Fantastic place for our cats to stay while away holiday. Well cared for.

We left our dog Mindy into Elite Pets for a month. We were so pleased with the overall experience. We were sent plenty of updates, she came home smelling fresh and clean. Mindy had been well exercised and her kennel was kept beautifully clean. Best kennels for Mindy.

Our wee kitty Shiva stayed here for 4 days.....I had collected my friend's cat a few months ago, and instantly warmed to the whole place, so had no qualms in leaving Shiva here. Ruth and David are lovely, clearly genuine animal lovers. I wouldn't hesitate in availing of Elite Pets again.

The best ever kennel. Not only are the facilities very good, but the staff are trained in veterinary science. I feel very good about leaving our dog here. They take better care than our family does. The best I've experienced ever, and I've experienced kennels around Europe.

Modern, clean and safe kennels on a good location. Huge yard for dog to run so dog is not only staying in his own kennel during his stay. Lovely, knowledgeable and caring owners!

The place is great my dog was very happy he had a lot of running time thank you Hanna for the movies and for taking care of my boy, the place is clean, but on the day of collection my dog cut his leg somewhere and the staff does not know where so if it wasn't for that I would say it is good place, I hope that in the future they will be more careful in the garden catwalk so that nothing sharp will lie down because now I pay additional costs at the Vet's and it is already inconvenient for me to leave the dog under care not enough that the cost of stay is paid for the veterinarian after the accident.But I recommend this place, becouse if not this accident everything perfectly fine thanks Hanna and Ruth for look after my lovely dog ❤️❤️

Ruth & David are 5 stars all around our dog junior loves heading up too elite pets he always comes home a tired boy after all the running about he gets and we love watching the videos ruth and david send of him.

Left my retriever pup with Ruth and David a few overnight stays and must say there kennels are brilliant Max is very well looked after and you get little video s of him running around there garden would recommend to all you dog lovers

D & G have obviously put a lot of time & effort into the planning of the VIPet Hotel🐕🐈🐰🏠 as they appear to have thought of everything!👍🏻 Arlene & Roisin are friendly & relaxed putting both pet 🐾 (& owner!) at ease. They are also very professional & responsible in approach. You quickly sense your furry friend will be in caring, experienced hands here.💛 A & R are pretty amazing ✨ as they make it all look effortless even managing to send everyone pics, texts & videos of their happy pet. 🐾 It's at this stage you have a quiet panic attack as it dawns on you that your beloved pet may not want to return home with you again as he or as she knows home ( mine at least) was never like this! 😲😭🤣 I especially appreciate A & R that our four legged friends are loved & even pampered yet still remain real life doggies playing, swimming, having a ball 🏀 as well as playing with one 😃 & maybe even getting a little dirty in the process. 💯 Thanks so much for looking after my Harvey 🐕 so well Arlene & Roisin 🤗 . I loved seeing all the adventures he got up to with you. He was so chilled out when I took him home - amazing! 🤔😄

Very negative experience. Careless, not responsible, concern form complete waist of time. They will let hurt your dog,they will leave your dog bleeding until you pick up,then wash they hands away. If you have another option,better use other kennel.

I left my pup Buttons here for a couple of days and he had the best time! That Roisin and Arlene are dog lovers is clearly evident in how they interact with the dogs in their care. Loads of outdoor exercise and socialising with other dogs made for a real exciting time for Buttons! 💯% recommend! …

Can’t recommend this hotel enough. Theo our puppy has been visiting from July when he was just 8 weeks old. Sometimes for day care, sometimes a night or two, other times for the BEST wash ever!!! He even had his first hair cut with Roisin. Yep they wash and groom also, 5* service. One stop shop. Your doggy will never smell or be so clean. Love the videos and photos you receive during their stay. The place is amazing, as are Arlene and Roisin. Every dog treated as their own. I knew the first time I left him off he was gonna be well looked after. Maybe too well looked after.... the little devil cried when we lifted him today after a two night stay. If that isn’t a recommendation I don’t know what is. If your looking a home away from home for your pet, this is the place to go. So glad I found it, would be lost without them now. We left our dog here for five nights. He was looked after so well and we were kept up to date daily with photos of him. We would highly recommend this business. The girls are very attentive to the animals in their care and have a genuine affection for them. We were able to enjoy our holiday without worrying about our wee Ralph. The world could be doing with more people as kind as Roisin and Arlene ! 🙂

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ left my two pups in the care of D & G pet hotel for the first time yesterday! Anyone who knows me, knows what I am like about my dogs! Let's just say from the moment I pulled up to the gate and was greeted by the girls I knew my dogs were going to receive the best of care! The facilities, friendliness and knowledge D & G Pet Hotel hold are fantastic 👌 During their time there the girls were able to relax, exercise and socialise and I was kept updated throughout the day (which I loved). We will definitely be back x

O boy I'm coming back next time as a dog and living here. What a treat and experience to have your pet book in with these girls couldn't recommend Pet Hotel enough

Our 2 pups have stayed here a few times now. They love it! Its home from home with Arlene and roisin treating as their own. We don't have to worry about them as they have great fun. Would highly recommend to anyone and with any sort of dog. Fab fab fab x

D&G pet hotel is the ONLY place I would ever leave my dog. From day one, both Roisin and Arlene have shown their loving care for the pets they look after. Our dog is always happy, well exercised and content.

Wow! What a place for your dog.. a real home from home. They are so well cared for and Bella had a ball!! The girls keep you up-to-date with lots of photos and videos, which makes you feel at ease and you are able to see for yourself how much fun they are having! My dogs have stayed here several times this year. Really helpful people & prepared to accommodate at short notice as well. Great service provided, excellent & would highly recommend.

Grant is exceptionally courteous and amiable. My dog absolutely loves her visits there. I appreciate that she gets to enjoy walks in such a picturesque setting. I wholeheartedly recommend Glencairn to anyone seeking a safe and welcoming kennel for their beloved furry friends.

Dogs came home happy. But quiet smelly!

We put our dog in with Lough dogs for 4 days. Amazing communication right up to the stay. We researched a number of kennels and this has the most amazing facilities with heated facilities and massive dog runs. So so clean and got a huge yard to run about in. We got sent loads of photos ever day when take on multiple walks. Defo be booking again. I added a photo taken by Viv and I actually think she is smiling in this one lol.

Mylo and Pablo have stayed with Viv twice now at Loughy Dogs, and both times I have picked up too exhausted puppies! The multiple daily updates on what they’re up to is so reassuring when you’re away and actually being brought round the kennels to see where they will be spending their stay is amazing considering a lot of other kennels wouldn’t let you do this! Couldn’t recommend the place enough, I only wish we lived closer to make use of the day care service!! Already planning our next holiday for next year…around what dates we can be fitted in at Loughy Dogs of course! 🐶🐾

We were so happy with Loughy Dogs and cannot recommend them highly enough. Really excellent care and the dogs all seem so happy and content. Will not hesitate to use again, thank you. We were especially pleased to learn that our recently adopted dog from the Dogs Trust had enjoyed previous holidays here before and was obviously very pleased to be back!!!!

We booked both our dogs Bo and Coco In to Loughy Dog Kennels while away for 10 days. It’s never nice leaving your dogs but we couldn’t have been more impressed. We got plenty of cheeky pupdates everyday. The location is also fantastic. They both had a great time and couldn’t recommend them anymore. Thanks again.

Clean, friendly and very homely. Viv sent through numerous updates every day keeping me well informed of my dogs health. Kayla the chocolate Labrador was living her best life.

First time with Loughy Dogs - boarding kennels after a recommendation. Our pup stayed for 6 days and home again and is as happy as ever. On arrival Viv showed us around and went through our pups routine. No issues either with giving a daily tablet. Daily pup dates of photos was appreciated. Would definitely have no problems recommending Loughy Dogs.

Our two dogs had a fab time with Viv! Lucy our 11-year-old JR especially formed such a good bond with him while she was there; she can be a ‘cranky old lady’ who likes her space, but Viv’s photos of both her and Lucky socialising with other dogs whilst on holiday had us all close to tears! Loughy Dogs were so committed to looking after our pups and we couldn’t recommend them enough to other dog owners (case in point, I’ve been to other kennels and dogs go crazy, at Loughy Dogs there wasn’t a peep from any of them) :)

Having used Loughy Dogs many times over the past few years I would not use any other kennels. My 2 dogs are well cared for , they have daily walks and daily interaction/playing with other dogs which is another added bonus.The photo and video updates are brilliant. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ kennels .

Our precious Bono just spent 2 and a half weeks at Mollys retreat, he has never spent that long away from home and has only ever stayed with family so to see him have such a good time with all the other dogs, look so relaxed and at home was amazing. The regular updates were so comforting and not just photos but insights to how he was behaving and getting on with other dogs was so great. Lisa & Stuart are fabulous and treat all the dogs like their own, it’s so good to know we’ve a homely place for Bono when we’re away. Couldn’t recommend enough 🙌🏻🐶

We left our two dogs for just over 2 weeks with Lisa and Stuart. We had never left our dogs before so we were more than happy with the regular updates and pictures that were sent. Any questions we had when we were away were answered very promptly and we were assured they were having a great time and could see this with the little videos and pics that Lisa sent us. I would highly recommend Lisa and Stuart and I am delighted I now have a safe haven for my dogs to when we need to leave them again.

Five Star Doggy Paradise Our two dogs Gracie and Maxim have just spent 8 days at Mollys Retreat, what a fabulous time they’ve had. Lots of human love and plenty of interaction with other canine friends. Lisa sent us regular updates and photos which was really comforting. A great place, home from home, a real doggy paradise. Huge thank you to Lisa, Stuart and family for loving our dogs whilst we were away.

Our 9 month old German Shepherd pup - Lucy recently boarded with Lisa and Stuart whilst we went on holiday. This was our first time away from Lucy for this long and we were anxious about how she would adjust but there was no need as she clearly enjoyed her holiday as much as we did ours. We received regular updates and photos , which we looked forward to each day. It was a great opportunity for Lucy to socialise with other dogs/ pups and she also benefited greatly from Lisa & Stuart’s expert care and attention. We would highly recommend Mollys Retreat, your pet will be treated as part of the family , have access to beautiful surroundings, plenty of company and lots of lovely walks. Lisa and her family have been looking after our hyper 2 year old German Shepherd Mace now for about 3 weeks and the difference in him, in that short space of time is phenomenal the daycare service is worth it's weight in gold We explained to Lisa his behaviours and personality and she didn't skip a beat, they have worked with him confidently, building his social skills with other dogs. For anyone thinking of using Lisa's service, Mace now runs to the car in the mornings knowing he's got to go meet all his new friends at Molly's Retreat, he comes home in the evening ready for a well deserved snooze. I've always found dogs and animals to be a better judge of character and when our pup likes someone we know we've found somewhere safe and loving for him.

Our 8 month old Irish setter Fiadh recently stayed at Molly’s Retreat whilst we were on holiday for a week. Lisa and Stuart were extremely professional and we felt assured that Fiadh would be very well looked after. We were kept updated with regular photos/videos whilst away. Upon our return, we found a very content pup who had clearly thoroughly enjoyed her stay! I highly recommend Molly’s Retreat to anyone who is looking for a very trustworthy and homely environment for their pet. Fiadh will definitely be returning in the future.

Our sweet, nine week old Shiloh Shepherd puppy had a great time socialising at daycare with her new friends! She came back all happy and tuckered out and we received loads of photos of her adventures during her time away. We couldn't be more thrilled! Highly recommended.

Our dog Kaiser stayed at Molly's retreat for 9 nights while we went on holiday. He had never been away from home before but we were very pleased with how he got on. From the moment we dropped him off we were put at ease with Stuart's manner and handling of him - as a large dog he can be quite a handful. He got lots of socialisation and was treated like a member of the family. The regular updates helped keep our minds at ease. 100% recommend Molly's retreat and we will use again. Professional, reliable and friendly service. We recently boarded our 2 labradoodles, Riley and Harley, at Molly’s Retreat, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment we arrived, Lisa and Stuart were incredibly welcoming and professional, ensuring that our dogs felt comfortable and at ease. They provided a safe and enjoyable environment for Riley and Harley, they took our dogs on regular walks, even on a rainy day! We were particularly impressed that they were happy to give Riley 6 eye drops a day following her cataract surgery. Lisa and Stuart kept us updated with regular photos and messages, which gave us peace of mind while we were away for 2 weeks. Riley and Harley returned home happy, healthy, and clearly well-cared for. We highly recommend Molly’s Retreat to any pet owner looking for a trustworthy and dedicated boarding service. We will definitely be bringing our dogs back for future stays. We cannot thank Lisa & Stuart enough for taking such wonderful care of our furry family members!

I recently booked Mollys retreat to take care of our dog Nova for a week while we were on holidays. I was apprehensive about her staying in kennels with a lot of other dogs as she can be quite reactive, so was delighted when I found Mollys Retreat as it’s a “home from home” and there are only a couple of dogs staying at any one time. From the minute we arrived with Nova, Lisa & Stuart were very welcoming and Nova took to them straight away, so much so that she was off on her first walk through the fields in the lovely countryside setting where Mollys Retreat is based before we’d even left. It made the drop off a lot easier. Throughout the week, Lisa kept me updated with photos & videos of Nova enjoying her stay which was lovely. And to make things easier the only thing I had to send was her food. Overall the whole experience was excellent & Nova will definitely be back.

Thank you Avril @ Ballypaw Kennels. This was Storms 1st stay ant the end of August 2024. He was here one week. Was very well looked after. The kennels are very very clean and well maintained. Our dog is on a special diet and his needs were catered for and he came by home a very happy and content dog. Thank you. I Will be in touch soon to book him in again.

Avril is absolutely lovely. The cattery is always spotless and our cats are always looked after very well. We have used this cattery for the last 2 years and cannot fault it. We even travel over an hour to use this cattery and we have used it many times. Highly recommended.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! We left our sweet Newfie for a month in Avril's capable hands. We received photos every week of play time and came home to a relaxed, well brushed, happy dog. The absolute best ❤️ Wouldn't leave Buddy and Bella anywhere else. They both got on so well at Ballypaw, spoilt rotten by Avril. Such a well-run family business and I feel very grateful to have somewhere who treats each dog as their own. Much appreciated Avril, and no doubt Buddy and Bella will be back! x

The perfect cat hotel. Our cat is quite young and we were worried about leaving him for a few days but we couldn't have left him in better hands. Not only was he so well looked after, Avril is so accommodating with regards to drop off and pick up times. Definitely our go to place in future!

We left Archie out for a weeks holiday to Ballypaw and I can say we will definitely bring him back. Archie loved his stay and the care and attention he got from Avril was second to none. If you are going away on holidays and need somewhere to leave your dog go to Ballypaw. Most definitely recommend.

Very clean,spacious kennels and great people who run it our dog Ellie loved it there and came away bouncing with joy. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to leave there precious four legged babies this is the place I will be using again.

My lurcher is a rescue and two years ago was found shivering in the middle of a busy road. As its her first time in kennels since her rescue i was really worried but avril was brilliant with her. Thanks a million, I'll definitely be back. Dee Muckle

Really happy with the service Mitch provides. If you're going away on holiday then you can rest easy knowing your dog is going to have a holiday of their own with all the other dogs. My Border Collie is always knackered after a few days here from all the fun!

Mitch of Tyrone Pet Services was recommended to us by Tia’s ( 3 yr old Golden Retriever) dog groomer. We haven’t been on a holiday or break for about 2 + years ( Covid and my wife’s “ separation anxiety “ about leaving the dog ) …… We booked TYRONE PET SERVICES for 4 days …. and Mitch was fantastic . She visited Tia at home , fed and watered her, took her for at least 2 walks per day and stayed playing with her. All thru our break, my wife was sent photos and videos of a happy dog, exploring the neighbourhood on a lead and playing with her stuffed tug toy at home. Thank you so much Mitch, we now have a chance to enjoy breaks without fretting about our Tia . TYRONE PET SERVICES are our go to for worry free pet sitting .
