including the dimensions of the indoor run my dog would be in and whether they could send me photos of it. Instead of just answering the simple questions in an email, they requested a phone call. I knew this was a bad sign but said okay. During the call, I was told they don't know the dimensions. Really? You can't grab a tape measure and find out? And you can't tell me a client hasn't asked such a standard question before. As for photos, I was told they can't take any because it's a long building. I told them I don't need a photo of the building - can they just take a couple of the indoor run my dog would stay in? Again, the answer was no because it's a long building. I still have not solved that head scratcher and have no idea what the building dimension has to do with it. I was offered a tour but explained it's not worth the time spent unless I see a photo first. I ended up looking at Yelp reviews - someone managed just fine to put indoor photos there. I wasn't impressed with what I saw. Mukota needs to understand that any reputable kennel can readily share room dimensions and photos and many will even post photos and video tours online. I know you show many photos of the exterior online, but you need to include all areas the dog would stay in.
Boarded my 2 year old puppy for two nights, and this was her first ever experience being boarded. She appeared to survive it. Upon arriving, Crystal had already reviewed my feeding instructions. When I went to pick her up she ran to Crystal, the attendant, and not to me! Good sign. She was very calm upon picking her up and did not appear to be fazed. My puppy will be back.
I absolutely love this kennel and the care my dogs receive. Jess has changed my life. Her kennel was recommended by my daughter in law. For years, I never could take a trip with my husband because, I felt, my dogs weren’t boardable as they are dog aggressive. Jess has a great system where your dogs do not go near any other dogs if requested. They have a private outdoor kennel to enjoy when they are there. They have stayed multiple times and come home calmer than before. I now can book trips and not worry one bit once I leave them there. Jess did not have accommodations once and I asked if she could but is on a cancel list because we needed to attend a funeral. I had sent an email late at night and she responded within minutes telling me she was sorry for my loss and she would squeeze them in. She is that amazing and caring!!!!
We went on vacation and our puppy stayed with Mukota Kennels for 5 nights and he was perfectly happy, healthy, and a little sad to leave his friends when we picked him up! He was able to go for walks and have scheduled play time with other dogs. They were very kind and they even washed and dried his toys for us before we picked him up! Great pricing and they truly care about your pup! We will definitely be back!
We love Mukota Kennels! We have gone there for training and boarding with our dog, and prior to adopting our pup I visited Mukota many times with foster dogs and to walk dogs waiting for adoption. I have dropped by unannounced to get my dog used to all of the sights and sounds of other dogs (and so he doesn't associate the kennel with just boarding or just training) and have never witnessed anything but safe conditions and excellent care of the animals by the staff. The owners and caregivers are always friendly and take great care of the animals, and the prices are very reasonable. I recommend Mukota to all of our doggy friends and many of them use Mukota for training and boarding now. All are happy customers!
I love Mukota Kennel. The staff and owners are amazing! They love each and every dog, cat, or pig that comes through their doors. My dogs have attended doggy daycare and have been boarded there numerous times... for, I think, 5 years or more now. They also offer dog training, which my dog aggressive dog, Lola attends. Together we have worked with Lola to the point she is now dog reactive. I didn't know what to do with her when I first realized she was dog aggressive. Jess, Deb, and Michelle assured me they could help us and they were right. She now tolerates others and is a very smart, well behaved dog. I certainly couldn't have done it without them. I am grateful for their help, their love for my dogs, and their friendship every day! I highly recommend them.
When our puppy was old enough to attend daycare we did plenty of research and in person visits to facilities in the area. Village Sentry was by far the cleanest, knowledgeable and kindest of them all! We love that they have various groups based upon dog behaviors and size, and that they are monitored and cared for by all the staff members. There’s always peace of mind when dropping our pup off for daycare or boarding! The monthly activities and daily pictures are an added bonus. Highly recommend them to anybody looking for the same care they would receive in a loving home!
I think the picture speaks for itself! Winston has been going to Village Sentry for daycare for around a year now (since he was old enough!) and absolutely LOVES it. He knows when we are getting close and starts wagging his tail in the parking lot- and he's always so happy to be dropped off. I love seeing the photos and it's clear to see that the staff cares a lot about all of the dogs in their facility. They always take such great care of my boy. Personally, I love how tired he is after a day at daycare and appreciate the different enrichment activities they come up with for the dogs. It's a nice highlight to my lunch break to see their daily daycare photos and see my pup having a great time. I also have a slightly unpredictable work schedule so I really appreciate the flexibility of their packages- I don't have to plan in advance which days or times I'm going to need to drop him off, which is great when I have different in office days every week.
If you want the best in class doggie day care look no further They stand by their commitment of Trust, loyal, passionate , safe, articulate in care and credible Our two babies have been coming with the latest cutie Chloe who loves her away from home We stand committed always to Michele team lead by Laura and the amazing girls Thank you for taking such good care of Chloe We love you To the best of the best Guillemette family ❤️❤️❤️
Village Sentry Pet Care is full of the friendliest staff to both you and your dog. I send my shepherd there for boarding, who can be nervous and timid in new environments. It showed in the pictures the first 2 visits, on the third it was a complete 180. Tail wagging, ears up, making friends with other dogs and staff. It was hard to get her to leave when I picked her up (not kidding). The staff there are on top of everything, and truly care about your dog. I couldn’t recommend a better boarding/ daycare facility for your furry friend. You can’t beat the attention they get, the playtime, and someone on site 24 hours. If you need your dog watched, you can bring them here and leave without a worry, they will be well taken care of.
We highly recommend Village Sentry Pet Care. Our baby Miss AJ needed to be boarded for 12days and they did a phenomenal job. We provide medication to help with the long stay should she had need it but they took so good care of her that she didn't need any of it. Loved seeing pictures of her every day. You could see they gave her lots of play time and attention. It gave us reassurance that she was well taken care of. Super friendly staff. We couldn't have asked for a better stay for her. Very thankful for the care they gave her during her long stay there.
They take great care of my dog. Super friendly service, very clean facility, and a caring staff. Not surprised they were voted best doggy daycare in New Hampshire.
Joan & I found Village Sentry Pet Care, LLC. to be outstanding in caring for our two little beagle girls, Cali & Chloe. We highly recommend them and Village Sentry pet Care will be our first choice scheduling future stays.
We left our two dogs Patti & Maevey together at Village Sentry Pet care for Boarding during our vacation while we were out of the country for 11 days and while we read all the amazing reviews and had heard nothing but good things about them I was still nervous because there are my actual babies and I can’t help but be nervous to leave them. Patti can be a handful and go on a hunger strike while we’re away and Maevey is just always super nervous. With all that being said, we had the best experience with boarding the two of them! We were giving updates and seeing their photos go up everyday on Facebook was so great to see. They were smiling and coming up for pets. Patti and Maev were boarded together and the team at Sentry Pet care was incredible. Thank you for taking such good care of our dogs. We will definitely be coming back.
Village Sentry Pet Care is the best! Even though we only use their services a few times per year, the staff always remember our pup and she loves staying with them. She gets plenty of time to run around play with other dogs her size and we feel great about sending for her every vacation.
This place is clean, neat, and pet friendly!! Every person Ruby and I interacted with was fantastic! We were able to see pics of our Ruby each day while we were away and she looked happy and well cared for. Thanks Mary
Woodlawn is an amazing family owned business that treated our dog like he was their own. He was happy to go to daycare and we knew he was always well cared for for over night visits. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I could not recommend them enough
My dog loves Woodlawn Pet Resort and can't wait to get there in the morning. He thinks he's the king of doggy daycare, as he's been going there for 7 years now and thinks he runs the show. I drive up to the door, and he runs in at breakneck speed, barking the whole way. He loves it!
My 7 month old female mix breed started daycare a few weeks ago and after the third day she couldn’t wait to get back. I love that Woodlawn Kennel posts photos so I can see how fun the dogs are having and how my dog interacts with the others. There’s also a wonderful store with high-quality pet supplies and treats. Very easy to park and bring your dog inside. I’m looking forward to boarding my dog when I’m away. Using the daycare so that she’s used to it before boarding is such a great option.
I have been taking my dog to Woodlawn daily for over a month now while I recover from surgery, and I have noticed a huge change in his temperament! He is calmer, sleeps and eats better, and overall seems like a happier and more social boy. Andrea and her team at Woodlawn know exactly how to strike that balance between just enough exercise and too much. As well, their hours are extremely convenient, and the setting itself is peaceful and beautiful. I had originally intended this as a short-term solution during my recovery, but will now continue, as I've seen this huge pay-off in his wellbeing. Also, I used the boarding option once he was used to daycare, and it was absolutely seamless. And it was wonderful to see photos of him on Instagram, to know he was doing well with his pack!
We’ve been using Woodlawn for many years. They have always taken good care of our dogs. Our current dog is almost 14 and started going to doggy day care here as a puppy. He still loves to go and gets very excited when he arrives.
I adopted an older dog about 2 years ago but he does have a lot of energy and he really enjoys a few days per month a day care. I have also boarded him at Woodlawn and never have to worry because he receives excellent care.
My dog looks forward to going to daycare and even boarding at Woodlawn. The staff is always extremely helpful. I had never boarded my dog before so when I called for information they took the time to explain even thing to me as well as answer all of my questions and even make recommendations when I am stuck between choosing services. They staff is always friendly, you can tell they really care about the work they do. We’ve done daycare, boarding, and grooming with them. I’d recommend all services they are a 10/10
My collie always looks amazing when I pick him up! Highly recommended!
We had to find somewhere last minute (and for the first time) because the people that were going to take care of our 9 month old puppy bailed on us. I would consider this place to be average, not a dump, but no real wow factors. I gave them a less than average review however because our puppy who is up-to-date on shots still managed to contract kennel cough in the three days he was there.
Our puppies are always well taken care of while boarding. They also get groomed right before pick up so that they are clean and fresh to take home.
If we could rate this place 1,000 stars we would. The enrichment play is everything we could have hoped for and more. We have a stubborn one year old pup (dachshund) who has improved immensely since his first day a couple months ago. He absolutely loves the staff and all of his new friends. This place is incredible, everyday they have a theme, game or puzzle for the dogs. They celebrate fun national holidays and share daily photos of their adventures. We are always actively working on improving obedience. This is a small business, they work around the clock to provide EXCELLENT care. They offer so many services and we trust them with all of our pets (even bunnies at home). We couldn’t imagine a better place for our social puppy to play, make friends and be safe. Thank you Dori and Rachelle for loving our boy and working so hard to make him happy.
* Animal Care Center is Awesome. I highly recommend them. A lot of Great Service's they provide. Dog's are Happy here at Doggy Daycare Center and Boarding. Grooming. They all take excellent care of your loving Pet's. Our Big Mack Love's his Peanut butter dog biscuit. He says it's The Best. 🐶😻 …
Hands down the best money I spend is sending my puppy to daycare! She has the time of her life, exhausted when she gets home, and made best friends. Every box has checked off my list for excellent daycare services. HIGHLY recommend!!
My pup has been attending enrichment care for 9 months. She continues to grow and flourish here from an anxious pup to one that is comfortable with new experiences. She is so excited to attend every time she goes and happy after the day there. There is such kindness and care that goes into the animals in their care. I am so glad my pup has gotten to experience all the different creative experiences she has while she has been attending enrichment care! It’s been so fun to watch her enjoy!
My four legged child absolutely loves attending the Puppy Enrichment program at Animal Care Center of NH. The staff is friendly, professional, and dedicated. I am impressed with their philosophy when it comes to caring for and training dogs. They are very knowledgeable and willing to offer their opinion and experience when I have general questions about caring at home for my dog. I don't leave my pup with just anyone, but I know he is in good hands and having fun when he is at Animal Care Center of N.H.
I brought my energetic young Jack Russell Terrier to Animal Care Center after we had negative experiences at other doggy daycares (she did not do well in a chaotic large group environment). I was worried that my dog would not be able to attend doggy daycare but she has absolutely thrived at Animal Care Center! The dogs are truly part of a big family and receive personalized attention and care throughout the day. I highly recommend Animal Care Center - it is the best daycare service in the area hands down.
Owner enjoys gaslighting when trying to set up a new account, explaining I am not understand and/or having trouble following their instructions only to get told ‘no one else has any issues doing it’. Very professional.
I don’t know where to start. I am absolutely and thoroughly pleased with this service. I personally never met my sitter but I can tell that this person took the time to become friends with my cat. She perfectly described the affectionate habits of my pet when she’s happy. Also perfectly described her eating habits and her favorite toy of choice, all the way down to her bathroom habits! My kitty even received an A on her behavior scorecard 😉 I would recommend this service to absolutely anyone! I will also be using this company in the future. Above and beyond Btw the application process did seem lengthy but as a pet parent I do not care about filling out applications that helps the sitter understand her needs. Seems a little selfish to not take the time to explain to an experienced professional how to handle your pet. It was well worth it.
Love love love this place! We have been sending our puppy here since we adopted her last year. Our dog gets one-on-one attention, mental stimulation, and playtime with other dogs. Great place for an energetic pup! We also love the daily report cards with pictures and videos from the day. They go above and beyond each holiday with a special treat/photo shoot for our dog. It’s so awesome here!
Our puppy was one of the first to join the newly opened center. I was amazed at the inside and yard area for play. Clean, modern, beautiful spot for our border collie. I was pleased with the knowledge and professionalism I seen in the staff.and felt 100% comfortable leaving her in thier care. As the clientele grew this past year, I still felt like my dog got as much attention as in the begining. I highly recomend.
Lynn was absolutely amazing with our cat, Lazarus. She gave him TONS of love and treats while we were away for 5 days! We really appreciated her kindness, compassion, and reliability for our cat. We will 100% use her services in the future. She sent videos/pictures every trip and was super easy to work with during the whole process. Thank you so much for taking care of our baby! ❤️
I contacted The Cats meow for pet care for an upcoming trip. At first she was not in my service area in another town but I was just close enough she agreed to meet and see. I appreciated the consideration to meet in my area. I also contacted way in advance and she was very prompt in meeting at our arranged date. I have an older cat and she was really great with her. She seemed very caring and I could tell she was going to be a great fit from the meet and greet. The process was smooth and easy and I had no worries on leaving my cat in her care. I never worried that my girl was cared for because I got updated and videos when she arrived. Great service and I would no doubt use her service again.
Lynn was absolutely amazing with our bunny! She sent us videos & pictures each time she visited with him. I could tell from the videos she sent how much our bunny enjoyed their visits. I would 100% recommend The Cats Meow pet sitting to anyone who is planning a trip and needs their fur baby watched. She took wonderful care of our bunny and we would definitely contact her again in the future!! Thank you Lynn!!!
This was my first time hiring a professional pet sitter so I was a little nervous with trusting a stranger to take of my kitties while away, but I couldn’t be more happy to find Lynn/The Cat’s Meow. She will go above and beyond with your pet sitting needs. I was pleased that not only did she ensure my cats were fed and litter boxes were clean while we were away, but she also spent quality time with them and sent us lots of adorable pictures! She also brought our mail in, too. Lynn will definitely be our go-to for any future cat sitting needs. Thank you Lynn!!
We recently hired Lynn to petsit our house rabbit. He is super social and needs lots of time and attention. Lynn is wonderful! She took exceptional care of our bunny. From the videos and photos she sent after each visit, it was clear how relaxed and happy our bunny was. This made us relax and enjoy our vacation even more. I would highly recommend Lynn. We are looking forward to having Lynn watch our bunny in the future.
Lynn is amazing and really does care about the wellbeing of the animals (cats). One of my cat becomes timid and hides but Lynn made sure that she eats those days I was away. She keeps you up to date with the cats through sending videos and pictures which made my vacation more relaxing knowing that my cats are well cared for. She is amazing and I will definitely use her service again and I recommend her 100 percent. Thank you Lynn, I really appreciate your great care for my babies Aaron and Sylvie…
We recently needed care for our cat while on a 10 day vacation. We have never left him for this long and we were very nervous as he needs daily medications. He is very shy and usually runs and hides from anyone that isn’t myself or my fiancé, which made us nervous for his medication. From the second we met Lynn, I knew our boy would be in good hands. Our cat knew it too because he would snuggle and play with Lynn everyday, something he has never done with a stranger, which shocked us in the best way. Lynn was able to give him his meds without complications, which was our biggest concern. Lynn was fantastic about following our instructions about food, toys, ect. We looked forward to the videos and updates Lynn sent everyday, it really helped to ease our minds while away from him. I will forever be recommending The Cats Meow to anyone who needs care for their pets, and will definitely be calling her again for our next trip! Anyone’s fur babies would be lucky to have Lynn care for them!
Lynn is amazing. In fact, she is fondly known as the "kitty whisperer" in our family. Our kitty is an old girl who needs extra TLC and Lynn truly goes above and beyond for her. We were able to enjoy our son's destination wedding knowing that our girl was in excellent hands. We trust Lynn completely. Thank you Lynn!
I was so happy to find the Cat’s Meow! I was traveling for a week and needed someone to take care of my four kitties. From the minute Lynn came to meet the kitties I knew they would be in good hands. Most are usually shy around new people but they came right out to see her. It is obvious how much she loves animals and loves what she does. Having the daily videos and knowing they were fed, had fresh water and clean boxes allowed me to enjoy my vacation and not worry about them. I will definitely use Lynn’s services again if we need to be away from the kitties.
Lynn has been out sitter for close to 10 years. Simply put, Lynn's the best ! Our kitties enjoy her company and food treats while we have been away or at special all day events. Meow from Genie, Victoria, and Bear
I am so glad I found Fur-Sure! Pet Sitting to care for our two kitties. Brenda provided reliable care to our pets while we were away on a couple trips this summer. She took the time to meet our kitties in advance of the first trip which was helpful so she could get to know their home environment and habits. Our kitties are indoor/outdoor, so in the past my biggest worry when going away was that they might escape out the door…one of them has proven in the past to be a master escape artist. Brenda took extra care when entering and leaving. In addition to feeding them and cleaning the litter boxes, Brenda spent time with the kitties each day petting and brushing them. She also accommodated the daily habit of one of our kitties who likes to drink directly from a faucet. She also helped with keeping our dehumidifier emptied, taking in mail and packages, and taking apart and cleaning the kitties’ water fountain. Daily text updates and pictures were provided which were greatly appreciated. It’s interesting to see how your pets behave when you are not home. My two kitties have their own self-designated territories in the house, but when we were gone, they switched. On a recent trip, one of our cats suffered a tail injury several days prior to our departure. It was still in the healing process when we departed so Brenda kept a close eye on this for us and provided a daily assessment of how it looked and how he was responding. She made us aware right away about a reversal in the course of healing that required medical attention, so we were able to come home and attend to him. I highly recommend Brenda at Fur-Sure! Pet Sitting for your pet care needs. You will be able to enjoy your time away from home with confidence that your beloved pets are receiving exceptional care and attention.
I’m so thrilled to have found Brenda! She is incredibly warm, caring, and so obviously devoted to animals. If your pet is lucky enough to meet her and be cared for by her, they are the happier for spending time with her! She is so organized, professional, and attentive, I am so grateful to have connected with such a great person! If you need a loving sitter, Brenda will be there for you - and your beloved fur babies!
I’ve used Fur Sure for last few years. Both pet sitting and walking. Been very pleased with Brenda’s care and professionalism. I have complete confidence my dog is safe and well cared for. Tanner looks forward to seeing his friend Salty.
Fur Sure! Is a “diamond in the ruff”! Brenda and her husband are kind and loving people who truly enjoy the company of pets. Brenda treats our German Shepherd as her own, with attention and tender loving care that goes way beyond any typical boarding or pet sitting. It is obvious in the pictures and “daily update” she sends us that our Brady is quite happy at his “home away from home”! Brenda provides ample room inside (cleaned and disinfected) and outside (protected fenced area) for pet comfort and play time She provides daily walks and play, administers any required medications, and most of all, gives genuine affection to our dog. Thank you Brenda, you are a blessing!
Finding FUR SURE ( Brenda ) was like hitting the lottery for me and my little guy. I had been searching for someone to watch my dog for the Christmas holiday . But to no avail on ROVER or many other sites. I was at my wits end. Suddenly Brenda’s website popped up. What a find. I emailed her right away. She got to me shortly after . We talked about the situation and decided to do a meet and greet. It was absolutely the perfect , beautiful , clean place for my guy . It is like a haven for any dog. Big or small. There are great fenced in areas and trails for walking. Brenda loves to walk. Depending on the elements of course. The love and care she gives is amazing . She goes way out of her way to make sure your dog is safe and secure and comfortable. I would recommend her to anyone . She is definitely my new best dog sitter.
Brenda at Fur Sure Petsitting was beyond amazing! Especially with the amount of visits I requested. My husband and I both work from home so leaving my older pup and older kitty for 10 days worried me very much. I wanted 4 daily visits and Brenda went above and beyond making sure my fur babies were well cared for. She even helped to take care of a wound on my pups cheek. I could tell my animals were not stressed or anxious as we have a puppy cam and i would check in on them frequently. Having peace of mind to attend my sons wedding and a vacation after was priceless. I didn't worry once and if you knew me, it's extremely rare to not worry. My husband and I highly recommend Brenda to anyone looking for quality pet sitting. Brenda is super friendly and put up with me checking in. We will most definitely use her services again and again!
Brenda’s Fur Sure Pet Sitting services come highly recommended! I found out about this through a Google search and Brenda got back to me shortly after reaching out. She came by the house to meet me and our cat, Mushu, and she gravitated towards Brenda right away! We needed a pet sitter to come feed and play with Mushu, and since we were traveling internationally we wanted to make sure Mush would have exactly the type of care and attention needed. Brenda was great about checking in regularly, letting me know when she was headed to our house, and she sent plenty of photos throughout the week which was very reassuring! We had plenty of peace of mind while away, and came home to a happy and playful Mush. We will definitely be calling on Brenda’s Fur Sure Pet Sitting services in the future!
Fur Sure Pet Sitting Service is a home away from home for our golden retriever. He gets personalized care in a safe and warm environment. He looks forward to his stay and we feel comforted knowing he is safe and happy while we are away.
We left our dogs with Brenda for 10 days, this was our first time ever leaving them with anybody other than family so I was nervous, but they were in great hands with Brenda. We got lots of pictures and an update everyday which definitely eased my worries. They seemed to have a great time playing with her dog Salty all day and came home tired and happy. Will definitely be booking with her again!
We met with Brenda twice before having her watch our two 5 year old pups for 10 days! She is very thorough, very accommodating, and takes the time to get to know you and your pups before watching/ sitting them. Gave us updates and treated them like her own! Would recommend her to anybody!
